    I bought 3 pairs of shoes only 1 pair arrived. They refused to help me saying I wasn't eligible for a refund god knows why, I spoke to customer service as well as supervisors, first they told me the shoes were delivered and couldn't help me, when I said I have cameras to give me date and time they changed it to they were never delivered. UPS had lost them as soon as they got ahold of them, to contact ups for a refund. Contacted ups, they told me to contact Finish Line. Contacted finish line and told me to contact ups, opened an investigation. Till this day issue hasn't been resolved, lost almost 300 dollars. They keep throwing the ball to each other

    Purchase Nike sweat pants and pullover. Go to wear the outfit and found the pants still have the have the ink tag on them. Drove more than 40 miles to have it removed. Come to find out, Finish Line cannot remove JD Finish Line ink tags.

    I would recommend that you don’t place an online order… I received a completely different shoe than I ordered, it wasn’t even the right brand or size… When I called, they weren’t helpful and said I had to return item and once they received it,, would ship another one.. It was their fault and I would have to wait until they got back their mistake… Not right and when I wanted to talk to a supervisor...was told she been on phone for last 25 minutes and will return my call in 3 to 5 days.. I am just returning them and will get from another store…

    Waited a week for a pair of shoes to get a dirty shoe and 2 right shoes as well as a busted box. If I could give them a -10 star review I would. I do not recommend shopping with Finish Line. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

    Wish I could give zero stars. So I ordered a pair of 9060’s for Thanksgiving, they had wrong address so it was returned to the main warehouse and I never received my refund after I talked to multiple reps over 10x’s. They talking about they mailing a check because I paid with cash and never received the shoes. I don’t care how y'all do it, just give me my money back. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months come next week. Never buy from them online.

    I ordered a pair of sneakers on Dec 30, 3024. On January 3rd it still was in the same spot. Called customer service and 2 reps told me one store didn't have them then another store had them and they was just waiting for the carrier to pick them up. I told her to cancel the order because it wasn't gonna be here in time. Called today January 4, 2025. Talked to a gentleman name Frances and he made me aware nobody has the shoe and the order was never cancelled. I will never order from Finish Line again!!!! If I can't get it from the store I will not be purchasing. They need to train them in better customer service and stop lying to customers. Everything was so normal when calls were not overseas!!!!

    I ordered a pair of on cloud shoes for Christmas, paid extra shipping fee to make sure it would be here before Christmas. Shipping said it be here by Monday before Christmas, Wednesday was Christmas. They offered me 20$ gift card which is only 15$ since I got ripped off extra 5$ shipping charge for speedy delivery. And the gift card has to be used with their company. Haha. I would never spend another penny with this company. I would have gladly paid 20$ more on Amazon and I know they would have made it right if not arrived on time. Too many better companies out there than to have to suffer with this terrible customer service. Why not just take the 20$ off my bill! And now I’m worried if the shoes don’t fit how terrible the return would be.

    I placed an order for a pair of jordans for my grandson for Christmas. I received one shoe called Finish Line. They sent me an email with a return label. Said when fedex received it they would ship my order out expedited and it's been a week. I call keep getting hung up on. Get told they will send me an email with new tracking number that night or next day. Never received it. I have called over and over again today and keep getting hung up on. I'm so infuriated at this point and I know if I cancel the order I will not get my money!!!! I also know that I will never get the shoes either so they steal your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

    I bought two pair of sneakers. One they shipped was something I didn’t order. The second pair sat waiting to be shipped. After 5 days of not being shipped and being sent the wrong pair I canceled my order now it’s four days later no refund and they’re telling me my refund hasn’t been approved.

    Please check your cameras on 12/3/2024 at the Menlo Park Mall, NEW JERSEY and see how unprofessional the staff was. I had guests here from another country and they were baffled. Staff on cell phone while I spoke to her as she was sitting on a shelf and kept ignoring me when I asked her to check sneaker sizes. So finally I asked her if she worked there and she snapped. Truly awful and scary. I did not call the cops because she was not worth my time. But it made me sad. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. And the other girl came and instead of hearing us out, she kicked us out, omgggg. The only nice person was this young man who came by us as we were leaving and apologized. God bless him. Have a kind day and hope this generation gets some much-needed help.

    This is the worst experience of my life shopping online with Finish Line. I never received a tracking number & when I called customer care they could not give me a status at all. At one point customer care said they would have to transfer me to another department but kept getting disconnected only to find out they were transferring me to disconnected department. At this point I am still unable to get update & still no package. I feel like they have stolen my money. Please do not buy from this company or you are risking losing your money & getting nothing. They have no customer service department so they is no way to reach anyone. Worst experience ever. They do not even deserve a zero.

    Beware and don’t buy anything from this merchant. They do not honor their refunds as stated. I returned an item that I purchased and I did receive a refund but my card was charged again. They cancel your order without your knowledge or permission. I even gave them my receipt of purchase and that still didn’t matter. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour just for them to tell me I needed to speak with a supervisor who would be reaching out to me in about 1-2 business days. My issue has not been resolved as of yet. John #** (Customer Service Rep.) lied and informed me that he sent my information over to the Refund Dept. and I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive anything. Still waiting on a call from a supervisor.

    I placed and order online on 12/12/24, for four pairs of shoes for a toddler, 8yr girl, and 12 yr girl. Once I placed the order, I received an email stating my order was canceled. Each time I tried to place the order again, I received a "We're sorry, your order has been canceled" email. (x3) I called the customer service number multiple times to find out why my order was repeatedly being canceled. Each time I called, I was given the same rehearsed excuse. Turns out, due to their 3rd party verification vendor for payment, they won't allow you to have a billing address different from the shipping address. So, I have to have the shoes shipped to MD, then mail them out to IN once I receive them. WTH?!

    12/14, I received two of the four pair ordered. (I paid the $32.99 express delivery.) I called customer service again to inquire about the other two pair since they all were on the same order. Customer service rep had in their system that three pair were delivered on 12/14, and the other pair was canceled. I told them I only received two pair and I have the pic from UPS dropping off only 2 boxes, and asked, why wasn't I notified about the 4th pair being canceled! (No notice) Of course I got the "I'm sorry". The missing 3rd pair wasn't shipped out with the first two pair, and it missed the express delivery I paid for, and won't arrive until 12/17. I verbally put in another order with the customer service rep to replace the 4th pair and had the package sent to a UPS location instead of my house.

    Once she said my order was good and it went through, ten minutes later, I received another email, stating "Your order is canceled!" This time, I called back to make sure it was canceled and to also make sure my money would be put back on my card. The rep confirmed it would be. I went through this whole scenario twice! I am literally waiting to see if over $300 will be refunded back to my CC for the previous canceled order in addition to the newly replaced order, plus $66 in express delivery fees. I went right over to the Foot Locker website and ordered the same 4th pair of shoes and shipped them right to Indiana without issue! Thanks for nothing Finish Line! All you did was cause a lot of confusion, and I know now to take my business and money elsewhere. Do better! Foot Locker for Life!

    I ordered shoes from Finish Line online on 12/2/2024, I received a confirmation number confirming the order and nothing else! On 12/10/24 I called the customer service number to cancel the order, the associate who answered the phone placed me on hold briefly then returned stating my order was already packaged and was waiting for the carrier, I asked her when? She said “today”, I explained to her how I had not received any further emails from Finish Line and in fact had just looked before I called, she quickly cut me off mid sentence and placed me on hold again, when she returned she simply said she canceled the order and it would be refunded to the original form of payment and hung up! After this experience I’m happy I never received the shoes nor will I ever do business with Finish line again!! Horrible customer service as well as communication on where paid for merchandise is!

    Do not order online. Have ordered twice and had trouble getting the order AND contacting customer services both times. Both times order appeared to be delayed being shipped/picked up and the second time I paid for expedited shipping and it did NOT arrive within the 3 to 5 business days. The automated chat kept saying no live chat was available and disconnected me and the same thing happened with a phone call. I did finally get someone today who "promised" a refund of the extra shipping fee. However, I still don't know when the shoes will arrive and they are already too late for a little boy's birthday.

    Do not order online! Buy in store! My package was delivered 2 days early (good thing right?). Unfortunately I was not aware of this. The package was left at the bottom of my stairs and subsequently stolen. I called customer service and was advised I'd receive a refund due to this. A week later after not receiving a refund or any further information I contacted Finish Line today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and spoke to someone who stated since it was delivered to the right address I would not receive a refund. I advised the package was not delivered on the day I prepared for it to be delivered and asked to speak with a manager and was advised the manager was on another call.

    After being placed on hold again I was advised another refund request would be issued and waited for an invoice number. Instead the call was terminated on their end. I called for the 3rd time and immediately asked for a manager, sharing the details of both previous calls. I got an apology and an explanation of what had already been explained. Never got to speak with a manager.

    Brockton Westgate Mall Finish Line in MA was the worst experience of my life. I went to purchase a pair of shoes for my wife, as she was having foot pain, and the orthopedist suggested some types of shoes. As we arrived, no one greeted the customers; we found the shoe and called a store person to get us the correct number. As my wife tries it on her right foot, she says, "Due to the injury/medical condition, I'd like to try both of them to see how comfortable they feel." I politely approached the counter and asked this lovely girl, and she said no. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, who happened to be a vulgar, unprofessional individual standing the whole time talking to his buddies; his answer was, "It's the store policy. If you don't like it, leave my store."

    I replied, "There's no need to yell." He goes: "As a matter of fact, get the **.... out of my store." We felt threatened as he visually looked dangerous. We left, and He followed us outside the Finish line, saying profanity near kids, "Yeah, that's what I thought; keep walking." A lawsuit is coming, as I had to check with my attorney. This manager doesn't give out his name because he knows he is dirty. I contacted Corporate offices. This situation can't continue, and we all need to take action.

    Selling defective shoes and would not return them. Thank God for asic customer service. They recommend staying away from Finish Line stores.. The worst customer service ever. I will never purchase anything from them again.

    Updated on 08/23/2024: Still haven’t received my refund for the 1 shoe that was received on 08/11. It’s now it’s 08/23 and I’m fighting for my refund. I hate this company. The customer service is freaking rude and doesn’t help at all. I was asked 4 times on the call did I send my refund. I spoke to a rep on 08/17/24. She said they received my return and I will get my refund on on Wednesday 08/18. Never got nothing. Now I called. I’m told they never received it and no refund will be issue like are you kidding me? I need my damn money back. You all made this error, not me. Why do I have to do the research as I was told? This a disgrace on your part.

    Original Review: NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN. I ordered my shoes online and received 1 pair of shoe, the other was missing. Had to return the unfulfilled item to FedEx to get a replacement of the correct item within an hour of the issue. 2 days later still didn’t receive anything. I called customer service, they said they have to wait till they receive the item, investigate and see where is the other pair of shoes in their inventory. Mind you they have the tracking number of the return. I was upset and requested a refund 4 days later, no refund, they said it takes 7 days to receive it and I have to wait till they investigate. I hate Finish Line, will never order with them again. I will dispute the transaction. Customer service is so rude.

    I took a shoe from that was in display and just walk outside of store and feel very small to me and not comfortable. When I came back and ask for exchange it with a bigger size they refused it. And the lady was very arrogant saying if you take the shoe from outside of store we can not exchange it. Very arrogant and bad service.

    Finish Line has to be the absolute worst place to purchase shoes in the world. I purchased a pair of shoes that didn’t fit so I sent them back to receive a refund and I ordered the same pair of shoes and a bigger size since they wouldn’t exchange them for a bigger size, they stated that they won’t refund my original purchase because they didn’t receive it back within the 45 days yet.

    I sent them back prior to the 45-day deadline and they received them and told me that I was going to get a refund and it wasn’t until a week later that I checked and call them to see where my refund was where they stated that I wasn’t gonna receive a refund and that they were going to receive or rather send the original purchase back to me and I told them, I said, the shoes don’t fit and I sent them back and they went on and back-and-forth and I asked for the tracking number for the return items and they couldn’t provide it for me. I’m gonna have to call my bank and dispute this charge on my account because of their actions, they receive the items back and my money and I have nothing pat, don’t ever spend your money with them.

    I made an order through AfterPay, Finish Line made an error on the pickup method. I cancelled the order and purchased the items in store. They still charged me for the cancelled order, and I didn't receive the items.

    Ordered around Christmas received one out of three items! I’ve called so many times it’s disgusting! It’s now February still no refund which is what I was told.     What a scam! I ordered a Nike coat as a present, but it was too small and I returned it. I returned it via FedEx and tracking shows it was received by Finish Line. I then received notification from Finish Line that they received it and I would receive refund in 7-10 business days. After 12 days, I tried to follow up... waited over an hour on phone without getting a customer service answer. So tried email and then received message that I would not be receiving refund because they believe I sent the wrong item back. That is crazy!! I absolutely sent the same coat back, with tags, never worn. I think this is a scam on their part to not have to refund. I would avoid purchasing anything from Finish Line at all costs! I wish I would have seen the negative reviews by them when I purchased the coat... over 300+ reviews and all of them at 1-star!!!! They should be put out of business!

    My first time ordering something from Finish Line. By mistake chose wrong shoe size and submitted order. Unable to cancel (within 20 mins of placing the order) order without calling customer care. Customer care not available at night, understood. Called 3 times since morning and wait time went from 13 mins, to 67 mins to 83 mins. Thought of ordering correct size again and would return the wrong size later at store.

    Now unable to place a new order since last 3 hours because I cannot apply a valid coupon. Site continuously says - "Sorry we are unable to process coupons at this time. Please try again later." Wanted to buy a backpack as well. But ended up struggling because there were no size options to choose for backpack (obviously). But site doesn't let you add to cart as it expects a size (which doesn't even exist for the product). What a sorry state of affairs. Will return whatever comes to my address (if at all it comes). Else will dispute with my credit card company. I should have read these reviews before even thinking of buying from here. Total waste of time.

    Ordered shoes for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. Guy in the store said that if I paid this outrageous price for next day shipping there should be no problem getting them that Saturday (I did not), then on Thursday morning I received an email saying that the order was cancelled and given no explanation as to why. Don’t shop with Finish Line.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM FINISH LINE!!!! You’ll never get your order and forget calling them because you’ll be on hold for 100+ minutes. I’m not sure who their top customer care manager is but they need to fired. I’ll never purchase shoes from them again. At this moment the tracking info is only saying that it’s still waiting for carrier pickup. I was told to call the carrier….Why it’s still at your facility?!?! I wish I would e seen all these reviews prior to ordering because all the ones I’ve read thus far are TRUE!!! I had to call right at 8am to get someone with a one minute wait time that took 20 minutes still for someone to come in the line. They’re trained to read an apology which only pisses the customer off because of the repeats. They can’t start a refund process until after 5 business days of a package not shipping but can take your money in 5 business seconds without blinking. Everyone I know will know not to order or shop at this store ever again. I know it’s not the CSR fault but Finish Line is finished in my books.
