So I received an email that said my score changed for the better. I logged in and just by opening the report it went down 2 points. Scam if you ask me. And why all three credit scores are in the 800 and FICO is high 600? All a scam to me. I pay my bills. I owe nothing. Scam. Can’t say it enough.

They mess with your scores. This company is fraudulent. On all these Experian Equifax and TransUnion sites. I have beautiful scoring. Very high scores. But on their site just a 700! Gtfoh. These site ain’t no good. They lie to hurt us even when all bills are paid and you have no debt. And it’s super hard putting in request to have wrong or incorrect information on their site. Don’t trust this site.

DO NOT sign up for any service with this company. They are all about their money, will make it hard for you to cancel, and they refuse to issue refunds of any kind. Very predatory in my opinion. Your best bet is to get the free service or subscription through Experian.

I was double-billed for the same service in the same month. Customer Service at MyFICO stated that they have a "No Refund" policy even when their website gives an error that results in a double charge.

I can not delete my information. I get denied in the trust center that my request is denied. I get emails saying my request was denied because my acct is active. I called in to several reps and spoke to supervisor Daniel and keep saying my account is cancelled. I am able to log in and I keep trying to request my information to be deleted and I keep getting emails from Zendesk saying is denied because the acct is not canceled. Around and around I go. I am afforded to have my information deleted under Civil Code section 1798.105(d). My request for deletion is **. My account can't be canceled because I can login, and I keep getting emails saying it's not canceled so I can't delete my information.

I have tried 3 different browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache and cookies, talking to several reps and the supervisor Daniel several times. To no avail you keep denying my request for my information to be deleted even though you know it is my right to do so. Because of that this company, in my opinion and experience won't let me cancel my subscription or my acct or delete my information per the law. Everyone in my opinion should away fast and hard from this company before they do the same thing to you.

Congress needs to make FICO provide their algorithm. They can't because it's gotta out of hand, even they don't know what the fk is going on. example: I paid off my Bmw Financial loan on my car. It dropped my FICO score an average of 30 pts across the three credit reporting companies. example: last week my Experian FICO dropped 23 pts. Why? no reason. Nothing changed. Investigate FICO! They cost Americans millions in higher interest because they work for the banks.

I kept a account with them for over a year and no problems canceled it. About a year later I decided to look at it again. I found it online for 29.95 a month. That was cheaper than the 39.95 I was paying before so I went to sign up for it and first matter was they didn’t charge me the 29.95 they had advertised and they charged me the old rate at 39.95. I just let it go but after a couple of months I decide to pause my account, that was a option they have on their app so I did. I had planned to leave it that way for a while and turn back on later. So the next month I get a text on my phone where they bill me 39.95 on the 3rd day of the month. That was the same day I paused it the month before and I hadn’t took it off pause.

So I call them up and tell them what had happened and I hadn’t realized that they had turned the pause off the month before and charged me on the 4th. They had my services on the month before and I never used them one time because I hadn’t realized it was on. So I ask for a refund and the refused to refund me my money from the month before. So since they charged me on the 4th I shouldn’t have been charged till the 4th so it was a day early and they would not refund that money either even though they charged early. They said I had to keep it for that month, but I never used it and they didn’t send a copy of my termination till the next month. These people are nothing but low-life crooks and they're supposed to be a credit reporting agency. Supposed to be know by a good example, trustworthy, honesty and integrity. None of the above. Just lying, thieving conmen.

I paid my auto loan, credit cards in full. Fico has sent my credit score to Experian BUT, because I paid all my debt obligations my credit score from 751 went down to 698. I am penalized for having 0 balance on my credit cards or my car loan. I am punished for paying off all my loan obligations to apply for home loan. The scoring model they use is unfair and unjust. How in the world I am penalized for paying off my debts? It is wrong!

They don't have it where it can be a review made on Google or a section on social media.. So you know the guys are ripping people off with inaccurate information. I paid for the subscription thinking I would see differently. Come to find out it was wrong information. I contacted them same day I signed up. 8/30 they don't do refunds so I waited. My acct was updated 09-13 of this month with inaccurate information. Contacted the call center on the 13 to see why they gave me a ** of excuses. I gave them my update from Experian themselves of what it should be and 2 other sources that corresponding with the rest of the scores. They basically said they don't know what to tell me.

I paid to get an updated Equifax while on the phone to see if it would show an update and with that update it didn't move. It was still wrong. I did a soft pull on my credit the night before and my scores was higher. Later on that night I applied for mortgage and my scores was different as in higher. Asked them to delete my account, they send me a link with no instructions... This company is by far inaccurate and not so professional.

Nicolus said he would tell me why credit score dropped and once I paid their "One Time" fee. He suggested that I download the credit file. Then, after the bait, came the switch. "No actual answer" as to why my score drops and drops. Took my money, Ashley the Supervisor said that once I downloaded and received a report, then no refund. They even set me up on a re-occurring monthly charge which I didn't even want. EEKS!

I signed up with this company to monitor my FICO score to prepare to apply for a mortgage. I had a balance of 4,500 on my credit cards. They gave me the advice to pay off my 4,500 credit card balance to improve my score by 40 points for each credit bureau. It was very important to me because my score is below 700, and being able to jump into 700+ level was very tempting. I paid off my credit card debts but my score only improved by 9 points in each bureau. Now, I have 0 balance on my credit cards and there is nothing to suggest in that area, so they suggest "paying my bills in time for 24 months" to improve my score. But guess what? I am already paying my bills on time. I have an excellent payment history.

Now you can make a conclusion that their suggestions are not competent and do not yield promised results. That means, there is nothing special about this company, they just collect scores from bureaus like everybody else and there is no reason to pay for their membership, because do a fee the same as Credit Karma does for free.

I signed up for a family plan to add my husband that I was unable to access to his scores. When I requested a refund they refused to provide refund for the undelivered services. The worst customer service. It’s clear and obvious I did not get what I paid for and they did not care. Instead of making it right and keeping a customer for long term they decide to keep $20 and have an angry customer that has now terminated services.

The site is very confusing in determining what your actual credit score is. Too many links, and not enough information in detailed format. Stop charges fees for customers to learn about their own information. If a person can provide answers to security questions, they should be charged for their own information.

It will alert you by email if your information is being used. It works well and monitors all sites, including websites that might use your info for job seekers' purposes. But it doesn't really provide any safe cards if things get stolen. It won't stop people from using your information. It just lets you know if they do, and then you have to sort it out yourself. I also wish they gave you a list of sites where your information could be used so you can monitor better yourself. I wish too that it was free for more than a year.

I like being able to have a complete list of credits and past due accounts. For every past due bill I paid I was able to get a higher credit score and qualify for mortgage. With the service I was able to contact creditors and pay past due account on past accounts and raise my credit score. I loved this feature. I can lower my interest rate. This is a great service I would recommend to anyone wanting to build their credit and pay on past due account. This service has outstanding customer service. However, I wish the product came with more tools. I would give everyone a tool to teach people how to rebuild their credit, like a book and a DVD about how to improve their credit. With these tools they would help people become more financially secure.
