I have purchased from the company many times over the years. The price is always competitive and the products arrive in good shape and exactly as desired.

This outfit is hard to beat. When you compare their prices with what you have to pay at the vet or pharmacy, not sure why I would buy anywhere else. They are sometimes a little slow on delivery, but as long as one orders early it is all good.

Even though the products are sent from out of the country, I get them faster than some things I’ve ordered from within the USA. Their prices are extremely competitive. Budgetpetcare is affordable and quick. Not only are the prices right, but the customer service is great. When I want to delay to cancel an upcoming shipment, they are quick to accommodate. It may take a week to get your products, but I can count on them for my cats Bravecto.

I order Bravecto for my five pups at half the price the Vet would charge. The packaging is identical as is the manufacturer. Plan ahead because shipping can take between one to two weeks. Customer service is easy to contact and have resolved the one issue I've had.

I love their price discount and the reward system. I have had to call a couple of times but their customer service are always nice and helpful. I have recommended them to my friends and have had a good response back

I've been purchasing from Budgetpetcare.com for over 5 years. Their prices and customer service have always been excellent. The only problem I have is that they discontinued their free shipping. Pet medication is expensive enough without adding shipping to every order.

I was introduced to this site a few years ago and have had the best experience. The prices are affordable and I have reminders on when to refill so I have the product in on time. They always have coupons and discounts so I have yet to even pay their regular prices which lower than elsewhere. I am very happy for this site and have recommended them to every pet owner I know.

My Vet recommended Bravecto Plus flea treatment for my cat. She also recommended I buy from Budget Pet Care due to the cost compared to sellers in the US. I have had great customer service and fast shipping.

Seller didn't adhere to their own policies. The shipment arrived after their 28 Business Day guarantee, I messaged them and they flat ignored me. Leaving me no other choice but to dispute the charges. Then months later when I tried to purchase again from them, the payment wasn't going through on the website. So I emailed them and was told it was cause I owed them for the last order so if I paid for that order I would be in good standings with them and I could purchase. I sent them their posted policies along with the original email from me notifying them of the shipment that hadn't arrived. They completely ignored me. It was convenient to order online but since they leave you hanging if it doesn't arrive within the time THEY say, it's better to just go to the local vet and get it. Local vet price wasn't too much more and the vet doesn't charge for the visit.

Keeps on bombarded with "call us before we ship the order" and yet when I call in no one to take the call - only to leave the message - but what is the point to leave the message if BPC would not call me during the hours I can accept incoming calls (as I can't do it while at work) and calling them outside my work hours does not get me to the rep?

I placed an order for Simparica Trio (44.1-88 lbs. - 6 tablets) to be shipped to the US on 2/21 after reading reviews on shipping, etc. I couldn't find information if I needed to provide my pet's vet prescription, so I contacted them via email on their site asking that question and didn't receive a response back. Their site says if you email during business hours I should get a response back in a few hours. I didn't want to delay shipment if the prescription was needed, so I contacted them via phone on the afternoon of 2/24.

BudgetPetCare.com will not stop spamming me. I have been trying to be removed from their marketing list for literally YEARS. I have repeatedly emailed them with for email removal and they still send me multiple spam emails weekly. More than frustrating.

No company can beat Budget Pet Care for price on Seresto flea collars. I have bought them for a few years now and always receive them quickly. They have always sent them to me with good expiration dates too.

Tried to cancel order just placed because I did not get a confirmation email and site will not let me complete cancellation. Waiting for them to respond so I do not need to go through bank to resolve.

I been ordering from this site for years just as needed and it was affordable. Even was telling other people but not so much anymore. They went up on their prices and took away free shipping. I will not recommend them to no one. If I wanted to pay high price I can get the same thing at walmart and other stores chewy and amazon. You always get free shipping with prime and not mention take longer to get your product. Amazon don't take that long.
