    I ordered Nexgard for my dogs on 6/21/17. Never received order confirmation or email that the product was shipped even though they did take the money out of my account. I contacted customer service 4 times via different methods to get order information. Just know they don't respond to any type of written inquiry. When I resorted to calling customer service rep was rude. Took 3 weeks to get my order but at least I got it. I won't be using this company again.

    BudgetPetCare.com is by far the most suitable website for my babies. I love my dogs very much and their well-being means the world to me. Fleas and tick problems are the most prevailing of all in pets especially in this season. I always try to take preventive measures but all in vain. My vet suggested to apply a medicine which will kill fleas, flea eggs and ticks and all such parasites. Frontline Plus was a solution to them. I had to buy Frontline Plus for my babies so I checked the web. I searched through around 10 of the websites, but was attracted towards BudgetPetCare, I guess because of the discount offers.

    Anyway, I had to buy Frontline Plus so I went through the content and usage and everything, ordered it and received the package in about 10 days. After applying it on my doggies, it was hard to wait for the results. But soon enough, it happened and fleas were lying dead, shedding from the skin. Breathed a sigh of relief. Loved the website, loved the product. Will return soon.

    I placed an order for Frontline Plus on May 14. When after several days I had not received the order, I was told it was shipped on 5/16 but for some reason it was "held up in customs". On 6/12 I enquired again and on 6/22 I requested a refund. Twice they have requested verification of my address. It has not changed since I placed the order. Now I have no Frontline and no refund and absolutely will not deal with these people again.

    BudgetPetCare and BudgetPetWorld (same place) - I ordered Frontline Top Spot. What I received was Frontline Original. I live in a place that I can let my dog out the door and then he comes back when he is done. The reason I ordered the Top Spot is because of everything it helps fight. Basically it has coverage of almost all bugs that could hurt my service dog. The Original cover fleas for a month and one kind of tick for 2 weeks and that is it.

    When I called to resolve the problem I was told to return it, they would return my money but they would not replace what they sent me. They offered to give me 5% off my next order. I don't know why they would think that I would order from them again when they couldn't get this order straight or even make up for their mistake. They even looked up my order number and said that "Yes, you did order the Frontline Top Spot but what we sent should do just as well". But that is not what I ordered. Now I have to go out spend even more money from my fixed income so my service dog won't suffer or become sick.

    I have been ordering from this place for I'm guessing 3 yrs, never once have I ever not received my product, don't much care how it's packaged as long as it's not damaged. Picture don't always match the packages that come in the mail but I feel that's not important, I always get what I order. I got Frontline Plus Combo once that doesn't work as well I feel and I thought I didn't order that but when I went back and checked I'm the one who mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I recommend this site to anyone. It sometimes takes 2 wks to come in but I try and order ahead so that won't matter. Cost wise, beats any vet's price, including our humane society price.

    This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered "Capstar", in two sizes, one for cats, the other for large dogs. OK so far. I also ordered "Revolution" for large dogs,41-85 lbs, 6 doses total, as well as "Advantage Multi" for cats over 10 lbs., 6 count. Instead I received something called "Advocate" for cats, on the box. In my order today, the package of "Advocate" that I was sent, said it was a 3 pack, on the box, & cost quite a bit more than the "Advantage Multi" cat, (which was a special, where if you order 6 packs, you get 2 free doses, for a total of 8). The invoice had the correct number of doses (6), listed on it for the "Revolution", but the package also said "3 doses".

    I opened it & there were 6 packs jammed into the box also, but it had been opened, and resealed, with a sticker that said, "Quality Checked 6 Doses Inside", and the "Advocate" also had been opened as well, and 6 packs were shoved inside the box, with the same sticker on the box. I haven't used any of the 4 products yet, but their having opened and adding content, then resealing the boxes, seems really tacky & makes me not feel very comfortable with their products, as I do when ordering from other companies. The expiration dates were fine, but how can I tell if they didn't just open and shove 3 expired doses into the current packages, to total 6 doses, when the boxes said 3? I won't do business with this company again. They just seem unprofessional, and I buy a lot of dog, cat and horse products, so I want to be sure they're getting what they're supposed to, and it's safe!

    I purchased 2 boxes of Frontline for my dog from BudgetPetCare.com. When I used it last year, I did not find it to be very effective and the dog had a lot of ticks. So many in fact that I contracted Lyme disease and Anaplasmosis. I thought it was a bad year for ticks. This spring, we used the remainder of the order and have found it to be just as bad. We questioned the validity of the medicine at that point and looked online. We found that the product we were sent is a fake form of Frontline and totally ineffective.

    I am middle of the road on a rating as I am waiting for my shipment to arrive. Having seen people rave about how quick they got their orders (within days) so I called to check on my order and got the 10-14 day answer. When I asked where it was shipping from they replied "Australia." This would explain why it has a long lead time. There is nothing on the website stating where the company is located. I can only hope I am going to get what I think I ordered. Next time I will find out where the company is located and buy American.

    I ordered Advocate flea meds for my three cats. So far, only two out of the six tubes of medicine had any fluids in them. Which leads me to believe maybe the two which actually had any meds were ineffective. It took waaaayyy too long to receive this shipment and when I did, there was nothing in the tubes? In addition, the ** amounts were listed as 100g/L and 90g/L. This was not a "customer friendly" experience since it's not what I specifically ordered.

    I went online to order some flea and tick meds for my two small dogs. I found this company and ordered two boxes of flea and tick meds having NO IDEA they would be coming from the UNITED KINGDOM. When I received them I all the language was in a foreign language so I had no clue what was in them. I called them to say I wanted to return the items and I couldn't tell where to return them to. He emailed me the address and when I went to the post office I found out it was going to cost me $108.00 to return $65.00 worth of pet meds to the United Kingdom. I will not risk my dogs' life over $65.00 so I have no other options except to dispose of the meds. If you are from a different country I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.     I ordered a 6 month supply of Frontline Plus for all three of my animals at what I thought was an awesome price, with my bill totaling roughly $144. Unfortunately, upon receipt of these items I realized that they were not what I had ordered. The BudgetPetCare site lists that they are selling Frontline Plus and right under benefits they have listed "Kills all kinds of ticks including the deadly ones like American dog ticks, brown ticks, deer ticks and lone star ticks." But this is NOT what the box that was delivered to me says.

    First off, the Frontline Plus they are selling is manufactured in South Africa and only treats Yellow Dog ticks and Kennel ticks (This is written right on the back of the product)... this is NOT what they had listed for sale on their website. This product is useless to me or anyone living in MI!! Once I contacted the company they tried to give me useless information regarding the Frontline Plus I received and BudgetPetCare has yet to acknowledge that what they have listed for sale, and what they are sending their customers, is VERY different. The dosage is not the same as Frontline Plus products I have purchased in the past, and the packaging is different as well.

    BudgetPetCare has still not updated their site, BUT I do see that all Frontline Plus products are much cheaper... could it be because all of those rave reviewers who ordered in February of this year have caught on to their deceitful ways and they need to unload their product quickly? The company wants me to send the items back in their "pre-paid" envelope... which I still have to pay $13 for because there wasn't enough postage on the return envelope from them... THEN they will issue my full refund. This has been a nightmare and I will most definitely never do business with them again! Save yourself the added stress and go to your local vet, TSC, Walmart, Petco, Petsmart, etc and purchase the REAL product.

    Extremely slow shipping around the holidays. I ordered on December 2nd (2016) and didn't receive my shipment until January 25th (2017). I had to call four different times to get an update, but they do NOT have tracking numbers for their orders, since they ship in bulk from overseas. They kept blaming the holidays and then eventually blamed customs for the hold-up in the order.

    Their "guarantee" on the website says that orders that don't come in 21 business days will be refunded. Well they DID refund, but then when the order eventually came (signature required), they called back to tell me that they were going to charge my credit card the full amount. I asked about the "on time guarantee", and they proceeded to try and tell me that a guarantee does not mean free product, and offered another measly 5% discount. All-in-all, order from somewhere else more reliable. The slight discount they have compared to other places is not worth the headache or complete lack of customer service.

    I purchased Revolution for my pet. Before I purchased it I wanted to know where it came from, I was told England. My package came from Singapore, if I knew it was coming from China I wouldn't have purchased it.     Doesn't matter how inexpensive or how the service is if the product doesn't work. You cannot trust this company. We ordered Frontline Plus from Budget Pet Care 3 years ago and while it was a good price, the product was ineffective at stopping fleas or ticks. The same product purchased from known US suppliers works as advertised. We will never purchase from BudgetPetCare again. We cannot trust what that deliver to be what it is supposed to be and you shouldn't either.

    They do not disclose that they are located in England so when you place an order, you will be charged a "Foreign Transaction Fee" by your bank. They bulk ship orders so you won't receive or be able to obtain a tracking number. It will take about three weeks or more for your order to arrive ("10 to 15 business days" after the order ships). I hope my order arrives as it's now been 11 business days. You'll have a hard time contacting them by email or phone. Took me three emails and four phone calls to get an answer to my shipping question.

I realize delivery may take longer due to them being located in Canada, but that has never been an issue either.     I ordered flea medicine for my cat. It never arrived so I telephoned area code (347) ** to report having not received the order. A male explained it was coming from the UK and was delayed. This was after 3 weeks. To date, I have not received the medicine. I did receive a credit which I insisted on getting. Today, a male representing himself as an agent from BudgetPetCare phoned my office. I explained he was calling my office. However, he insisted on speaking and kept badgering me despite my complaint. I hung up the phone.

    He phoned me back immediately insisting he speak with me. I told him emphatically never to call my office again. He said he was only doing his job. I pleaded for him to stop calling me and I hung up. He phoned again and again. I informed our investigating division that takes this matter quite seriously. 0 tolerance for solicitors. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not perform and their USA service reps are beyond disgraceful.

I wasn't smart enough to look at the reviews until I got a foreign currency exchange charge on my credit card and the product took forever to arrive. I didn't get want I ordered.     It has been a couple of years since I have been shopping dog supplies from Budget Pet Care and every time I am amazed with the shipping time and the quality of the products. The pet store comes up with amazing discounts on pet supplies by offering coupons that invariably make the prices of the products even less. On a rare occasion I had a problem with the non-delivery of a product, but that was due to the fact that there was a blizzard and it seems that the product was lost.     Be sure to take your time and read all reviews! It's not hard to see the company is writing false reviews to keep their score up. I live in the country and we're loaded with fleas and not just any ticks. We've got the nasty deer tick with Lyme disease. FRONTLINE Plus from the vet works perfectly, no problems. I purchased their whacked out counterfeit watered down poison and 2 cats are throwing up. I've heard stories about cats getting ill, coming down with diabetes and I'm so sorry I bought from this company. Bathing my cats a few times a day in hopes of getting WHATEVER was in the package off them. I wish there was an antidote. It's in their bloodstream now and my heart is broken. I let my best friends down so I could save a few bucks. I enjoyed reading the other reviews the company itself wrote. There's 2 things all those reviews have in common...     Usually many pet supplies online stores boost about their free shipping policy. But, whenever we check out from the kart for payment there are those hidden charges on free shipping.     I recently enrolled my dog for canine fun center where he enjoys a lot. In spite of using a preventive I saw fleas on my dog's body and that really worried me. One of the dog's parents suggested me to buy K9 Advantix and said that it also repels insects and that she always uses that. She also said that she buys it from BudgetPetCare.     I ordered Advantage for Cats for cats under 9 lbs. and over 9 lbs. I received Advantage for Cats and Dogs under 4 mg. The other package was what I ordered. The pictures of the products are different than the product they send you but the invoice says what you ordered.     I bought Frontline Plus online from shop BudgetPetCare after reading a review from a review blog and used it for 6 months on my dog named COCO. He is toy breed and I had to order the pack of $19.     I ordered Frontline Plus in the purple pack for medium sized dogs. I received a product called Frontline "Combo" from BudgetPetCare.com instead. Upon closer inspection of my invoice I noticed it said "Frontline Plus (Known as Combo)." Frontline doesn't call its product "Combo" and never has. I noticed all this after I had put the product on my dogs that has done nothing but made my pups scratch at their backs like crazed monkeys.

    THE MEDICATION IS WORSE THAN THE FLEA BITES!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! I'm from Florida and I wish I looked up reviews first before ordering from overseas. If my dogs don't die I'll be surprised.     I have dealt with this company for at least four years. I have had no issues whatsoever. Those with concerns about Frontline Combo (the UK version of Frontline Plus) should pay the additional amount and get it from them. They now offer both. However, Frontline Combo is the identical product as Frontline Plus and the difference is that Plus is sold in the US THROUGH VETS ONLY and Combo can be sold without a vet. There is no difference between the products and I would recommend it to anyone. The company now offers the option of purchasing either Frontline Combo (at a lower cost) or the US version of it, Frontline Plus (at slightly higher price). The company's customer service, when I did have a question, was great. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

    I ordered Frontline for my cat. They said it would be sent USPS. Everyone thinks a turn around of 3 to 4 days. They offer no tracking. Turns out they send it from Europe...and they told me in a complaint 7-10 days. When I filed a complaint with PayPal they changed it to 21 days. Don't do business with them.     This company should be upfront about the time it takes to receive orders. It's a shady sales practice to lure customers in with much cheaper prices than any of the competition and then force their customers to wait "up to six weeks from shipping date" for orders to be delivered. Had I known it would take this long I would've paid the $30.00 difference and purchased these products locally. To make matters worse, I've called them directly three times (no one even answers the phone) and sent emails requesting ANY form of customer service. I still have not heard from them. At this point I'm out $50 with no product for our pets and can only hope that I'll receive my order. I will never use this company again!

    First, they are in London, England. Second, the product they send are NOT to be sold in the USA (per the manufacturer) of Front Line. Yes, they are products that are ok to be sold in Europe, but NOT in the USA. The dosage strength is NOT. Yes, people in the USA buy this and the pkg. is not the same, but use it anyways. Do you really want something for your pet that may cause them to get a serious disease? They respond with a lot of talk that sounds right but isn't. The picture of the product on its site is not what you will get. I asked why put fake pix and response was they will change it (never did). It cost me 119.99 to realize who and what they are.     I purchased these pills for my dog to control the fleas. When I first found them locally, they were dirt cheap. But the price has risen dramatically and quickly. These are the only product that fills in the gaps between my dogs bath and spraying to control the fleas. It works really well but I am always trying to find it for a reasonable price. I've had Weimaraners for over 20 years, plus a little mixed breed during that time. I use this on a regular basis (every week or two) to keep the ear canal and ear flaps clean. You need to fill the ear canal up with solution, and then work it around in there for about 30 seconds, to let it get to any build up. Then use several cotton balls to clean the ear out. I also use cotton swabs to clean the crevices at the outer ear. It works great for me and my dogs. The little ear wipes are okay to use sometimes, but they don't get down in the ear canal and clean like the solution. If the ears are not kept clean, the dog can develop a hematoma, which is not fun to deal with....for you or your dog.     I order Capstar for my dog at least once a month. I live in Florida and fleas can be a problem. Capstar works great and I can't beat the price form Budge Pet Care, plus free shipping. It may take two weeks, but they tell you 10-14 days. I have no complaints and continue to shop there.

    My 7-year-old lab mix tore his ACL joint 2 years ago. Not wanting to have him go through surgery, I tried several other over-the-counter products to no avail. When I found BudgetPetCare.com online I was happy to see all the products they had for joint health for dogs. I purchased "OSTEOCARE" joint health chews and within a week of giving them to my dog, his leg was showing improvement and now he is back running and swimming in the lake. After running low on his chews, I placed another order of 3 bottles. I received a call a few days later letting me know that at the present time they only had 1 bottle and asked whether I wanted to wait just a week or so for the full order or just have them send me the bottle they had. I chose to have them ship just the 1 bottle as I would not really need the other 2 for quite awhile. Within 2 days, I received my credit back in my account.

    This is a company that I have dealt with for a number of years. They made it possible for me to get Frontline Plus for cats at a cost that was about half that of the veterinarian's office (cutting the price from over $15 per application to less than half of that!). Plus, they've offered outstanding customer service and great shipping times (even though the product can come from various countries around the world). I typically receive the product within a 7 USPS shipping days from the day the order is placed. In the US, the MANUFACTURER of the product requires that it only be sold by licensed veterinarians. In my opinion, it's a way to offer profits for the vet's office and price fixing for the company. Since BudgetPetCare.com is located in Canada, this rule does not apply and they can supply the product at a much lower cost by getting it from a number of countries around the world.

    It's the EXACT same product as what is offered in the US (and I have verified this with the manufacturer via telephone) and now BudgetPetCare.com's website now makes the product information available online with the product information to explain what I had to find out on my own a number of years ago. They are an excellent, reputable company to deal with and I would not hesitate to deal with them for any item in the future. As I've said, the few times I've needed to contact their customer service with any questions, I received an e-mail reply in less than about four hours and outstanding phone support the one time I did call. They were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and answered my question on the first contact which is something that many companies struggle to do. They make taking excellent care of your pet possible at prices that just are not attainable sometimes here in the US. They are based in Canada and they have my complete trust. I would recommend this company to anyone needing pet products as a way of saving money and still getting great service!

    People please do not spend money and time with this company. I ordered Frontline for my dog at 10/06/13 now 10/16/13. I did not get my dogs treatment. After my call to company, they stated "you will have your order 7-14 business days." During this time a tick bit my dog. My dog get sick. Doctors visit and antibiotics cost me $250. I tried to save a couple bucks but I am down $248.00. Please do not order from company. They do not have anything in stock. They use our money to make a profit.

    I ordered two packages Frontline Plus for large dogs. They sent me two packages or Frontline Combo? Their packing slip says Frontline Plus. They included a sheet explaining that they are out of Frontline Plus and have substituted Frontline Combo, the UK version of Frontline Plus. Even that appears to be a lie, as the package came from Hong Kong and says it was made in France. I have no idea what is in the package. Probably water from Hong Kong Harbor (that will kill most animals). I have written to them twice, demanding a refund. No response. AVOID this company!

    Ordered Frontline Plus for large dogs, a product I have been using for 7 years with great success, until the used the product from Budget Pet Care. Quite simply, it did not work. It was completely ineffective. To know whether something has worked, one must try it. So of course there was no product remaining that could have been returned for a refund. The guarantee, as such, is meaningless. I am convinced that the product is counterfeit, and as I note that as this problem has been such a past, recurring, and present problem, and that this seems to be the rule and not the exception, the company knows the product is counterfeit. As such, this company is engaged in fraudulent practices. It will not prosper.

    I have been using Frontline for 17 years. My girl, Freeway has NEVER had a flea. I put Frontline plus & top spot on her for the last two months. I purchased it from BudgetCare.com. Freeway has had fleas for two months. I tried to call Budget Care and after waiting for a couple of minutes, they told me to leave a message. I emailed them last week & told them my dilemma. They said they spoke to Merial and if I return the unused product they would refund my money. I told them their 100% guarantee is worthless because you have to USE the product to see if it works. They only refund the unused portion. Merial is of no use either, I called them too. All I want to know is WHY does Freeway still have fleas?? This did not come from the USA. I have four other cats that have Frontline on from a different company, they don't have fleas!!!

    Horrible Company. They told me it was held up at Customs. All I know is I ordered the flea medication in April before the flea season, and now it is June and my dog is covered in fleas! Company is not honoring 30-day delivery guarantee. I feel as though I got robbed.

    I ordered the FrontLine for small dogs and the product does not seem to work. I applied the FrontLine on my dog twice already as well as dipping him at least three times and treated my yard three times as well and our dog still has fleas. We previously had a large Labrador that I used FrontLine (purchased in Mexico) on and we had no issues with fleas on that dog. Makes me wonder if the product purchased from Budget Pet Care is the real thing.

    I understand the product from this company is making pets sick. I am glad I mistrusted them enough to check this out. All the warning signs are there. Read this.

    I ordered a 3-month supply of Frontline Plus or Top Spot (or so I thought). I received Frontline Combo stating this was a replacement for the Frontline Plus. This was from a Canadian company, BudgetPetCare. The substitute product is made in the UK and they had to send it due to a manufacturer's shortage. The company made no attempt to solicit my approval for the substitution prior to their shipment. They are willing to let me return the product to Huntsville, Missouri (really?). But since I am not happy with the product, they insist I still pay for their shipping of it to me. So, they will be deducting $5.00 for the original shipping charges for a product I did not order. I quote another comment: “Beware! If their substitution practice is unacceptable to you, do not do business with this company!”

    There is no way I am placing this on my pet. I do not trust them. The color of product is not same as my Frontline Top Spot - I don't know about the Plus. The box was not sealed! The three for small dogs were not even in a box. Also, it took BudgetPetCare.com three days to even ship the product and then they emailed that it would be here in 10 to 14 business days; they said that if it did not arrive, email back and they would refund my money. Now, that is an idea. Hmmm… But I am an honest person. So to Missouri it goes. $5 - I don't care. I will not fight them for $5. I will spend my time instead in posting this review on every site I can and then on my Women’s Fiction Blog (myths, dense observations and lies we've been told). You can take this out if you want. I just want to make the point how bad it is and about how disillusioned Canada is now. I trusted this purchase. This company fits my criteria for shady. I'm ticked.

    I should have researched the reviews on Budget Pet Care before I ordered. I ordered Frontline Plus and received Frontline Combo. If I wanted Frontline Combo, I would have ordered it from another state side cheaper company. And when you try to return the bait and switch product, they want you to pay for the return shipping and they also said that they would refund the entire amount less $5. Not to mention, within 3 days of my online transaction, my credit card was duplicated and $4976.23 in fraudulent charges were placed against my credit card. All the purchases were made in the Montreal Canada, in the vicinity of Budget Pet Care. Never again! They need to be shut down!

    I placed an order on 8/20. My credit card was charged on 8/23. They claimed that the merchandise was shipped out on 8/23. I called to inquire on a tracking number, but they don't ship using tracking numbers. I've been calling since 8/30 to inquire on my order. I was told I needed to wait 14 business days. On the 15th day, I called again to request a refund. Now they are telling me they can't do anything before 28 business days have passed. I have asked twice to speak for a supervisor (within business hours). On both occasions, I was told that the supervisor has left for the day. I'm requesting a refund through my credit card bank, which they can do via charge back rights. I also submitted a complaint through Better Business Bureau in their area. I do not recommend anyone from doing business with this company, as they don't have personnel to support you or tracking information to provide proof of shipping.

    I bought Frontline Plus for extra large dogs for my Great Dane. I bought a 6 months' worth. I had already used 4 of these 6 packs in less than a month, and my dog had more fleas on him now than he has ever had before. I asked for exchange of something else or my money back. They refused to exchange or refund for used product, even though I explained 3 times exactly how I had used them on the dog (which was used correctly) and that the product just didn't work.

    Their site says 100% Satisfaction. Well, I sent the unused (last 2 months' worth) back and told them to refund my money. They gave me back 1/3 of what I paid, because I used 2/3 of the product. I went back to their website to look at their 100% satisfaction guarantee, and it says 100% Satisfaction: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, return it unopened for full refund within 5 days.

    Now tell me, how will you know if you are satisfied with the product until you try it? I have used this product with success before, so I had no reason to doubt that it would work. I know the carton said the product was in date, but I question then if it was swapped, mismarked, or just a defective product. I would tell other customers not to buy from this site, because their guarantee is deceiving you into false confidence that they will back their product. I paid $63.88 and got a refund of $19.63. So it cost me $44.25 and a month of suffering for my dog. Also, now I have fleas in my house that will need to be treated to get rid of.

    Made a purchase did not receive, called them. They stated that the delivery would be postponed indefinitely. Was given the option to cancel the order. Cancelled the order and was told that a refund would be given within 3-5 business days. It has been seven business days and no credit has been issued to my account.

    Due to the delay, we had to reorder from another vendor and my pet has now gotten fleas. The money is not going to break me but it is my money. They took it from me fast enough. I would expect that a return would be addressed in kind.
