Got checks then they billed me for 8 months for $16.+ Because I noticed late, the Bank of America would only refund for 3 months of charges.

I made a check order, got an email that they needed more information, gave info and 15 days later, they canceled my order. Disgusting customer service.

I ordered checks because they said free shipping. I get everything entered, including my CC#, only to find out the free shipping is IF you subscribe to auto-refill orders. I then called customer service, said I never received an order confirmation or a receipt, and asked if they got my order. She said yes, and she would send me a follow-up email, which I never received. It's been over 3 weeks since my phone call, about 4 weeks after ordering, and I finally got an email saying my checks have shipped with NO tracking number. I'm thinking this is IMPORTANT because these are CHECKS. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Be careful if you're ordering from them! I ordered a couple of pins and found out that I was enrolling in automatic deliveries of future releases to the "collection". It was never made clear on the website. Also, when I tried to find out what was being sent and why, you can't search for the item with the item number from their own website. Seriously? Enter their item # in their own search bar and it takes you to an advertising page.

I was signed up unknowingly for their bogus rewards program. I ended up paying $105 more that I should have to save $36.00 that I unknowingly was charged. I will never do business with them again. Crooked company!

They are crooked. I purchased a ring for my wife for just over 100.00. That wasn't the issue. What they did to my checking account. They put in a pre authorization for one amount and two days later put the purchase amount which totaled just over 240.00. This overdrew my checking account. These weren't even done when I purchased the ring. I called, of course no help. They stated they always do a pre authorization and then the purchase price, but you have to wait 3 to 5 days to get the pre authorization back to your account. Basically they are borrowing money for a few days and then putting it back. Buyers BEWARE.

I want to comment on a clock with Elvis on the face. It is advertised as never having to set the time even with the two times a year we have to change the hour. My doesn't and it's very difficult and frustrating trying to get it right . I dread having to fix it myself. Also the photo on the face is to dark I can only see the time in the daylight. The lights on the side do not light up enough to see the hands so its useless . A clock that I can't see what time it is. The clock is an hour behind now because it didn't change for daylight savings time like it's supposed to!

Paying 2k for 6 trains in total and being told that to cancel will cost 226.00 plus 75 dollars a month until they feel the payment is complete. Canceled a year ago still getting billed 750.00 later. The first shipment wasn't and still isn't fullfilled but they could care less.

They sold me coins misrepresenting them as 99.9 silver. They charged me $55 a coin only worth $8 and only 40% silver. They were not truthful misleading. Didn’t tell the truth EisenhowerDollarBA17-00040-011.

Poor customer service. The form for ordering checks with correct information did not allow me to purchase. Two phone conversations with a foreign agent did not provide specific information - two boxes of checks for $108 - What!!! Checks are beautiful, but the company is acting very much like a ripoff.

I ordered from this place last week because I received a coupon in mail. I received no email confirmation of my order and paid extra to receive my order. Customer service is horrible. I am not sure how to cancel it now after seeing the reviews.

Place order mid January for a gift I needed beginning of March. Reviewed shipping times before I place order to insure it would arrive prior to date needed. When I received my confirmation order was scheduled to ship by Feb 18th. On Feb 20th I went to check for tracking and order not states it will NOT SHIP until March 31st!!! 6 weeks past original ship date. I received NO notice of the delay. My credit card was charged on the day I ordered it (Jan). I understand personalization takes time but that was factor in when I originally ordered. No explanation other than it is personalized. No way to expedite the order to have in time. Canceling completely- now stuck trying to figure out gift with limited time.

Awful experience. I do not recommend. Still waiting on item and there is no source to shipping status. It simply says to expect to receive within 10 days. My ten days have been past nearly 10 days ago.

Be extremely careful ordering checks online - Because they take absolutely no responsibility if something with the order is wrong. Received the wrong style of checks and they will not refund anything! I will not be ordering ANYTHING from this company. The website order system indicated I was ordering the style I wanted but that is not what I received. Customer service said sorry - you clicked OK on the order form - so it's my fault! - They could not do anything to help!!

This past October I purchase a "Nightmare Before Christmas" clock as a gift for a friend. Evidently it was a "Collection" as they were sent another item from the collection and billed me for the purchase. I contacted the Bradford Exchange and agreed to pay for the second item but I didn't agree to a "Collection" program. They apologized and canceled the program. Here it is four months later and I find they have been billing me $16.95 a month for their "Club". Sort of like Amazon Prime except you don't realize your a member and the rewards are questionable. The Bradford Exchange representative said that I checked a box at the bottom of my original order the said that I agreed to the terms and conditions to my order. Gotcha.

If I could have given no stars would be the experience I had. I ordered a ring engraved with my wife and my name on it at the first of February. I was guaranteed delivery by or before the 14th of February valentine's day. I kept checking my tracking number and it never tracked the package. I called Bradford Exchange and they said not to worry it was guaranteed and will be there.
I never got the ring and they won't refund my money so I'm filing a grievance with my bank just to get my money back. These people are scammers and I'll never order anything from them again. Terrible customer service. You can barley understand the people handling the issue. It will take me a while to get my money back but my bank will get it back. It's just a unnecessary situation if Bradford had done the right thing. Never again. I would advise anyone wanting something from them to try to find it in person somewhere else. Terrible experience. I have been scammed by Bradford exchange.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I have never purchased anything from this company all I did was look at an item and put it in my cart, they have tried to hit my card several times, which is confusing being that I have never ordered anything, I canceled the transaction once I got to checkout and the delivery date was 4 months away, again I have never ordered anything, I'm definitely reporting this as fraud.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a product in December of 2025 for a Christmas gift. Delivery was for January then it changed to February and now it’s for March 5. I canceled my order and I will never purchase anything from them again. It doesn’t take 3 months to deliver a jacket that is already made.

I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas. It's a decent ring. However, they continued trying to charge my card $17 every week for some BS I never agreed to. I used a pre paid card so I don't have to pay for it but now I can't use that card again. I expected more from them but they are not legitimate at all.

I placed an order for checks and accidentally ordered it twice. I emailed customer service within 2 hours and called them the next day. I spoke with someone and was told he verified one order was canceled. I then received an email saying they could not cancel it because the order had already been started. I responded instructing them to cancel and I again received an unacceptable response. They said the order had been shipped and I should receive it within 18 to 24 days. Lol, what? If it was shipped, it may take 8 days. Bottom line is they have not started on the order and are full of **.... Do not buy anything from these pricks.

A very disturbing customer experience. They sent me the wrong checks. They failed to send an invoice with the order. They charged sales tax that is three times as high as my state charges. The customer service is incompetent. Called twice asked for their supervisor. Got hung up on once and listened to elevator music for ten minutes before being told he can't find a supervisor. I want my money back.

I had made a purchase for a Christmas gift. Which I paid on my credit card but Bradford exchange keeps sending me a $32.93 charge every month they say for a Holiday cheer contribution, which I never signed up for and I have had to dispute discharge with my credit company.

I ordered a bracelet for my husband for Christmas. I gave it to him on Christmas Day. The stone broke and fell out 1st day worn. Sent it back 1/2/2026. As I write this I'm on hold. Eventually, it will disconnect. I've emailed and called. So far nothing. This company is a rip off.

If I could give Bradford Exchange less than 1 star, I would without reservation. I had ordered a huge supply of checks several years ago. Every single check tore out of the sheath in pieces. I had to use an exacto knife to remove them one at a time. Furthermore, I was duped into purchasing a dozen different types of insurance.
I had told the order taker I wanted none of it. Just send me the checks. Ha - totally ignored my request. So I've stopped using them for checks and ordered elsewhere. Just ordered address labels. Big mistake again. I am unable to determine if they've been printed, if they've been sent, or for that matter, do they know anything about it at all. I've used the order to no avail. I absolutely loathe this company and how frustrating they are making it for me. Don't use this company if you value your sanity or your money. They are awful and treat their customers accordingly. Oh yeah - now they've gone password crazy. Good luck with that.

Good quality product, but horrible company. In September I ordered a 4 piece welcome sign for my anniversary that was in October for $52. It didn't arrive until a week before Christmas. When it arrived, only 1 piece was in the box. Since then I have been charged 3 more times for $52 each. I ended up paying over $200 for a welcome sign. And it took over 4 months to process all the pieces. Here it is the end of January and I'm still waiting on the last piece. From payment to arrival each piece took over 2 months. All of this wouldn't be so bad if their customer service explained the whole process, or even answer any questions. They had no information, and the first 3 correspondence I was told the matter was handled without any info given. I will 100% never order from this company again. Overpriced, slow processing, terrible customer service. I'm not sure what else I could write to help you make the decision to avoid this company.

I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my order for the 250th Anniversary Marine hoodie placed in November 2025. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told the item would arrive before Christmas. When it did not, I contacted customer service and was again assured it would arrive by Christmas. After Christmas, I was told it would arrive shortly after. I then spoke with another representative who stated the delivery date would be January 20th.
Today, January 20th, while on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the item will now not arrive until March. This pattern of repeated misinformation and shifting delivery dates is unacceptable. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would have made a different purchasing decision. Instead, I have been strung along for months with promises that were not honored, and I was told today that there is “nothing that can be done.”
This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service, especially for a commemorative item tied to a specific anniversary. I am requesting immediate resolution—either a concrete, guaranteed delivery date with appropriate compensation for the delay, or a full refund. Please escalate this matter as needed. I expect a prompt response.

I placed an order for a train set and a Christmas village. The train set was scheduled to be delivered the first week of January. I kept checking UPS status and they never received the package from the seller. After multiple emails, they told me my order is scheduled to be delivered in March which is for the Christmas village and no mention or response to my question about the train set. A day I got another email saying the other rep already assisted me which they didn’t, so they ignored my question again. I am disputing the charge with my credit card and filing a complaint with BBB now. Stay away from this website.
