If I could give 0 stars I would. The quality of the shoes are absolutely horrible. I bought a pair of shoes, not even two months ago from my child and they are falling apart called the store. They say they can’t do anything call the customer service line and they say oh well if he’s worn once, there’s nothing they can do. They don’t honor any of the returns. They don’t stand by any of the products. The worst company I’ve ever seen. Unless you want to throw money away I don’t recommend ever shopping at any other stores Again.

Very disappointed. They used to have free shipping if you are a FLX member no matter the price so I probably won't be purchasing anything time soon. Other companies offer free shipping no minimum purchase and with this company you have to spend $75 to get free shipping.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I use to love Finish Line up until a year ago. I thought I would give them one last chance. I ordered a pair of sneakers online, I got confirmation they were paid for and got a delivery date. Two days go past the expected delivery date and I get an email stating Finish Line canceled my order???? Come to find out they “didn’t sell” that sneaker anymore. I’m frustrated as to why it would even be available to buy and go through the entire payment process!!!! I still have yet to receive my full refund back. I will NEVER be buying anything from here ever again.

I ordered 2 Nike pieces...sweatshirt and sweatpants. Received the shirt and they cancelled the pants. Haven't refunded my credit card..keep trying to reach customer care every day but never get connected to anyone, 3 days in a row on hold for 20 minutes. Tried to work with bank but got disconnected...so far I'm out $81.95....after reading other reviews how is this company still in business.

If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an order, was excited to see that it arrived early only to find out that they sent the wrong order. After spending over an hour on hold, arranged to send the shoes back, and they would not release my order till they got them back. Back office held onto the order and didn’t communicate the status for over 6 weeks. I sent an email week 1 and was told the order would go out in a few days. I emailed again week 2 and got an autoreply that they weren’t accepting emails due to high volume. Called week 4 and was told they hadn’t released the order but they would ship out via 2 day. Called again week 5 and was told the same thing. Called again week 6 and was told the shoes weren’t in stock and they would issue a refund. I can only get the shoes now for twice the price. Also every time I called had to wait on hold for over an hour each time.

On September 6th I order online and bought a pair of Cortez Nike. Two days later they text me and said my order is canceled because they were out of stock, okay cool that's I wanted was the Nike. So I said can you refund my money back on my card. They said it would be 48 to 72 hours. Y'all when I tell I've been trying to get my money back it's been two weeks. So I called my bank to do a charge back. They couldn't, they said to report them to BBB or file a small claim, take them to court. Don't buy from them because they are stealing people money. I've tried calling and calling. They won't answer. So don't trust online shopping anymore nor their delivery drivers. I am going to sue.

My package was damaged en route. Contacted UPS about it. UPS said they contacted Finish Line and I had to deal with them since that's who I ordered from. Can't get in touch with Finish Line. The customer service number is just a automated wait forever. No one actually answers. Wait time is 45 mins or until you hang up. No one answers. Bad business practices to sell goods but provide no customer service in case of issues. I'll never shop through Finish Line or Footlocker again.

Never got my order. I tried contacting them via email got a reply that the email inbox was full. I sent multiple Instagram messages, with no answer. I tried the online chat and the 800 Number. No one was ever available. I even called the corporate office, they took my information and told me that we’re gonna get back to me in 24 hours, that was five days ago. Now I’m having to deal with the bank to make sure my money is returned.

Like SEVERAL other people I placed an order online and my money was STOLEN. Order shows complete, yet UPS doesn't have it. It's been weeks and I paid for expedited shipping. I've spent hours on hold and nobody answers. Based on the amount of money stolen and just the reviews I read this company should be shut down.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of sneakers. It was taking some time to ship so I emailed and asked if there was a problem and if I should get different sneakers as these are for my son's first day of school. I get a response that I need to be patient then order says shipped with tracking. Then today I get a message that I will only be receiving 1 pair not the pair I need and that I will get a refund in a week or so with just 2 days before school starts and when I try to leave a review, suddenly the site crashes and now won't even let me sign in. I am just shocked this company has been around for a long time. I didn't know they had so many negative reviews, just bad business and they don't even apologize or anything, just oh well.

I never got my shoes and when I try to call them I couldn’t get through. I email them and it was returned. I didn’t get cause I got two pairs from before. I’m passing the word not to order shoes from 'em.

Terrible customer service, and they never answer the phone, and I will never shop at Finish Line again. My order status says still processing for over a week now, and finish line has not any reason why my order is taking so long. I will never shop at finish line again.

I purchased a pair of shoes $170 plus tax from Finishline.com. I paid for rush shipping at 22.99 I received one item a shirt out of my order two days after purchase but not the shoes I contacted customer care by email because the order did not cancel itself out it just sat at processing. Customer care took 3 days to respond to cancelling my order then said they were able to cancel the order as the item was out of stock. Even though the website states they were in stock everyday I checked including the day of her email. I was told that I will receive my refund within 3-4 business days. I checked the gift card on the 5th business day and I had not been refunded. I purchased the items with a finishline gift card. So I contacted support back and said I did not receive my refund and ask if they issue a new gift card or if it was going back to the same one. She said it will go back to the same one 3-4 business days after she cancelled.
No refund so I call to speak to a live rep. Was on hold 1.5 hours. Nobody came to the line. So I tried again today and the automated system hangs up if you say you are calling about the same issue you had the last time you called . So I then said a new problem. Held forever. Still no answer. I would not recommend this place. Never got my refund or a response back as to why I haven’t got it after the timeframe they stated I should have it in. I will stick to Nike.com or anywhere but Finishline as my son did not have shoes in time for the start of the school year and don’t nobody got this to do. Run me my money fishyline.

Placed an Online order Finish Line on 8/5/2035 for two pairs of sneakers totaling over $250.00 of (SAVED) money for my son to wear this 2025 school year. Before purchasing I updated my correct address with correct apartment number. Once order was confirmed the shipping info was incorrect.. On their website the items was listed being shipped to a different address.. Called customer service immediately after and the agent stated she will put in a request to fix the problem that did not happen. Canceled the order and have to wait for my refund.
Placed second order today shipping address is still updated correctly received confirmation and again item is showing that it will be shipped to a different address😤. Called and was told they will correct the problem and an email was sent regarding the correction. This is exactly what happened with the first order. Never will I ever order online from this company again.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes only 1 pair arrived. They refused to help me saying I wasn't eligible for a refund god knows why, I spoke to customer service as well as supervisors, first they told me the shoes were delivered and couldn't help me, when I said I have cameras to give me date and time they changed it to they were never delivered. UPS had lost them as soon as they got ahold of them, to contact ups for a refund. Contacted ups, they told me to contact Finish Line. Contacted finish line and told me to contact ups, opened an investigation. Till this day issue hasn't been resolved, lost almost 300 dollars. They keep throwing the ball to each other

Purchase Nike sweat pants and pullover. Go to wear the outfit and found the pants still have the have the ink tag on them. Drove more than 40 miles to have it removed. Come to find out, Finish Line cannot remove JD Finish Line ink tags.

I would recommend that you don’t place an online order… I received a completely different shoe than I ordered, it wasn’t even the right brand or size… When I called, they weren’t helpful and said I had to return item and once they received it,, would ship another one.. It was their fault and I would have to wait until they got back their mistake… Not right and when I wanted to talk to a supervisor...was told she been on phone for last 25 minutes and will return my call in 3 to 5 days.. I am just returning them and will get from another store…

Waited a week for a pair of shoes to get a dirty shoe and 2 right shoes as well as a busted box. If I could give them a -10 star review I would. I do not recommend shopping with Finish Line. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Wish I could give zero stars. So I ordered a pair of 9060’s for Thanksgiving, they had wrong address so it was returned to the main warehouse and I never received my refund after I talked to multiple reps over 10x’s. They talking about they mailing a check because I paid with cash and never received the shoes. I don’t care how y'all do it, just give me my money back. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months come next week. Never buy from them online.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on Dec 30, 3024. On January 3rd it still was in the same spot. Called customer service and 2 reps told me one store didn't have them then another store had them and they was just waiting for the carrier to pick them up. I told her to cancel the order because it wasn't gonna be here in time. Called today January 4, 2025. Talked to a gentleman name Frances and he made me aware nobody has the shoe and the order was never cancelled. I will never order from Finish Line again!!!! If I can't get it from the store I will not be purchasing. They need to train them in better customer service and stop lying to customers. Everything was so normal when calls were not overseas!!!!

I ordered a pair of on cloud shoes for Christmas, paid extra shipping fee to make sure it would be here before Christmas. Shipping said it be here by Monday before Christmas, Wednesday was Christmas. They offered me 20$ gift card which is only 15$ since I got ripped off extra 5$ shipping charge for speedy delivery. And the gift card has to be used with their company. Haha. I would never spend another penny with this company. I would have gladly paid 20$ more on Amazon and I know they would have made it right if not arrived on time. Too many better companies out there than to have to suffer with this terrible customer service. Why not just take the 20$ off my bill! And now I’m worried if the shoes don’t fit how terrible the return would be.

I placed an order for a pair of jordans for my grandson for Christmas. I received one shoe called Finish Line. They sent me an email with a return label. Said when fedex received it they would ship my order out expedited and it's been a week. I call keep getting hung up on. Get told they will send me an email with new tracking number that night or next day. Never received it. I have called over and over again today and keep getting hung up on. I'm so infuriated at this point and I know if I cancel the order I will not get my money!!!! I also know that I will never get the shoes either so they steal your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I bought two pair of sneakers. One they shipped was something I didn’t order. The second pair sat waiting to be shipped. After 5 days of not being shipped and being sent the wrong pair I canceled my order now it’s four days later no refund and they’re telling me my refund hasn’t been approved.

Please check your cameras on 12/3/2024 at the Menlo Park Mall, NEW JERSEY and see how unprofessional the staff was. I had guests here from another country and they were baffled. Staff on cell phone while I spoke to her as she was sitting on a shelf and kept ignoring me when I asked her to check sneaker sizes. So finally I asked her if she worked there and she snapped. Truly awful and scary. I did not call the cops because she was not worth my time. But it made me sad. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. And the other girl came and instead of hearing us out, she kicked us out, omgggg. The only nice person was this young man who came by us as we were leaving and apologized. God bless him. Have a kind day and hope this generation gets some much-needed help.

This is the worst experience of my life shopping online with Finish Line. I never received a tracking number & when I called customer care they could not give me a status at all. At one point customer care said they would have to transfer me to another department but kept getting disconnected only to find out they were transferring me to disconnected department. At this point I am still unable to get update & still no package. I feel like they have stolen my money. Please do not buy from this company or you are risking losing your money & getting nothing. They have no customer service department so they is no way to reach anyone. Worst experience ever. They do not even deserve a zero.

Beware and don’t buy anything from this merchant. They do not honor their refunds as stated. I returned an item that I purchased and I did receive a refund but my card was charged again. They cancel your order without your knowledge or permission. I even gave them my receipt of purchase and that still didn’t matter. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour just for them to tell me I needed to speak with a supervisor who would be reaching out to me in about 1-2 business days. My issue has not been resolved as of yet. John #** (Customer Service Rep.) lied and informed me that he sent my information over to the Refund Dept. and I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive anything. Still waiting on a call from a supervisor.

I placed and order online on 12/12/24, for four pairs of shoes for a toddler, 8yr girl, and 12 yr girl. Once I placed the order, I received an email stating my order was canceled. Each time I tried to place the order again, I received a "We're sorry, your order has been canceled" email. (x3) I called the customer service number multiple times to find out why my order was repeatedly being canceled. Each time I called, I was given the same rehearsed excuse. Turns out, due to their 3rd party verification vendor for payment, they won't allow you to have a billing address different from the shipping address. So, I have to have the shoes shipped to MD, then mail them out to IN once I receive them. WTH?!
12/14, I received two of the four pair ordered. (I paid the $32.99 express delivery.) I called customer service again to inquire about the other two pair since they all were on the same order. Customer service rep had in their system that three pair were delivered on 12/14, and the other pair was canceled. I told them I only received two pair and I have the pic from UPS dropping off only 2 boxes, and asked, why wasn't I notified about the 4th pair being canceled! (No notice) Of course I got the "I'm sorry". The missing 3rd pair wasn't shipped out with the first two pair, and it missed the express delivery I paid for, and won't arrive until 12/17. I verbally put in another order with the customer service rep to replace the 4th pair and had the package sent to a UPS location instead of my house.
Once she said my order was good and it went through, ten minutes later, I received another email, stating "Your order is canceled!" This time, I called back to make sure it was canceled and to also make sure my money would be put back on my card. The rep confirmed it would be. I went through this whole scenario twice! I am literally waiting to see if over $300 will be refunded back to my CC for the previous canceled order in addition to the newly replaced order, plus $66 in express delivery fees. I went right over to the Foot Locker website and ordered the same 4th pair of shoes and shipped them right to Indiana without issue! Thanks for nothing Finish Line! All you did was cause a lot of confusion, and I know now to take my business and money elsewhere. Do better! Foot Locker for Life!

I ordered shoes from Finish Line online on 12/2/2024, I received a confirmation number confirming the order and nothing else! On 12/10/24 I called the customer service number to cancel the order, the associate who answered the phone placed me on hold briefly then returned stating my order was already packaged and was waiting for the carrier, I asked her when? She said “today”, I explained to her how I had not received any further emails from Finish Line and in fact had just looked before I called, she quickly cut me off mid sentence and placed me on hold again, when she returned she simply said she canceled the order and it would be refunded to the original form of payment and hung up! After this experience I’m happy I never received the shoes nor will I ever do business with Finish line again!! Horrible customer service as well as communication on where paid for merchandise is!

Do not order online. Have ordered twice and had trouble getting the order AND contacting customer services both times. Both times order appeared to be delayed being shipped/picked up and the second time I paid for expedited shipping and it did NOT arrive within the 3 to 5 business days. The automated chat kept saying no live chat was available and disconnected me and the same thing happened with a phone call. I did finally get someone today who "promised" a refund of the extra shipping fee. However, I still don't know when the shoes will arrive and they are already too late for a little boy's birthday.

Do not order online! Buy in store! My package was delivered 2 days early (good thing right?). Unfortunately I was not aware of this. The package was left at the bottom of my stairs and subsequently stolen. I called customer service and was advised I'd receive a refund due to this. A week later after not receiving a refund or any further information I contacted Finish Line today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and spoke to someone who stated since it was delivered to the right address I would not receive a refund. I advised the package was not delivered on the day I prepared for it to be delivered and asked to speak with a manager and was advised the manager was on another call.
After being placed on hold again I was advised another refund request would be issued and waited for an invoice number. Instead the call was terminated on their end. I called for the 3rd time and immediately asked for a manager, sharing the details of both previous calls. I got an apology and an explanation of what had already been explained. Never got to speak with a manager.
