    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BUYDIG!! I placed an order and chose to pay for 1 day shipping, the shipping info on the order told me it would be delivered 4-10-2018 (the next day). The afternoon of the 10th I received an email saying my order just shipped and will be here 4-11. I called customer service and the young lady told me I ordered it too late and that their warehouse was closed. I tried to explain to her that the order when placed told me it would arrive 4-10 and that is why I paid extra. She kept telling me that it was ordered after 3 and that their website says that items ordered after 3 may not be shipped that day. She mentioned a clock or counter on the website.

    I told her I did not go to the main page. I had followed a link to the product. She told me this clock was on each item. She became rude and argumentative. I said I will just have to blast them with online review and she actually laughed. I could not believe it. So after I hung up I went to their site and looked for this clock or counter. I still can not find one. I will never do business with this company again.

    I would not recommend ordering a product through BuyDig.com. Unlike Amazon, when you receive a defective product, they will not take it back. They said that it has to be unopened. How would I know a drone is defective if I didn't take it out of the package? Instead, they tell you to contact the manufacturer, which in my case turned out to be a foreign company that will not answer emails. The literature instructed us to ship our "pocket drone" to a repair center in Miami, who told us it was not repairable and to contact the manufacturer directly. Then they requested $15 to ship our defective item back to us. Then, as mentioned, the manufacturer will not answer emails. DON'T order from BuyDig and DON'T expect warranty support from DOBBY.

    Ordered zoom lens with bundle. They sent wrong charger and lens. I agreed to keep if send me correct charger. They said, "Ok stop the return and will send charger." After 2 weeks I contacted them and they said they don't replace chargers. I file complaints and BuyDig supervisor call said would send me a charger and lens. Still haven't received them. This company hasn't any integrity. They lied to me two times. Don't trust this company called Buydig!

    Love BuyDig!!! Purchased a RTF racing FPV drone (Walkera Rodeo 110). Best price out there. Great customer service. Shipping was super fast. Even purchased again within a week lol.     I purchased my drone from them for almost $1800 which is the same as other online sellers. I chose them because of positive reviews and the fact that they are close to me and they offered overnight shipping. I ordered on Thursday night and was offered Overnight delivery for Saturday AM or PM since I missed the cutoff for Friday. I chose Saturday AM to be safe and paid for the service. I called Friday morning and spoke with Josh who guaranteed my delivery for Saturday morning.

    Unfortunately they close on Fridays at 2pm and are CLOSED on Saturdays (WHAT?). Upon checking my shipping info, I was given Monday delivery. I called FedEx and they confirmed that BuyDig CHOSE No Saturday delivery to save cost and therefore I’m screwed and of course they’re closed so I can’t call and have this fixed. I’m beyond Angry and highly recommend finding a better store. The prices aren’t much less and they flat out lie to you. Unfortunately this is what the American marketplace has become...they take your money anyway possible, lie to you, leave you hanging, and of course aren’t available once you realize you’ve been ripped off... This is terrible and unfortunately this is my only recourse. I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to.

    Good deals, terrible shipping. Ordered my television and tracked the package. It arrived in Milwaukee on a Friday at 4am. Called Fedex and was told I could pick it up. Get to Fedex and was told I could NOT have my television, PER BUYDIG. They claimed BUYDIG sent it on an economy saver plan that restricts it from being picked up and that they set the delivery for MONDAY. SO my television that BUYDIG already charged me for will sit in a container for 3 days over Super Bowl weekend <--Which is why I bought it! Absolutely ridiculous! Fedex went round and round with me that it was BUYDIG'S rules and they could not change anything...then I call BUYDIG only to find out they close at 2pm Fridays. NO customer service after 2pm...WHAT??? Luckily I found another company with a similar deal to overnight me a television. Very disappointed.

    I ordered an item several days ago. The website says that the item I ordered (Mavic Pro Platinum Fly More Combo) is in stock and will receive in 2-5 days. Speak with customer service because they said something needed to be "verified" and yet my account has already been charged and transaction posted with my bank meaning BuyDig has been paid. Was contacted back saying there is no problem and that they just take forever on all order (basically is was customer service told me). It's now almost the end of a full business week and not so much as a tracking number. Not so sure about this, I wonder if the item is in stock or if this is a complete scam...

    I order a turntable, a upgrade cartridge for turntable and vinyl record cleaning kit on 11-24-17. A week later I get an email saying they were sorry and they sold out of the turntable cartridge and they refunded me for the cartridge. I contacted customer service and said I wanted to cancel order, I was told it was too late and simply refused delivery and it would returned to them. Well it finally ended up on my porch anyways, So I contact customer service again and they send me the return shipping label. Now I never open the original box. There was no need, I put return label on box and returned to them 11/24/17.

    Now I’m thinking this matter is over, but I check my PayPal account and no refund from BuyDig??? So I contact service again on 12/31/17 and they tell me that they only received the vinyl cleaning kit and no turntable. Now this was a very large box that Had some weight to it that I had returned to them. I told them I send the original box to them unopened and surely there was a record of weight of shipment. They told me they would get a hold of return department and call me back on the 01/02/18. Well no call back on the 2nd so I call them back on the 3nd, They tell me they would report the matter to the supervisor and call me back, guess what? No call back! So now I opened claim with PayPal... Such a hassle! Stay away from this place. Not worth the money you think you're saving and the worst customer service ever!

    Very disappointed with the service I have received from Buydig. I tried to make two orders for a product that were both cancelled (once by me and the other by my bank). I was charged by Buydig for both orders and after cancelling them I have only been refunded once. After countless emails and phone calls, I have been told that I was only charged once, therefore no additional refund is due. I have sent them copies of my credit card statement which clearly shows that I have definitely been charged by Buydig twice and only refunded once. They refuse to admit it (even with hard proof). My bank has ensured me that Buydig has charged me twice. I honestly don't know what else I can do to get my money back.

    It was the first time I used Buydig and has to say I am not happy the way they dealt with my situation. Order cancellation is not a big deal and happens all the time with all merchants, but in this case, it was very unusual. I made a purchase of about $140 for a luggage set which seemed like a good deal, and my credit card was charged immediately. The credit card balance also went to posted (within a day or two), that means they kept my money for 5 days, only to tell me at the end that the order was canceled when it was supposed to be delivered. Is this how they do business? I was waiting for those items for my trip the following week. Also they informed me, the credit card refund will take another 5 business day to show up!

    I shop online all the time. Almost all vendors such as Amazon do not charge your card until they ship, or at least keep it in pending state, and never had an order canceled after charging the credit card. Later I found out on a public forum that they did the same thing to other shoppers too. I just realized, if they do this to 10000 customers for about $100 on average by offering too good deals, they get to keep about $1 million dollars free for 10 days. Are they scamming? Some one should investigate! Time to inform right authority!

    Got a coupon in my email a couple of weeks ago asking me to "reconnect" because it had been quite a while since I ordered anything. The coupon was for: "$20 off $20 minimum purchase". I thought "Great, I’ll find something and order it!" Went to the site, and found 2 "Rawlings Official Baseballs" at $10 each. I added them to my cart, then tried to apply the coupon. I got the error: "Please add another $0.00 to use the coupon". Tried to call their 800 number but found out they were closed for the next 2 weeks for some obscure holiday. Finally got a hold of them today, spoke to someone in sales, told him the issue, and told me to speak to a CSR. Then I told the CSR the issue, told me I needed to speak to sales.

    Finally spoke to "Nathan" in sales who thought it was quite odd and put me on hold to see what he could do. Then I was thrown back into the queue, and got "Josh". Told him I was on hold and got sent to him. He assured me this would be the last stop, and he would "definitely" take care of the problem. Explained the issue to him. He said that was odd and he would fix it. Then he put me on hold, came back and apologized, because apparently those items, just happened to be out of stock. I said: "They show in stock, it let me add them, and your CSR said they were in stock." He replied "Sorry, I guess the system wasn't updated." "Why don't you find something "around" $20 (because everything ends in ".99". and I’ll definitely make it right)." Obviously, they don't want my order to be free, and they're just making excuses... not sure if I’m going to bother calling back. Hopefully it's another 8 years before they bother me again...

    I ordered a product on Saturday 10/7/17. I paid for one day shipping $15.00 extra. The item is suppose to be here today Monday 10/9/17. I call to see where my order ya is and am told, "It was canceled, someone in your family must of canceled it," (which no one did), I ask to speak to supervisor and am told he’ll call me back. No callback at all 4 hours later. I call back and now I’m told I will receive another callback - none. I tell customer service that this is a spam and I never canceled the order and I want my product - which I’m told, "You cannot have product reorder and recharge your card" - why do they can keep doing same thing to me. No thanks! They tell me call my cc company because they canceled the order which they didn’t and to then it was still pending as of today. Do yourself a favor. Don’t order from this site. They lie. They're thieves not trustworthy and want to take your money and customer service sucks!

    I ordered a camera on a Saturday night and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I needed the camera on Tuesday to give to someone who was going overseas on Wednesday morning. DAY 1: Monday; Day 2: Tuesday. Monday morning I received the tracking information that it would be here on Wednesday. Too late! They should do what Amazon does and say when the item will get there next to each shipping option. I cancelled my order and will buy the camera for the same price somewhere else.

    Thought I was getting a great deal on a Samsung TV. Bought it and purchased delivery for the next day. 30 hours later the order was still 'processing.' I emailed customer service and informed them I live in a city and had to take a half day to accept the shipment, and asked for an update. Never heard back. Later that night, I contacted again and asked what the issue was. I told them if they could get it to me the next day (a full day later) that was still fine, but if not to cancel the order as I was leaving town. I got a response an hour later that they cancelled my order. How is this a way to run a business?

    The majority of companies today will hassle you or require you to pay any shipping costs to return a defective product. What an overwhelming and pleasant surprise I had when I had to return an item to this company. I ordered a Cobra Dashcam. I already own one and wanted a second one for my other car. When I received it, I immediately installed it and found that it would not work. Now this was a brand new unit and it was defective right out of the box. So I followed the instructions for returning it to the company. I had to pay the shipping costs to return it. I contacted customer service and was informed that upon receipt of the item, I would be issued a refund of my shipping cost if I would send them my receipt. I did so and and received the refund. This was my first order from the company and it will certainly not be my last. I look forward to purchasing from them again.

    I needed to exchange a TV. I didn't have any problems returning the TV, but wanted the replacement sent through a different shipping carrier. I had been told multiple times this was not possible by different customer service representatives.     BuyDig.com cancelled my order TWICE during their 'VERIFICATION' process but happened to CHARGE me TWICE on my debit card holding my funds for 3 days. I had to make multiple phone calls after the 3rd order was placed to make sure they did not cancel it again. The verification dept./billing dept. was so AWFUL and rude on the phone. A supervisor promised to return my phone calls and even gave me his "person" phone number to expedite the order which was a joke since he did not take or return my calls.

    I usually prefer to buy stuff in store as I had bad experience in past but estore like BuyDig are the reason that I keep coming back to buy online. This time I stopped in to buy my niece a new MacBook. It took me a little while to finalize the store as I was looking for best price and I got a right deal here. I chat with the online support and also called 800-617-4686 and told person what she needed. Like I said I know nothing about computers... Anyway I called my niece who then spoke with the person.     I purchased a monitor from BuyDig cause the deal was so great for the monitor I wanted. So I purchased it and it came within a week. But when I opened it. It was the wrong monitor in the box. I have no idea why I got a different monitor. But I emailed customer service and all they can do is have me return it. Which sucks cause they won't even send me the correct monitor. Just give me a refund. Which yeah that's great. But it's a pain in the **.

    Honestly wish they sent me the product I ordered and not something else. Cause now I have to go through this ordeal to get my money back. I'm so displeased by this experience and honestly don't recommend BuyDig. In my opinion I'd prefer just to pay a discounted price for the wrong monitor they sent and just send me the one I actually ordered. Either way purchase from BuyDig at your own discretion. It may go smooth or it may get messed up. And you'll just have a bad time.

    I was looking for a high quality pair of earbuds, I know what I wanted but out of my range till I found them at BuyDig at a great price (50% lower than trending) I quickly added them to cart after carefully checking it was the same model being sold elsewhere and processed payment leaving a 3 star review. Just felt payment could be faster, a wrap! The next day I receive a call from Lindsay from Customer Relations Team to ask about my 3 star rating? I explained that was very satisfied with the purchase and price but just felt I could of paid quicker at the end no biggie.

    I went on the internet looking to buy a TV, and I purchased a 65 inch curved Samsung TV from BuyDig.com. The reason I chose to buy there is it costs less. On Amazon, they had almost the same TV and it's Samsung too, but it was more expensive. Also, one of the reasons why I chose BuyDig is because they could deliver the TV within a short period of time. I had to have it delivered within two days because I was changing my TV and my internet provider, and I wanted to set up the TV before that. But I paid $150 more to have that done.

    However, it was a little complicated because this was the first time I purchased anything through BuyDig and my credit company did not accept the charges. I usually use Amazon.com. So I had to call BuyDig back and order the product again. This was two days later, after that, I really didn't receive the TV until after the internet service was provided. So I spent that extra money for the one day service and that didn't work out. But other than that, my experience with BuyDig was very good, and they seemed to respond very well when I called them back.

    We bought two lenses and a camera body from BuyDig. They had really good prices and shipping policy, and some additional little things like memory cards. So it just seemed like it was a really good all-around experience. But the website itself have some inconsistencies and is oftentimes not all that fantastic.     I bought camera equipment from BuyDig before so I get a lot of spam from them. Yesterday, I saw a fitness tracker and thought it was reasonable so I tried to order from website. The website show a higher price so I called but they closed. Today, I called and told them that I want to order and that the price shown was higher on website; the sales rep hung up on me.

    I called back and got a guy who try to tell me that it must be a refurbish item, and then he said they sold out of the refurbish and new. I told him that if it is sold out, how come I can still order from website? He said hold on and then put in the order. About a couple hours later, I received an email that canceled it.     I bought a smartphone and it has a dead pixel. This website refused to replace and want to solve the problem with 35 dollars. I will use this phone for two years and they say a dead pixel is fine. Who told them that is fine? If I know I will get a phone with dead pixel, I wouldn't buy it. HOWEVER, SUDDENLY, I LOSE CONTACT WITH THEM AND THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. I paid over 600 dollars totally on this phone including shipment and taxes and they disappear with my money. Do not buy anything from them, or you will lose your money. I am thinking of prosecute them if necessary. This is the most terrible online shopping experience I have ever had. I realize Amazon is such a great company. I lived in China for over 10 years. Even their online shopping provides much better customer service. I will do a detailed review later.     Woke up to a negative bank balance and checked my email and bank statements as to why and had a $148.99 charge from a company I have never heard of. Googled the company that was on my statement and called my bank immediately. Obviously canceled my card and blocked any future pending in case there was. Called this company afterward and spoke to one person who couldn't help and was transferred to billing. The lady from billing answered, asked for my order number. I then told her I don't have one because I never placed the order and she then asked for my number and I once again said "I haven't ordered anything so I don't have any order numbers and my phone number won't show up" so she said "I just want to see in case" so I gave it to her and she said "Oh okay there's nothing with that phone number." You don't say!

    So I again tell this lady how this order or charge can be cancelled because it's unauthorized and fraudulent and I don't want my money stolen. She can't do anything so she asks for my credit card number and that she will give it to the credit card department and I ask "Can I just get transferred there and I'll talk to them?" She said "No, they don't have a line. They only charge cards" I thought this is shady as hell and I end up getting a curt and letting her go before I got ugly with her and to do more research. Since I've emailed and put those pictures here as well.

    I'm still waiting for an answer but I will be calling once again and recording it so other people can avoid this. They don't care how they get their money and refuse to help or do an investigation as I can tell. Thankfully my bank is helping and I will be updating this as I go along. Very disappointed and frustrated on this very shady business. I will stop at nothing until my money is back and they change practices.

    They sent me "opened item" instead of "new" then they didn't send me SD card. Took about 10-15 emails to finally got it square away. (Apparently they don't read previous message.) They asked me to send everything back and they would process the refund. Got email on 12/23 saying that they got the packaged back and ask for 2-4 days to processed.

    I sent them email earlier this week. One person said, they already sent refund back to my PP acct on 12/26. They came back and said they just processed the refund 1/2/17 so allow 10 business days for the refund. This is PayPal people, things moves rapid at PayPal. I kept asking for reference or confirmation # to proof that they actually refund the money but of course they kept telling me to allow 10 business days. This will be my last buying from them. Ridiculous!

    Updated on 2/23/2017: Made several calls and they kept tell me to wait so I had enough and wrote review, a day after this guy from BuyDig call, apologized profusely, said he would send me actual check, asked me to changed the rating on my review. Foolishly I did but waited for weeks again for my refund but no check in the mail. Apparently the person who called me didn't really send me the check and the phone number he gave me to call back wasn't even his... seriously how low can you go?

    I called Buydig again and the customer service person said, "oh we refund your money and here is your reference number." So I called my financial institution and they said there is no record of that reference number. So now I have to file dispute. Why is it so difficult for them to give me back my money? They already have their item back. Why do I have to go through much work to get my money back? It isn't fair for the consumers to have to go through this much hassles. BuyDig has just lost me for sure. Go to BestBuy or Fry's instead. It's been over 2 months and they still have not refund the money. Such a scam! Don't do it. Go buy it from other company.

    BuyDig had a Black Friday online deal for the Escort Max 360 Radar Detector. It usually retails for $650+. I had originally purchased it from Best Buy for $528 with taxes but returned it when I saw BuyDig's price of $485 shipped. After placing the order, I received email confirmation - correct address - correct information etc. After making this purchase, the price had dropped on other websites to $450, $439 and even $425 (as seen on Slickdeals.net), but I left my order in place with BuyDig. Here we are 6 weeks later and I still have not received the detector. I contacted BuyDig's customer service: "Hello, what happened to my order? I have not received the detector. "

    The response I received was just stupid: "Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems this order did not reach our system, nor was it charged. Please feel free to place a new order." How does a digital order "not reach" the system? Isn't the internet the way purchases are made on your website? Is the connection system selective? I could have understood if they sold out or the price listed was incorrect and they COMMUNICATED WITH ME like Best Buy has in the past, but THIS response is absolute garbage. At this point, I've emailed them to "try again" because the detector will likely be listed at the retail price now that it's January 2017!

    I placed a fairly large order, for a total of $1600 and change. I received the package with 4 units missing. Their customer service has been ridiculously rude and uninformed. They are very slow to respond to emails, and the responses not very much help at all. The phone customer service is basically useless. The representative just kept repeating herself without explanation. At this point I'm pretty sure I won't receive my refund or missing units, they've basically stolen money right from my pocket. Hopefully I'll be able to file a chargeback with my credit card company.

    It's a shame that a company would treat their paying customers like this. If it was Amazon I'd bought from there would be no question. I would have already received my partial refund or the missing items. From my first and only order, I would suggest you avoid order from them. Buy from a reputable company, even if the price is a bit higher. Hopefully this review saves someone from going through such a hassle like I have.

    I buy a Samsung SUHD curved large screen TV from them only not to be able to have it delivered due to FedEx trying to deliver it 3 times in the middle of weekday afternoons when I'd be at work every time. On top of that they lied to me and blamed FedEx for the shipping problems. Luckily the FedEx people told me the truth which is that BuyDig sets up their deliveries so that FedEx can only attempt to deliver the package 3 times and may not hold it so that you can get it yourself and they are required by Buydig to return it. So after 3 weeks and very near Christmas I have no refund nor a TV for my family. Thank you Buydig for ruining my Christmas. I will never, ever buy from you again.

    For the record, I contacted Buydig's customer service department several times only to find unhelpful individuals responding to each of my queries. From their responses I have to wonder why they even bothered to respond at all. If you have not already bought from this company please do not buy from them.     Their customer service center sucks to big extent. I have been trying to call them since last 3 days to talk to them on returning my shipment, no one is picking up the call despite waiting for 15 mins every time. Their email replies sucks too. They reply once in a day - that's it. You have to wait for 1 full day to get their replies. Their return policies sucks too, as they simply do not respond and do not send return shipping label and keep saying it is not an error made by them. When shopping online, customers are bound to return if they do not like it, but these fellows simply do not accept. Please do not waste your money on them. Give extra $5 or $10 and purchase somewhere else. These guys suck to big extent.

    I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company! They do not honor their orders or pricing and when they make a mistake, their answer is to refund the money instead of just giving me the deal I originally paid for. I ordered a 49" 4K Samsung TV and got a great deal on it... The best deal I could find anywhere for this TV + a wall mount, no tax, and free shipping. I paid using Amazon pay, but somehow my order was never received by BuyDig even though I placed the order on their website and my credit card was charged. I contacted them after a week of not receiving my TV or being able to locate any tracking info, merely saying that I was trying to locate my purchase or tracking info for it, and their initial response was they couldn't find the order, despite me giving them a screenshot of my confirmation of the order. My only response was the same info.

    The next person to respond to my email found the order and said it never made it to their system so they will issue a refund instead of just getting me what I ordered. I didn't even get the option of asking for a refund versus the product I ordered... The decision was made for me. Now so much time has passed and I won't be able to get this Black Friday deal anywhere else and now I have no new TV. I responded to them not to refund the money but to just give me the TV, but I have not received a response, only a refund... Their customer service department has a poor response time and, based on my interactions with them, appear to have no common sense. I am very disappointed and I urge you to be cautious when ordering from BuyDig because you just may end up like me, having your money tied up for several weeks only to end up not receiving what you ordered and end up with nothing.     After sending some emails to their customer support and receiving unhelpful responses I decided to call them. Was responded to quickly by a very helpful support rep who told me that while the listing was wrong, I would not be able to return it due to it being an open box special but he was able to refund me some money. Was very pleased with the camera but their site listing stated the bundle included a weather resistant lens yet it did not come with this weather resistant lens, rather a normal lens.     I purchased a drone. I flew the drone once. I realized it did not fly like the one I used to have before it crashed. I assumed the drone with the 4K camera was the professional because the professional used to be the only drone with the 4K camera. I assumed wrong.     I purchased a Phantom 3 Advanced package deal including an extra battery and Aluminum case. The phantom came a little longer than stated but the case and battery were back ordered. Of course they don't tell you that when you buy. Waited a week and finally got shipping confirmation. I was happy. A few days went by and I received the package with the wrong case, a backpack case that I do not need or want. Contacted them and got a robot response. 5 days have gone by and they have not addressed the issue.

    I also purchased lens filters from them that the camera on the Phantom could not support. I requested a refund and have not heard back from them. Their website says "be the first to write a review" on the lens filters. I wrote a review so someone else wouldn't throw $30 away and they did not post it. I'm guessing there are many negative reviews about that product and they take them down so as to keep making their money on an inferior product. I should have read the reviews first.     On the 26th of May 2016, I purchased a NEW 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. Because I am in the Midwood area of Brooklyn, NY and they are located in Edison, NJ, shipping to my door is one day once FedEx picks it up. Well I received it on June 2nd, 2016. OK the holiday... I get it. Boxed well and arrived without a dent on the box. I set it up, plugged it in and found a terrible flaw in the screen, almost like a halo effect. I phoned C.S. and was offered 150.00 refund off of the price. Wait, if I wanted to buy a damaged TV I'd shop eBay. I told them I wanted a replacement as per the website return policy. They refused to replace it. They told me to send it back. They provided a RMA # and told me to call FedEx for a pickup and then to order a new one. Well well well, I bet you can see where this is going.

    I ordered a new one and then 5 minutes later called customer service and told them to send FedEx to my house for a P/U and to drop off my new TV at the same time. They agreed to this. Four day later no tracking number on the new order and no FedEx P/U. Yes I used PayPal. I got on the phone with the always nice PayPal and they contacted BuyDig. They cancelled and reversed the charges for both Samsungs.

    I was trying to buy a $900.00 4K PC Monitor. It was in stock and said it would ship in 24-48 hours. I placed order and they took my money within hours. Now here I am a week later with an order that is STILL in PROCESSING stage. I call twice, the first time the lady acted like I was a burden and asked why I am call when it was only 4 days. I tell her it was express delivery and was supposed to be here and she said call back by 5 if I don't have a ship confirmation by the end of day.

    Ordered a Canon camera kit from Sears but Buydig was actually the company. Buydig shipped the camera kit but the flash that attaches to the camera doesn't work. Canon said the flash is not compatible with the camera. Buydig says they don't have that flash. Ray at Buydig told me they can't afford to provide the flash that goes with the camera. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BUYDIG AGAIN!!! Buydig had no intentions of providing the flash that goes with the camera right from the start. Buydig is a fly by night business taking advantage of anyone they can. Buydig is a disgrace.

When I tried to create the account, it said their system was 'undergoing maintenance,' and 'sorry for this unavoidable delay,' blah blah blah. OK.     First, I have purchased from this company in the past, not great and not bad. However the last issue was on Dec. 4 when they sent me a $20 coupon since I had just made an order from them. I went ahead and ordered two tea kettles and paid the rest through Paypal using my cc. I was suppose to get an email of my order but never did and since it's the first time I use paypal with them, I checked paypal and saw the charge. It also appeared on my cc right away with "BUYDIG" in the title. I waited 10 days and nothing.

    I contacted them and provided paypal transaction ID (along all info I have) and explained to them. There might have been a glitch somewhere. They blamed on paypal and claimed I never paid anything. Obviously they did not check paypal to see the charge that I paid unless there is another company by that name and also a different paypal address being used through their website. I asked them to check and if they can't find the order, please refund the money. They refused and told me to call Paypal. Since then, I have to contact my cc to dispute this amount.

After that, the order showed in process on the website and I called the customer service several times to see the delivery date. Last Thursday, the customer service told me that they finally got the TV into their warehouse and I should receive a tracking number soon. And today (12/7) I got an email saying that they don't have it in stock and needed to cancel it. It's frustrating to deal with them. If you just want to waste your time dealing with the customer service without getting your order fulfilled, I'd suggest you to shop from them. You will get a lot of frustration.

    My shopping experience with BuyDig was just plain horrible, I regret buying from them. My first issue was ordering with PayPal, it was impossible for me. I kept getting an error that said "Could not complete your order. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service for assistance." I asked their customer support which took them nearly forever to reply back to me. When they did, they told me to call them. I was awestruck. I told myself whatever, I'll just skip out on PayPal and pay using VISA Checkout. I placed an order for a pair of headphones on November 17, 2015.

    A week passes by and I get not a single tracking number. I sent them an email and they told me they haven't even gotten the headphone in their warehouse yet... What? They said my headphone was still in the process of pre-ordering. This freaking blew me away. Okay, fine, whatever, I'll wait. I then later get a tracking number and I received my order today, December 1, 2015. Let's begin the events leading to my reaction of how I first saw my package. (This happened an hour ago at the time I'm writing this review.)

    I went through my day happily until I heard a doorbell. I went outside to see what's up and saw a box on the front door. It had BuyDig labeled all over it. Excitingly I took the package into my house and I was really happy to forget all the bad things I went through with BuyDig. When I first placed the package down, I noticed... The box was really bent up. Especially in one of the corner and bottom. Worryingly, I opened up the package and my jaw dropped. The headphone packaging itself was damaged to the core. There was a gigantic bent middle of the box. At this point, I was scared to even open the package, worrying that the whole thing might be damaged and I would have to go through the painful process of returning it back to BuyDig.

    I then mustered up the courage and bravely opened the headphone packaging. It was worse than I thought... I couldn't even get the headphone out! The package was so badly bent, that the slider thing wouldn't slide out! I had to carefully expand the outer side of my fingers to quickly slide out the headphones. Getting the charging cable and manual wasn't as easy either. It required a lot of expanding with my fingers so I don't rip or damage the box in case of returning it. I believe I spent about half an hour trying to unbox the whole entire thing.

    Overall, the whole entire experience was daunting. I don't think I'll ever buy a single thing from BuyDig ever again. The ordering process was horrible. Shipping took half a month (15 days). The package that I received looked like it went through a nuclear explosion. I honestly wouldn't recommend BuyDig at all. I can't even write a review on BuyDig's website because of an error.

    I went to order a Samsung WiFi ready 40 inch TV. While processing the order there was a coupon that I kept trying to apply that would not apply. The website would take me back to order and would retry. After several attempts the coupon applied and I ordered the TV. The TV came within a week and was well packed. I unpacked the TV and had to wait for the installer to come for the on-wall installation. When the installer came I asked him to program the WiFi. After a few minutes he said that there was no WiFi. I went to the order online and saw that somehow the TV was switched from the WiFi model to the non-WiFi model but the price stayed the same at $317.99 when I looked the retail price of the non-WiFi version was $279.99. I had already destroyed the packaging and returning was not an option.

    I contacted customer service several times via email and got the same response "We apologize for the inconvenience but due to the fast pace of the consumer electronics industry, and our determination to provide our customers with our best possible pricing and up-to-the-minute savings, all prices are subject to change without notice. Therefore we do not offer price protection nor price guarantee." Come on it was only a week and I was quoting their prices at the time of sale. Very cold and callous response. I cannot prove it but I feel that the TV order was switched. Why would I buy a lesser quality TV at the same price that I did a lot of research on. Most of the larger companies would try and satisfy a customer but this company's customer service just keeps stating the company line. Keep it up and they will not be around much longer.     I purchased an open box camera that stated item is in like new condition. I paid overnight shipping as I was leaving the country in 2 days. The camera arrived on time (thanks FedEx), but when I opened it a piece of the viewfinder fell out of the felt bag holding the camera. I inspected the camera closer and found it had been dropped. The best part is that the invoice has a section that reads "all items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouses". I contacted the customer service department and mentioned the issue. They issued an RMA and a FedEx label to use.

    The problem with this was I was leaving later that day and did not have time to return it via FedEx US. I called again to request they change the label to aid me in shipping back from Canada but they were very adamant that I was responsible to return at my expense. Nice customer service. I would not recommend ordering anything from this outfit as they are either knowingly shipping damaged items or simply do not practice what they preach about customer service. There are other places offering the same items for a few bucks more that will get all my business from here on.

    I ordered a camera through Sears (their merchant is BuyDig.com) and was given the date of June 24 for delivery. When it wasn't delivered, I contacted Sears. They stated that they contacted BuyDig and discovered it was still in processing and not shipped. I contacted BuyDig and requested a refund.     I received an email from Buydig.com titled "Waterproof Cameras up to 85% Off! Go Pro, Ricoh, Canon, Nikon and More! Fast Free Shipping". That peaked my interest because I'm looking for a waterproof camera, so I opened the email. In the email were various discounted waterproof cameras (mostly 20-30% off). However there was one Nikon bundle including a Nikon 1 J4 with waterproof case, adobe photoshop elements, and a 32Gb SD card - listed for 85% off. The original price was $923.43, but the price they had listed was $499. I did a quick calculation and this only came out to a 46% discount.

    I called Buydig and spoke to a CSR named ** who asked me to forward him the email. I sent it to him and then he said that I would have to speak to someone in sales. After waiting several minutes on hold for sales, I was greeted by an arrogant guy named **. I explained to him that the price that they were advertising for this camera bundle was not 85% off as their emailed advertisement had suggested. He said it was a price mistake. He then went on to try to make me feel stupid that I would believe that they would sell this camera bundle for 85% off.

    I said "you guys are the ones that sent out the email stating that you have waterproof cameras for up to 85% off. If you remove this camera from the list, the highest discount on any of the waterproof cameras was about 50%. To top it all off, the website also shows 85% off for this camera bundle (but still calculates it at $499)." If the guy had been nice about it, I would have just shrugged it off and let it go. But this guy ** was a real jerk. So, I will be going to all the major forums to tell my story. HAVE A GOOD DAY **!

Finally a customer service rep told me that it takes 2-5 business days to ship it and another 4 business days to arrive at the destination. I called back the next day this time the customer service rep told me that I will receive it the next day and it has been already shipped!!! That was a pure lie! I called and also emailed customer service they emailed me back and said the product is of stock and will be re-ordered and will take few more days to arrive.

    I am tired of this run around. I asked for a refund they say it will take 48 to 72 hours to get my refund but actually 4 to 5 days according the customer service rep I spoke with. I called the billing dept to make sure the refund to my CC will done in a timely manner. They assured me that it will be done today by 7:00 PM. I will see!! I am very very disappointed!

    I got a call from Buydig.com this morning promised me that he will have the camera delivered tomorrow 03-31-2015 and reorder it and will have the tracking information by this afternoon. I waited till 4:30 PM CST and wanted to find out what happened to the tracking information. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and I had to hang up. Buydig.com has charged me again. I will wait till tomorrow morning for confirmation.

    FedEX delivered my Lens to the wrong address or someone stole it. BuyDig won't help me. FedEx customer service believes that the driver did deliver it to the wrong address and say that BuyDig needs to file a claim regardless of what the tracking number says since they are the shipper. If I want to claim with FedEx apparently I need a waiver letter from BuyDig, but BuyDig won't help - asks me to contact my credit card.

    After writing some reviews about them online, a mysterious NJ accented guy named ** from BuyDig contacted me. He immediately asked me to change my negative reviews and that he would investigating my issue. Once I updated two reviews to neutral, I never heard from him again. This really makes me think that I can dealing with some shady operation. I read many customer reviews with similar issues, so one should be suspicious about this company. They always seem to have the lowest prices anywhere on expensive camera equipment. FYI they also run another outlet called BeachCamera.

    Buyer beware: this is a terribly shady business with zero ethics. I ordered a laptop from them with 2-day shipping. It never arrived - FedEx admitted the package was lost, and was signed for by someone in an unknown business building, not my residential address. BuyDig REFUSED to reimburse me or send another laptop, saying the package was signed for - even though FedEx declared the item lost and the person who signed for it was *not me*. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother, and I not only missed her birthday, but have spent at least 6 hours trying to merely get reimbursed for what was not received. Horrible business, the worst consumer experience I've had in my entire life. The representatives there go to their "manager" who tells them to refuse a perfectly legitimate issue.

    Back in January I ordered a 40 inch Samsung TV From buydig. I received it a week or so later. I opened the box and inspected the TV as per the directions on their website and it appeared to be fine. I still had to wait for the wall mount I ordered from mono price to show up to install the TV. A week later the mount came and I installed the TV but the configuration of the hdmi ports on the back required I order a 90 hdmi adapter to hook the TV up so. I returned the TV to the box and ordered one and waited for it to come.

    I then went on vacation to Florida for 2 weeks. When we came back I installed a new DirecTV system put the TV up on the wall, turned it on, and when it lit up you could see the interior's screen was shattered. When turned off it looks fine. I contacted buydig about the problem and they were very rude. Told me my failure to use the product was my responsibility so they would not exchange it because it was past 45 days from when they shipped it. I paid 400 for a TV that never worked once. Do not buy from them.

    Avoid BuyDig.com and their associate, BeachCamera.com. Website stated item in stock and will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Great...NOT. Item not received after 5 business days so I do some searching on their website which informs me that a tracking number will be emailed to you when your item is shipped. Never received a tracking number. Emailed customer service, no response. Call customer service and "Josh" tells me the item was supposed to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer and he'll call me back with the status because he can't reach them. Never get a response from "Josh". Call customer service again and told the same thing.

    Finally after almost two weeks, get an email informing me the manufacturer is out of stock and as soon as they have it available, they will "rush to ship out" my item. Also get a call from customer service explaining the same thing. Still receive NO tracking information and this is crucial because an adult signature is required and the item is being shipped to a residence. Had I known when I ordered the item that an adult signature was required, not mentioned in the ordering process, I would have had this shipped to my work.

    Finally, 10 business days after I placed my order, I come home to find a note from Fedex Ground - not Fedex Home Delivery or the "rush" shipping they promised - that they missed me and would attempt delivery on the next business day, not Saturday like Fedex Home Delivery. I find the tracking number myself from the door tag so that I can figure out when Fedex is coming back so I can take off work and wait for this item when it's back out for delivery.

    The short version to this story is that BuyDig.com doesn't stock this item at all. The manufacturer was not out of stock at all. The manufacturer shipped this item early the next morning the day after I reached BuyDig.com's customer service in the afternoon. BuyDig.com lied to me about the back order, lied to me about "rush" shipping and NEVER gave me any tracking information. From my point of view, BuyDig.com never placed my order with the manufacturer until I contacted them 3 times!!! I would recommend that anyone considering buying from BuyDig.com think twice about their complete lack of customer service. The hassle you have with them will not be worth it! You will NEVER get satisfaction if they screw up. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BUYDIG.COM!

    I was supposed to get a $400 rebate for the Canon Rebel and the printer that I purchased from Buydig.com. I mailed out two UPC codes and the copy of my receipt, but they wanted the original receipt so I mailed that out, as well, via certified mail.

    I tracked and confirmed with U.S.P.S., but as per the record, they tried to deliver my certified mail to this company so they left a notice to them. Fifteen days later, no one from A.C.B. bothered to check my certified mail, in which my original receipt was enclosed! Therefore, U.S.P.S. sent it back to my address!

    However, one week later, A.C.B. sent me another notice stating that they couldn't honor my rebate because I did not send them the original receipt! How can they say this? They rejected my mail in the first place!

    I ordered a Garmin model 1390t GPS from Buydig.com on 11/18/09. The product was delivered to my residence, but nobody was home at the time. I have an attached garage to my residence that has 2 man doors and a 1 garage door. the garage door was open at the time of delivery and the man doors were unlocked. To accurately depict my property, you would drive up my driveway and make a 90 degree right turn into the garage. Here begins the problem. Your delivery person left the GPS in is package in the garage on the tire tracks where my truck has to travel as it enters the garage. there is a blind spot as i turn into and enter the garage. At this point, you know where i am going. The GPS was run over and crushed.... Why would your employee place this package on the vehicle path in a garage when there were SOOOO many other places to place this package in the garage ie.. next to either man doors? where this damage could have never happened. Considering the circumstances, its my view that the poor judgement or laziness of your delivery person is responsible for this damage. I have notified Buydig.com of the problem and have already ordered the replacement as it is a christmas present and needs to be here on time.     I ordered a new Samsung LN52A550 52 HDTV from BuyDig.com on 12-31-08. It was delivered on 1-8-09. After connecting to cable box, plugged in. Heard loud pop, and smelled something burning. Immediately unplugged it. Smoke and smell was coming from cable box. Plugged tv directly into outlet and there was no picture or sound, only the blue light at bottom center and red flashing dot at lower right side. Tried several different plugs, same result, nothing. The cable box was fried and dead. Called electrician to check my plugs and outlets and electric box. He said all my plugs and box were fine. Since all this took place at night, was unable to call BuyDig.com until next day, 1-9-09. Talked to a manager, Maurice. He said there was nothing he could do, was under warranty and to call Samsung and gave me a phone number. I called Samsung and they said call local representative to examine and diagnose problem. I called them and they are set to come out on 1-12-09. I am a senior citizen and cannot believe such s run-around. I just want my refund or a working tv. I am out electrician fee, cable box fee, and no telling what else and still no working TV.
