What is Waggy?

Waggy is an online platform for obtaining ESA letters. It directly connects users with LMHPs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Waggy prioritizes privacy and efficiency, offering prompt responses and safeguarding personal information. With a focus on legitimacy, Waggy sets itself apart by providing a streamlined process and same-day digital letters.

How does Waggy work?

Waggy’s four-step process is 100% online and includes:

  • Free qualification test: Patients fill out a quick survey of their mental health which is automatically graded to determine initial eligibility.
  • Select your plan: If eligible, you’ll move on to select one of two packages. You’ll also have the option to purchase a service dog kit at this time.
  • Psychological evaluation: After checkout, you’ll be matched with an LMHP in your state who will evaluate your qualification tests and give the final approval/denial.
  • Download your letter: If approved, you’ll receive instant access to download your signed ESA letter. If denied, you’ll automatically receive a full refund.

Waggy packages

Waggy has two packages to choose from, plus an optional service dog kit. Prices are accurate as of the time of publishing.

  • One pet housing and travel for $129: This package includes a psychological evaluation and follow-up, a single ESA Housing letter on LMHP letterhead and signed by the LMHP, same-day PDF delivery, a service dog registration form for air travel and a free handler ID card.
  • Two pet housing and travel for $169: This package includes everything in the first package but qualifies the patient for two ESAs.
  • Service dog kit for $79: This package includes a service dog vest, collar and leash along with the service dog registration form delivered as a same-day PDF. This package can also be purchased separately without the need for LMHP approval or an ESA letter.

How much does Waggy cost?

Waggy FAQ

How do you file to get an ESA letter from Waggy?

Start by taking the free online evaluation on Waggy’s website to instantly determine your eligibility. Upon acceptance, select your package and any add-ons, then checkout. Next, you’ll be matched immediately with an LMHP in your state who will review your case. If approved, get your letter instantly via digital PDF download. If you are denied, you will receive a refund.

How long does it take to get an ESA letter from Waggy?

Waggy provides ESA letters on the same day you apply. Approved patients get instant access to download their PDF letter.

Where is Waggy available?

Waggy serves patients nationwide in the United States.

Does Waggy have a guarantee?

Waggy offers two guarantees. The first is a 100% money-back guarantee for any patient who is denied an ESA letter through its platform. The second is a 100% landlord acceptance guarantee. This guarantee states that if a landlord does not accept the ESA letter written by a Waggy LMHP, it will give a 100% refund. Unfortunately, patients must pay an additional $29 fee during checkout to secure this guarantee.

Is Waggy legit?

Waggy offers legitimate ESA letters and includes a service dog registration form for air travel with all packages. It's important to note that ESAs are not the same as service dogs, and only service dogs are allowed on flights. While some may find value in Waggy's additional 100% landlord acceptance guarantee, requiring extra fees might be a point of concern for others. Overall, Waggy provides legally compliant ESA letters for qualifying patients.

Waggy.com was advertised as AI DOGS that was over 19 inches long. Very expensive but what I received was not even close to what was advertised. They send a 4-inch child’s toy dog. Fraudulent advertising for sure. Not on line now under Waggy.com.

Doesn't look anything like the commercial and it doesn't do this stuff that it's no different than cheap little mechanical dog toys that have been on the market for ages.
