There was a sale on Heartgard for dogs, I have 2 medium dogs. It seemed like a great time to stock up on an item they absolutely cannot go without. So when the package came it was something called Nuheart, and I know nothing about this medication, my veterinarian didn't prescribe it, and I did not authorize this substitution. There is no way I am going to give my dogs a product I know nothing about for a disease as serious as heartworms.

I've always had a great experience with Budget Pet Care. I'm disappointed that they no longer service California. This just happened too. Does anyone know why they don't ship to California anymore? I'd give them 5 stars but now 4 because they no longer ship to CA.

I’ve had no problems with this company.. Used their products on my cats and dog.. Considering the USA allows more toxic products in our food than overseas.. I have no problem trusting the standards of another country.

Budget Pet Care offers a wide variety of pet products. I buy my heart worm preventative and flea preventatives for my three dogs and six cats. I show the box and receipts to my vet and he is good with that.

I ordered ** for our 3 dogs. It took 3 weeks to get here. In the meantime I noticed that the tracking information showed it was coming from Singapore. Singapore is not China. I called the 1-800 on the website and they answered and were very helpful. They said I can refuse it if I was concerned. It was put in my mailbox, so I had no opportunity to refuse. I called the manufacturer, Zoetis after it arrived. They said it is a valid product, but not for use in the USA. So, I called Budget Pet Care and told them I wanted to return the product. They said they will send me a Pre-paid envelope to return. Customer service has been good so far. We will see if we get our money returned. I wish they informed the customer BEFORE ordering that it is not for use in the USA.

I placed an order with BudgetPetCare.com. First off I did not get an email confirmation for the order, I tried emailing them several times about this and never got a response, I did finally get an email with a tracking number they said was for USPS but it was not valid. 10 days later I did receive the package which ended up coming from Singapore. I ordered frontline for dogs and revolution for cats and all the packages are stamped Boehringer Ingelheim South Africa, manufacturing site France, so who know if this stuff is legit or not, has anyone received this same stuff and tried using it?? I will not order from this place again and I don't know if I dare use this stuff. I might try and return it.

There is absolutely nothing on the website to tell you that these products are coming from China before finalizing your order. You don't know this information until after you have bought the products. It has been over two weeks since I ordered and the pet medications I ordered are still in transit, it was at least 5 days before they even shipped them out! In this day and age that is totally unacceptable!! Never buy from Budgetpetcare.com. If your pet needs meds, they will die before you get the medication.

This company provides the same product for much lower prices than at the vet. I have never had a problem, other than the wait time. If you plan ahead, it is not an issue. Having a pet is expensive, so it is nice to be able to save some money to get the exact same item. I will continue to purchase from Budget Pet Care.

So for all those who have ordered or intend ordering from this company my experience has been really good. I ordered my ‘Heartgard’ for Heartworm, round worms and hook worms protection. The order took two weeks to arrive, which I expected since this is a fulfillment house based in Singapore. Now shipping is free and price is great so $35.00 total cost was a relief since USA based meds were 100% more!! What a rip, eh? Anyway, they arrived, I checked out the batch # and exp date and sent an email to Boehinger Ingelheim group in Australia to verify. They sent me a case # and their USA based contact. He verified the batch number is indeed from his company but said since it wasn’t manufactured for the USA market he couldn’t recommend using it.

I had been buying Bravecto from a company called BugetpetWorld, it was the same product I bought in the U.S. with half the cost, our dog gets demodicosis, and the Bravecto takes care of it, we never saw signs of it coming back until my son bought the product from BudgetpetCare, it is NOT the same, it does NOT control it, I contacted BudgetpetWorld after I found that my son ordered from the wrong company, they said that this company is a competitor, and that they have had many complaints from people who have confused their company with this one because they have copied the same web site look, and close name. Do Not buy from this company, they say it is from Canada but it ships from China, it is not the same, BudgetPetWorlds product, is the same as if you bought in the US, just take a bit longer for shipping.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and paid extra for package tracking. I finally got an email after asking why I never received a tracking number and they finally gave me one. It shipped from Singapore. I asked a vet friend why I didn’t need a prescription online and she said everything in the United States needed a script so it was either a scam or counterfeit. I’m still waiting on my shipment after 19 days and tracking says it just arrived in Queens NY but it’s supposed to come to me in Ohio eventually. What a waste of money while the dogs flea population continues to grow. Can’t the United States do something about rising vet care cost so we don’t get fooled by these con artists.

Ordered ** and received a counterfeit product. The product received is in a totally different packaging from the genuine product. Don't feel it is safe to give to my dog. Have contacted the company. Have not received a reply yet.

I received two counterfeit cat Seresto collars in overseas packaging. I am very disappointed and am afraid to use them on my cats. The packaging is not the same as brand name Seresto flea collars, which we have purchased numerous times. It also does not come with the clear reflective clips.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Takes forever to received product. I'm waiting over 2 weeks and still nothing. AND THEY DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. STAY AWAY!! Then I forgot to use a coupon so I called them immediately after I placed the order and they told me it was too late. HAH I called within 1/2 hour of placing the order and they hadn't even shipped it.

I have been ordering from this company for about 10 years. They have the cheapest prices on name-brand flea, heartworm, and other products you usually have to buy from a vet. Shipping can take 2-3 weeks, so plan accordingly. It comes from Australia or somewhere in the UK, I think, where a vet Rx is not required. The expiration date is always far out. I have never been disappointed.

I have seen reviews about how they hide their affiliation with which country which does irritate me, but after extensive searching I did find they are either Canadian, or British as they have physical addresses in both. For this reason of deception I cannot rate them greater than a 4 star. As for the product I ordered, SERESTO flea collars, and the fact they offer satisfaction guaranteed and real certified products I gave them a chance and ordered $200 worth of collars and they are definitely the real deal. After around 12 hrs of wear I was finding dead fleas on my 6 cats, and have continued to see satisfaction with the product.

I would always get my pet supplies from the Vet or a different store. I found that it became so expensive and I really needed these supplies. I searched online and found this company. True, it may take longer to get your supplies than actually going out to pick them up, but it's worth the savings and saving you a trip to the store. I am quite pleased with this company so far.

I shifted to my new house about 3 months back. The locality is beautiful with thick vegetation surrounding the house till one’s eyesight can reach. My pooch was really happy to be here in the wild. Ordered tick/flea and heartworm meds for my 2 gsd's. They need to be given every month. To be sure that they would be received on time, ordered them with 2 month buffer. 2 months came and went, and no communication. Upon calling, "Oh, so sorry, they are back ordered". Given that these items are time sensitive, any company with any semblance of customer service would have given a heads up. Particularly given today's ease of communication, email, text, etc. Nope. This company presents itself as if it is a USA company... It is from overseas... My order was shipped from Singapore and the meds were obviously counterfeit... I wouldn't come close to giving them to my pet... Stay away is my best advice.

Never really liked the idea of online shopping because of the delivery time. Most of these online shopping sites have a minimum of 10 to 14 business days, which is pretty huge. The other day though, I tried giving online shopping a go. I ordered products from this pet store for my dog. You won’t believe, I received my order inside 7 days. I was really impressed. Since that day, I have been doing my pet shopping from here. It’s easy and much more comfortable.

I reluctantly ordered Heartgard and Nexgard. I did get the merchandise, but I am worried that it is counterfeit. I tried to reach this company twice by their online customer service form, and once by phone. No one responded, and the phone was a recording saying no one could take my call. I tried to remove my information and credit card from their site and was unable to do it. My "basket" had new items in it totally over $1200 and I did not place them there. Beware people.

This happened few weeks backs when I accidentally submitted an order twice, both processed and payment completed. This user error made me frustrated but then I E-mailed in hope of refund. I received Frontline that was not actually Frontline. The packaging looked similar, but if you compared it to the real packaging, it was completely different. I was too scared to put it on our pets, because I didn't know what it was actually made of. I tried calling twice and e-mailing customer support to get a refund with their "money back guarantee" and received NO response. I am very disappointed in this company.

I request some Revolution. They cancel my order. If they could not sell something please close their site. They waste customer time and money. Just cancel without any rational reason. I told it is my pet. They said we could not do anything, it is disgusting seller.

I came across this website 3 months ago when I was browsing through internet. At first glance, the product for dogs seemed quite reasonable because of the discounts that were offered. So to test it out, I bought some flea preventive treatments for my 3-year-old lab. The products were shipped shortly after but then the delivery got delayed by many days. I almost wanted to give up and cancel my order. But with the help of their customer care people, I gave them a benefit of doubt. As soon as I received the products, I checked for the quality and whether or not it was reliable. To my surprise, all the products were perfect and from the brands, I used to buy earlier from. Just this time I got it at a very less price! Although I had the issues with delivery (it only happened once), I still prefer to buy from this online store as it provides great discounts on pet products!

Do not order from this company unless you're willing to wait almost a month for your product to be delivered. It took 25 days to receive the Nexgard Chewables that I ordered. Will not order from them again.

I placed my order which didn't require a prescription like those in the USA. The packaging was slightly different and even though the expiration date was still valid, when I opened the sealed chewable tab, which is normally pliable and somewhat soft, this one was hard like a biscuit treat. My dog did not respond to the medication as usual and email and calls to this company have not been replied to. I don't recommend buying this from this Company regardless of the seemly attractive price.

I have 4 cats and 3 dogs. I can't afford to get flea prevention products from the vet. I have been ordering from this company for years. Never had a problem. My 3 dogs are on ** and they go to the dog park and for walks daily. They never have fleas. Some people may think their products are fake because they are so much cheaper. They are the real deal.... NOT fake. It comes from another country which is able to offer it at a cheaper price. (All drugs are high in the U.S. which is terrible.) I have always received my orders as well.

Not manufactured in the United States. Because of Eileen's review of this product I quickly canceled my order for NexGard chewables. I did not realize you have to get a veterinarian's prescription to buy this product and when ordering from BudgetPetCare.com it did not ask for one so I called and cancelled the order. They told me that they will credit my card but may take 3-5 days for the credit to show up on the card, so we'll see.

Staying in a remote location has its own set of challenges and one of it is product deliveries. Most of the site from where I used to buy my pet stuff earlier always faced issues sending my order on time. However, with BudgetPetCare I have not faced such issues yet. They deliver on the time they claim and the product received has a proper packaging unlike most other sites. I think I can trust their services.

I thought I was receiving a great price on NexGard for flea/tick prevention. It showed the usual box, it showed a Central Standard Time contact number and there was no reason to believe this wasn't a U.S. company. The first hint that something was wrong was that the front of the box showed the dosage size for a dog in kilograms and not pounds. Looking further, I could see the product was manufactured in South Africa. I called the manufacturer in the U.S. and told them what I had received. They told me NOT TO USE THE PRODUCT, THROW AWAY IMMEDIATELY because the standards for the drug were not the same as required by the FDA. Warning: Any company that does not require a vet's contact information when ordering Nexgard is NOT legit!!!

I never received my order from BudgetPetCare. I tried calling, but nobody ever answers the phone. I sent email, but never got a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. You will not receive your product, and worse yet, you will have no recourse, as they do not respond to phone calls or email.

Still waiting on my order. In 1956 it only took 15 days to cross the Pacific, Seattle to Yokohama on a troop ship. Can’t imagine where this item is coming from, but evidently not in the USA. I sure do hope it gets here before the end of summer.

Never have any problems when I order dogs flea treatments. I'm Dog Manager of a Rescue Group and normally have 20 to 25 dogs in my home and I surely don't want fleas. Prices are a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

OK I have been with BudgetPetCare for several years ordering my dogs frontline and heart guard. I’ve always found very fair prices as well as very knowledgeable staff would’ve had to reach out only once. I get my product it does take a little longer than I like but I know that so I give myself enough time when I’m ordering. I will continue to use this and as a matter fact I’ve got my son using this line as well. Very happy. My dog loves the Heartguard when I break it in half. I don’t know what it is but whatever it is he absolutely devours it and the Frontline I put on the back of his neck and just don’t touch it for 24 hours so gives it time to activate and I’ve never had a problem with fleas on my dog at all.

Beware that this company gets its product from Europe and it will take forever for you to receive it. Mine is coming from Germany. I needed the ** for my dogs now! Not in a month. I ended up getting my first month from my vet, thus my savings on ** went out the window. If the company would have disclosed that it was coming from Europe I would have never used them. I have been ordering from them for five years. Starting with Frontline (Combo), and in the last year or so I switched to Advantage Multi (Advocate) for my cats. I have been happy with both products. I switched because the last two rescues had ear mites, and I decided to stay with Advantage Multi (Advocate). They are exactly the same ingredients you get at the vet's office, without the huge dent in your bank account. Yes, it does take 2-3 weeks, but this has not been a problem since I plan ahead. This packaging has POISON written right on the front and other differences so small if you weren't looking you wouldn't notice. I am not going to put them on my dogs so I called the number to get a return address because there is none on the invoice. I called three times and as soon as I asked for the return address they said ok and then I was disconnected. The fourth time I was disconnected before anyone answered. I should have known the price was too good to be true and in the end I just threw away $70.00. I will never again risk my dogs health to save a few dollars. Please do not buy from this website.

They do send the product. Takes forever but you get it. Tracking is an extra-cost feature and I have always done that. But after ordering twice, I realized that I really should not be able to order a prescription-only item without proof of a script, as I looked at other quality companies and they would not sell to me. Consumers please be aware that none of their products are genuine. When I got my second order, I looked at the packaging carefully and my worst fears were confirmed: Counterfeit. They only sell counterfeit items. This is how they offer the prices they do and sell normally prescription-only items to anyone. I am now afraid to use the product as it is probably not safe.

I ordered Nexguard & Heartguard for my puppy on 12-3-18. After almost a week and I hadn't received an email stating my order was shipped, I called the company. I found out at that time the product was coming from Singapore. I was told it could take another week for the products to come and the lady would send me a tracking number. I checked this tracking number daily. It never showed anything other than the package was preparing to be shipped. So I waited until 1-3-19 and called again. This time I was told the package was in Los Angeles. I told her I had waited a month and now I had to go buy locally because it had been so long.

It's very disappointing that they do not use a tracking number when they mail items. I ordered Nexgard, which cost over $70 and have never received it. When I called them they said they had no tracking number since shipping is free... It is unusually warm for November so the ticks might be worse because of this, but I went for a walk in a reservation 2 days ago and my dog was covered in ticks. One had latched on his stomach by the time I got home and was checking him. I thought I had pulled them all off but the next day, I had to remove 2 from his head that were engorged. My friend who had gotten NexGard from her vet had no such problem. That is why I went and googled BudgetPetCare and did find complaints of bogus products being sold. I think their NexGard they sent is either fake and or something but it is totally ineffective.

This website is not new to me, I have been shopping for my pets from BudgetPetCare since a long time and I recommend it to all. Even I prefer buying heartworm preventives from this website as well and the product is always the best.

I ordered Nexgard for my dogs on 6/21/17. Never received order confirmation or email that the product was shipped even though they did take the money out of my account. I contacted customer service 4 times via different methods to get order information. Just know they don't respond to any type of written inquiry. When I resorted to calling customer service rep was rude. Took 3 weeks to get my order but at least I got it. I won't be using this company again.

BudgetPetCare.com is by far the most suitable website for my babies. I love my dogs very much and their well-being means the world to me. Fleas and tick problems are the most prevailing of all in pets especially in this season. I always try to take preventive measures but all in vain. My vet suggested to apply a medicine which will kill fleas, flea eggs and ticks and all such parasites. Frontline Plus was a solution to them. I had to buy Frontline Plus for my babies so I checked the web. I searched through around 10 of the websites, but was attracted towards BudgetPetCare, I guess because of the discount offers.

I placed an order for Frontline Plus on May 14. When after several days I had not received the order, I was told it was shipped on 5/16 but for some reason it was "held up in customs". On 6/12 I enquired again and on 6/22 I requested a refund. Twice they have requested verification of my address. It has not changed since I placed the order. Now I have no Frontline and no refund and absolutely will not deal with these people again.

BudgetPetCare and BudgetPetWorld (same place) - I ordered Frontline Top Spot. What I received was Frontline Original. I live in a place that I can let my dog out the door and then he comes back when he is done. The reason I ordered the Top Spot is because of everything it helps fight. Basically it has coverage of almost all bugs that could hurt my service dog. The Original cover fleas for a month and one kind of tick for 2 weeks and that is it.

I have been ordering from this place for I'm guessing 3 yrs, never once have I ever not received my product, don't much care how it's packaged as long as it's not damaged. Picture don't always match the packages that come in the mail but I feel that's not important, I always get what I order. I got Frontline Plus Combo once that doesn't work as well I feel and I thought I didn't order that but when I went back and checked I'm the one who mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I recommend this site to anyone. It sometimes takes 2 wks to come in but I try and order ahead so that won't matter. Cost wise, beats any vet's price, including our humane society price.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered "Capstar", in two sizes, one for cats, the other for large dogs. OK so far. I also ordered "Revolution" for large dogs,41-85 lbs, 6 doses total, as well as "Advantage Multi" for cats over 10 lbs., 6 count. Instead I received something called "Advocate" for cats, on the box. In my order today, the package of "Advocate" that I was sent, said it was a 3 pack, on the box, & cost quite a bit more than the "Advantage Multi" cat, (which was a special, where if you order 6 packs, you get 2 free doses, for a total of 8). The invoice had the correct number of doses (6), listed on it for the "Revolution", but the package also said "3 doses".

I purchased 2 boxes of Frontline for my dog from BudgetPetCare.com. When I used it last year, I did not find it to be very effective and the dog had a lot of ticks. So many in fact that I contracted Lyme disease and Anaplasmosis. I thought it was a bad year for ticks. This spring, we used the remainder of the order and have found it to be just as bad. We questioned the validity of the medicine at that point and looked online. We found that the product we were sent is a fake form of Frontline and totally ineffective.

I am middle of the road on a rating as I am waiting for my shipment to arrive. Having seen people rave about how quick they got their orders (within days) so I called to check on my order and got the 10-14 day answer. When I asked where it was shipping from they replied "Australia." This would explain why it has a long lead time. There is nothing on the website stating where the company is located. I can only hope I am going to get what I think I ordered. Next time I will find out where the company is located and buy American.

I ordered Advocate flea meds for my three cats. So far, only two out of the six tubes of medicine had any fluids in them. Which leads me to believe maybe the two which actually had any meds were ineffective. It took waaaayyy too long to receive this shipment and when I did, there was nothing in the tubes? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

My original order was for Frontline Plus for dogs for 89 lbs to 132 lbs. When they delivered my order it came from Great Britain and was Frontline Plus for dogs for 40 to 60 kg. In addition, the ** amounts were listed as 100g/L and 90g/L. This was not a "customer friendly" experience since it's not what I specifically ordered.

I went online to order some flea and tick meds for my two small dogs. I found this company and ordered two boxes of flea and tick meds having NO IDEA they would be coming from the UNITED KINGDOM. When I received them I all the language was in a foreign language so I had no clue what was in them. I called them to say I wanted to return the items and I couldn't tell where to return them to. He emailed me the address and when I went to the post office I found out it was going to cost me $108.00 to return $65.00 worth of pet meds to the United Kingdom. I will not risk my dogs' life over $65.00 so I have no other options except to dispose of the meds. If you are from a different country I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I went online and found warnings of using ANY PET MEDS written in a different language other than English. Live and learn as they say in the U.S.

I ordered a 6 month supply of Frontline Plus for all three of my animals at what I thought was an awesome price, with my bill totaling roughly $144. Unfortunately, upon receipt of these items I realized that they were not what I had ordered. The BudgetPetCare site lists that they are selling Frontline Plus and right under benefits they have listed "Kills all kinds of ticks including the deadly ones like American dog ticks, brown ticks, deer ticks and lone star ticks." But this is NOT what the box that was delivered to me says.

I am first-time customer and was impressed with the ease with which I was able to place an order of the product. The company provides these products at zero shipping charges which makes the shopping even more enticing. The products were delivered well on time in excellent conditions. Extremely slow shipping around the holidays. I ordered on December 2nd (2016) and didn't receive my shipment until January 25th (2017). I had to call four different times to get an update, but they do NOT have tracking numbers for their orders, since they ship in bulk from overseas. They kept blaming the holidays and then eventually blamed customs for the hold-up in the order.

I purchased Revolution for my pet. Before I purchased it I wanted to know where it came from, I was told England. My package came from Singapore, if I knew it was coming from China I wouldn't have purchased it. The flap that seals the medicine in the Revolution package was opened and a "Quality Checked" sticker sealed it back up. This to me isn't normal and a little scary so I'm not going to use it and I'm going to ask for my for a refund.

We ordered Frontline Plus from Budget Pet Care 3 years ago and while it was a good price, the product was ineffective at stopping fleas or ticks. The same product purchased from known US suppliers works as advertised. We will never purchase from BudgetPetCare again. We cannot trust what that deliver to be what it is supposed to be and you shouldn't either.

On 9/26/16 I ordered Frontline Plus for my cats. On 10/5/16 I was sent an email that my order was cancelled and I was given a credit for my purchase. There was no explanation why my order was cancelled. Now after waiting 9 days I have to search and order from a different company. The customer service of this company is poor at best.

I was a little concerned when I saw that the order was being processed in Mauritania and originated in South Africa. However, my order of Revolution for cats arrived within 2 weeks and seems to be working fine. For my area, the price of $62.45 for six doses is a fantastic bargain.
