    My mother saw a YouTube advertisement on Petlab Co. My dog Lucy has allergy issues, which lead her to scratch and lick her paws constantly. It drove my mom crazy, so she asked me to place an order for Petlab Co.'s anti-itch tablets. The purchase process through their site was straightforward, and I found it easy to navigate. I enrolled in their monthly subscription, and so far, I've had no problems with it—it all seems to run smoothly.

    Since using the anti-itch tablets, there has been a noticeable improvement in Lucy's symptoms. She doesn't chew her feet like she used to, and the constant scratching and licking have subsided significantly. While she occasionally experiences flare-ups, especially when she's been outside, these tablets have been a great help overall.

      I had a Mini Pin that woke up one day and couldn't walk, so I took him to the vet. They put him on medication and he was walking after that. On Facebook I saw an ad for Petlab's joint care product and I thought I would try it. About two weeks after putting my Mini Pin on joint care, I tried taking him off the medication from the vet to see how he did and he did really good. He was on Petlab's joint care for almost five years and then he passed away with diabetes.

      Navigating Petlab's site was straightforward. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to suspend, skip or stop orders—a feature I hadn’t found while shopping for dog food elsewhere, like on Walmart’s site, which can be quite frustrating.

      I'm on a lot of dog and cat forums on Facebook and I've been an advocate for Petlab, often recommending them for any dog joint or allergy needs. The probiotics have also been beneficial for my pets. The first time I used it was for my Boxer. She had runny poop and the probiotics helped a lot with the texture of her stool. I also have a Setter and a Saint Bernard and when they start itching, I'll feed the probiotics to them for a month and they'll be good for a while after that. When they get into something and cause an upset in their system, I have to start it all over again.

      After seeing what Petlab's product did to my Mini Pin, able walk for four or five more years after, I'll always go to them for any supplement my pets need.

      I bought Petlab's ProBright Powder for my senior golden retriever, who was 10 years old and had never had a dental cleaning. I discovered the product through a Facebook advertisement and gave it a try. I ordered it, got on the auto-ship and continued to use it because I know that it doesn't work right away. You have to use it continuously to see a difference. Initially, I noticed the tartar on his teeth beginning to reduce after about three months of continuous use. He also had some redness on his gum line on his back teeth, and that seemed to be less. Unfortunately, I had to put him down when he was 11, but by then, the tartar was almost gone.

      Afterwards, I decided to use the remaining product on my younger dogs. One of them, who tends to eat poop, had significant staining on his teeth, but since starting the ProBright Powder in November, the tartar has decreased significantly. As someone who works at a vet clinic, I recommend this product to clients, especially those who can't afford dental cleanings or have pets with mild tartar. My experience with Petlab Co. has been very positive; even though I've never reached out to customer service, I rate them a 5 out of 5 based on product effectiveness, ease of website use, and pricing. I am a true believer in the ProBright Powder.

      While searching online for a solution to my dog Minnie's allergy issues, I found Petlab. Minnie, a small female dog, was struggling with constant licking and biting of her feet due to allergies. We had tried various treatments and vet-administered shots, but they didn't provide the relief we hoped for. When I came across Petlab's ad, it caught my attention as it specifically addressed the behavioral symptoms we were dealing with.

      After starting Petlab's probiotics, I noticed a remarkable improvement in Minnie within about a week. She stopped biting and licking her feet, which used to be a major concern for us, especially since she would sometimes have her whole paw in her mouth. The product not only resolved this issue but also seemed to calm her down overall, even though she's naturally more anxious around little kids and other animals.

      Although Minnie's allergy symptoms have generally improved, I recently noticed some watering in her eyes, which wasn't as pronounced before. I also use Petlab's allergy medicine and have been considering how to best combine these products for optimal results.

      I heard about Petlab through my dealings of having three dogs. About four years ago, I had two dogs and I've had them since puppies. I'm a senior and I didn't think I could deal with a puppy again and I know there's a lot of senior dogs. I got a third dog that's between seven and eight years old, but he's quite frisky and he's perfect in my life. I wanted to reward him. Since he's a rescue, I don't know when was the last time he had his teeth cleaned. I had his teeth cleaned and that was expensive. I hoped to find ways that I wouldn't have to spend the money for cleaning. I got Petlab's product for my third dog and he has cleaner teeth.

      The website is good and I've had no problems reaching them in the past. Right now though, I have to call them because I'm ordering too much and I'm gonna have to back down on it. I still use the product, but I don't need that many containers at one time. So far, the product is not 100%, but it's better than nothing. I am pleased with it. I know the teeth are very important for health and I'm glad that I found the product. I also referred my nephew and his wife 'cause their dog's teeth are not the best. I'm hoping they try it as well.

      Products seems okay, but poor customer service. They use AI that often fails and live rep is not there to help. They do not care if you are a subscriber or frequent shopper. They are also using a third party to ship their product so the product gets mixed up sometimes.

      This product gave my dog horrible bloody diarrhea. No other diet changes for him. This was the only issue. They promised a money back guarantee via their ads but ONLY unused product is able to be returned for a refund. Definitely would NOT recommend. I tried their online Chatbot to make a return on the unused product and it did assist at all.

      I wanted to inform you that I bought your product about a week and a half ago. I did this because of testimonials and advertising from your company, but this is misleading advertising; it's all lies. My dog ​​is now sick because of using the product. He has severe pain in one ear and is secreting a lot of yeast from it. Instead of helping, the product only made the problem worse. I had to stop using it. I wasted my money; your product is garbage and lies.

      This product doesn't work at all! I am very dissatisfied with this product. Make sure to DOUBLE check your subscription is canceled, I did mine but their system didn't process my cancellation and I noticed they charged me $60.48 to send again this product. I didn't get it why they are doing this, but the true is that they are taking your money so easy playing with your intelligence and taking advantage just because we are desperate to help our pets.

      I am very unhappy with PetLab Co.'s Dental Powder and with PetLab Co. in general. I purchased some and my pups developed diarrhea. I stopped using. They were fine. Tried it again, and same thing--diarrhea. I canceled a subscription, only to have them charge my credit card for $56.00. I have attempted to get a return number as I now have two more containers of this stuff. No responses to my online request to fix this and get a return number. No response to my email and they never answer the phone. PeLab Co. -- do better for your customers. My order number is #**. If you want to do the right thing and communicate with your (former) customers. It would be a lot easier if I could just send back the order and have you credit my card than having to waste my time posting this. TERRIBLE - nonexistent customer service.
