    My older dog's teeth had calculus and weren't in the greatest shape. The vets wanted to do a dental procedure, but I wasn't going that route, so that's why I bought PetLabCo.'s dental formula.

    It's a little expensive. I would just say to keep your pet's teeth healthy. I go through the bottles kind of fast. I put it into his water bowl. Now his teeth are pretty much stable, and his breath is better.

    I've been giving my small dog probiotic chews once a day for over nine months with no discernable improvement. I see some reviews it works fine with their dogs but not with mine. She likes them (the reason for two stars), but she still bites her paws as much as she did before. I would like to cancel my subscription but I'm having problems doing so. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    I have an older dog who had bad teeth. I got the water additive and it made a big difference in the way her teeth look. We got very hard water here and the product balances out tap water additives so that it’s not as odorous or hard. I add a squirt to a gallon of water every day and my dogs seem to drink the water better when that’s in it. My only issue is that it’s difficult to navigate their renewal for subscriptions on their website. But other than that, their product is good.

    Our pug was itching and it came to a point that I did not know what else to do. Petlab has always been good. The dogs are on the immunity and allergy, and they don’t have any problems. Their website is easy to use, and I usually get to where I need to go. Their price is comparable to what one would pay anywhere else, and I like the idea that they deliver to the house so I don’t have to go looking for it.     I have a Maltipoo, and he is 14 years old. He can’t be put to sleep to clean his teeth because of his heart condition, so the algae additive helps since he can take it awake. I have a subscription with them. The algae powder comes monthly.

    I’ve been satisfied with the pricing. I tried some of the algae type from another company and my dog wouldn’t even touch it, so I definitely went back to Petlab. When I order something, it comes quickly. It’s always in stock, and that’s what’s important to me. I’ve been really satisfied with Petlab.

    I purchased the dental stuff for the water and then I went with the Pro Advanced for the teeth. It keeps my dogs from not having rotted teeth and no build up. We also use the powder stuff for their food. My husband puts that in every day and it helps, especially with my 13-year-old.

    She has problems with her mouth. She had a cleaning but they didn’t take any teeth out this time. They took out 10 the last time so I told them not to take out more teeth. I also got the probiotic that stops them from itching because of a virus in their gut. They’ve been licking their paws, scratching and itching so that’s what I’m gonna do.

    Overall, I have very good experience with PetLab and I’ve recommended them to my mom. I have automatic payments through my PayPal. But I can tell them to take it out of pause and put it back on. Or they send me a note and say that the stuff for my dog is ready to come out. Then I’ll just put money in for PayPal so when they get it, it’s there.

    I have a dog who’s almost 13, and he doesn’t like having his teeth brushed or touched much. I ordered that green stuff you sprinkle on their food for teeth, and it got delivered quickly. I’d have to look at the packaging to tell you the ingredients, but whatever it is, it works and my dog likes it. It takes a while, but I noticed a lot of the plaque disappearing.

    I was trying to find the expected date of delivery for my order. The account doesn't show this. The phone number leaves you on hold for an extended period of time with no actual assistance. You sit there thinking you're in a queue. You're not. The email address they have will tell you they can't find your order. I confirmed the order number, email, shipping address and even sent two screenshots of the order details. The email is an auto reply template with no actual assistance. They provide a link to speak with someone, but the link is not valid.

    At one point the email auto template changed, showing they found my order. It was a different order number (very different than mine), very different order date, different shipping state. No matter what you write, you get the same template reply. This is a scam company. On your account details you have no way to view your credit card info (shocking, isn't it). You can only ADD another payment method. Again, shocking. I don't know where all these claims of happy users, I cannot get my order, speak to a person, or email actual support.

    Bad customer service, try to call this company for my order either sending message through their secure website. No response for a week and calling hold with annoying music for 45 minutes. No one answer the phone, this is the first time dealing with this company ignoring valuable customer to patronize their products, in this case I will not ordering for this company Petlab, stay away. Find other reliable company. Care about customer really matters. NOT recommending this company. BAD Customer service ever.

    I first heard about Petlab through an ad on Facebook, and I’ve been extremely happy with the product. It helped reduce more than half the plaque on my senior dog’s teeth. But, I noticed that my last shipment is a different color. It’s not as green, and it makes me wonder if they have adjusted their formula for cost purposes. Still, ordering is very easy, and I either order it online through Petlab Co. or they allow me to order it through Amazon. Their site is very user-friendly.

    I have never had a problem with shipping until this recent order. It got shipped to a different address, but it’s always been shipped right away, and I receive it within a week. I pet-sit, so I recommend it to all my clients.

    I was getting the allergy relief things from Amazon, but it’s easier for me to get it right from Petlab. I look at a lot of different products and Petlab's price is very reasonable. Their website has been pretty easy to use and I suck on computers.

    The stuff for the dog's teeth for the tartar works very well. I put it in their food, this way, they chew it in the back. A lot of their buildup and plaque is in the back, so trying to get it back there on your own is a joke. The teeth brightening stuff is incredible. My oldest dog is six years old and he has almost nothing on the back teeth.

    I've also purchased the allergy stuff from them before, immune and allergy. But the dogs have got enough allergies that nothing seems to work. Even the Apoquel doesn’t work for them.

    Terrible service. Got an unwanted product despite my attempts to cancel the shipment. I emailed them upon receipt and got a reply email stating someone would reach out shortly to resolve the issue. That was over a week ago. Despite repeated emails, no further response. Call to their toll-free number indicate that due to caller volume, wait time exceeds 60 minutes. I will dispute the charge with my cc company. Pet Lovers, beware. Oh, and no invoice in the package to refer to.

    I’ve been purchasing from Petlab for about a year. I have golden retrievers, and I bought the ProBright powder for my senior golden retriever when he was 10 years old. He had never had a dental cleaning. I ordered it, signed up for auto‑ship, and continued using it because I knew it doesn’t work right away and needs to be used consistently to see results.

    After about three months, I noticed the tartar on his teeth starting to disappear. He also had some gingivitis, with redness along the gum line on his back teeth, and that seemed to improve as well. I kept using it until I eventually had to put him down. He made it to his 11th birthday, and by the time I had to put him down, the tartar on his teeth was almost gone.

    I forgot I was on auto‑ship and ended up receiving another order, so I decided to use it on my younger golden. I have two other goldens, and the youngest one is a poop eater. He had pretty heavy staining on his teeth from that. I started using it on him and kept the auto‑ship going.

    Since I started him on ProBright in November, the tartar on his teeth has been significantly reduced and is almost gone. I’m a 100% believer. I work at a vet clinic, and I recommend it to everyone for tartar, especially if they can’t afford a dental cleaning or only have mild tartar. I’ve even told the doctors I work with about it, and they’ll say, “Well, Dani uses this powder she gets online to help clear up the tartar.”

    I have a four-and-a-half-year-old miniature Goldendoodle and she’s the boss. Brushing her teeth is very difficult, so I like that you can just put ProBright on her food. It does a good job. I also bought the probiotic as well.

    So far I’ve only ordered those two things from Petlab, but they both seem to be working as they should. I like the ease of using them. Their prices are fair and my sales experience has been easy. My experience has been good.

    I bought probiotics for my Chihuahua because he was scratching all the time. He was digging at his ears, licking his feet. And his hair was falling out real bad. His hair was stiff and wiry.

    I got a free bag of salmon bits with that purchase. But he didn't care for them a whole lot. He's a picky-eater but once I got the probiotic, his coat is real soft and smooth. He doesn't scratch anymore. He doesn't lick and bite at his feet. He's not digging at his ears. It totally fixed it and he's a happy camper.

    I noticed the difference in him within about three days and after a month and a half I bought him his second jar. He used to drive me crazy at night in bed. I wake up and my sheets and my blanket be slobbered from him licking all night long.

    Petlab was great and although it's a little salty for my liking, but it's worth the price.

    My sheltie’s mouth was smelling yucky, and even though I had been brushing her teeth every night, it still wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I saw Petlab on Instagram or YouTube and decided to try it. Ordering it on the website was easy. It was like, “Here’s the picture, click on the button, and order what you need.” I paid for it and it came in the mail.

    I just sprinkle it on her food and she doesn’t even pay any attention. She just eats it like normal, so it’s completely accepted right away. I even shared it with my children since we have five shelties among us.

    Since using the product, the dog no longer has bad breath and her plaque is going away really well. I’m still brushing her teeth every night, but this seems to be the extra that we needed to get rid of the smell.

    My dog, Minnie, had allergies. She was on Apoquel and was also getting shots from the vet, but after a while, that didn’t work. I saw an ad for Petlab that mentioned dogs biting their feet and licking, which is what Minnie was doing a lot. So, I decided to try it instead of the shots.

    Petlab worked amazingly. Within about a week, she almost completely stopped biting and licking. Sometimes she would have her whole paw in her mouth, but it really calmed her down. She’s seven years old and gets stressed easily around little kids and other animals, and it helped calm her a lot. It helped with everything.

    I noticed that some plants are blooming, and it’s allergy season. I don’t see her licking or biting her feet anymore, but I do notice that her eyes are watery underneath. They weren’t that bad before. She takes probiotics, which is what Petlab was offering at the time.

    I also have the allergy medicine from them, but I’m not sure if I can give her both or alternate them day by day. I don’t know. The probiotic chew I give her is on a subscription, and it works for her. I can’t stand seeing my dog chew on her feet so hard that they turn red. That’s why I keep her on it.

    Petlab is kind of expensive. I talked to my granddaughter, who has two big dogs. My dog is small. I told her about Petlab, and she said she’d rather buy a cheaper one on Amazon because she doesn’t want to spend that much.

    I have been a long-time user of Petlab's products and I absolutely love them. Their offerings have been a fantastic addition to my pets' routine. The customer service is exceptionally good, which is a rare find these days. With some products, I have occasionally gotten ahead, allowing me to share the dental care product with a friend for her dachshund, who also saw great results and decided to continue purchasing it.

    I primarily use the dental product for my Chihuahua mix named Daisy. She's quite the character, thinking of herself as a Great Dane. Since I can't brush her teeth, this product has been a lifesaver. However, I use it every other day because it can upset her stomach. Even with reduced frequency, it effectively freshens her breath and improves the appearance of her teeth. I simply sprinkle it on her food and mix it in.

    I also used their bone and joint care product for another pet who has unfortunately passed away. During the time she was on it, I noticed a significant improvement in her mobility thanks to the glucosamine.

    Overall, I would rate my experience with Petlab as a 5 out of 5. Even the pricing, which I rate as 4.5 out of 5, is reasonable because the monthly subscription helps with the cost. The products are worth every penny I spend.

    We have two Yorkies that are 8 and 10 years old. The older one has teeth problems and bad breath. He's only 3 pounds and we don't have $4,000 to take him to Auburn, Alabama and have them pull his teeth. We thought of trying Petlab's green powder, and it's made a world of difference. Our other Yorkie is younger and is 8 pounds. They both have their snacks. Both have sensitive stomachs, so we have to be aware of that.     I heard about Petlab through my dealings of having three dogs. About four years ago, I had two dogs and I've had them since puppies. I'm a senior and I didn't think I could deal with a puppy again and I know there's a lot of senior dogs. I got a third dog that's between seven and eight years old, but he's quite frisky and he's perfect in my life. I wanted to reward him. Since he's a rescue, I don't know when was the last time he had his teeth cleaned. I had his teeth cleaned and that was expensive. I hoped to find ways that I wouldn't have to spend the money for cleaning. I got Petlab's product for my third dog and he has cleaner teeth.

    The website is good and I've had no problems reaching them in the past. Right now though, I have to call them because I'm ordering too much and I'm gonna have to back down on it.     I have a monthly subscription with Petlab and I'm happy with it. I have a pit bull mix with breath that would light the world on fire, and he benefited immediately with fresher breath from using ProBright within days. Interestingly enough, I started with a new vet a couple of weeks ago because I moved. I was concerned that it was time for a cleaning because I don't brush them. They were shocked at not only his teeth, but also at my other dog that's four to six years older than him saying that both of their teeth looked amazing.     After 4 weeks of using this product, my dog is experiencing an extraordinary increase in thirst and urine output. For the first time in his life, he could not hold in his urine and had an accident inside the house. I started to do some research, since I know that increased thirst and urine production has to do with kidney issues. I found that the ingredient Sodium Hexametaphosphate can be harmful to dogs. Please keep an eye out for this reaction in your pet. My dog did not do well with this. However, I will say that the powder did help his teeth, and it looks a lot cleaner. But, I will be stopping this product.

    Petlab Co. helped my dogs, so I continued on with both of them. The medicine itself is good with the dogs. Coda is 11 years old and Trooper is 9. He usually gets up and goes outside a lot.     I don’t know if I can consider this a review or not. I have not noticed whether or not she’s licking her paws less because of the anti itch/allergy chews or if it’s because she’s back on her Apoquel. I can say the probiotic helped her pooping to not take so long or hard even but I also noticed that she wasn’t able to hold her poop until she got outside, so I cut the dose in half.

    The main reason for this review is I’ve noticed since she has been on the Petlab Co products, she has a tear stain and her only white paw is now discolored and she has brown goop in her ears. I’ve never had any of these issues and take pride in the care I give my bulldog. I know it’s from the pet lab products because she has not taken anything else since all this happened, I’m hoping that I can get an answer because I’m really curious and worried. At her veterinarian appointment, she was tested for yeast and any other bacteria and she was OK that way, but I’m not digging the tear & paw stains. I was always very careful About keeping her eyes/wrinkles clean and dry and never had a problem. I can’t say whether I would recommend this to my friends until I get an answer to my question.

    I bought the joint chews supplement and the itching ones before for my pet, Bell, who's a lab chow mix. She's almost 16. She had a really bad skin problem for a long time.     I'm not sure that I'm gonna continue with the probiotic that I'm using for my dog because it's not doing what I think it should be doing. I purchased it online and it goes automatic every month. I had an issue in the beginning when I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered the probiotic, and I ended up with some kind of allergy stuff. I got online and went through the messaging thing and let them know what I did, and they switched it out. I paid for it, and it was nothing I got back for free. I had to pay for what I wanted. If I have a problem, like if the post office lost it, which they did recently, Petlab Co. would replace it. They were very cordial. I got a particular one that I use. I'm going to stay with Petlab Co. As long as they have the product, they make them so that I have one pill a day. Some of these places, I gotta take three pills a day and they're expensive.     We are getting the probiotic for our shih-tzus' gut relief. They're licking all the time. We're in month two of the tablets and it says to give it three months. Toward the end of the first month, we noticed a lot less licking and that's why I thought it was finally working and faster than what they predicted. It was a little disappointing that now in month two, they're going back to a lot more licking. I don't know if it's seasonal allergies or what. But I'm hoping, by next month, that they do little to no licking at all. Other than that, we're getting the order automatic and it’s charged to my credit card. I like that. Then, if I find that this is not working, we can just cancel. Also, it comes right to the post or mail and our mail people are not the best, so I'm shocked that it has been coming like the week before they run out.

    These are NOT soft chews. I could not "squish" the chew with two fingers, I had to flatten it with a cup. I did this because they were so hard, it was difficult for my med. small dog to chew. They sent me another jar, and guess what? They were the same. NOT soft chews!!! I don't know how they can say that. That is why I'm here to tell you my truthful experience. I also found that after 3 months of use my dog was not biting or licking his paws any less. So disappointed with this product and all the information they tell you is just not the case. Check it out for yourself, but I suggest you look elsewhere.

    I am writing this review to warn people of possible issues that can occur with their dogs. The dental probrite powder was the only new thing introduced to my dogs in the last two days. Both are dachshunds and both are brothers. One has had very bloody stools today, this was the second day giving them. The other is having diarrhea. I have chosen to stop giving this powder to them based on reviews from Amazon.

    However, I am very disappointed because my Dachshunds have very bad plaque and tarter. Without regular dental cleanings, they have nasty teeth. Within two days there was a noticeable difference of appearance of one’s teeth and his breath. But based on the seriousness of the reviews from Amazon and Reddit I will not give them this any longer since they are having negative reactions since taking.

    I noticed after giving my dog the teeth cleaning powder for ~1.5 weeks he began to lick his legs and paws a lot. Therefore, assuming he may have had an allergic reaction to the product. Taking him off for ~2 weeks to see if he returns to normal then will try this again. Unfortunately, I bought more than 1 months' worth and now have a supplement of this stuff... I'd recommend trying it first (1 month supply) to see if your furry friend "agrees" to the product, then buy more. Subscribing to save money and buying months worth of this on the upfront seems smart, but not when your dog reacts poorly to it.

    I first saw the advertisement on my Pinterest page. I subscribed and began the treatment. After that I would get weekly email about discounts, etc. to which I went in and took advantage of the discounts. Here is the problem. They do not associate the subscriptions, and they start sending you a cumulative amount of product and charging you automatically! I immediately sent emails asking to have the supplies stopped as now I had 3 tubs! I went online and could not find a number to call. I did go in and try to cancel both accounts, one was closed successfully but the other one which I was under the impressions also was canceled was not. I just received an email saying that the next shipment was just charged and sent out so now I will be stuck with 4 tubs!!

I am an older person and a phone call is the best way. I am able address a situation like this yet there is no number available. I would like that this last shipment be allowed to return and a refund issue, as good as the product is I have spent way too much money for too much product I never wanted.

    I saw that Petlab's product was good for my dog. I've been purchasing from them since December of 2023 every month. I got the one that was for immunity because she has allergies. Her eyes water all the time. I also got the powder that's for her teeth because I am not going to brush a dog's teeth. It's supposed to clean her teeth. It's helpful. I was using the dental liquid that they had that you put in water and my dog just does not drink very much water. She wasn't getting the full benefit of drinking the water with the dental stuff in it. So, I moved to the powder because I can mix that with her food and I know she's gonna eat that. I think it's good for her or I wouldn't be continuing to buy it. Petlab's products are good and they do what they say and they're good for your animals.

    I had a dog that was having difficulty with his hips. I've purchased joint chews, dental powder, and dental drops with Petlab. I was using the dental drops and then when they went to the dental powder, I switched to that. My first dog with them was the Deerhound-Greyhound cross. The other dog is a Yellow Lab. And now, I have my Yellow Lab and my Boxer cross on the joint shoes. All my dogs are on the dental stuff.

    I've been using Petlab for over four and a half years. The overall cost is comparable to the rest of the marketplace. The only thing I've been disappointed in is that my Lab has been on the joint chews for a while, and now he doesn't like them and I don't know whether they changed the formulation or what. My other dog still eats it, but my Lab doesn't eat it anymore and he really needs to and I can't get him to eat it consistently any longer. I don't know whether he feels he doesn't need it or his taste has changed. I sent Petlab an email comment a few months ago and never heard back.

    I have a subscription with Petlab, and everything's good. I saw it through the internet years ago and I ordered the probiotic and the multivitamin. I started with the other dog. She was having diarrhea and she doesn't like a lot of dog food. So I thought I would get her the multivitamin, and then I was also getting her the probiotic. And when she passed away and I got my new dog, I have her on the same thing, the multivitamin every day and the probiotic every day. I did try the jerky pieces and they were fine. Now, I can only get the jerky pieces if I put it in monthly and I don't want them monthly, so I'm not getting them anymore. The website is very friendly and easy to get to.     Should be ZERO STARS. The 2 stars are because - sadly - the product is good, but the company is terrible. It is not the only option. THE COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. They do not always honor subscription changes and send much too much product, they OVERCHARGE and they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone, only email through the site and bot canned responses. If you can RUN AWAY!!!! I have had to consistently change my subscription dates and they do not honor this and charge you and send too much product.

    I bought the cleaning powder from Petlab for my Miniature Australian Shepherd who is a year-and-a-half-old. You put it in with your pets' food and it's supposed to help to keep their teeth clean. I had my dog's teeth cleaned, I've been using it since, and they seem to be staying clean. The product might not be quite as good as what they're bragging it up to be, but it is good.

    I also put in an order for a probiotic for my other dog who seems to be having some stomach issues. She's an 11-year-old Chihuahua and as she gets older, her stomach is getting a little bit more sensitive. Petlab's items are a little spendy, but if they work, it is what it is. Everything is very expensive nowadays. Ordering online from them was simple and the delivery was rather quick. They also keep you up-to-date on where your order stands and when you're going to get it. And they have the option of getting on a subscription where you get it every month until you cancel it. Plus, if you order more than one, there's a bigger discount.

    My experience with Petlab was amazing. I started using probiotics. That wasn't doing it, so they suggested the Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chews and that was what I was doing. I had two or three times that I didn't get my stuff. I called or reached out to customer service and told them, “I have no idea. It says that it was delivered to the mailbox, but it's not there.” The rep sent me another one out. It was really nice. The second one that she sent to my house didn't get there. So she sent another one out. I was like, “Wow.” Then we changed the address it was going to and I got it, ‘cause I have a community mailbox. It was frustrating, but they made it really easy.

    They're great people and they care about pets. They want you to know what's going on with them. They give you suggestions and they don't pressure you about it. Then that's the last you hear from them, unless they have something else that comes up. There was also an email that I got a couple of times a month just about dogs. It wasn't too much. It was just a knowledge-based thing. They've been great. When we were doing the probiotics, it got pricey ‘cause I had a big dog. But when we changed to the allergy immunology, I got it every month and it was easy. It wasn't super expensive. I always got free shipping. I had to cancel my subscription because my dog passed away yesterday and that's the only reason that I canceled my order. When I get another dog, I'll put him back on that.

    I didn't get my stuff on time, and Petlab Co. sent it right away. Good customer service. Excellent products. I will recommend them 100%. I get the probiotic chews. It makes a great difference because I have a Bichon and he had digestive problems. Also, the ear stuff works great. I would spread it in his ears until the ear would full up and it would run out. And everything brown comes out. He likes it. At first, he wasn't used to it. But now that he's used to it, he would just sit there and let me do it. If I don't do it, he would get an ear infection, shaking his head. He did that one time, and I had to take him to the vet.

    We bought some supplements from Petlab Co. before, and I went on their website and looked at their different available products. Petlab Allergy and Immune that one seemed to be right where I needed it to be. So, I reached out and got a bottle, and it worked. I was looking for a solution for one of my dogs that was having a lot of allergies to either pollen or dust that was in the yard. And that dog gets beet red, and gets him every spring. So, I've been using the Allergy and Immune, for three years. I put it on a subscription and Petlab Co. would send two bottles. I give it to all four of my dogs once a day. The Petlab Allergy and Immune is what helped me get ahead of one dog's irritated skin. With the subscription, it's always here on time.

    Petlab Co. is a very reputable company. They are out of New York, and they have very clean packaging. It's an attractive little bottle that you screw the top off and it’s sealed, so when you get it, you know it's fresh. They get me the product via the subscription the same day every month. So, I don't have to worry about making sure I got enough and when I can reorder, and it would come. And it's the right quantity. The Allergy and Immune seems to work and has a good balance to it. But you got to do some other things too, depending on the degree of allergy that the dogs have. Maybe it wasn't the ultimate cure, but it tamped down the scratching and redness. They have an extensive array of products, and I've looked at a lot of their products, making myself aware of what they might have if I ever ran into some problems. They also have probiotics.

    I ordered Petlab for my dog as her teeth and breath were getting terrible. I have been using about 4 or 5 months now, I have noticed some of her teeth are clean, but her Canines are not. Her breath varies daily...lol But the thing that is concerning me is how she has gotten so winded. She is panting all the time except when she sleeps. She seems just nervous all the time now.     For April order I set out my subscription ship date. Got the confirmation page with the golden retriever saying it was completed. Product shipped anyway. I let it go and set out the date for the following shipment date for May. I received an email that my shipment was coming up in three days. I replied to the email that this date was set out and should not be shipping. Now I’m upset and I then went ahead and logged into the online account and cancelled. When they responded to my emails I was told it was a computer glitch but they did nothing to rectify the situation and shipped and charged me anyway and also claimed my cancellation came in after the item shipped.     My dog scratched a lot. His paws smelled. And he constantly shook his head. He doesn't do any of those anymore. Apparently something with his gut made him do all that. I looked it up and it said something about brown rice and dogs is not good. So, I stopped feeding them that food and his hair came back.

    I started purchasing through Petlab because of the advertisement for certain issues my dog was having, like licking of the paws and having smelly paws. They recommended the probiotic. I started buying the probiotic chews for my dogs. My dog is a miniature poodle and he's using the probiotic for six months now. I have noticed less licking of the paw. And the smelliness, I don't notice that like I did.

    In the beginning, the ordering was good. However, I had to stop and take it off of autoship 'cause, for some reason, it ended up double-charging me and sending me multiple products that I wasn't ready or shouldn't have received.     I love Petlab. I had all kinds of issues using my credit card, though. It kept denying it for two months. I kept calling the bank and making sure it was updated but the system would not let us process it. Now, I have to go through Amazon. I don't know how long their products sit in the warehouse but it doesn't seem as fresh as when I get it directly from Petlab. But I've used the products for months and whether it's from online or in a store, I have no problems using them. I just can't get it processed through Petlab. My pet is a really old pup. He's half Sheltie and half Havanese and the joint ones seemed to help and he's always had seasonal allergies. He lives on the prebiotic ones. The products do pretty well. We were out of the product for the month of December and I could definitely tell there was a difference.

    I started ProBright, by PetLab in the beginning of January with my 15 year old Patterdale Terrier. We used the product for a few days and noticed our pup was wheezing, and started to show signs of sinus congestion. She couldn't breathe through her nose. We took her to our vet, and they did blood work, X-rays, stool samples, you name it. There were no signs of foreign debris or any conclusion as to what was causing this. The days go on as we continue to use ProBright. Her symptoms only worsened. Our Patterdale has never had any problems like this, as she is very strong, tough and resilient. She has always been very healthy according to our vet. Her nose became so dry it was cracking. Her breathing was getting so scary, and she was shaking.

    We took her back to the vet, and needed answers. I could only think of a few things that would have caused this, but nothing recently besides the powdered ProBright we were adding to her food. We immediately stopped using the product. After a few days next to a humidifier, almost $1,000 in vet bills in constant care for her, the symptoms went away. All we had to do was stop using ProBright. Everyday while I was at work I was stressed out, thinking about my dog wondering if she would be okay.

    I requested reimbursement from PetLab, and provided a written statement from our vet. Their investigation team seemed interested in only protecting themselves rather than consider the pain and suffering that my family and my dog went through. What else could have caused this? I'm writing this review to warn other customers before purchasing these products, to hopefully prevent this from happening to you and your loved ones.

    I made an independent purchase with Petlab and now, I'm on a subscription. I have a Shih Tzu. She's about 16 pounds and older, over 12. She was chewing her paws a lot, and we wanted to stop that. They said it could be a yeast issue. We tried other allergy type relief products, and they didn't have anything that works. We tried the one from Petlab, and it seems to be doing well for her. She's in about her third month now. She’s chewing her paws less and she doesn't have the allergy itch issues she had before. Her teeth have gotten less tartar buildup as well from the teeth cleaning product that I got from them. Petlab also included the four block chews in my first order, and if I mix them with food, it's great. Independently though, she doesn't take it. I have to crunch it up. Still, I would tell people to definitely try Petlab.

    I've been using several of their products over time. I just ordered the ProBright Dental Powder that they came out with within the past year and I added that to my plan now. I also use the dental rinse that they put in the water. I've been using that for a while. It does a great job. They're a little pricey but they're worth what you pay for them. I have three pets, a 15-year-old, an eight-year-old, and a two-year-old. My 15-year-old, being the oldest, I had him alone for a long, long time and he's had some dental plaque around his teeth.     I had a little Maltese who had a heart murmur and some allergies. I got him the probiotics from Petlab to make him more comfortable and when he passed, I still had some. I ended up getting another little Maltese and since I got him, I've been giving the probiotics to him.     Petlab is great, and people should be using it if their dog has any problems. I order the allergy and the immune thing, the probiotics and the dental stuff, and I use them daily. My pet hates having his teeth brushed, and the dental stuff has helped his teeth so much with the tartar. It's taking a bit longer, but it's getting there. I put the drops in his water and I'm using the probi that are sprinkled on his food. Petlab said it could take up to three to six months to get the full effects.     I've been happy with Petlab. My dog has enjoyed the products I've been giving her. She is an older dog so she's quite picky. My first purchase from Petlab was the probiotic chews. My dog was starting to lick her paws. In the commercial, it was saying a buildup of yeast happens in their digestive tract and it works its way down into their paws. It gives them itchy feet. I tried the probiotic chews and sure enough, the licking went away. My dog has been taking those for almost a year now. I just continued giving the chews to her figuring a healthy digestive tract is probably good health in general.

    Petlab sent beef jerky and salmon treats. My dog is not a very food-driven dog. She eats them but it's a take them or leave them thing. That was fine. She is getting more arthritic and I noticed that there was a joint chew in Petlab. I've been trying that for about three months now and she likes the chew. She'll eat it but I haven't really seen a lot of difference. She's 15 and if it can make her comfortable, that's all I care about.

    I would recommend Petlab depending on the case of their dog. I've had positive results from the stuff I've given mine and I'd tell others to give them a try. In the case of the probiotic chews and the joint health thing, I would put that online to at least give awareness to people who are looking for reviews on those products that, "Hey, I'm trying it and it works for me or I'm seeing good results. So, consider it." For the chews, things like that can take at least up to three months before you start seeing results. I'm in that three to four-month period and we're still in the evaluation stage of it. I'm still comfortable giving it to my dog. I had read that you give the treats once a day. But I re-read the instructions that it was twice a day. I needed to order more. I put in another order to start to give it to her twice a day. For the last month, I had only given her half of what she should have been getting. Hopefully, in the New Year, we'll certainly see if that makes any changes.

    It's easy to shop with Petlab. But then when looking at my subscriptions to confirm what I have and when I was bundling and switching out, there was some confusion as to, "Did I just cancel everything when I canceled out my other things?" I couldn't get clarification on that. But it's just a timing thing. I went in the next day to confirm the order of the bundle did go through and it did.

    Also, I sometimes see changes in prices in petlab, which is strange. When I ordered, I might have had a coupon at the time. It seems like the price went up to over $30 for the unit. When I go online, it's on sale. You have to monitor that on a month-to-month basis to get the best deal. I recently did that. I grouped my two different products together in one order rather than receiving one order mid-month and one at the end of the month to see if that bundling worked out to be a bit cheaper. For the initial order, it came out significantly cheaper than the two separate orders. We'll see if that works out the way going forward. All in all, my dog likes the Petlab products and it has no ill effects and there are no issues taking them. So, so far, so good.

    I use the probiotics from Petlab. I like that very much. My 2.5-year-old Goldendoodle was gagging a lot after meals. She hasn't been doing that since I've been giving her PetLab probiotics. I was giving her one a day. I looked at the recommendation, and it's supposed to be two for her weight so I upped my order. I get two shipments, one with the anti-inflammatory and another one with a jar of the probiotic. I just started on the anti-itch for yeasty dogs but haven't seen much relief.     My dog is happy with the product. I like the product but not the customer service. The dental formula is the one my dog is staying on. I got rid of the other one because it made him very sick. We tested him a couple of times with it. Every time he had it in his water, he got sick. He started vomiting. I didn't call anybody about it because I'm upset with Petlab.

    I wasn't very happy when I talked to somebody at Petlab about a month ago because he made it sound like I was a new customer when I have been with them for quite a few years. I've spoken to people on the phone and they've been fine. But I don't appreciate this girl. She said, "If you don't subscribe, you can still get the free shipping." But I didn't get the free shipping so I did not complete the order. Then I started getting emails from her about me not finishing the order. I wrote back that I didn't finish because it said free shipping online if you order. I asked them to cancel the order. But I kept getting a notification for days that they're holding on to my order. I called somebody up, talked to them and he said he fixed it.

    The probiotic chews from Petlab are unbelievable. I would give it 20 stars if I could. A second major problem that our vet had been trying to help us with was allergies. Our dog had excessive eye discharge, and it was so bad. When we'd remove that discharge, his skin was raw underneath of it and sore. The vet and I were trying everything, and we felt so bad. The probiotic chews cured it completely. What we were thinking was happening was he licks his paws so obsessively, and then he would rub his eyes with his gross paws. We think the bacteria just kept getting put in his eyes off of his paws, but because the product stopped the licking, it stopped another problem and saved us more money because the prescription he was on with the vet was about $75 a month.

    I bought a probiotic for my dog. She had very bad allergies and got a fussy eating habit. Sometimes it acts like it’s helping her. Other times I wonder is it or not.     The ad for the probiotic juice from Petlab was talking about how yeast build-up can cause your pet to smell. I have a little, miniature dachshund and she'd get really smelly. I'd have to try to bathe her and she hated that. It didn't really work that great. I thought I'll try the probiotic juice. Their emails say sometimes it takes a few months to see the effects, but literally, within a week, she didn't smell anymore and she hasn't smelled since. She loves the product. The little probiotic chews are cut up like little slices of hot dog. I call them her hot dog treats. She thinks she's getting a little piece of hot dog. It works great.     I'm liking the results I've seen so far. I've gotten some probiotic chews from Petlab for my one dog and that seems to be helping him and my other dog getting mobility chews and some mobility liquid. She’s reacting well to that. We did add another medication from the vet to her regimen at the same time, so it's a little hard to say what's the most effective. But at the same time, her furs started growing back too. That's the coolest thing I've seen as a result from any kind of a product that I've gotten for my dogs in the past. For the one dog he’s been reacting to the probiotic better than a prescription probiotic. He seems healthier.

    The website is good. It's fast on being able to place the orders and process it. The delivery time is also good. They even got in touch with me ‘cause the first time I placed an order, there was a duplicate. They made sure that I knew what I picked and cleared it all up for me so that I didn't end up with four times as much stuff as I needed. The service is helpful. When they wanted to make sure I was ordering the right thing, they emailed me, called me, and texted me. That was proactive. Everybody was friendly. The products seem to be great. There have been no adverse effects. I would like it if there were some larger quantities available though. That way, I have fewer jars I end up throwing in the recycling bin.

I tried the allergy one, which she liked, but I noticed that it had chicken in it and she cannot eat chicken. It says pork flavored.     I have a seven-year-old Sheltie this year. She has been experiencing scabbing on her skin, which we thought could be an allergy or/and yeast overbuild in her system. So, I tried the probiotic by Petlab and I didn't see much results from that. Now, I use Petlab for the Pro Itch and the Joint Care, which I continue. I tried the chews, but I have to get up with Petlab to stop that subscription. She's more tolerant towards the Purina chews than the Petlab chews.

    When you go to manage your subscription, it just allows you to temporarily put it on hold. In my case, I have Joint Care and two probiotics. I got ahead of the game. Then they're sending me every month. So, I'm good for four months, but it only puts me on hold for two months. Then you forget to go and put it back on hold again, and by that time, they've sent you another one. There should be a way to avoid us calling to stop a subscription because that's where the frustration comes in. You can't control your subscription. You can only put it on hold.

    I got the joint chews from Petlab Co. and it seems working. My dog seems to love it. He knows I give him these two little Petlab chews, and he would eat the other biscuit. He walks up the stairs better. Customer service was great and very friendly. When I originally signed up for it, I didn't know that I clicked the button that was to send them automatically. Which I don't mind doing because I would have to pay for it anyway. So it did save the time where I got them so quick. But it was just the normal time they would send an automatic the next month. But a jar is not a whole month since I had to give Samson two a day for his weight. I probably should go back on doing it automatically. But I can just call when I'm low.

    It would be nice if there was a promo like a 15% or 20% off of my next order. If I saw one, I would immediately order. The chews come quickly when I order them, but it's an incentive too.     Petlab sounded really good and I liked the results that they were showing on TikTok. The commercial was for a joint medicine and how it helped older dogs that had trouble getting around. That was what I wanted to try for my little full-blooded Chihuahua. He broke his shoulder or knee when he was just a little baby. He has had trouble with it. If he moves the wrong way, it hurts him and he limps around. He's 15 years old, so he's just got aches and pains like me.

    Gucci is our eight-pound Chihuahua and she's 14 and a half years old. She was doing a lot of yelping with her own movements, not to mention when we would touch her. It got to the point where we could almost not touch her and we were so afraid that we were hurting her. She could still get up and go to the park. We knew that she had the drive, the energy, and the youthfulness in her heart and soul, but her body just wasn't allowing her to do so. She was already on medication but she was still yelping.

    We then tried her on Petlab. We tried other chews, different products from different places, and the videos they have on their website. There were testimonials and videos that showed the dogs that were really hurting. The effect of Petlab takes a little while. I saw the video of the change in the dog. I took a chance with Petlab. I could cancel anytime and I didn't want to get roped into something where I had to buy 10 months' worth of products. Month by month works better because you don't know when they're going to cross the rainbow bridge. You don't want a huge stockpile.

    I don't know how much time we've got left with Gucci, but we want to make it the best. The chews made a big difference. But she still will yelp if we touch certain spots. She's going to the dog park and is able to run around. And she limps a little like I do when we get up from the couch. We always take a minute to get warmed up. On the whole, these chews are really making a difference in the quality of her life and I've been very pleased. Gucci likes the flavor and that was my biggest concern.     I purchased the probiotic and it has worked really well. Our vet says our dog is allergic to grass and we have artificial grass in the yard. But she comes in really red and itchy.     My Shih Tzu was scratching and licking her paws and her eyes were red. I wanted to see if she had seasonal allergies, so I tried a probiotic. It took a little while.     I've been using a prescription given by my vet. We tried that probiotic chew for almost a year. My dog's skin cleared up a bit, but my dog wasn't liking it. It was a big capsule with oil in the middle. We had to poke a hole through it and try to squeeze the oil on to something that he would eat. But he wouldn't eat it, so I decided to try these probiotic chews from Petlab. He's got a skin allergy. And his bottom chest part is pink, like a skin infection. And since I've been using this probiotic chew, it has been cleared up a lot better. He's still a bit pink, but it's a lot better than it was.

    This probiotic chew is a lot less expensive than the vet prescription. So, we started trying it. I noticed my dog was clearing up better with this than it was from the vet's medication that he gave us, which was three times more than Petlab. And he eats it right away. He takes everything. But my younger dog is picky and wouldn't take the oil medication. So, I take the chews and I quarter them. But I forced the first one down. And once he tasted it, he would eat the other three pieces on his own.

    I've tried the liquid that you squirt in their water and they've been using that to clean their teeth. My youngest one only turned four, and he has a lot of tartar on his teeth. I thought I'd it because I know it would be 1,400 to have his teeth cleaned. His teeth have gotten better. He still has some yellow tartar, so I'll probably order another bottle of that before long because I'm just about out. If you have the same problem I did, I would you to the two things that we're using because they're working good for both of my dogs. Also, the shipment comes fast.

    I have a Siberian Husky and she is 9. She has a lot of joint problems. I tried the joint pills with her and it's working pretty well. She's able to get up and down a bit better. I have a Yorkie-poo that I started on them and he seemed to be doing really well. But the product looks a lot different. They used to be smaller and they held together and now they're larger and crumbly. When I first got those, I threw them away because I thought something was wrong with them.     I got probiotics chews, allergy relief chews, fish oil, and dental plaque powder from Petlab. My white bichons, Max and Molly, were chewing on their feet a lot and Molly's eyes were really runny. Max and Molly were itching all the time. They take the Petlab products with no problem. They chew them up, and then I put the oil on their food along with the Plaque Pro powder and they eat their food with no problem.     I love Petlab. They're great. We got four of the supplements and two of the washes, and it helped our older girl tremendously. They were having food allergies and environmental allergies. Our oldest started getting yeast infections in her ears really bad and I didn't know it got so bad that it was blocked off inside where I couldn't see it. I've taken her to the vet and they said they couldn't even get in there to put the medicine in. So I used that ear cleaner, saline, from Petlab for three days and then it broke up. Her ear was clean. It was wonderful.

    I used it on our younger Lab ‘cause he was starting to do repetitive motions like she does because he learned from her. And he stopped because she stopped, but now we're having issues outside because of all the pollen that's been out. They’re very allergic. She also got severe issues with her hip. Having this itch relief and the probiotic along with the joint relief and the calming chew seems to help them a lot. It’s expensive but it is worth it to help them be more confident in their movement and not be in so much pain.
