I had to follow up with customer service because of a small issue with the Shark Stratos vacuum I purchased and got great follow-up and representatives Maria Luisa and Romel were very helpful in helping me solve my problem and offered a concession to keep unit and have unit serviced under refurbished warranty. I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt resolution to my problem. They were very courteous and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Great customer service!!!!

My TV came in with some scratches on the back and one on the side of the TV screen. Contacted them and responded quickly and ended up giving me a partial refund. Based on the customer service rep and their quick response I would buy from them again.

I had a seamless experience with them everything was quick and efficient and when I had an issue with my order Romel helped me resolve it quickly without any hassle, I appreciated the quick communication thank you Romel!

Reynolds ** set up LG to come look at my TV which I really appreciate it. They still haven’t came to my home due to the part they require is on back order with no ETA which is frustrating. And I hope this gets resolved ASAP due to me barely purchasing the TV. The reason i’m giving a 5 star is because Reynold set them up in a timely manner & I know its not his fault that the part is on back order with no eta…..

I'm really pleased with my purchase here. It came in good safe packaging and was in good shape when it arrives. I spoke with customer service about an issue I had (needed to return it because I purchased the wrong one), customer service, specifically Christine ** and Bell, was great, they were pretty quick with responses and genuinely wanted to help. They seem to really care for their customers.

Ge, is a great product to begin with. Plus the biggest part about this one is it a stainless steel inside. It works better with the convection ovens. with the stainless steel inside the last a lot longer by my experiences. The air fryer is a plus as well number panels could’ve been brighter colored to see on the counter though, Otherwise I love it very very much.

Dianne from Beach Camera provided me excellent customer service. She helped me make a decision regarding a Samsung OLED Smart TV, I liked. She is a good listener, and provided helpful feedback. I am glad I followed her recommendation and made the purchase.

I made an order that was fulfilled by this company and I am thrilled by the experience I was given. They’ve been breached. I use unique emails per merchant, and my BuyDig email was just used to send me a scam email. Moreover, they have not informed customers about their breach. Do not use BuyDig. August 2024.

When I received my product it was damaged I spent a lot of money when I hooked it up it didn’t work either. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to return it at my expense.. I really was disappointed with that response. I should not have to pay to return something that was damaged and didn’t work.

BuyDig is a scam company. Never ever order from them again. I ordered a laptop from them with 2-yr service plan. They did not have any follow-up information for more than a week, but they charged my credit card fully. When I called, they told me that I product I ordered has been sold out with no stocks. They said that they would refund me right away. BUT one month later, still no refund. I am officially launching a complaint about their business practice. What a scam company! Shame of them! Don't believe on their website.

Updated on 10/02/2023: Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I was wrong. After 3 weeks and many calls, emails, and texts, I finally had the TV delivered by some random older guy with a van. I had to help get the 83" TV into my house, as he was alone. Because of all the problems and hassles concerning the delivery, I was offered a $400 refund, if I accepted the delivery and changed my ratings from 1 to 5 stars. I accepted their offer and changed my ratings. It's now been over 2 weeks since the delivery and still no $400. Also, the TV was advertised with a 4 year extended warranty. I've been trying to get the company to honor this, however, I have been unsuccessful. Just do what you promised. This is a very bad company. I urge you not to buy from them.

Bought an Osmo 3 from Buy Dig. FedEx delivered it to wrong address. Buy Dig refused to refund it until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Shop elsewhere people. This merchant is a rip off. Their customer service is useless and unprofessional.

Customer service was beyond my expectation. They handle problems professionally in the favor of customers. They have quick response to emails and always try to find a quick solution. The shipment arrived in couple days after purchase.

Provided prompt and efficient response and alternative to returning an item. Instead of returning the item I was given an additional credit to keep the item. I could not have expected any better response.

I recently made an order on BuyDig.com. After finding an issue with my order and raising some concerns with the team just one day after ordering, I contacted the customer support team via email on a Saturday night. To my surprise, the team promptly responded to me. To be honest, I hadn't expected it. After finding out my item had already been processed and shipped, amazingly quickly by the way, the team was able to quickly answer any relevant questions I had and quelled my concerns. I appreciate their efforts, and this sort of fashion in customer support makes me want to continue supporting the company as a consumer.

Seller sent instructions that the delivery driver must wait for me to inspect it before I sign for delivery, however the deliverer insisted they could not wait and I was basically forced to sign. However they did help me unpack it but left immediately after. Luckily I've had no issues with the TV so far and there were only 12 hours on it. The seller unfortunately sent me the warehouse model which is nearly identical instead of the advertised retail model but I was refunded accordingly. Overall I trust the seller and would purchase again.

Romel ** responded to my question within 2 hours after business hours. Angela ** followed up the next morning and within 12 hours my return questions were answered completely and expertly. Highly recommend Buydig.com for their after sale customer service.

I had a small issue with my order for 2 nos Samsung MX-ST90B Sound Tower High Power Audio Portable Speakers at Buydig.com. I emailed my concerns by email to their customer service department and they were able to resolve it very quickly. I was dealing with their representative Angela **, who was very professional and helpful. I will buy again from Buydig.com. Sudesh

Have bought two Samsung TVs from BuyDig via eBay. One arrived with an issue and the other seemed fine from the brief moment I turned it on. I needed help on two different occasions and Angela Z. was very kind and helpful. I ended up getting partial refunds that were very fair and quick and I kept the TVs.
