Ordered 3 flower baskets on a Monday to be delivered to my work Friday, for my customers to enjoy before I walk them to the Cemetery Saturday, to be placed on my loved ones graves afternoon when we close the office. No flowers Friday. No flowers Saturday. What a crappy Memorial Weekend for my family! Company could have warned me that they didn't have a local florist long before it was too late!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! What a scam!!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom, to be delivered to her on her birthday allowing a two day leeway. I called my mother the evening of her birthday and asked if she had received her flower and to my surprise, she had not. I did not receive any sort of contact from Just Flowers saying why the order was not delivered. When I called, I spoke to someone who was unable to help me and told me that she would escalate this to her manager but her manager would not be available until after the weekend. I did get a call from Just Flowers the next day and when I asked for the order to be cancelled, they offered me a $10.00 credit and a letter of apology. What is a letter of apology and a $10.00 credit going to do??? How embarrassing for myself and Just Flowers. After several attempts to redeem my business, they finally gave me a refund and cancelled the order.

I'm from Hawaii and wanted to send my mother flowers for the "first time." I've called the representative to ensure that they delivered to this particular zip code. Once I received confirmation that they do, I've placed my order online. Prospective delivery date was for Saturday, 10May14. Saturday came and went, no flowers. Mother's Day came and went, no flowers. Finally Monday came around, my mother texted me saying no flowers have been delivered and I've talked to a representative informing me that they are trying to get in contact with the florist, but no answer and offered me a $5.00 credit and re-direct my order to another florist and delivery will be made Tuesday/Wednesday the latest.
Tuesday went by, nothing. Wednesday went by, nothing. And I've called on Wednesday and talked to two different representatives whom I've informed about the situation and what's the status. Because my patience was running out and with the numerous hold times and wanting to talk to their manager, no success that day. In turn I've informed both representatives that I want a full refund back. Thursday came around and I've finally got in contact with the manager, told her the entire situation, and was only offered $15.00 back for a refund out of $76.00 because delivery finally was made late that evening and she could do an "apology" phone call to my mother, and I told her that would defeat the purpose because the timeline wasn't met and getting the run around and offered a discount for my next order.... (not happening!).
Told her that the timeline given to me was not followed through, got the run around, took 5 days to get my mother flowers, and terrible customer service and till this day I am still waiting for a credit back for $15.00 which I will be doing a follow-up on. I will NEVER use this company again. I feel cheated out of my money because I could've got the full refund if I did not "accept" the $5.00 credit back and re-directing my order that the representative did not inform me of. On another note, when delivery was attempted and to no avail because no one was home, no follow up phone call or a heads up has been put out to me or my mother because it wasn't in the "special instructions" (common sense). It turned out to be a disaster for my first attempt to send my mother something other than a phone call or card for Mother's Day. Never again will I use this company! Lesson learned for me!!!

Shame on me for being twice burnt by this useless company. First time I ordered flowers for my dear friend's 50th birthday. She never got them! No call. Had the run around with the so-called 'manager' for days! Finally got a refund. They sent me a coupon for the next time. Well, silly me for believing they would be any better the second time around. Same thing! No flowers!!! 'Managers' useless - no help!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you do, don't say you weren't warned.

I spoke with four people from the company and was offered 7 dollars credit! I will never order from this despicable unsympathetic company again as well as informing everyone I know to never order as well! Horrible experience! Shameful! Not only grieving but having to look at the horrid flowers!

This is the first time I tried this company. I have never been so angry over such terrible customer service. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom to be delivered on Saturday May 10th, before Mother's Day. I spoke with my mom on Mother's Day and she never received flowers and said she walked outside to check by the front and side door and was home all day Saturday. I felt terrible, called Just Flowers who confirmed they were delivered and said they would follow up with the florist on Monday. Two different representatives from Just Flowers called my mom on Sunday Morning (Mother's Day) to confirm as well that she did not receive the flowers, which honestly made it worse. Not only I called her to check in and 1 representative from Just Flowers, but then a second representative from Just Flowers called her. Monday I called Just Flowers to find out they still couldn't get in touch with the Florist. I asked for the Florist name and said I'd be happy to call directly but they would not give me the Florist name.
I finally got a voice message from them on Thursday saying that the florist said they delivered the flowers and they cannot refund the $114.00 I was charged. I called the main number and spoke to Julia who was rude and difficult to understand. After putting me on hold forever and then calling me back, she confirmed they would not refund the money even though my mom never received any flowers??!!! After researching this company and finding many similar complaints below, there seems to be some major problems with this company. I have called my credit card company to dispute this charge which they are following through on. I have never had such a poor experience.

I ordered flowers in plenty of time to get to my mother-in-law on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. As of Tuesday they still weren't there. Justflowers.com blamed the florist. The customer service rep I talked to barely spoke pronounceable English and I had to tell her over and over that I wanted to speak to her supervisor. She kept putting me on hold and then coming back to me to try again. After an HOUR of this, I got a supervisor who promised me that she would contact the local florist first thing in the morning and would call me immediately. I did not hear back from her and ended up calling the corporate office in California where I talked to the General Manager. I got a full refund and promised him I would blow up the internet and social networking with bad reviews. The flowers I ordered from 1-800-flowers this morning got to her this afternoon. I will be using them from now on.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, to be delivered on Sunday, 05/11/14. I received a confirmation and thought that everything was ok. I opened my email 3 days later, and the flowers had still not been delivered. Not only that, but I received a separate email stating that they weren't even going to deliver the arrangement that I ordered. So I'm out the price of the arrangement and delivery, and didn't get a single thing that I paid for: They didn't deliver the arrangement that I ordered, (and received a confirmation for) and if they delivered anything at all, it was three days past Mother's Day. This is downright thievery. I called their customer service and was told that they refused to refund my money. I had provided two (2) phone numbers that I could be reached at, and they put the blame on me by saying that I didn't open my emails on time. I keep good phone records, and no attempt was made to contact me at the numbers I provided.
I would think that taking someone's money for something that was never delivered, (and I think that they NEVER intended to deliver) is at the very least immoral, definitely a bad business practice, and probably illegal. They seem to be smug in the thought that no one will pursue legal action in matters less than $100 in value. After reading some of the reviews online, it appears that I am not the only one who has had the same negative experience with justflowers.com. From all evidence, it seems that they are, (at best) a company based on conning the customer. I called their customer service and gave them every chance to make things right, and they outright refused. Please encourage everyone you know to boycott justflowers.com and to seek out the more reputable floral providers.

I am so........upset I order flower for my mom for Mother's Day from JUSTFLOWERS and when my Mom did not get her flowers until 3pm 05/12/14 after Mother's Day. She received her arrangement. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen when talking to her over Skype. I contacted Florist Image flowers and gifts in Elma, WA that did the arrangement. I spoke with the owner, and she told me that what was what she was told to arrange, it was to be one sided with flower of green, pink, white with filler. The flowers the florist used were not even close to what was shown on web page (Purity bouquet #3141-4163-1101-234) photo of the arrangement that my mom received by florist attached, with the arrangement that she should had receive (at lest similar) and I asked that she pick them up, we don't want them.
Owner stated that her Husband will be picking up the arrangement but it's Wed and still they have not picked them up. I can go to any store and buy flowers and have my 4 year old arrange them better than what Image Flowers and Gifts in Elma handed her!!! I spent 72.00 and what she got was a value of $0.00. Then I get a call from the customer service department that want to refund only $10.00 of the $72.00. What a scam... and I will never use them Just Flowers again!!!! I WANT A REFUND ASAP.

I ordered flowers for my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day on May 4. I called before I placed the order online because Teleflora told me they could not deliver to her area. I was assured that Just Flowers could deliver so I asked for delivery on Saturday, May 10. The day came and went and no delivery. I called Sunday and got a recording that they were not taking calls due to high volume for Mother's day. I got on live chat, spent 50 minutes with an agent who supposedly called and confirmed the flowers should be delivered Sunday. No flowers. I called Monday morning and asked for a Manager and the person asked me why I wanted a Manager.
So, I went through the entire story again and was told again, due to high volume they could not transfer to a Manager but that he called the florist directly and the flowers would be delivered. No delivery. I called again, was told the florist was closed on the weekend (really, on Mother's Day) but the flowers would still be delivered. That person gave me a phone number to a Manager line. I called this morning after receiving yet another service notice that there had been a delay. The Manager took 2 minutes to tell me that they could not deliver to this area and that they could only do so via FedEx or UPS. I asked for a refund and am sending her something else but their customer service is horrible and they are not truthful. Do not use them.

They put me on hold, called the florist, came back to the line and told me they would refund the money and didn't offer an explanation. I had to ask what happened and I was told the florist was busy. I let them know that the florist should not accept more orders than it can fulfill, especially on Mother's Day! I was not home Mother's Day morning. I came in late afternoon and had a phone message (9:30 a.m.) that flowers had been delivered and were placed in front of my garage. I live in Reno. It was hot. The flowers were dead by 3:30 when I went out to get them. I called the delivery service and they offered to deliver a new bouquet. I asked how much my son had paid for this bouquet and was told $60.00. I said it was unacceptable and I wanted his money refunded. The "bouquet" is a few stems of small carnations, 2 stems of chrysanthemums, 2 stems of some kind of small wild rose shoved in a vase with fern. Horrible looking with cheap flowers. They then offered me a replacement with a special designer bouquet and we agreed they would deliver yellow tulips. Nothing ever arrived.
I have asked my son to contest the charge with his credit card company. Unacceptable at all levels and he paid a lot more than $60 I come to find out. The $60 is just what was paid to the local company to deliver a cheesy bouquet that I would not even pay $20 for. The local company, who would not give me their name but who sound like a home based business, said to tell my son not to order from Just Flowers as they were following their instructions. I went online and the Just Flower bouquets shown in the price range my son actually paid are all quite beautiful to look at - nowhere is carnations or chrysanthemums just jammed in a vase. For what he paid I should have received real roses. This is a rip off by all parties.

Please anyone who is thinking of using this company, listen to me, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THEM!! I placed an order on Friday night with a representative by the name of Phoebe. She assured me the flowers I ordered to be sent to my son and his wife to congratulate them on my newest granddaughter would arrive on Friday. Friday came and went, no flowers! I spoke to another company representative on Friday evening, Mina. She assured me there had been a problem with the florist and they would be delivered on Saturday. She also told me someone from Just Flowers would call me in a minute or two to explain what had happened. I waited over 35 minutes and no one called.
I went to bed and found a message on my cellphone in the morning, but basically it was just a run-around message. I tried all day Saturday to call someone at customer service there and all I got was some lame music recording, no one ever answered the phone. I called their customer service at 6 pm and was assured by a company representative that the flowers were still going to be delivered. As of 11:00 pm, nothing! I have now spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to get someone to explain to me why. I was put on hold on the phone line, with no one ever coming on to speak to me and then being disconnected.
I tried to have a live chat online and the reps ended the chat three times, with no explanation. Then I spoke to Phoebe again on the phone, who was not able to tell me anything other than someone would call me tomorrow (Sunday) or I could call them! I was not even allowed to cancel my order tonight. I was told I could not do it until tomorrow! I was also told there was no supervisor there tonight to speak to me! They were finally delivered on Sunday 04/20/14 after so many phone calls between both my daughter and the company and me and the company.
Finally I asked for my money back and they got the local florist to speak with my daughter. They were saying that the flowers were undeliverable as nobody was at the theater. He called back and they again placed him on hold and they told him the local florist would deliver the order on April 9th. My husband told them no, to cancel the order. We had already ordered flowers from another company and they had already been delivered. They told us we could not cancel the order. My husband asked to speak to a manager and was told they were all busy and they would call him back in 10 minutes.
Well, today is April 9th and still no call. I have now called Capital One and disputed the charges with them. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered from this company, but I promise word of mouth gets around... All my friends have heard about the terrible experience I have had with this company and they are telling their friends and etc. Keep it going.

I ordered a half dozen roses from them. It was supposed to come with greenery and Misty Blue. The local florist told Justflowers they had no Misty Blue and substituted it for Baby's Breath. Justflowers never informed me of the change so I could decide if I still wanted to proceed with the order. When the flowers arrived, there was no greenery either. The local florist told me that is because by the time Justflowers took their cut and delivery charges were deducted, there was not enough left over for greenery. I complained to Justflowers and sent them a picture. They offered me a coupon on a future purchase knowing full well I will never order from them again. Don't order from any online florist. They gouge and the item you receive will not resemble the picture. Find a florist you can trust and tell them exactly what you want.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for my sisters' birthdays. One was delivered on time, as advertised, and she was very happy with it. Unfortunately, the other bouquet was NOT delivered - the local florist wouldn't leave it at her apartment and said that it was "too far" to re-direct to her office. When she finally went to PICK THEM UP (after I paid for rush delivery), the flowers were not fresh, nor were they what I had ordered.
That would be bad enough; however, when I called customer service to complain - after all, I thought they'd want to know that their local partner was not representing them well - I was asked to send a photo of what she received. After that, I was asked why she didn't refuse to accept the flowers. I was REPEATEDLY offered a discount on my next order when I had already clearly explained that I would not be using them again after this experience. And I was hung up on by a SUPERVISOR when I articulated these concerns.
Ultimately, the company would not budge - they offered me a $15 refund on a $70 order, and I took it to get them to stop calling because, frankly, repeated calls starting at square one were a waste of my time. Having overseas customer service personnel who are NOT trained to make decisions regarding situations that arise "off the script" is BAD BUSINESS. When I train people on customer relations, I will be using my experience with this company as an example of how NOT to listen and how to virtually guarantee that someone will NEVER use your services again.
Here's the rule: THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. If you don't think the customer is right, you still have to do what it takes to make them happy. I was not asking for more than I paid; I was asking for a refund of what I paid, without having to jump through hoops to get it. Ridiculous. This company needs to go away.

I waited on hold a very long time and got a recording to leave my name and number and they would call me back in 10 min. 45 minutes later I called, waited a long time and finally spoke with a mgr. He told me they needed me to pay an additional $20.00 delivery fee. I said no way and he tried to negotiate the price down to get me to still place the order. I insisted. I ordered flowers from Just Flowers. The picture showed a basket of pink roses, carnations on a stand. I paid $109.00. When I went to the funeral home, I was really disappointed. A basket with lilies and daisies. And not on a stand. I contacted them and they offered me $10.00 credit and then they offered me $20.00 credit. I got about 20 phones calls from them. The last one said it was roses and mums. I told her I was not stupid I know roses, mums, lilies and daisies. As far as I am concerned, it is a scam. You don't get anything like the picture and not the flowers and not on a stand. I would never order from them again, so I wanted to let other people know what they did to me. To me, that is a really big price for lilies and daisies in a basket.

This company is indeed the worst!!! Here are some of the reasons why you should not deal with this company:
1. They give FALSE information. They guarantee on time delivery of flowers but NEVER deliver them on time. Then they would defend their tardiness with their online policy!!!! It says: "For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day." SO what does that suggest?? for whatever reasons they may give you for their late delivery they will deliver the flowers you ordered in their convenient time!!!!! ALSO the NEXT DAY they are talking about usually takes 3-7 days!!!
2. They don't give your total bill until your credit card has already been charged!!! Beware of this fraudulent company. Don't waste your time and money with people who don't intend to give you the service you deserve. You will be surprised to see your bill in your email (if they care to send it to you). Because I needed to call THREE TIMES just to get my invoice because they refused to give my total when I ordered!!!! They kept saying "let me pass through this page!" Then insisted to send it through my email!!! and Guess what!!!???? My total doubled! Because of the different charges they included that were not discussed before processing my order!!!! They are definitely PROFESSIONAL SCAMS!!!
3. They make substitutions without your approval!!! SO if you want to order flowers and want totally different flowers be delivered, then order from this company that is also one of their specialization!!!!
4. When you call their customer service hotline you will be put on hold forever!!!! AND when you get to talk to them and to their managers THEY ALL SEEM UNWILLING TO HELP YOU!!!! READING THE SAME SCRIPT OVER AND OVER WAITING FOR YOU TO JUST SURRENDER!!!!!!! If they don't have enough people to answer your complains that is not our problem anymore!!!!! Why don't you just close your company!!!!!!!! STOP STEALING MONEY FROM CONSUMERS!!!!!!
IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE because all they can offer is their apology!!!!!!! If anyone of you can bring our concerns to the authorities knowledge, please do. No one deserves to be treated like this. Authorities should get to the bottom of this. This company should be closed.

I ordered birthday flowers for February 24, 2014 delivery from this web site for my sister in Mount Dora, Florida. I typically go directly to a local florist, but, as my sister had just moved to this new community, I took a chance on "Just Flowers" and spent $84.00 on a bouquet and delivery charges. It was a total waste of time and money, as the flowers were late arriving and turned brown on day 2. I did not find out that the flowers were a disaster for a week later. And, I felt too busy to track down "Just Flowers" to lodge a complaint till March 27th. When I explained the circumstances to a representative, I was initially offered $5.00 in compensation and then I got passed to the manager who offered a $10 credit to my credit card. I asked that the bouquet be replaced, but the company refused to do so as I was deemed to have waited too long to complain about the poor quality of the flowers. I am writing this review so that others will not fall victim to a company that sells poor merchandise and does not stand behind their products. Never again will I use "Just Flowers".

My dear friend lost her father last month. Upon hearing of his passing, I arranged to send her a bouquet of flowers through JustFlowers.com. Big mistake. The promo code I used was initially not accepted. They did fix that, but when I talked to my friend about three weeks later, I realized she never got the flowers (though I had been billed for them). So on Mar. 13, I called Just Flowers and inquired about my friend's order. At first they said they had been delivered, but they had no confirmation to prove this. On Friday, Mar. 14, I get a call and an email from them saying she'll receive the flowers on Sat. Mar 15. No flowers came.
Today (Mar. 19) I get two emails. One saying they'll be delivered today, and then the second one was sent 12 minutes later with the subject line of "Please disregard previous email" and saying they'll be delivered tomorrow on 3/20. I am so discouraged at this point. I feel like I should have just made a monetary donation in my friend's father's name than deal with this. I just want to brighten her day. It should not take multiple emails and calls to JustFlowers customer service center in order to accomplish this.

A company such as Just Flowers should realize that the food regulation in China is not up to par, to say the least, and that they should not be distributing their goods to their customers.
I was even more disappointed that after being a customer for at least 10 years, they only offered a $5 credit when I called to complain and would not agree to ship out new candies to the recipients that were made in the US. Do not use Justflowers.com!! I ordered flowers from JustFlowers on February 26th for same day delivery. When I went to place order, a note came up that said I was beyond the cut-off time for same day, but my flowers would go out first thing the next day. I ordered anyway. The "flowers" arrived the next day at 5pm. For $70.73, my daughter-in-law received dark greenery with one bloom of a day lily, three flower pods, and one sprig of some time of stem flower with multiple tiny blooms. I called to complain and they said they would give me a $5 credit for next order. I called PayPal, and hopefully, I will receive a full refund via Paypal, as they are giving the company until March 10th to refund my money.
JustFlowers sent an email to me March 5th, asking me to call them concerning the order. I did, and was put on a "1-2 minute" hold for a manager. Six minutes later, they came back on the line and said all managers were busy with other customers (which told me there are a LOT of complaints) and they would have a manager call me on March 6th. I never received a call. Today, March 7th, I tried to call again. TEN minutes later, a manager comes on and said they called the florist and the florist said the flowers would eventually bloom in a few days. I told them the picture showed roses and there were no roses and I did not want a vase of flower buds to be delivered, I wanted flowers.
They said they understood and would offer me a $15 coupon for the next time I ordered from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Go straight for the florist. I live in Canada and like so many others who have posted comments, had an extremely negative experience with an order I placed with JustFlowers.com following the death of one of my good friends' mothers. I live in Ontario and my friend in Hinton, Alberta. Immediately upon hearing of the death, I went online to look for a flower delivery service able to quickly deliver a bouquet to express my condolences. JustFlowers.com is an easy to use site promising next day delivery and showing a wide variety of lovely arrangements so I picked one and completed the online order which included the postal code for the delivery address.
If Just Flowers is not able to deliver in a certain area, my expectation would be that I be notified immediately, based on the postal code and delivery address, so I can proceed to find another company. Unfortunately, my first indication that there was a problem came three or four days later, when I received a call asking if they could change some of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered. Nine days after the order I received another call indicating that there was a problem with the delivery, in hindsight I don't think they have a local flower shop to process orders for them.
This is the worst service I have ever heard of. Obviously I won't be dealing with Just Flowers ever again, but I don't think this is sufficient. I have also reported to the Better Business Bureau and would encourage anyone who paid using PayPal (as I did) to join me in complaining to PayPal to see if, together, we could exert enough pressure on them to cease their dealings with this dishonest and disappointing business. PayPal is a reputable company that might not be inclined to deal with such a band of thieves. 96% of the postings on this site gave Just Flowers the lowest possible rating, I think that speaks volumes.

And at this time I reiterated I wanted the flowers at the funeral for the 4 pm viewing then another call came at 5 pm and please note the viewing began at 4 stating my order would be delivered the next day as the local florist was unable to process the order.
Now here's the truth. I contacted the florist direct and they had received a cancel order at 4 pm and that was the only contact they had received. They were confused and were in process of verifying when I called. Fortunately the local florist delivered a beautiful arrangement at a MUCH lower cost staying late to make sure the flowers were delivered. I had signed on to the local florist's website and somehow this company processed the order.
The local florist is horrified that their customer was diverted. Also I received at least five emails from Justflowers wanting to talk. Who wants to talk, I wanted my order processed for a funeral and it was not done by their company. They could call and ask my name but not call earlier in the day to state the order could not be processed and they wanted to substitute lower priced flowers. Beware this company. At the time of order, I got a message that said it was possible that the flowers might not be able to be delivered that day but every effort would be made to deliver them. I later got an email that said they couldn't be delivered that day but they would be delivered the next. On an immediate note, my debit card was charged almost immediately. The next day, the flowers weren't delivered. I called Just Flowers and asked if I could get a status on the order. I was told that flower delivery could take until 6pm. I informed the lady that it was 6:30. She said she would call the flower vendor and call me back in a few minutes.
I called back at 8pm after not receiving the promised call. I was told that they had talked to the owner of the flower shop and his driver was out but would be back in a few minutes and they would call me back in a few minutes with a status. 45 minutes later, I received a call stating that they couldn't get a status but they would call me tomorrow. I told them I would be at work until 11:30 so I couldn't receive a call until 12 noon. I got off work and saw that they had called an hour too early. I had a voice mail from a Jason who was saying that the florist had attempt three deliveries and no one was home. He then said that the florist was not going to deliver them without being able to verify the phone number because it was not a valid number. He then said that there was snow (West Virginia) and he wasn't going to go out without verifying with the receiver of the flowers.
I see this as a contradiction as he either attempted delivery or not. On a side note, Just Flowers called my wife last night to ask if she had received the flowers. Not bad on a bogus phone number. I told them the number was good, there was no snow on the roads and to deliver the flowers. They supposedly contacted the florist and told him I requested the delivery. I said that I wanted email or phone verification of delivery and they promised that I would get that. As of the end of the business day, I have not received any notification of delivery. I am a local florist and have taken orders for Just Flowers. On several occasions Just Flowers has called requesting flowers that we do not have and had to call their customer back to assure that the flowers we have will work in the arrangement they are ordering. This is fine but realize that when you are ordering online, what you see in the picture cannot be guaranteed because we did not create those arrangements and have usually never seen them before getting the order. We do have a way to view the order online, but on a busy day such as Valentine's Day we may not be able to get to a computer.
The bigger issue, however, for me is Just Flowers has taken my domain name, thepinkorchiddesign.com and created pinkorchiddesign.com that directs customers to their website promising to be a trusted florist in my area for 12 years. Furthermore, they have claimed my Google Places listing and put their website as the website listed on my web page. Now, there is a listing with the incorrect address and store hours for my store and a website that I have nothing to do with. I had to explain to a customer yesterday when he called to complain about a Valentine order that had not been delivered on time that I did not receive the order and had nothing to do with that website.
This goes way beyond having one order not delivered or being overcharged. They have hurt my reputation and directed business away from my store. I hope this review helps consumers as well to realize what kind of company they are ordering from when they order from Just Flowers. I am going to call Google to try to get this matter straightened out, but I can't believe that I have been taking orders from this company and helping them build a reputation when they are hurting mine.

The following day when someone from customer service finally answered, the rep was sitting in India and couldn't give a damn about my complaint. He offered to take a whopping $5 off my bill. After asking for a manager the service personnel just kept asking about information. I had to ask 5 times for a manager even raising my voice to be put on hold for 20 minutes. My daughter who had overheard everything decided to call because I had by that time lost my temper. Daughter called and gave the situation. Gwen the service personnel then said they would have to call back to say if they were delivered. My daughter asked to speak with a manager rather than going through the same thing a third time.
When the manager answered he put her on hold then came back 15 minutes later to say it was in the leasing office. My daughter said ok and asked why it has taken over 2 hours for someone to give us the answer that it is in the leasing office. The "manager" named Jason then proceeded to over talk her and say he wasn't going to call anything and that he was done talking to her. Mind you all she asked was why it took so long to know where they were and then when my daughter could get a word in she said that the way in which he was talking to her was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. The manager said, "My apologies," then continued to act disrespectful yelling at her and saying he would only speak to me...
The phone was on speaker and I said, "I'm here." Jason proceeded to then be disrespectful and my daughter had to literally raise her voice and say "Stop" which he didn't and continued to act disgustingly rude to her. Finally she said she would simply contact BBB and he threatened, "Go ahead, I'll just rebuttal it like we do other complaints." We hung up the phone. This was absolutely disgusting and inappropriate from a place that is suppose to be a business. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that this business is looked into for their very unprofessional manners.

I placed an order for Sympathy flowers on 1/26/14. These were to be sent to a wake that I could not attend on 01/28/14. The weather was bad and I could not drive that far. I felt comfort knowing that the flowers would be there. Then Just Flowers contacted me the day after the wake to tell me they could not deliver my order on time. Then they asked if I wanted them sent to my cousin's home. I told them no. I was very upset and I want to cancel the order. THEY STILL HAVE NOT CANCELED MY ORDER. Now they are asking me to use the flowers for another event. I told them absolutely not. I would NEVER use their service again. The past 2 days they have been saying they cannot credit my order until I speak to a manager. I said fine. Each time they have done this, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. VERY POOR SERVICE. Just Flowers, just sucks!!!!

I ordered flowers from this site for a friend who has cancer. The arrangement was listed at $89.00, but I paid $118.00 including tax, delivery charges, etc. I put a message to the florist saying that I would be viewing the flowers and to please do a great job. The flowers were left on her porch. I saw the flowers one day after they were delivered, and was really disappointed. The rubrum ("stargazer") lilies, which normally last a long time, were already curling and turning brown. Even the unopened buds were brown on the dips, and the water in the vase looked dirty.
There were NOT $89.00 worth of flowers (although the site claims their prices are about 20% off the normal price). They were not arranged well and bore little resemblance to the flowers in the photo. I cut off the damaged blooms and changed the water in the arrangement. The next day (today) I called the 800 number for Just Flowers. I expected an apology and either that the flowers would be re-delivered or that I would be given a partial refund. I spent 45 minutes, mostly on hold, arguing with various people. They wouldn't tell me which florist had sent the flowers, and after 45 minutes offered me a $5.00 credit toward my account. Don't use this site! Very disappointing!

No stars!! Worst customer service ever!! Total rip off and false advertisement! I work for a well known Boston hospital. When my nurse manager's mother passed away there was a group of us who put our money together and ordered what we thought was a beautiful arrangement through JustFlowers.com. When we arrived at the wake, we were shocked to find our "beautiful arrangement" was actually a hideous plastic plant!!!!! It was HIDEOUS!!!! Such an embarrassment for our dept. We were ashamed, embarrassed and upset! We contacted Jason (General manager) who was rude, and indignant that we were wrong and he was right! He actually wanted to call the deceased's family to confirm which arrangement was received. This company is the worst scam. Horrible management. Awful customer care! We placed an order for a specific sympathy arrangement on December 18 for delivery to the home of my son's fiancee. Her mother had just passed away after a long battle with cancer. We specifically chose the arrangement because it advertised a natural wood basket with a pretty ivy swirl around the handle which we felt was an appropriate arrangement for this somber occasion. What was delivered was not what we ordered. It resembled something more appropriate for a sweet sixteen birthday party.
After sending pictures of what was delivered we spent several days attempting to escalate the situation in order to get the florist to re-deliver the correct arrangement. Finally after 4 very frustrating calls I contacted VISA customer complaints in order to get my case supported. VISA must have contacted them because today (10 days after the order was placed) the corporate office called me to let me know they had now instructed the florist to go back and retrieve their flowers because that was their right. I'm appalled at this company and have no idea how they can still be in business. Not once did they offer to make good on the arrangement. I could have cared less about the money. I wanted an appropriate expression of sympathy for the sad occasion. I hope some folks read this and are guided to a reputable company. This company deserves to be out of business.

Please do not use Just Flowers at any cost. I had a nightmare with my order and the most poor customer service I have ever received from a company. I made one online order for two bunches of the same flowers to be sent to the same delivery address (one for my aunt and one for my cousins). Quite simple really. Not so... One bunch of flowers was not delivered - as it turns out there was a system issue and the local provider did not receive this order. One bunch of flowers was delivered but in exceptionally poor quality and had to be returned to the shop to be replaced.
Finally, I was overcharged for the privilege! After one week of going back and forth and emailing receipts to Just Flowers, the one set of flowers is about to be delivered (I hope!). I am being reimbursed to the original price I was quoted on my invoice but not without enduring a painful 40 minute phone call (after several live chats) with a Just Flowers customer service manager where it was insinuated that I was the one in the wrong. I am not to receive any compensation or apology. All I can do is hope they fix their systems and improve their customer service so that others do not to endure this fate. I, for one, will not be using this service again and would advise others to steer clear. A nice gift is now soiled.

My husband is away in the U.K. and decided to surprise me with flowers on my birthday. We have just gotten married and this being our first birthday married he really wanted it to be special. I work in a busy hair salon so it would have been wonderful to have flowers come in for everyone to see.. only they never came. I had been at work since 8am that morning and I kept getting check ins from my husband. In hindsight he was hoping my delivery would come. At about 4:30 I was really disappointed but figured with the holidays just passed and money being tight I wasn't going to get flowers this year. I have gotten flowers every year since we met.
At 4:15 he finally said "I ordered you flowers. They said they would be there between 9-5, so I'm sure they will be there soon." Well to me this was horrible as my birthday day was basically over. I asked for the order number before he went to bed. I called Just Flowers at 4:30. After being on hold for a good 10 minutes I was connected to someone who was really rude. They said they had spoke to the flower shop it had been assigned to and they were told they were on their way. He didn't seem to care at all that my birthday was over. So I had my children and friends sitting there waiting for me to get my delivery so we could go to dinner and by 5:15 it had not come. I had them leave to go on ahead to the restaurant.
I called again from my car and again was on hold a good 10 minutes. Lucky me I also got the same customer service rep as they probably only have one! I explained again what had happened and how I had never received my order. I was in my car outside the restaurant trying to still celebrate my birthday. After putting me on hold yet again he came on the phone to tell me there was a problem with my delivery because a very mad and rude employee was at my salon and would not accept the delivery. Yes he was mad and yes he didn't accept them as I wasn't there and wouldn't be there till Wednesday. He said the driver would be calling me and basically just kept repeating to me that I had to work this out with the driver and he then hung up.
Sure enough the driver called me 10 minutes later, said he was trying to deliver flowers to me but the employee at my work refused them. He said he was the owner of the flower store and normally didn't do deliveries but when he got the order at 4:30 he had to get a rush on it. Seems Just Flowers didn't put the order in till 4:30 and to make matters worse they choose a store 20 minutes away. The owner of the store would not take no for an answer. He wanted to bring them to me at diner. I told him why bother my birthday was over and my surprise was ruined. He went ahead and left them at my house. When I arrived home after 9 they were waiting for me on the porch and they didn't look good. All this hassle for this?
My husband has sent me some beautiful arrangements in the past and this by far was the worst. It was really small and it was half wilted and the flowers looked like leftovers swept up off the counter and thrown into a bowl. These won't last a day. I was so disappointed. I felt terrible for my husband who tried so hard to make my birthday special. We have both contacted the company since then to arrange a refund. I did not want these ugly flowers replaced as my birthday is over and I just want to forget about the hassle. We want a refund and every email response we receive is patronizing and never answers any questions. It is always a "we are looking it." Looking into what?
You screwed up Just flowers. Not only did you not place my flowers with a florist on time to get me a pretty arrangement to enjoy on my birthday but you had them rush me a junk arrangement after my birthday was over. Still waiting for a refund. Do not do business with them. They have the worst customer service around and have could care less about their customers. If you truly have to send flowers don't use this service. Find a local flowers shop instead.

I did...they told me I needed to verify the billing address...then told me that they needed to speak to the card holder to cancel the order...I read countless text messages to them, even called the local florist (who had gotten the order).
Ultimately, I became just as rude and obstinate with the customer service rep, who clearly didn't understand much English!! After being on the call for 23 minutes, not being able to speak to a manager, and telling the girl I would be leaving a review, she continued to give her stock, "I'll not that in the account, sir" answer...I finally told her I hoped she didn't screw over too many more people today and hung up. I ordered an arrangement from the website for my boss' mother's funeral from our office. There were no problems with delivery but when one of the girls came back from the first visitation, she had a picture of the arrangement and all the pink roses in the arrangement (the main focal point) were brown and dried around the edges. The flowers also did not resemble the picture of the arrangement that I ordered. I called Just Flowers and also sent them the picture. I asked for them to try to rectify the problem before the second visitation that evening. They did not.
That first day, I was on the phone with them about 4 times (on hold for long stretches). The following day, I spent most of my morning at work trying to get someone there to fix the problem. It was too late to get replacement flowers and Just Flowers did not want to admit there was anything wrong with the flowers. Finally, one girl told me that the funeral home lights were probably the reason behind the brown roses (I called the funeral home and, obviously, this is not the case). After calling and calling (also note that they have Norah Jones and Barry White singing two songs on a constant loop, I believe in an attempt to make people hang up), I spoke to a fellow who offered me $10, then $15 credit for the brown roses. I asked for a manager, but after several times being put on hold many times, I was told that the manager okayed a $20 credit.
I never got to talk to a manager, if there really is one. I accepted just because I was tired of dealing with them and I knew that they weren't going to relent. The following day, I get a call from Just Flowers offering me a $10 discount because the ROSES WERE SUPPOSE TO BE BROWN. What???? I explained to the guy that the issue was settled already and I better be getting at least $20 off my arrangement that cost over $100, was an embarrassment to everyone in my office and had caused me many hours of personal grief.
Customer service with this company is so bad, I am tempted to buy my flowers from the grocery store from now on. The quality there is actually better and I can see what I am paying for. My advice is buyer beware when dealing with Just Flowers. There is no guarantee that you will get what you order and they will not try to help fix any problems.

Ordering flowers for my girlfriend, who lives in Texas from Just Flowers, is probably the worst mistake I've made with an online Flower service. I picked, what looked to be a lovely bouquet of flowers, which should have been delivered on 6th Dec, 2013. I called the intended recipient to find out if she had received anything from me, and her response was no. Please keep in mind, I wanted the flowers to be a nice surprise for her on her "birthday.
I used Just Flowers online chat to find out what happened. The person I spoke to "Arienne", stated that she did not see anything indicating that there was a problem with this delivery, and that tomorrow there would be a follow-up, and based on the findings, Just Flowers would ensure that it was delivered, or will be delivered. I called Just Flowers the following morning (10am Central), and was advised by Marco, that the flowers were delivered, but that they could not make out the signature; therefore, nothing could be done until further investigation. I told him, that was absolutely impossible, because my friend has not received these flowers. I was told nothing could be done until they called the florist. Again, no one called me back, so I called them back, and spoke to someone named James. James stated that the flowers had been delivered, and I had explained to him that this was not possible, because there was no one home at the time these flowers were purportedly delivered; hence, who they deliver the flowers to?
James, to my surprise, called me back, apologized profusely and stated that the flowers were not delivered, and that the order was just sitting there. James promised to send the order to another flower service, and that my order would be upgraded, due to the late delivery and inconvenience. I was told by James that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. Again, I spent the entire day tracking this order, and as of 6:00pm, these flowers were not delivered.
My friend finally had the flowers delivered to her @ 7:20pm that night, and most of the roses where wilted. My friend sent me pictures, which I forward to their customer service. The agent (John or James) concurred that the flowers looked wilted, and that they would have to call the Florist on Sunday to find out what happened. Another apology was issued, and I was told that only a partial refund would be issued, and that they would try to rectify this issue.
I called Just Flowers this morning, and some woman there stated she was not able to get the Florist (Floral Concepts in Katy, Texas), on the phone, and that they would try today. Please keep in mind, James told me that they are open on Sundays, but the lady (Vic...not sure what her name is) stated that Floral Concepts is not opened on Sunday.
I decided to call Floral Concepts and was told by Matt that no one from Just Flowers called him, and that he was opened on Sunday. I called back Just Flowers to let them know that I got in touch with the Florist, and that someone is definitely there, and that I had sent the pictures to Floral Concepts, so they could see that the flowers were wilted. I was told that Floral Concepts did not receive the pics, and that James would forward the pics to him, and I would hear back from Just Flowers today.
I decided to give Just Flowers a call back, since it was now close to 4:00pm, and was told by this condescending woman (manager) that based on the pictures, they think they were fresh; hence, nothing would be done. At this point, I totally lost it. I said, they've had the pictures since Saturday night, and James or John of Just Flowers concurred that the flowers looked wilted, so why all of a sudden the flowers in the picture are not wilted. Why would it take you almost 48 hours to look at pictures and decide that they are not wilted. I was able to look at the pics and see that they are wilted, and most importantly, the recipient stated the (roses) in the arrangement were wilted, and the arrangement was small and not worth whatever I paid for them.
I told the lady (and I use the term loosely) that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and her response was go ahead. I think this company has this attitude, because they have been able to get away with this. I told her to give me back the measly $10, with an expletive, at this point. I had spent from Friday, up until Monday afternoon. They are about getting your money, and nothing about customer service. I must say, the customer service agents were polite, except for the woman I had to deal with, which I found her to be very condescending.
I contacted the recipient, and asked her to call Floral Concept, and when she called them, the gentleman told her that the delivery person had stated that when she deliverer the flowers, her house was hot. My girlfriend, "hates' the heat, and the delivery person did not have access to the home, the flowers were received in the garage, which is kept extremely cold. In others words, the delivery people are saying that "perhaps" the flowers were wilted, but it is due to the heat in her home, which is quite ridiculous, because the flowers were received at 7:20pm, and the pictures were sent to me after 8:00pm, the same evening.
I'm supposed to get a refund of $10, which I know I will have to call constantly to get back. I've never had such a horrific experience with an online flower vendor, until I came across these people. The only person working there that seems to have a "slight" conscience is James. They are very apologetic, but they will not REFUND, or ensure that they deliver what they say they will deliver, or rectify any wrongs. Total waste of my time and my money. Please take heed.

Mind you, I was at a funeral and did not count. However, I did discretely take a photo of the arrangement. I sent that pic to JF to prove my point. They still did not address my issue, other than offering a $15 credit, which I refused. Instead, I disputed the charge through my credit card and will next go to the Attorney General and file a complaint there as well as with the Better Business Bureau.
I've never seen such blatant false advertising or had such horrible service from a company. The worst part is that the flowers were for a dear friend and I had hoped they would reflect our close relationship. Instead, I ended up sad and embarrassed. (After being hounded about the number of flowers in the arrangement, I turned the table on JF via online chat and asked them to tell ME how many flowers would be in the arrangement. The rep struggled and finally came back with numbers. He quoted numbers for the baseline arrangement that were greater than what I'd received in my arrangement (per picture). I had also paid up for the 'better' arrangement so I asked him how many flowers I'd get for the additional monies and he said 'value'. After pressing the question several times, he finally came back with a number. He gave me the details I needed for my complaint.

This company is a scam. I ordered flowers and processed the purchase online. With this order, I requested expedited delivery. I contacted the would-be recipient after the order should have been delivered and found out that it had not been. I then contacted the company and they informed me that the bouquet would be delivered in the standard time frame. They agreed to refund the expedited fees. The next day, the bouquet had still not been delivered. I called again to check on the status of the order, and they requested additional money in order to process the order. I cancelled the order and decided to go through a different company at this point. I'm still waiting for the refund. Unreliable and fraudulent company with poor, slow customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I live on the West Coast and ordered flowers for East Coast delivery on my mom's birthday, online, including delivery fee, service fee and taxes. It was for next day delivery. About 1pm my time, (4pm East Coast time) Just Flowers called and said they made a mistake and would have to charge an additional $12.00. I said "cancel the order." They said the order was not cancellable. I then asked to speak to a manager. The "manager" said that they made a mistake, there is an extra $12.00 charge and the order was not cancellable. I told her to cancel the order.
I told my mother to refuse the order. They delivered anyway, and the delivery was refused. Now, two and one half weeks later, they are claiming that they agreed to remove the charge (which they never did in the little one hour window when this discussion occurred). They gave me a phone number to call that only plays music. So now, we will be disputing the charge on my credit card. This is not a professional operation. I agree with the previous writers. I managed to have an edible arrangement delivered before 6 on my mother's birthday.

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary on the 19th. Paid extra to have them delivered before 1 pm. Never arrived. Local florist called at 245 and I had left for the day. They had the wrong home phone number. They were supposed to deliver the flowers to me this am. Still haven't arrived. I called customer service at Just Flowers. Extremely rude along with the supervisor who was probably even ruder. I wanted the flowers cancelled. The moment is gone. They really messed up and have the audacity to treat my husband and myself so disrespectful on the phone and then on top of that refusing to comp the whole thing and still make good on the flowers!! They handle themselves so poorly! Never ever use them ever!

I ordered a "premium" potted plant basket for a funeral, paying top dollar for the "upgraded" size arrangement for which Just Flowers charged my credit card over a hundred dollars. When I arrived at the visitation and looked for our "premium, upgraded" order, I saw NO sign of it. Having not received any delivery confirmation, the funeral home helped get me on the phone with Just Flowers but they said they had no record of the delivery, either. As I prepared to leave the visitation, I apologized to the family of the decedent for the undelivered arrangement and they said "oh, no, we got that little basket from you." They pointed out a tiny, unremarkable arrangement that could not have contained more than $20 of potted plants, and I was appalled and embarrassed! Upon speaking with Just Flowers, they offered me a "coupon for a future order" and a $5 credit!?! I declined both and I will NEVER order from this outfit again. (The fact that Just Flowers claims to have a positive rating on Better Business Bureau raises SERIOUS concerns about THAT entity's credibility!?!)

I ordered flowers online this past Friday AM to be delivered for the wake of a loved one at 10 am the next day, Saturday. I received a follow-up phone call less than one hour after placing my online order to confirm this $169 heart wreath (of which total cost was $200!) would be delivered on time. I was told the flowers would be delivered that afternoon. So they would be there well in advance of the wake.
Imagine our surprise and anger when we arrive at the wake at 10 am and our flowers were not present. The wake was 10 am-11 am at the back of the church with the funeral Mass immediately following. At 10:50 am, in waltzes the florist at the side entrance, looking around sheepishly. She told me she had no communication from Just Flowers when these flowers were to be delivered. I was at a loss- furious- but unable to do anything at that moment because the funeral was starting. She left the flowers and said I had to take up my complaint with Just Flowers.
After the Mass, I called and voiced my absolute disappointment and anger that these flowers were not delivered as promised. They kept apologizing but said they needed to contact the local florist. Three hours later, I receive an e-mail that stated the florist attributed the delay to heavy rains and zero visibility. They expected that answer to be sufficient resolution. I responded asking them to verify the weather- which was misty rain and light fog. No reason to explain the delay-- and they had not thought themselves of verifying the florist's weather accusations? Incredible. I had to tell them how to use weather.com to verify the local weather for themselves.
I received two calls back from two different customer representative agents today as we were travelling back home. When I called back, I had a new agent who was not familiar with my complaint. I asked to speak to a manager and was left on hold waiting 30 minutes before she picked up the call. I got the same answers- told her how to use weather.com-- and still no resolution when she saw I was right and the florist was lying. She said she needed to do more investigation.
Sad that this company is linked directly off legacy.com and keeps disappointing. There is no remedy here as the flowers were for a wake 10-11 am and came at 10:50 am. It is sick that I have to be wasting energy when I am grieving. Refund my money. There is NO customer satisfaction here- I did not want to rate them with any stars but had to per the review requirements.
Tell all your friends and family. Stay away from this glorified order processing site. Worst experience ever.

Ordered from Just Flowers and had problems from the moment flowers were delivered. The flowers were for my in-laws' 50th anniversary/vow renewal ceremony. We thought it would be nice to order a small bouquet and boutineer. What we ordered from their site and what was delivered were totally different. I could have gone to our local grocery store and bought the "bouquet" they delivered. The arrangement looked ridiculous and came wrapped in cellophane. The flowers they included were not anything close to what their website showed. Called the company right away to try to get another bouquet delivered, but as it was already 4pm Saturday (delivery was promised by noon Saturday), I did not expect a resolution and we needed the flowers for Sunday am. We were told they could come "pick up" our flowers but could not get us another delivery in time.
We spent the next three days trying to get a credit, which we apparently are getting, but have not received yet. So for the over $115 we spent on the flowers and two delivery fees, they charged us for each delivery, bouquet and boutineer. INSANE! As they both went to same house, they are giving us a $15 credit. That does not even cover one of the delivery fees. In addition to this, Just Flowers told me they were notified by the local florist that our bouquet would not be the same arrangement as what was on their website. I don't believe this for a second! I did ask them to forward the email they received from the local florist, but have not received that yet. Not holding my breath on that! If they had been notified, why wouldn't they notify me, the customer, to make the decision on whether I would accept the change.
Just Flowers took the liberty of making my decision for me and will not stand behind their own product. Just Flowers is responsible for any order that is placed with them and it is, I believe, up to them to make sure that each and every customer who places an order is satisfied with their order. Believe me when I stated earlier I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought what they delivered. In addition to the money spent with this company, we had to run around Saturday afternoon to find an open flower shop to purchase a bouquet. I hope these reviews get read before an order is placed. I truly wish we had found these reviews before we placed our order.

Do yourself a favor, google a local florist in the town where you wish to send flowers and call them directly. You will not only save yourself money, you will get a far better product. Just Flowers do not sell flowers, they are an order gatherer. All they do is take the order and then send it on to an actual florist who fills the order. They make their money by having you order through them, taking their cut and passing what is left on to the local florist who then has to fulfill unrealistic promises that Just Flowers has made to you, their customer.

I called a local florist who is obviously a franchise or similar for JustFlowers.com. I asked what flower arrangement they could recommend for my wife`s 50th Birthday. I said I wanted something special as it was a special birthday and would like to recommend something and delivered the following day. The person I spoke to said, "We do a lovely display of flowers in a lovely basket, its' one of our best sellers. You could have two 'Happy 50th Birthday' balloons tied one at each end and we can also add a 'teddy bear' as well if you wanted it." I said, "That all sounds very nice. Can you give me a price for the flowers, balloons and the bear?" The price was quoted as $59.99 for the flowers and balloons and $34.99 for the teddy bear.
The lady then offered a delivery before 1pm which I accepted as we had already booked lunch for 1:30pm for my wife`s birthday so this worked perfect for me. I placed the order on the basis of the information received and gave my card details for payment. I received an e-mail from JUSTFLOWERS.COM. The payment had been taken and without my knowledge or agreement, they took a $6.75 handling fee and then also charged me for $17.98 shipping or service fee both, they did not inform me off nor did I expect to pay. I had already given all the details and I was quoted a price. This was the agreement, I never agreed to having add-on charges and certainly not without my authority. The saga continues...
On my wife`s birthday, we received a call at 12:45 from the florist to say, we are running late but the delivery will definitely be with us by 1:15pm. At 1pm I also received a call from the driver who also stated she would be with us by 1:15, as we had dinner reservation for 1:30, this was running tight for time. At 1:36, the flowers turned up, my wife opened the door and as the flowers were handed to her several fell out of the ceramic pot onto the floor. They had been cut too short and poked into the rest of the flowers. I ordered a basket, I received a ceramic pot that looked like it should have someone's ashes in it! I ordered two 'Happy Birthday' balloons, I received one balloon about 'Your attitude' and one balloon with a 'Yellow smiley face'. I ordered a lovely display of flowers, I got a number of flowers several that had been cut too short, several that were almost past their sell by date,. The display was very poor and nothing like what I was told or expected. I received the bear which was great and my wife liked it!!!!!!!
I complained to JUSTFLOWERS and they tried every trick in the book. I had, it's not our policy, it's covered in our policy, it's not our fault you should not have accepted delivery, every excuse they could think of instead of just apologizing, saying we got it wrong and credited me back the money. I arranged to have the flowers left so that the florist could collect. They failed to turn up on several occasions. To solve the issue, I even offered to take the flowers back to the florist but this was refused as JUSTFLOWERS does not give out the florist's name and address. I could do no more, the service from this franchisee was absolutely appalling and JUSTFLOWERS would not support me so I highly recommend do not put your business through JUSTFLOWERS if you want good customer service or from the outset a good arrangement of flowers that was fit for purpose and for the price quoted! At this point I am still waiting for the flowers to be picked up and I have not received any credit back. I would NEVER use this company or any of its franchises or offshoots again!!!!

She offered me an arrangement for 49.99$. I agreed with this one. She then asked if I wanted to upgrade. I said, “No, I can't afford any more.” She then went on to tell me about the fees. So I asked, “What is my total?” She said, "Your bouquet is 69.99$." I agreed and gave her my card.
When I checked my email my true total was 92.64$. I had never been told this price and was absolutely mortified. What she had done was instead of the 49.99$ bouquet sold me the 69.99$ one and then added the fees. When I called crying and begging to be reimbursed they told me I could have a 5$ discount on my next order. They man in management was so offensive and rude I had my husband call. He was given the same treatment. How is a company allowed to steal from people without legal action? Why are there all these complaints and no legal action taken against these people?

Sadly, I have now found and read my experience presented in various versions over and over. I cannot fix my situation now but hope to warn others! I ordered flowers for an out-of-town funeral on a Sat. (using Just Flowers' search engine to confirm they could make a Sunday delivery for Morgantown, W.Va.). The calling hours were Sunday. I received an email Sunday afternoon (after calling hours had already been going on) saying the arrangement would not be delivered on Sunday. I called the 'Customer Service' number on the website (this is a MISNOMER... THERE IS NO CUSTOMER ACTUAL SERVICE!). I was told that for an unknown reason, all local florists in Morgantown had closed on Sunday this particular week! Not to worry, they would deliver first thing in the morning before the funeral.
Monday morning less than two hours before the funeral, I was called and told, "So sorry, no white roses available," but they would put daisies and carnations in instead. The arrangement I had selected had NINE white roses, front and center. I said, "Use another color of rose." "So sorry, but there are NO roses available." Flowers would not be delivered until sometime Monday afternoon to the florists in that area. We will use daisies and carnations and Fiji mums instead. No Iris either, by the way so we will use Larkspur...
I asked for the name of the local florist they use since I did not believe there were no roses in Morgantown available. ”So sorry, cannot give you that information. Not to worry though, they would make it full and beautiful.” Do I approve to send the flowers? I did NOT approve but there was no time to get another florist and expressed this. They just kept asking the same question... Either NO flowers to our son-in-law's grandmother's funeral or take what they offer. I said I wanted what I ordered and paid for sent and they said, "Are you approving to send this arrangement?" This is how they get you! I had no choice so I said yes. My daughter (who was there) texted me minutes before the funeral to say, "You should complain... the arrangement is mostly greenery and the flowers are sparsely placed and some wilted."
I was traveling out of town at the time but called the customer service and they just kept saying to me that I should get them a picture (I was not going to ask a grieving daughter to go take pictures for this company...it is their responsibility to know what they sent!) and that I had approved this arrangement! No matter what you say they repeat the same thing to you. I listed all the mistakes they had made so far and now this pitiful excuse for an arrangement...."Send them a photo," they would talk to the florist and confirm, and they would have to get back to me. I had already, at this point spent long periods of time talking with various persons in customer service over a period of 2 days...all sounding exactly the same except for gender.
When I returned home on Tues., I received two emails from them stating they had talked to the florist and the arrangement was beautiful and full as I had ordered from them. I called on Wednesday and for over an hour expressed my dissatisfaction with so many aspects of this entire situation. It became evident to me that they did not care if their customers are satisfied or not! I spent over $80 for a pathetic funeral bouquet! The customer service person offered me a $10 discount on future orders...really!!!! Then when I insisted I wanted a refund....funerals and weddings only get one chance to be right and this was all wrong! She offered me a $10 refund stating I had approved the change in arrangement. I informed her it was not in a vase (as the supplier said it was) but in a short, blue, plastic disposable container. There was NOTHING similar to what I had ordered about this arrangement! It was all wrong!
She insisted it was in a vase and I told her my daughter said it was NOT a vase. She spent a good deal of time trying to establish that I had not "physically laid eyes on the arrangement". I said, "My daughter was there and she saw it firsthand!" So, she offered me a $15 refund. I will check to see if it is actually given but will not be surprised if it is not! Nothing they told me from beginning to end was true. They all just repeat their same lies and you cannot change anything they tell you. I wish I had known where to research this JUSTFLOWERS.com COMPANY before I ordered from them. They truly do not care if you like their product or not! I am reporting them to the BBB but I see they have a good rating with them...how I cannot fathom! BEWARE OF JUSTFLOWERS.COM.

To start with, we purchased an arrangement for a funeral to be delivered in Michigan for a Monday service and paid for expedited service. We have never used this website before so had no idea of the quality of service or products.
What was delivered did not look anything like to the arrangement that was illustrated on their website. What was sent was a bit of an embarrassment to say the least. I guess they didn't think we would be driving from Toronto to Michigan for the service that day and wouldn't see the arrangement that was delivered. After several phone calls and complaints, basically their manager just hung up on us. They refused to acknowledge their written and published guarantee. Their excuse was that they don't guarantee either a stem count and substitutions are allowed. They offered nothing as a resolution either in a partial refund or a replacement of flowers, etc.
I warned them repeatedly that I would have no recourse but to contact my CC company for their assistance in this matter. Unfortunately, the CC company was not able to intervene as the delivery was made and we would have had to refuse or return the item under the CC rules in order for them to intervene. Not exactly in our thoughts the day of the service!
I would strongly suggest to anyone that is considering any online flower purchase to look elsewhere and deal with more reputable sites that stand behind their guarantee of customer satisfaction. I will NEVER use this outfit again at any cost or not. I may be out 75 bucks but they have lost a customer for life who will caution others against such a similar experience with this outfit. Pay a bit more and go with reliable, certified florists like FTD, etc. I will from now on! I wish I found this Consumeraffairs.com a lot earlier!

What do you mean "Thank you for your business"? You failed to complete the flower order for my MOTHER'S FUNERAL...as if we weren't already going through enough. At the last minute, we were informed that they would not be delivered in time but could be delivered the next day. What good would that do? Throughout the whole process, I was put on hold for a total of 2 hours, hung up on by a manager, "guaranteed" that a manager would get back to me (he didn't), had my refund delayed because only a supervisor could process it. Then, a supervisor called me a few days later to offer me a discount if I wanted to try placing the order again. Again??!!! The order was for my mother's funeral!!
I wish I'd had the time to research your company online before placing an order. Your reputation is well documented and I now know that I am not alone. You know exactly what you are and what you do to people...You simply accept as many online orders as you can with no regard as to whether you can actually fill the orders. Some work out, but many don't. Just keep in mind that your customers are real people often going through very difficult circumstances. Aside from funerals, just think of how many birthdays, Valentine's, Mother's Day, and anniversary surprises you've ruined. Not only do I not accept your worthless $10 coupon, I'm going to tell as many people as possible to avoid you.

In order to cancel my order I had to speak to a manager. After about 45 minutes on hold I spoke with a manager that had a real attitude problem. He informed me that he would cancel my order and hung up on me. Very rude and poor customer service with this company. You’re better off going elsewhere... We, as a community, bought flowers for a 17-yr-old foster child our landlord had taken in. On Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, he was taken from us in a horrible accident. Sat., Aug. 24, 2013, we placed an order and was guaranteed that the flowers would arrive at the chapel by 5 pm on Aug. 25, 2013. On the 25th, we got a call. They wanted 20 dollars more. Of course we paid it and asked again, "Will the flowers be there by 5 pm today?" The response was, "Oh yes, of course, they will be." By 330 pm, made a call to confirm the flowers were there. No, they were not and one of the operators on the phone giving us apologies which we didn't want to hear. Then we were told the flowers would arrive the next day which would be the funeral.
I am very upset that a company can give you a guarantee and not follow through with it. This was a very difficult time for us mourning the loss of our loved one and no one at Just Flowers seemed to care. We wanted the flowers to be there for the viewing and they were rude, unprofessional and, most of all, not at all helpful to our grieving process. When businesses can get by with such utter disregard for the people, it is a shame. They should not be able to get away with this.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter from JUST FLOWERS who said they would be delivered on Mother's Day. They guaranteed that if they had a problem, the flowers would arrive no later than Monday and then with an apology. The fact of the matter is they didn't arrive until Wednesday - so much for paying a premium for delivery on Mother's Day. When I called to complain about it, I got automatically put on hold and then quickly automatically hung up on. I then called DiscoverCard who filed my complaint with Just Flowers who then claimed that they had delivered them on Tuesday based on a handwritten note by the delivery person. DiscoverCard, who is generally customer friendly, said since they were delivered, they could not refund the amount. When I pointed out the guarantee of deliver and the delivery service fee I paid, DiscoverCard is now investigating refunding the deliver fee at least. Bottom line, don't touch Just Flowers with a ten foot pole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You DO realize you're fighting a losing battle," because he said they do not have a record of my order since it was last year even though I provided the information I have from that order including Order#, Unique Transaction ID, my information, and my recipient's information. This is very frustrating because I trusted this business and my mother did not receive her arrangement and clearly the money was stolen from me and JustFlowers.com doesn't want to do anything about it!!!!!

I ordered a floral arrangement for a relative's wake and paid for expedited delivery (guaranteed by 1 p.m.). They arrived 5 hours late, after service I purchased the "Delightful Memories" bouquet for $66.47 from JustFlowers.com on Wednesday, 7/17/2013. I paid an extra $4.99 for delivery by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, 7/19/2013 and also indicated on the order instructions that the calling hours were from 4-6 p.m. At the time that I placed the order, the 4-6 calling hours were the only formal gathering taking place. My relative was cremated and there was no funeral service or public burial planned. When I arrived at the funeral home at about 4:30 p.m., I noticed that my flowers were not there. I spoke with the funeral director, who placed a call to JustFlowers.com on my behalf. My family eventually decided on a very brief service immediately following the calling hours, which was held at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until about 6:15 p.m.
At the conclusion of the short service, as I was exiting the funeral home, the funeral director stopped me to hand me the bouquet, which had been hastily delivered by the local florist with whom Just Flowers was working. The funeral director had explained to the florist who delivered the flowers that I was NOT going to pay for the flowers since they arrived so late, and the florist acknowledged that this was the case but left the flowers anyway. At this point I have had about 20 different interactions with Just Flowers in an attempt to get a full refund. They have offered a $10 credit. They have been very rude and harassing, and even called today to tell me that they were calling family members of my deceased cousin to discover the location of the bouquet!
I have never dealt with a company like this in my life. I expect a full refund and I think that this company should be investigated. I have spoken to several different people, most recently Tasha and Jason, who called himself a "general manager," and was the one who said he was calling my family members. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund but am not getting anywhere with this company.

I contacted customer service about the arrangement and a credit, which they gave me $25.00. The customer service gal was a ** on the phone and hung up on me. When I asked about a refund, she gave me excuse after excuse on how they would have to contact the florist that made it. Wanted me to send over pictures, and then could not tell me how long the refund would take. This company is a joke and the owner(s) should take a look at the crap they are selling and then educate their customer service agents. I ordered two sets of flower arrangements for my daughter and mother for Mother's Day. I had requested for them to be delivered on Saturday, May 11th, 2013. My mother lives in San Diego and my daughter lives in New York. I went to my mother's home on Mother's Day in the evening and was surprised to not see any flowers. I then called my daughter in New York and it was 8:30 pm there and she also informed me that there were no flower deliveries. I immediately called my bank but was told I would have to wait for it to post before disputing it. I was told to call Just Flowers and they would probably be very good about it being that nothing had been delivered.
Calling them was nothing short of complete frustration. I waited on the line for a customer service rep for over thirty minutes, only to be told that their computers were down and there was nothing that they could do. I would have to call back tomorrow. The next day, I started calling first thing in the morning, and after waiting about twenty five to thirty minutes, again, as soon as the rep picked up the phone, it was disconnected. I was so mad I called my bank again and was told again that I needed to make contact with them. I phoned them back, but his time I pushed the number to order flowers and someone picked up quickly. I told them that my flowers were never delivered and I wanted to make sure that it was now cancelled. I was told that he could not do any of those things as I was in the wrong department. I gave him my order numbers and my telephone number, and asked that a supervisor call me back.
A supervisor never called back. On Monday evening, my mother said a florist showed up and left flowers (Lemon Grove Florist) and told her that she was just too busy to deliver them on Saturday, and she is closed on Sundays. That Wednesday, I got a call from a New York florist wanting to deliver my daughters flowers with a 10% discount. I told him that was not okay and it needed to be cancelled. He agreed and apologized. Once I realized that I was charged for the flowers that went to my mother three days late, I called my bank and they said that the fine print for Just Flowers has a loophole saying that if they feel they are too busy, they are allowed to bump that date of delivery even though I had paid extra for a Mother's Day weekend. Once I started speaking to the rep, this last time she informed me that it is their option to bump dates if they see the need to do so.
I am very angry. My bank can't do anything because of some small print that says basically they can do what they want if they feel they are too busy. When inquired about the extra fees that I paid for the weekend delivery, it didn't seem to make a difference at all as the representative kept telling me it's all in the fine print, you should have read it. It is very unfair that they are able to get your money and give you the service date that works for them. Offering to write a note for me, to my family, saying that I really didn't forget them and I really wanted these flowers to get to them on time... WHAT A JOKE. I can't believe that this is legal. It seems that they do this often as their replies to your inquires are met with a script that they don't divert from. What a shame that they are able to victimize so many without any consequence.
I believe that the United States Attorney General should investigate this company. There are way too many stories with the same details of fraudulent behavior by this company to hardworking families trying to show love through flowers only to be victimized, with nobody watching or helping.

Not only was it a time to grieve my uncle's passing, it was a time to be embarrassed that I would send garbage like that to my favorite uncle's funeral. Fortunately, some special baby wrote the note like a kindergartener and left my name off. I wouldn't even have known that it was my flowers if I didn't remember some of the words they attempted to write down in hieroglyphic handwriting that I was surprised wasn't written with a fat crayon. I then attempted to complain, but they just put you on hold indefinitely, and then they tell you since there was a high holiday volume to just contact them by e-mail.

My boyfriend decided to do something to surprise me on Mother's Day by getting me flowers from him and his son. When I got home from work, I was told to listen for the door until 9PM that evening. 9PM came and still the doorbell did not ring. I was on the phone with him and he was beginning to get worried about his surprise. The next morning came around and I had to go to work. By the time I got home, there was still nothing at my door (someone was at my house all day and said that the doorbell did not ring). He called and wanted to ask if they were still going to be delivered because he had already replied to the emails at least 4 times.
For the next few days he called and tried to talk to customer service. He finally got to talk to someone and they told him that he would get a refund within 4-7 days. By day 8, we still haven't gotten the refund so he called again today. He called and called and called and never got anyone. Then he pressed a different option to see if he could talk to someone that would actually talk back, so he tried the order option. The woman that he talked to did not want to answer his questions. She gave him the same number that he just called and told him to pick the customer service option. She was extremely rude and hung up on him when he asked to talk to a manager.
He then called his credit card company and did a 3-way call with this flower company. They waited almost 20 minutes just to talk to someone. The rep tried to get customer service over and over again, then tried the same option as he did and finally got to talk to someone. The rep from the card company thought this was completely ridiculous that they waited that long to talk to someone. So now we are waiting the next 4-7 days to see if we even get the $88 back at all. My advice is do not order from them! If you are out of town and want to surprise someone, call a local flower shop near the person you want to send flowers to! Let me start this with: I have never taken the time to sit down and write a comment/feedback about a business. However after the experience with Just Flowers, I couldn't with good conscience allow another customer to get scammed by this atrocious company. After confusion with a family member on who was going to order flowers for my mother, my wife ordered from them. They advertised that it was not too late for delivery on Mother's Day. After taking our money, the flowers were not delivered that day or the day after.
On the second day of non-delivery, a machine called our house (which has young children) after 11:00 pm to say they were going to be delivered the next day (day 3). They gave us the run around when we called to complain and told us that a supervisor would call us back, as we were not satisfied with the $10 refund on a $75 order. It did not even cover the cost of delivery, or should I say non-delivery? Guess what? They never called us back.
I had to call a second time, and still they wouldn't compensate or work with us. They had the nerve to tell me that they have a "turnaround" policy where if there was a funeral or holiday order they couldn't deliver, then they would deliver the next available day. How can you do that for a funeral? Thankfully that wasn't our case, but still. These people are awful business people. Buyer beware!

Just Flowers has the absolute worst service known to man! I'm shocked, appalled, disgusted and so frustrated that I want to scream. I placed an order 2 hours before the cut-off time and expected my flowers to be delivered on time as promised. Not only did they not arrive on the scheduled date, they did not arrive the day, or the day after that and then... amazingly, they arrived three days later and were not what was ordered. During the couple of days in between when they were scheduled and the day they arrived, I called 5 times (none of which were answered because the automated system said they were too busy and to call back later and hung up) and I sent two emails to the service department (per instructions on their website) asking for a full refund.
I have now called seven times and was able to reach a representative who was not only not helpful but completely rude. When I said I sent emails to service, he asked me to resend them to show proof because he didn't see them and gave me the email address. I sent them right away. He then acted as if he was looking for them and put me on hold, then picked the phone up off hold and I could hear him typing and others talking in the background. When I tried to get his attention, he did not answer so I sat and waited for another seven minutes to go by before he said, "Hello." and when I answered him back he acted as though he couldn't hear me.
Then we both sat there silent for a while and he did it again and when I said, "I know you can hear; I would like to speak to your manager," he stifled a laugh, waited, and then transferred me back to the main intro line. So I waited another twelve minutes for another rep to answer and when he (not convinced it was a different guy) did, I immediately asked for a manager without giving my name or order information. When the manager picked up he said my name! He said that he has caller ID, but the problem with his story is that I was not calling from a number under my own name. When I confronted him about it, he scrambled and changed the subject.
Bottom line, the so-called manager was just as rude as his employees. He also said that they didn't receive any emails, at all. So when I told him that one of him employees specifically asked me to resend my emails, he said nothing and changed the subject once again. He just kept repeating, "I can give you $15, that's it." Now you tell me, if you order flowers to be delivered a specific date and try every way possible (short of showing up at their doorstep) to find out what is going on with the order and want a refund when they don't arrive, do you think that a $15 refund is a good outcome?! I think not, my friend. The manager blamed me for ordering the same day.
Here's the thing. If you can't deliver the same day, do not allow an order to be placed, period! You are just trying to screw people out of their time and money with your less-than-stellar flowers. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed and disgusted with customer service before in my life. It's despicable and everyone should look elsewhere when considering a florist. So Dave, James, and Jesse, shame on you! This company is nothing but a giant scam! Have at it folks! The corporate address is: 2127 Westwood Blvd., #200 Los Angeles, CA 90025 United States.

I immediately got someone on the phone who did a great job of placing my order. They assured me that it would be delivered by May 11th, the day before Mother's Day. It had a bow with "Happy Mother's Day" and was a special with lots of chocolates inside. My son told me that he and his wife and family were there all day Saturday at their home and no one called about the basket or delivered it!
I talked to my son and family on Mother's Day and for the next two days after and found that they never got it. I looked up the tracking number and could see it wasn't delivered along with the fact that my son called each day to tell me he hadn't gotten it.
Finally, I got someone on the phone after calling a few times on Wednesday who had me on hold (asked politely if I minded holding anyway) for a while looking up the order, rescheduling sending it, etc. After I told her how disgusted I was and that I would never use JustFlowers ever again, she apologized but offered no discount or reimbursement for horrible service. Supposedly the basket will go tomorrow to Florida; I'm not holding my breath! Hopefully I won't be having to write any more negative reviews about them because of non-delivery or melted chocolates!
I have to say that I normally send adorable food baskets through GourmetBaskets.com but they were very honest and told me that they could only see the baskets I was thinking of sending as arriving in Florida yesterday or today so I turned to JustFlowers as they advertise themselves as a same-day service. I told the woman on the phone that and that I would never use them again (Next time I'll use GourmetBaskets or 1-800-Flowers and send whatever a week ahead)! Please don't ever use JustFlower! I ordered from Just Flowers for Mother's Day on Saturday, 5/11. I chose the option for delivery being next day, 5/12, which was Mother's Day. Come Tuesday, 5/14, no flowers had been sent or delivered. I must have called these people 20+ times for information and was bounced back each and every time to a "We are unable to receive your call due to the high volume..." This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them! Fortunately, I used my PayPal account and after filing a dispute, I was fully refunded within 2 hours. Do not order from these losers. It's false advertising, no customer service and useless.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and was given the option for delivery on Saturday or Sunday. I chose Saturday. It is now Tuesday night and my mother is still waiting for her flowers. Needless to say, the purpose for the flowers are now gone. Even though neither the service nor the product has been provided, my credit card has already been charged. The customer service number is horrible. Getting a rep to talk to or ask where the flowers are is like pulling teeth. I can't see why this company is still allowed to continue doing business. They should be ashamed of themselves!

My husband and son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. On Sunday afternoon, when they had not been delivered yet, we emailed them using the link on their order confirmation email - no response. Their site says that they deliver up until 9pm so instead of calling, we decided to wait it out figuring they would respond to the email if they were unable to deliver them. Wrong. Their site also says that if they are unable to make the scheduled delivery day, the flowers would be delivered at the latest with a note of apology. Nope. So two days after the scheduled delivery date, we tried calling four times. Each time after waiting on hold for a short time, their system says that they are experiencing a high call volume and hangs up.
As we are calling for the fifth time, the doorbell rings and the flowers have arrived. After speaking to the florists, they informed us that they received the order this morning from Just Flowers! The local florists were nice and apologetic about our experience with Just Flowers. Now, here is the kicker. I ordered flowers the evening before Mother's Day from FTD.com for my mother and mother-in-law. My mother-in-law received her flowers before 8am on Mother's Day and my mother who lives in another state received hers by noon, her time. FTD definitely has a better order-processing database than Just Flowers, and based on our difficulty in contacting them, I think we will never order from them again!
