Ordered Valentine's gift for my wife on January 23. Delivery date was February 13 or 14. When I checked order status the info changed to shipping on 2/14 with 5-9 days for delivery. No notification from Bradford. Took 3 tries to get an agent, but no help, just an I’m sorry. Checked order status on Valentine's Day and shipping date changed to JULY 14!!! FIVE MONTH DELAY, NO NOTIFICATION FROM BRADFORD!! Again no help or explanation from agent or supervisor.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Sold me a $5.00 piece of garbage for $115.00. Buyers beware. Absolutely garbage. I would not recommend that anyone who values any kind of quality do business with this company. Also advertised that my purchase qualified for free shipping but then charged me an additional $15.99 for shipping. Package took 2 weeks to arrive. Complete scam company.

I bought a Harry Potter Bookend for my son two years ago. TWO YEARS AGO. They have been sending me notices saying that I still owe them for the bookend. I assumed that it was paid as ITEM WAS SENT. Finally reached someone who told me that when I bought it my card was declined. *SO WHY THE HELL DID YOU SEND THE ITEM!!!! Infuriated I gave them my card info. I know I paid for item twice. STRONGLY do not recommend this shady place.

I see that all reviews except one are 1-star, so I'm certain my review won't matter, but I want to tell my story. Many years ago, I used Bradford Exchange. Their items were QUALITY items! So for Christmas this year (2024), I found a few different items for myself and my family members. I bought them on monthly installments. I had to pay extra for shipping to be sure some of the things were here on time. One of the things I bought was a Buffalo Bills/Josh Allen item for my husband. This thing cost $129.00. The picture on their site was stunning! When it arrived, my husband opened it and it looks like I should have paid maybe $15.00 for it...it is SO CHEAP! Josh's hand is holding a football and his fingers are freakishly long and the lights on it are just cheap looking.
I bought my mother a necklace with her dog's name that recently passed away. I paid $89.00 for this. Again...CHEAP!! The dog on it looks like it should have come from a bubblegum machine and the dog's name is so small you can't even see it. Again...the website's picture is NOT AT ALL what it looks like in real life!! And...it is January 31 and her chain is already turning green. And the last thing was a ring from my husband for me for Christmas. I never received it! I paid extra to have it here by Christmas. It was sent via UPS Mail Innovations. For those who don't know what this is... UPS picks the item up, transports it part way, then hands it off to the USPS. It's a very unreliable means of shipping. If I paid extra to have something here on time, I would think they would not use this shipping method. I tracked it as it was moving along. It was almost here (in PA), but then for some reason, sent all the way back to Ohio....where the tracking stopped. It arrived there on 12/23 and according to the records has never left.
I chatted with Bradford Exchange and was told I would need to contact the post office to find out where it is!! I was so angry! I paid THEM to get it to me...it should be THEIR responsibility to find out where it is! She told me she would refund my expedited shipping fee ($9.95...lol). I said NO! I want them to find out what happened to my item. She offered to either refund me my full amount or send another ring. I chose to refund the money, which they did. To this day (again, 1/31/25), the ring has never arrived. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with Bradford Exchange.

I ordered a pendant as a birthday gift and used their payment plan option. 2 days later I was charged the full amount and when I called them they told me it was too late to cancel that it was already shipped. Now it's been over 3 and a half weeks, the item is still somewhere in transit no update on their website via the tracking. I called them 2 additional times and was told I have to call back after 30 days to get a refund since the shipment can arrive anytime between then. Awful service.

Bradford exchange is a total scam. They have overcharged me by $10 for each piece that they have sent with the excuse that "the price that it shows on our website is a promotional price." I ordered it from your website at the price that is listed but they are saying I didn't sign up for the promotional price. They are total cons and I do not recommend ordering from this place.
The figurines that you get are incredibly cheesy and cheap. They send you figurines that aren't part of the collection that you signed up for and then say it's part of a second set but it's all the same collection but they do not show you a picture or even explain the second set. They just send you pieces that don't fit on the current collection and claim that it's all part of one collection but they don't have a picture of the second display. And nowhere in their description of the first collection does it say they have a second display that's part of this collection. Stay away from this business. You have been warned.

I ordered an item in October which was to be shipped in four installments. Without my agreement they signed me up for monthly updates charging my account $16.95. I phoned customer service and was told it was canceled in November, but they continue to charge my credit card. I have also emailed half a dozen times and just get a run around. I have contacted my credit card company and am awaiting results; yet they continue to charge my card. Oh yeah, I never received the final shipment for my order! Uploaded picture shows NO SMALL CARVED ANIMALS AS IN ONLINE BRADFORD EXCHANGE SITE.

I have been involved with their customer service department and have had an awful time. I don’t wish this experience on anyone! Some fraudulent person created an order on their website with my name and address (that’s the ONLY information they had). They then used a bad credit card, email address and phone number. The chargeback came back to me even though, if Bradford Exchange had done the least bit of investigating, it WAS NOT my credit card that was even used. It was a horrible experience trying to make Bradford Exchange see that they did not have the correct safety protocols in place on their website because if they did, this never would have happened. I finally submitted the police report they requested and hope I never hear from them again. So be very careful with online activity you shoppers out there because to get things straightened out with this company is a nightmare!

First time using them - NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order on December 1st for a very special personalized item for my marine veteran husband for Christmas. Once I placed the order, I checked estimated delivery date and it said "December 20th - January 8th". I immediately contacted customer service, explaining that I need item by Christmas and the website advertised that all orders by X date would arrive by Christmas only to receive a heartless reply saying my order cannot be expedited and will arrive between "December 20th - January 8th". Well here it is January 11th...and NO ITEM. BEWARE buyers! Highly recommend NOT using this company.

Absolutely awful. I tried to order one gift, ONE, for my web illiterate uncle. Well I was then signed up for FOUR items and a rewards program. This is an absolute scam and I will be filing a lawsuit against them if I get another charge. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

I ordered the Garden of Love personalized Mother's Ring for myself. I was so excited when I received it, but disappointed after I opened it. You can see the emerald and blue topaz, but the other three colors look like diamonds. There should be a pink sapphire and a citrine (yellow). Under a magnifying glass you can see a light tint of pink and yellow, but very light. My ring looks like a cluster, not nicely set like the picture. I called and I'm getting a full refund and can keep the ring. Now I have a $183 ring that I don't know what to do with. While on the phone he asked if I wanted to order a different Mother's ring. I said no.

My initial feelings about Bradford Exchange were less than great. I received a product that stopped working after a very brief amount of time, and I basically shelved it for several years. This past Christmas we got out our World of Disney Christmas tree, plugged it in and it was working again. But only briefly. Again very disappointed. I contacted Bradford Exchange customer service and after going back and forth with them through a few different emails, they made good on a complete product replacement at no cost to me including shipping. I did not have any documentation or any of the things that they typically requested since it was purchased several years ago during a time when there was a lot of upheaval in our household.
The upshot of my entire experience with Bradford Exchange is they are one of the few companies that is willing to put their money where their mouth is and stand behind their products without hiding behind a mask of customer service policies, protocols, procedures, etc. I cannot say enough good about them. There should be more companies like this.

Buyer beware! I ordered an item and they automatically entered my credit card into an auto order system. Within a month I was sent and charged for 2 more items I did not order. I had cancel a hidden subscription I wasn't aware was attached to the item I was purchasing. This company is a scam!

I received the Thomas Kincaid spinning fiber optic holiday tree and the motor stopped working after 30 minutes to no resolve. When I reported to them I wanted to return it the link they sent me twice took me nowhere.

I ordered 2 very special monogramed gifts in November 2024, both were GUARANTEED DELIVERY before Christmas, but here I am Christmas eve without the tennis bracelet for my mother that was just diagnosed with Alzheimer's or the mother's necklace for my daughter that has been the biggest help to me during this difficult time in my life. I will be returning everything when it finally comes in, thanks for ruining this day for my mother....

First time customer and will not order thru them again or recommend.. Got 2 month window when I could possibly get the necklaces. I emailed on 12-12-24. It in now 12-24-24. Still have not gotten a email back.. No customer support at all. I ordered the necklaces on 12-11-24. Website promised Christmas delivery. Still no email or necklaces but they didn't miss taking the money from my bank account tho .. They're crooks.

I qualified for free shipping and was charged anyway. Went to website and did everything it directed me to do with no success. Called customer service and was put on hold and hung up twice on me, finally got ahold of someone who was completely useless. Ended up paying shipping anyway because their customer service email is also bogus. I recommend finding the retailer and cut out Bradford.

I order a Christmas Gift for my spouse on November 17th. I was told December 5th that it was being shipped out soon by UPS and I would get it before Christmas. It is now December 21st and I do not have it. On top of that I just received my credit card bill and they charged me 2 times once on November 19th and and on December 9th. If you call and click the number to discuss your order you will be on hold for hours. They give you an option for them to call you back and you will not loose your place in line. They never call back. So I called and picked the number to place an order they picked up right away. So disappointed and disgusted in the level of service and that they had the nerve to double charge me.

Took my order on Dec 2, and I finally call on Dec 20th to find out shipping status. Although all along my order showed "delivery by Dec 24th", the item not only wasn't going to be here, but was out of stock!! When I called customer service at 1-866-503-9057 they "offered" me a different but similar item (zip up jacket opposed to the hoodie I ordered) and wanted $39 usd to get the unwanted item by the original deadline. No dice on my suggestion of them covering the shipping due to their foul-up. I canceled the order and will not be ordering from them ever again. Steer clear or be sorry.

This company must have gone WOKE or DEI over the last 4 years...I ordered a nice purse for my wife for Christmas, and it was sent to an unknown address in Another State!!, When the Invoice clearly has my address to be shipped to on it!!..I've left messages online and by phone to call me about this, and no reply after 1 week now...I called my Bank and arranged for any further installment payments to Bradford be denied, and they will be!!..They just lost a good customer of 10 years...

Absolutely garbage company. Ordered a ring for my wife at the beginning of December. Ordered express shipping to make sure it was here for Xmas. It says it will be here by December 24. Problem is that it’s the 19th and it hasn’t moved from order received. Contacted them twice now via email and I get the same canned response. “We are currently personalizing your product. It will be delivered by the 24th”. Only thing different both times is the name attached. ABSOLUTELY no communication from the company. Filed a fraud claim with my bank. Next step is BBB. This company is a joke. Stay far far away. Also you will noticed they don’t bother responding to any reviews or offer any assistance

I ordered a bracelet after the Canada Post strike and I was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. This bracelet was shipped to me apparently on December 9 or that’s what it shows. I called a few times to follow up and was told because it was guaranteed for Christmas it was in FedEx. I called again today and was told that yes it was processed and it will be shipped Canada post when the strike is over. That is not good enough. I have been nothing but lied to and given the runaround from day one. I’ve been told different things by different customer service agents, and they really need to get their act together. I am filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and would like others who have been through the same thing to contact me as I will go for a false advertising suit, and I thought they were classy company never again!

I ordered the Thomas Kinkade rotating tree last Christmas to replace our usual tree. I set it up and it wouldn’t rotate. I took it out of the stand and put it in again checked the connections, etc. Nothing. I contacted Customer Service for advice thinking they could give me some troubleshooting advice to get it rotating. All they could tell me was to send it back. Since it was too close to Christmas and I wouldn’t have a tree if I sent it back, I kept it because it still looks pretty when it’s not rotating. So, this year I got it out, set it up, turned it on and it rotated! I couldn’t believe what I missed the year before. There were beautiful changing colors as it turned. It was really impressive. Notice I said WERE. I turned it on the second day and once again NO ROTATION. What a piece of $159 junk. In two years it has rotated for exactly ONE day.

Terrible scam of a company. Why do companies like this get to operate. This needs to be more regulated. This company doesn't even send what you ordered and returning is a pain in the neck. I would never recommend them.

The first picture is what I ordered and the 2nd one is what I got. You can tell the difference. I ordered the Buffalo Bills Wreath. I received the box and wrapped it, without opening it, because it was a gift. The bow ties and the ribbons are different. The size of the helmet and Buffalo Bills next to the bow tie are different sizes. The gloves are a darker color. Even the Bills hat on top of the head is different. The head is higher so everything looks fuller in the advertisement but what I received is like a miniature version. Definitely not as full as the original picture. Not what I ordered but somewhat similar. Very disappointed in how it turned out. Even the football is a different color.
I've always been happy with Bradford Exchange products in the past and this is the first time I am disappointed in their products. I had the gift opened early because it was a combined birthday and Christmas gift, and he was starting to decorate for Christmas. I emailed a complaint to them directly because that's where I was told to email. The reply I received said "Sometimes the items will arrive looking a bit different than the original advertisement. You can certainly return this back for a replacement or refund. Please let me know if you wish for us to send you a prepaid return label." Obviously it was a gift. I wasn't going to tell the person I gave the gift to I want it back because I wasn't happy with it. I just won't be ordering from this company anymore. Their quality in items have definitely gone down.

Horrible scam company. You will get your products but you will grossly overpay for them. I bought a morgan silver dollar. Supposedly it was BU and I paid 200 dollars for it. It wasn't graded by they were just claiming it was. Before I knew better well once I got it and realized they were a scam company I decided to send the coin off for grading at NGC. It was graded a AU-58. It is only worth about 70 bucks and that's graded and that cost me 60 bucks to get it graded. I'm glad I learned earlier on and only wasted 200 on them. I have heard stories of people spending a lot more. Like I said yea you will get your products but it will be massively overpriced and the quality will be lied about. Stay away from them. Buy from APMEX or JM bullion.

Ordered from Bradford. Received an obvious returned item that was broken. Called customer service. Was told it takes a month and a half to get my money back and could not get a replacement without paying again. Terrible company!

Very poor quality. I bought a ring for my wife for our anniversary. She wore it for 6 hours & it was no longer shiny. I will never buy from them again. I now have to find a better place to replace this piece of crap we wound up with. Buyer beware.

Bradford Exchange also is Ashton Drake can not do anything right. It's either they are incompetent or being deceitful. I placed an order for the Rudolph reindeer series where it states on the website Yukon is the first character you get. I did not get Yukon but Rudolph and Hermy, which is fine. I sent an email to make sure I got Yukon. But what they did was change my order, to what I have no idea. I paid the first payment on the original order, 30.44. The order was 99.95. So now I owe 121.75. on top of my first payment of 30.44 dollars, like I never paid. In the email showing the change it clearly shows the cost it 99.95 for the new order but when the invoice arrived it saying I owe 121.75. They did not subtract my first payment. So that was a total lie in the email.
Customer service said "we changed your order because you complained about the cost", which is another lie. I complained I didn't get what was described on the website, Yukon first. Ok so great, what if I did complain about the cost, you not only have zero record I made a payment, but now it went from 99.95 to owing another 121.75 plus 30.44 total 152.19. Thanks that really helped if I complained about cost.
