Excellent support. I was helped by Reynold about a manufacturer issue in my brand new product. He got straight to the point and resolved my issue. Usually customer supports keep you on hold and almost forget about you.

The mattress topper is with good quality. But it is a bit too soft for me and traps a lot heat. It doesn’t solve my back pain but the customer service representative Belle was very helpful and made the transaction very smooth.

I wish to commend Rizza Mae and Dianne for helping me resolve a lost package issue. Seems my original order had lost an SD card it was supposed to include. They replaced it with another promptly after investigating the problem. Many thanks to them and to Beach Camera 📷 ! 😃

Rizalyn was helpful and quick to reply. We were given a very used Xbox remote when we paid for a brand new one. I think someone tampered with the box before it was shipped. She understood and was able to get us a refund.

I had to follow up with customer service because of a small issue with the Shark Stratos vacuum I purchased and got great follow-up and representatives Maria Luisa and Romel were very helpful in helping me solve my problem and offered a concession to keep unit and have unit serviced under refurbished warranty. I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt resolution to my problem. They were very courteous and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Great customer service!!!!

My TV came in with some scratches on the back and one on the side of the TV screen. Contacted them and responded quickly and ended up giving me a partial refund. Based on the customer service rep and their quick response I would buy from them again.

I'm really pleased with my purchase here. It came in good safe packaging and was in good shape when it arrives. I spoke with customer service about an issue I had (needed to return it because I purchased the wrong one), customer service, specifically Christine ** and Bell, was great, they were pretty quick with responses and genuinely wanted to help. They seem to really care for their customers.

Ge, is a great product to begin with. Plus the biggest part about this one is it a stainless steel inside. It works better with the convection ovens. with the stainless steel inside the last a lot longer by my experiences. The air fryer is a plus as well number panels could’ve been brighter colored to see on the counter though, Otherwise I love it very very much.

They’ve been breached. I use unique emails per merchant, and my BuyDig email was just used to send me a scam email. Moreover, they have not informed customers about their breach. Do not use BuyDig. August 2024.

When I received my product it was damaged I spent a lot of money when I hooked it up it didn’t work either. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to return it at my expense.. I really was disappointed with that response. I should not have to pay to return something that was damaged and didn’t work.

BuyDig is a scam company. Never ever order from them again. I ordered a laptop from them with 2-yr service plan. They did not have any follow-up information for more than a week, but they charged my credit card fully. When I called, they told me that I product I ordered has been sold out with no stocks. They said that they would refund me right away. BUT one month later, still no refund. I am officially launching a complaint about their business practice. What a scam company! Shame of them! Don't believe on their website.

Updated on 10/02/2023: Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I was wrong. After 3 weeks and many calls, emails, and texts, I finally had the TV delivered by some random older guy with a van. I had to help get the 83" TV into my house, as he was alone. Because of all the problems and hassles concerning the delivery, I was offered a $400 refund, if I accepted the delivery and changed my ratings from 1 to 5 stars. I accepted their offer and changed my ratings. It's now been over 2 weeks since the delivery and still no $400. Also, the TV was advertised with a 4 year extended warranty. I've been trying to get the company to honor this, however, I have been unsuccessful. Just do what you promised. This is a very bad company. I urge you not to buy from them.
Original Review: Ordered a TV on 8/30 to be delivered between 2 to 10 days. It's now 18 days after purchase and no TV. I have spoken to customer service numerous times about this issue. Due to not receiving the product I have requested cancellation of my order and a refund. Company refuses to cancel and refund even though they said they would. Tried offering me $100 off but still no delivery date. Now today I received an email stating that I received my delivery yesterday. I did not. I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I urge you to not buy from this SCAM company.
