I have been playing Zynga poker for about a year now. I have played poker for 25 years. Professionally. Tournaments. Live games. I have studied the game. Zynga poker is not random. Not at all. It takes awhile to figure it out, but its clearly not random. If you buy chips then you win big at first. But then you lose really obviously outside of the odds. It's subtle, I admit but the patterns are obviously fake. If you play in a casino and then play here you will see the difference. They count on newbies never having played REAL poker. They should be shut down. They are cheating people.

Zynga Poker is not only rigged but is also very crooked. They have employees that can control the cards during play. They normally wait until a big pot and then manipulate their hold cards and also choose the last card or two that turns up on the table. I accumulated over 100M chips and they took them away, claiming that I broke one of their Terms of Service. I never used foul language and didn't know how to cheat. They didn't specify what TOS I broke. They just suspended me for three days and then took away all but 1M of my chips. If you don't buy in frequently they will suspend you! They are so dishonest that there is no way to contact them anymore. The mailbox, customerservice@zynga.com is now a dead end.

I only play one game online, Farmville2 run by Zynga. It's so expensive to play I can't afford any other games. They nickel and dime you with farm bucks which cost a lot more than nickels and dimes. They cost actually dollars and many of them. That is bad enough. It's a very expensive game to play, but even worse than that, they will cheat you, steal from you, change the game constantly and charge even more money with each change they make. The longer you play the game, instead of treating you like a loyal customer, they raise the price of everything as you play so the longer you play, the more it costs you. I won't go on here with the boring details of how they lie, cheat, steal but I will say to anyone who is thinking of playing with them to think it over twice, three times even.

I tried everything that was suggested from Zynga's useless support pages and still no help. And when I go to contact button. Nothing but re-direction pages and no actual e-mail address. Worse than phone companies' help lines.

Zynga Farmville 2 Country Escape - A simple game but so good to have something on the market that is not violent or sexist or... well, you get my drift. I was happy to find it but my excitement was short lived. The game crashes constantly!! Advised to shut it off completely and reboot. Does not help. They seem to be on a learning curve for what is needed to run and continue the game. Most extra challenges either require you to spend 24/7 on the game to win or to spend money so be warned this is the way they make money. When you find you need to ask for help they allow you one (my experience) request for help. After that you are not able to submit a query - I received a "you have an open ticket that you must close before a new ticket can be opened" but there is no way for me to close the ticket. The level of frustration has grown to the point I will stop playing the game. Shame as it has great potential and I wouldn't mind spending some money if it wasn't so blatant and such a frustrating experience.

Zynga Poker - Worst game ever when it comes to connection. Takes forever to get connected and always losing connection on mobile/laptop/tabletop... usually when you get a winning hand. Also folds winning hands, when you raise it folds. Good format just spoiled by this. Btw this happens nowhere near as often with ultimate qublix poker. Get it sorted Zynga, you're losing lots of players....

They manipulate gambling odds which they state is not gambling however now more than ever kids and active paying members are playing this in order to achieve a high level; all the while, the software is a random sort program or consortium which I have developed but not which it's Intended for. It's now implemented on actual players not only randomize g odds in favor of new players but also low level players. It's not establishing g a random card consortium but a low low-level parameter and recent purchase acquisition program in order to falsify players odds, obviously increasing activity and putting hundreds of millions of money in their pocket.
This is more of scam than real money poker that Bush banned a decade ago. This is a disgrace on society that should never be compromised. It is an utter disgrace that you have allowed this activity to go on unnoticed and all activities that enable website developers to act like they enable fair gaming when they program their source code to push player (a>-20,000 +ii), tell me they're not implementing code that enables timely success and subsequent security access or disconnects. Usually these are associated with Bit rate. However they use an unusual device for their bit rate and it functions almost as a displacer. Take a look at these comments. I am not a bitter client, I have plenty of chips, 1,800,000. W/E

I had an issue with a quest on Farmville 2 the game. They claimed they fixed it. When I returned to my game, all 310 of my farm cash was missing. 4 Tickets and lackluster communication on their part, they told me they were refusing to refund my cash and that I had used it. I had not. There is no option for escalation, and $50 worth of real money used on something I didn't use. They've lost a player.

Very mad about all this. I’ve left complaints and told Zynga I'll never buy another chip till reimbursed. They fix this game 100%. They use own people to sit at tables and drain the tables. Also another thing I notice now is 5 or 6 people at a table and they automatically leave all at same time minute you sit at table so you only one left at it, all with no pics. Also other thing I have noticed is the amount of flushes, full houses coming up. At occasions I have ended up have the same hand 4 times in row (example 10 diamonds and 5 clubs). Other day I had that draw in my hand 4 times one after other. Now surely the odds of that happening is way off.
The Split now that is so random, it seems they randomly choose when to split the pot. Example other day I had k + 8 in hand, other player had K + 4 in hand and it split the pot (so I thought ok then). Someone done an all in and had 4 + 9 in hand. I had 4 + 6 in had we both had pair 4's yet did not split pot, gave it to the ALL IN player..... Surely if works on the kick card that is on table then should split it like it did with me and that first player. I can not get my head round how they work it out because surely no matter how they claim to work it out I surely should have won the pot and not split with first hand??
People say why would they rig it, well that simple. Lot of people do buy the chips on this site so they rig it to get the cash coming in, and surely if this was looked into it is actually illegal what is happening because anyone who is paying for the chips are surely being conned when you read their terms and conditions. Anyway rant over, just getting tired of good honest games being fixed in this way when you come on to play for fun.

What's going on is that Zynga refuses to respond to complaints of missing farm cash or decorations purchased within the game. It used to be that they would contact us and work with us to resolve issues but not anymore. Not since all of the changes within the company itself. Nope, they no longer care about their players or whether we're losing REAL MONEY while trying to enjoy playing their game. While they've changed many things that are positive, one MAJOR issue is the lack of concern when we're being ripped off! Player/Buyer beware! They will steal from you throughout the process of game play. All those virtual decorations cost REAL MONEY and if it disappears, it's on you, not them..apparently! THAT'S THEFT..PERIOD! No if ands or buts...totally fed up!

Several weeks ago, I earned 100 favors and misc coin. I didn't receive the favors or coin. When I reported this to Zynga support, they said, "It cannot be verified" and therefore, there was nothing they would do to help me. I accepted this because favors are usually earned, not purchased. I knew I could earn more, and I did.
It happened again when 100 farmbucks disappeared from my account about 10 days ago while I was at dinner. First, Zynga tried to prove that I spent it myself. When I asked them to compare the US dollars spent and farmbucks earned and spent with the virtual dollars spent, they told me "it can not be verified". This seems to be their fallback response when asked to prove their side of events. Because they have control of the game, the only thing I can prove is that I spent money and then complained that it was stolen within the game.
The 100 farmbucks were mostly purchased, some earned by joining the Disney Club for farmbucks. Bucks that appeared and disappeared in a matter of hours when I wasn't even playing the game. My husband is witness to the arrival and disappearance of the unverified farmbucks. This has ruined the game for me. I will never play another Zynga game. I no longer care if I get my money back. I just want to tell my story to anyone who will listen that Zynga steals.

Last night, I had a few HUGE wins on Elite slots, a game owned and operated by Zynga. I won betting over a million all wilds and a 10x. Needless to say, the win was huge. I was in shock and very happy. Well, that didn't last long. I usually wait after a win for 3-4 spins, go into the lobby so win sticks. I froze and had to refresh, so I took a screen shot (which is what I was recommended to do as this has happened before), went back into the game and all my coins were gone but 10,000. I took another screen shot and immediately contacted support and was told, "We're sorry but we cannot verify your coins???" This has happened a couple of times and with Gift Cards as well, and it's always the same form letter. So if you play Elite Slots, don't waste any money on it because there is no support. They don't care about the player and if you lose money, you won't get it back. It's like playing Russian Roulette... In the end, you lose.

I don't know what's up with Zynga Poker, but I keep getting kicked out of the poker room and having to log back in with FB EVERY TIME I win a good hand. This started happening when two guys popped in ($40,000 max $100/$200 room) and started going all in every hand. I started calling them on it and win several times (went from around $400K this morning to $1.3 million by tonight). But what pisses me off is we were playing fine until they came in. It also doesn't take me back to the room - I have to start all over! It's like they have some kind of app or code that allows them to do that! And another thing, it is totally WRONG of Zynga to "tip the dealer" or take a percentage of our winnings! People spend REAL MONEY on Zynga Poker, so they are already making a killing anyway so that is BS!!! It should be illegal!

I ended up winning about 500 million one night, then I noticed no matter what table I went to, (I went to at least 30 different ones) there was always one or two if not THREE of the same people following me....raising, then i'd call, then the other would re-raise. If I called that, one of them would go all in. This happened over and over and over again and EVERY time I had a good hand, I was outdone by ONE. If I had AQ, the robot user who called me had AK; if I had JJ, whoever called would have QQ. I mean EVERY TIME.
Now to figure out all of them were on a team against me, I started folding every hand preflop. When I did this, these other "players" wouldn't even see a flop....EVER. They would raise and re-raise and fold to act like they were playing without me. In fact when I got lucky enough to win an all-in against the 4 on 1 I was facing....I would fold the next hand and they would bet and raise and redistribute their chips around so they'd all have around even stacks. It's unreal how rigged this RIPOFF SCAM IS!

Within about 2 weeks, I had won about 13 million in chips .Then some of the friends would request poker gift chips. They would show they had almost no chips. To make it short, they would then track me, send in a lot of so-called friends to play me while they had others spectating me telling them when to bet. When they still had a hard time beating me, they were rigging the game so I could not go online. Wherever I went, they had my location and take turns rigging games and following me. They're alerted every time if went online wherever I played. It is so hacked by these people. You can't win.

The support team have as good as said to me that it is my fault and that their system is 100% SECURE. Well I and others can assure them that it is not. I have asked for contact from a manager or superior but my emails are just ignored. I have been playing poker for over 40 years and belong and play on many online sites but this has to be the worst for security and customer care.
This site has really big problems with hackers and it affects those of us that spend our tie and effort building up our chips from scratch. I also have suffered very many times at long bouts of continuously getting beaten with very good hands when playing on 5 player tables, this is just not possible if the game was truly random. I get to about 40 or so games of losing then change tables as it is clear that then that something is wrong. My account also sends out buddy requests which do not show on my timeline and it is only when I checked my Facebook account today that I noticed them, they are also sent when I am not even on my laptop. My account is well and truly hacked and they do nothing to help, what great customer service. STOP these thieves please Zynga..

I am a professional poker player. That doesn't mean I'm the best, or that "luck" doesn't play a role in Hold' Em. I play the 1-5 tables on Zynga. Less people in NL Holdem is better than less people at a table. Because your odds of having the top hand increase. Anyway. I played my way from 1000 chips to 35 million chips at which point I noticed something very very peculiar begin to happen (all free I never paid zynga for chips because that would be **). The strange thing that has now happened is that I do not get the top hand hardly ever. I'm talking going 40+ hands without even getting a pair. If I get a straight... someone gets and open hand flush. When I get a flush someone has an Ace High flush... you get the point.
At first I started playing conservatively thinking ok I'm just having some terrible luck. Now hundreds of Blinds later with no hands, and making no brain calls (without the nut) later only to be slightly bested (it happens). I've withered away from 35 mil down to 1 mil and that continues to drop as I go back in and play... I've talked to other friends who are too very smart poker players who have experienced this same exact thing... I understand it's a business tactic. You force people to lose chips and charge for chips. And since there's no real gambling happening you can get away with this I guess???? Either way it's not something a stand up company would do. Don't disrespect the name of Texas holdem if you aren't going to make the deals random.
I still play my hardest like it's real money... because I respect the game. This is not Hold'Em and I hope if what they are doing is in fact illegal, and they get slammed for it ;) I could be unlucky yes. It is possible though the odds it would take to not get playable hand or top hand even out of 40+ hands with 5 people at a table... consistently over the course of 1000+ hands. For more than one person... Someone do that math for me!

If you can do math, I see all the time people who, as their profile states, are playing over 24 hours a day for years, or their numbers show a level that is not possible. Even though I report these people while on the table, nothing is done. I have purchased chips from Zynga for real cash, only to have these cheats remove it, and Zynga wanting you to buy more. For the past week, I was unable to see any of my FB friends posts whenever I played Cafe World. Therefore, I was unable to help them out. All I kept seeing were all the other games they completed goals in which I don't even play. Two days ago, all was back to normal. However today, the problem has occurred again. This time, I went from having over forty million coins to zero. What is that all about? I'm frustrated because I don't want to make any changes in any of my settings to make matters worse.
I'm not a computer nerd, so I'd rather wait for you to send me a response ASAP to help me. If there is something I need to do or reset, please be specific because I don't want to lose any of my friends or the level I've reached in CW. I had been stolen from twice. This second time, when I reached 100.000.000 chips, my laptop shut down and when I started it again and entered Facebook and Zynga poker, my chips had been stolen. This is the second time this happened. The first time was on Feb 24th. I sent you an e-mail (Incident #: **) and the only answer I got from a very kind Miss Paulina Maria, was "I am sorry to inform you that after further review to your account, unfortunately, we are unable to verify the loss reported was the result of a hack, and therefore cannot restore the chips. Please be sure to collect your winnings before leaving the table, and always click the Go to Lobby button when leaving a table. Also, remember to always log out of your social network account. We strongly recommend that you change your password now and regularly change it every few months."
Well, this time, I collected my winnings before leaving the table. I went to the lobby after living the table, and I went to another table. And while playing, as already said, my laptop shut down. This is a very serious security problem from your side, since as already said, this time it was not that Facebook logged out. This time the laptop shut down, and I was not only playing poker, but also running a back up of a database that due to the laptop shutting off, I lost a lot of information. Therefore, this time I will not stay without doing anything. This security issue caused me a very big problem. I still don't know if other files in my laptop had been damaged due to this hacking, so I will check if there are other problems and I will ask for legal advice.

I have contacted their customer support by email several times (which I saved the emails) but they will respond with outrageous answers such as, "maybe you had a bad connection," in which I would respond back with, "I was on WiFi with a good signal." They said the chips were lost in normal game play and suggested I take a snapshot next time. So I did explain my balance at the table wasn't adding to my account balance and sent a picture showing my lower account balance and higher table balance. I want to let you guys know about a serious issue pertaining to Zynga Game Cards. I emailed support and here's the ongoing thread in its entirety, although in the act of copying and pasting the first contact is on the bottom. I will be posting updates to the matter as it progresses.
I purchased a physical Zynga game card valued at $25 today because I saw a sale going on that was giving 50% more chips, and for the next 24 hours only an extra 20% more chips added on for a total of just over 33 million in chips. I planned on purchasing this deal with said game card. Upon purchase, I noticed the amount as the normal 11 million and thought this to be a glitch and that the game card site hadn't been updated and purchased anyway on the good faith that this oversight of 22 million in chips would be corrected on checkout. It wasn't. Why wasn't I able to receive the sale price through using a game card? This is unfair. I wish to be reimbursed for the remainder of the sale price chips total that I had intended to buy in the first place. Thank you in advance for your swift response.

I have never done anything wrong and have always abided with the rules. Over the past 7 months, I have a player who made an account of a woman using my name -- the same player which I believe is involved in illegal activities like hacking. My Facebook account is secure and can't be viewed unless you are a friend, yet he accessed my photos and made accounts using a photo of my 5-year old granddaughter. Zynga was informed of this and did nothing.
I have reported the problem to the BBB and still have had no response. Zynga also stated that I was given over 2.3 billion in chips from them. I have requested a statement showing when and how. I have also requested all documentation, under the freedom of information, as to why I was banned. Zynga has a duty to care and failed me on several occasions. Zynga should have their terms of service rewritten as it is false and misleading. I joined this poker game to have fun and spend sometime in a different way with family, who I don't get to see often due to distance. I play Zynga poker through Facebook and have had many problems with them. A couple of months ago, I purchased some chips from them and was up to $5 million chips. I played 1 day and took a break for a couple of hours, went back on and almost all my chips were gone. When some of my buddies asked and I told them what happened, they said it is a known thing for Zynga to take chips especially if you purchase them (they want you to buy more).
On November 24th early a.m. for the 1st time I played a table which is a Sit n Go and you can win a lot of chips. So I started with $6,941,065 and won the 1st game which was $2 M chips. So now I was up to $8,941,065, lost another game then won 1 which was a lower table so it paid out $62,500. After collecting the chips and posting it to my wall, I went to my Facebook home page for a break. Five minutes later, go back into poker and now only have $335,000 chips. I called Zynga but was told to go to live chat, it may take a while to get a rep but keep refreshing the screen.
Finally got a rep (Marco O) and he had me go thru some steps, clear cache files, and change passwords for both FB and yahoo email account, uninstall Zynga poker, then re-install. After doing this he restored my chips to $7,531,520. I asked why it isn't the total I should have, he said that's all he can restore which I don't have a clue how he figured the amount. He said he will send it for further investigation and it will be done accordingly.
Later that day, I chatted w/ Monique and asked if I can play poker or wait because of them investigating the missing chips. She looked into it and told me that many accounts are affected by this and they're working hard to fix it. Because she said assured me they knew what was going on and they fix the problem (thinking like Marco some of it while chatting) I decided to go on a table and play.
I made screen shots as I played in case I won I'd have the screen shot of the chips and message of how much winnings it is. While playing the 4th game I looked at my chip level and was not happy. I now had $2.7 M and these tables aren't supposed to take chips only if you win you get them added. I didn't want to leave the table because you can't get back on that same game when you leave. I keep looking at my chip total while playing on that Sit n Go table and then I see ZERO chips.
Now I'm really mad, so someone went all in and I did too but lost. I wanted off the table to get online and chat w/ a rep to tell them it happened again while I was playing. Also, looking at the print screens while waiting for an online rep, I noticed that my chip level went down $ M in between game 3 and 4, which if I lost went to another table immediately. So now I know its Zynga taking the chips or whatever they claim they're having a problem with it.
Got Monique online and she can't do anything about it, said there is a ticket and email them the problem, which I did. I sent them an email for this and also told them since this is a common problem as I've found out with others and them telling me today, they should take the Sit n Go's down or warn people they may lose all their chips until they get it fixed. I haven't played all day today because of this and having found out it happens to so many people because they want you to buy chips is unbelievable. I don't know how a big company as them can get away with this and something should be done about it.

4 days ago, hackers cracked my Facebook password and robbed my 17million poker chips from Zynga. Funny enough, I keep getting emails in a very strange language (Hindu/ Malaysian) and nobody from their side has ever tried to solve my problem.

I wish to bring to your notice that I have great grievances towards your functioning related to Zynga Poker Games on Face Book. After playing Zynga Poker on Facebook for brief period of time I enjoyed and liked Zynga Poker that I purchase 30M chips via master card which can be verified by you. Kindly note that in brief period of my playing Poker I reached up to Ace level. I had little above 30M chips in my poker game when I logged off on around 02.00 hrs on Sunday 15th August, 2010.
When I logged on Facebook on Sunday 15th August, 2010 at around 14.45 hours, I found that Facebook sent an email issuing me a warning for banning my account accusing me of illegal chips transfer. I immediately mailed Facebook giving explanation regarding the same. After few minutes I was left with around 1.4 M chips. Immediately I mailed to poker customer care and informed the same, within another 10 minutes it was automatically raised to around 2.4 M chips and in next 5 minutes I was left with no chips at all, it were all vanished suddenly and automatically.
After this I had several communications and messages which include a message giving me two options. The first option was Facebook/Zynga Corp that on certain conditions they will reimburse 10% of my chips and I have to drop my demand of my chips which I had purchased, the other option was let my case be pending with them and I don't get any relief. I accepted the first option which I realized later that I had taken wrong option under desperation and in way I felt I was arm twisted by admin. I regret it and even more of not saving the screen shot of the options because I never imagined that the Facebook authorities will no retain that page in history of my Facebook account.
I have attached/pasted the communication by me and your good selves in docx file, which are under my reach. Kindly note myself and my four children are using the Facebook from one computer which is in our home in Mumbai, India. Kindly carefully read the attached doc file of communications between us you will equally surprised to notice the strange/non continuity/ambiguity in the communication by Zynga Poker & Facebook Customer Support. My contention is that the Facebook and Zynga Corp. does care for moral responsibility, business ethics, consumer protections and/or legal binding to resolve the issue in a human and honest manner. The above said incident has caused me a mental trauma, humiliation and loss of my hard earned money. At times the customer service is singing different tunes in different attendants voice e.g. Mr. Samuel I., Mr. Kevin A., customer service and computer generated messages.
I once again request your high office to look into the matter either it is an inside job with connivance of credit card purchase system or the Face Book and Zynga Poker are unable/incapable to secure the users of your site from hackers and phishing site operators. Because there are lot of unsatisfied users like me or shall I consider it to be deliberate attempt to deny me and/or discourage not me but all the Facebook members to refrain from purchasing poker chips legally. Mental Trauma, Humiliation, Loss of money, denial of consumer rights and unprofessional ethics.

I started playing Zynga games in December 2009 on Facebook. I stopped playing the game on Jan.10, 2010 due to harassment. I removed the application from my Facebook file. Upon learning that Zynga still uses my name and character after removing the application, I went into the game's system to read its forum on how to delete my legal name. It states that Zynga games has no means of deleting names or characters until after 90 days. So I deleted my photos and my Facebook profile. But the company still has legal rights to my name. How is this possible since I legally owe them no money and I signed no contract agreement with them. I feel like my rights as a consumer/person has been violated. I tried reaching this company and only get automated responses.

This company might be running free games to play, but they are not doing it fairly. If you go to these websites, you read about how the people are losing because the company is removing things wrongly, which is forcing people to buy these products. And you never get anything sorted out of them. This needs looking into.
