My older dog's teeth had calculus and weren't in the greatest shape. The vets wanted to do a dental procedure, but I wasn't going that route, so that's why I bought PetLabCo.'s dental formula.

I purchased a probiotic from Petlab after finding it online. It is the only product I have purchased from them, and I feel like it works. I would highly recommend trying it.

I've been giving my small dog probiotic chews once a day for over nine months with no discernable improvement. I see some reviews it works fine with their dogs but not with mine. She likes them (the reason for two stars), but she still bites her paws as much as she did before. I would like to cancel my subscription but I'm having problems doing so. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Petlab has been a wonderful experience for me. My first purchase was a joint supplement because the vet referred us to it for some weakness my pet was having. It's been about a year now and he's still on it, and it really helps. I also have the multivitamin, which he’s also been taking for about a year.

I have an older dog who had bad teeth. I got the water additive and it made a big difference in the way her teeth look. We got very hard water here and the product balances out tap water additives so that it’s not as odorous or hard. I add a squirt to a gallon of water every day and my dogs seem to drink the water better when that’s in it. My only issue is that it’s difficult to navigate their renewal for subscriptions on their website. But other than that, their product is good.

Our pug was itching and it came to a point that I did not know what else to do. Petlab has always been good. The dogs are on the immunity and allergy, and they don’t have any problems. Their website is easy to use, and I usually get to where I need to go. Their price is comparable to what one would pay anywhere else, and I like the idea that they deliver to the house so I don’t have to go looking for it. However, I have a lot of that product now, and I wanted to not get it for a while, so I can use up what I have got.

I have a Maltipoo, and he is 14 years old. He can’t be put to sleep to clean his teeth because of his heart condition, so the algae additive helps since he can take it awake. I have a subscription with them. The algae powder comes monthly.

I purchased the dental stuff for the water and then I went with the Pro Advanced for the teeth. It keeps my dogs from not having rotted teeth and no build up. We also use the powder stuff for their food. My husband puts that in every day and it helps, especially with my 13-year-old.

I buy prebiotics for dogs and dental products you can sprinkle on their food to help clean their teeth from Petlab. It’s on automatic ship, and I’ll probably be using them forever for my dogs. I would recommend others try their products because they help with their breath.

I have a dog who’s almost 13, and he doesn’t like having his teeth brushed or touched much. I ordered that green stuff you sprinkle on their food for teeth, and it got delivered quickly. I’d have to look at the packaging to tell you the ingredients, but whatever it is, it works and my dog likes it. It takes a while, but I noticed a lot of the plaque disappearing.

I was trying to find the expected date of delivery for my order. The account doesn't show this. The phone number leaves you on hold for an extended period of time with no actual assistance. You sit there thinking you're in a queue. You're not. The email address they have will tell you they can't find your order. I confirmed the order number, email, shipping address and even sent two screenshots of the order details. The email is an auto reply template with no actual assistance. They provide a link to speak with someone, but the link is not valid.

Bad customer service, try to call this company for my order either sending message through their secure website. No response for a week and calling hold with annoying music for 45 minutes. No one answer the phone, this is the first time dealing with this company ignoring valuable customer to patronize their products, in this case I will not ordering for this company Petlab, stay away. Find other reliable company. Care about customer really matters. NOT recommending this company. BAD Customer service ever.

I first heard about Petlab through an ad on Facebook, and I’ve been extremely happy with the product. It helped reduce more than half the plaque on my senior dog’s teeth. But, I noticed that my last shipment is a different color. It’s not as green, and it makes me wonder if they have adjusted their formula for cost purposes. Still, ordering is very easy, and I either order it online through Petlab Co. or they allow me to order it through Amazon. Their site is very user-friendly.

I was getting the allergy relief things from Amazon, but it’s easier for me to get it right from Petlab. I look at a lot of different products and Petlab's price is very reasonable. Their website has been pretty easy to use and I suck on computers.

We’ve seen videos and reviews about Petlab Co. online when I looked it up, so I decided to purchase from them. I’m impressed with the timely emails and the delivery, and mostly with the amazement of my dog. We went from crying to having to put her down because she couldn't walk, to now she’s jumping off a two-foot bed, and it’s just crazy. It’s been absolutely great. We tell people about Petlab Co. all the time.

Terrible service. Got an unwanted product despite my attempts to cancel the shipment. I emailed them upon receipt and got a reply email stating someone would reach out shortly to resolve the issue. That was over a week ago. Despite repeated emails, no further response. Call to their toll-free number indicate that due to caller volume, wait time exceeds 60 minutes. I will dispute the charge with my cc company. Pet Lovers, beware. Oh, and no invoice in the package to refer to.

I’ve been purchasing from Petlab for about a year. I have golden retrievers, and I bought the ProBright powder for my senior golden retriever when he was 10 years old. He had never had a dental cleaning. I ordered it, signed up for auto‑ship, and continued using it because I knew it doesn’t work right away and needs to be used consistently to see results.

I have a four-and-a-half-year-old miniature Goldendoodle and she’s the boss. Brushing her teeth is very difficult, so I like that you can just put ProBright on her food. It does a good job. I also bought the probiotic as well.

I bought probiotics for my Chihuahua because he was scratching all the time. He was digging at his ears, licking his feet. And his hair was falling out real bad. His hair was stiff and wiry.

My sheltie’s mouth was smelling yucky, and even though I had been brushing her teeth every night, it still wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I saw Petlab on Instagram or YouTube and decided to try it. Ordering it on the website was easy. It was like, “Here’s the picture, click on the button, and order what you need.” I paid for it and it came in the mail.

My dog, Minnie, had allergies. She was on Apoquel and was also getting shots from the vet, but after a while, that didn’t work. I saw an ad for Petlab that mentioned dogs biting their feet and licking, which is what Minnie was doing a lot. So, I decided to try it instead of the shots.

I have been a long-time user of Petlab's products and I absolutely love them. Their offerings have been a fantastic addition to my pets' routine. The customer service is exceptionally good, which is a rare find these days. With some products, I have occasionally gotten ahead, allowing me to share the dental care product with a friend for her dachshund, who also saw great results and decided to continue purchasing it.

I have been using Pet Lab Co's probiotic for my 13-year-old lab, and it's been a positive experience. The probiotic seems to be working well for her gut health since she doesn't have a problem with throwing up. I also started using their dental powder, which I just sprinkle over her food, and it seems to be helping to clean her teeth. She didn't hesitate to eat her food with the dental powder added, which was a relief.

We have two Yorkies that are 8 and 10 years old. The older one has teeth problems and bad breath. He's only 3 pounds and we don't have $4,000 to take him to Auburn, Alabama and have them pull his teeth. We thought of trying Petlab's green powder, and it's made a world of difference. Our other Yorkie is younger and is 8 pounds. They both have their snacks. Both have sensitive stomachs, so we have to be aware of that. But we're lazy so we want somebody else to do the doing, and Petlab has been wonderful. When the next subscription comes around for something else they need, we'll take it too. We try different things and when we see that they work or it helps our little fur babies, we stick with it.

I heard about Petlab through my dealings of having three dogs. About four years ago, I had two dogs and I've had them since puppies. I'm a senior and I didn't think I could deal with a puppy again and I know there's a lot of senior dogs. I got a third dog that's between seven and eight years old, but he's quite frisky and he's perfect in my life. I wanted to reward him. Since he's a rescue, I don't know when was the last time he had his teeth cleaned. I had his teeth cleaned and that was expensive. I hoped to find ways that I wouldn't have to spend the money for cleaning. I got Petlab's product for my third dog and he has cleaner teeth.

My dog was having joint issues and he got to the point where he couldn't walk. I saw an advertisement on the computer and that's when I started buying the joint care medicine. My dog is 13 years old and his health has greatly improved. After a week of giving him the joint care medicine, he was out of pain, walking fine and playing ball. He's been on it ever since, which was 2 years ago, and he's walking so much better now. I refer Petlab all the time. The website is good and sometimes they give me discounts. However, I have trouble with the subscriptions. I got billed for something that I had canceled. I told them about it, but they only gave me half my money back. I never received the product.

Our vet was telling us our dogs needed $600 worth of dental work on their teeth to clean them. I saw Petlab's on social media and I thought, "We'll give it a shot." I've got three Rottweilers and they all had tartar issues and the product is cleaning them. It's slowly doing it and the dogs seemed to enjoy it. So, it's working. I hope it works all the way up.

I have a monthly subscription with Petlab and I'm happy with it. I have a pit bull mix with breath that would light the world on fire, and he benefited immediately with fresher breath from using ProBright within days. Interestingly enough, I started with a new vet a couple of weeks ago because I moved. I was concerned that it was time for a cleaning because I don't brush them. They were shocked at not only his teeth, but also at my other dog that's four to six years older than him saying that both of their teeth looked amazing. They've both been using ProBright for quite a period of time now.

We wanted the probiotics from Petlab for one of our dogs. It's a little black pug and she's allergic to about everything, constantly licking and scratching all over, especially her feet. In using the probiotics, she still has itching, but it's nowhere near as bad. I had forgotten to order some in time one time and we could really tell the difference when she was out of them. I've been really happy with Petlab the past year or two that we've been on their automatic ship stuff, and I tell all my friends about how they've got great service. I love their packaging and how well their probiotics work for our dog. Their website is also easier to use than a lot of them I've dealt with.

Says it's made in USA. Why is it shipped from Sweden, Germany, and Australia? I ordered 12/31/2024. Said I should receive 1/6/2025. Here it is 1/11/2025 and still in ANOTHER COUNTRY??? I can't rate the actual product if so far, my experience has NOT BEEN been good. I believe when they say MADE IN USA. It's only trying to follow the tracking, I'm finding ALL THE OTHER COUNTRIES INVOLVED. 😵‍💫😒🤔 DISHONEST AND STILL HAVEN'T TRIED THE PRODUCT. 😒

After 4 weeks of using this product, my dog is experiencing an extraordinary increase in thirst and urine output. For the first time in his life, he could not hold in his urine and had an accident inside the house. I started to do some research, since I know that increased thirst and urine production has to do with kidney issues. I found that the ingredient Sodium Hexametaphosphate can be harmful to dogs. Please keep an eye out for this reaction in your pet. My dog did not do well with this. However, I will say that the powder did help his teeth, and it looks a lot cleaner. But, I will be stopping this product.

I googled, "Why is my dog licking her paws so much?" and Petlab popped up. I started reading on their website and I saw reviews of other people who posted the same thing and they put what they ordered for their dog. Petlab had a lot of good reviews from other pet owners and I ordered the pills. It helped after three or four months. My dog still licks her paws a lot, but not as much as she used to when we first started the pills. I've noticed a little improvement in her and I think it's helping. I just need to keep giving it to her.

I got two cleaning stuff and breath freshener powder from Petlab. It's worked really well. It has really improved the smell from my pet's breath. I recommend Petlab for the product that I received.

Our biggest dog’s breath smelled so bad and I was scrolling on Facebook and one of Petlab’s ads came up. I got the ProBright Advanced grain powder, which goes on the food. I use it every day and it seems to be working good.

I was hopeful for this but my dogs turn their noses up at it. Attempts to contact for a return/refund have gone unanswered. Would still encourage others to try it because it seems like a great product.

Petlab Co. helped my dogs, so I continued on with both of them. The medicine itself is good with the dogs. Coda is 11 years old and Trooper is 9. He usually gets up and goes outside a lot. He had problems with his back end and arthritis. It helps him to be able to get up and go outside. She was like a little puppy again. However, the orders always get mixed up. I ordered three probiotics and three joint care, but I got in two and two. In three days, I got what I originally ordered. I don't know why they gave me two and two, and three and three.

I started using some of Petlab Co. product for my dogs in 2018. I got on a monthly subscription. I felt comfortable going with them. My dogs like the stuff I get. I went with the probiotic to help with digestion. It's easy. I get a notice before they charge my card each month. I like that. I also get a notification once it's shipped and when it should arrive. They do a good job communicating. If I wanted to cancel my subscription, I could get in there and hold it.

I've been purchasing from Petlab for at least two and a half years on the powder for my dogs' teeth. So far, my experience has been good.

I've been with Petlab for a few years now. My pet is a nine-year-old purebred German Shepherd. I get her heartworm and Heartgard from them. It's working very well for them. The packaging is also great and they show up within a week I purchase them. She's also on those probiotic tablets and they seem to help her pretty well.

When I first received this product I was over the moon with the results within the first 30days. I quickly subscribed. Upon 3rd arrival I noticed a difference in product's appearance, it was a paler shade of green with lower "odor". My dog's stinky breath has returned. I've been hopefully optimistic with sad results. I will most likely cancel further shipments and use of this product.

I don’t know if I can consider this a review or not. I have not noticed whether or not she’s licking her paws less because of the anti itch/allergy chews or if it’s because she’s back on her Apoquel. I can say the probiotic helped her pooping to not take so long or hard even but I also noticed that she wasn’t able to hold her poop until she got outside, so I cut the dose in half.

I saw an ad for Petlab on Instagram and it seems convincing that it works. Purchasing from them was simple and easy on the user experience. I've gotten the powder for breath and cleaning teeth. It was a smooth delivery. There were no issues and I've ordered it again since. My pet is a four-year-old golden doodle. She's about 30 pounds. I definitely noticed a good bit of change in her breath, which is the most important thing because I was using other products that were not working. She also doesn't have any problems eating it. I just apply it to her food and she seems to like it. The product is good and everything has been fine. It might just be a little pricey for what it is. But Petlab seems to provide good products and they're effective. I would recommend giving it a try.

I went online and checked out the products and I liked their point of view on animals. They treat their customers in a personal manner. Like they really care about the animals. When my six-year-old Beagle mix first went on the joint supplement, she could hardly walk because she was having arthritis in her back legs and she's not very old. But the life she's led and being a bait dog and she probably wasn't fed and taken care of right. So she's very much benefited from them.

I bought the joint chews supplement and the itching ones before for my pet, Bell, who's a lab chow mix. She's almost 16. She had a really bad skin problem for a long time. She lost all the hair on her tail. She was itching, scratching, losing patches of her hair, and had all these bumps all over her skin. I tried oils and baths. I never did take her to the vet. I gave her every day one of the chews for the skin itching issue and in about four months, all of her hair came back. It was amazing. It worked miracles on her. I ended up stopping that because she didn't have any more problems. She's been off those chews for over a year and her skin problem has not come back. It's worth the $33 a month.

We love Petlab. It's helped my dog tremendously. She was limping because she's getting older. She has joint issues. She's been taking the dark brown joint-relief chewable for about eight months, and she's very active now. She's a little Jack Russell. She's very happy now that she doesn't have that pain. As far as Petlab's site, it is very user-friendly, and they text you and tell you, "We're sending it out."

I really like the Glandex product that we've been using for our dog. It seems to work really well. However, there was a dental rinse that we used from Pet Lab that we would mix in their water. After about six to eight months, I didn't really see an improvement, so I discontinued that. But I would tell others that it's worth looking into the products they offer.

My oldest dog would not eat the bone support chews. I forced them down his throat for a while. But I quit doing that. The only thing we buy now is the probiotic chews. It's steep pricing. However, it helps our dogs so we bite the bullet.

I'm not sure that I'm gonna continue with the probiotic that I'm using for my dog because it's not doing what I think it should be doing. I purchased it online and it goes automatic every month. I had an issue in the beginning when I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered the probiotic, and I ended up with some kind of allergy stuff. I got online and went through the messaging thing and let them know what I did, and they switched it out. I paid for it, and it was nothing I got back for free. I had to pay for what I wanted. Other than that, I've had good luck with Petlab Co.

Petlab Co.'s products are of better quality. Also, they come at the right time. When I wanna delay the shipment, they do. If I have a problem, like if the post office lost it, which they did recently, Petlab Co. would replace it. They were very cordial. I got a particular one that I use. I'm going to stay with Petlab Co. As long as they have the product, they make them so that I have one pill a day. Some of these places, I gotta take three pills a day and they're expensive. That's a lot of money for a big dog. They go by weight.

We are getting the probiotic for our shih-tzus' gut relief. They're licking all the time. We're in month two of the tablets and it says to give it three months. Toward the end of the first month, we noticed a lot less licking and that's why I thought it was finally working and faster than what they predicted. It was a little disappointing that now in month two, they're going back to a lot more licking. I don't know if it's seasonal allergies or what. But I'm hoping, by next month, that they do little to no licking at all. Other than that, we're getting the order automatic and it’s charged to my credit card. I like that. Then, if I find that this is not working, we can just cancel. Also, it comes right to the post or mail and our mail people are not the best, so I'm shocked that it has been coming like the week before they run out.

I started purchasing from Petlab and I was happy with them. My pet is a male Lab mix and I got the dental powder because I wanna keep his teeth as good as I can for as long as I can. Petlab has been great. One time, I had to reorder something because the package I was getting came damaged and was leaking. They were very good about sending me another one.

I am very disappointed that the tooth cleaning powder that I ordered from you has done nothing for Misty's teeth. They are still discolored and her breath still smells.. I have been giving it in her food for 4 months with no change. I still have 2 and a half containers left so I will continue to give it to her until it is all gone. A very dissatisfied customer. These are NOT soft chews. I could not "squish" the chew with two fingers, I had to flatten it with a cup. I did this because they were so hard, it was difficult for my med. small dog to chew. They sent me another jar, and guess what? They were the same. NOT soft chews!!! I don't know how they can say that. That is why I'm here to tell you my truthful experience. I also found that after 3 months of use my dog was not biting or licking his paws any less. So disappointed with this product and all the information they tell you is just not the case. Check it out for yourself, but I suggest you look elsewhere.

I like Petlab, especially the dental liquid that you put in the water. It has helped my dog's breath and teeth.

Petlab has been very good. I purchased probiotic for my dog. She had licked her paws raw, and she was having a lot of allergy issues. So, I'd read about Petlab, and I tried them for 30 days, and on day 28 is when her fur started growing back and she started doing a lot better. Now, she has it every day. I crumble it up in her food. She's a cockapoo. She's about 12 years old. It's been a really a good experience to see the probiotic helping her. I just had one jar a month, and then if we're not using it as much, they're very flexible with that so I can adjust it if it's coming too quickly and I want to wait a little bit longer. So, Petlab is very accommodating.

There were ads in Facebook about your dog's teeth and I bought the ProBright for my two dogs. I have one dog that's seven and we had his teeth professionally cleaned and I didn't wanna do that again because they put him under. So, we started using the ProBright after that and his teeth have stayed spotless. My Border Collie is four years old and she had tartar buildup and we never had her teeth cleaned. We've been using ProBright and her teeth are bright white now. I swear by the product and I've talked three people in my family into buying it. I'm perfectly satisfied with Petlab. It's all very good.

We saw Petlab online and we liked what we saw. We had a previous dog that licked its paws a lot. So, we figured we'd give Petlab a try. We purchased probiotic pills and she licked her paws a lot less and pretty much with the other dog I have now. I would recommend Petlab. It’s great.

I am writing this review to warn people of possible issues that can occur with their dogs. The dental probrite powder was the only new thing introduced to my dogs in the last two days. Both are dachshunds and both are brothers. One has had very bloody stools today, this was the second day giving them. The other is having diarrhea. I have chosen to stop giving this powder to them based on reviews from Amazon.

I noticed after giving my dog the teeth cleaning powder for ~1.5 weeks he began to lick his legs and paws a lot. Therefore, assuming he may have had an allergic reaction to the product. Taking him off for ~2 weeks to see if he returns to normal then will try this again. Unfortunately, I bought more than 1 months' worth and now have a supplement of this stuff... I'd recommend trying it first (1 month supply) to see if your furry friend "agrees" to the product, then buy more. Subscribing to save money and buying months worth of this on the upfront seems smart, but not when your dog reacts poorly to it.

I first saw the advertisement on my Pinterest page. I subscribed and began the treatment. After that I would get weekly email about discounts, etc. to which I went in and took advantage of the discounts. Here is the problem. They do not associate the subscriptions, and they start sending you a cumulative amount of product and charging you automatically! I immediately sent emails asking to have the supplies stopped as now I had 3 tubs! I went online and could not find a number to call. I did go in and try to cancel both accounts, one was closed successfully but the other one which I was under the impressions also was canceled was not. I just received an email saying that the next shipment was just charged and sent out so now I will be stuck with 4 tubs!!

I purchase Petlab’s products every month and they are working very nicely. My pet’s fur is soft and he's not chewing on his paws as much and not scooting his butt. He is a very picky eater and he likes the flavoring. So that's good too. But I've also noticed when I stopped the probiotics because I ran out, it was a huge difference. The quality is better than the store-bought though the cost is a little up there. But it's not bad because if you get it from the stores, it's still around the same for the cost.

I saw that Petlab's product was good for my dog. I've been purchasing from them since December of 2023 every month. I got the one that was for immunity because she has allergies. Her eyes water all the time. I also got the powder that's for her teeth because I am not going to brush a dog's teeth. It's supposed to clean her teeth. It's helpful. I was using the dental liquid that they had that you put in water and my dog just does not drink very much water. She wasn't getting the full benefit of drinking the water with the dental stuff in it. So, I moved to the powder because I can mix that with her food and I know she's gonna eat that. I think it's good for her or I wouldn't be continuing to buy it. Petlab's products are good and they do what they say and they're good for your animals.

I ordered off of a Facebook ad. They offered a free treat pkg and then charged me $6.95. Then they shipped by USPS W J O claimed that they tried to deliver but did not. I do not order from disgusting dishonest company. Buyer beware

I had a dog that was having difficulty with his hips. I've purchased joint chews, dental powder, and dental drops with Petlab. I was using the dental drops and then when they went to the dental powder, I switched to that. My first dog with them was the Deerhound-Greyhound cross. The other dog is a Yellow Lab. And now, I have my Yellow Lab and my Boxer cross on the joint shoes. All my dogs are on the dental stuff.

I have a subscription with Petlab, and everything's good. I saw it through the internet years ago and I ordered the probiotic and the multivitamin. I started with the other dog. She was having diarrhea and she doesn't like a lot of dog food. So I thought I would get her the multivitamin, and then I was also getting her the probiotic. And when she passed away and I got my new dog, I have her on the same thing, the multivitamin every day and the probiotic every day. I did try the jerky pieces and they were fine. Now, I can only get the jerky pieces if I put it in monthly and I don't want them monthly, so I'm not getting them anymore. The website is very friendly and easy to get to. They answer my questions if I have a question. They answer the question within a day or two.

My dog is small and it's hard to brush her teeth. I got the powder for the teeth from Petlab, and it works well.

Although the product is good, the subscription format is TERRIBLE. They send too much product, overcharge you AND have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Changing subscription regularity is a nightmare and not always honored. Find another resource.

Should be ZERO STARS. The 2 stars are because - sadly - the product is good, but the company is terrible. It is not the only option. THE COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. They do not always honor subscription changes and send much too much product, they OVERCHARGE and they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone, only email through the site and bot canned responses. If you can RUN AWAY!!!! I have had to consistently change my subscription dates and they do not honor this and charge you and send too much product.

I bought the cleaning powder from Petlab for my Miniature Australian Shepherd who is a year-and-a-half-old. You put it in with your pets' food and it's supposed to help to keep their teeth clean. I had my dog's teeth cleaned, I've been using it since, and they seem to be staying clean. The product might not be quite as good as what they're bragging it up to be, but it is good.

I saw Petlab on Instagram and I saw that they were advertising for dogs that had similar issues with my dog. I ordered from them. I looked into the probiotic treats that they sell and also, the salmon bite treats because she likes those.

My experience with Petlab was amazing. I started using probiotics. That wasn't doing it, so they suggested the Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chews and that was what I was doing. I had two or three times that I didn't get my stuff. I called or reached out to customer service and told them, “I have no idea. It says that it was delivered to the mailbox, but it's not there.” The rep sent me another one out. It was really nice. The second one that she sent to my house didn't get there. So she sent another one out. I was like, “Wow.” Then we changed the address it was going to and I got it, ‘cause I have a community mailbox. It was frustrating, but they made it really easy.

We love Petlab. We purchased some jerky treats and we also have a daily vitamin for my dog. He had bad skin issues. He was red, itchy, scaly and losing fur. We've done some other maintenance as well, but starting the vitamins coincided with him getting better so we've kept him up on it. Our dog loves it and pricing-wise, it's right.

I purchased the joint chew from Petlab for my dog. She seems to move around better with it. She keeps throwing up liquid though. But she's been running around a little bit more. Overall, Petlab works good for her.

I didn't get my stuff on time, and Petlab Co. sent it right away. Good customer service. Excellent products. I will recommend them 100%. I get the probiotic chews. It makes a great difference because I have a Bichon and he had digestive problems. Also, the ear stuff works great. I would spread it in his ears until the ear would full up and it would run out. And everything brown comes out. He likes it. At first, he wasn't used to it. But now that he's used to it, he would just sit there and let me do it. If I don't do it, he would get an ear infection, shaking his head. He did that one time, and I had to take him to the vet.

Petlab has excellent customer service and products. I purchased the hip and the joint stuff. They work good and I still use them. I also tried the probiotic, then I got the powder for the teeth which I put on top of my pet's food. It helps with his breath.

Petlab is a little expensive but I didn't have any problems with them. I got some probiotic for my dog because she was having some digestive issues. She used to throw up bile and my daughter told me that her vet said that that was a good brand to put her on. So far, my dog has been doing fine.

I ordered Petlab for my dog as her teeth and breath were getting terrible. I have been using about 4 or 5 months now, I have noticed some of her teeth are clean, but her Canines are not. Her breath varies daily...lol But the thing that is concerning me is how she has gotten so winded. She is panting all the time except when she sleeps. She seems just nervous all the time now. For April order I set out my subscription ship date. Got the confirmation page with the golden retriever saying it was completed. Product shipped anyway. I let it go and set out the date for the following shipment date for May. I received an email that my shipment was coming up in three days. I replied to the email that this date was set out and should not be shipping. Now I’m upset and I then went ahead and logged into the online account and cancelled. When they responded to my emails I was told it was a computer glitch but they did nothing to rectify the situation and shipped and charged me anyway and also claimed my cancellation came in after the item shipped. I got the beef jerky and the probiotics for my dog. He was about 12.5 years old and we used Petlab for a while and then he departed. He had cancer. He got to the point where he was getting diarrhea with eating the beef jerky. It was just to the point where we couldn't give him anything anymore. So that was why I quit. But on the last day of his life, I gave him the last of the beef jerky and he gobbled it up like it was going out of style. He loved them. The price was real good because they had it on sale when I started buying it. I was happy with it. It didn't bother me to pay whatever they wanted because the dog liked it.

The probiotic chews from Petlab are unbelievable. I would give it 20 stars if I could. A second major problem that our vet had been trying to help us with was allergies. Our dog had excessive eye discharge, and it was so bad. When we'd remove that discharge, his skin was raw underneath of it and sore. The vet and I were trying everything, and we felt so bad. The probiotic chews cured it completely. What we were thinking was happening was he licks his paws so obsessively, and then he would rub his eyes with his gross paws. We think the bacteria just kept getting put in his eyes off of his paws, but because the product stopped the licking, it stopped another problem and saved us more money because the prescription he was on with the vet was about $75 a month.

I bought a probiotic for my dog. She had very bad allergies and got a fussy eating habit. Sometimes it acts like it’s helping her. Other times I wonder is it or not. I have to crush it up and mix it with peanut butter ‘cause she doesn't like it. The first bottle I got says chewable, but they were so hard. I almost had to break them with a hammer. They were the ones that always suggested replacing the product and sending it to me free of charge. However, I wish the product wasn't so expensive. Also, sometimes it's hard to understand and get through to them.

I use are the probiotic chews for my dog that had a lot of yeast issues with his ears. His ears have cleared up. They used to get a black color from yeast buildup in the ears and now, they stay a nice pink color. He's not scratching at his ears because they're not bothering him. The other thing I tried was the ear cleaner which worked fine.

I love the joint chews. They are wonderful. But the calming things don't work on my dog. Overall, I would recommend Petlab products to anybody without hesitation.

The ad for the probiotic juice from Petlab was talking about how yeast build-up can cause your pet to smell. I have a little, miniature dachshund and she'd get really smelly. I'd have to try to bathe her and she hated that. It didn't really work that great. I thought I'll try the probiotic juice. Their emails say sometimes it takes a few months to see the effects, but literally, within a week, she didn't smell anymore and she hasn't smelled since. She loves the product. The little probiotic chews are cut up like little slices of hot dog. I call them her hot dog treats. She thinks she's getting a little piece of hot dog. It works great. I haven't given her a bath since she started this. Their website is also good. I'm on the automatic shipment thing. I get a canister of 30 every month.

I purchased the product for the joints for my pit bull but it's not working too well. He's hard to stand up on his back hips. He's 11 years old and 60 pounds and the thing says one pill per day but I can't afford $40 a month.

I'm liking the results I've seen so far. I've gotten some probiotic chews from Petlab for my one dog and that seems to be helping him and my other dog getting mobility chews and some mobility liquid. She’s reacting well to that. We did add another medication from the vet to her regimen at the same time, so it's a little hard to say what's the most effective. But at the same time, her furs started growing back too. That's the coolest thing I've seen as a result from any kind of a product that I've gotten for my dogs in the past. For the one dog he’s been reacting to the probiotic better than a prescription probiotic. He seems healthier.

I bought the drops that you add to the water for my pet that had very bad breath and probably tartar. She doesn't have bad breath anymore.

I got Dental Formula to put in my Pomeranian's water so his breath won't go bad. I also bought some Hemp Calming Chews for when we groom him 'cause he gets anxious. Their stuff works.

I have a 16-year-old mini Schnauzer with issues standing up and not much energy. I purchased a multivitamin and something for the digestive system and the joints for my dog, and everything is working great. My mini Schnauzer has a lot of energy now. Petlab's products come quickly and their customer service is very good. The quality of the product seems to be good too. My dog has a lot of itching and scratching due to allergies. I tried the allergy one, which she liked, but I noticed that it had chicken in it and she cannot eat chicken. It says pork flavored. But I saw one of the ingredients was chicken and I didn't want her to have that. I tried the probiotic afterwards. I like her to have the probiotic because she has anal glands problems occasionally. I like the treats that they send. She likes them too. I did auto shipment, but I had to stop it because she's fussy. I was getting her the freeze-dried wild salmon. She loved them when I first got them. Then she got tired of them and would like not even eat it.

I bought a tablet for my dog for her teeth and I didn't like it that well. It didn't do as much as I thought it would. But I went to the ProEnzyme dental sticks and that seemed to clean her teeth well. When I let Petlab know that my dog had passed, they had already sent the next shipment. I told them I didn’t need it anymore and they credited me the money back that they charged me for that shipment, which was extremely well. In that package comes a little thing of enzyme that you put on the stick to help in cleaning the teeth. I got one shipment with no enzyme and they sent me an extra package and another thing of enzyme. So, they were more than helpful. They are very compassionate.

We are under the monthly subscription for probiotics. It is working really well. My dog has now stayed healthy since he started taking them. We've seen a decrease in ear infections and itching. It is really good. It's been like a miracle. We were in the vet every week or two. We haven't seen the vet since we started because he got that much better. I would definitely recommend to others getting a subscription so that their pet could have the probiotics.

I have a seven-year-old Sheltie this year. She has been experiencing scabbing on her skin, which we thought could be an allergy or/and yeast overbuild in her system. So, I tried the probiotic by Petlab and I didn't see much results from that. Now, I use Petlab for the Pro Itch and the Joint Care, which I continue. I tried the chews, but I have to get up with Petlab to stop that subscription. She's more tolerant towards the Purina chews than the Petlab chews.
