I’ve been a Zynga poker player for over a decade. Have over 30 trillion in chips and over 350 buddies. I’ve watched this game decline into a big mess of non stop bots, bullies, cheaters with Zynga claiming they do something….they do not. Our study showed after over 50 reports on a single obvious bot- got zero response. We repeated this with 25 suspected bots, abusive bully bingo non stop all in, hackers, etc. and still not a single abusive player real or not, was ejected. The rare hands now showing up as commonplace, the stingy bonuses that cost way more to get than they pay out, the chip rake on every hand means you lose even when you win. It’s not fun. Period. No actual poker played anywhere. It’s just a ‘game’ (which it no longer is as all is predetermined and under minded by the onslaught of AI hacking) that is non stop loss. Please, trust an authority.

I've been playing Farmville 3 since December of 2019 when it was first released in the US. The first few years it was very fun and not as expensive like it is now. I've earned rewards with hardly paying anything out of pocket. In 2023 they upped the price on everything! I can't even "play" this game without "$paying$." This is horrible especially for people that have limited income like myself. I was paying over $35 minimum now I can only pay $5 due to my utility increase. The pet rescue charges me $12 to unlock premium.

The people who run the Zynga game are dishonest. They take all your points that you pay tons of money to buy and if you win a few times in a row they block you, take all your points you paid for and say reason is breaching the rule of the game. American lawmakers must stop these thieves from stealing our money. These people should go to jail. They are like bank thieves that are given the key to steal it

Zynga puts out a good product but there are some major issues with the “randomness” of cards. The river produces big conflict and multiple good hands. Much more than you would expect. I played over 2 million hands and saw a lot of “Zynga Specials” type bad beats. The game requires you to buy trillions(!) just to keep up with the bonuses paid out. I do not feel that it is a truly fair game. Inevitably you will lose. The game is highly addictive.

Whatever crap they created is not even close to realistic...The run-outs are either four flushes, one liner straights, double paired boards, and monotone flops consistently..In 10 min of play you will see all of these multiple times yet you can play a real live game and maybe see two of those in an 8 hr session..The game sets up disasters to happen regularly if you flop two pair and it is not top two pair throw it away, it will lose or a flopped straight you will lose to a bigger straight or flush or full house by the river.. Honestly the most unrealistic outcomes I have ever seen in poker and it will do nothing but piss you off..

Bought chips and never received the full amount, I was owed 6T, I message them and they said it was added to my balance, refreshed the app, nothing, then called back and they said it should be in my account now, refreshed the account and again nothing, third time I call them she tells me there’s nothing she can do for me, they stole my money and didn’t even give me my chips back, they actually robbed my money which I find very offensive from such a big company like Zynga, also I’ve made a lot of purchases before but they lost a valued costumer, keep your 6T in chips. I will never spend a penny on this game ever again. Also Ryan C gave me attitude and hung out on my face, I told him I need to speak to a manager and didn’t listen to me and hung out on me, he needs to get fired. 0/10 customer service, 0/10 loyalty service, I’m not satisfied at all, shame on you.

I am unable to play the Game of Thrones for very long. The games do not let me win. I have been playing the Game of Thrones every morning for a few years now and it’s getting to where I don’t want to play it anymore.

Zynga poker is scam. It is set up to take your money. There are players who have millions OF TRILLIONS chips. If you were to buy these amounts of chips with real money you would need over $100 000 of real money. These people always win and they try to sell you chips from the game. For all we know the people work at Zynga. Customer service does not take care of paying customers. Management does not even get back to you!! This is a scam!!! Do not play this game!! 100% do not recommend this game to anyone.

I bought a coin and Elite points package in the Hit it Rich game for $399 and clearly did not get everything that was listed in the package. I contacted tech support several times and they keep saying that they checked and my account is correct when it is very apparent that I did not get all that was supposed to be in the package. So frustrating after spending so much money that they just ignore you when there was an error on their part.

NEVER BUY CHIPS - ZYNGA CHEATS PLAYERS! Zynga Poker uses bots to take your chips. They want you to purchase more. Anyone that buys chips can kiss their money goodbye. If you like playing simply watch some phony ads (ie. TEMU) to earn chips.

Don't play any games on Zynga because they get your personal information when you sign up, then sell your personal information to other companies. After doing this, if you do not send them money, they will let you play for a while then suspend your account and then cancel it without a good reason. A total ripoff!!!

Thirty plus opposition straights in the last 24 hours. I believe that Zynga systematically builds large pots with pre-determined winners to increase the size of the rake. Do the math… You can’t possibly play enough hands in a day to see that many losing straights. Pay attention… It happens constantly.

Zynga is the worst. I bought their chess game. Then they discontinued it without warning. And refuse to refund. Worst company ever!!! They have zero customer service. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Stay away unless you want to lose your money.

I purchased chips and as I’m playing my hand was better than somebody else’s hand and I lost 100 billion chips because there’s hackers playing this game and when you try to email, you can’t get in contact with nobody from this game. So it’s OK for them to take your money and hack you But if you want to get in contact with any customer care representative can get in contact with anybody unacceptable. I don’t think anybody should play this game because they’re easy to take your money but when it’s somebody hacking your account you get no help. Kristos **

Unfair treatment, banned account for no reason after purchase. They refuse/ can't explain why my account was banned, I wish they would have banned me before purchase. Of course, they said no refund...

Why do they offer 1400k reward for earning 3.5 billion or 420 million for 7 billion earned. Unbelievable that such a very small amount for earning a fraction in rewards. What in the world are the people at Zynga think

Don't buy any chips from Zynga, most bad beats... I've received promo to hook you, but it's always been bad beat, I've lost all purchases from bad beats. Has anyone experienced my situation, I think all should boycott this site.

Stay away from Zynga. I purchased the Word with friends 2. I started receiving ads and my music will stop playing while playing the game. When I called them, they said that I only paid for the 30-day license. Which he said and records said that it was purchased on March 5, they stop my license on April 31st. As you can see that is not 30 days. This company is ripping off the consumers. STAY AWAY FROM ZYNGA GAMES.

After playing Zynga poker regularly for about 8 years and accumulating almost 600 billion chips, Zynga suspended me and took away all of my chips without warning and without explanation. Emails to customer support are being ignored. If you haven't already started, my advice would be to stay away from this gaming site.

I have played Zynga for years. I stopped because all they did was take money from me. They would let folks win with impossible odds. If you like playing and don't mind paying-to-play, they will take all of your money and the odds of you winning will go DOWN!!! I left them during the pandemic because I spent hundreds before realizing that they were unfair almost to the point of tears. This company should be shut down. I wrote them once because I was playing and there were 4 full houses in one hand.

Customer service agent was very rude. When I contacted them I was told basically, "Too bad. Get over it." I spend a lot of money on these games and don’t feel I was treated properly. I have removed their game from all my devices.

So frustrating. I’d been playing Zynga poker for about 14 years already. I have about 100 billion chips with me with good statistics tied to myself. All of the sudden everything is gone and I’m unable to log in via my Facebook account. They tried to help but we are just going in circle as they are asking the same info over and over, they promised to fix the issue as they see my account being still active but I don’t see any improvements. With all these, I lost my trust with Zynga. I find this as an indirect way of robbing people. They will make you spend money and all of the sudden you no longer have access to your own account regardless how long you kept it. I recommend everyone to stay away with this company. I also want bring up that Zynga poker could have bots that play along with other real people and robbing these people’s hard-earned chips. This company is corrupt!

Just back again. They keep telling me it's random algorithm and crap. Played pretty much a month straight and can count on 1 hand how many times I won. Just played Omaha 100 mil. 10. straight hands. I didn't even match a pair all those cards how is that even possible? Do not I repeat do not put real money in a game you can't even win fake chips.

I have played Zynga poker for over 15 years, since the game started up. The most annoying thing about this game is that there are thousands of people selling chips illegally who don't even play the game, sending you buddy requests every few minutes. Every single one has a name with "Do you want buy chips 1T 5T 100T.". Zynga does nothing to remove them because they are Zynga employees. No one who plays the game sends buddy requests. Next, the cards are not random. You will get hole pairs 2-3X more often than the law of averages would suggest, and it is not unusual to get five hole pairs in a row or five people have hole pairs in the same hand. You can always tell when someone has a hole pair because they always go all-in pre-flop.

Found this site and played a hundred games...Verdict, totally corrupt...Constantly asking me to buy chips. The hands that were dealt were obvious set-ups, even if I had a top hand. My opinion is that Zynga is totally corrupt.

Rigged 4 Betting Enticement IMPOSSIBLE Hands. Let's start with some facts...60+ years of Poker & 40+ years in computers...This game is one of the most rigged operations I have ever seen. Virtually IMPOSSIBLE hands in play. Community Full Houses, Flushes, Str8 Flushes, 4 of a Kinds, and more. Totally infested with bots, fraudulent chip sellers and many more. Scam players with totally impossible statistics...I.E. $27T in bank, biggest win of $80T and has only played 300 hands and only won 60 hands, WITH a Royal Flush as High hand!!

Ever since Zynga took over in Golf Rival online gaming has gotten so greedy with their money. The game manipulates the player right in the beginning. It's known as a "camping" game. It says nothing about that in its review. People advance so far and get frustrated at low clubs being extremely unfairly matched. So the $ you did put into it to get to higher levels is replaced with making a new account to build up your clubs in low levels. Any game you want to get to higher levels. Nowhere in its review you're told to stay at low levels and build your clubs. So the $ starts over.

After years of playing Zynga Poker, I accumulated over $225 billion in chips. I was able to do so despite the frequent bots who seemed to always know my hand and magically pull the winning card on the river. I also endured frequent harassment by ** shysters trying to sell me ill gotten chips at a discount. After all this, Zynga had the nerve to freeze my account and confiscate all my 225 billion chips, 125,000 in gold, 50,000 tickets, as well as my watch tokens that were over half way toward earning a 360 billion watch payment. They falsely claimed that I violated their terms and conditions and would not even consider the possibility that they were wrong. Case closed, they stole from me years of hard earned assets. My only recourse appears to be to point this out to others who are considering buying chips from this company so they won't be swindled like me. Shame on Zynga!!!!

I have played WWF for years. I report when a scammer tries to ask for money or gift cards. Impersonating military etc. Zynga does nothing except disable my account. A legitimate player. They enable!!!

I have been playing Gin Rummy through Facebook for 5 years. My laptop quit and I replaced it, logged into facebook, no problem. Went to play gin and had lost my chat rights for some reason (worked great for 5 years). I reported to support... What a joke they are...lol. Anyway...after waiting an inordinate amount of time for a response, I was finally instructed to make sure my account on facebook was the same account... Wow, do they pay the support people there??? Anyway after many back and forth emails I was instructed to try numerous thing, none of which helped. FINALLY, they told me they could find no record of me having typing privileges. So for me to be able to type I need to repay for the feature. It is not the money but the way they treat people is pathetic. Pitiful company.
