I've been using Petlab for over four and a half years. The overall cost is comparable to the rest of the marketplace. The only thing I've been disappointed in is that my Lab has been on the joint chews for a while, and now he doesn't like them and I don't know whether they changed the formulation or what. My other dog still eats it, but my Lab doesn't eat it anymore and he really needs to and I can't get him to eat it consistently any longer. I don't know whether he feels he doesn't need it or his taste has changed. I sent Petlab an email comment a few months ago and never heard back.

I also put in an order for a probiotic for my other dog who seems to be having some stomach issues. She's an 11-year-old Chihuahua and as she gets older, her stomach is getting a little bit more sensitive. Petlab's items are a little spendy, but if they work, it is what it is. Everything is very expensive nowadays. Ordering online from them was simple and the delivery was rather quick. They also keep you up-to-date on where your order stands and when you're going to get it. And they have the option of getting on a subscription where you get it every month until you cancel it. Plus, if you order more than one, there's a bigger discount.

They're great people and they care about pets. They want you to know what's going on with them. They give you suggestions and they don't pressure you about it. Then that's the last you hear from them, unless they have something else that comes up. There was also an email that I got a couple of times a month just about dogs. It wasn't too much. It was just a knowledge-based thing. They've been great. When we were doing the probiotics, it got pricey ‘cause I had a big dog. But when we changed to the allergy immunology, I got it every month and it was easy. It wasn't super expensive. I always got free shipping. I had to cancel my subscription because my dog passed away yesterday and that's the only reason that I canceled my order. When I get another dog, I'll put him back on that.

Petlab Co. is a very reputable company. They are out of New York, and they have very clean packaging. It's an attractive little bottle that you screw the top off and it’s sealed, so when you get it, you know it's fresh. They get me the product via the subscription the same day every month. So, I don't have to worry about making sure I got enough and when I can reorder, and it would come. And it's the right quantity. The Allergy and Immune seems to work and has a good balance to it. But you got to do some other things too, depending on the degree of allergy that the dogs have. Maybe it wasn't the ultimate cure, but it tamped down the scratching and redness. They have an extensive array of products, and I've looked at a lot of their products, making myself aware of what they might have if I ever ran into some problems. They also have probiotics.

I do the Probiotic Chews, multivitamins, Skin & Coat, Itch Relief, Calming Chews, and the anal ones. One of my dogs has gum disease. He needs the dental work done, but my vet wouldn't do it until he lost some weight. So, I purchased Farmer’s Dog Food. And I saw the ProBright thing. I read about how it helps with the tartar. My Jake's teeth look a lot better than what they were. It works. And because I heard a lot of good about probiotics, how it helps with their gut, I wanted to try it. It seemed to work. The multivitamins also seemed to work. My dog got much more energy.

I also do the Digestive Chews because all three dogs have stomach problems. My Jake got pancreatitis. He caught it twice already. And he was on special dog food, but he hated it. He was on it for three years. He didn't want it anymore. But he loves the Farmer’s. Every day I put a little scoop of the ProBright Advanced in their food. He loves his Probiotic Chews. He takes everything I give him. They like it.

In addition to the ProBright, I've also added their probiotic to my purchases. Both products seem to be working as expected. While I haven’t had much interaction with customer service—I just sent my first message to them—I’m impressed overall with Petlab's offerings.

I've recommended Petlab to several friends and I would rate their products and the sales experience a 5 out of 5. While I find prices generally high for such products, Petlab's pricing seems fair and in line with other similar products. Also, their online purchasing process is straightforward, which I'd also rate a 5 out of 5.

The probiotics, however, made a significant difference. Before using them, Olaf was constantly scratching, digging at his ears, licking his feet, and losing hair, which was stiff and wiry. After starting the probiotics, his coat became soft and smooth, and his scratching and licking stopped. He is much happier and healthier now.

Olaf has been on the probiotics for about a month and a half, and I noticed improvements in just a few days. The price is a bit high for my liking, but considering the benefits for Olaf, it's worth it.

Overall, I rate my experience with Petlab a 5 out of 5 for the effectiveness of their probiotics and their customer service. As for the pricing, I’d rate it 3.5 out of 5—it’s a bit pricey, but the results make it worthwhile.

The website was user-friendly. It showed a picture and a button to click so I could order what I needed—no issues at all. I've already recommended Petlab to friends and shared with family, especially since we have several Shelties in our family. It's very easy to give the treatment; I just sprinkle it on her food and she eats it without any fuss.

I've been very satisfied with the product—nice packaging and arrives without any problems. I even got more product than I needed and had to pause future orders. Overall, it’s a great product.

After starting Petlab's probiotics, I noticed a remarkable improvement in Minnie within about a week. She stopped biting and licking her feet, which used to be a major concern for us, especially since she would sometimes have her whole paw in her mouth. The product not only resolved this issue but also seemed to calm her down overall, even though she's naturally more anxious around little kids and other animals.

Although Minnie's allergy symptoms have generally improved, I recently noticed some watering in her eyes, which wasn't as pronounced before. I also use Petlab's allergy medicine and have been considering how to best combine these products for optimal results.

I've recommended Petlab to my family, although reactions to the cost compared to cheaper alternatives vary. Despite this, I strongly believe in the value Petlab provides, considering the significant positive change I've observed in Minnie. I would definitely recommend Petlab to friends and family, rating my experience as highly satisfactory.

Original Review: A number months ago I ordered probiotic product from Pet Lab. The product never arrived but I was still sent the bill. The product went to somebody in Edmonton. Well I paid the bill here in Vancouver. There was no way that I could complain because all of the emails that I was getting from pet lab were automated so in my mind pet lab sucks and anybody that pays any money to pet lab is a fool.
