Romel ** responded to my question within 2 hours after business hours. Angela ** followed up the next morning and within 12 hours my return questions were answered completely and expertly. Highly recommend Buydig.com for their after sale customer service.

I had a small issue with my order for 2 nos Samsung MX-ST90B Sound Tower High Power Audio Portable Speakers at Buydig.com. I emailed my concerns by email to their customer service department and they were able to resolve it very quickly. Have bought two Samsung TVs from BuyDig via eBay. One arrived with an issue and the other seemed fine from the brief moment I turned it on. I needed help on two different occasions and Angela Z. was very kind and helpful. I ended up getting partial refunds that were very fair and quick and I kept the TVs. I ordered a 75 inch tv. It took almost 2 weeks to get it. I unboxed it at it up and found that it was broken. It's almost impossible to get in contact with customer service. The first call I got the run around.. The second call the guy didn't know his ** from his nose.. the third person set up a new TV to be delivered and the broken TV picked up. When they came to pick up the TV they did not have a replacement (the agreement was to bring one take one). So now I have no TV and they have my money and won't replace the TV??? RIP OFF!!!

While BuyDig in general does not allow price match, I was still offered the same as a courtesy. Overall the support and the staff team are very courteous and prompt in their response. In particular, I worked with Angela **, and she helped me all along in resolving the questions on time and with full clarity. I will personally buy again from BuyDig and also recommend to others, it has great products at competitive prices and also great after-sales support.

I ordered a tv to be delivered for Christmas and they sent me a completely different brand. It totally ruined Christmas for our family and speaking to their assistant manger Josh, no attempts were made for customer satisfaction. I decided to ask for a refund and have them pick up the wrong tv they sent me. This was my first and last experience with Buydig.com.

I want to take a quick minute to explain the incredible experience I had working with Angela Z with the BuyDig.com Team. I purchased an LG C2 55” OLED TV and had questions after I purchased the TV. Angela Z was able to respond within one minute to my questions. The exceptional response time was surprising! I ordered the SAMHWS801B last evening using coupon code "WNY". In my cart it showed as $349 with coupon code applied, I add my CC and again verified it still showed the deal of $349. I submit the order and my coupon is now gone and it shows $597.99 on my email receipt. Trying to pull the receipt up in the browser does not work and loads all my order details as blank with commas between where values should be. I have screenshots from BuyDig.com website still showing the offer on my broken receipt when I ordered.
Immediately sent an email to customer support as it was 11PM and called them then next morning to cancel the order. Was offered a "discounted" price to $497.99 which I declined and asked for the order to be cancelled. Was told it had shipped at 8AM while it still showing as "Label Created" indicating it still had not been handed over to FedEx. Was asked if I had screenshots of my cart which I had screenshots of the deal actively still being offered on their website and this was ignored by customer support. Beyond frustrated at this experience.

Recently I made an online purchase of Microsoft Surface Duo with a bonus iHome AC-39 earphone. The product delivered, Surface Duo brand new in sealed package whereas the iHome earphone was obviously a returned opened item as the seal's adhesives were covered with lint and the packaging quite aged. Contacting the Customer Service, Angela ** offered to compensate (discount or credit) my purchase and keep the used earphones. I suggested $30 as a credit and she accepted it with a written review of my experience. As a follow through a credit has appeared on my account signifying that the agreement was honored. I had purchased from Buydig a few years ago, couple with this recent experience, I would shop on Buydig should the need arises.

I purchased a 40 lb portable ice machine back in 5/22 due to the need of an illness I had. I did everything I could to fix it without taking the unit apart, the Company guaranteed it for 12 months. I run distilled water only as a requirement of the Drs. It worked flawlessly until the end of summer 8/22 and then I kept getting a constant E code on the LCD monitor. I had to unplug it from the electric to clear the code and only then it would make 3 cycles of ice. The unit was cleaned as directed in the manual. I finally called the company and they saw when I purchased it and immediately apologized for the trouble and sent another one out Priority. This is a Company that is a 5 star company and customer relationships are stellar.

Bought an LG-OLED 77 inch TV. Website was easy to navigate and their tracking accurately kept status up to date. This is the 2021 model and their price was several hundred dollars less than anywhere else I looked at. Product was shipped pretty fast and arrived in excellent condition. Would definitely order from them again.

Bought a refurb electric pressure washer for the ease of use and lightness. Works great. Not too powerful but knew that when I picked the PSI. Works well and gets the grime off my bricks, gutters etc. Good purchase for us.

My phone number wasn't included when the order shipped. I had to make several follow up calls with the last mile deliverer since they couldn't call to contact me per normal operation. BuyDig should have checked for this and reached out to me via email to get my phone number to make sure item was delivered properly and on time. Buydig customer service was helpful and attentive. The last mile deliverers customer service left something to be desired.

The service team was very polite to me. I emailed them and they immediately emailed me back. They offered me free return and refund and even a discount with a free return to the manufacturer. The washing machine was sold to me with a manufacturer warranty for a year. I chose to take the discount and send it to the manufacturer or replacement or to be fixed and the discount. It's a rare company in this day and age that sticks to their word. They did not put the problem on me... They owned it and solved it.

I ordered 5 items and two were broken. On top of that I used a giftcard I won. They charged me the giftcard anount and overdrawn me in the bank. After over a week they gave me my money back without addressing the broken products and the overdraft they owed me. Please shop somewhere else. They are a scam.

I recently purchased an LG C1 77in TV from BuyDig and it was at the lowest price I’ve seen. The process was smooth and efficient with timely follow ups when the product was shipped and scheduling the delivery. I had an issue where my bank account declined the transaction and had me reorder the TV. After reordering, there was a miscommunication on Buydig end and they ended up shipping both TVs out. After speaking with Angela ** from customer support, we were able to clear it up and cancel the order even though it was shipped out. They were easy to work with and made me a happy customer that would trust buying anything from Buydig in the future.

Manufacturer defect noticed soon after delivery so I contacted customer service and they were very prompt with the response and execution of the replacement along with a refund on packaging. Tip: keep all packaging until you have verified the product works.
