I love that Shutterfly provides a place where you create a memory book with all your pictures using your own creativity. They also always have sales or coupons during different holidays that is attractive to a consumer. It was easy to create an account. However, sometimes creating a book can be overwhelming when doing it yourself for the first time. I had so many pictures to go through and organize when trying to create a memory book. There are quite a few templates to use and then you have to purchase some clip art and it was an item on the pricey side. Also, it was difficult because it is time consuming trying to upload pictures and create memory book.

It was very easy to download the app and create an account. Uploading photos to their app and website are fairly simple and quick. I like the promos they offer each day. They have numerous amount of products that they offer to have photos printed on and they have fast shipping. The quality of their photos is great as well. However, they send out daily emails. This can be too much when I'm not in the market to be purchasing any photos or other products from them. Also, their app has limited items that they offer versus their website.

When I used the service, I remember it being simple and easy to use. I remember uploading the pictures in just a few minutes. The pictures looked very good in the albums. I was very pleased with the final product. Also, I liked being able to choose which pictures to print. The service was very user friendly and not difficult to use in the least. The first time I used the service I was also given a free album. Better or more advertising would help the company. I forgot the company even existed until today.

Very easy to create an account, upload pictures and print them. Lots of options to customize my prints to my liking. All many different things to print on pictures on not just traditional print outs. Great customer service. Delivery was also very fast. Some of the customized options can be a bit difficult to grasp but it could be more of an user error than a company error. However, I ordered a pillow and both times it came with red stains on it. Also when they print the traditional prints they don't care too much about what they chop off when they cut it down to size.

They have good deals all the time on many different products. They are very good on letting me know when my order will be shipped and will be delivered to my house. It is pretty easy but sometimes it takes a long time to upload the pictures. I also don't like that they try and sell you other things when you are just trying to print pics. Also, I don't like that the app and website are hard to integrate and my app doesn't work great on my phone since it is an older phone. I also can't get a phone case for my phone since it is an older model.

I like the convenience to have my pictures delivered to my house. They're good picture quality, good selection of themes and they have many items to choose from. The prices are good overall and it became a tradition in my family. But I wish it had more options for themes. Once I got a gift card for the app on my phone just to find out that the app on the phone and the website are completely different. Otherwise, it was easy to create an account and use the app and the pictures came out amazing. I also got candles which smell very nice and people were very happy with it.

The quality of the finished product was satisfactory. My album looked professional, I received many compliments on it and I was happy overall. However, it was very time consuming to create an album; by the time I logged in, uploaded photos, selected a theme and actually laid it out, it was HOURS! They could improve by streamlining the entire process.

It was easy to search and upload photos and then to drop them onto the page I wanted. The photos were saved in my account and I could access them later to finish the project. I was able to create a calendar using personal photos. It was easy to use and looked great! The format could be changed on each page and colors and layout were fun to work with. I would have ordered 3 or 4 if there was a decent price break when ordering multiple calendars. My mother and sisters would have loved one of the calendars but the price was high for copies. Overall it was a fun experience.

It is very easy to customize your photo project, they provide great backgrounds and templates and make everything easy to use to make great looking, original and fun photo items and gifts. I have been more than happy with everything that I have ordered from them. I always get my orders on time and they always look great. I will be using them again soon and I would recommend them to others.

I like that Shutterfly website will hold my photos after I upload them. They will also save projects that I am working on. The codes and promotions they have are good, if they are not expired. But I dislike Shutterfly's business practices that concern codes in instant win games, and then they are always expired in one or two days after winning them. It is difficult and slow to upload the photos. It's also difficult to get a hold of anyone in their customer service department. Their shipping is fast and the quality of the projects are just okay, nothing spectacular.

Signing up for an account was super easy and didn't take very long at all. The photo printing was quick as well. All I had to do was upload the pictures select the ones I wanted and boom I was good to go. So easy I just love it. I also like that they offer so much stuff. They have really cute items and I like that you can do anything with them. I just made a scrapbook through them. I thought it would be hard but it really wasn’t. I am very happy with the outcome. I have been using this company for a long time and I really do love them. I think if I had to change something it would be the prices. I get a lot of codes for money off but it seems like I am always paying a ton for shipping.

It's also very easy to upload the pictures and to create an account. And it's nice that they save all of your photos and projects for future use. But they could have more options for their photobooks and they should offer free delivery on any order over $25. They should also have more coupons and deals.

I just recently ordered hundreds of prints and got a great deal on the package. I love the low prices and quality of the items but it seems like the shipping costs are always very high and they do not offer free shipping often if at all.

Shutterfly has fast service - it was easily accessible online. The services they offered matched the services which I was searching. It was easy to create an account and the upload of photos and repositioning was easy. I was making a birthday book in celebration of my mother's 80th birthday and I was able to change pages quickly - almost effortlessly. The end product was attractive and well received by the recipient. However, I was unhappy with one transaction - it was delayed with no communication to me. I contacted Shutterfly many times - talking with several different customer service personnel. It seemed they had no continuation of service or no communication between personnel.

I like that I can choose the photos and sizes and it can be delivered to my home quickly. But sometimes my photos will come in blurry or with heads cut off and there is no way to fix that problem. Also, I don't like having to go with a local company and have to go to the store to pick them up.

The website is visually appealing, easy to navigate and user-friendly. I like the options available such as coffee mugs, calendars and other items not normally available in stores. However, the company should invest in opening Flagship stores where the products can be automatically made right then and there instead of having to wait a week for the product to arrive at the home. Start by opening them in major metropolitan areas.
