I am very unhappy with PetLab Co.'s Dental Powder and with PetLab Co. in general. I purchased some and my pups developed diarrhea. I stopped using. They were fine. Tried it again, and same thing--diarrhea. I canceled a subscription, only to have them charge my credit card for $56.00. I have attempted to get a return number as I now have two more containers of this stuff. No responses to my online request to fix this and get a return number. No response to my email and they never answer the phone. PeLab Co. -- do better for your customers. My order number is #**. If you want to do the right thing and communicate with your (former) customers. It would be a lot easier if I could just send back the order and have you credit my card than having to waste my time posting this. TERRIBLE - nonexistent customer service.

I purchased the probiotic for my three dogs. They had lose stools, and loss of appetite. Since using the probiotic, their stools went back to normal like they were supposed to. Also, they were eating. They had a lot more healthier appetite to wanting to eat instead of just nibble at it. So, for me, the probiotic made their stomachs feel better, and they wanted to eat. It was very easy to purchase from Petlab. I'm on a subscription with them. So, they mail them to me. I'm very happy with it.

My dog loves the dental sticks. My girlfriend asked me how I keep my dog's teeth clean because her dog had plaque. I told her to get the dental sticks from Petlab and I sent her the picture. I love the product. I have it on repeat orders online. They always contact me to say, “Your order's ready to ship,” and if I need to change anything. They're great. It's more expensive than some of the products I can buy at the grocery store. But it's great value. My dog goes to the vet and they say he has the best-looking teeth of any dog that they have at there. I'm very, very pleased with their dental sticks.

I had a Cocker Spaniel that the doctor I took him to suggested that they pull off all of his teeth because they were afraid of an infection, which they did. It was the worst experience at that time I'd ever had with an animal. I felt so bad that I did that. He eventually died of cancer several years ago, but then we got this little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and I wanted to make sure that that would never happen to the dog or me again.
I go back to the vet every January for a wellness check. My dog's breath was a little bad and the vet said, “We may have to do something about those teeth. Are you brushing the teeth?” I said, “No.” There are people out there that successfully do that, but I'm not one of them. I started giving my dog Petlab's powder. I put it over her food to help her teeth stay clean, remove the tartar build-up, and get them white. It's been about a year and I can't wait to see what the vet says, because her teeth look awesome. They look like little puppy teeth. I love that powder product from Petlab. It does its job.

My dog, Lucy, has allergy issues, and she scratches all the time. She licks and chews her paws, and it drives my mom crazy. She saw a YouTube advertisement of Petlab's anti-itch tablets and she asked me to order it. So, I ordered it, and it has helped. It was easy to order it online. I get my monthly subscription, and it all seems to be fine. Lucy doesn't chew her feet and constantly sit and just scratch like she used to. There are days that she's agitated when she's outside more. But for the most part, it's calmed it down.

I have used Petlab powder in my dog's food for 5 months and there has been no improvement in their breath unfortunately. I really wanted it to work, especially with the costs involved. I notified the company prior to writing this review. They just basically said, "Sorry. If you subscribe to something again let us know and we will give you 50% off the first month." The overall experience was very disappointing.

My dogs have been using Petlab’s dental powder for two and a half months. So far, they like it. It seems to be improving their breath and their teeth, and there doesn’t seem to be an issue with their gut. The cost is also reasonable, so I’m happy with the product, the customer service, and the shipping.

Absolutely look into Petlab and use it because it saves you money compared to the veterinarian. At the same time, it's convenient because you can do auto shipping. So they always let you know that, "Your order's coming up. Do you need it? Do you wanna change it? Do you wanna add anything?" It's a great service. If I had questions, I would give a call and everyone there was always very helpful. They would make sure my order went through.
We had a little dog who had hip joint and pain issues. The doctor said he really didn't have arthritis, but that he did need the joint care. We ordered ** and the dental powder because he wasn't one that would chew much on hard surfaces and he only likes soft food. He didn't like the crunchy food. So we needed something for his breath and then for the tartar.

I had a Mini Pin that woke up one day and couldn't walk. So I took him to the vet, gave him a medicine, and he was fine and walking after that. Then I saw an ad on Facebook for the joint care and I thought I would try it. Two weeks after putting him on the the joint care, I tried taking him off the med to see how he did and he did really good. He was on Petlab's joint care for five years and then he passed away with diabetes.
I use the probiotics too. First time I used it was for my Boxer. She had runny poop so she was always getting full anal glands. It didn't make the runny go away, but it helped a lot with the texture of it, bulked it up a little bit better. Then now, I use it on my Setter when she starts itching herself a lot. My Saint Bernard starts itching also. I'll feed it to them for a month and they'll be good for a while after that. They get into something and cause an upset in their system so I have to start it all over again.
I saw what it did to my Mini Pin, able to walk for five more years after. I'll always go to them for any supplement my dogs or any of my pets need. I'm on a lot of dog and cat forums on Facebook and people ask about what they can help with their dog's joints and allergies, and I always put Petlab. Plus the purchase experience is good. I like that you can skip, suspend or stop it. I'm on Walmart site to buy my dog food and you can't do any of that and I get so frustrated.

I've done business with Petlab online, and on their website, You can actually talk or text a person. You don’t have to listen to a computer. I bought the one for joints and allergies for my 10 year old Shepherd Blue Heeler. He has no problem taking it, since it's like a little treat. I've been using that product for a few months, and he's doing better.
The beginning price isn't bad. The incentive to try them out is a pretty good price. But if you choose the membership and subscribe, then the price is a little outrageous for me. It’s really good for you, if you’re rich.

We searched a few different other places and chose Petlab to see if it works, because I saw the reviews. They said it worked well for the doggy’s breath. My little doggy is a very old Yorkie. They get bad teeth and that contributes to bad breath, so we use the Petlab mouthwash. We’re still using it and it’s doing what it’s supposed to. I noticed a difference from the product. We also tried the powder, but I haven't noticed a difference with the powder yet. We’ve only been using it for a couple months. I noticed a difference with the liquid because I’ve been using it for years.

I do the probiotic from Petlab and it's good. My oldest dog is 18 and he scratches and eats, does all that, so I can't tell a difference. He just keeps doing it no matter what I do. I've got another dog that's seven and I give him a probiotic because he has stomach stuff. The price is all right and I keep using it.

The chews worked for my Shih Tzu. I’ve only gotten the two-month supply for it, and I just recently finished it. It's for the allergies, and it helped him out. It stopped him from doing all of the scratching and licking that he did.

We really like Petlab. We got the powder and it really made a big difference in our dog's teeth. I took a picture of her teeth before we started her on it and then another one a couple weeks ago, and I couldn't believe how much different they look. We ordered another product for anti-itch because for some reason, she’s just scratching and itching and carrying on. We have not seen improvement yet because we're on our first bottle. We got like a week and a half left of it. But she loves it.

Petlab products are very good for dogs. I've purchased the joint, the allergy one, probiotics, and the dental powder and solution. I have a Doxie, and he's seven years old. I've been giving him the allergy one because he's had really bad allergies lately, but I don't think it's helping him because he's still scratching. He didn’t take the dental powder. He pushed his tray out the way. I tried it the next day and he did the same thing. I didn't wanna throw it away, so I gave it to my daughter for her dog. I have the solution, and it’s almost out. I give him the solution and he'll drink it, but he'll take forever ‘cause he gets a different flavor right away. But I don’t put more until he drinks all the water so he will get used to it.

I really like Pettable products, the reviews that I saw, and they were recommended by my veterinarian as well. Their website is easy to navigate, and the prices are comparable to a lot of other things out there. There may be a few things that are a little bit more expensive, but it’s a good product, so it’s worth it.

I use Petlab for my show dogs so they have clean teeth. I bought Advanced Pro White. It’s the green powder for their teeth. After using the product, there's no tartar anymore on their teeth. I'm on a subscription plan with them and they automatically take money out of my account. One time, my product wasn't coming, so I texted them and they said there was a back order and I wasn't informed. So they sent me the Regular Pro as an alternate product. They also sent me my original one when it came. So it was all fine. It was a little glitch and I've had no problems since.

I saw an ad of Petlab online, ordered the product online, and I’ve been very happy with it. The powder for whitening my pets’ teeth is simple to use and it works. I bought five containers. I’m still going through my first one, but I liked it so well that I gave my son who has two German Shepherds a tub of it. I also sent it to my sister who has a Great Pyrenees. And she is using it. Overall, it is a good product. It would be foolish not to try it because $500 beats $500 to the vet to have their teeth brushed.

Dealing with them was good. When I read about the product, Petlab seemed like a clean, safe alternative for my dog. He enjoys the products and he looks forward to his meal time. I came across Petlab Co. on the internet, possibly on Facebook, and I've been using Petlab's products for quite some time now. The probiotics have been a game-changer because they work so great. Initially, I got it for my Pomeranian, who sadly passed away, and now my Boston Terrier benefits from it because he has itchy paws.
Ordering is straightforward; however, I find it challenging that despite choosing a one-time purchase, they continue to send medications monthly, turning it into a subscription without clear consent. Although the products are effective, this snag leads to unused bottles and extra expense, which can be quite steep. I've resorted to canceling the subscription manually to prevent unwanted deliveries, especially since I administer the treatment every other day to avoid diarrhea in my dog.
My Boston Terrier will be 14 years old next month, and he just continues chewing on his paws. The results have been very positive. As long as I'm giving him the medication, he's not chewing on his paw, which works fine. I love the product. He is also dealing with dry skin, and using Petlab's lotion and shampoo, alongside the medication, has helped a lot. Ultimately, despite some ordering hiccups, I've been very pleased with the product and would highly recommend it.

I heard of Petlab Co. through Facebook and read reviews about it. I wanted to try it. What I bought was for cleaning my dog's teeth. Buying it went very well. My dog's teeth are not totally white, but they're a lot better than they were. I would recommend others to use it.

The quality of the teeth care products from Petlab I received has been excellent and impressive. My dog's teeth have seen noticeable improvements, and both my dogs love the products without any hesitation.

After being suckered into a monthly subscription, I had to use a Registered Mail to cancel membership! No other way to cancel!! On top of that, the product I bought for my dog sucked!! No changes in my dog at all! This company is bullshit!!

We have a customer account portal where you can easily manage your subscription, and yes, you have to register using the same email address used when you purchased the product. That's how we're able to locate your account and purchase history with us.

I have tried several products from Petlab and mostly stay for their probiotic, joint liquid, and joint care chew, but I am especially impressed with Petlab’s Pro Bright Advanced. I've noticed amazing results within a short period of time, and I've been telling others about it.
My 12-year-old shepherd-husky cross, Lupa, had quite a bit of tartar. Within three months of using Pro Bright Advanced, her teeth were sparkling white, and the tartar was completely gone. I have another dog, Bishop, a 7-year-old Alaskan Husky, and the tartar on his teeth wasn't as bad as my older dog's. His tartar also cleared up, and his teeth look really good.
At their annual vet appointment, the vet said Lupa’s teeth looked amazing for a dog her age and was also impressed with Bishop’s teeth, although he still has quite a bit of tartar on his back teeth. She mentioned she would look into the product and might start carrying it. She also asked me how I am applying the product, like if I rub it on their teeth. I explained that they didn’t like the powder when it was in the water mixture with their food because I was diluting their food. They also probably didn’t like that there was powder floating on the water since it wasn’t dissolving or mixing in as well. I don’t think that’s as good as when they’re chewing and it’s crunchy.
So, I mixed a scoop with their dry dog food and a little bit of canned food or some meat, because they also don’t like it when I only mix the powder on the dry food. This time, they ate it all. I was going to return a bunch of it, but they found it more palatable this way.
Customer service has been very good, helpful, and accommodating, especially when I considered returning the product. The price is comparable to that of other companies. It's not a lot more or a lot less. It's a little high for a jar of powder, but the outcome is worth it. I try to take advantage of deals when available. I would like to learn more about the research and how they came up with the formula that makes it so effective.

I shop on Petlab’s website, and it’s been easy to use. The green powder for dog teeth plague had good reviews and it’s a good price, so I tried it out. It’s fantastic. It’s been very successful for my dog, so I keep on buying it. I don’t know about other Petlab products, but I assume that the quality would be good, seeing that this product is particularly good. Everybody comments on my dog’s teeth, saying they're so white and perfect. I always tell them what I use on her teeth.
