I ordered a DVD of "Wicked" advertised by Dreamcatcher. I sent a personal check which was cashed. Have never had any response from the seller. I tried to reach them through iOffer, but no help or reply. All I can assume is that I've been ripped off by Dreamcatcher, as it was in February that I ordered. Still no reply. I closed my iOffer account and will NEVER go back to their site.

I first ordered an autographed album, signed by Dolly Parton, Emily Lou Harris and Linda Ronstadt from autographsunlimited. It stated $32 free shipping, ** called me for payment over the phone. He told me there is a $12 shipping charge, I told him it stated free shipping, he told me he could keep the album but it would cost me a $30 restocking fee? It hadn't left his hand and now I owed him money?? I agreed but told him I would dispute the shipping charge so he told me "I will destroy your credit"?? I was only buying a $32 item.
After that I bought an autographed guitar by Paul McCartney for $415, there was no shipping charge this time but they told me they used my credit card from the previous purchase. When I received the guitar there were scratches on it like someone had played the guitar. I contacted **, he told me I am too picky be glad with what you had. I bought another guitar that was to be a Fender Telecaster autographed by John Lennon and Yoko Ono. When I received the guitar it didn't look like a fender guitar. I went on a website backstagemusic.com, Mr. ** is a member on NAMM Member Independent Music Store Owners Group. On his website it is how to find a fake fender guitar. He told me it is a fake!
I went over the Guitar Center on 11977 Saint Charles Rock Road Bridgeton MO, 63044 Phone 314-738-0500, talked to **. When I opened up my guitar case he told me already "I can tell you it is a fake." He gave me his letter stating, "Fender" guitar is a Chinese copy. Decal is fake, fenders were never made in China, wrong input jack, wrong neck plate, wrong nut. I have his letter stating this: Mr. ** is selling fake guitars to consumers and is trying to scare me with "I will destroy your credit".
On the last text I received from him was, "We are not going to go over every issue you can dream up in your head like the last time we dealt with you. Be satisfied with the item you bought, or refuse the shipment and have it sent back with us. If necessary I will call you on the phone and make it clear again. We are not going to play issue of the day with you every day, especially after all the extra work and picture we provided on the last item you bought. Then, you left nasty bad feedback after all we did. WE would sooner be done with you forever. So, if there are problems again, we will be completely done with ever selling anything to you again". This is a direct and correct quote I have from his email.
I didn't even tell him about the damage done to the fender guitar, it is deeply gouges out of the finish on the front of the guitar, someone took a marker to fill it in and wiped it afterwards to leave a cloudy haze on the finish of the guitar. On **'s website it states again "Free Shipping" for this guitar but on the receipt he put in with the COA he is charging me "shipping price $45". He is not a good person to do business with. He said I am too picky. I paid him over $1000 for three items and all three came damaged and one I can verify is a fake. I have all documentation for this and am willing to mail copies to you. How many people were just picky? You cannot tell these imperfections but I can prove by two sources that the fender guitar is a fake. I contacted iOffer, they stated they are just a marketplace..

I ordered a bag and lost my money and never received the merchandise. No matter how many times I complained about it to iOffer.com they said that they are not responsible for the money and not receiving the items. There is no one who monitors the vendors and at any time people can just take your money and you can't do nothing. I tried contacting the seller who kept giving me a false tracking number and later I could not find the seller altogether. Beware, this is a ungenerous site. Most sellers are in China and good luck locating them once they steal your money.

I had recently bought an item from a user that had "85,678" reviews with 100% feedback. Yes I know, I am an idiot for thinking that was possible. What iOffer does is create these bogus accounts and give them "great feedback" so you trust them. All they want is to obtain your credit card information and the garbage they send you isn't actually what you ordered. iOffer does a good job pretending like they are real, but if you look closely, there is no way for you to send them feedback or complaints. This is the mark of death. Absolutely no way a legit company wouldn't want ways to get rid of fraudulent "sellers". I would just skip them all together and stick with real sites like Amazon or eBay.

But it looks strange numbers. Past 8 days but I could not find package by this # because it is fake # not exist.. as I felt. I have contacted with iOffer but they don't do anything just said iOffer just marketplace.
I left bad feedback on the seller. Seller told me if I remove feedback, he would give me money back. He didn't explain why tracking # is not found. He said he sent item and he might find from post office and this is not his fault. Not shipping item is not his fault??? iOffer said this seller got good reviews. But when I check it he sold over 4000 items for 8 months but he got only 6 reviews and mostly... not rated yet sign? First I just want to say if you're reading this review and thinking about ordering from this site, PLEASE don't and listen to me and the other people's bad reviews. Don't ignore the bad reviews like I did. I'm sure it's a lot of other people that have been scammed by this site too but just don't write reviews. I ordered an item on March 19, 2015. A few days after ordering the item I went and checked the order on the site and a big red banner stated the seller I bought the item from account had been cancelled and to contact my bank for payment. I contacted my bank and they said since the transaction was authorized it was nothing they could do and I would have to contact the website for a refund. I emailed iOffer and they stated that I would have to contact the seller directly for a refund.
However, if the seller's account is cancelled and every time I try and click the link to contact the seller it won't let me because the seller's account is shut down, how can I contact the seller as iOffer is stating I should do. So now I'm out of my money and haven't received an item yet and their fake tracking number page that they have you click on a link to is fake because it's saying it was delivered but never was. And when I copy and paste the tracking number and put it into the REAL USPS website it's an invalid tracking number. Again, I warn do not use this site, you will be out of your money and your item!

I have purchased on iOffer and I agree with some things Lisa says and others are totally incorrect. YES. Don't pay for Western Union you have no recourse. Not only because the seller may be a bad seller but also the iOffer does SUSPEND accounts that are selling certain replica products. So your ability to contact the seller MAY NOT be the seller's fault directly but could also be a result of iOffer.
Regarding phone number. Items sent internationally ASK for a phone number even if you go to the post office. Also considering the amount of information on the internet, they already have your name, and address getting a phone number whether you give it or not really isn't going to help them steal your identity. Now if they ask for social, kid’s names, banking information etc. the OBVIOUS for identity theft then don't give them that information.
Purchasing on your credit card. YES. You can purchase by using your credit card EVEN if it is NOT PayPal. Simply contact your provider and find out the recourse for a chargeback due to not receipt. This way you will know how long you have to dispute the charge EVEN if you have not received the item yet. If you don't get the item within 30 days then I would file.
Within 48 hours of your purchase REQUEST a tracking number from the seller. You can do so DIRECTLY from the order page. ALSO make sure to UPDATE your order with the payment information. This will avoid the issue Lisa had with a NON PAYMENT. Regarding Ron comment. ABSOLUTELY review the reviews of the seller. Check for a review of the product you are interested in purchasing and the LAST date of the most recent review. This was very helpful when I was ordering a shirt. The feedback indicated to order at least 2 sizes up from the size you actually needed.
I don't agree with the idea of not paying $200 for a item necessarily since some of the authentic of these items can run into 5 digit figures. HOWEVER do look for less expensive copies of the same replica. Example I wanted the Channel Graffiti Backpack (retails for about 10K). The price varied from $60-$300 dollars. I got the $60 one and it is perfect. But I could have easily paid more if I didn't research.
Bank transfers can be done easily online or even by app on your phone. THEY WILL not get your banking information to clean you out unless you provide it to them directly! US banks also have protection on your account, so if you decide to do one from bank to bank make sure to contact YOUR bank to find out how safe it actually is and what your recourse is. I personally would not do it. It's just as risky as the Western Union.

I have been using and ordering from this site for almost two years now. There are guidelines to follow if you actually want to a. get what you order, b. not lose your money and get no refund, etc.
First of all this site is trying to compete with the ebays, amazon and all the other sites out there. They do it badly. There are A LOT, and I mean A LOT of scam artists on this site. That said I have ordered and received some really nice things on this site. You have to be very aware of how you do business and not do return business with anyone who is questionable in anyway.
In recent months they have completely changed their payment system, making it much more difficult for the consumer. Originally if you were paying with paypal you could order your item and when completing the order you would be brought to the sign in page for paypal and could immediately pay, no invoice required, though many times I was issued an invoice and asked to pay after payment had already been made and received. Apparently ioffer gets paid for each invoice sent by the sellers, and they wanted to ensure the invoices were being issued and sellers weren't getting around having to pay the fee for sales.
Now if you try to pay for your item you are at the mercy of the seller who many times speaks bad and broken english and communicating what you need them to do so you may actually purchase your item and pay for it can be a challenge.
These are some tips for not getting screwed by the bad apples in the mix, because you CAN buy some beautiful things on the site for great prices.
1. NEVER, I can’t emphasize this enough, NEVER purchase from a seller who will not or cannot accept PAYPAL as payment. IF they won’t accept paypal, they usually want you send cash via western union, or pay directly with a credit card. If you do either of those things you can pretty much count on not receiving what you order, and then you are at the mercy of the seller to return your money which is high unlikely. ioffer will NOT help you. They will advise you to go to your third party payment provider for reimbursement or refund, or contact the seller directly.
2. When you order something from a seller who accepts paypal, include an email or note with the offer you make with your email address for your paypal account, make it clear when your order is placed that an invoice will be required so you can pay for your item. If you leave it up in the air in 48 hours your order will be cancelled for non payment and you will be given a non paying buyer rating, it doesn't matter that you never got an opportunity to pay for it. Getting those ratings removed is arduous and takes relentless harassing of the seller.
I made a large purchase of 5 items, costing over $100, three weeks later the I noticed I hadn't gotten a tracking number looked and my order was cancelled for no payment. I had a non paying buyer rating to contend with, and the order had been canceled. I went back and forth with the seller who blamed the mistake on employee error, the order had been invoiced, paid for, and the money was removed from my account. And in addition I had lost 21 of the 45 days paypal allows to get your money refunded.
The rating was removed and I was assured by the buyer that I would get my items within the time frame. I tried communicating with this seller repeatedly on a daily basis several times a day, on the 44th day I filed a claim with paypal. I told this seller, it was to buy her time to send the merchandise and still allow me the protection of getting my money back should I not receive it. I got no response. I escalated it to a claim about two weeks later. Then the seller was cancelled by ioffer for fraudulent practices and violating ioffer policies. It took a while but did get my money back.
3. Always make a note of the purchase date. It can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks to get to the US because of new customs laws in place in China. This is the reason for increased prices as of late, and the number of sellers no longer using paypal as a payment option. I have lost more money than I care to think about for waiting because I was assured by the seller my item had been sent. If by the 445th day you have not received your item yet, you probably won’t. File claim that day, if you file it on day 46 you HAVE NO RECOURSE TO GET A REFUND. At this point the seller will probably be ignoring any and all communication because they never had any intention of sending you the item in the first place.
4. I keep track of sellers who have done this to me and have a list of sellers I refuse to buy from again. IOFFER is making this easier. In the past few months before even having a chance to file a claim with paypal IOFFER has cancelled sellers accounts for violating practices. It makes refunds quick and easy but annoying because if I went through the trouble of ordering something from China I probably really wanted it.
5. I have some great bags, jewelry, sunglasses, even perfume I have bought without incident and I enjoy very much. I even bought a few articles of clothing. I have expensive taste in handbags but don’t always have the checkbook for them. I have some of their bags, I mix with real ones, no one can tell.
6. Ask very specific questions, the item in the picture isn't necessarily the item you will receive. The sellers have three tiers of goods. The lowest priced tier you can guarantee there will be small differences that make it quite obvious that what you bought is not real. The more expensive second and third tier quality items will look more similar to the real thing but I have found the sellers of these higher quality items do not use paypal, probably because of their risk should the items be confiscated by customs. They don’t usually lose anything but they are not going to reimburse you the large amount of money you've lose because they got caught selling counterfeit goods.
If you are willing to pay the $200 plus depending what you are looking for you are better off looking for gently used versions of the real things on ebay or other sites that consign very expensive goods at huge discounts because they are gently used. Tradesy, Yoogi’s Closet, and The Luxury closet are good sites to look aside from ebay and even amazon sells gently used designer goods.
6. If your seller does not communicate well or at all from the beginning it is better to avoid the seller altogether. It’s not likely to change if you buy from them, and you will wait months for something that won’t come and longer to get your money back.
7. The way the system of payment is set up now it is easier to leave feedback. This is important for a few reasons. Previous to the change the sellers would frequently tell me point blank that it didn't matter if I left bad feedback, it didn't affect them at all in a negative way. I can’t tell you how many horrible sellers told me this. It does matter now. IOFFER IS trying to compete with the likes of ebay, and having half your sellers trying to cheat customers out of hard earned money isn’t going to get them there so they are paying attention. So always leave feedback, especially if you never received your item, but wait until after you have gotten your refund; You have to mark the item received in order to leave the feedback, if you do that before the paypal claim has been closed it complicates things and it takes longer to get your money back. But absolutely do not hesitate to tell others the seller is a crook. If IOFFER doesn't cancel them because paypal will not allow them to use their service anymore.
8. If they ask for a phone number "so the post will be able to contact me" do not give them your phone number, if they insist they get a fake number from me. Do NOT give them any personal info that might allow for them to steal your identity, they have no need for your social, phone number, address, etc, unless they want more than your money for payment. I also refuse to pay with my credit card directly for this reason. Many vendors accept all major credit accounts, but I prefer the safety of paypal because my bank account numbers, credit and debit card numbers all remain anonymous to the vendor. Under NO circumstances should you use a bank transfer for payment if you don’t want your account cleaned out.
You can get some nice replicas of products at good prices, and very nice jewelry and other things from this website at substantial discount, but the number of vendors accepting paypal had dwindled. Even those who claim in the product ad to accept paypal don’t always accept anymore but haven’t bothered to update the info, so ask as many questions as you need to. Any vendor who makes excuses or hesitates to answer probably isn't trustworthy and you should move on to find your item elsewhere, but it is very possible to have a good experience buying. These are just ways I have learned to avoid the bad,
Happy shopping

Although I have received mixed results with ioffer, I have always been able to recover my money by simply paying ONLY by PayPal. Paypal offers a debit card with their account and you can use this to make payment. If the seller doesn't send the item, you can dispute the charges. Many of the sellers on ioffer will show in their description that they accept PayPal but will bait and switch when you purchase telling you that they can't accept paypal. No problem, you can still pay with your paypal account and get the protection. As soon as a seller tells me they only take Western Union I cancel the transaction. Just be a smart shopper and you can still protect yourself.
Also check the tracking number they send you on EMS. It will update you if the item has in fact REALLY shipped. I hope these tips can help those buying on the site. Make sure if you don't pay by PayPal, that you find out what your credit card offers in terms of how many days you have to dispute a transaction and what their procedure is. 30 days is enough time to receive you item even if it’s coming from China. Look at the ACTUAL reviews on each seller. Some have stars but NO actual review from a seller. I believe those may be fake. Check to see what was actually said about the buyer and the DATE of the LATEST transaction. If the latest transaction was more than 90 days I would consider looking for a seller with recent transactions from sellers.

I chatted with someone with a similar company and they kept typing "high quality replica". Why don't they simply advertise as such using phrases like imitation or compare to. When I emailed it's too good to be true and be careful that you don't accused of false advertisement then a half hour passed I didn't hear a peep out of them. All of the sudden they got quiet, amazing. I'd rather wait for sales of 40% of Revlon, Loreal, Almay and Avon is a great underrated quality. Hope my input can help out because before I bought I read reviews and realized that when you have that gut feeling something isn't quite right then listen to that, that's your instincts, ok. Never done a review before.

I purchased an item from a seller, received confirmation from seller that item would be sent, funds were deducted from PayPal. Then began receiving communication that the item wasn't paid for and that I would be getting a low buyer rating. I provided copies of the seller's communication and the PayPal statement that the money was in fact deducted from my account in payment of the item. The item was canceled and no offer of returning the money that was issued. Help desk basically offered no help. I have had previous purchases that were satisfactory. This is baffling to me.

"5statemobile, Dec 21 21:12: Comment author was not signed in when this comment was submitted (what is this?)." I sent payment to Life8899 then he or she asked me for address and telephone number. I send my COMPLETE USPO address. Now I get another message a few minutes ago: "Offer: $24.00 Dec 21, 2014 - Dear friends, you give me the address is not detailed enough. Please tell me your name, city where you live, your street, as well as zip code, phone number. Please tell me the exact, I will give you send the goods. Thank you."
This is **. Either he/she sends the purse or I want my money back NOW. They don't need my phone number as they aren't sending me money via W/U. They have the complete USPO address where I get mail every day. This sounds like a con game to me. His money was deposited in his bank account Friday and he was sent the Tracking number. Would appreciate if you would look into this and either get me the purse (it's a birthday present) or my money back. I'm glad it's only $24.00. My very first experience purchasing there (& so far only) was a bad one as well. I was purchasing a Disney channel series and some Disney movies and the guy had me send a money order cause he said he was having problems with his PayPal account so even though he had one connected to iOffer he didn't want me using it to pay. Well needless to say I didn't get my purchase and iOffer seemed to offer nothing as far as any buyer protection. The only thing I noticed they may do too is to revoke that person from using that username but however they did it, I knew the people had started a new username right after that was actually one letter different than the first username but said the same thing AND they were selling the exact same products. iOffer did nothing.
No, they will NEVER EVER be competitors for Amazon or EBay UNLESS they get some REAL protection and peace of mind for the buyers and if they do before people stop coming there to get ripped off to the point no one wants to cause it's way too risky. Then and only then will they actually have a shot to move themselves up alongside Amazon and EBay.

Just wanted to assist some of the buyers I seen on here. I bought a package of e-products on iOffer awhile back and I noticed that the UK seller was not concerned that some of the items listed were missing from the package... I did not give up and pushed him until he actually gave me more than I had ordered. It is important to understand that you can get a bad seller from iOffer, Ebay, Amazon, or any online retailer.
HERE IS HOW I FORCE ANY SELLER TO GIVE THE PRODUCT AS DESCRIBED: #1 Always buy with PayPal! PayPal has a "Buyer Protection Program" that will give your money back if you have a problem. When you complain to PayPal, that seller will lose their ability to accept credit cards through PayPal if they don't deliver what was promised. #2 Only buy a small cheap item 1st to test the seller. #3 Talk a lot with the seller BEFORE you buy. See if they speak broken English (usually a bad sign). See if they get impatient or nasty when you ask a lot of questions. See if they are knowledgeable about their products. (Good sellers know their products). See if they will break the rules. If they will break a rule or policy of iOffer or whatever marketplace they are selling at, then they are not a good seller. Bad sellers are use to breaking rules. Good sellers abide by the rules because they look at their business as long term. #4 Offer a ridiculously low price. If they are a good seller they will counter with a fair price. If they counter with a low price that seems way too low, then it could be stolen items they are looking to get rid of fast OR they never plan to send you anything.
I hope this helps everyone on this site. And by the way, iOffer does have a customer service department that will try to help as well. They will remove listings that seem counterfeit, also give fines of $25.00 to sellers for each policy violation, and also close their store if a few people complain. You just have to be tenacious... Remember this: Complaining here about iOffer may close iOffer, but it won't stop bad sellers who are on Ebay, Amazon and 1,000 other places. It's better to shut down the bad seller through PayPal and through complaining to iOffer until they close the seller.
Here is why: iOffer is a competitor of Amazon, Ebay, and others... as soon as there are no competitors to those big companies, prices start going up! The best way to have the lowest prices is to have real competitors to the big companies. So bashing iOffer is basically shooting yourself in the foot and guaranteeing higher prices in the future. Stop the bad Seller and help clean up iOffer so that iOffer can grow to be a real competitor to Amazon. Then Amazon will lower their seller fees and thus sellers can lower their prices to you!

I would though warn potential buyers to beware - I only paid using paypal and had that protection but they will string you along telling you that the order has been sent and to be patient. Paypal gives you a 45 day window to claim a refund and if you don't dispute then they get to keep your money. If you are still waiting by 30 days, put in a claim with paypal, it can always to reversed if you do receive it. Also check to see their reviews and how many previous sales they have made, also how many items they have for sale. I got caught out with "Welcome God to: babaifuniushan.ioffer.com shopping" complete nonsense always referring to me as "my friend" and to "be patient". I then bought some shoes off another seller and the same thing happened, 1 date late but the product was fine. I mean for a 20 item when the real item is endless, hundreds, what do you expect with the quality? But people don't even notice. It wasn't bad quality like I expected.
I went to browse on iOffer again to come across this site and saw all the bad reviews. I was like "omg I haven't even had a problem, how has all this happened to some people?" No matter what the reviews tell you, these supposed sellers are just there to wait for your money. I must admit there are some real ones. Here are some tips: 1- click on "seller's other products" and review often before buying and after placing and order. You see nothing listed and you'll see nothing coming. 2- If nothing ships out in 36 hrs. It never will. 3- communicate with seller as often as you can. Ask for the status and a traceable tracking number. If you don't hear back in a few hour, you're dealing with a ghost. The average wait time is 12 days. If it takes longer, get an update or cancel immediately. As far as Quality: You get what you paid for.

I made around 11 different orders, out of these I've had to claim money back through PayPal on 5 so far and I'm not holding my breath for the others! Orders dating back to 17th August which were supposed to be shipped within 7 days still not showing as shipped. I've been constantly messaging the sellers and at first kept being told they would ship soon or they just kept asking silly questions like 'what size did you want again?' The clue was in the 4 messages I've sent to you confirming the size! This was clearly to stall me from claiming a refund (PayPal has a limit on the timescale you can dispute/escalate) and then they just cease to reply all together.
The sites solution in combating these frauds is 'get a refund'. It does nothing to catch or punish the fraudsters - something which the sellers must have clocked onto themselves! This kind of irresponsible trading on the sites part should not go without reprimand or consequence. It's outrageous and wholly unjust that they be able to turn a blind eye and wash their hands of any of this activity! The "sellers" must pay them very well!

iOffer are hosting a company calling itself HTFF and, as far as I can discover, later called John ** and starring an individual called Mark in particular. The actual money I've lost is trivial. Much more important is that organization such as PayPal realize that this trader (presumably encouraged by iOffer) never actually sends the goods he advertises. All Email exchanges I have had with HTFF/John ** are available. To summarize what follows below, I have at least twice, and on occasions far apart in time (not realizing it was the same trader) paid money to this merchant, and received nothing in exchange. I doubt a single person has actually received the goods advertised. Their strategy is to delay inquiries with a series of (more or less) plausible excuses.
In October of 2013, I ordered a DVD from a company called HTFF. The film was a Gawain and the Green Knight costing $26.99. Paid for with PayPal. Receiving nothing for my money, I later received an email invoice from the following source: ** Invoice number ** Oct 2013 for $26.99. But again, No DVD was sent to me. I inquired further, and received the following message: "Nice to hear from you. As mentioned in the new PAYPAL invoice I sent to you earlier today, the eCrater invoicing system for international orders such as this one is 'glitchy' and inaccurate, so your original payment never went through and I'm returning it to you so that you can now pay the new, correct invoice that I sent you earlier. Once the correct invoice for $26.99 (including the overseas shipping) has been paid, your order is then completed and can be processed. Sorry for the hassle caused by the eCrater goof-up Rob...~ Mark."
On Inquiring if all was now OK, I received the following message: "Hey Rob, Yes. Payment received and all is well. Have a GREAT week...~ Mark." NO DVD was subsequently sent to me! Even though I had my suspicions, I foolishly neglected to pursue this further. This trader obviously relies on this for the success of his scam.
This year, and knowing my interest in this film, my son recently discovered it on sale from a merchant hosted by iOffer. The same film for the same price! Not realizing that this was the same Mark as above, I ordered it again on 9th August 2014. This time from BlastofCinema hosted by iOffer. Since the goods did not arrive (and were not even shipped) within the time quoted by iOffer, I inquired what was going on. I received the following message:
"Greetings Robert. You'll have this soon. I'm 57 years old and don't drive, nor do I live near the post office, so I cannot ship every day. What I do is once or twice per week I gather up as many orders as I can and hop on the train to ship. Unfortunately, I was sick for a few weeks which slowed me down a bit and I'm currently in the process of catching up. All the best...Mark."
Now, I'm 74 myself. Quite what this person's age has to do with anything is a mystery? However, not only was my DVD not sent. It was not even shipped! I complained, and this time received no reply. I then looked back through old emails and realized that this man (Mark) was the same person I'd had dealings with before. I pointed this out to him, and this time got a reply refunding me my latest payment but not the earlier one. I pointed out that if he was an honest trader, he'd send the goods: not a refund. It is transparent that this trader (under the auspices of iOffer) scams people.

A fluke today had me attempting to order from a seller on iOffer and I discovered that this seller wanted me to use Google AND oddly, it is the same google acct from the one last month. He has a NEW name but stupidly used the SAME google address. iOffer is NO help with this complaint neither is Google which is telling me it is supposed to be used by friends or family and they can't do anything. I doubt I'll get my money back but iOffer SHOULD be shutting this thief DOWN. His screen names were tvliberation and now he is operating as thedvdshop.I have been purchasing for over 3 yrs and have NEVER had a seller do this to me. It's a shame that iOffer doesn't set up a better tracking system, a better way for customers to SHARE experiences and some way to keep these cretins OFF their site.

I work alongside websites that try and close websites like iOffer down. Firstly, when you are on a website that sends you an invoice or just take card details, they can take more than the agreed amount without consequence. Others may reimburse but this is mega hassle. Even PayPal can refuse to refund if the item is counterfeit (fake) which most of this website is. Only advice, if you want to risk it for the sake of saving a couple extra bucks, go ahead but it's a hit or miss and you most likely will be overcharged and never see the item. Do not buy from this website! Especially fake items!

Firstly, you can't contact anyone at iOffer about the level of service you receive (or lack of) from sellers on that website. Sellers are quick to take answer any questions you have and take your money quickly, but when you change your mind after reading all the bad reviews, communication then becomes non-existent. Even if you pay using Paypal, there is NO GUARANTEE that you will receive your money back promptly, or at all. You have to wait 21 days before it can be upgraded to a claim. By this point, the seller may have closed shop and taken off with your money. Who knows but I am still waiting to hear back from the seller, as well as, iOffer.
After further investigation, my daughter had asked several buyers about their clothing and footwear purchases from iOffer, and they said the service took longer than expected and the products weren't that good, as in the quality was quite poor (stitching was coming away on several of the t-shirts, and the glue used on one pair of shoes was peeling off!).
I didn't even get that far. I paid for the products (footwear). Then my daughter contacted me about what she had found out so changed her mind. It was less than 12 hours after I had paid for the goods, when I decided to contact the seller and cancel the order. For the last 24 hours, I have been trying to contact them but to no avail. They have been 'offline' since. I have contacted iOffer through their only available email address and I haven't heard back from them yet. It's only been 14 hours but still. I will never recommend iOffer to anyone. Their products are tempting, given the price for replicated items, but their service is terrible and the iOffer site itself is suspect.
Reviewed May 26, 2014
I am beginning to think this is a scam, as I have ordered items, paid for them and not received them. I have tried to contact the sellers and had no replies. This is a good site for replica items, however if the sellers are not going to abide by their contracts of sales, then there is no point. I would please advise people to think twice before shopping with this site.

I had some decent experiences with many of the individual dealers on iOffer, but I asked many of them, Why don't you just prepare your own ecommerce website and sell your products there? Forget about the iOffer clowns. Each time a dealer makes a sale, iOffer charges the dealer a fee. This generates an email to the buyer to tell iOffer whether you received the product. If the buyer is tardy in responding to the auto generated email by iOffer, the dealer is sometimes double billed for the sale. This is not fair to the buyer or the seller.
I found this out after purchasing several items from one dealer last summer. I would get the auto generated emails from iOffer. Sometimes I may have been a bit late in responding, but the dealer then emailed me and asked me if I received the product in a timely manner, and if the product was satisfactory. I told the dealer, great on both counts. The dealer apparently was getting double billed for the sales on iOffer. We got everything squared away, but after this experience no more iOffer.

OK, so I will admit, I knew the items were knockoffs when I bought them. I mean, come on, a pair of UGG boots coming directly from China for $45? Yeah, I knew. But at the time I didn't really care. But after ordering 5 of these fake knockoffs, all of which were complete and utter crap, I am now speaking out against them. I still paid money and to have the items completely fall apart after just a few days is RIDICULOUS. I mean, if these were just regular boots and didn't say UGG on them and I paid $45, I would expect at least SOME amount of quality and the ability to wear them more than 3 times before they literally completely rip in half. That is what happened. I also ordered a sweater that was so cheap looking I threw it in the garbage. There goes $21. I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were so cheap looking I could have gotten a nicer pair at 711. I definitely DO NOT recommend. You will be sorry.

I contacted the seller who insists still that the watch is only a 1sec. stopwatch (did not want to know). I have been in touch with Casio UK who agrees with me that if the watch is genuine, it should have a 5147 movement fitted and this would mean a 20sec. stopwatch function, not a 1sec. one.
