Zynga is one of the better video game developers available online. Although I still play Farmville 2: Country Escape, I make sure to play Farmville 2: Tropic Escape almost every night. Thankfully, it's not quite so costly once you reach a certain level.

I enjoy the free games offered by Zynga. They generally function well, and are good for providing economical entertainment via the web. They don't seem to be bad about privacy issues as some games are. The one problem that I have found it that at times the games are updated and do not run any longer on older tech.

Love the games but shouldn't have to pay so much to play without the ads. Especially enjoy Words With Friends but do pay the $10 month to play without ads. I'm a senior on a fixed income so it isn't something I should splurge on.

It has been many months since being able to play the game as it used to be. The game has so many issues that many have quit and it has become very frustrating to play. Zynga continues to collect monies from players, but they get little in return. Constant issues make playing almost impossible. They continue to try to tell players it is their computers etc, but players know it is not.
Farmville has been around for many years and has many loyal followers, but they seem to be letting the game self destruct. When we contact support it take several days for a response and it is usually a canned response, solving nothing. The company owes its players better than this and we are all getting very angry over it. Yes, it is just a game, but no different than going to a movie, the movie breaks and you don't get a refund. It is Entertainment and should be held to the same standards as any other form of entertainment that money is paid to play. Yet, they have no standards or rules. They do whatever they want and it is not fair to the many loyal players of this game.

I may have been a little harsh in my original review. In the end the game is pretty fun and people should know what they're getting into. This really a social poker game for light entertainment and not to be taken too seriously. For a free game it's okay with me.

This game is without a doubt rigged. Ordinarily it wouldn't matter but in this case there are people that spend real money on an experience they might assume is genuine random poker. If you've played real poker then you can tell within the first 30 minutes that the dealing is very fishy. After playing longer you'll find yourself having extremes of bad and good luck and card run outs to which the odds of are unrealistic. How can you try to bluff a player when that player has been predetermined to win the next twelve hands? When the realistic chance of you winning the run out should be extremely high but your opponents keep getting that magic card on the river? You'll see unrealistic dramatic things like this happen almost every game on Zynga poker. If you're looking for a poker game where you can apply your skills based on actual random card dealing then this is definitely not it.

I have contacted Zynga support numerous times about a player who has gotten EXACTLY the same score for 23 consecutive days. They have told me 1) it’s a problem with my app, 2) the player is just scoring his “average”, 3) I need to send them a screen shot of the player’s profile, 4) I should “rest assured” they don’t allow cheating, 5) I should update my version of their app. Given how unwilling they are to address this problem, I suspect this is not a company that treats its honest players fairly. Perhaps the player who is cheating spends a lot of money with them. Who knows? But I now feel this is a sketchy company and I don’t want their app on my phone.

Zynga is a wonderful platform for multiple games including poker, slots and other games of chance. The attention to details is truly remarkable and the willingness to allow its customers to get lost in their gambling adventure is what really separates then from all the other options on the market.

Words With Friends is fun but can be aggravating when they tell you that you missed the highest scoring word.... yet THAT word is not allowed. And they don't / can't screen for bots and stalkers so I spend a lot of time avoiding "chatting". Yet the stalkers can get pretty vicious when ignored.

I have been playing Farmville 2 since 2012. Starting on June 27th, 2019 after I loaded the new "Launcher", my game will not load! I have contacted VIP support with no help. I have numerous emails that just state that someone is looking into the problem. I have contacted technical support and I just get the same old fixes that they have been sending out since the game started. I really like playing this game and would like it to run like it was running before June 27, 2019. I pay to play and that does not seem to matter to anyone at support. I guess I will just have to find a new game if this is not fixed soon. I really wish someone at Zynga cared enough to help with my problem!

Then I realized I was in league 16 that anybody who is advancing from the position 1 to 30 in league 16. Had no play in any sense from 1 to 230. I was the only person that had played 11,000 hands. Everyone else had played five or six hands but they were in league 16 then I wrote a review or email to the support of Zynga and told him my situation and they played it off like it was no big deal. Now you can’t contact customer service unless you do through the game that I’m locked out of. You can only contact through 3rd party company that wants to charge you $25-$45 to help. Wonder if they own that company too? Will be filing a complaint with the BBB about their questionable business practices since they don’t want to do the right thing. Stay away from this company. I don’t like to be cheated by any company.

Rigged to make you buy chips. In short: you will win big at first, if you know how to play well. Then, you will lose all the time no matter if you've played the same way or your skill level; algorithm is made so that you will lose no matter what hand you have; it could be AA vs 72 and you WILL lose. That is the cost of playing a "free" poker scam app.

They claim it's not their fault it ours. I been playing games for years and each time I report to them, they do nothing and they wonder why I get angry. When I started playing this about 10 years ago really enjoyed the app. Actually built up around 18 billion worth of chips. Want to play on a certain day and they had reset me. Said that I violated terms of service. I took it with a grain of salt because I enjoyed the app and within a month I was back up to a billion chips. Seems like that was the magic number. I was reset twice more at that level. Have not played since.

Just deleted this app, don't get me wrong I love the Oz movie, but this slots app is the biggest joke I've seen yet. You will get good payouts when you start off, but after 50 or so levels, the payouts drop dramatically and you would be lucky to get an epic win in once in a blue moon. I reached level 258 and can't even collect bonuses each hour, very disappointed. Zynga just lost a player here. I don't care if that app reaches its 500th machine. I will not, repeat will not download again until they fix their app or reduce their prices. I like a relaxing experience, not everyone has $100.00 to pay for credits/coins/chips whichever you prefer to call them. If I developed an app similar to this I would make sure I am fair with all players and charge way less than what these guys are doing.

Zynga customer service does everything it can to 'blame' the customer when an aspect of the game goes wrong. I'm not an IT expert - I expect my online gaming to be like driving my car - if it goes wrong I get a professional to fix it. I don't want them to give me a class in vehicle engineering. Contact Zynga customer service and you get the sickeningly cheery 'help is on the way' message. But it isn't in most cases - they give you work arounds for the problem and won't explain why or what the problem really is. Their script is so obvious and I feel for them when I ask a targeted question which isn't on it. LOL.

Best way to describe Zynga poker is that it is the spawn of Full Tilt Poker, a total scam. Many times at tables it is simply an all in fest but even if you find a table that people don’t constantly shove all in, you are far from playing actual poker. There are cheat codes which allow a player to see the whole cards of others at the table, fun eh. Then you have what I have fallen in to, I won’t buy chips so I am constantly given quality hands that have 0% chance to win, but milk chip from me over and over again. I used the chat feature to express my thoughts about this and it went from questionable to downright hilarious.
Two examples afterwards, mind you these happened on the same day. First hand I was dealt JJ, made a nice raise and had one caller. Flop came 24J, I bet, was raised, went all in, called, he had 88, turn 8, river 8, lmao guess it could happen. Later that day I was dealt 56, flop came 234, again I bet and get raised, I go all in, get a call, he has 10 10, turn 10, river 10. Got made runner runner quads on for the second time in three hours, gotta call BS on that.
I have been playing poker, live, not internet crap, for twenty years and have quads, straight flushes and even a royal, over twenty years. On scam Zynga I have seen people made quads, straight and royal flushes daily, yeah right. The entire experience was disappointing, why is impossible to find a poker app that you can actually play poker on? Needless to say I deleted scam Zynga from my iPad and believe if you buy this scam app eventually you will do the same, save yourself the trouble.

I kept refusing since I did not like Boggle. It is a completely different game and harder to play. I changed phones and found the Scramble With Friends app is no longer available. How can Zynga legally do that since I purchased the Scramble With Friends app and not the Boggle app? They never provided notifications nor did they offer to refund my money. It would be great if an attorney would file a class action lawsuit for Zynga’s failure to uphold their end of the deal.

I started playing this game back in September and really liked it because it seemed to be fair and based on skill. I played tournaments a lot so I would build up my coin bank. This causes you to have a bit of a poor rating because you have to lose a bunch of hands to win the jackpot but it seemed worth it for the jackpot. Once I got beyond 140 million chips, everything started tanking.
First, they started stealing chips, a few million at a time, out of my account to drain my coin bank. Since I had a bunch of chips, it was no need to do tournaments. I had enough to start playing partner strategy games most of the time. It was fun until a high coin player sat at my table and lost a bunch. I already believed Zynga used bots or their own employees to bankrupt players and swing losses to paid players but I couldn't prove it. Well after the interaction with this one player who lost, they placed me in a honeypot. A honeypot is a fake computer system that is separate from the production application. Essentially, you get stuck with bots who know your hand and no matter how good yours is, they will make sure you lose. Everything is rigged from table setup to game play to chat.
The first thing that happened was they started putting a Gemini sign on my profile which essentially looks like a woman sitting on the floor with her feet to the ground but her legs open. It was disgusting so I would spend chips to remove the image but it would just automatically reappear. At 1st I thought the player had hacked my account and just kept sending me that GIF to toy with me. I spent coins 15 times a day to get rid of this image and contacted support but they refused to address it. First they said the admins would look into it and take necessary action. I threatened to take it to Twitter and social media but nothing helped. Then they asked for screenshots but even after sending them, the vulgar image was still on my account or would just be replaced by another one (like a brown icecream resembling feces).
Also, I knew I was in the honeypot because up until this time, everyone would talk trash or just say gj p (good job partner), ns (nice set), xcp (excellent cover partner), essentially human interaction! Then all of a sudden there was no chat of any kind. Period! Or when you came into the room at any entry level, the tables would be full already (meaning it was rigged with bots in the table). They way I really knew I was in the honeypot, was I played a tournament and usually the player that wins progresses to the next stage but now, they would just continue to appear at my losing table and win each time.
Once I realized I was in the honeypot, I started emailing support every few minutes but all I got was canned responses. No matter what room I went in, (tournament, partner, custom table), I lost and every person had millions of chips. They even used my friend profiles to taunt me and make jokes that I went bn (blind nil) all the time. I started blocking people but would constantly get inundated with friend requests from no named, no pic profiles. It was funny but not.
The straw that broke the camel's back was the people who were my friends that I'd traded numbers with, were no longer responding to texts. I realized the numbers I had were fake numbers and that I'd given my number to people who were phishing for personal info. Then my closest (so-called) friend sent me his IG account name days earlier. I looked for him but never found him. Then he magically appeared online today and sent me the correct name. When I looked him up, I saw the IG account had Arabic text next to it and that it had just been created. The entire time I was on this game, the fake players were phishing for personal info.
I could go on and on about my experience but I am just trying to warn everyone about what happened to me. SPADES PLUS IS A SCAM. I finally contacted my CC company and disputed the charges after realizing I had literally been HAD. This is so sad but because the company is based overseas, they can continue to defraud US customers. This was without any repercussions. I wished we could do a class action suit but it would be worthless with a company like this who does not reside on American soil. Something has to be done to stop this ConsumerAffairs, something! Perhaps these reviews will help people. I pray.

I contacted support via the games and was told as I was a VIP member they would be getting in touch with me. That was over a month ago now and from one initial contact from someone called Shannon. I have had no contact. I email everyday and contact support via the games everyday and always get a response from them saying that VIP support will be in contact but as yet nothing.
The jackpot I lost equates to over £3,000 and they have recently put the price of buying coin up so it is probably a lot more now. Disgusting support and I would recommend people be careful. They are keeping people's money and not allowing anyone to get their winnings. When we don't get our chips we win we will eventually run out of chips. Then if you want to play you have to buy more chips.
Well they won't let me buy anything on FaceBook because a hacker got into Zynga poker game and charged 250.00 dollars to my bank account for chips. He bought billions of chips. When I told them they told me they couldn't do anything about it. When I told them I would get a lawyer they finally gave me my 250 back but took every chip I had including 250 million chips I had bought. I kept after them for three years to get them back and they told me "You're not getting the chips back so shut up about it".
I really think someone that works there are taking chips for their own personal use. I do believe Facebook and Zynga are full of thieves. At night and every night someone at Zynga turns my game off so I can't win anything. I have to tell the day crew to turn my game back on and they do. Why do they allow this crap to go on? Not only does the game encourage players to cheat by selling them ways to cheat (see card still out), if you win enough that you don't have to spend $, they do everything they can to force you to lose it. When that doesn't work, your winning disappear. Today, I went in with $8.8 million, created my own table at $5,000, and walked away with $12,000 on the Spades table. Gin is about the same - the same player gets dealt a gin hand in a couple of draws while the other gets nothing. And if the wrong player gets ahead, the connection gets lost.
Updated on 08/13/2018: In continued communication with Zynga about my missing $8 million, they now try to tell me I was hacked and someone else signed on in my name. I play poker with friends and I'm just okay, but I was getting incredible hands and that with being aggressive was making me millions.
Zynga kept sending me these annoying pop ups asking me to review Zynga. I kept hitting; "remind me later." One day I finally rated them, gave them 5 stars, because I was having fun. The very next day, I kid you not, all my hands start coming in 4/5, Q/3, K/2, J/5 and so on. I've been playing 4 days straight and all my hands are complete garbage, I fold most hands.
It may seem like their systems are rigged and they probably do have algorithms that play on psychology of people to encourage them to spend more, but unless you can weigh in what this form of entertainment is worth to you, then you can either choose to walk away or continue to play. The house always has the advantage, so if you cannot live with that, then walk away. Zynga investors are spending their money to get more money from users. Bugging me for a review and getting it makes them money. I realize that something fishy is afoot here, and even though I have $12M in the bank, I'm going to delete the app and try to find something that is more fair play. If you're new, tour golden... you’ll win, win, win... then lose it all, then you spend... then you win a bit, then you lose. Once you're a slender, it’s over with. All bingo, no skill and no fair play act... game is a scam. DON'T SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME! 1000.00 lost and no gain, and I play well. The sole purpose of purchasing these ridiculously expensive shipping licenses is to allow the farmer to move items between farms. I personally paid 250 farm cash for the license from "Enchanted Glen" and it literally moves nothing! All items associated with this farm are considered "farm specific". How crazy and crooked are these people? If they are going to charge people for a service, then the service should be provided. For that amount of money, I should be able to move literally anything I want! So disappointed!

Rigged Scam Spades Plus - Don't make the mistake of purchasing chips. You will regret it. This game deliberately gives you a bad hand. The mere fact that you can't see your cards til it's your bid shows you just how rigged it is. A real spade game lets you see your hands as soon as you get the cards. If they did that, they wouldn't be able to screw you. The game only lets you see your cards after the computer gives you a hand that guarantees a loss. I can't wait until these scumbags get sued.

I started the evening with 288,000,000 and I took 100,000,000 into a room with me. I left with 152,000,000...meaning I left with 52,000,000 more chips than I initially went in with. They intentionally modify fair algorithms so they can control when one wins. They do this for all their games. It is easily proven. For example, in their Words With Friends solo play games, when after the first two games they start charging to play rather than wait several hours to play, they control when you win. Proof? I used a cheat after getting to one of their very hard opponents. First, I've long noticed they don't properly randomize the words. I would swap, get all vowels, swap again, get all consonants, swap again and maybe get one vowel, and this would generally occur. This has happened for over two years. I am a programmer for 25 years and a mathematician, I know a bit about RNG and it is too consistent to be random.
So, on the hard opponent it would get 50+ points every time it played except the rare case of 20ish which is almost always the first and last play. I would use the cheat site which would give the best word for the board on my side. The words almost always are 30ish points, sometimes 50... but the computer always has better words. What does this mean? It means that their AI does not draw random tiles but gets to choose how many points it needs to win, based on some likelihood estimate to win so many games (e.g., you have to generally play 100 games to win). It also generally gives you the lower point tiles (most of the hands are 1 value tiles and even not, you generally have no way to play any good tiles because they have calculated that those tiles are not very strong).
They do this for one reason and one reason only, to maximize profits. By making you think the game is fair, which it is not and I'd bet my life that on it (versus theirs if I'm right), but reducing the statistical likelihood that you will win so you will spend more of their fake currency and have to buy more if you buy it at all. E.g., if playing a fair random game with the same skill would let you win 1 out of 5, they rig it to be 1/100 and make you think their AI is a genius figuring out amazing words (when it is simply give access to all the tiles rather than having to randomly draw 7 which is what they force you to do), they are really trying to suck coins from you.
Luckily I've known that many scumbag human beings operate this way and I don't purchase anything from such games but many people are unaware and lose large sums of money in this scam. It should be illegal and these people should be thrown in jail... but I doubt the government wants to get involved in a scam that it also partakes in its own way. E.g., a fair practice would be to require all software that profits and uses "randomness" show their algorithms publicly and to required not to manipulate the results of those algorithms after use punishable by 10 years in prison. To generate random numbers is fairly easy and a few lines of code... to manipulate those numbers is also fairly easy.
Remember, these people are not in the business of making your life better but to make it worse by wasting your time and stealing your money. (In fact, I only play for a friend.) One can, in fact, check if something is random to some degree. One way is simply to use one's brain. Is it likely that a perfect AI vs a perfect AI would have a 20-30 point margin in a game such as a WWF? It is impossible in the long term. In fact, we'd expect the longer it goes on the more likely the game is rigged. This is the test I did and it given my other experiences with the game and others talking about poker, It is almost a sure bet that they are rigging the system. Remember, it is also easy to do for them and in their *self* interest (which we know is the biggest interest for cheaters and manipulators).

I had 9 million chips in my wallet, and just got 80 tickets for being in league 15 to start the week. So I cashed in 30 tickets to get some chips and it should have spit out about 1,000,000 chips, but instead I get a mere 152,889 chips! What a complete joke and rip off. So if you're playing to get rewards tickets, don’t waste your time and chips with the hard challenges, especially if they will only reward so little chips.

My first complaint is: It’s amazing that whenever I purchase Zynga money for real money I seem to never hardly when on the regular tables. I continuously get bad beats especially on the higher limit tables. However if you review my tournament play you will see that I do very well as 1st place or At the very least coming in second or third. This is contrary to my regular play because I play the same throughout all games. Therefore to me it seems that if you purchase chips Zynga usually somehow will use that and Zynga somehow continues to make sure you lose more hands. So they somehow have a way of manipulating and verifying The hands of a person who purchased chips versus those who didn’t or don’t. If I had the same percentage in tournaments as I did in regular play I might not have a case. However this is not what has been happening. My tournament play is very well.
Secondly, I have had several errors in Zynga where I had a full house or a straight and it gave it to another player that had two pair. Since my games are not recorded I can’t go back and give them pictures I can only note the time and what table I was on or what limit table I was on during that occurrence and ask them to please review it and refund my chips. I have never had one correspondence letter back from Zynga due to an incident Phaestos telling me that they did review it and I was right or wrong or anything at all.
I don’t know how many other people have the same problem with Zynga and I enjoyed playing Zynga but there’s other poker apps I’m sure I would enjoy spending $99 every other month and buying chips and they would not alter my play so to speak. Zynga has competitions that you can plan to make your money back and so forth. Like if you Play in the higher stakes games 5M to 10M then you will get 12 tickets to turn in for more single money if you of course meet that goal. Those goals are usually you must play 50 hands and five million to 10 million. And from what I’ve written you above if I played 50 hands at that high of a stake game that many hands I would be back to a zero balance due to their ability to calls my hands to come in as second place. And this way they assure that a person such as myself that has $5 billion will play on the 5M to 10M steaks tables and that’s when they get you.
It’s as if they have a secret player and he knows what the cards are going to be because I will have three aces after the flop and I end up losing to a straight or three of a kind of twos. Even after I have upped the bet so high that those persons hoping and wishing on a star of an inside straight. The odds are just so far against them that they would just not call that high of a bet unless they knew they were going to win. And assuming late anyone in that high stakes type of game plays true poker for life and understands the game and would not call a five or 10 million bet with just a pair of twos after the flop to kings and queen. But it never fails. I will go all in with my two aces so now I will have two pair aces and Kings Q high. And the next two cards will be to 2s or Tens. Some crap like that and they called $2 billion after they have absolutely nothing but a 7, 2 offsuit under and yet they will win.
That type of play is never found on high steaks tables. It’s not really found on even Zynga or real life on lower steaks tables. Nobody in their right mind would bet in that much money to a possible three king hand when they’re just holding a pair or 2’s or a 2 X offsuit. But inevitably they always do and of course I am the second place winner and lose the big pot because I had the highest hand and the three kings in the beginning. Just for example let me show you these two hands.
Me AK UNDER. PERSON 1, 2 etc 2, 2 under. We bet and I would usually being a slow player when I have a good hand so I would just call as normal, in order to draw in as many players as I can since I have a very nice hand. Flop K4A. We all bet. At this point I have two pair AA & KK. There would not be at this point any other hand that could possibly hurt me unless somebody was holding a Queen Jack or Queen 10 and hoping for a inside straight. Due to this I would bet a very high amount to try and get them out and any other person who might have Those inside straight draws and any others that might have low pairs under, or possible flashes. Then a person calls. I have to think oh my he has either a KK OR AA under giving him a full house. No that’s not even close to what occurs.
Next flop: Let’s say the next flop will be say a 2. Again I bet very high if I don’t go all in and we are talking billion dollars at this point. I have a very high two pair aces and Kings and really there is not another hand and most everybody in their right mind playing in a 5M 10M game would have folded. But Joe blow over here decides to call me and the next flop is another 2.
Now I am sitting here with two pair to top pair and Joe blow now has three twos. Because I know that he could have three twos I check it he checks it or he might raise it but by this time I’m probably already in for $3 billion dollars. And wouldn’t you know it I lose. That is the type of play I am talking about that goes on so often on Zynga that they have to know and they have to have a software that is different for people who purchase chips with true money versus those that don’t purchase chips with money at all. So this kind of gameplaying is a rip off basically because I purchased $300 worth of chips and in order to get me to buy more they just always make sure that I have second best high hands. no matter how well I am doing at the beginning of the hand as you can see from the example above.
If this type of occurrence had only happened a few or even to handful of times I would not have a problem with it. However it happens so many times especially right after you purchase your chips. I’ve always wondered if someone would ever try and sue them for this because of this type of gameplay that I’m sure they make sure happens.

Everything was fine and I had no problems with hackers, and then I received an email from the BBB that Zynga wanted the complaint dismissed, so I approved and it was dismissed. Within 24 hours my now 4 billion chips were gone and it showed once again that I only had 1 million.
After two days of being ignored by Zynga I contacted the BBB and then someone from Zynga called me on the phone who was cordial but unsympathetic. He said that I was hacked by someone from Turkey and he wouldn't be able to help me. He advised opening a new account which I agreed but he again refused to give me my chips back. He mentioned to me that I hadn't made a purchase lately and I wondered what that had to do with my missing chips. I had 4 billion, I didn't need to purchase, but even so I offered to purchase some if he'd give me my chips back and he told me that he couldn't help me until I purchased $500 worth.
I've spent at least $7500-10,000 over the years... I found this to be nothing short of a shakedown. They're saying that I was a victim but are not only refusing to help me but are trying to get me to purchase more. I do not feel that my account was compromised, I believe that something much more sinister happened. I believe that Zynga Inc. just deleted my chips. I have read many of the other complaints and totally agree with almost all of them. I have played Zynga Poker for several years, but have had suspicions in the past and quit playing for extended periods of time, only to start playing again. Yesterday, I went over the 5 billion chips in my account and am currently leading the league 16 winnings for the week. I have never paid or will ever pay real money for chips. I built my stack up by winning. I used to play poker professionally online before the federal government cracked down and forced the online companies to stop accepting deposits from USA players. I play on the IOS on my phone and the other day it asked me for feedback and I was brutally honest.
Well today as I played in multiple sit and go 100 million buy-ins, I did not win a single "coin flip". Every time I had AK, AQ, KQ etc. against a lower pair my cards never hit. Every time I had the pair against 2 higher cards, the other players cards hit EVERY time. Hey Poker is poker and luck is involved, but the laws of probability would indicate I should win some races. I didn't win a single one. One 100 million tourney the server booted me out and poof there goes my 100 million chips. I have never complained about this because it has not happened on a regular basis, but losing 100 million chips in this manner is not acceptable. Reading others comments about Zynga's "Customer Service", I feel it is a complete waste of time dealing with them in any fashion.
My stack took a hit of close to a billion chips playing in multiple 100 million buy-ins, so I decided to sit down at a 10 million/20 million table. The second hand I got pocket Aces and raised 157 million chips, another player moved all in on me for 2 billion. I quickly called and the cards turned over, that player had 10's and lo and behold a 10 came on the river and I lost 2 billion chips!! This site is an absolute rip-off!! There are bad beats in poker, but the things I have seen on Zynga are completely ridiculous and happen over and over again. I would not be surprised one bit if they purchased their version of "poker" from one of the online sites. I have a very strong suspicion exactly which site, but have no proof so will not name them.
There were multiple tendencies in the programming: ie: The player betting keeps catching cards to make their hand even stronger, if a smaller stack moves all in on a bigger stack and they are called then the smaller stack will lose a very large proportion of the time. If someone moves all-in and one of the players in the small or big blind has a King in their hole cards they will catch the K a very large percentage of the time, the numbers of full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and royal flushes are ridiculous!!! There were multiple complaints filed on that online site and then a new version was released that eliminated the tendencies.
It would not surprise me one bit if Zynga purchased that earlier version from them. The number of bad beats on Zynga is absolutely ridiculous!! I have seen someone move all-in with pocket 3's against pocket A's after the flop where there were 3 blanks for both players, only to hit a 3 on the turn and another 3 on the river for quads!! I repeatedly see ridiculous bad beats like this, so the actual odds of hands are thrown completely out the window.
I am completely done with Zynga and my advice to all is walk away. NO, RUN AWAY!! These people are crooks!! There is absolutely ZERO doubt in my mind that Zynga is manipulating the game outcomes to disregard the actual odds. All in an effort to keep the players that purchase chips, purchasing more chips. My advice to anyone that has actually spent real money on this game purchasing chips, find a class action attorney!!! As others have stated, I would give them a ZERO if it was allowed.

Now it is a crap shot, anywhere from maybe 1500 (most of the time) to 7000 (rarely). The catch is that now you may have to restart your device each (and sometime every) time you watch a video because it freezes your device! Come on, is this a free game? I have played on Zynga for many, many years now and I periodically stop playing on their site for quite some time. For some reason, I always give them another chance by logging back in and playing. What I see is sooooo ridiculous, it HAS to be cheating! You really need to see it to believe it! I am sooooo done with them now, it is not even funny! When I sit to play poker, even online, I know the odds of certain hands winning. But with Zynga, ANYTHING GOES! Zynga always manages to "defy the odds." Zynga, go screw over someone else, because this chic has had enough of your crap! Did you really think people wouldn't catch on? And, by the way, how much longer do you think you're going to get away with it? I presume that the end of you is near!

This game is riddled with Bots. After reporting these bots for over 2 months, Zynga has done nothing to remove them which leads me to believe that they are in fact Zynga Bots. There are 2 common bots right now; the 90% bots and the 3X buy in bots. They both have obvious patterns. The 90% bots are as follows: Always buys in at the minimum, for example at a $100K/$200K stakes table the minimum buy is $2,000,000 and this is what they buy in at. If they then have an Ace, or a pair, or 2 face cards (K,Q,J) or a face card and another high card (10, 9), they will always bet pre-flop approx. 90% of its stack, never all in unless it's to call. It will leave the table once it has won at least 3X the buy in ($6,000,000+) based on the above example.
The profile pic is normally that of an attractive female. These bots were around a few years ago and after diligently reporting them, Zynga removed them in the space of 2 weeks. This time around, they've been around for at least 2 months and Zynga have done nothing. Quite a few other players are voicing the same concerns and many won't report them as they too believe that they are Zynga bots and Zynga will do nothing about them which seems to be the case.
The 3X bots are as follows: Normally bets 3X the ante or thereabouts if it has an Ace or 2 picture cards or a pair. It will then bet/re-raise odd amounts (sometimes irregular amounts like 453,221). Never goes all in unless it's a re-raise or to call. They will generally fold if you re-raise their initial bet unless they have a really strong hand. Again, these bots appeared around the same time as the abovementioned bots the first time and were removed after about 2 weeks. However this time they've been around for 2 months at least and again Zynga have done nothing about them.
I believe that they are bots being used by Zynga to either increase their player number stats or to make more chips sales for those unaware of the bot's patterns. If this truly is the case then Zynga are in violation of their own Terms of Service which clearly state the use of bots is strictly banned. I've also had a player that I suspected of being a Zynga employee confirm that they knew what cards were going to fall pre-flop. They told me and they were right. Whether they still work for Zynga after divulging such information I highly doubt, but again it points to the lack of integrity within Zynga's poker game. What used to be a fun and addictive game is now a joke. No wonder Zynga is the laughingstock of online poker games.

The current issue I am having is that whenever I submit a ticket to Zynga support I get a confirmation with ticket number and usually Zynga would send automatic message saying they were reviewing ticket and would get back to me shortly. Ever since the 31st of July that was the last time support contacted me, I've submitted a few tickets and even emailed them about how poor of service they are having and how rude it is to ignore their customers. I've had items missing from inventory and if you don't know the exact name they claim they can't verify you ever had it.
They can sure tell you when they issued you farm bucks, on what day and when you spent them and on what so I'm pretty sure they know what they are doing when all of a sudden animals and fences etc go missing from inventory. That is robbery and we as players should not have to tally and write every single thing down and check on it from time to time to make sure we still have it. Also neighbors keep showing up that I did not add or accept requests from, that I've already removed or that were gone for whatever other reason and I tried contacting them yesterday regarding resetting neighbor bar so I can start over and add only those I want to add.
They charged my credit card which they did not have permission to do for one month VIP service then didn't give me the rewards so I stopped playing for almost 2 months. When I did get back online and contact them it took 2 weeks for them to give me my rewards. I'm fed up above and beyond anything with this company and I wish someone would buy them out and take over their programs and make them better and have great customer support and services.

I think employees working for Zynga steal chips and sell them in black market. Also, the game is far from fair. The cards are definitely rigged. In Zynga always a set comes on river too frequently. Also funny straights always happen, for example KK vs J9... Flop K23 comes. You feel safe, turn 10, river Queen. This happens toooo often (with various cards). Also AA vs 22, AK9, turn Q, river 2. Many friends of mine got banned. Zynga refuses to tell them why. Employees just rob their chips, most likely they sell them. Very poor company, no wonder it is in trouble financially.

Alright, so I was looking for a place to play poker at, for fun money and discovered this place called Zynga Poker. At first it seemed like a great place! I was really amused of the icons, graphics and design but one day when I logged on I had a message, "Account banned". I was shocked and couldn't believe it. I contacted the support and they did not even disclose me the reason why it happened. I wrote back to them a couple of times and received nothing but useless responses and no evidence, nothing. I had on my account 15 million chips that I had won by using a reckless loose aggressive player strategy. Now as you can see, I wrote my subject in plural "banning players".
A couple of years later the same thing occurred AGAIN. I was playing on a different computer, different Facebook account, IP address, and pretty much played from a couple of daily bonuses (200-300k) all the way to nearly 50M chips. I was given the same wonderful message about violating some kind of policy. This is a fraudulent and bizarre company that seems to terminate players without any reason at all. So you might say that perhaps I'm doing something wrong? I play the poker against random players without even using public chat. I'm not buying chips from people nor from their company. I simply play for enjoyment and never ever break any rules. I've not had so terrible experience with any online casino & slots & or poker provider than Zynga. Worst place ever. I'd personally rate the place with 0 stars but unfortunately the lowest is 1 star.

In the last 7 days I have been dealt a straight off flop and all three times one of other players go all in with and obvious straight there on table and pull a fh. Now that's 3 times in 7 days and 2 of the times the other player had only one pair... Mathematically impossible. I have spent real money to play this game. At least they can do is make it fair play. I was astonished when I open my poker game as usual that my account has been banned. I emailed Zynga, "Please explain what is going on." They reply with one thing that "You have violated our rules" and set them all down and I am sure all players have violated one of them. I asked for a warning at least since I am an old player and spend over a 1000$ on this game buying from Zynga but they replied with a msg almost like, "Go to hell".
Any way since this is addiction I opened a new account to play this game and unfortunately at level 30 when I reached 4B with winning i got the same msg but this time "your account has been suspended and your chips are not valid any more" and my new balance is (-100m). Thank you Zynga for controlling our way of playing and I appreciate that this move let me think twice of what I was doing when wasting my time on the mobile playing poker while others was enjoying their time outside.
I recommend that players must not trust Zynga or its employees who are almost working for their own benefit and I am sure they are stealing these chips and selling it back in the black market that we all know through the suspicious websites all around the internet with cheaper prices 100% than Zynga itself. Anyone can explain to me how to solve this issue? I am really upset but I think in a positive way that at least I get rid from this addiction.

I mean, I've lost hands where my equity has been > 99%, and suspiciously it's always been when I've went all in. But I'm not convinced that that's a result of the game being rigged. The way I look at it, when you know for a fact that you're the strong favourite to win, that's typically the only time you're going to go all in. So when you lose in such a circumstance it's easy to see why you might assume you've been cheated.
But the thing is, for you to lose all of your money, you have to gamble it in the first place, and you just have to face the fact that not every time your gamble's going to pay off. The problem here is that most players, myself included, only remember the times their gambles didn't pay off, and that's what seems to have lead most of them to this site to complain, (especially if they've put real money into the game). I've never put a penny into the game and I'm just under six million up, and that's from playing cautiously over about the span of a year.

Like most of the complainants here I've noticed the unreasonable amount of statistically very unexpected results. Zynga definitely seems to weigh the odds against chip leaders. I've never bought chips and never intend to, so it was easier for me to accept the bad beats. I played less and less though, because it got so frustrating losing when the odds were undoubtedly in my favour. I started playing again and what I've seen recently really upset me--after each time I played at a table and left to go to the lobby, my chip count is less from the time I left the table to when I see the count in the lobby.
It's not a lot less and the amount varies, I'm guessing based on how much you have to start with (or how much they think you'll notice). It doesn't seem to be a percentage of winnings or anything like that, just a random skim off your chips. I've never seen a disclaimer saying that there's a "fee". I will never buy chips from Zynga and will be finding somewhere else to practice poker. I am especially upset for those that do pay real money to play and have been stolen from by Zynga.

Zynga claim they're fair game for all. If that was the case why haven't they blocked the bots or cheats program. They're scamming others by allowing these creeps on tables and when we lose THEY'RE ALWAYS THERE WITH A POPUP TO BUY CHEAP CHIPS... Played a table with a dirty bot cheat today... Even though she plays average of 310, yes 310 games daily, she had no ranking as in Gold, Diamond, Elite, Master. 715,000 games played... Makes you wonder, doesn't it because every other player on table had a ranking. I reported her and copied her play to zynga 5 or 6 times but doubt they'll ban her.
Couple of years ago I had over 160 million chips and they suddenly banned me with no explanation, no proof of any wrong doing... AND left me with 1 million chips if I wanted to play again. The game has impossible odds 5 out of 7 days a week and the most ridiculous cards win with a player going all in with nothing. Raising on a small hand with massive raises to win on last card...
I've seen countless wins of 4 of a kind. Full houses... Straights no decent player would have bet on. Time and time again this happens and 99% of my buddies in poker agree they have exactly the same issues as I do. And it's always the same... If we play daily, we get maybe 1 or 2 days out of 7 that we receive decent hands to play. The bots and cheats are on most tables, yet Zynga do nothing to get rid of them or block the programs they use.
Seems to me that Zynga actually encourages the use of bots and cheats, relying heavily on players having to buy chips because they've either been hacked or scammed by others. Quite a few poker buddies have been hacked. I have been told by an ex Zynga employee that they actually use their own staff to play poker. Whether they are part of the bots and cheats is something I don't know but wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Zynga definitely need investigating because there are too many of us that play this game and see the wroughts... And I hope Zynga cops a massive fine or taken to court over their scamming ways.

This app purports to be a free poker online site, "Largest Online Poker Site in the World," "Certified for Fair Game Play," and displays the ESPN logo on some of its thumb nails. All would lead one to believe that one will play for a site from a large game company, legitimate and honest, probably subsidized through advertisers and add-on embellishments. I played around 20,000 hands in a few weeks, accumulated 28 M chips w/o paying for a single one, and reached a level 78--at which time, winning even a single hand became nearly impossible.
Having been schooled in statistics and probability at an advanced level, worked in software development for over 20 years, and been playing poker since I was around 6...I have a both a practical and mathematical understanding of poker hand outcomes. Having worked in software development, I can spot unusual behaviors in programs. It is clear that the card generator algorithms produce outcomes nothing like those in a normal poker game. I've seen two principal variants: one that produces an abnormal number of flops with high hands, and another that produces an abnormal number of beats. These can go on for hundreds of hands.
In the first case, I've seen a ridiculous number of 2 pairs, trips, straights, flushes, and full houses on a single round w 5 players. In the second, when I had accumulated ~25 M chips, I went through many hundreds of dead or losing hands--practically in a row. Except in rare cases, I could only win if the pot was small and few bets were made. If I did happen to get AA, AK, AQ, KQ on rare occasions--they were losers 9 times out of 10. Again, statistically impossible. Without even looking at my hands and betting, I should have won 15 - 20%. Especially considering the low skill level of many of the players.
There were anomalies with the players and betting. Players identifiable by a small set of playing card related generic names (e.g., "Trips," "Royal Flush," "I.M. Bluffing," "Clubs," etc.), with no "friends," small wallet amounts, and abnormally high win percentages kept entering and leaving the table, almost like apparitions from The Matrix. These players would typically make huge bets at exactly the worst times for you, and they never respond to comments. At the point in time I left the game for good, I could not win against one of these so-called players no matter what my hand. For example, if I caught AA and bet high, I would get beat on the river w/ a straight.
If I had trips, I would get beat w/ a full house. If I had 2 pairs, I would get beat w/ a higher kicker card. And so forth. So let's call these ghostly players for what they really are: bots or player trolls who can see your hand, and probably dynamically generate their own hands to beat you. By the time I quit, I would estimate that one-third to one-half of all the so-called players at my tables were bots. I would jump from table to table to find what appeared to be real players, but the bots would keep appearing; same names, different avatars, similar stat sheets, same betting patterns, almost clairvoyant knowledge of everyone's hands.
Then there were the connection malfunctions, almost all of which occurred when I received high hands like AA, or when I was about to win a huge pot. When the connection was re-established, I had lost all those games. I've also had buttons freeze at such times. I had 20,000 chips disappear on one of these so-called, "Oops, we've lost your connection" experiences. At first I thought I was suffering from poker-induced paranoia, but having read a great many reviews, I'm pretty sure now what's going on.
Zynga is using all the old tricks and cheats that resulted in a massive national shutdown of online poker for $ several years back. That is, non-random shuffling manipulations to either encourage betting or shut people down; bots to screw up tables or steal the pot; employees (acting as the bots or other players) who can access the system and view everyone's hands. Among other cheats. Since this app is officially a "free game" rather than a gambling site for $, apparently the issue may be ethical rather than legal.
However, it is really walking a fine line: the game exists to serve one purpose only: to get players to buy Zynga chips. By making vague claims of fairness, it misleads users into believing that they are actually playing a legitimate poker game, which they are not. Unfortunately, poker can be extremely addictive, so they are drawing people into a rigged game, hoping that they will get addicted and buy as many chips as possible.
If there was a disclaimer that the hands do not attempt to represent those occurring in a real poker game, I would have no problem. But what Zynga has done with this game is as unethical and sleazy as it gets. I have never seen so many different varieties of cheats available to "the house," except perhaps in an illegal gambling house or back alley craps game. I posted a variation of this on my Facebook page to all my friends. Apparently, Zynga has some big $ deal w FB, and perhaps there's too much $ involved for complaints like the ones on this page, and in the Apple App Store reviews, to shine a light on this thinly disguised fraud. In short: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

For years I have played the infamous game MAFIA WARS and, Zynga does not honor any requests for reform from non-paying players. The game is full of glitches and, manipulation to the point of discrimination. Zynga recently has managed to put ALL lower level players on a fight screen with all much higher level players in hopes that the bottom feeders will pounce upon us and, they do because we are at the bottom and, offer them virtually NO competition. Zynga's strategy is for us to get angry and spend money on defense.
This form of discrimination is born out of their greed for money and should be deemed as illegal but there are no governing entities in games such as this. In fact the more money one spends in this game the more they afford you to destroy lower level players. This tactic creates a haven for bullies to thrive as, they will take advantage of their purchased power instead of attacking any level that will give them a run for their money. I will never give Zynga a dime and, in fact wonder whether when they are asking for money for different world tragedies if they are even giving it to the victims. I do not have exact dates on the other times as I let it slide. I contacted thru my iPad the app support and no response. Other times when I try to contact support, it conveniently freezes up making it hard to file a report.
Reading reviews with this game app it seems others are having a problem.. with no response from customer service when I contacted them leads me to believe this is somewhat of a scam. I am not alone with this complaint, many players in the game complain of missing chips all the time, and the game seems to be fixed as well. The game seems to recognize the people that buy chips all the time and they seem to make sure that they always lose.
I am a mathematician and have calculated the odds of a 52-card deck and not to receive a pair in 47 straight deals is astronomical, so not are they stealing chips from clients, but the game seems to be rigged in their favor as well. I reported this to facebook, they referred it back to Zynga, who sent a generalised email regarding various issues that had been reported, but sadly not the issue I was experiencing. I posted on the farmville2 forum after seeing a number of others had experienced the same problem, that was in fact 2 week ago. Zynga have not repaired this or refunded the money, we have had to click on a plaster logo to report the problem to zynga, even though written complaints have been issued. Customer services is virtually non existent, they didn't remove the sale link even though they were aware it wasn't working properly. Basically Zynga is about getting as much money from people without providing advertised services.

For weeks now every time I try to log into a Hold Em Poker game Zynga puts me at a 20-dollar table at which there is no room. My frustration is there seems to be absolutely no way to contact Zynga directly about this as I have tried repeatedly to do so. The only online advice I get from them is to delete my account and start over. A convenient remedy I'd say as this would require purchasing additional chips. Reading so many reviews where there seems to be an intentional disregard of user complaints at Zynga. What kind of company does that? Usually bad ones.

I've been trying to contact zynga support for the past couple days. MY game was hacked, poker, and all my CHIPS were taken. I used to be able to contact zynga easily but I'm now getting no where. I've been playing this game for a while now and been noticing a lot of shady activity. A few days ago I was being harassed by one of my poker buddies to accept her as a fb friend. She's been a buddy for a while so I didn't think anything about it. Later that day I checked MY buddy leader board and noticed that it said I won over $200 million more than I won and then noticed all my chips gone and she was on top of the leader board. Prior to that she wasn't even close to the top.
I emailed zynga and they sent me somewhere else which didn't get me nowhere. I even paid for chips so zynga can improve their game and I had plenty of chips that I didn't need to pay for any. I am so disappointed in zynga. Not only is this not fair to me but also players in the league play because the numbers are incorrect and may have not let some players to advance to the next level and cost them CHIPS.
I am lost in what to do because this cost me real money and I'm afraid maybe other accounts may have been hacked. I changed my passwords right away but I don't know if I did it in time. Please help in any way possible. Ty.

Despite numerous reports, emails, and complaints, Zynga refuses to upgrade their firewall. Spammers and hackers are constantly breaking through and they do nothing to stop them! There are no repercussions to the cheating. They are allowed to keep cheating. Zynga insists that there are no cheaters or hackers but when I am sitting with 4 of a kind and a straight beats me out, what else are you supposed to think? Zynga has stopped their so-called monitoring of tables and now the cheaters spammers hackers have taken over the tables, yet they still will take money for chips!!! Their card dealing has some issues. One or two bad beat is okay but if it’s continuously happening then something is really wrong. You won't have any bad beats when your chips are low but as soon as you’re starting to build your chips the rate of having bad beat will increase significantly. Most hands shows up are out of the odds. By applying these tricks Zynga increases the chance of chips getting purchased i.e if 100 users get this treat and gets their chips down to 0, there are a small chance that some of them will buy chips to play revenge poker immediately and some others will buy next day or so.

I have been playing Zynga poker for about a year now. I have played poker for 25 years. Professionally. Tournaments. Live games. I have studied the game. Zynga poker is not random. Not at all. It takes awhile to figure it out, but its clearly not random. If you buy chips then you win big at first. But then you lose really obviously outside of the odds. It's subtle, I admit but the patterns are obviously fake. If you play in a casino and then play here you will see the difference. They count on newbies never having played REAL poker. They should be shut down. They are cheating people.

Zynga Poker is not only rigged but is also very crooked. They have employees that can control the cards during play. They normally wait until a big pot and then manipulate their hold cards and also choose the last card or two that turns up on the table. I accumulated over 100M chips and they took them away, claiming that I broke one of their Terms of Service. I never used foul language and didn't know how to cheat. They didn't specify what TOS I broke. They just suspended me for three days and then took away all but 1M of my chips. If you don't buy in frequently they will suspend you! They cost actually dollars and many of them. That is bad enough. It's a very expensive game to play, but even worse than that, they will cheat you, steal from you, change the game constantly and charge even more money with each change they make. The longer you play the game, instead of treating you like a loyal customer, they raise the price of everything as you play so the longer you play, the more it costs you. They seem to be on a learning curve for what is needed to run and continue the game. Most extra challenges either require you to spend 24/7 on the game to win or to spend money so be warned this is the way they make money. When you find you need to ask for help they allow you one (my experience) request for help. After that you are not able to submit a query - I received a "you have an open ticket that you must close before a new ticket can be opened" but there is no way for me to close the ticket. They fix this game 100%. They use own people to sit at tables and drain the tables. Also another thing I notice now is 5 or 6 people at a table and they automatically leave all at same time minute you sit at table so you only one left at it, all with no pics. Also other thing I have noticed is the amount of flushes, full houses coming up. At occasions I have ended up have the same hand 4 times in row (example 10 diamonds and 5 clubs). Other day I had that draw in my hand 4 times one after other. Now surely the odds of that happening is way off.
The Split now that is so random, it seems they randomly choose when to split the pot. Example other day I had k + 8 in hand, other player had K + 4 in hand and it split the pot (so I thought ok then). Someone done an all in and had 4 + 9 in hand. I had 4 + 6 in had we both had pair 4's yet did not split pot, gave it to the ALL IN player..... Surely if works on the kick card that is on table then should split it like it did with me and that first player. I can not get my head round how they work it out because surely no matter how they claim to work it out I surely should have won the pot and not split with first hand??
People say why would they rig it, well that simple. Lot of people do buy the chips on this site so they rig it to get the cash coming in, and surely if this was looked into it is actually illegal what is happening because anyone who is paying for the chips are surely being conned when you read their terms and conditions. Anyway rant over, just getting tired of good honest games being fixed in this way when you come on to play for fun.

Nope, they no longer care about their players or whether we're losing REAL MONEY while trying to enjoy playing their game. While they've changed many things that are positive, one MAJOR issue is the lack of concern when we're being ripped off! Player/Buyer beware! When I reported this to Zynga support, they said, "It cannot be verified" and therefore, there was nothing they would do to help me. I accepted this because favors are usually earned, not purchased. I knew I could earn more, and I did.
It happened again when 100 farmbucks disappeared from my account about 10 days ago while I was at dinner. First, Zynga tried to prove that I spent it myself. When I asked them to compare the US dollars spent and farmbucks earned and spent with the virtual dollars spent, they told me "it can not be verified". This seems to be their fallback response when asked to prove their side of events. Because they have control of the game, the only thing I can prove is that I spent money and then complained that it was stolen within the game.
The 100 farmbucks were mostly purchased, some earned by joining the Disney Club for farmbucks. Bucks that appeared and disappeared in a matter of hours when I wasn't even playing the game. My husband is witness to the arrival and disappearance of the unverified farmbucks. This has ruined the game for me. I will never play another Zynga game. I no longer care if I get my money back. I froze and had to refresh, so I took a screen shot (which is what I was recommended to do as this has happened before), went back into the game and all my coins were gone but 10,000. I took another screen shot and immediately contacted support and was told, "We're sorry but we cannot verify your coins???" If I called that, one of them would go all in. This happened over and over and over again and EVERY time I had a good hand, I was outdone by ONE. If I had AQ, the robot user who called me had AK; if I had JJ, whoever called would have QQ. I mean EVERY TIME.
Now to figure out all of them were on a team against me, I started folding every hand preflop. When I did this, these other "players" wouldn't even see a flop....EVER. They would raise and re-raise and fold to act like they were playing without me. In fact when I got lucky enough to win an all-in against the 4 on 1 I was facing....I would fold the next hand and they would bet and raise and redistribute their chips around so they'd all have around even stacks. Less people in NL Holdem is better than less people at a table. Because your odds of having the top hand increase. Anyway. I played my way from 1000 chips to 35 million chips at which point I noticed something very very peculiar begin to happen (all free I never paid zynga for chips because that would be **). The strange thing that has now happened is that I do not get the top hand hardly ever. I'm talking going 40+ hands without even getting a pair. If I get a straight... someone gets and open hand flush. When I get a flush someone has an Ace High flush... you get the point.
At first I started playing conservatively thinking ok I'm just having some terrible luck. Now hundreds of Blinds later with no hands, and making no brain calls (without the nut) later only to be slightly bested (it happens). I've withered away from 35 mil down to 1 mil and that continues to drop as I go back in and play... I've talked to other friends who are too very smart poker players who have experienced this same exact thing... I understand it's a business tactic. You force people to lose chips and charge for chips. And since there's no real gambling happening you can get away with this I guess???? Either way it's not something a stand up company would do. Don't disrespect the name of Texas holdem if you aren't going to make the deals random.
I still play my hardest like it's real money... because I respect the game. This is not Hold'Em and I hope if what they are doing is in fact illegal, and they get slammed for it ;) I could be unlucky yes. It is possible though the odds it would take to not get playable hand or top hand even out of 40+ hands with 5 people at a table... consistently over the course of 1000+ hands. For more than one person... Someone do that math for me!

FarmVille2 - For close to 7 weeks, I have been playing this game by myself. None of my neighbors can visit. I have leveled up 6 times by myself. Am 1/4 of the way to the next level with no fix in sight. These people really need to quit pounding out new games and fix the issues in the games they have now. People might be willing to keep playing if they did. They created this game and don't know how to fix it? Really? I think on Monday I'll call my local district attorney to find out what my options are. There should be something a person can do when they have spent their money and get treated in such a craptacular fashion. If I did this to people in my business, I would be in jail.

I have had chips stolen from my account at least four times. The most recent time was for 400,000 chips exactly. Every time I try to contact Zynga Support and report this, I get the same response. They say they looked into their records and can find no loss of chips. I even gave exact date and time down to the minute. I believe they do not even have records to look into. I strongly encourage all to avoid this game and never spend money on their games. The customer support is substandard and they fail to even attempt to investigate any possible hacking. I will never make this mistake again!!!

I bought 492,000,000 chips for $125.00. They charged my credit card and I paid in full. I waited a few hours and nothing. Then a pop up window says, "For security reasons it will take 96 hours to credit your account." WTF. So I wait 4 days, the full 96 hours. Still no chips. I waited another 2 days, nothing. I call customer support 8 times over 6 days. “Sorry, the transfer was made.” My account showed no transfer, no chips, NADA. This is a huge scam. I purchased the chips through Zynga. They have my cash in their bank. There is no record of my account with 492,000,000 chips in it. I ask for a refund. Zynga says, "Sorry there are no chips to refund or credit you." I was stupid thinking this would be a fun way to play some poker. DO NOT EVER BUY CHIPS FROM ZYNGA. THEY ARE THIEVES. Even after filing a formal complaint, no chips or a refund was offered. They straight up robbed me of $125.00. Fraud alert!

This is my second complaint I am filing to you about me not being able to play Cafe World online. It has been over a week now that I have not been able to play this game because all forty million coins, which I worked hard for, just disappeared overnight. Now, I can't clean my stoves, cook or finish any of my tasks. My coins continue to remain on zero, even as the dishes on display continue to be sold. I have spoken to many of my FB friends who have gone to similar situations. Some gave up playing; others have written dozens of complaints, but no one has responded back.
As a business company, you are supposed to help your customers in order to keep their services. How do you expect us to trust you and continue purchasing items if you don't respond back and try helping us out when we are having problems with your games? Can you please check on this matter and get things back to normal? I would also appreciate my coins back as well. I should not have to spend my own cash to buy all those coins I had already earned. Please don't ignore this. I would appreciate a response along with a solution ASAP.

For the past week, I was unable to see any of my FB friends posts whenever I played Cafe World. Therefore, I was unable to help them out. All I kept seeing were all the other games they completed goals in which I don't even play. Two days ago, all was back to normal. However today, the problem has occurred again. This time, I went from having over forty million coins to zero. What is that all about? I'm frustrated because I don't want to make any changes in any of my settings to make matters worse.
I'm not a computer nerd, so I'd rather wait for you to send me a response ASAP to help me. If there is something I need to do or reset, please be specific because I don't want to lose any of my friends or the level I've reached in CW. Also, I'd appreciate if you could get the coins I worked so hard for back to me. I hope there is no charge for this service because it is no fault of my own. Please be considerate about this matter.

In the game, I ran out of chips and the game asks if I would like to purchase chips. I have been purchasing chip packages for a few weeks (check my account) and twice I've purchased $19.99 packages and not received, but I've been charged. Please resolve this. I am a paying customer and this bums me out! Either give me the chips or please refund the money. Thank you.

You have my money, but I don't have my Chefville cash. ** - that's all I have received for my $21.40. That's not fair, and if you can't run your games professionally, why should we spend our money?
