I believe that granting free access to their credit report leads to a better (if not the best) opportunity for one to develop the motivation for staying in control of credit history. I pay my bills. I challenge errors and criticize dilatory updates for unpaid balances in my credit record.

Credit Sesame is very useful and comfortable to use. It is very user friendly. I was able to read and understand all the information provided. It is helpful and the recommendations are easy to apply. I could see the benefits right away.

Essentially you pay $25.00 for all three credit bureaus, you can see who/ if/ when anyone reported any derogatory information on your account. A 1-800 number is given for you to call to help with any kind of derogatory information, presumably working with people behind said 1-800 number will also cost money.

It's free and accurate. I know they only look at making the payments on time but don't take into consideration you pay in full rather than minimum. I think that should be in the equation. The only reason I carry a balance is I use cards to purchase most everything as I get cash back for charging.

I check my credit score daily, and CreditSesame.com is one of the best ways to keep tabs consistently. I can look at the report which presents the credit score as it changes according to how healthy or even shaky my finances look. There are various tabs which presents a complete picture of what a member's financial health might look like, and the website provides suggestions on how to improve one's credit score.

I clicked on a site on Credit Sesame that promised it would not affect my credit score. It was supposed to be just checking rates on loans. Now one of the companies emailed me to inform me I was turned down for a loan that I didn’t apply for. If this shows up on my credit report, I will write bad reviews on every available site, to warn others of the hazards of visiting on Credit Sesame. I’ll do it every day because they lied when they told me it wouldn’t affect my credit score.

I had heard about Credit Sesame for a while but never looked into it before. Everyone said it was free??? Must have missed that window because even for one report it's asking me to pay $10. Not sure why the false advertising but I won't be using that site. I'll stick with Credit Karma.

I am getting alerts from Credit Sesame. Someone is did New Inquiry using my SSN number. My 3 credit union accounts are frozen. But how come they fraud people able to pull my credit history from TransUnion. Whether it's giving false information to customer. How can Credit Sesame can prove this is correct? Can someone from Credit Sesame can prove this?

Credit Sesame offers a great help getting credit and finances in good order. I would recommend this for anyone that has credit cards. They also offer complete credit reports as well as monitoring of sorts.

I haven't seen another service like this. I'm very please especially with the pre-qualification offers with soft credit report pulls. They also report estimated amount they believe you will be granted for. Their service that reports daily credit scores updates for only $9.95 really ties into this service... very affordable.

There is some personal information that needs to be corrected. There are some error on the reports... What is the best and fastest way to fix things? I like your report but there could be some changes that would make it not so long and save some money when trying to print all of it... I would like to discuss those and not put that in writing. Some things are easier to talk about than try to make one understand in print...

Credit Sesame provides an up to date credit monitoring and very easy to read and see a detail report of my credit report. I recommend Credit Sesame for the information which is provided at no cost to the individual! For those who may not know, checking your credit score on Credit Sesame does not affect your credit score.

I have been working with Credit Sesame for over 2 years and I don't think I would be where I am today if it weren't for this website. I started with little to no credit! I am getting a little tired of all the advertising promotional emails I get from Credit Sesame. I do not need a mortgage as my home is paid in full. I do not need an installment loan at 25% interest. My FICO credit scores in 2010 ranged from a low of 770 to a high of 805. I had some serious health issues in late 2011 into 2012 and had a wrongful foreclosure from Wells Fargo (don't get me started on WF) in 2013-2014 and my scores plunged. I lost my $750,000 home, tried to overturn the Sheriff Sale and was eventually evicted.

I completely stopped using my credit when I had a job loss a few years ago. Now trying to rebuild my credit, I was looking for more than the bland information provided by Credit Karma, I downloaded this app. Even worse, I listened to it. After a few "how to build your credit" emails, I decided to apply for a credit card they keep insisting I apply for. Sure enough, I was declined. This will now haunt me for 2 years. Credit Karma may be bland on information, but are more straightforward when helping make decisions on what to apply for. I'll be deleting this app and sticking with Credit Karma before I damage my credit further by listening to false hope offers from these guys.

Although my FICO already is >800, an article "How to Increase Your Credit Score to 800 and Above" by Lyn ** referred to Credit Sesame as a free source of information about the Vantage Score. The site is quite detailed and specific to my facts, so I learned that my only non-A rating is for Credit Mix. Since I paid cash for my last car, at the age of 73 I may have to take out a student loan; or, just be satisfied with my current >800 Vantage Score.

I like the site a lot, but it seems like a place to shop for credit cards. I don’t want any more credit cards. I wish it could help with what I have now. I wish it had a place where you could input different scenarios and see how those changes would affect your score.

Credit Sesame is wonderfully navigable. I also appreciate the knowledgeability and assistance of staff. I was able to write the three Credit Bureaus, because of a glaring error, and boosted my score on TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax by 50 points! That is all good and fine. My score USED TO BE over 810 (out of 850), but an Identity Thief ravaged my good score. It is hovering around 100-710 right now.

I was overjoyed, to say the least when at the end of my query there was my true score and no credit card to verify your age. Like more online FICO score companies do. I had scores of 600, I followed their advice and opened a credit card (unsecured) that they suggested. One month later my score dropped almost 50 points. After the 2nd month I lost another 50 points! I get 10 plus emails from them every day trying to get me to open more cards. Clearly they running an affiliate program for the sole person of getting you to open cards so Credit Sesame gets their cut! Total scam ripping off people who are trying to build their credit.

The last few years I have been working very hard to get my credit score up with great success. Have paid off debt, opened a credit building credit card that is paid off every month (early!) etc. That being said when looking it said I had great approval odds for a Capital One card and I thought what the heck, I could use an emergency card or just another card to keep building my credit. Well guess what? Those great approval odds went out the window, I was denied and now have a hard inquiry on my credit. These people are a TOTAL scam, pretty sure they tell everyone that they have great approval odds when in fact they don't. Shame on this company, misleading and also damaging people's credit. Disgusting. If you want free credit monitoring there are other companies that are great and won't mislead you.

Credit Sesame referred me to Advance Financial 24/7 as a good credit option for a loan. I missed a total of 2 payments and the loan doubled. I don't have any other option but to file Chapter 13. I cannot pay my mortgage with this inflated payment. I was put into this position following the advice of Credit Sesame who was supposed to be giving me good advice to increase my credit score.

I’m so upset that my credit score has gone down over 100 points since Credit Sesame was activated. They update your score randomly and when the credit usage goes up before the debt is paid in full the rating drops. They also penalize you for taking their advice to open credit cards then when you do you can’t use them or your credit score goes down again! So sad what happened to my credit score. Paying all the credit cards off and closing all accounts!

I have unsubscribed more times than I can count and yet continue to get almost daily SPAM from Creditsesame.com. I'm logged into my account now and only have "Credit Monitoring" emails checked and continue to get emails constantly. Hopefully this will get someone's attention and get resolved. Otherwise, I will just cancel the account.

I have received a lot of emails from Credit Sesame promoting credit cards from their “partners” saying I have favorable approval odds to be approved. The one for Capital One said there was a good chance I will get approved with a green boarder. I already have a Capital One card with a good rating but thought they meant that I could get a second one. I thought I would use that to refinance a higher interest rate card. Not only was I not approved but the inquiry went against my credit score. I feel they lead you down the Primrose Path and in the end it actually lowers your credit rating. I would never have thought to apply for another card with Capital One on my own but because they advertised it as their “partner” and promote it in green as in go, I feel it’s deceptive and damaging.

I joined this website hoping to use it to help me rebuild my credit after a bankruptcy. I registered and started receiving emails that would not open. I tried resetting as they suggested with no success. So, I decided to cancel my membership without success. They won't cancel it but continue to send me emails that won't open! Please don't try this company!!!

I signed up with Credit Sesame to review/test it for real estate clients hoping to improve credit scores ahead of applying for a mortgage. Instead of encouraging me to pay down credit card balances and pay bills on time etc, I have been bombarded with "offer" emails every day. Each email wants me to sign up for new credit card, refi my house or worst of all... increase my credit so that it will be easier to shop. The email literally says "your shopping buddy is here".

I received an email telling me my credit score had dropped! I do not have a bad credit score, so I went to check what was going on, only to find myself locked out. The security question reset is not anything I would have ever chosen, and I do not know the answer. I emailed Credit Sesame and explained the problem. I have tried their help contact several times. Credit Sesame only responds with an opportunity to answer the same security question again. I have asked them just to delete my account - - no response. I just get the same computer generated response, which is of no help at all. I am concerned that someone has control of my account - - it sure is not me! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and note several complaints like mine have been made. Beware before you sign up and give this company your information. Who knows who gets to use it - - it may not be you, and you may find you cannot access your account or cancel it.

I signed up thinking that I'll get my free credit score. Instead, I am inundated with frivolous email at least twice per day for services not welcomed. I have deleted my information and sent them multiple emails to curtail future emails. All of which has been unsuccessful. There is no customer service support and their email is super annoying.

Credit Sesame keeps telling me that my credit score would rise if I apply for another credit card. It recommends only difference cards that is from the same credit company. The card that is recommend is a card that I already have. No help there. They will not give me another card from their bank.

I tried to register and was told to email help@creditsesame.com on 2/17/18. It's now over a month later and guess what??? No reply!!! Probably a offshore sweatshop that doesn't care, BUT remember, this is your private credit information!!! I wouldn't do it!!!

I signed up for this because I was promised I would get advice for helping to review and fix my credit score based on the report. The ONLY advice they give is an advertisement for a place called Lexington Law, for a "free consultation". This website is literally just a front for hiring this company to negotiate your credit on your behalf. It gave me no more information than Credit Karma and as far as I can see only checked one bureau while Credit Karma checks at least 2. Waste of an inquiry to my account.

I have emailed Credit Sesame regarding being locked out of my account. I even reset my password like they requested and still cannot log in. I attached the error messages I have received every time I try to log in, Credit Sesame never acknowledged my email. This is two weeks. As of today and I still cannot access my account and I am unable to speak to a person because they do not have a number. Horrible customer service.

I'm upset to learn that you all checked my credit score and it lowered my score. Other sites like IdentityIQ does not do this. It wasn't supposed to hurt my score by joining you. I am so upset I want to cry!

For months I've LOVED Credit Sesame. I've used their free site to watch my score climb and get valuable tips. I loved the service so much, and was serious about fixing my credit. I paid for the Premium account at $19.95. Three days ago, it came out of my account. No upgrade. I've emailed three times and sent a message to their Facebook page (which was read with no reply). I either want this fixed or my card refunded. I want to continue loving this service, but the poor customer service is ruining it for me and Credit Sesame. If something isn't done soon, I will contact BBB.

Signed up for this and found out a "free" credit report costs $9.95. They recommended I could save $ by refinancing my home loan at a 4.75% rate. I currently have a 2.75% rate so really doubt I would save any $ if I refinanced. They try to get you to sign up for other credit cards which ultimately would lower your rate. They did give me the same score as Credit Karma did, but only for one company. Credit Karma will give you scores from 2 companies plus more information. Credit Sesame seems to be all about making them $. Don't bother with them... just sign up for Credit Karma which really is free.

I like that Credit Sesame frequently updates your credit score, your debt analysis and your monthly payments, your debt to income ratio. It gives you recommendations on how to improve your credit and it gives you a list of credit cards that you can apply for that you can build your credit up. However, when you have an inquiry that is posted on your credit report and you did not make that inquiry yourself, it takes a long time to get that inquiry taken off your credit report. You have to go through a lot of channels to get that taken off your report. There should be a shorter process to remove the inquiry. But other than that, my overall experience with the site is good. It also tells me my credit history and the dates on the most credit inquiries.

I like the credit score access, fico, and recommendations for improvement by Credit Sesame such as loans and credit cards which reflect good on my overall credit grade. It is very easy to use and understand, but they could add more resources for users such as how to consolidate debt and much quicker. The platform is nice, but the resources I feel are limited in some ways. Nevertheless, they're educational. I'm aware quickly of what to pay to change my grade and improvement for quick repair than usual time allotted. I feel I get more with Credit Sesame than others.

I like The free credit report that Credit Sesame offers. They have many great features and the information they provide is very helpful. Also other options are available besides credit score. I have had a great overall experience with Credit Sesame. Their website was very informative and easy to find the information you needed to get and track your credit score.

I like that I can get my credit report very quickly. I can get other options for rebuilding my credit, over time, including credit cards. This makes it very helpful if you are not sure what to do next or how to start to make your credit rating better. They check most of the major reporting sites for me. It was extremely easy to use Credit Sesame.

What I like is they do a great job in letting me know what's going on with my credit score. They are a great trusting site. They are well informed and in the know - I would tell my friends to go to this site because my experience is always a good one. They are the best site around.

I'm 100% satisfied with the service Credit Sesame provide. I have been with this company a few years and I haven't had a bad experience. I like how they offer help to fix your credit. I also like how they keep you updated when something changes with your credit and they constantly send updates through your email. They make their website easy to understand to their customers and are willing to answer any questions you may have. They provide very accurate information. I also enjoy how they offer an app if you want to download to have easier access to your credit information.

I liked the fact that they monitor your credit closely from identity theft to credit card lender applications to home or business loan lenders and alerts you of any changes immediately. I thought it was great. They also provide your scores and options on how to better it and they help you to find lenders based on your score. It offers a lot of options on building or rebuilding your credit. The site is very easy to use and very self explanatory. They all seem to follow the same set up which lays everything out for you. I still have an account that I'm able to look at my current credit status and would recommend it to anyone trying to improve and monitor their credit scores.

Credit Sesame gives me my score from 2 out of 3 companies. It's free and updates my score about every week or so. It lists all my credit accounts and the amounts are very current and accurate. It lets me know if I have gone over my limit or missed a payment. It lists all of the places or people that have made inquiries into my credit. It gives advice on how to improve my score. It recommends loans and credit cards both preapproved and not preapproved. It lists anything that has gone to collection, shows any liens and lists previous addresses. I can check it as many times as I want to for free as opposed to writing Equifax, Experian or TransUnion for 1 free copy a year from all 3. It offers tools to calculate payments such as mortgage or auto and to calculate interest. It offers everything anyone would want or need that pertains to their credit and best of all its free.

I have been locked out of my account for over a month and am only able to access one page of my profile. I have tried repeatedly to get assistance with this issue and have only ever gotten generic email responses directing me to the FAQ portion of the support center page. Due to the absolutely appalling customer service I've received, I've been tried to get my subscription cancelled for the last couple of weeks. I'm still getting no assistance from the support center. None of the "solutions" in the FAQ page will work for my situation because I am only able to access one page of my profile and the support center is refusing to acknowledge my problem.

I currently use this product and the information on the site is very clear. It alerts me to ANY change to my credit report including any changes to my scores. I have a way to update credit information very easily if things change but doesn't change on credit site end. However, I would have real-time credit card protection, like credit card fraud detections, identity theft, use of my social media accounts and identify to sign into anything else, etc.

Both the site and their app is easy to use and to understand. Plenty of information is provided and broken down to show how everything affects your score. Scores are displayed in easy to find locations. However, it constantly advises applying for credit loans I do not qualify for, usually with false pre-approved indications. They also send way too many emails on a daily basis with "click bait" titles.

What I like about this site is you can look up your credit score instantly instead of going through other credit reporting agencies like Experian and with Credit Sesame, I can check my score as often as I like. The downside to these sights are giving out your personal information and social security number. How do I know if my information will be safe? I feel very uneasy about these sites because I don't know if they are that secure. The website has been good so far. I can check my credit score periodically to make sure there is no crazy activity so the site is good along those lines but I really need some assurances that my information is completely safe.

Credit Sesame is awesome! You can count on this site for up to date information for beginners or experts. It is accurate, free, fast and it gives me all information on creditors and how to improve my credit score but I don’t like the telemarketers you get at home after requesting information on credit repairs. I would recommend this site to anyone, especially newcomers.

I like that Credit Sesame was direct and to the point. They got you directly to the score without messing around. I went on the site where it asked for my information regarding my name, address and social. Then it let me choose two of the three major credit reporting companies and then gave my numbers. Then, your number was explained so you could understand the numbers. But I wanted ideas and information on how to correct any negative credit and Credit Sesame did not offer that information.

Provides matches for users with lower scores to find credit card companies with high ratings and good approval rates to build credit scores up over time. Setup doesn't look exceedingly professional, the font and color scheme make it seem a little childish or immature feeling - could use a more professional appearance. Very easy to use without too much information given and lots of helpful information for score increases, very user friendly site and easy to navigate and understand.

I have had an account with Credit Sesame for 2 or 3 years now. Recently I received a email from Credit Sesame stating I need to finish filling out my information. I sent Credit Sesame 2,3,4,5 emails with NO RESPONSE. I then contacted via Facebook and was told it was being fixed. Support contacted me after I contacted Facebook, said I do not have any account. I keep all of my emails from Credit Sesame to support with NO RESPONSE. I tried to log in today and now there my account is deleted and does not exist. The customer service and support for this company is flaky and questionable.

Credit Sesame gathers information in which banks most rely on. They're easy to use and their technology is far above the others. Their identity theft protection is also very nice. However, I would make it more accessible and offer free credit reports twice a year instead of the once a year credit reports. I would like it to be more friendly towards people with bad credit. Other than that, it's a very easy to use site. The information in regards to credit scores is nice to have. I like how they do not require a credit card or monthly fee to get my credit score.

This was an easy and quick site to use for a credit check, also gave ideas on how to improve my credit or dispute some items. Not confusing and straight forward. The information given was fair but could have included a few more details and explanation. I would include the score to improve the site a little more. Perhaps give a few more details and information about the negative entries, or contact phone numbers to the creditors. Overall I was satisfied with the site considering it is free with no strings attached and no annoying spam emails afterwards. Loved it.

The service was great when I could log in. But I misentered my email. I have contacted them via their email about the problem, however, there is no posted phone number... except a scam one, and I have not received a responsible fix the problem. The scam number tries to get you to sign up for services and hangs up if you won't!

The site is easy to use and contains relevant info. I like the different categories as well as the categories that tell how your score got that way. The features that I found useful were the credit card information on the website. The site included information as to why your credit score changes almost monthly. It was interesting to see the data that was included in your credit report. It was well-organized and was easy to locate relevant information. The information was well written as well.

More tips are needed to improve poor or fair credit scores. We need more customer support. Easy to use, understandable, easy information input. It has an easy interface and I also like the way it tells you all the reports your account has. I love the way it looks and very easy to understand how to fix your credit. I dont like All the advertisements for credit cards. It gets on my nerves. I understand thats how they make money but sometimes it gets to be too much. I love the site but it's getting too cluttered. At a glance my overall satisfaction is about a 8. Due to the ads I had to pull it off a 10 but overall this is an awesome site.

I like Credit Sesame because I get automatic updates of summaries related to my credit, including credit cards that apply to people with my credit score. It was recommended by several of the credit report sites that I researched. Sometimes I get messages that don't apply to my credit history or pertain to me at all. It would be more of an attractive service to have if these were omitted. It was easy to join and makes feel like I have another advantage in my quest to improve my credit rating.

I liked how they have financial advisors to counsel with you and give you advice on how to raise your credit score. They really seem to work hard to help you do everything possible to improve your credit score. Credit Sesame provided me with an advisor that knew what he was talking about and that was able to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I felt very comfortable talking with the advisor. He was very helpful and professional. He even called me back to let me know of some more information he thought would be helpful to me.

I like that they allow you to view your credit score for free every month and that they always give you consistent updates on your score increases and/or decreases so that you are always on top of thing. I wish they would allow you to view your credit report without upgrading to a paid service. It is unfair to charge for something that I can access for free on an annual basis. The information is mine, anyway. Why should I have to pay for it? But it is very easy to navigate through the website, I like that. Plus, I never have any problems finding exactly what it is that I need or want on their website. Customer service is very friendly and I like the online environment. I do wish that I wouldn't be constantly bombarded with credit cards, however.

I’m able to get any errors corrected by contacting them and providing information needed from a credit bureau to prove.

My experience has been great so far. It was simple to get signed up and I receive emails telling me that I have updates. It has been a great start in improving my credit, guiding me through the best options for me to get the best deal possible. However, I would like to get my free annual credit report through this site instead of having to go to others and I would also like to know how to get my best offers in my local area.

It's an easy to read site and it actually shows you whether you're an A or an F on your different areas. They tell you why your score is the way it is. It sent updates when there's changes in the report. They actually help you apply for loans to improve your credit. It also gives you information on getting rid of negative marks on your credit and how much of a percentage that you will qualify for a credit card or a loan.

With Credit Sesame I could view my score instantly, I was given feedback to raise my score and it helped me manage my credit. Any credit fraud was immediately provided. It was easy to sign up and I was happy with the ease of use and features while I navigated the site. I got plenty of notifications and I loved the updates and the solution ideas to improve my credit score. I think it's an amazing site for credit monitoring and enhancement. I felt my credit and personal information was protected with the highest level of security.

You get a basic result pretty fast. It's a good indicator as to whether or not you need to dig deeper into your credit report. The contract info is provided for each creditor to make it easier. However, I don't think it's as accurate as Experian or one of the other major reporting agencies. A lot of the information was older and some amount had been closed for some time. But it's a Good place to get a big picture especially if you are thinking buying a home and to get your info gathered. If something looks off using this report, you can always proceed to one of the other major sites for details.

Site was easy to use under each heading, sent me an email saying that the credit rating went down so I checked on it using the website. It doesn’t give you a straight answer as to what causes the increase or decrease in the rating. I have an idea but I'm still not sure what caused it. They also offered ways to increase the rating and which credit cards to apply for to boost rating. Don’t get why they offer ways to apply for more credit.

I like the fact that they provide with my credit rating and periodically contact with an upgrade or indicate any changes. Although I have never availed myself of their loan offerings it is of interesting to learn of possible loans that were available to me and discover some interest rates. It is more than apparent that their primary interest is to entice prospects to take advantage of their loans which is understandable but this was not my reason for responding to their contact with me. It was very easy to respond to the email contact I received from Credit Sesame stating my credit rating could be obtained, the rating was very impressive so naturally I was pleased.

I have been a Credit Sesame member for over a year. I was building my credit up and was very happy. I have been on time, and even pay extra, with all of my payments. Then I took out a $2500 loan for a car, and my credit score keeps decreasing and decreasing over 100 points now!! I keep emailing them, asking them why when I am on time and doing everything right, that I keep getting knocked down about 10 pts per month, but they will NOT respond to me!!

Easy to navigate. I was able to look up existing accounts. Was offered credit cards that would accept me. I looked into refinance of my house. And given multiple options. Rates fixed and variable interest on 30 year and 15 year. I am going to recommend this company to my friends and family.

I loved how accessible the debt to income ratio was. That was something I was looking for. Also, I love how the tips for raising Credit were laid out, plain and easy to see. Absolutely great.

It seems as though Credit Sesame updates slower than Credit Karma. I have been watching both accounts, and although it seems that the report date is recorded the same for my various accounts. Where the payoff amounts have already reflected on Credit Karma, they have yet to reflect on Credit Sesame. Not sure why there is the delay in the process in information being that the report date for all of the accounts is identical for all three credit bureaus. Thanks for your time.
