    Seller sent instructions that the delivery driver must wait for me to inspect it before I sign for delivery, however the deliverer insisted they could not wait and I was basically forced to sign. However they did help me unpack it but left immediately after. Luckily I've had no issues with the TV so far and there were only 12 hours on it. The seller unfortunately sent me the warehouse model which is nearly identical instead of the advertised retail model but I was refunded accordingly. Overall I trust the seller and would purchase again.

    I ordered a 75 inch tv. It took almost 2 weeks to get it. I unboxed it at it up and found that it was broken. It's almost impossible to get in contact with customer service. The first call I got the run around.. The second call the guy didn't know his ** from his nose.. the third person set up a new TV to be delivered and the broken TV picked up. When they came to pick up the TV they did not have a replacement (the agreement was to bring one take one). So now I have no TV and they have my money and won't replace the TV??? RIP OFF!!!

    I ordered the SAMHWS801B last evening using coupon code "WNY". In my cart it showed as $349 with coupon code applied, I add my CC and again verified it still showed the deal of $349. I submit the order and my coupon is now gone and it shows $597.99 on my email receipt. Trying to pull the receipt up in the browser does not work and loads all my order details as blank with commas between where values should be. I have screenshots from BuyDig.com website still showing the offer on my broken receipt when I ordered.

    Immediately sent an email to customer support as it was 11PM and called them then next morning to cancel the order. Was offered a "discounted" price to $497.99 which I declined and asked for the order to be cancelled. Was told it had shipped at 8AM while it still showing as "Label Created" indicating it still had not been handed over to FedEx. Was asked if I had screenshots of my cart which I had screenshots of the deal actively still being offered on their website and this was ignored by customer support. Beyond frustrated at this experience.

    Recently I made an online purchase of Microsoft Surface Duo with a bonus iHome AC-39 earphone.     I purchased a 40 lb portable ice machine back in 5/22 due to the need of an illness I had. I did everything I could to fix it without taking the unit apart, the Company guaranteed it for 12 months. I run distilled water only as a requirement of the Drs. It worked flawlessly until the end of summer 8/22 and then I kept getting a constant E code on the LCD monitor. I had to unplug it from the electric to clear the code and only then it would make 3 cycles of ice. The unit was cleaned as directed in the manual.     The service team was very polite to me. I emailed them and they immediately emailed me back. They offered me free return and refund and even a discount with a free return to the manufacturer. The washing machine was sold to me with a manufacturer warranty for a year. I chose to take the discount and send it to the manufacturer or replacement or to be fixed and the discount. It's a rare company in this day and age that sticks to their word. They did not put the problem on me... They owned it and solved it.

The process was smooth and efficient with timely follow ups when the product was shipped and scheduling the delivery.     I am not one to typically write reviews, but BuyDig customer service on this purchase was awesome and will have me purchasing again. The first area they were helpful was registering the warranty for me. I was unable to get it working on my side, but was able to send the required documents to customer service, who was able to get this done for me. The next was my $200 Visa gift cards to be received with my purchase. They were supposed to take 2-4 weeks to arrive, and at week 5 I emailed asking what happened. They said they were not sure, apologized, and just credited me $200 immediately in place of the cards. Getting taken care of like that without jumping through a bunch of hoops really felt good, and I will purchase here again.

    Very unfortunate. Bought a Samsung Frame TV bezel they claimed to have in stock. Would ship out in “2” days. A month later, no shipping, no tracking, no update. I’ve given multiple opportunities for them to earn my business and do what’s right. It’s a scam. If you ordered, file a fraud claim with your card issuer ASAP. Read the reviews.     Shady company, beware. I attempted a purchase of a 6000 dollar TV, from beach camera, owned by Buydig. They don't attempt to charge your card until several hours after you submit, so of course I ordered in the evening , late at night and went to bed. I missed the text verification from my card company and the purchase was denied. I tried 3 times to recharge after the bank refused it but it would never go through,

    I tried to re-add the item to my cart , but the extras were missing (accidental damage, gift cards), I contacted customer service via email and asked if I could get the original deal and they just said to 'call a sales person and they will give you the best price'. Fed up with this route I decided to try to order online from a different route.

    Before I realized that beach camera was now owned by buydig. I went to order this model through buydig and put in a different credit card, they debited the money from my account, then after 2 days, after taking the money, buydig canceled the order. I called customer service and they said it was due to fraud alert. After they debited my account. So long story short, buydig, debited my account 6000 dollars then decided it was fraudulent. And 1 week later I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account. Stay away from these guys, it's a shady operation, go to bhphoto.com or crutchfield.com or even bestbuy.com...Really anyone is better than these guys.

    Ordered 75" Samsung The Frame and after the first one shipped was destroyed in transit, received the replacement. Checked it upon arrival and it turns on and looks good. Installed on the wall in our renovated house and it starts off working well but gets into a power cycling on and off making the television unusable. Call Samsung and BuyDig where they both blame each other for various issues; Buydig claiming Samsung needs to repair the TV and Samsung telling be that the TV is not under warranty. This process started 11/12/2020 and is still unresolved 3/17/2021. Both companies have failed miserably in their responses and I consider this purchase a total loss at this point after spending 15 hours total time on the telephone trying to get a resolution. Buydig has promised they had contacted Samsung to make things right which was a total lie. Have plenty of emails and recorded phone calls to back up. DO NOT BUY FROM BUYDIG.

    I received a LG OLED TV with a defective screen. There was a vertical line going through from top to bottom, and it was more visible in gray scenes. I had a multiple calls and emails with Buydig to talked about the issue and try to get it replaced. It took a few days and I heard inconsistent solutions between on-call and email customer services. Eventually, Nancy helped me to confirmed the replacement can be processed. However, since the issue (vertical line) was gone after a few days, I chose to keep the TV and keep watching. Even though I didn't replace the TV until I am writing this review, I still want to thank Nancy for her patient, keeping customers in mind, and trying to provide the best solution to me.

Contacted buydig for refund of overcharge, was told I was charged the right price and my invoice was a price glitch. Was told I have to wait till my order get to me to return for a refund. Was told that my invoice price was a lie and Buydig will not honor it. Customer service agent told me item has shipped and wait to get it. One week later, I was told item did not ship and was lost at facility. I check tracking, the item never was picked up or moved. I was lied to many times.

    Took one month to get a refund, refund was for invoice price. Still missing the 130 overcharge that I was charged. Took another month and a half to get my refund for the overcharge after countless attempts to talk to someone. All I was told that a manager was notified and I will be notified. I was NEVER notified. I always had to contact Buydig to ask about my order and refund. I even contacted Buydig VIA Better Business Bureau. I was told that the customer service agents made a mistake, I would get my monitor, at my invoice price and I would be refunded the difference. I was told that a few times by this person. Yet it never happened.

    How many times will you guys lie to me, all I wanted to purchase was a monitor from you as I have done before. How did it come to this? I was treated like a dog, I purchased so many times from Buydig, but how I was treated this time with lies upon lies, and the horrible customer service experience. To top it off, no one from Buydig reached out to me for my experience, or anything. I always had to contact BuyDig. You guys would not even honor your own invoice price. How does that even make sense as a business.

    Hello, I did not receive my product. I sent an email to customer service before it was delivered that the address was wrong. I received an email back from Jonathan ** and received reply stating that the product had shipped. At that point, he couldn't do anything.     I purchased a Sony a6100 "new - open box". The description said the box contained all original parts/packaging. New condition. Waited 8 days after my purchase to receive the device and immediately found that the lens had some kind of residue on it, and worse - at least 4 dead/stuck pixels.     When I ordered the tv the web site stated a 2-5 day delivery time frame. I inquired after a few days and found out that a tv of that size would be on a 7-10 day delivery. It was actually delivered on the 11th day (which the delivery service was excellent). We had anticipated it for a Super Bowl party but was delivered 4 days too late.     Purchased Sony Xperia 10. Everything went well at first. Then the phone never showed when it should have. I paid for faster shipping, so imagine my disappointment when I never got it. I looked up the progress of the order to discover that it was still pending. I called to find out why. The associate found it odd, and stated that the order would be released asap, and that the phone would be in hand within the two days I paid for. She refunded me the shipping - which I HAVE NOT received. This call took place on a Thursday, I got the phone the following Tuesday.

    What I did get on Saturday, was an email telling me my order was canceled because there was no more items in stock. I was livid. I suspected that two ships were passing each other in the night. In other words, systems were not in touch as they should be. I figured the phone shipped and the system was freaked out and said "oh no. We have no items to sell". What really showed me the business model you work under is that I also got another email telling me I was being refunded the money for an item you could not ship since it was not in stock. Instead of refunding the price of the phone, I was refunded the price of the 2-yr warranty I also bought with the phone.

    Let's recap: My order was delayed. When I called, the associate released the order. For my inconvenience, she says she will refund my shipping charges. That never happened. I did get the phone. Then I get an email that the order was canceled. Then I get an email I am getting refunded. The refund is the 2-yr warranty purchase. Not the shipping charges. This is the customer service you gave me. A big headache, full of questions and uncertainties. No warranty. No shipping refund.

    I would say I hate you, but I love my phone. You are the source of my phone. I cannot hate you for bringing me that delight. I won't recommend you. I cannot trust you. I don't even have warranty coverage anymore. You kicked me out of that. Hopefully, and I say that will emphasis, my phone lasts two years with no issues. The ordering process makes me very nervous about the length of the life of the phone. From the refund confirmation email dated 1.29.2020, the order number is Re: **.

    My experience with this company has been horrible. I tried to buy a projector that cost $3299.99. I wanted the item expedited, so I paid for two-day shipping. They charged me over $3600.00.     Order is 3 weeks late with no end in sight. I purchased a Google Home bundle on 11/21 from BuyDig. Since then, I have emailed them multiple times inquiring about the status of my order. I have been given flimsy estimates and each one has been different. I spoke with an actual person today and she was rude, cold, and gave me the same "we don't know when they are going to be back in stock" run around. I missed out on numerous Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales because I thought this order was coming and now I may not even receive these by Christmas.

    At the bottom of their emails they have this quote "In a world full of choices we thank you for choosing Buydig.com. Please share your positive experience with your friends and family." I plan on doing quite the opposite and making sure that everyone I know is aware of my negative experience and to NEVER use this site.     I bought a mattress for $300. My money was taken instantly. I was told it would be processed and sent within the standard 3 day time. 10 days later, ONLY AFTER I ASKED, was I informed that the item was out of stock. They didn't say when it would be in stock, just a generic SORRY SUCKS TO BE YOU response. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as I needed the purchase immediately and I had trusted BuyDig would send the mattress, particularly when they were so happy to take my money.

    It took another 2 days for them to acknowledge my cancellation request. A week later, I phoned to ask for my money once more after I'd still not been refunded. They told me my refund had not yet been processed or approved, even though I already received an email stating that it had been and the funds should be back in my account in 3 days. I asked them to expedite the process. He said it had been taken care of and should be back in my account after the weekend. Now, 5 days later, and WEEKS after I gave them my money, they still have it, and I have just received another email stating that my refund has been approved and the same "WAIT 5 DAYS" crap I've been dealing with for weeks now. Absolutely inept and I will NEVER purchase from BuyDig again. The short version: Gave them my money, they charged me for an item that they DID NOT HAVE. Now, over 3 weeks later, they still have not returned my money.

    It seems im not the only one unsatisfied with an order I did on BuyDig. I bought an LG monitor the 34GK950F via buydigs ebay store. When confirming before shipment the customer service rep confirmed it was a 34GK950F so I proceeded with the transaction and eventually they shipped it. The reason I wanted to confirm it because the title said it was the 34GK950G but in the item specification it said 34GK950F. Even after their ebay store confirming I would get the F model what I got at my door 3 days later was indeed the wrong model. I was bummed out because for one, the main feature on the G Model of this monitor isnt compatible with my graphics card, while the 34GK950F model is and thats what I thought I was getting!

    I called them multiple times and talk to a few reps and all of them seemed to be very unhelpful and a bit rude since I already had it in my hands and they even said "it clearly said it was the G model". Emails were the same thing a waste of time and no use. Very disappointing and no one wants to own up to their mistake they made in the listing and the false information I was given before shipment. I'll know next time to just pay the extra premium amazon charges and get better customer service. I paid $600 for this monitor and am pretty bummed out it doesnt work correctly because they send me the wrong model. :(

    Originally I had ordered 2 LG 34GK950F monitors from BuyDigs ebay store. The listing had errors and pointed to two different models - -The 34GK950G and the 34GK950F -- similar in name, but very different monitors. Because I was confused about this, I emailed BuyDig's ebay customer service who confirmed that it was in fact the 34GK950F. This was the model that I wanted. I purchased 2. I received the wrong models. I emailed customer service but they would not acknowledge the error. At that point I was frustrated with the company and was just going to wait for another sale elsewhere and return what I had bought.
    Flash forward to a week or two later, Rebecca contacted me.

    I feel tricked. I bought what I had previously confirmed with a customer service rep by email to be a LG 34GK950F. BuyDig has an ebay store and the listing for this monitor is a bit confusing. The title says 34GK950G (Which is a very different model despite having a similar model number). The product details, specs, and reviews all talk about the 34GK950F. I was confused by this so I emailed BuyDig's eBay Store. The customer service rep confirmed that it was indeed the 34GK950F model. I bought 2 @ $599 each.

    On Friday I received one of them and it was not the correct model. I emailed and called throughout the weekend. No one is willing to accept responsibility for this mistake. The price of the 34GK950F has gone up in other stores since my purchase which makes things all the more difficult for me. Second one is due to arrive tomorrow. I'm sure it'll be the wrong one as well. I guess I'm just out of luck and will have to return everything. What a waste of time. This has been a terribly disappointing experience. I'll take my money elsewhere.

    I placed an order on Google shopping today November 13th 2019 for the LG B9 OLED TV bundle with soundbar. Price was too good to be true and I went against my better judgment and decided to place the order. I received an email half hour later stating my order was canceled and my credit card wasn't charged. I should have just placed the order at Best Buy where I know at least I'll get the merchandise that I pay for.     I recently received a Cuisinart I ordered. Once it was set up I turned it on to heat the water, it immediately made a loud buzzing sound. After a few minutes I pushed the BREW button, nothing happened. I currently own the exact model which I thought I was replacing with this one. Simply said it doesn't work. I also want to mention it was not packed properly. It was tossed in a box with a piece of bubble wrap.     A slick website that shows deals had a product for purchase on Buydig.com at an excellent price. The product did not mention any dependency on whether the product required iOS or Android. I contacted customer support via email with supporting documentation and received two responses.

    1) Stating I had the product I ordered early October delivered on February 5th.

    2) We are unable to accept a return, anything else we can help you with?

    I don't even know how to address number 1's inept response. So let's just jump to number 2. I wrote back and said "what would Amazon do?" That should be the mantra or slogan of any online business company. Customer Service and how to bring them back. I won't return to BuyDig and urge others to consider all items AS-IS.

    65" Samsung Television. The first TV I got quit working after approximately 6 months. I contacted Samsung Warranty Services and they sent a tech out who diagnosed the problem as a bad LED Screen.     Ordered this product Samsung sound bar from BuyDig with a discount promo code and couple of hrs later found my order got cancelled. On talking to the customer care lady who was very rude, unprofessional and not at all friendly (these are the nicest words I can think of) conveyed that, something went wrong with my card. Note that the amount was already posted to my card as pending transaction, which she did not even care to listen. Also confirmed with my bank that no issue from their end and the transaction may complete.

    Customers should not be treated this way, I was so polite in the total conversation and also requested the call to be transferred to a supervisor who can help, but she ignored me totally. More than the order cancellation, customer care experience hurt me bad. Then I realised it is better to avoid buying from BuyDig and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

    Ordered this TV from Google Express with BuyDig as the authorized retailer for a discount. A few hours later my order gets canceled. When I contacted Google they told me the price was incorrect so BuyDig decided to cancel the order. Apparently the price the TV should have been listed at was the same as every other retailer out there, so there was no true "deal" to be had. Definitely avoiding this company in any future transactions and I recommend you do the same. If they aren't honoring promised prices then they probably won't honor other things they deem "mistakes".

    BuyDig has really stepped up to the plate to show they truly know the meaning of customer service, by correcting something that wasn't even their fault! I had ordered a 60" tripod from them that Fedex delivered to the wrong apt, something they have done 3 times recently, 2 of them, the tripod and another package on the same day! However, the other package was returned to the office, and I was notified, but my tripod wasn't. After Fedex was unable to retrieve my package, I turned to ebay, to possibly have the tripod replaced, but I was refused replacement and a refund, even though I had been home during the time the delivery had taken place and nothing was ever placed on my porch, nor did anyone knock on my door.

    To say I was upset, is an understatement. Throughout this BuyDig kept in contact and told me what I needed to do to start an inquiry. Michael, from BuyDig contacted me again about a week after eBay closed my case, to see if I could do a review for the tripod. I told them I had never received it, nor would I get a refund. He told me he was sorry to hear that. He emailed me again later to tell me he was sending me another tripod at no charge. I am so excited!! I've wanted a tripod for quite a while, and to not get my tripod AND lose my money was so disheartening!! I told him to put a note for Fedex to take it to the office, as they have a problem finding my apt. We shall see on Monday, July 1, 2019!! Thank you so much BuyDig!! Y'all are the absolute greatest!!     I bought a $211 dollar scooter with a $50 year warranty. Looking at the damaged box alone I knew something was going to be wrong. The scooter was scratched on every inch of its surface, the wires were actually cut and it looks as if someone rode it for years, crashed it and mailed it to me. I called their customer service number, they blamed it on delivery when this was no accident. They said, "No worries, we will refund your money upon return of the scooter and give you a scooter free of charge to make up for the incident." Well now they want me to pay for a new box and said they never offered me a new scooter, TERRIBLY COMPANY.

    I bought a 4 piece set of Samsonite luggage from them. When the luggage came the box had two large holes in it suggestion a fork lift went into it. The wheel of the large piece was sheared off and in half. There were a few slivers of it also in the box. I sent pictures within 2 days of the box and luggage. I called three days later - asked them if they got the three sets of pictures I sent them. They could care less. I asked them for a 3 foot by 2 foot box to send it back. The answer was, "Don't you have any boxes that size around?" I told her that I have plenty in my house along with forklifts. Seriously I taped it up, and got a refund. They didn't care about the two large puncture holes in the box or the pictures.

So when I ordered my mattress during the checkout it stated that it will arrived in two days and hence I paid 45 dollars extra for shipping.     I called on the phone to confirm that item can ship overnight. Placed IN STOCK order with overnight shipping and it never shipped. After a number of chats they stated it was back ordered. The phone sales rep lied about availability, credit card was charged for the item that they do not even have in stock. The company is either doing this on purpose to get interest on the funds that they rotate or they are completely incompetent.     On 11/30/18 I purchased 2 Pioneer Andrew Jones Designed Floor speakers SP-FS52 from BUYDIG on eBay ($210). Five days later, only 1 speaker was delivered by FedEx & figured the other speaker would arrive the next day - no such luck. FedEx tracking # showed only 1 package matching the weight & dimensions on the manufacturer's factory sealed box. I contacted the seller through eBay & their response was to check with my neighbors & file a dispute with eBay, which I did. The seller's next response was both speakers were shipped in the same box - yet another lie, as each speaker is 25 lbs. & the factory sealed box is barely bigger than 1 speaker!

    Since eBay's dispute dept. is incapable of reading all the details AND proof I provided, they closed the case in favor of the seller stating "tracking provided shows proof of delivery". So I then opened a dispute with PayPal. 2 months have passed & now I'm expected to pay 100% of the shipping cost to return the 1 speaker I received before my full purchase price is refunded. I just had to file a separate complaint with the Better Business Bureau to recover the $40+ for return shipping charge I've incurred.

    FYI - All of the seller's messages through eBay were automated, generic responses & they have not responded to any requests made by PayPal. Despite checking this seller's feedback on eBay (which appeared to be good) before my purchase, I still got burned. I STRONGLY advise you do business elsewhere with a reputable merchant.

    They were very disloyal towards me and I can't imagine they aren't either to others. I ordered a product and it was not delivered accordingly to the governance of internet purchases. They falsely advertise products on popular holidays for sale. Two months later, I begin to receive postal mail for **. The only time I've ever used the letter "**" as a middle name, I then begin to receive postal mail. The long dispute of problem is that they charged my credit card with it now on my bill to pay by me for it, as it reached my end of monthly credit card bill. They made no initiative to make it right.     This company is ridiculous. I thought I caught a black Friday deal, It was an amazing deal. So I purchased it, and since I was so proud I overspent on the next person's gift, thinking I saved money on the last. So, BuyDig decided to wait till after all the Black Friday sales were over to cancel my order and tell me I wasn't getting anything. Now the person I thought was done being shopped for isn't and the money I had budgeted for them is overspent and all I have is a small refund back. The least they could have done was cancel my order before all the Black Friday deals were over. This puts a huge Damper on my holidays and I will make sure to never shop here again.

    I ordered a heater on Nov 1st. Tried to track it after 3 weeks because I knew it should have arrived by now. Tracking it gave me no information. Upon further inquiry, I found out the item was no longer available but I was NEVER notified of this. I was then offered more expensive options! Ridiculous. Extremely disappointed. I had guests coming to stay and was counting on that heater for them. Can't understand why I wasn't notified or automatically refunded.

    I bought an item on Saturday, and even paid for overnight shipping, and these guys were out for another Jew holiday. I don’t care if they want to be out all year celebrating I don’t know what, but at least they need to tell the customers that they are away. They created a shipping label and they responded to my email saying that FedEx is wrong and they did send the package but it’s stuck at “shipping label created” so they are also liars.

    Ridiculous experience. I made an order on their website yesterday and chose next day AM shipping. NOWHERE ON THE ORDER PAGE DID IT SAY it won't arrive the next day due to them being out for a religious holiday!!! I have no problem with the 'being out for the holiday' but when people are needing something and are paying for it to arrive at a certain time it should either arrive at that time or be referenced that it's not an available option due to not being in the office to fulfill orders. Also, they sent me an email the next day saying my card declined, which could have been taken card of the same day again had they of NOTIFIED customers on their website that they were not going to be in the office or fulfilling orders while they were out. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

    Placed an order on Sept 10 and selected 2 Day shipping. At checkout, the website stated I would receive the order on Sept 11. Currently, it's Sept 16th and I have not received the order.     I will try to keep this to the point, while providing as many data points as possible. I've written about this so many times, so I don't want to rehash it all. I even included a full transcript of one of my earlier interactions on Reddit (I don't think I can link to it though not sure how this site works). First and foremost, the most interesting thing about finding this site is the fact that the first review on here is from around the same time period my issue happened and is pretty much the same thing. So the issue isn't new, and these people are doing nothing to resolve it. I ordered a monitor for $275 and was excited to get it. 5 or 6 days later I realize that it's just sitting in "processing" even though I've been charged and the payment posted to my Amex card.

    I started a chat with them through the site and the lady told me that there was a payment issue with my order and to call billing. I end the chat and call billing, and the lady (with the heavy accent mentioned in other reviews as it seems the company is run by 3 people) takes my order number and says my payment was processed and everything is fine. When asked why chat lady said there was a billing issue she said she doesn't know. I get back on with chat and same chat lady picks up and remembers me (again just 3 people running this ** show) and she says now the order is canceled and she doesn't know why but I should call in. Of course it's Friday afternoon and they're in New Jersey so I can't call anymore.

    This is where I make the mistake of contacting email support. They're obviously outsourced to a company overseas that runs support for hundreds of other companies because they start responding on Saturday at 1 AM and such. My first response says there is a billing issue and that I should call billing (despite having explained that I already did in my initial communication to pre-empt this). I explain again and get a response not to worry my order has been canceled. So I ask why it was canceled when I didn't ask for it to be canceled and the next response I get is "oh sorry it wasn't canceled but there was a billing issue. Please call billing".

    I get stuck in this cycle between canceled and call billing for about 4 or 5 more communications until I tell them to escalate to a manager and I will file a complaint with the BBB. Note their phone system says their business hours include Sunday. Their support said they include Sunday, but once I said they have until EOD Sunday to resolve this they sent a reminder with business hours not including Sunday (flat out lying to me). If you call after hours or on Saturday for example you get a message saying they're closed, but if you call on Sunday you get put on hold for eternity without anyone picking up.

    Come Monday the BBB complaint is filed but I call billing anyway. Heavy lady from before picks up again and then panics while looking at the order, doesn't let me speak, puts me on hold twice, and then transfers me to a manager. Manager picks up, looks it over, says the system failed to authorize the payment but then succeeded at processing it anyway, so it's stuck in this nasty state where I was charged but they can't refund me. She apologizes, cancels the order and creates a new one manually and overnights the monitor.

    Now we think we're good. The only response I got from the BBB complaint from the business was a one liner without proper capitalization "how can we fix this?" or something like that. I "accept" the business' response as I needed nothing further from them. Here's where the real fun starts. You think the saga is over, but it's not. The monitor is defective and I need to return it. I file for return and ship it back to them. They get it and send me the automated email that my refund has been processed and I should see it on my payment method within 2-4 business days. This was on 7/3/2018. I was impressed they must have figured out how to link the payment method to the new manually created order. Boy was I wrong.

    I give it 4 business days, which was over a week of real time because I accounted for the 4th of July, and I reached back out on 7/11/2018. They respond saying there is an issue with payment method and to call some number. I call the number and get Beach Camera because support is incompetent and 2 companies are being run from the same warehouse. I find BuyDig's number on my own and call billing on 7/12. Some guy picks up (heavy lady must be on vacation) and looks at the order. Says it shows that there is nothing to refund. I explained to him the whole backstory and how the order was created manually by his billing manager. He didn't seem to get it until I mentioned her name. He put me on hold a few times, coming back and mumbling and then going away.

    When he finally comes back he asks me for my credit card number that I paid with. He takes the number, expiration, CVV (AMEX uses 4 digit but he rejected that and asked me to give him the other 3 digit one instead, which probably explains what happens next). Here I am thinking he's about to process this but he says "I will email this info to my boss and she will process the refund when she gets a chance". WHO EMAILS CREDIT CARD INFO? I'm pretty sure that violates some standard of data security or whatever, but at this point I just want my money back, Amex would replace my card if anything happened I hope. I followed up via email detailing what happened for the record same day. I got a response assuring me that per their records I called on 7/12 and the refund was requested on 7/13 and should reflect on my payment method per my bank's processing policy.

    Now nobody thought to follow up on this, so on 7/19/2018 when I still haven't seen the refund I call in and ask for a manager. I get put on hold a couple of times because billing is at a loss so they forward me to Saul who I think said he was a floor manager. I explain everything to him again and he was very understanding. He says PayPal had an error processing the refund (not sure why they didn't think it was worth taking action on this). I told him I need my money back. I don't care how. He put me on hold for a while and then when he came back he said he would mail me a check. I said that was fine and that I would give it a week. Today is 07/26/2018 and no check showed up in the mail. Nobody followed up. Nobody cares. I sent out an email before writing this for the record detailing my conversation with Saul, and am looking to give him a call in the morning.

    I was weary about writing this before I get my money back, but at this point the world needs to know, because this isn't how customers should be treated. I've probably spent more than $275 worth of my time trying to get that money back. The amount of stress that has been introduced into my life pursuing my rightful refund isn't worth any discount or deal in the future. The way they feel comfortable emailing full credit card info around is a peek into how they handle customer data and privacy.

    We'll see how the call goes tomorrow, I'm still debating with whether I should even bother, but it's most likely that I'll have to file for fraud with Amex. Though that'll probably take time too. Seriously, pay any other company the extra money, just STAY AWAY. Companies show their true colors in times like this. Any "company" can take orders and process them without issue and as long as it's going good it's going great. But it's in times when the systems are failing and actual human interaction and competence is required when they either make it or fall flat on their face such as what has happened here.

I made this order on a free 2 days shipping promotion now I am stuck with this order processing status. When I call to speak with someone.     I got a confirmation order and never received the products. I emailed and got no response 4 days after. I called and was told that my order was cancelled and no reason was given to me. When I said, "You could have called me or emailed me" they said, "You need to talk to billing." I was left on the phone for several minutes to get no answer.     DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BUYDIG!! I placed an order and chose to pay for 1 day shipping, the shipping info on the order told me it would be delivered 4-10-2018 (the next day). The afternoon of the 10th I received an email saying my order just shipped and will be here 4-11. I called customer service and the young lady told me I ordered it too late and that their warehouse was closed. I tried to explain to her that the order when placed told me it would arrive 4-10 and that is why I paid extra. She kept telling me that it was ordered after 3 and that their website says that items ordered after 3 may not be shipped that day. She mentioned a clock or counter on the website.

    I told her I did not go to the main page. I had followed a link to the product. She told me this clock was on each item. She became rude and argumentative. I said I will just have to blast them with online review and she actually laughed. I could not believe it. So after I hung up I went to their site and looked for this clock or counter. I still can not find one. I will never do business with this company again.

    I would not recommend ordering a product through BuyDig.com. Unlike Amazon, when you receive a defective product, they will not take it back. They said that it has to be unopened. How would I know a drone is defective if I didn't take it out of the package? Instead, they tell you to contact the manufacturer, which in my case turned out to be a foreign company that will not answer emails. The literature instructed us to ship our "pocket drone" to a repair center in Miami, who told us it was not repairable and to contact the manufacturer directly. Then they requested $15 to ship our defective item back to us. Then, as mentioned, the manufacturer will not answer emails. DON'T order from BuyDig and DON'T expect warranty support from DOBBY.
