The Product came late. Customer service wasn't too bad, sometimes took a couple days for a response. Would buy again from them only if sale was really great. Otherwise, I'd go with others and just avoid hassle.

Ordered the surface duo but the software was so bad there was no way I could use it as my daily driver. I tried to return it and nobody responded. I will never, ever, ever order from Buydig.com. I will definitely will not recommend this site.

Ordered my television new television for the start of the football season which was guaranteed to be delivered before Sunday. Ended up taking almost three weeks to actually receive my television. Took four separate phone calls with the very rude shipping company to finally get my television delivered. Had to also contact customer service to receive my warranty.

I am not one to typically write reviews, but BuyDig customer service on this purchase was awesome and will have me purchasing again. The first area they were helpful was registering the warranty for me. I was unable to get it working on my side, but was able to send the required documents to customer service, who was able to get this done for me. The next was my $200 Visa gift cards to be received with my purchase. They were supposed to take 2-4 weeks to arrive, and at week 5 I emailed asking what happened. They said they were not sure, apologized, and just credited me $200 immediately in place of the cards. Getting taken care of like that without jumping through a bunch of hoops really felt good, and I will purchase here again.

Purchased a 2 rack of ring stick up cams for a friend who's been having issues at his house with some white trash delinquents. Only received ONE!!! Was not even offered the other camera I BOUGHT. Not my dang fault. YOUR post was wrong!! You're supposed to be professionals and the customer service was nothing to rave about and they still at it. Will be reporting to the BBB. They already have 40 complaints and a 1.8 star rating.

Very unfortunate. Bought a Samsung Frame TV bezel they claimed to have in stock. Would ship out in “2” days. A month later, no shipping, no tracking, no update. I’ve given multiple opportunities for them to earn my business and do what’s right. It’s a scam. If you ordered, file a fraud claim with your card issuer ASAP. Read the reviews. It’s really unfortunate. Even the customer service thread is wrong. I have a month of documentation to prove it.

Paid $1649 for tv they said was in stock, it is not, refused a refund. Buydig.com customer service delays and obfuscates trying to get me to wait, offer "huge discount", anything but saying sorry we don't have the tv we said we had, here's your credit card refund as prompt as we took 30 seconds to charge me eh?

Shady company, beware. I attempted a purchase of a 6000 dollar TV, from beach camera, owned by Buydig. They don't attempt to charge your card until several hours after you submit, so of course I ordered in the evening , late at night and went to bed. I missed the text verification from my card company and the purchase was denied. I tried 3 times to recharge after the bank refused it but it would never go through,
I tried to re-add the item to my cart , but the extras were missing (accidental damage, gift cards), I contacted customer service via email and asked if I could get the original deal and they just said to 'call a sales person and they will give you the best price'. Fed up with this route I decided to try to order online from a different route.
Before I realized that beach camera was now owned by buydig. I went to order this model through buydig and put in a different credit card, they debited the money from my account, then after 2 days, after taking the money, buydig canceled the order. I called customer service and they said it was due to fraud alert. After they debited my account. So long story short, buydig, debited my account 6000 dollars then decided it was fraudulent. And 1 week later I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account. Stay away from these guys, it's a shady operation, go to bhphoto.com or crutchfield.com or even bestbuy.com...Really anyone is better than these guys.

I purchased a Sony A6100 and from the beginning I’ve had problems. I emailed them several times and they kept telling me to take it to Sony so after my last e mail they said they can no longer help me. My warranty had expired. Well if they had done something when I first mailed them they would not have this excuse. They wait until it came up and then told me again to go to Sony. Sony is even worse customer service than Buy Dig if that’s possible. The camera has been defective since I got it, they are shady and don’t trust them.

Ordered 75" Samsung The Frame and after the first one shipped was destroyed in transit, received the replacement. Checked it upon arrival and it turns on and looks good. Installed on the wall in our renovated house and it starts off working well but gets into a power cycling on and off making the television unusable. Call Samsung and BuyDig where they both blame each other for various issues; Buydig claiming Samsung needs to repair the TV and Samsung telling be that the TV is not under warranty. This process started 11/12/2020 and is still unresolved 3/17/2021. Both companies have failed miserably in their responses and I consider this purchase a total loss at this point after spending 15 hours total time on the telephone trying to get a resolution. Buydig has promised they had contacted Samsung to make things right which was a total lie. Have plenty of emails and recorded phone calls to back up. DO NOT BUY FROM BUYDIG.

I received a LG OLED TV with a defective screen. There was a vertical line going through from top to bottom, and it was more visible in gray scenes. I had a multiple calls and emails with Buydig to talked about the issue and try to get it replaced. It took a few days and I heard inconsistent solutions between on-call and email customer services. Eventually, Nancy helped me to confirmed the replacement can be processed. However, since the issue (vertical line) was gone after a few days, I chose to keep the TV and keep watching. Even though I didn't replace the TV until I am writing this review, I still want to thank Nancy for her patient, keeping customers in mind, and trying to provide the best solution to me.

I purchased the Google Pixel Buds via eBay by Buydig. The item worked fine initially but stopped working after ~ 70 days. I would like to have a free replacement or a full refund. Google Support would provide me with a replacement if I purchased from an authorized Google reseller. Buydig claims this on eBay. However, I got written confirmation from Google that they are not authorized. So far, Buydig has been unable to provide this proof and I assume that they falsely claim that they are.

I ordered Monoprice brand TV antenna, but received a generic no name brand. Upon multiple follow ups received a replacement to find again same generic non brand. Never received what I ordered but gave up following up as it was not worth my time to follow up again.

A representative from Buydig.com reached out to me to speak to me about my issue that I had with them. Charles **, reached out to me via email and then phone to speak to me about my big issue I had with Buydig. After speaking to me about my issue he then asked me what can be done to help fix the issue to repair the relationship I have with Buydig as a consumer. He went above and beyond to help me, and after all the time I finally had a good ending to my horrible problem I had with Buydig. He was the only one who helped and reached out to me and for that I really appreciate it. Having him help me solve my issue made my day today and I really appreciate it.

Purchased this monitor order number ** on September 2 due to a sale. Total was 444.67, that is the total that it shows in my invoice on BuyDig. Was Overcharged 130 dollars. Contacted buydig for refund of overcharge, was told I was charged the right price and my invoice was a price glitch. Was told I have to wait till my order get to me to return for a refund. Was told that my invoice price was a lie and Buydig will not honor it. Customer service agent told me item has shipped and wait to get it. One week later, I was told item did not ship and was lost at facility. I check tracking, the item never was picked up or moved. I was lied to many times.
Took one month to get a refund, refund was for invoice price. Still missing the 130 overcharge that I was charged. Took another month and a half to get my refund for the overcharge after countless attempts to talk to someone. All I was told that a manager was notified and I will be notified. I was NEVER notified. I always had to contact Buydig to ask about my order and refund. I even contacted Buydig VIA Better Business Bureau. I was told that the customer service agents made a mistake, I would get my monitor, at my invoice price and I would be refunded the difference. I was told that a few times by this person. Yet it never happened.
How many times will you guys lie to me, all I wanted to purchase was a monitor from you as I have done before. How did it come to this? I was treated like a dog, I purchased so many times from Buydig, but how I was treated this time with lies upon lies, and the horrible customer service experience. To top it off, no one from Buydig reached out to me for my experience, or anything. I always had to contact BuyDig. You guys would not even honor your own invoice price. How does that even make sense as a business.

Hello, I did not receive my product. I sent an email to customer service before it was delivered that the address was wrong. I received an email back from Jonathan ** and received reply stating that the product had shipped. At that point, he couldn't do anything. I contacted the carrier and was told that I would have to contact shipper and they would have to change. Again I emailed Customer service and they again said they couldn't do anything. Finally I contacted Customer service again and they said to file a claim with my credit card service.

The worst piece of junk I ever ordered. The grass shear worked for about 5 minutes. I changed to the bush trimmer and that is so "unsharp" that it wouldn't cut thru the smallest flower stem. Very poor piece of garden junk. My neighbor laughed at me and then came with her hand held tool and cut the rest of my flower stems. I was very embarrassed.

It is a very nice cooking appliance. I have used the air fryer several times. It works very well. I wrote an email to the manufacturer for spare parts but they don't have any available according to their reply. I did find parts that fit on Amazon. The Emeril cooker is the same thing, so the parts fit. I was looking for pressure cooker gaskets. I also found all sorts of spare parts for it. I'm very happy with it. It works well.

Received yesterday at 3:16 PM aka "Left at door..." via FEDEX. If I hadn't gone outside at approximately 10:30 PM, my pkg. would have been there all thru the night! This is typical FEDEX and is absolutely pathetic! When installing my CD Player (as I purchased it for that use) I was alarmed to see this thing was made in CHINA!!! Not JAPAN. Very disappointed as I've been a SONY user for most of my 75 years on planet earth. There is no digital readout on the face of my new SONY CD; no time showing, no track showing; very cheap to be blunt.
This thing works but I'm not a happy camper. One of the reasons I purchased this SONY was it came with an actual REMOTE CONTROL, which does work, but as stated without a readout on the actual CD Player, it's hard to tell what's taking place to be blunt. This thing in my mind is only worth around $25.00, not what I paid, $41.99 plus $2.52 Sales Tax, for a total of $44.51. Sorry "BUYDIG.COM"... You guys are great but SONY is really C-H-E-A-P anymore!

I purchased a Sony a6100 "new - open box". The description said the box contained all original parts/packaging. New condition. Waited 8 days after my purchase to receive the device and immediately found that the lens had some kind of residue on it, and worse - at least 4 dead/stuck pixels. Resetting the device would not fix it. Appears to be a hardware defect or damage...Box flaunts an "inspected by" sticker - Great job team!
After contacting them, the only solution provided was to return it. I now get to wait another 5 days to simply receive the return shipping label. Who knows how long it will take to get my money back. If I wanted to invest in your company, I would have bought stocks, not loaned you $630, interest-free for over 2 weeks. I am so glad I didn't buy the "15% off, $30 - 3-year warranty" that they were so desperately pushing to me through email. I almost did, and they would have only referred me to Sony if it was within the manufacturer's warranty. (All companies do this, watch out.) Very unprofessional first experience. Support was completely automated and the choices provided were limited. Won't ever buy again, Won't ever recommend. If it seems too good to be true, it is.

This is the second TV I purchased from BuyDig in the past 3 years. Both experiences were rewarding and stress free. The TVs were both very competitively priced, included free shipping, were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. A couple auxiliary items were lost in the shipping process this time, but BuyDig immediately corrected the problem and I received these items within a week. I will purchase from BuyDig again and I recommend them to others.

Sno Joe Hedge Trimmer/Cutter. As soon as I opened the box, I was happy with the bright yellow color of the trimmer. It may look cute but it’s very powerful and efficient in getting the job done. It’s lightweight and very easy to maneuver through those rough patches.

I placed my order and was charged for the item immediately. The next day I received a cancellation notice. No reason was given for the cancellation. A few days later, I received a refund for the order. Why did BuyDig take my money first, before fulfilling the order? Why did BuyDig fail to give a reason for the cancellation? Why is it that BuyDig can charge me immediately for the purchase, but take several days to refund?

Attempted to buy a toaster oven, which must of been list with the wrong price, took the order and took the money but never sent. Instead of saying there was a mistake they played it off like the shipping was meat up. The package never was able to be track because it was fictitiously shipped. Bad business practices, your loss, never do business with you again.

I purchased an SD card that was on sale and came with a case for a tablet. I only received the cheap case and when I contacted customer service (email) they ignored me. I will not buy from them again given how they treat problems.

The product was defective and I didn't have the original manufacturer's box. I had a year warranty, and the only option I had was to get relief from the manufacturer because Buydig wouldn't take it back, or replace it, even though I only had it for less than 1 month. If the manufacturer hadn't been willing to help, I would have had no options. Bad customer service.

The Sandisk 32GB Extreme Plus Micro SDHC Memory Card with Adapter is working out great for recording video. The speeds indicated seem accurate although I didn't test them. Great card from a old industry leader in memory. The included adapter is a plus.

Dealing with BuyDig was easy and returning incomplete product was very easy. Dealing with product vendor, Sun Joe, was very poor. Bought refurbished power washer. Came with several parts missing. Began series of emails with Sun Joe that never resulted in getting necessary pieces of power washer. Canceled order and returned to BuyDig, which was fine. Sun Joe continued to send some parts, but not most important, even after I notified them of cancellation and desire to return replacement parts I did receive.

Samsung UN50RU7100 50". Good deal on open box TV with a discount at the time of buying. The TV looks like new and works fine and was a much better price than a new unit. Certainly, I would look at future offers from Buy Dig when purchasing electronics or other items.

BuyDig send me a PC (open box), and didn't even reset the PC. I was not be able to use the PC because Windows asked me for the password of account I DON'T KNOW! The speakers came very quickly, which was great. After charging, and then hooking up to Bluetooth, one of the speakers was garbled, distorted, and just made a clicking sound, just like a blown speaker. I was very disappointed. If it actually worked, I would give it 5 stars.

Teac TN-400S Belt-driven Turntable with S-Shaped Tonearm - Gloss Cherry, was DOA. I explained to them why the delay for not being able to use it, they said not to worry about it. When it came time to use it, I had just passed the Ebay time deadline, and found it defective. They wouldn't exchange or honor the warranty. I had to send it to Atlanta to get it repaired and Teac picked up the tab.

I went to Buydig.com to purchase small carry on for my upcoming international trip. I placed my order with buydig.com, paid and expected to receive my order in a couple of days. A week goes by with no luggage or communication from Buydig. A few days later I emailed them to get a status. Now I'm frustrated because I leave in a week. I received back a vague answer but not telling me when my luggage was to arrive. I decided to call the customer service line and got the answer they should be shipped anytime. The day before my trip I called and at least got an honest answer that they are back ordered. So I asked for a refund and luckily that went through. Buydig.com dug a big hole and stuck their heads in it. 1st thing: don't make a promise you can't live up to. 2nd: Communicate with your clients if something changes in the order. 3rd Train your staff.

It came with a faulty USB port. Contacted customer service, did not get it replaced in the way I wanted. Tried to work with them, but the customer service rep blocked my reply. What the **.... I still have the faulty unit with me.

The product is what I was looking for. Everything about it was described in the ad which app on my iPad. The 1st one received was damaged. The item was returned and reordered. That experience was great. However, when it came time to issue of the credit, well that’s another story. I did receive a credit after several phone calls,, but not for the amount I paid. The credit was in two (2) amounts, at separate times and I was still short $30 Dollars which were not given or issued. Because the product a good brand and works very well, I dropped the issue, and wrote it off to experience. Will give the company a second chance. BUT, I DO RECOMMEND the Air Fryer toaster Oven to anyone.

Every time I turn it on the product turns itself off and back on again, several times. On the other hand the product shows signs of use, and when I bought it the product was "Open box out", not refurbished.

Simmons Beautyrest ST 10" King Memory Foam. Delivered without problems. Easy directions and unpack from the box. We didn't set-up the sleep tracker. The foam mattress is very comfortable. I would definitely purchase from BuyDig again because it was a great deal and delivery. Thank you BuyDig.

BuyDig was wonderful. I clicked on the Brad’s Deals deal and then it took me to BuyDig. I placed my order a day before, then the next day, it was here. I was really shocked. I was like, “Wow.” When I ordered it, I went to Amazon ‘cause sometimes I compare-shop and I've seen one on Amazon that was a different color. But Amazon's was $40 more than what BuyDig offered so I was really happy about my purchase. It was a little disappointing, though, ‘cause the next day it was on Brad’s Deals and they had it $20 cheaper. But for the price I paid, I still got a good deal.

I bought Google ring bell and thermostat E on deal from BuyDig. Somehow thermostat was not working so they told me return it and I did it. They refunded me 10.10$ for thermostat E. Can you believe this? I asked to send me back thermostat and they said they cannot do it. They want me to return doorbell too to get full refund. Doorbell is working and I am not happy to uninstall doorbell but I have to do it since they cannot refund me full. I paid about 230$ for both item. I am really disappointed by service they provided. Would never buy anything from this site from now onwards. I know you don’t care about one customer but ocean is made from small small drops... Thank You.

Purchased a pressure washer from BuyDig. Being a large company, you would expect that they know how to ship large items. Pressure washer arrived with holes in the box and no packaging to protect the unit whatsoever. Unit was damaged due to the lack of common sense in how to pack and ship items. A Happy Meal from McDonalds has more to protect its contents than how Buy Dig ships their products.

BuyDig.com was one of the authorized dealers for LG and I purchased a 49-inch ultra wide LG computer monitor from them. Their website was excellent and there was no difficulty with the shipment. They were very fast. All in all, they had a seamless process and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. And in this day and age, that’s saying something and I will keep them in mind should something come up that they deal in.

This device was faulty. Mismatched screw threads made it impossible to assemble and operate. I asked for a refund of my $8.12 purchase price. I was told the refund would be $1.62 without any explanation except an apology. I can't recommend Deco Essentials or Buydig.

Once I was on the site, I was able to find my item and go everything from the checkout process and all the way through. When I ordered the tv the web site stated a 2-5 day delivery time frame. I inquired after a few days and found out that a tv of that size would be on a 7-10 day delivery. It was actually delivered on the 11th day (which the delivery service was excellent). We had anticipated it for a Super Bowl party but was delivered 4 days too late. Had we know that it was going to take that long, we would of just ordered from Best Buy.

Purchased Sony Xperia 10. Everything went well at first. Then the phone never showed when it should have. I paid for faster shipping, so imagine my disappointment when I never got it. I looked up the progress of the order to discover that it was still pending. I called to find out why. The associate found it odd, and stated that the order would be released asap, and that the phone would be in hand within the two days I paid for. She refunded me the shipping - which I HAVE NOT received. This call took place on a Thursday, I got the phone the following Tuesday.
What I did get on Saturday, was an email telling me my order was canceled because there was no more items in stock. I was livid. I suspected that two ships were passing each other in the night. In other words, systems were not in touch as they should be. I figured the phone shipped and the system was freaked out and said "oh no. We have no items to sell". What really showed me the business model you work under is that I also got another email telling me I was being refunded the money for an item you could not ship since it was not in stock. Instead of refunding the price of the phone, I was refunded the price of the 2-yr warranty I also bought with the phone.
Let's recap: My order was delayed. When I called, the associate released the order. For my inconvenience, she says she will refund my shipping charges. That never happened. I did get the phone. Then I get an email that the order was canceled. Then I get an email I am getting refunded. The refund is the 2-yr warranty purchase. Not the shipping charges. This is the customer service you gave me. A big headache, full of questions and uncertainties. No warranty. No shipping refund.
I would say I hate you, but I love my phone. You are the source of my phone. I cannot hate you for bringing me that delight. I won't recommend you. I cannot trust you. I don't even have warranty coverage anymore. You kicked me out of that. Hopefully, and I say that will emphasis, my phone lasts two years with no issues. The ordering process makes me very nervous about the length of the life of the phone. From the refund confirmation email dated 1.29.2020, the order number is Re: **.

Policy listed below mattress said “fast free shipping & 45 day return policy”. When I contacted about return I was told I couldn’t because I had slept on the mattress. Well, of course to see if it is comfortable. I was advised that there was an exclusion to your policy. I wouldn’t have known that because there was nothing to notate or draw attention to the exclusion policy.

I purchased a Samsonite carry on bag from them. When I received it I saw that the outside of the box was labeled with the product I had order but inside the box was a much older model of a different color worth about 1/4th of the product that I ordered. Avoid buying anything from these crooks.

Ordered on December 15th 2019 to receive the items in time for Christmas gifts. Used a business card to pay through PayPal. Paypal account used previously for other payments. BuyDig stated the order will arrive by Christmas. On December 20th, when checking order status, the order still shows as "processing". I would NOT use buydig for anything time sensitive. They might be good for fluke shipping or if you need the order well in advance (months, years?). I would not trust their claims for anything else.

My experience with this company has been horrible. I tried to buy a projector that cost $3299.99. I wanted the item expedited, so I paid for two-day shipping. They charged me over $3600.00. Everything is fine until the day before it was supposed to show up. I check the status of my order on their website, and it's still showing processing. I called, and they stated they didn't have any more in stock until mid or late December. Then I canceled the order because I was traveling. The refund finally came two weeks later, but it was only for the price of the projector. They kept the extra $315 I paid for shipping and taxes. I've been emailing them back and forth, and they refuse to acknowledge they haven't refunded the full amount I was charged. I tried to call and the number cut out and then I tried to back and the number didn't exist anymore?!?!

The Box was partially torn when received. Our DecoChef Air Fryer did not work straight out of the Box. The shipping and appliance Box were broken. I advised the return department I was unable to return the box in current condition. She said we could pay UPS $50 to repackage; she refused to send a box. This was the time I’ve ordered anything online and it was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had to deal with. I bought a 700 dollar drone paid extra for the fast shipping and it took a week for BuyDig to give me my tracking number and to ship it. I called every day and emailed multiple people even spoke with managers from buydig and nothing got done. And still paid full price. They gave me free shipping but that’s it.

Order is 3 weeks late with no end in sight. I purchased a Google Home bundle on 11/21 from BuyDig. Since then, I have emailed them multiple times inquiring about the status of my order. I have been given flimsy estimates and each one has been different. I spoke with an actual person today and she was rude, cold, and gave me the same "we don't know when they are going to be back in stock" run around. I missed out on numerous Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales because I thought this order was coming and now I may not even receive these by Christmas.
At the bottom of their emails they have this quote "In a world full of choices we thank you for choosing Buydig.com. Please share your positive experience with your friends and family." I plan on doing quite the opposite and making sure that everyone I know is aware of my negative experience and to NEVER use this site. You may be getting a better deal in some cases but after my experience, the hassle isn't worth it.

I bought a mattress for $300. My money was taken instantly. I was told it would be processed and sent within the standard 3 day time. 10 days later, ONLY AFTER I ASKED, was I informed that the item was out of stock. They didn't say when it would be in stock, just a generic SORRY SUCKS TO BE YOU response. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as I needed the purchase immediately and I had trusted BuyDig would send the mattress, particularly when they were so happy to take my money.
It took another 2 days for them to acknowledge my cancellation request. A week later, I phoned to ask for my money once more after I'd still not been refunded. They told me my refund had not yet been processed or approved, even though I already received an email stating that it had been and the funds should be back in my account in 3 days. I asked them to expedite the process. He said it had been taken care of and should be back in my account after the weekend. Now, 5 days later, and WEEKS after I gave them my money, they still have it, and I have just received another email stating that my refund has been approved and the same "WAIT 5 DAYS" crap I've been dealing with for weeks now. Absolutely inept and I will NEVER purchase from BuyDig again. The short version: Gave them my money, they charged me for an item that they DID NOT HAVE. Now, over 3 weeks later, they still have not returned my money.

It seems im not the only one unsatisfied with an order I did on BuyDig. I bought an LG monitor the 34GK950F via buydigs ebay store. When confirming before shipment the customer service rep confirmed it was a 34GK950F so I proceeded with the transaction and eventually they shipped it. The reason I wanted to confirm it because the title said it was the 34GK950G but in the item specification it said 34GK950F. Even after their ebay store confirming I would get the F model what I got at my door 3 days later was indeed the wrong model. I was bummed out because for one, the main feature on the G Model of this monitor isnt compatible with my graphics card, while the 34GK950F model is and thats what I thought I was getting!
I called them multiple times and talk to a few reps and all of them seemed to be very unhelpful and a bit rude since I already had it in my hands and they even said "it clearly said it was the G model". Emails were the same thing a waste of time and no use. Very disappointing and no one wants to own up to their mistake they made in the listing and the false information I was given before shipment. I'll know next time to just pay the extra premium amazon charges and get better customer service. I paid $600 for this monitor and am pretty bummed out it doesnt work correctly because they send me the wrong model. :(

I feel tricked. I bought what I had previously confirmed with a customer service rep by email to be a LG 34GK950F. BuyDig has an ebay store and the listing for this monitor is a bit confusing. The title says 34GK950G (Which is a very different model despite having a similar model number). The product details, specs, and reviews all talk about the 34GK950F. I was confused by this so I emailed BuyDig's eBay Store. The customer service rep confirmed that it was indeed the 34GK950F model. I bought 2 @ $599 each.
On Friday I received one of them and it was not the correct model. I emailed and called throughout the weekend. No one is willing to accept responsibility for this mistake. The price of the 34GK950F has gone up in other stores since my purchase which makes things all the more difficult for me. Second one is due to arrive tomorrow. I'm sure it'll be the wrong one as well. I guess I'm just out of luck and will have to return everything. What a waste of time. This has been a terribly disappointing experience. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I placed an order on Google shopping today November 13th 2019 for the LG B9 OLED TV bundle with soundbar. Price was too good to be true and I went against my better judgment and decided to place the order. I received an email half hour later stating my order was canceled and my credit card wasn't charged. I should have just placed the order at Best Buy where I know at least I'll get the merchandise that I pay for. Why advertise a product for a specific price and then cancel the order for no apparent reason. Very shoddy and unreliable service. Will never order from BuyDig again!!!

Update: The product was delayed from the manufacturer, so not 100% BuyDig issue. Talked to Rebecca on the phone and she was very helpful. She acknowledged that they should have used overnight to ship the package because it was already overdue. To solve the problem, she asked the team to deliver a new package to FedEx and made sure that I can get it overnight in time for my trip. She went above and beyond to help and thanks to her, I will have my product to use during my trip. Updated my rating based on such excellent customer service. I cannot recall when was the last time I had such great customer support experience, kudos to Rebecca!

I recently received a Cuisinart I ordered. Once it was set up I turned it on to heat the water, it immediately made a loud buzzing sound. After a few minutes I pushed the BREW button, nothing happened. I currently own the exact model which I thought I was replacing with this one. Simply said it doesn't work. I also want to mention it was not packed properly. It was tossed in a box with a piece of bubble wrap. The box was too big for the item and I can only imagine it being tossed around in the shipping process with NO protection whatsoever. Once I called BuyDig they were kind enough to offer a full refund including shipping. Whoever packed this item really needs to be shown how to pack for shipping. Great customer service!

It is very horrible experience. I am sending Email every 2nd day that I didn't receive my order, but their simple reply was that, "We are tracing it." Any how after waiting more than 15 days they have refunded the money. Again I have asked the customer service that, "You have my money. Why don't you send again the merchandise." Your Customer Service team told me that they would not honor the advertised price of $34.99 because there were "terms and conditions" on all of your products. That is total BS -- you sent me an email that offered the subject product for $34.99 w/o any T&Cs & now you won't honor it. I am filing a complaint w/ the Attorney General of the State of Florida as you are total scammers! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

65" Samsung Television. The first TV I got quit working after approximately 6 months. I contacted Samsung Warranty Services and they sent a tech out who diagnosed the problem as a bad LED Screen. He contacted Samsung to order a replacement part but they denied the request stating that my model number was a Canadian model and could not be serviced in the US. I called Canada Samsung and they said the TV had to be in Canada to be serviced. After going back and forth several times I contacted BuyDig where I purchased it from and they immediately apologized and sent me a newer model television that arrived ahead of schedule and worked just fine and even sent me a $50.00 coupon for my trouble. I am extremely happy with them and would gladly recommend them to anyone and plan on doing business with them in the future. One very satisfied customer!!
