Wilcox recalls dozens of ice cream products

The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes

Wilcox Ice Cream of East Arlington, Vt., is recalling all flavors of Wilcox brand ice cream, yogurt, and ice cream bars, as well as Leonardo’s brand gelato.

The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

No illnesses or injuries have been reported to date.

A list of the recalled products, sold at retail stores and Co-Ops in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and new York, may be found here.

What to do

Customers who purchased the recalled products should not consume them, but take a picture of the top and sides of the container showing the best by date, and email it to AR@wilcoxicecreamvt.com for credit.

The email should include the photos, quantity, where purchased, and the consumer's full name address and telephone number.

Consumers may also contact the firm at (802) 375-1133 from 8:30am to 5:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday.
