    I ordered a music box for my granddaughter's 18th birthday. I had heard of the Bradford Exchange but never ordered anything before. I received a card advertising the music box in the mail. I thought, "Wow. That is so beautiful!!!" All of their stuff looks amazing when you look at it online. I ordered it, without looking at the reviews, big mistake. Huge!!! It is so small and not of good quality to me. It comes with a personalized charm you put on yourself, and a poem that is on a small business card. I could not wait for it to come, and now so disappointed. I don't even know whether to give it to her or not. I will not even think about trying to return it with all the terrible reviews I have read. Lesson learned, I will never order from here again.

    I was on an auto ship plan. Did not receive 1 shipment and was billed. I was told it was cancelled and I owed nothing only to discover 4 months later my account was in collections. They had no record of my previous conversation with their customer service. Don’t trust them. Couldn’t provide a POD. I guess they think people don’t keep good records but I do. Now I’m waiting for a written correspondence from them stating a zero balance and that my account was removed from collections. I understand why they have a 1-star rating. I would have given no stars if that was an option.

    My husband ordered a Thomas Kindcade statue for my birthday in August. It came in, was a beautiful statue. The other day another box arrived. (Mind you it is now September). Well turns out that the statue he bought is part of a subscription group, doesn’t say it at the top where add to cart is. Says wayyyyyyy at the bottom and doesn’t really say it clearly. So he called to cancel it and return the statue they charged him $99 for. Well they canceled the subscription but gave him a hard time about returning it. So he gave in, kept it, as we opened it, there is a crack along the back part and a chip in the front. So not only do they rip you off with expensive shipping, subscriptions that you don’t even know you’re getting, give you a hard time about returning things, they send broken things.

    If you’re a liberal then this is the place for you. Cheap overpriced crap that has absolutely no value. I subscribed for the “Trump Train” in 2020 were still not complete and no mention about any of the collections in the marketing mail pieces I receive each week promoting all things Trump. Nothing on the website. Don’t piss off the 81 million. I would cancel the collection but how do you quit if you don’t have the caboose. Perfect timing, train 27 arrived last week and the caboose is 30 just in time for Nov. I was told they might extend it another 10 cars. If he wins, let’s make money bottom line. Save your cash, take your wife out to dinner, spend time with your kids, with what I have spent I could have bought my son a car!

    HORRIBLE customer service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I have been trying to get them to reissue a refund check that was sent to my mother for an overpayment. All of the back and forth emails, all of the different responses...it's unbelievable. I started this process almost a month ago. STILL not resolved, and I don't think it ever will be, at this point. They are making me jump through so many hoops to get $26.74...yes $26 bucks! I've been asked for product information (this isn't about a product return), then I get told a check was in process. A week later, I get told I needed to send back the check (how am I supposed to do that when I've told you people TWICE before it has been SHREDDED?) Ridiculous!

    I thought I was buying a silver dollar coin. What I did not realize is that I was automatically signed up to get these monthly and three times the original cost. I immediately cancelled. Now I am trying to get back the almost $70 they charged me, and have yet to send me the coin. They are saying they only changed me twice... which is an error on their part as I have the proof! RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! I got the coin... but it is not worth $69.38!

    I ordered couple of coins two months ago on this company, which it came on time and I paid $125. Last month, with my knowledge, they charged me for $123.94, this month they charged me again for the same month and my wife saw it on our bank app. I called this company but it was a weekend so no one answered, so I called my bank and have them canceled my ATM card so that they can stop charging to that card. Then I tried to call them twice on Monday and I was just on hold for 10 minutes and 37 minutes. There was music on both while I was on hold, on the second call, after the 37th minute the music went away, so I thought someone will talk, I kept saying hello but no one was saying anything, so I hung up. That's why I said this company will take your money and will not take accountability.

    Just bought checks from them. I got automatically subscriptions for rewards programs. I did not sign up for it. Was charge 15.00 dollars a month for over a year. Do not order from them. Thought the checks were a good deal but it's not.

    This company is the worst in the world. I bought a ring on June 20th 2024. Here I am July 30th. They said it was supposed to be here. Now it's till August 30th. The customer service is complete crap. Then they said it was on back order but when I ordered it it said nothing of that.

    Ordered a personalized ring item #122689001. Said it would arrive between 6/28 and 7/15 and it shipped on 6/25. At no time after ship date was I able to track, getting messages like tracking for this item is unavailable or there’s no record of activity on your account. But when I contacted BE each time I was told the tracking number shows that the item will arrive on a date that was always changed every time I contacted. I was then told to contact if no arrival by 30 days from ship date, which was 4 days ago. That contact got me a msg that said it will arrive on 7/29, today, not here! I am livid! Strangely every time I got a response from BE, my e mail listed it as suspicious but since I ordered from them I ignored that, wondering why it would list that way. I will never order from this company again and warn anyone who is contemplating placing an order with them to go anywhere but Bradford Exchange! They should not be allowed to continue operating.

    Bought a ring for my mother from Bradford Exchange. Paid in full on my Credit Card. Then received additional charges on my Credit Card? When I contacted them they insisted I was to pay in 3 payments. Gave my bank a copy of the order and the statement from them showing the item as paid. My Bank disallowed any further charges from Bradford Exchange. They then sent a Collection Agency after me for money I didn't owe. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

    I randomly received a piece of mail from them with my full name... I have NEVER heard of this company in my life. I tried to call customer service and no one would pick up. Extremely sketchy and I'm wondering how they got a hold of this information. I also shouldn't have to enter personal information on their contact form just to contact someone...

    Ordered blank personal checks through this company. They make it appear that you are saving a bundle, but the "regular" price is way inflated, nowhere near the competition. In reality the SPECIAL price you pay is pretty much what everone ele is charging. Company also is not clear about how many checks are in a box. Industry standard is 100, but some companies have gone to 80 per box. Finally, you are asked to enter ALL the numbers across the bottom of present checks, and then asked again to enter each set of numbers individually. Huge waste of time. Positive note: The company does have a lot of designs.

    I was given a price after ordering online, then Bradford ended up increasing the price. After speaking with a customer representative she transferred me to the rewards department, they didn't understand why she had done that since they weren't able to help me either. They transferred me back to the same representative. I then asked her to transfer me to her supervisor. I spoke with Cheryl, she wasn't able to help me either. Terrible way to do business by increasing the price after the fact. I'll never do business again with Bradford Exchange or ever recommend them to anyone. Date of experience: July 09, 2024

    Purchase an item from this site and I was subscribed to pay so many things after. Not a happy customer and will never buy from them. I got 6 charges from this site and customer service was horrible. They didn't help either.

    If there was a way to select a NEGATIVE star, I would do so. Even one star doesn’t explain how illegal/wrong Bradford Exchange Company is to their customers and United States. The copy/paste email I received EVERY TIME I hadn’t heard or had seen my item, “Sorry…it’ll be 30 days more…”…spiel is even worse! My order was official in March 2024, it is now June 2024. No refund, no item! Too bad KC Chiefs whom have lawyers & money to shut Bradford Exchange down couldn’t help because my item was a $300 KC Chiefs ladies' ring! Lesson learned! China/India/Spam wins again, I guess. It makes you wonder what Consumer Affairs has done or can do with all these complaints since Bradford Exchange Company is still able to steal from people aka run a business! The ** people will never know!

    I approved my checks as Thomas (my first name) and the checks came in as Thsae. Such an obvious mistake that I would have noticed it. The company emailed me that it was my fault and refused to issue new checks. Never again. If you approve your checks and they make a mistake, it IS now your fault for trusting them. PS why do they have a low rating? Why are you reading these ratings if you still go with them?

    Kept telling me I owed them money months after payment through credit card. After sending multiple emails with proof of payment, sending it through USPS with proof, and phone calls and getting nowhere I contacted my state's attorney general's office, and they are assisting me with help. OHHHH and they say one price online but when you are charged it is more money so check your accounts. NEVER AGAIN. I also contacted the FTC and the Consumer Protection Agencies.

    Beware of this place. Smary, dishonest & unethical business practices. Ordered "on sale" checks. Bradford Exchange did a bait and switch - substituted the most expensive checks, charged for a designer checkbook, padded postage and enrolled me in an auto pay rewards program without my knowledge or consent. At the moment I am contesting the Bradford Exchange charges with the bank. I also had the bank issue a new card with different info in addition to blocking Bradford Exchange for tapping into my account.

    This company is horrendous and very shady. Do not order anything from them. I ordered two patriotic statues. I received one. I never received the other. Now they keep billing me for “subscriptions” I haven’t signed up for or agreed to, and no matter how many times I call, they keep billing me. Almost a year later, they just sent me a statue that I didn’t order. Now I have the hassle of rejecting it since it was never ordered. They are crooks and they are operating a typical internet scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever ordered anything from them. Buyer beware.

    My experience; there are numerous phone numbers listed to call this company. Each one leads to a busy message with an option to stay in the queue and have the company call you back. The callback doesn't come for HOURS, and came from yet another number entirely. The woman I spoke with was VERY slow, would not communicate well (spoke English well but took forever to respond to any question I had), and then ended the call without notifying me that the phone call had terminated. My opinion... stay away from The Bradford Exchange! This company seems more of a scam than legitimate.

    Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I got a order for for a beautiful mother's ring for up to 8 names and birthstones since I have 4 kids and 4 grandkids. I ordered it. Just got it today. Was the most shoddy piece of garbage I'd ever seen. Nothing like the photo. Made in china. Soo sad and disappointed. Can't read the kids' names or see the stones. Threw it all in the bag and am sending it back. Don't order from this company.

    I ordered two purses on 4/14/2024. They were not needed until June 15th, and my receipt stated they would be here no later than May 14th. I followed up with customer service who told me that they wouldn't have the order until later in June. I replied, "Could you put a rush on this? I ordered it in April." The response I received was that I should have used "Express Shipping" when I placed the order. I didn't need express shipping, when the occasion was two months away, but this was your mistake!

    I am very disappointed Bradford Exchange. I ordered a 3-piece welcome sign in November of 2023, it's now the end of May 2024 I have yet to receive the whole thing, they continually take money out of account and pieces I have received DO NOT look like they are worth $400.00!! I am saddened and disgusted with the cost of this sign. I will say their customer service representatives were kind and patient.

    These people are straight up thieves. They sell one coin, and automatically create you a subscription. Doesn't matter if you agree to it or not. Then they take out 3 times the amount of the coin out of your account without your permission. I even blocked my card, and they still send the coin then you have to jump through their hoops to return it, and cancel the subscription you never signed up for in the first place.
