I’ve been waiting for my order for more than 6 months now!!! And I can’t contact the dealer!! All this money I spent for nothing!!! All the reviews was saying that the dealers were good. I don’t know where is the problem exactly!!

I tried to buy from them several times and every time it was either damaged goods or as this last time, they just took the money and forgot about it. Convenient. Because there is no one to complain about it. You are dealing with CHINA. The place of Thieves.

I ordered a few things from this site and some stuff arrived in between the receive range. However, there are multiple items well past the dates I ordered them. I think I will go somewhere else. Don't trust these people.

Ordered a few items that totaled to £50 in September. It's now December and still not received anything. Seller keeps saying it will come. I believe most on iOffer are total scams. Stay well clear of iOffer.

I ordered a Gucci belt from this site three months ago. Just got it in the mail. The Gucci belt I ordered was a nice replica one. Looked like a real one but was fake as most their stuff is. So when I opened my package yesterday to my surprise it was not a Gucci belt. It was a crappy made belt by Louis Vuitton. This site has a lot of stuff but what's the point if when you order something you get something completely different. The black Gucci belt in the photo is a picture of what I was suppose to get. The brown Lius Vaton belt by my other Gucci belt is what I got.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. OR ESPECIALLY THIS VENDOR amazing689. I placed an order of 79.10 USD for some items. I NEVER RECEIVED MY items and when you requested a refund they updated a new shipment date and then closed it as delivered date later. However I'm still without my order or my funds. Don't listen to YouTube who promotes this site. This is wrong. When you try to contact iOffer itself there's no way to do it. I feel so used. Save your money. They are here to rob you.

I recently tried to buy a DVD of the movie "A Mom for Christmas" from what I believe is the only vendor on the ioffer.com website. It had not arrived 1 week after it was supposed to. I sent several requests from the buyer to send it and several more to ioffer.com to help. After about 2 weeks of trying, I quit receiving feedback from the seller and ioffer.com essentially washed its hands of the matter. It is obvious that iOffer.com is more interested in keeping its sellers happy than the people who pay the bills. It is also reassuring that scammers are alive and well.

I have not received my item, one month later than the delivery date, after communicating with supplier before and during purchase I had no problems, however 3 months Later from order date after requesting a refund from supplier, my messages have being ignored, by the supplier who I have purchased and communicated with on a weekly basis before and during my purchase... iOffer does not have buyer protection and in my opinion and personal experience from South Africa, I can strongly say it is not a Safe Platform to purchase goods. The service only allows post office delivery and suppliers do not want to courier goods (have requested from other suppliers too). Highly disappointed! I have lost my money and wasted my time...

Why is this website allowed to sell items they have no intentions of shipping? It's been 3 months and to date I have not yet received my items. I am so frustrated that I fell for this knowing they were located in China.

I ORDERED A BELT AND SOME SHOES (£30 WORTH IT), already 2 months now, I am writing him and tell him I will report him, he cannot communicate, all replies are robotic, he told to wait another 20 days to ship my items. Wait, wait? He was supposed to send them 2 months ago, he provided fake tracking number, they basically stole my money and iOffer encourages it. There is no way to contact iOffer, they do not care. I ordered some sneakers for my son that never came. They didn't provide a tracking number or reply to any of my emails. They took my money proudly and iOffer did nothing to help resolve the issue. I believe it is all one big network of scammers working together to steal from hard working people. Don't BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Don't order from this site. This seller is a scam. I placed the order asked questions about the Item which he answered as if the bag was in front of him. I paid through PayPal and 2 days later he said he doesn’t have the bag I want and to pick another one from his website which has 3 bags in it or iOffer. I choose a refund. He said give me the PayPal I’ll send it. I thought that was the end but no he continues to ask me to choose a different bag over 8 times in my messages. I have to file a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. This sucks. Seller BINGKUN266 bait and switch scam.

I ordered 5 purses from this website. I received only one. Instead of the rest purses with a purchase of $175 I just received a sock in a small envelope. Be aware of this scam website and DON'T BUY ANYTHING. You can trust them and lose your money.

I can assure you that this website is somewhat legit. I have bought a few things and it can take a few months. I waited 3 months for a belt. If you're careful this website is really cool, but a lot of the sellers are scams. I would recommend just avoiding this website.

I made an order from PFA Jiahe Century and PFA Xin Ningwen on iOffer. The same day I check my bank account money was taken out. Now I can't find these sellers nowhere on iOffer. I didn't receive no order summary and confirmation. Nothing. iOffer is totally no help to the customers because I believe they are part of the scam. It's too many people complaining and nothing being done. They are making money scamming that's why they are still in business.

All items sold there are fake! Sellers have fake ratings, once they receive money they don't reply or send the goods, the ones that send sell fakes, bad quality! Ajinping (9645) is a fraudster. I hope authorities will go after iOffer, I will personally file a lawsuit against them for damages!

They all pretend's like they so nice and honest but they crooks. These are the sellers I order from. Stay away from them, honghong5518, chen87, xiaobariwn168, vvipl26, store1188, burcesauerb, Wenbaoy1. You order from them you will not get your stuff. This site is a ripoff. I pray to God about these crook's and I know God will get them for stealing honest people money. I DONE WITH SITE, THEY ALL CAN REST IN HELL.

It has been 6 months now and I still have not received the 2 bottles of Perfume I paid for. I have been in touch with iOffer. They tell me to deal with the seller. I have sent a number of messages with replies like liquid take longer to arrive. The next one was there has been a lot of rain and assure me that it will arrive. I go on to try and find Shanghai2011 and there are no products on there they are selling. Looks like they have removed themselves. Probably started again with a new name. Be very careful. I will never trust this site again, as they don't care about our loss.

I have had several bad experiences with iOffer. I have been scammed and cheated by sellers from this site. All of who are sellers located in China. When contacting iOffer for help, you are told they are only a trading site and do not get involved in the buying selling experience. You are on your own, and really folks, odds are you will get cheated, what is pictured is from store websites, not theirs. Their quality is very very inferior. The quality too poor to be used most of the time. My advice, stay away. I would have rated them zero but this is not an option on this site.

NEVER EVER FROM THIS SITE!! The seller is confirming that he has the product. You send the money, then he is telling you that you need to choose a different product because he doesn't have that one anymore. Basically you have nothing else to choose from the options he has as the variety of the products is very small. Then he is sending a Chinese site from where you can choose some other products, however you don't see the prices. Anything else you are choosing it is (of course) more expensive, so he is asking you to pay the difference.

I bought a wallet and waited and waited. It never came. I kept getting emails asking me to review the product and was I satisfied, but I never got it. I emailed the seller but no reply at all. Terrible company. Stay away from it!

I have now been waiting on my order to arrive for 48 days. I have messaged the company several times & they keep replying, “Please wait. Will come!” Still nothing received. I know someone who got their order within 2 weeks so thought it would be ok.

Just stay away from iOffer. They make you pay through the seller hand. Have no hand in the actual sale, so you can only complain to the person who scammed you. (And you can't leave a review about them until they prove you've given them the money.) Luckily I only lost about $23, but don't buy from mediabailout. He might have had good reviews a year ago, but he completely ignored me once he got my money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM HIGH FRAUD Alert I am usually very skeptical so I did some research and I figured hey if he has a lot of good reviews then he has to be legit. So I put in an order for $25.00 just see if it would come after reading some past reviews. 3 months later I received the package and the items were not bad so I figured now I can put in a large order for my friends and family because it will take some time but it will eventually come... 6 months later NOTHING.

DO NOT USE iOffer OR BUYER BEWARE when ordering from iOffer. They are individual sellers that ARE NOT MONITORED BY iOffer. They take your money and each seller states that items were sent without active tracking numbers, PayPal will not help you related to China site's so you are on your own to get your money back from your bank and your bank can not match up dollar amounts or the companies close their accounts and they are nowhere to get your money refunded from. SO... here are a series of site names not to order from...BUT these people will cancel their site and start up a new one with another name so buyer beware.

I purchased items several times on iOffer from a seller, the store's name is Millimandxh, seller sent my items & earned my trust. The last order was for a large sum of money, being I vouched to friends that he was honest seller & we all put our money in. He suggested I send Western Union & he would give a discount. Big mistake. He never sent the items & gave me the runaround for so long. I was unable to leave feedback. I contacted iOffer & sent copies of receipts and they could care less. I noticed sellers have a way of not showing a lot of the negative feedback making a buyer think it’s safe to order.

Multiple sellers on this site accepted my payment and refused to ship the items. They provided fake tracking numbers and lied profusely. iOffer promotes and encourages this behavior. Please avoid this site, it is full of thieves.

It's one thing if someone pulled a scam and took off with money, removed the advert but another that the messages, seller name and all is also removed by iOffer, sounds like a inside job no doubt. And when you go to report a seller to iOffer following the link it takes you to a PAGE NOT FOUND area, no way to contact them but by writing a letter to their office in SF USA., and I thought they were in China all along. According to emails in my own inbox (not the missing iOffer messages), the seller's name was **.

Well I went on to this site for the first time last week, and I watched a YouTube video about a girl reviewing bags she bought of this site, she obviously knew the trader and had built trust. Well, I purchased around 7 items, and four days later iOffer sent me emails to tell me that said traders have been took off the site because of scamming people. Now they obviously would have known these ** would have done this before. Why did they wait four days to tell me? Of course my money has been stolen, I blame iOffer for taking no ** responsibility.

Seller doesn't send item or make refund since 11-2017. This seller doesn't send items and then I asked him several times for refund and then he told me to be patient and wait several months. Then I made report problem. And asked him to refund. He said I will do refund after remove the report problem. I did Then I wait him for four months. Every time he said wait wait wait. I need my money and I am student need money.

The purses that I received are not of the actual item, the item that I received is a poor made materials, obvious fake details... It looks so fake I trash all of them. I felt embarrassed showing them to my friends, therefore DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE TO BUY A BETTER PURSE FROM ANOTHER SITE.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on May 17. I never received them and I've contacted the seller several times. Tracking stops on June 10. Seller hasn't replied and I'm out my money. Don't buy from iOffer.

I have ordered Men's Adidas sandals on 15th of May 2018…almost 3 months ago. The seller replied once a month ago, said it is still in transit. I've tried to contact again, but comments and contact are disabled. I think iOffer should respond in the international court of law, for scamming globally like they do.

I ordered a purse and wallet through cnddna on ioffer.com. This person asked what color I wanted and then never shipped it. I had emailed several times with no response. I finally left a bad review and then I get an email that they CAN ship it and kindly delete the bad review. I emailed this person back and said I would delete the bad review once I see it shipped. I never heard anything. I asked for a refund and was told once I delete the bad review they would send me a refund. iOffer will not get involved. I can’t believe how unprofessional this website is. They claim to have made thousands of sales. It is all a scam. This is a great way to rip off people from their hard earned money. I will never use this website again!! Total scam!!

Seller ignored my emails, has never responded, sent tracking fast but tracking stopped at June 5th. It's the 25th today, still 0 response to numerous emails. Item cost 55.00. That's not cheap. iOffer hasn't done anything as well, this site is horrible. Seems like it's all a SCAM TO STEAL MONEY.

I have so far dealt with 4 sellers... 2 came right on time looking great... The other 2 clueless. Not sure if I'm going to get the package late or at all. That's the risk you take when you're dealing with iOffer... I may order from the 2 sellers that I trust. But it's still very risky.

I have ordered 3 times from iOffer... and all 3 times I have never received the items. They provide bogus tracking numbers that never comes up on any tracking/shipping site. Their customer service is horrible. They promise it's on its way... it's on its way. The worst part is that you cannot report the sellers who are stealing your $$. When you escalate it and report a problem you receive an email stating that each seller is independent and you need to work it out with the seller and come to an agreement. Seller NEVER refund your money... and continue making promises that product is on its way.

Just like the others, I was very naive despite bad reviews to order from that site. I was provided with fake tracking numbers by all the sellers. They took my money, and I never received anything. Something needs to be done, iOffer needs to be held accountable. I believe iOffer is part of the scheme. Don't buy from them. The sellers include "Funing7788, Youyuan258, and Burcesauerb.

I was nervous that I was not going to receive what I ordered after reading horrible reviews of the website. I am sure people do get scammed. Although what I ordered was delivered past the latest date it said it would get here, I did finally get it and it was exactly what the picture looked like. I think it is important to look at the seller's reviews and see if the product you want has a review and if it seems legit. Also, it may seem like they give fake tracking numbers, they only do not work because it is hard to track when it is coming from China. It is not a legitimate tracking number until it hits your own country. The seller I used was good and communicated pretty consistently. If anything, always dispute the charge if not happy with the website. My seller was gengshangyilo2015. He is reliable. Happy shopping!

iOffer and Seller - CNDDNA WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - iOffer and Seller "CNDDNA" - They are a bunch of scammers. I ordered accessories (Handbag Sets x 3) on 25 January 2018. The money was taken from my account on 29 January 2018 and they have sent exactly nothing although they said items had been dispatched on. 1st March 2018 and provided a fake tracking number. This tracking number is fake. Stay away from this company. Plus iOffer will not do anything to help you get your money back... I have reported it all to my finance provider who are now investigating on my behalf. This company and the fake sellers on their site should not get away with this. Make sure this dreadful service/business does not get away with stealing your money, they need to be closed down.

Do not buy from iOffer. I bought from Sushuxian a seller from this fake website. Paid with credit card and this fake seller provided me with a tracking number that does not work. Cannot even open iOffer website. This website is fake!!! Bought an item March 27, 2018. Do not buy from this website!!!

In the past year I have ordered six items from iOffer, five purses and one sunglass. Like many other unsatisfied customers, five of them have never made it to my door. Only one fake LV handbag made it. I think that either the counterfeit police snag these items or the seller just simply don't send them out en route and destroy them because many items sold on iOffer are counterfeits. I don't recommend this site to anyone.

Ordered in January 31. Seller said it was shipped Feb 1. Was told it would be here by March 8. It's not. I have sent messages daily. The tracking company says the tracking number isn't in the system. The seller calls their self: **. I want to do everything I can to warn everybody not to buy from this company. I feel like I've been stolen from and scammed. I first time bought a pair of Gucci shoes from a seller on iOffer who responds promptly to messages before you purchase but as soon as you buy, they provide you with fake tracking number, many people have reviews like that. The parcel never arrived and the seller doesn't reply. Things become more ugly when you read that iOffer doesn't take the responsibility. They advice you to contact the seller who doesn't already reply. So the conclusion is that when 25 such reviewers stated the same thing but still iOffer allows that seller & such sellers to sell on their website, both are fraud! It never happened in 4 years of buying on AliExpress.

Took a chance ordering from iOffer back in February. What a mistake. After ordering a pair of trainers the seller said “your item will be dispatched as soon as payment is made, please make a payment asap” but I had already made the payment. So after I messaged they dispatched the item. So I thought! After waiting over 30 days with countless messages being sent with NO reply or no item through the post iOffer canceled the seller's account stating that they violated their policies. Luckily I paid through PayPal. STAY AWAY!

Ordered 4 items from all different sellers. Got 1 of the of the items, one cancelled saying it could not deliver. Another took the money and the link from iOffer to contact the seller was invalid. When asked to assist, their answer was Sorry. The final item didn't come. The link this time worked. Seller's reply was that it shipped in December, the shipping link says item doesn't exist. But yet I can not give a review there stating it was not received. That seller is still on the site selling but has not responded to second message, "the shipping # you gave us is invalid". So just out our money with no way to warn others about this seller. The worst I could answer for public eyes was 1 star and slow shipping. Hmm guess iOffer does not want people to know the truth about corrupt sellers. And No Accountability from either end. Back to EBAY from here on out.

For the first time I bought a T-shirt on iOffer... I never received my item. Sent two messages to the seller and never received any answer... Wanted to file a complaint on iOffer and the response was iOffer does not get involved in purchasing process so they cannot do anything which means they do not take any responsibility for their website whatsoever. Purchased bag 23rd Feb, not received on 21st Mar, contacted seller (wugufengdeng888) who advised bag wasn’t going to be sent and for me to cancel order. Wasn’t an option for this, advised seller who eventually agreed to refund. Told me a refund processed, still a week later no refund so had to claim back through my banking system. When I advised seller I was told refund takes 15 days!!! Must have used a carrier pigeon. That’s all I can think. The other thing I don’t get with this company is it’s called “iOffer” yet no matter how many offers you make they’re all declined! Strange.

When placing an order on a pair of shoes on the website, after I entered my visa details the website said 'payment timed out, try again' each time I checked my bank account to make sure the money had not been taken and then I tried again three times, about five minutes later all of the money was taken for my bank account for all of the times that it said it didn't go through. I was charged a total of $119.71 when the shoes were only $29. Despite the fact that the money for the order has been taken from me four times the status of my order on the website still says that I have not paid.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Feb 12, 2018 and they have yet to arrive. I have emailed seller and each email states that they will check with post office. I asked for refund and no response. This company is fraud and should be shut down immediately. They are taking in profit and not delivering goods.

This could be humorous if it was not so pathetic. Weeks ago I found this site, what I thought were great bargains, all different sellers. Out of 9 items I ordered, all different seller, I actually had one that really shipped, as to what was shipped time will tell. UNREAL, all the other sellers sent fake tracking, said they had shipped and never responded to me again, until I opened up cases with my credit card companies. One did take PayPal so I figured she safe, NOPE, he/she never shipped item and will not close PayPal case or refund. The fool actually told me to close case, then told me to let it time out after 10 days. How this company is allowed to be in business is beyond human comprehension. IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND STOLEN FROM, SHOP ON IOFFER. I kid you not, 1 out of 9 items was shipped.

I ordered 10 items from different sellers, 4 of the 10 items were changed by sellers. The picture showed the correct item of what I ordered and paid for, then after 2 weeks or so that went by I had seen the sellers changed the items without my consent. I try to reach out to them regarding the issue but a couple of the sellers claimed order has not changed and I was getting what I paid for. The other 2 vendor do not even bother to respond. Not only did I received several items that I did not ordered, the other items I got so far was not true to a XL size. I had try to report problem on several items and I even called and left messages with their California iOffer corp. office regarding issues with my orders from various sellers. I gave them my email address, cellphone number and name, but they refuse to return my calls. I think this site should be shut down because it's has fraud written all over this site.

I ordered more than 22 items from Ioffer.com, most expensive items are not received, last two months ago I order two pairs of shoes, the seller never respond, send wrong items wrong size, other seller totally avoid the fact, I order one Gucci shirt, he never contact with me, after dispute he 2 euro one broken shirt, I paid over 40 euro for the shirt, more than 20 seller never send item and never refund, if continue must be stop buy from Ioffer.com.

I ordered a LV checked handbag with the gold plate and 2 LV watches. I received an e-mail asking me to rate the items I never received. The tracking number is a fake tracking number. I'm requesting a full refund. I will never order again.

I ordered SHOES, a Watch, CLOTHING and HANDBAG. I NEVER got ANYTHING!! iOffer customer service sends the same message to you everytime you contact them. They do NOTHING to help you. The seller stopped responding after MONTHS of me trying to get a REFUND. I was SCAMMED! I wrote to BBB and reported the site also. iOffer should back up their business and be responsible for refunding, if they're allowing these CHINA SCAMMERS on their site. This is a disgrace to us consumers trusting a website to be trusting and honest. I blame the seller and iOffer for allowing such SCAMMERS on their site! It's like a really, really, REALLY, crap version of eBay. I've been trying to buy a DVD for 3 weeks now...instead of bidding like you do on eBay...you have to send the seller "an offer" which can be accepted or not. The process can go on for ages. Like I said there is a rare DVD I want to buy and I've been at it for about three 3 weeks trying to buy the thing.

I ordered from this site called iOffer. Four occasions they took the payment and didn't send items and when you get in touch with the so called business iOffer they tell you to get in touch with your payment provider for refund and the sellers on the website are very misleading they advertise items. They don't even have just to get your money and I ordered shoes and I got sunglasses in the post as I paid on PayPal for that one item. They have now said return the item back to seller on my cost and then provide them a tracking no. they might refund for that one item. Overall people please be aware. They are all misleading people to take your money and then you don't hear from them. I learnt the hard way.

I read all the bad reviews online and thought, well I'll be smart to order from a seller that has a lot of positive reviews. So I did that, and still got scammed! The reviews must be fake! I ordered a pair of shoes, and the seller gave me a fake tracking number. I waited for the estimated time of the delivery, and waited for the time the seller told to contact him by if the item doesn't arrive, which was 30 days from the purchase date.

I’m pretty new at this internet shopping. Started with the more legit local ones like Amazon and AliExpress then the more I search for these internet sites to buy imitations. One stranger told me to shop at iOffer so I have it try signed up, made several offers and bought from 7 different sellers. Many of them will just cancel your order and say please deposit money through Western Union, of course I did not. That’s well known scam. Once they receive the money leaves no trace but recently Western Union is liable for this type of fraud. Anyways so 3 of these sellers telling me to use that type of payment. I denied it. They cancel my order and one short me $100 and the other one still not receive.

My twelve year old son wanted a pair of running shoes that he found on this site. He had Christmas money to spend so I let him order them... big mistake... that was on Christmas morning, and they claim that they were shipped the same day, we still have not heard from anyone or gotten the shoes... very, very dissatisfied with this whole outfit. I did not read any review before ordering and the seller had thousands of positive reviews, which I later found out to be fake. When I ordered the product I was sent a tracking number, from that point forward the seller never replied to any messages and when my products hadn't arrived after a month iOffer support wouldn't help. Yesterday, 2 months after my product was expected to deliver it finally arrived.

I recently "sold" them an older MacBook Pro, offer was $150. I sent it in with the mailing address they provided. Today, I got an URGENT message from them. I clicked on the link and was told their offer was now $10 because the item was not packaged well and was damaged in transit. I chose the option to have them it send it back to me rather than take the $10.

I did a few transactions with a seller on iOffer. After he earned my trust & always sent the orders I paid for, he waited to go for my lungs After getting smaller orders I never had a problem before. I put in an order for Christmas in the sum of several thousand dollars & he sent a few items & I never heard from him again & he won't respond after weeks of trying to contact him. I know he received my emails & read them. Being I'm informed when he did so. I did multiple transactions without incident. He talked me into money transfer to get a small percentage off & owning a business myself I know credit card fees can be high & I understand that. What I didn't realize he was avoiding paying iOffer their seller fees by getting me to send him a money wire by using his email so iOffer wouldn't know of his selling activity. Please be aware they earn your trust & eventually go in for the kill. I'm more hurt. He befriended me only to steal my money.

This website is a site in which you never know if you will get what you pay for. It's a gamble whether the seller is legit or not. The website will not be responsible for returning your money if the seller doesn't provide your purchased items. So I will say buyer beware if you want to order from this site. I suggest going elsewhere. I recently ordered a purse and sweatshirt that never came and I tried repeatedly to contact the buyer with no response. I tried to file a dispute with the website but they said they are not responsible for individual sellers and I should contact my payment source. I will never order anything from this site again! Also beware that they will give you false tracking information to make it look like your order has been shipped. ** is the seller that scammed me.

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots off this site and they sent me a pair of socks with the China flag pattern. This is why I always use one of those pre-paid debit cards so just in case they want to try to re-bill me or get more money, they can't. I can destroy the card and get a new one for just a $1. This purchase was only $16, so I should've known.

I placed 5 orders with 5 different merchants on November 27, 2017 on the iOffer website with 5 different sellers. I have only received 2 orders from 2 of the sellers. The other 3 orders are past due and the tracking numbers they provided are invalid. I have contacted the merchant and they keep telling me the same thing. It's on the way. It's been over a month now. The owner of the platform for this site needs to take some responsibility for the sellers that are ripping people off instead of aiding them by providing a rip off platform. I should have done my research before purchasing from this site. Although there may be some legit sellers on here it is hard to determine who's legit and who's not. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for the items not received. I will never buy from this site again. There needs to be some sort of regulation in place to keep people from getting scammed.

I placed two orders with mengzhu 89 from iOffer. Have been speaking to him/her about items not received. Order was placed on 12th Nov and was hoping to have Christmas presents for my family. Repeatedly told seller no items received and tracking numbers did not work. Asked on more than once for a full refund. I was scammed on iOffer 2 weeks ago. This is how it works on ioffer - sellers on ioffer do not accept PayPal, and that is red light, sure warning that sellers are not willing to sell you via payment system that gives buyer some buyer protection. After you come across a website that has no PP as payment option, WALK AWAY! I didn't. So here is what follows, ioffer accepts every major credit card, but try to use your credit card, and payment is declined automatically, I tried 3 different cards. You will simply get a decline notice after clicking Submit. And here's the reason cards are routinely declined - you can dispute your credit card transaction, scammers don't accept credit card for that very reason.

I ordered my sneakers on October 4th. The shoes arrived on October 24th. Mind you, his shipping time on the product page lists 3-5 business days. I've placed 4 orders on iOffer. 2 for underwear and 2 for trainers. The 2 separate orders for trainers never arrived, the selling completely stops communication. The sellers were: haowei16899 and caoliping1981. The 2 orders for underwear were sized way too small - They would not fit a child! I've had to place 4 payment disputes with my bank which is taking considerable time, and I don't know that I will ever get anything back. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED INTO THE CHEAP PRICES. I have worked in the security services for 32 years and been a door supervisor SIA license holder from day one. Back in October 2016 I bought a bouncer spray from Japan which was cheaper than purchasing from the UK. The bouncer spray which is legal to use in the UK is a red dye which I use as a door supervisor. In November 2016 I received a letter from Customs informing me that the spray I had ordered was illegal to have in the UK and was an ammonia substance. I contacted customs and informed them that this was not what I had ordered from this site and could they destroy it. I thought nothing else of it and made my complaint to IOffer and had no reply.

Seller gave me a fake tracking number that they said they'd "check the post office" to see what happened. Waited 35 days, which is the max number of days the website itself says to wait. My seller said 15-25 days. I waited the full time because I know merchandise from other countries take a few weeks to arrive. So I filed a problem report and luckily I purchased with PayPal and filed a claim there as well. iOffer said they can't do anything themselves and I need to take it up with the seller and my payer provider. Um, absolutely not! I told no, I'll just get my money back from PayPal. I get an email from PayPal saying the seller gave me my refund.

I just purchased a pair of supposed to be Nike Air Max shoes. These things are so poorly put together. It's ridiculous. I ordered several items from this site. They took my money I paid with visa debit, then they stopped taking my visa. They said to try another card so I did, nothing happened. Then I received e-mails saying my product has been shipped, and the deliver date. I have not received one item as of yet. I cannot get hold of anyone. I sent an e-mail which was returned to me. Now they are saying that they want feedback on the 16 items they sent me. Well I sent feedback, about not receiving anything and wanting a refund. I never heard back from them. Is there any way to get my money back, or am I out?

Buyers beware! I was a customer of iOffer for over 10 yrs. I never had a problem until recently. I ordered a pair of athletic shoes in April and never received them. The seller seemed genuine in making thing right. He said he would send a replacement. I should have known it was a scam when the first tracking number was invalid. He sent another tracking number and it was made up also! I filed a dispute and received over 6 emails from him telling me to remove the dispute! I found this to be a form of cyber harassment and promptly closed my account. Ever since sellers stop using PayPal, scammers have increased on this site. If you see a picture of the same item but a different seller, it's really the same seller. They are trying to avoid detection. This site needs to be closed down, iOffer has no regards for consumers.

After making purchases on iOffer site went to checkout to complete payment. My cards are always good on any site as I pay all my bills. My first card was rejected. Then I tried two other cards. Results were the same. This was in January. iOffer customer service said they were trying to remedy the problem. Two months later the problem wasn't fixed. Because they didn't really accept credit cards, I was given a nonpayment rating on their site. I CALL THIS FALSE ADVERTISING! They lure you in on the premise you can pay with a card, then they never submit purchase to your credit card company. I know, I contacted the card company and my card purchase was never submitted for payment. You can't make this stuff up! Also, be wary of a dealer on their site "fanhualu". You won't get your order and he will not respond to any questions.

I thought it's owned by a Chinese e-commerce company since more than 99.9% sellers are Chinese. Just found out it's founded in SF in 2002, the founder is Steven Nerayoff. I had unpleasant shopping experiences at iOffer. I purchased two handbags and the quality was pretty poor not what they said "leather". A big hole inside the bag! Luckily, I got my refund including return shipping fee quickly because I insisted to pay thru PayPal. If you do want to shop something here, ask seller if they accept PayPal. This might be a good way to make sure you can get money back easily if any arguments with sellers. My advice.

I made a payment of 350 dollars on iOffer. The merchant, Stella Bags, told me that they did not have one of the items (even though she said she did when I placed the order) and that she refunded a partial payment. She lied about the refund, and kept my 350 and refuses to respond to any emails. Some of the shops on iOffer have been honest, and I had no reason to think Stella Bags is fake. I don’t know if iOffer has any offices in the United States, but I’m out the birthday money I was going to spend on my son. These were to be his gifts. They are horrible people and I hope they go out of business. PLEASE don't let this happen to you. I wish I read these reviews before I sent so much money. Thank you.

I'm not going to say they are purposely fraudulent, but they are perpetrating by their model, since they do nothing to help buyers in a dispute. Be VERY careful with this site. I ordered 16 pairs of shoes on NOVEMBER 8, 2016 and received 12. I have given the seller every opportunity to fix the problem - either deliver or credit me and they have refused. So, after 5 months I had enough and finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Keep in mind that you are rolling the dice with iOffer. The site does not go to bat for you in a dispute. So while prices might seem great, there is always a risk you will get screwed. I will not be using this site nor anyone on it anymore... RIPPED OFF.

I found a product I wanted to purchase and went through setting up the account and my info then it asked me to select PayPal or CC. When I selected PayPal it went straight to a page that said "you need to make your payment or this will be cancelled." I tried a few times and got nowhere so I emailed the seller and asked how we go about purchasing through PayPal. She got back to me and said "oh this is really safe site just submit your CC number instead." That was a red flag. So I said "I'd rather not give out my CC that is why I use PayPal." She replied back with "I'm sorry just give me your CC number and we will proceed." So I then asked her why did they offer Paypal if they obviously don't use it. She replied the same thing "we are a trusted site just submit your CC #."

Do not order from iOffer. It supports fraudulent seller activity. Like many others, I purchased an item in late November that never arrived. Over the last two months, the seller quickly responded to my inquiries about the delay. However, last week, when I logged into the iOffer website, I received a message that the seller's membership had been cancelled due to fraud.

On January 06 I got attracted by this website showing me a very low price for Men's Nike Air Max 2016, Black fabric (Flint) and Orange sole. I added my information and added my credit card number and as soon as I click on "Place Order" I got the message "SOMETHING WENT WRONG." I placed new Order. When I check my credit card charges online, I was charged twice. I tried to find customer service but there is none. I went to the order and try to cancel my order but I get the message "ONLY SELLER MAY CANCEL AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED." I send email through my order but in response I got a different question and does not want to respond to my request to cancel and refund. I got stuck with two charges.

Unfortunately, there is no consumer protection when doing business on the Internet. iOffer.com is nothing but a scam and do not believe any of the positive reviews. The vast majority of the ersatz merchants on iOffer reside somewhere in China, and have no interest in ethics or honesty. iOffer is organized thievery, and the website simply takes advantage of human gullibility. Even with PayPal, the companies on iOffer will take your money and never deliver the merchandise. They hope the customer will forget to contact PayPal and start a dispute. Even if you start the dispute, they have earned interest on your money while you wait for the item to return.

I purchased items from iOffer.com. The supplier is xingfubaby 5665. My order and payment confirmed dates are 29/10/16 & estimated delivery Nov 6-13 2016. My tracking nos for both items are **. However up till now it is 6/1/17, I still have not received my items. Neither has the supplier email to let me know status of what is happening to my items. As in past when I have bought things thru iOffer.com thru other suppliers, they always email to give me info about when I will be receiving my items but now it is already more than two months. I came across this site iOffer before Christmas and ordered about 12 items within a couple days. First off there is NO negotiating a price. That's just fluff for the site. The pictures they show look pretty much like nothing you will receive!! The quality (for what I bought) is terrible. They don't take PayPal. If they did iOffer would shut down over all the issues it has. The site doesn't work efficiently. Sellers accounts open and close like a candy store, so don't expect ANY communication after you pay. They DON'T care after that and iOffer doesn't really care as they make money off of every sell. Seems to me it should investigated.

I don't like that most of the merchants don't accept PayPal. I purchased two purses with a merchant through ioffer and come to find out they didn't have the purses that I ordered. This was in October 2016. It is now the end of November 2016 and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted the merchant again yesterday and today and they will not respond. Ioffer really can't do nothing to help me. My bank is trying to help me get the money back but since I authorized the purchase it's not considered fraudulent. If they would make it mandatory to accept PayPal I wouldn't be in this predicament now. My warning to you is that once that money comes out of your account you're not guaranteed that you will receive your product or your refund. I won't be dealing with ioffer anymore after this because I can't afford to. I will only deal with merchants who I can trust from now own. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I had 4 different transactions with, I assume to be, different sellers and I never received my products and I had to call my bank to get my refund as the seller(s) refused to communicate. Worst online shopping site ever.

I haven't had any of the problems others are having with iOffer and I'm thankful!! Everything I've ordered has come on time and some items have even come earlier than the date they gave me!! They've all been very, very good quality items!! And all of the tracking info I've been given is accurate right up to the delivery to my mailbox!! I make sure my purchases are pretty low in cost so that if there is a problem it won't kill me to lose the money and I don't order more than two things at a time!

I have ordered 2 pair of Shoes on this site (iOffer) and really disappointed with their lack of service and navigation on their site. Worst Online experience ever. After three months still didn't get my shoes or money back. Please, please stay away from this Fraud site and save your money and don't get robbed.

I made two purchases from iOffer on 8/20/2016. I should have smelled something funny when my card got rejected the first two times I tried to pay for an item. But, I persevered and finally I completed card transactions for goods from two sellers. One of the sellers marked the item shipped the same day (which I found hard to believe) and the other took 4 days even though they listed on the item that they always ship within 20 hours of order placement. Strangely, now that we are over two weeks from my order date, the item that was shipped 4 days later is finally showing up in the tracking system, while the first order still is "not found" in the tracking system.

I ordered two items on August 12th 2016 and items have not been sent to be mail until August 19th 2016. The posting the store the items are coming from stated 2 to 3 days via air mail. Now they saying items arrival date can be up to September 7th. That is damn near month for shipping. I read some of the reviews and I hope I get the items and the right items at that! This website SUCKS. MISLEADING... And the items are NOT to the quality they say they are. I would not RECOMMEND this site to anyone. I have bought a few items from Ioffer. Some I got in a timely manner some I didn't. I also paid for items that I never received which is awful. I made a complaint but it's like no one can help me with either getting my items or a refund. Amazon or eBay once you a case they investigate and if you have a good case they refund you. Does not protect the buyers. Full of scam items! I bought 3 watches from this website. I did not receive 2 watches yet. I received the third watch today. It has a very bad quality and does not work. I've been buying from iOffer for the last 3 months and at the beginning everything was PK. I got my orders on time and in good conditions but for the last 2 months it's been just fraudulent activity. I haven't received a few orders from 2 months ago and some of this sellers don't even respond anymore. One of them just took my money and has never reply to any of my messages. The other ones just keep saying that my products are on the way and to be patient, and one of them is saying that I did received my 2 orders and that I even signed for them!

I see the negative reviews on here and I understand every one of them. However, my personal experience of iOffer.com is good. Most of the stuff on there is fake but is still of a great quality and looks great. To be safe, only buy from people who accept PayPal which gives a extra safety net as PayPal's resolution centre is very helpful and quick with these types of claims. They give refunds if you are scammed and try to only buy low value items on there. I also go for items that have other reviews and other purchases. Some say that they have been bought by 300+ people and this normally indicates a legitimate seller. Watch out for sellers with low feedback scores as they can be the scammers.

I am extremely upset. I made a purchase on April 20, 2016 on iOffer. Today is July 2, 2016 and I haven't received my purchase. Please do not purchase from this person Aungkana **. He goes under **. I purchased $62 worth of DVD's for my children and nearly 3 months ago, Feb. 19th to be exact, and haven't received anything but lies and false info. First, Brian **, or tvpartywarehouse, asked me to send my payment via money order because his PayPal account had been hacked. He received the money order on Feb. 27th. He then sent me numerous false tracking numbers and dates my items would arrive. All tracking numbers were dead links and still no product. Now, Brian ** has stopped responding to emails after, yet again, saying items were to arrive last week. Still nothing. I think it was in late March that I ordered a Hallmark Movie DVD and received it promptly, which pleased me greatly, because other sellers said the movie was not available until June. However, when I ordered again for two more DVDs, I was given the notice that I could no longer order even though the movies I ordered were in stock. I wrote back asking why and received no reply, then I called for an explanation receiving no answer. Needless to say, that was the last time I ever contacted them and never will again. Years ago I started making purchases through iOffer.com without incident however, recently this has all changed. Some sellers either don't send items paid for or send false tracking numbers and send faulty or wrong items and refuse to answer emails about them. The big problem is that iOffer.com allows the seller to make the transactions "Private" or "Hidden" so you are unable to see other buyers’ reviews of the seller and or items available to purchase which makes it very difficult to find a honest seller. Three sellers I have recently had issues with either of not sending or sending wrong/faulty products are: emcei4 (never sent item, sent false tracking information), kuaile51288 (never sent item), zhouyang110 (sent wrong item and would not resolve the problem).

I purchased an item from volk8 on iOffer. The item was advertised with a selection of quality photographs. I paid over £100.00 for the watch in question. When the item was delivered it was completely different from the pictures. The quality of the item was terrible and I am pretty sure they are cheap copies. I contacted seller immediately but he has done nothing to help. IOffer do nothing either to help. This seller is still advertising these watches using identical photographs to the ones he used to con me and nothing can be done. I would advise all possible buyers to stay well clear of using iOffer as you have zero protection from dodgy sellers. Stick with eBay where at least you are protected.

Purchased iClone6 Pro Software - description only said it was Full Windows version. Got a link to download it along with instruction as to how to 'register' it. It was obviously illegal and I sent the seller 'Toyotahotel' a message telling him I wanted a refund. The iOffer.com seller is shown as Tim ** . I sent him two emails two days apart without hearing from him. I told him I would report him through PayPal and iOffer.com if he didn't issue a refund, he didn't. I initiated a complaint via PayPal and also advised iOffer.com of one of their seller conducting illegal business through their website.

I ordered some item and got my things so I felt ok about buying more things. I ordered a pair of shoes from this person and a couple days later decided to order another pair so I did that. So I emailed the seller to ask the tracking number on the first pair of shoes with no reply after 4 emails. I filed complaint which anger the seller, that was when he cancelled my order and lied and said he never received my money for my shoes. Then with my second number he gave me a fake tracking number which I never received my shoes. I filed another complaint, he later told me to change my bad review and he would refund my money. I refuse to do that because of the LIE he told about my first shoes. So bottom line is I got beat out of $85 and no shoes. This company can just take your money and nothing will be done about it. I will tell anyone if you deal with this company do it through PayPal because if not you would not get your money back.

On March 2, I was contacted by the seller telling me that the item was no longer available. I responded to the seller that I wanted a refund. On March 23, I received another email telling me that I would receive my refund in 3-10 business days. No refund ever came. I would not ordered from this site again. There are honest sellers on this site because I have dealt with them but I'm sorry to say that there are many who are not. I have realized that if an offer is too good to be true, then it probably isn't.

I very rarely write a bad review, but I needed to in this case. I placed an order from this merchant -- WESALEZ. I never received a confirmation for the order. The site is so poorly set up that you can't contact the merchant directly. You have to go into one of their products that they are selling and send a message on that product, not for the one I purchased. Well I sent this merchant several messages and never once did they respond. I never received the product that I ordered and it's been 11 days at this point. There isn't even a place to post a review for the merchant on the site, that is why I am posting it here to make other consumers aware when making a purchase from IOFFER.COM. They should just shut down this site. I will NEVER try and order from this site again!

I am not even sure where to start right now because I'm upset and it's only day 2 of my experience. I was on iOffer, never been on it before but thought it was similar to Amazon or eBay so I didn't think there would be a problem at all. I was communicating with a few sellers before ordering the MK purse and wallet because I wanted to get a good feel of how they were and how fast they communicated back. I felt really good with a seller who goes by "cnddna" and was showing "online" the whole time. Although there was a small issue with the language communication we were able to do so and he/she seemed to make me feel comfortable where I went ahead and placed my order. I was happy and felt good about dealing with this seller with great reviews and I believe it said they was a seller on iOffer for about 2 years.

I tried to order a couple items. Thank god the transaction never went through. I called my bank to find out why. There was money in the bank. The bank told me they have had a lot of complaints because of fraudulent transactions from "iOffer". They were not going to let me complete this transaction. I purchased a pair of shoes for $17.00 from hfkjl179. When I purchased the shoes the seller had already completed over 2000 orders with a customer review of 4 stars on average. I purchased the shoes on January 19, 2016 and the seller marked them shipped on January 20, 2016. The tracking number the seller provided did not work (China EMS). I tried using 4 sites to track it. On February 3, 2016 I sent the seller the following message, "Any updates on when it will be shipped? Tracking number still doesn't work." The seller responded back to me the next day saying, "Hello, because our country traditional festival - the Spring Festival is coming soon. Our Courier will shut down. We can't send Courier to you. The inconvenience, please understand. After the holiday, we are going to start in February 15th shipment. Will delivery to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding."

I've been a satisfied customer for 5 years but several days ago I placed an order for a movie. My email, name & address went in there where it says how to pay. All it says if OTHER, not check Paypal credit card just Other. I've gotten through to confirm my order but still can't pay. I wrote the seller several times telling him I can't get through to pay. I was sent through my email an invoice. And where it says "complete purchase" I clicked and it sent me back to all the above mess. I called several hrs. ago. First the item was delayed by over a week to actually ship and the seller took forever to reply to my messages. Then he sent me the wrong item and will no longer answer my messages. Even with a 99% positive feedback the guy's a scammer. Something is wrong here.

I asked the question where this product is manufactured. Said in Indonesia and shipping from china. Careprost is the product of Sun Pharma, a India based company which does not have any facility out of India. I know this. Hence I asked this question to vendors. He deleted my question.

I got ripped off by them today! I ordered a handbag for 35 dollars and my card was charged twice - once for 38 dollars and once for an "international fee" of 1.15 dollars. Then the website started to send me emails to pay for the item. They will not ship until I pay. But I did pay and the money came out of my account so I have to deal with my card company to get reimbursed. The reimbursement will take up to 45 days... Please stay away from iOffer. They are a scam site with horrible customer service. When you try to "contact them" you get a physical snail mail address and all of their automated emails contain no information about who to contact (no reply).

I purchased a purse from yiyi369 - tried to contact the seller many times, finally responded a week and a half later. The item was for a specific event and needed to match an outfit I was wearing, unfortunately what I received was not the same color pictured. It was almost an orange instead of a deep red and had a scratch (almost a hole) showing the layer beneath the fake leather. The seller then apologize and said that must of happened in the shipping which is not possible since there was no holes in the outer packaging when it arrived.

Then I report the problem by August and they say they are only a platform...They are not responsible. The seller never did a refund and they never contact me again. I was really disappointed with iOffer and the seller (yiyi369). I ordered for 2 bags that I have seen in display. First: item's color is not same as they display in iOffer. Second: Item is delivered in 50 days but as per iOffer item will be delivered in 25 days. Third: there is MK Chain which is attached with bag in display pic but not sent to me and when I asked why it was not sent with bags they message me "all of the bags don't come with the MK chain, just the bag as same as the one you got."

Now they do have hard-to-find items but that is the only good thing I can say about iOffer. I had no idea they do not help with refunds. All they do is set up stores. eBay and Amazon will do all they can to refund you but not iOffer. Now, I have had some good experiences on iOffer but I had some bad ones too and in this case, the bad outweighs the good.

Vendor did not use PayPal and sent email with a link for my credit card information, which I did not trust. I responded to vendor with a request to cancel my order and received nasty emails from vendor in response. IOffer did not help. I cancelled my account.
