Vanity Van Lines is the worst experience I've ever had with moving. Bait & Switch. Call on the last night and price will change. The subcontractors is what I would call subpar-contractor. 7 hours late to the job. One packer constantly trying to leave. We were told we could have 30 days storage. That 30 days begin on packing day. The subpar delivery wouldn't accept wire transfer. Demanded delivery on Sunday. We tried to tell them banks were closed and provided confirmation. We had to run around town pulling cash from ATM machines or they would drop our furniture at a storage unit at our cost. STAY AWAY FROM Vanity Van Lines! I wouldn't allow Josh to deliver Doordash.

I’m extremely satisfied with this moving company. The team was hardworking, respectful, and very efficient throughout the move. They packed everything securely and delivered on time. Their attention to detail and dedication made a big difference. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing a dependable moving service.

Horrible company, STAY FAR AWAY. Josh the owner hires shady people who damage and take things from you, claims are a joke, they CSI doesn't pay and Josh doesn't follow up with them either.

We recently used Vanity Van Lines for our family’s move, and overall it was quite an experience. While there were some delays in shipping and it took longer than expected for our belongings to arrive, the team stayed in communication throughout the process.

I never worked with such a horrible moving company. Not only was their customer service some of the worst I've ever experienced but after waiting for what seemed ages, the amount of broken items received you would think they would charge less than what their prices currently are (they'll scam you for every cent if they can be careful).

Extremely frustrating company to work with and entirely negligent. Lost irreplaceable items in my cross country move as well as delivering items that did not belong to me once I arrived at my final destination. Did not have any sense of urgency to locate my items nor did my coordinator call me to apologize for the inconvenience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The delivery took far longer than promised, and no one bothered to update me. On top of that, there were unexpected price hikes, especially for shipments from Hawaii and Alaska. Completely unacceptable service.

Vanity Van Lines misrepresented themselves as a full-service moving company and provided a binding estimate of $5,999. I paid a 20% deposit. They brokered the move to independent contractors who arrived in a U-Haul truck. The movers demanded an additional $5,000 mid-move. Vanity Van Lines was unreachable for assistance.

Josh was who I talked to. Quoted me $2900, which I had mention for 800 cu ft and he agreed. 2 day before the move, QA called to confirm what I have which he quoted $6701 for 941 cu ft because Josh didn’t put me as 800 cu ft, but 567 which later I called Josh about, but he denied ever have that conversation. QA finally drop the price down to $4860s for 767 cu ft of items which I measure and gave him the numbers and between the conversation I was threaten by them that they would cancel my move if I don't sign which they had my $1000 deposit which they claimed non-refundable. I was told they can drop the price further if my stuff decrease between now and moving date (2 days after).

The price quoted wasn’t what we got, the mover has his own charges he adds for wrapping things, materials, etc. that was a red flag, the driver kept giving us different days he’d arrive, costing us more in Airbnb fees, when he finally arrived he had two local guys with no experience meet him at our place, with nothing but a dolly. It took them 4+ hours, they scratched the floors damaged stairs, and took chunks out my walls in a home I am renting. When the driver showed back up, we showed him the damages, so he took 20$ in pay away from the guys, one guy threw a fit, started screaming and acting like a fool in front of my young children scaring them. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done to resolve the horrors we encountered using this company.

I was contacted by Vanity Van when looking for someone to make a move fore me from Nevada to New Hampshire. I spoke with a Man named Josh, I was very specific and detailed about what I had and how many of each item etc. He gave me a price that was great. I agreed and paid a deposit. On the pick up date, everything kinda went to hell. My price almost doubled. First let me say the people who were doing the pick up were outside contracted along with the drop off people. They told me I had more items and I needed to pay more. I had exactly the amount that I had told them. So I paid the fee.

The owner is very nice. The quote I received was reasonable. FELIPE the man who is suppose to give me final quote KEEPS CHANGING COST AND ITEMS ON LIST. And he doesn't listen. Also, HE IS NOT ON A RECORDED LINE LIKE HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE. He was supposed to call me back tonight but never did. Yesterday he called after 10pm. I will update this post if things change.
