We’ve been very happy with NomNomNow and my 50-pound dog loves it. We’ve tried out some of the other freshly made food and we’ve cycled through their competitors but he has been happy with NomNomNow, so we’re still with it. The packaging could be reduced a little bit though. It’s a lot to get rid of. It doesn’t need all the padding since it’s mushy food. Other than that, the company's customer service has been very responsive. So, all good. I wish they cost less, but I kinda understand why they’re not.

I have a 14-year-old Maltese who has always been under five pounds. He’s little and I wanted to be sure I was giving him something healthy. He also struggles with hard food because his teeth have never been great. NomNomNow seemed like the next best thing. I figured he would like the chicken and I got that. And he definitely loves the food. Not only does he do well with this but he has gained weight too. For the first time in his 14 years, he weighs a little over five pounds. He seems to be healthier and he has plenty of energy. He is bouncing around my house and almost back to his little puppy self again.

I had been feeding my dog with real food and decided to give NomNomNow a try. My dog is a small Terrier mix and she's three years old. She has a good appetite and enjoys eating it. There are a couple of varieties that she's not fond of, but there are a couple that she loves. There would be times where I put a kibble down. She would go for two days without eating if you put kibble down. But I always keep some on hand just because it lasts. And if you need something in a pinch, there is at least some kibble. I want the freshest and best ingredients. Feeding my dog with natural ingredients, there are benefits to her coat, energy and continued appetite. Her health seems to be good. The NomNomNow product is fresh and is already portioned out. I like that. It's also similar to what I would cook, but I don't have to go to the store to buy it.

I was feeding my dogs Merrick and a mixture of hard food before. I read things and I thought that it was healthier if I give them wet food instead of dry. Also, I wanted to try out one of the more organic types of food. I got NomNomNow's services and my two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels seem to love their food right away. They love it more than any food they've ever had. Both of them seem to be a lot healthier now too. One of the dogs was a little underweight before and I could barely get her to eat once per day. With NomNomNow's food, she eats twice a day and she can't wait to eat the food! Also, she's at a perfect weight now. The natural ingredients are super valuable and I would never go back to what I was feeding the dogs before. I would definitely recommend NomNomNow to anyone who's looking to switch to soft or organic food.

We were doing refrigerated dog food and NomNomNow was a convenience of not having to physically pick it up because they deliver it. I have a little Shih Tzu and a Lab, and within a couple of weeks of feeding them, my Lab's coat has looked really good. The chicken is all that I've gotten them and they seem to like that. We were in Colorado last week so I had them at their little puppy day care and I sent the food with them. Everyone was really interested and they wanted some information on it. The food has definitely appealed to everyone. I like that it's fresh and that it has good ingredients. I also like that I could see a huge difference in my dogs' coats. The Shih Tzu has curly hair, and the Lab's coat is really sleek and shiny. We've been really pleased and I would recommend them.

My dogs used to eat Rawbble, but I wanted to get them something cooked and not just the regular dog food that you buy and eat from the bag. I have five dogs, and I feed four of them with NomNomNow. Each dog has different favorites, and I order four different types of food. I don’t order turkey though because there's rice in there and I don’t like them to eat rice. However, I might have to cut down a bit because it doesn’t look like they're losing weight. Maybe NomNomNow could come up with some formula that is low fat.

I've been feeding NomNomNow to my 10-pound, male Papillon Shih Tzuh for about six months now. He likes chunks versus ground meat. And I get the chicken one. I like that NomNomNow is fresh and not kibble. My dog used to have stomach issues but he doesn't have them anymore. He's more active, alert and energetic. The only thing is I can't stand NomNomNow's packaging. They come in boxes bigger than they need to be. It's environmentally not friendly. And on top of that, the insulation is so thick on the inside packaging. It feels like I'm throwing away a blanket every shipment I get. So, I try to get one shipment a month and just freeze it, even though it's preferred to have it fresh. The packaging used to be much better. It was in a small box with the aluminum thing that you can throw away. But now, it could be more efficient. Plus they use dry ice, which is fine, but it's overkill.

Our three year old York tried NomNomNow in my friend's place. He was eating with pleasure, so we also decided to try and since then, we have been ordering it. But now, we are mixing it with other food because he cannot eat it all in the morning. Sometimes, I'm not happy with the quality of the food. There are more potatoes in the beef portion rather than beef. I was surprised a little bit. Also sometimes, it's a little smaller than the other packages. It's always different, and I have different experiences. Other than that, everything in my experience with them was fine.

We've been purchasing from NomNom for about four months now. We decided to go with them because they were all-natural and fresh food. I have a Havanese and I usually get a variety, but I get the ones that have the ground meat in them. He liked everything with the sample pack but not so much the chicken because the chicken isn't ground. It has more chunks in it. With the other ones, the meat is ground and he seems to like that better. It seems to be doing well for him. It seems like his coat got a little shinier and he seems healthy. He doesn't have stomach problems and doesn't have issues with throwing up or anything like that. But I wouldn't really recommend it for somebody who has a big dog. If you have a big dog who eats a lot of food, then it could get pretty expensive. But for a smaller dog, which is what we have, it's doable.

My dogs had started with NomNomNow since April of last year. I have two small mixed breed dogs. One is seven pounds, one is 11 pounds. And I wanted to put them on something other than kibble. I went with NomNomNow because they're based outta Oakland and I wanted to support local businesses. My dogs have an Instagram account and I've had other companies reach out to me but I haven't jumped on that. I like having someone local, from whom I get weekly deliveries which makes me feel better versus freezing the food and thawing it out later. It's also super easy that the food come in pre-portioned packaging. All you have to do is open the package and put it in their bowl, and it's done. Whereas with other companies, they come with a measuring scoop and there's more mess and fuss over it.

My Labradoodle is about to be nine months old now and she was never too fond of kibble. She also had some gastro problems going on, so we had to choose a very specific kind of kibble for her. I was always looking for solutions to figure something out so that she might eat well. I was exploring the human-grade food option and I came across NomNomNow's website, and then read through the reviews. And what appealed to me the most was that their packaging was per meal. So, it's hassle-free.

I have three cats and two dogs and feeding them natural ingredients is valuable. I give them a particular NomNomNow for allergies. But pretty often, I reach out to their customer service when they do not fill the order correctly. Also, NomNomNow puts too many rubber bands on the food and it rips the packages open constantly which causes a lot of problems.

NomNomNow has good and fresh food I'm buying for my Miniature Schnauzer. I have two dogs now and waiting to put the other dog on it eventually. She’s a little over a year now, but we have a lot of kibble still left over, so we’re just waiting for that to run out. Also a dog's system has to get used to the new type of food. Sometimes they don’t react to it in a positive way and we’re not ready to put her on it just yet.

I have an 11-pound Poodle-Bichon mix. He’s 13 years old and he likes NomNomNow. I’ve been buying it for two years and I like that it is fresh and delivered. It’s consistent and it is super valuable to feed my dog natural ingredients. NomNomNow is totally worth the effort and the price.

Ordered a month's worth of food for my dog which was set to be delivered on February 14th. Everything was confirmed, gave them my credit card info and set for delivery. When I didn't get an email for delivery I went back into my account and saw that they arbitrarily changed the date without informing me and when I did call they had my account mixed up with someone else. I could not speak to anyone in charge as they were all busy, so all I could do was cancel my account. If a company is not set up to do business then maybe they should just keep it regional.

Then we got a third dog and NomNomNow got too expensive so we cut it off. We're back on it now and use it on our two-year-old American Bulldog. She's doing really good on it so I’m gonna probably keep it on long term. Feeding her natural ingredients is important for her and her health. Her coat is just gorgeous and she loves it. It’s been a wonderful experience.

I have a two and a half year old, 65-pound, half husky, 25% pit, and some boxer dog and I didn't wanna feed her crappy, dry or canned food. I have been purchasing NomNomNow since November 2017 and their customer service is fabulous. They're incredibly easy to deal with. Because of the way they they package their meals, it is incredibly easy for me to feed my dog in the total amount of consumption that is needed. It is really nice. My dog is a Tibetan terrier and she's two years old. She normally gets the beef one, and then pork. I go in between the two. Feeding her with natural ingredients is much better. We have a friend who has a Tibetan terrier also that usually only gets kibble. Her hair is not anywhere near to what my dog's hair is which is very soft and shiny. You could tell the hydration is a big difference. I am satisfied.

He was like a puppy, so it changed his quality of life. He lived for two more years and was pretty happy all that time. Then, after my dog finally passed away, I got a puppy and give him NomNomNow. NomNomNow is absolutely the healthiest food anybody can give their animal. I’ve recommended this brand to about eight friends already.

I did lots of research and NomNomNow did not have any recalls. We have three Labs and my five-year-old dog, Tucker, has the Porkalicious Pork since he has some environmental allergies. The other two dogs are on the turkey. They used to be on chicken, but it was a little pricey. I was paying over $600 a month. Now, I'm down to about $525 a month. I love their customer service reps, Hannah and Jasmine. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to reach out, but they do get back with me the next business day. The biggest thing for us is with the puppy. NomNomNow adjusts the amount of food based on what the ideal weight is. My puppy is growing, so I make changes on the website all the time with their weight, and they're always responding back by email that they got it.

When we had just gotten our new dog, we talked to our vet and she recommended a couple different options. NomNomNow was one of them as an organic diet for our dog. Our dog is a Coton de Tulear. He's a little fuzzy lap dog and he's two years old. We've been purchasing this dog food for him for a year and a half now. The dog food comes to us and it's prepackaged in portion control. It's fresh and we warm it up for our dog. We could see all the ingredients right in front of us and our dog likes it. But we haven't used it in a while because our dog was having some weird eating habits. He's very finicky and so he stopped eating it for a while. We have switched to another food, but I still have the NomNomNow in the queue for when we make the switch back.

My Standard Poodle has some digestive problems. We tried NomNomNow and we've been purchasing it for a year and a half now. My dog likes it. He eats it more than he's eaten other commercial foods and that’s a relief because he wasn’t enjoying eating very much before. He seems to be doing well. We like that the dog food is freshly-made. I find it extremely valuable to feed my dog natural ingredients, but NomNomNow's quality of ingredients could be better. There are things in the dog food that doesn’t seem to be digestible to my dog, so I sometimes contemplate moving to a similar product that has a little higher echelon of ingredients. Still, NomNomNow is a good product. We also like their service.

My miniature dachshund has arthritis in his shoulder and degeneration in his back, so he takes lots of supplements, including glucosamine, chondroitin, and something like fish oil. He doesn't have a lot of teeth, so it's hard to chew anything that's hard. My coworker was using NomNomNow with her dog, she let my dog try it and he liked it. He's super motivated for it because it's all fresh and he's been eating it for a little over a year and a half now.

My dog is super picky and we switch up brands fairly often. He stuck with NomNomNow the longest and I have been using the product for over a year now. It has been very good and my dog really likes it. He gets the pork, turkey or the beef. I like that it is fresh food and they are the only one that would deliver fresh food. They ship it frozen but there is a lot of packaging that comes with the shipping and it is hard to know how they would give less. I am not sure how to recycle the fabric but I think they can do it. Also, they could mix up a bit more but I know that is something they are looking into. That aside, my dog and I are happy with NomNomNow.

We have a 13-year old dog and we purchased food from NomNomNow for about a year. Feeding our pet natural ingredients is valuable and that's all we're gonna do. My dog is very picky and I think older dogs are but when we were using NomNomNow, she liked the chicken and the beef. She got bladder stones and we spent $2,000 in surgery for her. The cause was diet-related because we were doing a soft pouch food from the grocery store and we did a different diet for her so that she wouldn't get the bladder stones again. So far, so good. She's old, but she's still always peppy. However, I stopped purchasing food from NomNomNow.

I used to really like this company but their new packaging is a NIGHTMARE. The package does not open properly and you immediately get it all over your hands. Then when trying to empty the package, it enlarges and you cannot pour it out. It ends up all over the counter. They have also started making the pieces of chicken in the Chicken Chow Wow item huge. Smaller dogs cannot eat it, forcing the owner to either put it in food processor or tear it up by hand. I’ve reached out to the company several times. They don’t care if it is a worse experience. Will be leaving them.

I've been using NomNomNow for two years now and I've been having a good experience with them. They're convenient since they do home delivery and they provide food that is better quality than dry dog food. Instead, their food is made fresh. They send it to you in a box that is cooled, and you refrigerate it. I have an Australian Cattle Dog and I feed her their beef mash, which consists of beef, potatoes, and multivitamins. I'd recommend this company.

Our Boston Terrier Quincy never wanted to eat. Eventually, she would stop eating any of her previous kibble options. Because we have a second dog now who would gobble her food up, we couldn't just leave the food out and hope our first dog would eat. We were researching options knowing she had allergies and I was connected with NomNomNow through the CEO. He gave us the opportunity to try their product. After trying it, Quincy now eats every single meal she has ever been given. She is currently on the chicken protein variant as it is the only one that doesn't interfere with her allergies. We like NomNomNow despite it being an expensive option. We can see the ingredients and it's not this random brown kibble, which is very nice. NomNomNow offers the best option without having to make my dog's food on my own. If people can afford NomNomNow, I definitely recommend it.

I have a Border Collie-Australian Shepherd and I've been using NomNomNow for a year and a half now. I get the turkey as my dog likes turkey. I find giving my pet food with natural ingredients very valuable because she's not getting any additives. NomNomNow is a company that is somewhat local and their products seem to have good product life as well as good ingredients.

My cat Axel loves NomNomNow. Personally, I also really appreciate that I can freeze the extra food. He hasn't seemed to notice a difference with it thawed vs. fresh and always takes to it right away. He especially likes the chicken flavor. Highly recommend!

I have been using NomNomNow for nine months. It was referred to me through my Wag dog walking app. Since I was already making homemade food for my dog, I was interested. Their food is also convenient. So far, my spunky 13-year old pomeranian mix loves the chicken.

I have Yorkie-Maltese dogs that were not happy with the food that they'd been eating. I tried out NomNomNow and I have been working with them for two years now. They have to have more variety of food options as this is like one big-cut piece. The food also seems a bit undercooked sometimes. Also, sometimes the little pieces of food are a little bit bigger than my dogs can handle. My dogs are getting more senior and their teeth aren't that strong so having that option to have it ground up or at least cut more than it is would be great. Nonetheless, their customer service is good.

We have been giving him other food but he was not getting enough nutrients. NomNomNow has a specialty formula and my dog is able to get the correct nutrients. I also want consistency and if they can do a better packaging job where there is less waste.

There have been a few times that I emailed customer service and they were responsive. My only complaint is it's very expensive, though I know it's justified.

We first switched to NomNomNow from dry because my Frenchie suddenly refused to eat his Taste of the Wild dog food that he was eating since he was a puppy. I just got a shipment which I normally get a fresh food delivered every 2 weeks. However, the food was frozen hard as rock with the new dried ice and that's not what I signed up for. No matter how the fresh food was prepared, I do not want to feed FROZEN FOOD for my dog period. Staff told me Nomnom haven't figure out how much to put the dry ice so I will see if the next shipment will get better or not. This is my second time Nomnom staff basically said you take it or leave it approach and told me they will freeze the account or cancel it if you have a problem.

I like the easy open packages of NomNomNow and it’s mostly meat. It doesn’t have garbage such as potatoes and fillers. Also, the price is very competitive. I have an Australian Shepherd Chow Mix and the other is American Terrier Mix. They are rescue dogs from the impound. They’re about 60 pounds and I used to feed a raw diet to one of my other dogs but I couldn't afford it, so I switched over and he died. NomNomNow cuts down on death bills, cost and health problems greatly. I love how responsive the company is to consumer concerns. When people have problems with packaging, they fix it immediately. If I ever have any problems with my order or a delay on shipping, they always respond within 12 hours and they completely take care of the problem. The experience has been excellent.

One of my dogs, a Pekingese, has a severe allergy to normal pet food. Because of that, I started using NomNomNow. Their food is not processed. I've been using them for at least a year now and their food has helped my dog not get hives on her body as well as those things they call hot spots. I've had a good experience with them too. One time, the shipping was delayed and it wasn't their fault, but they handled it really quickly. NomNomNow is a little expensive but if you can afford it, go with them. It's worth it especially with my dog who’s old and with allergies.

My lab was diagnosed with cancer and he needed a softer food because he had an oral surgery. I looked into healthier alternatives and found out about NomNomNow. He has been on it since then and my other dog as well. He passed away and I just have one dog now who I am currently feeding NomNom. I like the ingredients in it unlike some other dog foods that are dehydrated. NomNom is formulated a little different but it seems healthier and my dog really likes it. His skin is better and he does not get itchy patches. Plus, his energy has improved. Feeding natural ingredients to my pet is very valuable. I used to make food for my dog before but it was time-consuming. I am happy with NomNomNow.

I had a new German Shepherd puppy and he was a really picky eater. I kinda like the idea that NomNomNow was being made kinda more fresh for them and it was local. So, I thought I would give them a try and the dog liked the food. I buy either the chicken or the beef formula. I give him other foods but he tends to like it quite a bit.

Our dog is a rescue dog from Puerto Rico. He's 11 pounds and he's a mixed breed. I had a sick dog before that had seizures and had a pacemaker. When we got this rescue dog, I wanted to give him the best start possible. So if he gets sick, it'd be because he's genetically disposed to that genetic sickness and not food related. I went with Farmer's Table first but he couldn't tolerate the food. I also went with Freshpet and a couple of different other brands but NomNomNow is the only one that he would eat.

I have been a customer with NomNomNow for a little less than a year and prior was purchasing my fresh food from Farmer's Dog (which I will be returning to.) Things had been going well up until about a month ago when I called NomNom after my 14-year-old Yorkie had shown higher kidney values in his recent blood work. Due to him already being on several other medications my vet said we could control it with his diet. My vet recommended I switch him to a prescription diet. Before committing to the prescription diet (which is can food) I wanted to see what NomNom's options were for dogs with kidney issues.

Our Chow Chow is like our fur child. He's very, very important. I used to have trouble getting him to eat. Currently, I've been feeding him the chicken formulation. However, I need to switch over again because he's not eating well again. I know he's hungry but he wants something else. He's very picky. Since our freezers are full of the dog food, I wanna start the next few times with beef and then alternate it. Other than that, the pet food seems to be well-made and the vegetables in it are good for him.

NomNomNow looked like something that I think my dog would like. It’s expensive but I can still afford it so I just tried it. I like NomNomNow because my dog liked it. He gets excited during feeding time. Also, the delivery was good because there was an issue one time and I didn’t even have to send them an email. They just sent me a replacement package about a few days later.

I have two dogs with dietary issues and I have been purchasing NomNomNow for about nine months now. I have a 13.5-year-old and an eight-year-old Miniature Pinschers. One of them has a long history of constipation and NomNomNow has helped a little with that, but it has not totally alleviated her problems. The other one has pancreatic issues, so I choose the food that has fewer calories, is easier for him to digest, and that he really likes. The other one will eat absolutely anything, which is why she has the problem that she has, so we've put her into food that has no additives, so it won't give her that problem.

But they just stopped eating the one they had before, so I had to switch. I like what NomNomNow had available and the cost. Their reps fix the problem when there's one. However, I absolutely hate that they stopped doing my bigger dog's food in one bag. I've got to give her one and a half at each feeding, and that's incredibly annoying. I don't get those big sizes anymore, so it wastes more plastic too. Still, I'd tell friends to give NomNomNow a try.

I've been purchasing NomNomNow dog food for my two-and-a-half-year-old German Shepherd for two years now. I use all four of the meat formulations (turkey, chicken, beef, and pork) for variety in her diet. Feeding her natural ingredients is a much better and healthier diet. She seems to be doing well on NomNomNow and her skin and coat looked good. It's basically people food, which I was fixing for her for the first six months until I realized I was going to Costco repeatedly.

My mixed Maltese Shih Tzu came from a shelter, so he had previous habits I could not control or see. Apparently, he was fed from scraps, and he was not able to adjust to dog food, kibbles or even canned. He had diarrhea for one year and he was never able to gain weight. Every time he would eat, he would get sick and feel pain. He was always suffering and he was becoming afraid of eating, which was terrifying. I wanted to give him something he would be able to digest and be happy, but not really scrappy because that's not healthy. How can I make human food adequate for my dog? My most recent NomNomNow order was over 60% sweet potatoes. The chicken & sweet potato are now huge chunks and my dog does not chew her food so I have to put it in the food processor before serving. I wish I had been informed that the food had changed. It's unfortunate because we've tried all of the dog food delivery services and this was our favorite.

My dogs seem to really like the food but I wish there was more meat and a little less veggies. If I monitor their poop, many times I find undigested carrots and am not sure if they are getting the nutrition from those if they are not digesting properly... a few potatoes also at times but mostly carrots. Otherwise, the food is great!

Harley loves his food now. The consistency is moist and soft. I was using another home delivery service like yours and the food was hard and had to dig on it to break it down. I received my shipment (July) and for this shipment they cut back on the amount of ice packs used to keep the shipment cold (2 small ice packs on top of shipment, 3 on bottom). Several of the meals on top of the shipment were not cool, but lukewarm. I contacted my account manager to let her know and although she was quick to respond, and stated that this was not up to their standards, they offered no real explanation for the reason this occurred. She did offer a slight discount on next order to make up for the packages that were not usable but when I asked how they would ensure this wouldn't happen again, just told me there was a "mishap" but did not offer reassurances.

First with the bad: When I signed up I was told a slightly less quote then I ended up paying. I was told roughly 40 dollars a week and that it was one of the more affordable fresh dog food on the market. It ended up around 50 a week with slight variations based on the main protein ingredient. Second, I personally think the cat food is of the highest caliber but my kitty won't eat the same flavor multiple days in a row so I had to discontinue the cat selections.

I love the now hassle, no measure experience (previously I used to buy another food similar-same concept: fresh, but the food came in big bags and I had to defrost, weigh and divide in the portions for my dog(s). First of all, my dogs LOVE this food. They get the chicken chow wow and turkey fare. The food is healthy and the delivery is always great, never any problems. I really liked how they included the “emergency week” of food in the second delivery, that was very thoughtful and great to have. I sort of expected my dogs to lose weight after a few weeks and they haven’t but that was not a main concern of mine, they aren’t super overweight. The only downfall is the price. I have a good income but I’m finding that for two large breed dogs this is costing me more than I spend on groceries for my household. For that reason I don’t think we will continue ordering unfortunately.

You never go back. Most people now know that commercial dog food is garbage, thanks mostly to social media. But they don’t know that you can get this type of quality, delivered to your door, for less than it would cost to cook all these meals. NomNom is the best thing that ever happened to my dogs, and me! I run a nonprofit dog rescue. I work a full-time job. On a daily basis, I meet and care for senior dogs that have been neglected and abused. Finding truly nutritious meals for them is critical. Marcus came to us emaciated with a broken leg. We had to amputate... and he started having seizures. His seizure medication took away any and all appetite. But After only a few weeks on this food, he is plumping up and feeling better. (How much is that worth?)

NomNomNow makes a great product. My dog loves the food, it's healthy, and it's really convenient! It's on the pricey side, but I use it with kibble, and you can customize the size, or just use half of a package. This company's customer service really shines! I've had to contact them several times when I've missed a deadline, and a real person (a friendly one!) has always either answered, or called me back quickly to solve my problem. One time a box arrived warm (issues with the shipping company, not NomNom) and they sent a whole new box!

I can't say enough good things about the Tasty Turkey Fare that I've been feeding my pooch since January. He absolutely LOVES it and devours it the second I set his bowl down. When I was feeding him dry kibble, he'd only nibble on it here or there through the day. It makes me feel good to give him such a treat that he's excited about! I also feel very confident that I'm giving him truly healthy, nutritious food that will benefit him as he gets older. Recommend to Everyone especially senior dogs. My Ace hadn’t been well for about 2 years. After about $2000 with vet visits and a ton of tests we could find nothing wrong with him. I decided to research and find a great food for him. Found NomNomNow. That was about 6 months ago. Ace just had his 14th birthday and is doing great. All previous issues are gone. I thank NomNomNow for his 14th birthday and plan a trip to Monterey with Ace this month. He hasn’t been well enough to go for 2 years.

Yummy NomNomNow is what I think my dog is saying at every meal time, if he could open the packets by himself I think he would. His coat appears to be more silky, the jerky he also absolutely loves, again if he could open these packets he would.

Happy with the experience, quality of food and delivery options. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because there could be improvement for the packaging. It's hard to open, the 'tear off' opening is not so easy to rip off and when it's opened, the opening doesn't opened all the way to the end of the package but rather opened upwards where the bag is still sealed.

I have tried many of the cooked dog food companies and NomNomNow is one of the most convenient and top quality companies available. The only con I have with feeding my dog this food is she seems constipated as a result. NomNomNow does state that on the NomNomNow diet, pets will experience reduced stools. However, it seems my pet struggles during her bowel movements while eating NomNomNow. Other than that, we love it!

On a couple of occasions I had to contact Customer Service and was impressed by their short response time (even on a weekend), as well as the competent and friendly handling of my request.

My only feedback would be the packaging. It arrives greasy on the outside and I would love to see the packaging changed to some sort of material that can be recycled.

My rescue dog is an incredibly picky eater. NomNomNow chicken dish is the only thing he will eat relatively consistently. I do add in a little fresh ground chicken. My two senior French Bulldogs love their NomNomNow.
