Congress needs to make FICO provide their algorithm. They can't because it's gotta out of hand, even they don't know what the fk is going on. example: I paid off my Bmw Financial loan on my car. It dropped my FICO score an average of 30 pts across the three credit reporting companies. example: last week my Experian FICO dropped 23 pts. Why? no reason. Nothing changed. Investigate FICO! They cost Americans millions in higher interest because they work for the banks.
Bad experience, greedy, money hungry company more interested in getting their monthly fee than anything else! Customer service representatives are robotic and non-caring. Spoke to two different representatives for 20 minutes and it was like talking to a wall.

I paid my auto loan, credit cards in full. Fico has sent my credit score to Experian BUT, because I paid all my debt obligations my credit score from 751 went down to 698. I am penalized for having 0 balance on my credit cards or my car loan. I am punished for paying off all my loan obligations to apply for home loan. The scoring model they use is unfair and unjust. How in the world I am penalized for paying off my debts? It is wrong!
They don't have it where it can be a review made on Google or a section on social media.. So you know the guys are ripping people off with inaccurate information. I paid for the subscription thinking I would see differently. Come to find out it was wrong information. I contacted them same day I signed up. 8/30 they don't do refunds so I waited. My acct was updated 09-13 of this month with inaccurate information. Contacted the call center on the 13 to see why they gave me a ** of excuses. I gave them my update from Experian themselves of what it should be and 2 other sources that corresponding with the rest of the scores. They basically said they don't know what to tell me.
I paid to get an updated Equifax while on the phone to see if it would show an update and with that update it didn't move. It was still wrong. I did a soft pull on my credit the night before and my scores was higher. Later on that night I applied for mortgage and my scores was different as in higher. Asked them to delete my account, they send me a link with no instructions... This company is by far inaccurate and not so professional.
If you want the best app to track your credit scores this definitely is the way. They provide you with over 12 different fico scores and they use the models that most companies use when evaluating your credit worthiness. If you don’t have this app it’s time to invest in it.
I like all threw of these sites for monitoring my credit. They are easy to maneuver and keep me up to date on all. My credit and credit reporting needs. I check weekly and when I had identity issues with someone trying to use my name to set up accounts it was very convenient and quite the lifesaver.
Do MyFico ever freakin' pick up their phone. I doubt it. Please pass! Just stole my money. First they make you pay then you would need to call them to verify your account. Good luck having them pick up their phone. ** thieves!
Nicolus said he would tell me why credit score dropped and once I paid their "One Time" fee. He suggested that I download the credit file. Then, after the bait, came the switch. "No actual answer" as to why my score drops and drops. Took my money, Ashley the Supervisor said that once I downloaded and received a report, then no refund. They even set me up on a re-occurring monthly charge which I didn't even want. EEKS!
I signed up with this company to monitor my FICO score to prepare to apply for a mortgage. I had a balance of 4,500 on my credit cards. They gave me the advice to pay off my 4,500 credit card balance to improve my score by 40 points for each credit bureau. It was very important to me because my score is below 700, and being able to jump into 700+ level was very tempting. I paid off my credit card debts but my score only improved by 9 points in each bureau. Now, I have 0 balance on my credit cards and there is nothing to suggest in that area, so they suggest "paying my bills in time for 24 months" to improve my score. But guess what? I am already paying my bills on time. I have an excellent payment history.
Now you can make a conclusion that their suggestions are not competent and do not yield promised results. That means, there is nothing special about this company, they just collect scores from bureaus like everybody else and there is no reason to pay for their membership, because do a fee the same as Credit Karma does for free.
I signed up for a family plan to add my husband that I was unable to access to his scores. When I requested a refund they refused to provide refund for the undelivered services. The worst customer service. It’s clear and obvious I did not get what I paid for and they did not care. Instead of making it right and keeping a customer for long term they decide to keep $20 and have an angry customer that has now terminated services.
