My good friend's son works as a solicitor for moving companies in the Coral Springs area and he gave me a couple of choices. Moving Squad was in good proximity to my home, their prices were competitive and they gave me a military discount so I went with them. The two guys that worked were respectful and careful. They were good fellows and I had no problem.

I had gotten several quotes from moving companies but I chose the Moving Squad because their price was cheaper than the rest for what I was getting. Then their rep came and took pictures of my furniture, then they quoted of the pictures, which all worked out in the end. The pickup and delivery crew were on time and they did a very good job. They didn't damage anything. They were very conscientious of what they were doing and very helpful. I moved several times and this experience with Moving Squad was really hiccup free. I would recommend them.

I just recently moved and used Moving Squad. Marsha was the first person I spoke with and she did a great job of helping with my move and the paperwork. The guys were a bit late, but arrived in plenty of time to finish the move in the given 3 hour time frame. They we very nice and helpful. Did a quick safe move with my things, which means a lot when moving. I would use them again in the future if another moves arises. Thank you for a great job!!!

Moving Squad made my daughter's moving a breeze. The rate was reasonable for a small, local move. The movers got to the destination quickly. They wrapped the glass desk top and nothing was broken. The price was exactly as stated in the contract. I would definitely recommend the Moving Squad of South Florida.

I used the Moving Squad to move my furniture from 2 different condos in Fort Lauderdale to my new home in Orlando. Their four person team was exceptionally professional and courteous. I was looking for moving companies online and Moving Squad seemed like a nice company. How their moving trucks are designed and how they had the layout of their website seemed professional. So, I decided to call them. The coordinator was very nice and very helpful. She went over a list of the different packages that they had with moving and the prices, and everything went really well. The quoted price was pretty accurate. There was only about $50 difference. The pickup and delivery crew was great. They were funny and were really nice, too. Everything went really good with Moving Squad.

The rep I spoke to at Moving Squad was delightful and very efficient. She told me exactly what the quote was going to be and then it was exactly that. The delivery guys were not only on time, they were absolutely amazing. I have used a lot of moving companies over the years and this is by far the best moving company I have used. It was a great experience.

The price and the professionalism were the reasons I got Moving Squad for my move. The person who helped me estimate my inventory was different from the person who coordinated my move, but everybody was great. I would use Moving Squad 100 times again.

Everything was great with the Moving Squad and they were the recommended company for the development. The moving coordinator asked for me to make a list from A to Z for all the contents in the apartment and we went from there. She gave me a quote and it was quite acceptable. A friend of mine used Moving Squad and he gave me the recommendation. The quote was very good compared to the other places. We moved about a month and a half ago and their rep was very helpful. The pickup and delivery crews were great and came earlier than the expected time. They called me beforehand to make sure I was okay with them coming a bit earlier and they were very efficient. The estimated time move was three hours and they did everything in two and a half. They also moved everything where it needed to be. They did a good job and they were pleasant to work with.

We had a fabulous experience with Moving Squad. I had called about three companies and when I called them, they were very kind, cooperative, and very, very willing to work with me. The girl that I worked with was very, very polite and helpful. We had a bit of a problem because at the last minute, I had to call her and to reschedule the move. She told me not to worry and she’ll take care of it then she was able to change the date to the time I needed. Then I was a bit concerned about one of the young lads of the pickup and delivery crew because he had been in a car accident the day before but he was there and was on point. Still, if I moved again, I would use them and I would recommend them to anybody.

I called around several different places, had a lot of different quotes and Moving Squad's quote process was what made me go with them. It was the one that made the most sense even if it was not the cheapest. Unlike the other places I called, I went through with them every item out of both my apartments to get an accurate weight and estimate. Their transport organizer was the only person who offered that. There was, however, a chip on the paint in the hallway leading to my living room after they were done with the delivery. But I would definitely recommend Moving Squad.

When my mom called to get some quotes, she enjoyed talking to the girl who works for Moving Squad. They hit it off really well and she felt very comfortable with her. I had also seen the truck around town a few times so we felt pretty good going with them. My mom said that the moving coordinator was really sweet and very informative. I also spoke to another girl named Christina and she said their quote may be a little high but it can come in lower. Indeed, the foreman on the job that day saw that there wasn't much to move as they assumed and he got me a lower rate, which was great. He knew how to direct the movers, what should go on the trucks first, and how to maneuver. Everyone that we encountered has been very professional. I kept offering water to drink since it was really hot but they politely refused saying they have their own.

Overall, Moving Squad of South Florida did a really good job. Nothing broke which is always a plus. They weren't on time but it wasn't their fault. It was raining and they called and told me that they were running late. However, towards the end, they kept talking about getting their tip and I was put off by that. This is my fourth move in one year and I always tip at the end but when I paid my bill and didn't give a tip, they didn't finish putting the beds and the other things together. We tipped them anyway but I still felt that was not very nice.

We would recommend Moving Squad to anyone moving. I actually called three moving companies and speaking with Marsha the decision was made - "Moving Squad" was the movers of choice. She made the whole experience fantastic. She was kind and friendly. After scheduling the moving day I had to call a few days later to change the moving date; and Marsha said "no problem". Within moments she rescheduled it. My anxiety was gone. The morning of the move the team of three came. They worked proficiently and carefully, it was excellent. Thanks Moving Squad. The moving coordinator Stefano was very gracious to me and the delivery crew was very professional and courteous. I had three wonderful gentlemen come here and they were awesome and very nice. If I have something that I wanted to be placed somewhere else, they were very gracious about doing that. They were very agreeable with how we wanted things done. If I know anybody that needs to move, I would recommend them.

However, they really are very expensive and they told me that it was going to cost $900 but I paid $1,500. But the Moving Squad did what I told them to do, which is very important.

Moving Squad were local and their reviews were good. They were who I initially contacted and the moving coordinator was fine over the phone and even overestimated which was good. The pickup and delivery persons were on time and professional, too. However, there are some of my things that we're going to move interstate, so they said they would handle the local things to the storage and then connect me to their interstate division, Colonial Van, which I was very unhappy with. Their connection with Colonial Van left a lot to be desired but I got excellent service from Moving Squad.

They set me a price and I didn’t want to have a surprise when I got to my destination wherein I'm owing the moving company more money, so I was very happy. The coordinator was Neal and he was outstanding. He communicated with me and assured me everything was going to be fine and it was just as he said. The delivery guys were great, too. They were very courteous, professional and hardworking. I had an awesome experience with Moving Squad and if I'm to recommend anyone, I'd definitely have them talk to Neal because he did an awesome job.

I called another moving company and they told they didn’t do house moves so they recommended Moving Squad. I looked up Moving Squad online after that and they have pretty good ratings. I had somebody come out, and he looked at everything and wrote down specific details and pictures of everything that we have. Then I asked him for a quote and they said they would give me a quote a couple of days later. I never heard from him though, so I had to call them five days later and then they gave me the quote. But something was wrong with the computer when they sent it and they didn’t know exactly what it was. They had to resend it, which was not a huge deal. It was $400 cheaper than Two Men and a Truck, and they said they’d bring four people instead of three for six hours of work, so I decided to go with them. They were fast, professional and it was a good experience overall.

I moved within Aventura and chose Moving Squad to do it because of the good reviews. The quote they gave me was good, too. The moving coordinator was generally professional. I wouldn’t call the pickup and delivery crew outstanding but they're okay. They were on time but they missed the washing machine. I showed them the first time they came in that the washing machine is gonna be moved but then I forgot to remind them with all the mess and they also forgot. I then needed to make another appointment so that they would come again just to move the washing machine and I paid extra for it.

My wife called one company but when I got a quote from Moving Squad, they were quite a bit cheaper. We moved last June 10 and had a very positive experience with them. I talked to the gal in the office over the phone. Everything was very clear and it went very smooth. The delivery crew were very polite, hardworking and were fun to be around. It took them four hours from pick up to drop off, however, they were a little late because they had to find a third person which took an hour. Other than that, we were very happy with the service and everything was very clean.

Moving Squad was recommended to me by a neighbor. Last June, I needed their service and my experience wasn't good. Three men arrived to do the move. Everything was ready to go and the move was only a mile from the origin to the destination. It was a very hot day. My wife and I left for the other location, after seeing them load their truck and come over. They worked very hard and after a while, they had most of the stuff in the house and everything seemed to be going okay. I said that we're missing a refrigerator and a bedroom set. They said they didn't want to put it on the truck and were going back to get it. I thought that was unusual.

I used Moving Squad and had a wonderful and very satisfactory experience. All interactions were done by phone and the process was very easy. Their delivery crew was excellent. They dropped off my stuff the next day which I was okay with.

Moving Squad was recommended by a friend of mine, but I don’t know if I would choose them again. Apparently my move was supposed to be the first one in the morning, but I didn’t get them till later. They were also very expensive in general. I didn't like them changing the price quote towards the end. The moving guys were nice and very professional but there was a couple of mishaps where a guy almost got into an accident and fell off the cart. He could’ve been seriously hurt, but luckily he wasn’t. Also, a very expensive armoire that they put on literally fell off. When I saw them coming down the ramp, it literally started tilting one way and they just lost control of it. It got all scratched up in the front. The owner gave the crew a hard time making me feel very uncomfortable. The workers picked up the slack on his behalf and he’s lucky to have them. Also when they picked up, they were talking about extra charges to which I said no way.

I dealt with Moving Squad before and it was an excellent experience. The moving coordinator was great, very helpful and understanding. The only issue was when I’ve talked to the first coordinator over the phone, I didn’t really understand the pricing. But it was fine once I got to understand it, because I didn’t really have that much stuff to move. The delivery crew was very friendly and interactive, and the service was excellent. It was an outstanding experience.

I have to say this company is the friendliest, most efficient mover we have ever dealt with. My son works for the airline so he typically moves every other year. We used them 2 times in S Florida and a 3rd time this May to bring him up to Central Florida. They are prompt & courteous! I cannot say enough about them. I am a business owner and wish I could find the type of staff they employ. Thumbs up. 5 stars. Thanks for making us so stress-free.

Moving Squad was responsive to my call and quick to give me a flat fee quote. It was good with the moving coordinator and overall, a good moving experience.

The two drivers from the Moving Squad, the ones that loaded and unloaded, were great. They were on time and worked their butts off. I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency in the way they loaded. The moving coordinator was very great on the phone as far as I explained what I had, he wrote it down, quoted a price, went back and forth and I confirmed with them if it's a flat rate and they said yes. However when it came time at the end they tried to get more out of me. They tried to say, “Oh no, you had more.” So there was a little confusion there and I was very upset about that. But I stood my ground and refused to pay. I didn't realize that person who made the deal with me didn't have the authority to promise me a flat rate no matter what.

I was happy that Moving Squad came to the house to do everything. For our move, I interviewed two different companies and went to their websites. Before I chose I also went to ConsumerAffairs and Consumer Reports. The other company we’re considering got terrible, terrible ratings. Moving Squad on the other hand was very highly rated and had a tremendous amount of good reviews on Consumer Reports. So that really clinched it for me. Because my husband had talked to somebody on the phone who was very good, helpful, and informative. We interviewed three different people and what made the difference was going on to Consumer Reports.

Moving Squad was recommended by the association of the office where we moved into. All went well with their moving coordinator, and the pickup and delivery crews were on time. They were very supportive and very helpful. They did their job very well. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend and use them again which is probably in about six months.

The company neglected my business, a 1 bedroom apartment and a motorcycle (no large furniture). I had to chase down the supervisor Mr. ** during three days after moving to find out where my motorcycle was despite of the initial commitment (made weeks before) of moving everything the same day. My motorcycle (that was the very first thing we discussed when I hired your business) was being delivered 4 days after what we agreed. The time I wasted both personal and professional during those days chasing down my motorcycle isn't quantifiable. Mr. ** couldn't tell me enough excuses and lies during those days. Initial quote 1.2K, finally paid 1.5K, lost two days of work. Never received a call, a discount or a refund, an apology. How would you feel?

I called other companies to get other bids. A guy from American Van Lines came down and wanted me to buy crates and a $300 or $400 worth of packing supplies, etc. I didn’t like him. And then there was another company. I called Better Business and they told me, "Don’t call them back. They're very, very bad." They also said they don’t show up at the time they're supposed to. Then I called Moving Squad and I liked the way they talked. Gomez who was the rep I spoke with was a very personal guy.

Moving Squad made it smooth and easy for me. I had no issues at all. The owner was really informative. He told me everything outright straight up and I liked that. The pickup and delivery crew were on time and they were very professional. They also kept with the price they quoted me.

Moving Squad's coordinator was very nice, efficient and very helpful. Furthermore, the pickup and delivery crew were on time, very patient and courteous. They're also very accommodating and understanding of my special circumstances when we couldn't get into the gate at my new place. And even if they had to move everything from storage for me, they worked very well and got everything very quickly. I was happy with their services this time.

Moving Squad's biggest problem is that they put the onus on the consumer who's least experienced to create the estimate while other companies came out and created the estimate. The estimate was off significantly in terms of the amount of time it was going to take. The guys were fine, but when they arrived, they didn't have enough boxes. It took them about as long to pack as we estimated, but when we arrived, it took them much longer to unload and this was an easy unload. They had to travel, and I don't think that it was estimated in because when they realized how many hours they were traveling, they just started to dump things and ran. The garage was dumped full of things, which I'm still trying to sort through. Moving Squad would not be a company I would use again. It was disappointing and I haven't gotten back to them because I just don't want to deal with them anymore.

Moving Squad has a better price compared to others. My daughter goes to school down in Miami so this is my second time using them. They pick up her stuff and take it to some storage and when she returns to school, they pick up her stuff again and deliver it back to the dorm room. They always call prior to them arriving and they're always prompt. They're definitely professional. My overall experience is excellent.

The lady from Moving Squad that I spoke to was very detailed - she explained everything. The cost and time period wasn't quoted in the price. I didn't have that much furniture and most of the stuff was already packed so they only had to put blankets over it - it was done within six hours. The movers were pretty friendly and if there was anything I wanted done in my way, they did it like so. Provided that it was safely done for them, they complied with my instructions - that pleased me.

The customer service guy named William from Moving Squad was very helpful, walked me through every step of the way, and was awesome. There were four guys at pickup and three guys during drop-off. They were ahead of time and were awesome all the way. Those guys were professional and knew what they were doing like the way they were stacking items. We only got one glass that was broken, but that was nothing. Everything was okay.

I was moving from a condo to a house and I chose Moving Squad among other companies mainly because of their cost. They asked a few questions - the size of it, how many bedrooms, whether or not there was gonna be boxed. The pickup and delivery crew was on time. They work within the estimated time and cost. I’ve used movers before and all of a sudden there’s another charge here and there and that was not the case with Moving Squad. I spoke to the guys from Moving Squad of South Florida and they were very friendly and to the point. The bottom line was there was no beating around the bush over the phone. The whole experience was great, from the phone calls to the actual move. They were wonderful and very professional. The quote they gave me was reasonable so that was good. Everything was really excellent, and the two gentlemen movers were very efficient, thorough, careful and nice. Nowadays, that’s really hard to find. Their customer service people and their politeness were hands down phenomenal and they worked very well together. I would definitely recommend them.

Moving Squad is the best moving company. I mostly interacted with a nice young lady whose name is Kristina. I called her several times for questions which she all answered. I also expected the quote to be far expensive than what it was. Everything was very well done. In fact, I wrote a comment on the bottom of the receipt that went back to the company directly complimenting the men on how they were polite, quick, fast, efficient, and careful. I already did recommend Moving Squad.

I called Moving Squad and got an estimate. The quote was okay and reasonable for a move that was within the same building. The guys sent out were nice and very helpful, but they didn’t come prepared. They didn’t come with any tools. I had to wait until the office where I live opened at 9:00 and get the tools for them. Otherwise, they would have to leave and go to the office. So what they did was they started moving the stuff that didn’t need to be put apart until the office opened and I was able to get the tools. But I worked it out for them, they didn’t work it out for me. And because they didn’t have the proper tools, my beds were not tightened well. I had to have somebody come in and tighten it which made me spend extra money.

Moving Squad offered to bring four people on versus three so I chose them over another moving company. The moving coordinator was excellent and the pickup and delivery crew were early. Moving Squad was fantastic and they really cut me down within a half hour of what they said they would have and really worked themselves to death to get it done. They performed just as they said they would.

The price was great, and the movers were nice. But I don't know if I'd go back with Moving Squad of South Florida. The head guy who runs everything complained a lot, but he was great as well. He came in and didn’t want to carry anything up the stairs, but he tried hard to do some things. They were young and complained a lot. But other than that, everything else was great. The only thing that was negative is that some things were broken. My daughter’s vanity broke and they said it broke because it's old, but it's only four years old and if the movers would've taken the time with it, it wouldn't have broke. Also, they didn’t take everything apart like they should have.

I looked online for different movers within the area and their reviews, and ended up with Moving Squad. Their rep overestimated the time frame but she told me that they normally do that. It wasn’t a problem because I had moved myself the first time, so I knew it wouldn’t take as long as she had said. The movers were great. There was no problem other than they couldn’t get some of my furniture in the upstairs of my house. But it had nothing to do with them. It just wouldn’t fit. Other than that, everything was easy and they did a good job. I would recommend Moving Squad.

The whole experience with Moving Squad was excellent. The quote was very accurate - I was quoted seven hours and it turned out to be seven-and-a-half. The pick-up and delivery crew came on time, too. They were very careful going up the house so there's no damage to the walls, and up to this point we haven't found anything damaged.

The first person I spoke with from Moving Squad was pretty nice. He explained everything to me - what was going to be done, how much it would be, etc. I had a previous experience with another mover who did not explain all the details and how things were going to be. There were also hidden fees but Moving Squad didn’t have those. Everything was pretty smooth so there were no surprises on the day of moving. Though the delivery crew weren't on time, they called to say they were running late because whoever they were doing first did have a little delay for an hour or so. I was at work at that time but I spoke to them on the phone as they came in. They were pretty good.

Moving Squad was super and went above and beyond. The people did a very good job and nothing was broken. They had very heavy pieces and really handled them. Everything was done satisfactorily. The only thing is that an expensive bag has not turned up and I don’t think it’s going to show up. It wasn't at my next door neighbor or at a very close friend's home where I dropped off pieces at. The only possible thing is that it may have been left on the truck. It's an autographed bag by Jack Nicklaus and it cost me a lot of money and I can’t replace it. It has some putters in there that I can’t replace either. It’s very upsetting. If we had left something on the truck and it wasn’t reported that they left it on there, that’s not a good thing.

The Moving Squad's dispatcher gave me a good quote. He seemed very nice and their service was very good - it was no problem even when I called to change the move date. The moving crew was also very nice and helpful. They got the job done very quickly and nothing got broken during the process. I'd recommend this company.

Moving Squad was originally priced higher than others but they ended up matching everyone else and seemed very professional so I chose them. The moving coordinator was very helpful and the pick-up and delivery crews were on-time and very nice. My house was completely empty when the guys dropped the stuff off. They've set-up everything I might need them to be so that was good. The experience was easy and simple.

I’m not satisfied with Moving Squad because the people who moved me were trying to force me to give more money for a tip. They got mad because I gave a reasonable tip and they wanted me to give $50 for each one. They also came a little bit late that day, but it was fine because there was traffic. And some of my items became broken. They damaged a little bit of one of the flooring on the new apartment and I had to make them repair, but they never responded. The person who made the quotation estimated in the right time that I needed, but the moving crew that they sent were not professional people.

Plus, they had a great crew - I had four guys who moved us and they moved the five bedroom house within about five hours. Moving Squad was an on-time and dependable moving company.

We had done some pre-arrival organization which expedited the process... they acknowledged that and were very appreciative. They loaded and moved us to our new "digs" before sunset (approx. 100 miles). They were VERY accommodating in furniture and appliance placement. AND... ALL AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE!! If you're needing to move... don't even bother getting quotes from anyone else... OUR squad was like a hive of bees... it was a honey of an experience!

One of the boxes and one of my furniture got wet. They told me to fill-up an application. I was so upset that I didn't even do that. I just said forget about it. The coordinator estimated for a certain amount of hours and then they came and the driver told me it could vary. Then if it varied a bit more, I would have to pay a little bit more.

Everything as far as the Moving Squad office was fine. They answered all my emails and they called me every day until I knew my exact move out day then we scheduled it. Moreover, the three guys that came were fantastic. It was pouring rain that day and we had to move out of a three-story townhouse into a big two-story home. However, my daughter was upset because after we used her credit card, the credit card company called her the next day about somebody attempting to use her number. I can't accuse anybody because there's no proof, but she said it had to be them because she just used the card. It's really suspicious.

At that point, I was frustrated because my belongings had showed up late to begin with so I told them to just get everything in the condo. They then offered to set up any furniture even though I'm sure the poor guys wanted to go home. I was exhausted so I said "No, thank you", but I was really impressed that they went out of their way to help. Those three guys that were here were rock stars.

My experience with the Moving Squad wasn't good this time around. First of all, they showed up with a truck that was almost full so they couldn't fit all of my stuff. They only left 10 feet for my stuff and I had to use my car to fill up the rest of the stuff, but we still couldn't get everything in. I had to go back with my personal vehicle and pick up the stuff that we couldn't fit in to both combined vehicles. The second was the time that I scheduled the move for was not the time that was conveyed to them. And there was miscommunication between the person who I set the move up with and the movers. It was not a pretty experience at all.

I've worked with Moving Squad before and I've had a very positive experience but this second time, I won't work with them again. They showed up a little early which isn't their fault. But because they wanted to get it done quick, at the end, they rushed and ended up throwing boxes into a shed. I thought they broke some stuff but that could be on us. They wouldn't listen to my wife and put stuff wherever they wanted just to get it done. I don't feel that I should have to chase after them to make sure they put all the stuff in the truck. I had to force them to open up the truck again and put a couple of extra things in there.

Moving Squad's pick-up and delivery crew arrived on time. Jim, the coordinator and one of the three movers, was nice and efficient. But it was an unpleasant experience and I wasn't happy with the overall quality. They took much longer because they were missing 33% of the manpower, and they almost killed themselves because there was just two of them. One of them was unfit because he was too tired. He was sick and was throwing up. It took him until 2 o'clock to help out because he was sleeping in the truck during the morning. They were notified one day ahead and they had a heavy night. It was very bad. I paid for him also while he was not functional for half of the day. He was compelled to pick up his child at 5 o'clock so he started to throw stuff very quickly and there was some little damage. It was a horrific experience. One of them was rude with my wife because he didn't want to be instructed how to protect the furniture.

Overall, my Moving Squad experience was great. Everything was packed really well and nothing was damaged. I would recommend them to a friend.
