When you enroll in Instant Checkmate, our website guides you to a registration page where you can review membership options and select the one that best suits your needs. In accordance with applicable laws, all billing details, including automatic renewal terms, are clearly disclosed before payment is submitted. Users are also required to explicitly agree to these terms before completing registration.

Members of Instant Checkmate can cancel their membership anytime by accessing their account online, contacting phone support, or using our online chat system.

After review, we were unable to locate a cancellation request or phone call prior to the renewal. After the renewal occurred, the account was canceled and the second pending charge was reversed. Please note that a reversal may not appear as a separate credit; instead, the pending charge should fall off and the funds should no longer be deducted from the account.

The initial charge associated with the payment method in question was disputed, resulting in a chargeback. When a chargeback occurs, the matter is handled directly with the financial institution, and any further refund-related questions for that charge should be directed to them.

The membership has been canceled and deactivated, no additional charges will be incurred, and due to the dispute, access to this account is no longer available.
