We saw that the reviews for Moving Squad were good and they were very reasonable on the cost of moving a short distance. Aside from those main things, we were also looking at the time. During the estimate for the inventory, the rep was very good but there was a Bose soundbar for our television that never turned up. It was in my storage and we kept looking. It was in its original packaging and we were thinking it was behind something. We checked everything at the warehouse when we left it in Delray. We looked and there was nothing left in there so, I know it wasn't left there. It made in on the truck but it never made it here.

I liked Moving Squad's price over other companies. I worked with their rep, Monique, and she was terrific. She was there every step of the way. They were also easy to get a hold of either by phone or by email and their level of professionalism was very good. There were a couple of incidents but those weren't really their fault. First they couldn’t get a couch in, then unfortunately, a light broke. But their attitude was very good. It was an excellent experience overall.

I looked at a few moving companies on the internet. I called Moving Squad, and they seemed very nice on the phone. The rep was very good and we were very pleased with him. He answered all our questions and he was knowledgeable. We had a good communication and the experience was very good. The pick-up and delivery crew were on time and we started out okay with the move. However, they dented the door of the house we moved from with the piano and they scratched the baby grand piano when they were getting it in. There were two steps to come down and they made a makeshift ramp with cardboard boxes which caved in. They said they were piano movers, but they weren't. If I had known that it would be like that, I would have brought a special company that knows how to move a piano.

The place where I moved in at gave me Moving Squad's number and Moving Squad has the best price after I looked at other companies. The moving coordinator was good and responded back to me. However, I was chomping at the bit with why they didn’t hit with me with the 48 hours ahead of time. That had me stoked but I was fine. They communicated till the day before.

We had a very good experience with Moving Squad and I would definitely recommend them to anybody else. We called them to do the move because of their cost and their coordinator arranged it. He was very responsive and timely.

Moving Squad's rep Mark exceeded my expectations. I had to make a few changes, and he handled my challenges of having to reroute some of the dates with professionalism and compassion. He was always there, and he gave me his cellphone number. We spoke more times than I wish I had to call, and he did a great job. Also, the pickup crew was on time and finished on time. They packed my stuff which went to storage, and two days later, they delivered.

We moved in last month and Moving Squad got our stuff into the house. We hired movers was so that we wouldn’t damage anything. But they scratched up our wood floors and a wall, and they also damaged one of our furniture. We’ve been trying to get Moving Squad to fix it for almost two months now and they haven’t done it. They sent a guy out and looked at it and they’re supposed to be getting in us a quote but I haven’t heard back from them yet. I also had someone do a quote to see how much it would cost, and they told me they weren’t gonna pay for that. So nothing has been resolved yet and we’re still waiting to see if we hear back from them. Overall, it was not a positive experience.

Moving Squad's rep asked me a few questions and when I talked to him, he knew what I was talking about. Also, their delivery crew wasn't late and they seemed to be professional and courteous. I'd use their services again if needed.

I move a lot since I’m in the entertainment business and Moving Squad was the best mover that I had in a long time. The guys were on it. Big Marky is great. He should be the president of the company someday. When I called people, they called me back and they showed up on time. I was able to communicate with them and I was pretty happy which is very rare. They broke my TV stand and my big screen TV but they told me. They offered solutions like that they had one. They were being nice. But I didn’t make any big deal out of it.

Moving Squad has decent prices for across the state move. Mark was our coordinator and he was awesome. He was super helpful even during off hours, which is nice because I work a lot and it’s hard for me to get away. And I know he dealt a lot directly with my husband and that was super cool and very convenient for him to be as flexible as he was. My movers, Omar and Willie, were were fantastic and super helpful as well. They were very fast and efficient. They took great care in taking care of our items, which is awesome. I really appreciated them and their help.

I was working a lot and did not have the time to survey to choose the best company but I received two flyers and chose one of them. I called Brenton from Moving Squad, the guy who did the business part of the process and he made an explanation by phone, made questions and finally got the information such as my credit card and so on. The price was reasonable and fair and we moved forward. But I realized they would not be packing and I told them that I would pay for that. They said okay and so I made the deal for them to pack.

We've had a very good experience with Moving Squad. We had to move to another house that we rent, and we used them last April. The moving coordinator was very responsible, formal and professional. The moving crew was very good too. When I lost one very important piece to the floor lamp, they found it for me. It took them three hours to do the whole move. It took a while because we were in Weston and we moved to Campbell. But my belongings didn’t receive any damage.

I was vacuuming a room and they left, and there were still some pieces of furniture that needed to get picked up. Luckily, I had a truck. It was a hot day and I had a lot of stuff. But there was some broken furniture too. Our couch got broken and I fixed it. There was also a dresser that had a little hole punctured into it. I wish they could have been a little more careful. But I liked the guys and I treated them well.

However, after a couple of days after my items arrived, I noticed that there was a small glass table with a small chip on the corner. But other than that, everything else was good.

I chose Moving Squad because of the cost. It was more or less the same for all the companies but they were providing more manpower. They at least provide three men versus the other companies who would provide two men. The furniture was heavy and more manpower was better. And they’ve got the wardrobe boxes with the package. The other companies were not providing the wardrobe boxes within the package and they were additional cost.

That was a little annoying, but other than that, it was very favorable. Considering how stressful moving is, they made it much easier. They were very good and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a horrible experience with Moving Squad. When I called them, the person that I talked to was very nice and well educated. He promised me so many things, and that the company has many professional people and they know what they’re doing. But nothing that he said was true. I was very disappointed because they treated my stuff very poorly. They didn’t have enough supply to cover all of my furniture and the employees were rude since the beginning, especially the Hispanic guy. You have to wait for him and you cannot say anything because he would get offended.

I've used another company that was a disaster but when I switched to Moving Squad they were really wonderful. They have an excellent moving coordinator, who gave me his number and was readily accessible when I called him. I told him, “If I feel like the guys aren't any good, I'm gonna tell them to stop.” He didn’t take offense and just understood what I needed and what I've been through before with the bad moving company.

Moving Squad is a local company and I would like to give local businesses within the city an opportunity. So, I went with them and the moving coordinator I worked with was very professional. His knowledge of how to scale and how to put the timeframe on to the whole moving impressed me. Their crew was also professional, on time, and courteous. Plus, they knew what areas they needed to start with and they took the furniture very seriously like it was their own. They did an excellent job and my wife was happy. As long as she was happy, that means I was happy. If anybody asked me about Moving Squad, I would give him the number of my contact person. I'd tell him to make the call and he'd be taken care of.

I received seven cards in the mail all at the same time. I went through each one and eliminated the ones that said Broward County only or Palm Beach only. And then people with a more prestigious name like Bekins would cost too much money. So, I went with Moving Squad thinking I would get a more decent price, and they had a Miami number. Also, their card was yellow, so it stood out. The rep that I dealt with was very helpful. She wrote down everything that I said and quoted me a price when we went through the list of items in the house. The delivery guys were great and they did a very good job. They were very kind and enjoyed the camaraderie. They were very personable which made the move very comfortable.

Moving Squad used to have a flyer on the apartment building that I was renting. I thought that since they have flyers, they would be familiar with the building. Moving Squad knew all the paper that needed to be submitted. Everything went fine with the move. The guys were good and I had no complaints. However, there was an accident. There was a scratch on a bed frame from one of my bedrooms. They broke part of the frame. My wife got me to call them and see if Moving Squad could send someone to repair it or give an estimate. It's been a month since I started working on the claim with them.

The moving industry was rotten with a lot of fraudulent companies and I had other friends who used different moving companies in Miami that turned out to be a nightmare. So I used Moving Squad because they were licensed, bonded, insured and they were also recommended on Nextdoor. Some people had great experiences with them and the company had great Google reviews. Their people were good and easy to reach. And they adjusted my bed and when I had to downsize, they charged me less. They tried to take my needs as a consumer and they were responsive, which was surprising. Though we had a desk that was damaged, I couldn't blame them for it because it was super cheap and wasn’t good workmanship. And it was a positive experience with Moving Squad.

The Moving Squad crew was excellent, but the management was poor. Everything was excellent but I had problems with the management because they said one amount and then after they agreed to that and after they said, "Okay" he returned the call again to the crew and said to charge me more. They said, "Oh, it went like 10 more minutes so you have to charge her a half an hour more." And they charged me a lot way more money of what it was supposed to be. Apparently it was because I was paying with cash. I wouldn't recommend Moving Squad of South Florida because of what happened.

I liked Moving Squad's price. However, most of your average person is not aware of the weight of their furniture. I have a couch and a table, and they kept insisting, “Well, what do you guess the pounds?” I have no clue. You have to describe everything over the phone. The stuff in my bedroom, “Okay, I have a table.” "Well, how big is the table?” I don’t know. It was not a big deal, but it took forever to get a quote. I understand they have to get a weight and all that, but I have no clue what the stuff weighs. But the pickup and delivery crew were awesome. I hope I don’t have to use Moving Squad again. But if I do, I would.

I had a mover that showed up and gave me an estimate. But they didn't want to move stuff to get stuff out. So, they quit. I got hung in the air and it was a nightmare from hell. So, I called Moving Squad and they moved me on Easter Sunday. It cost me a fortune but their crew was awesome. They worked with me because I moved in a new place and had issues with the closing.

He didn’t have anything bad to say about them. They went through the process, and they wanted to make sure I was happy and if there was anything else that I needed to be done, they were willing to do it. Moreover, the delivery team was on time, and they were very good and very efficient. They did a good job.

I got a couple of quotes for my move and Moving Squad was the cheapest, so I picked them. My experience with them was not bad at all. But the rep who helped estimate my inventory and obtain a quote for my move put me on hold multiple times, so my experience with him was not really good. Also, I got some surprise with the quote because he didn’t include some stuff, like the child’s mattress protection, although I had mentioned to him that I had a mattress to move. Everything in my move was exactly the way I had mentioned to him and there was no furniture or item that I didn’t mention, so I was a bit disappointed that there were some extra items that I had to pay for and this was unexpected.

After calling and getting quotes from everybody, Moving Squad seemed more professional and squared away. The delivery crew did really well and they were very quick. The only issue I had was they left some marks on the walls in the house that we moved in. There were also some marks on our bed that weren't there before. But overall, the experience was good and I would recommend it.

I talked to all the companies and they seemed really not very good. On the other hand, Mark was Moving Squad's salesman and he was very good and professional. He helped me and won me over. I would have liked to have paid a little bit less but it overcame my objective. At the end of the day, I thought it was a reasonable price to pay for the service. The crew was punctual, very helpful and very professional. They overcame a couple of problems because they couldn't park close by. But they got on with the job and did a very good job. They got everything done within the timeframe, even with a bit of spare time. I was happy and I'll definitely recommend Moving Squad.

I had used Moving Squad before, so I used them again this time. The coordinator was reasonable and cool. He was real knowledgeable about what I would need for the amount of stuff I had from what I told him on the phone. He knew what he was talking about. The delivery crew came on time and they were professional and courteous. They didn't mess up any furniture and they moved everything fast. And they reassembled everything for me. Some things were missing from my mom’s stuff, but she's already filed a claim. Overall, it was a good experience.

Moving Squad had the best prices. You can't beat the price that they have. The minimum was like two and half hours. Everyone else was like five hours. And the service was outstanding. Everybody was accommodating. But there was a miscommunication thing when it comes to writing down the address and some items I needed to be moved. It wasn’t very clear on the paperwork when the movers came in. But overall, the movers were fine. The guys were really nice and were very careful with all the stuff. It was a pretty good service and I would definitely use them again.

Moving Squad gave me a very good competitive quote and I was happy with it as opposed to other moving companies. I also heard good things about them through other people who have used their service so I went with them. They did a great job for me and they were on their time. My car also came in perfect condition and nothing was damaged. Everything was exactly how I hoped for. I was happy with their service and I would use them again.

Moving Squad was recommended to me by my dad and the moving coordinator was like a little robot, super detailed and easy to communicate with. The pickup and delivery crew was on time, very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They really went the extra mile and made sure they were putting stuff exactly where I wanted. They also made sure they understood exactly what I wanted them to do before they did anything so they were very conscientious as well.

I picked up the phone and spoke to a lady first. She accommodated me right away and was very nice. She asked me a whole bunch of questions about when I was moving, what I was doing, where I was going, how long it was going to take and how far I was moving. We coordinated in time because she didn't want me to go over the time and then charge me extra. So I told her everything that I had and everything that I was supposed to take with me then she gave me the amount of time that I would need.

I was not pleased with the person from Moving Squad who gave me the quote. He didn’t explain anything to me and he gave me a quote that was one-third of what it was total at the end. I understand a quote is a plus or minus the final amount but one-third of what it really was is unbelievable. I was quoted about $1100, and the final amount was $2520, which was more than half. So whoever gave me the quote totally misquoted. And I sent him pictures of whatever what I was moving plus the amount of boxes. At the end, it was less boxes but it was the same amount of furniture because I sent him pictures. But I was pleased with the moving boys who came to my house. They were careful and they were really professional. And the delivery crew were really hardworking people.

Moving Squad seemed to have been credible. After I spoke to them, I spoke to, maybe, a couple of others, and Moving Squad made the best impression. And so far, we are satisfied. I would recommend them.

The people that I bought my house from recommended Moving Squad to me. They were happy with them, so I decided to hire them, too. Everything was a little nerve-racking, but they did a good job. Their crew was very courteous and right on time. There were little scratches on the door, but that was understandable. I just had to patch it up with a little bit of paint. The price I ended up paying was a little bit more than they quoted, but I had a lot of additional boxes and that made up with the difference in the price. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them anytime.

Moving Squad was great and their reps explained everything and were very helpful. Then there were four in their crew and three of them were very professional, but the person in charge was aggressive and kept asking about money before he even finished the job. And he was saying that he was tired and should be going home now. Then as soon as we filled out the paper, they just left without setting up the furniture.

I think that the quote Moving Squad gave me was a little bit wrong because they didn't take into consideration I was on the 5th floor and this side of the building. So they ended up taking an extra hour and a half to get the stuff because there was a really long hallway. Also, the pickup and delivery crew took an hour as far as for driving time, but it was only 15 minutes away from my new place. I got charged another hour and a half, which didn't make sense because they didn't use that hour of travel time. So I was disappointed with that, but they did show up on time and left. And the guys I worked with were good and understanding. One of the gentlemen left all his tools behind and he has yet to pick them up. He called me a couple of weeks ago to try to pick them up, but unfortunately, I work long hours, so I still have all of his stuff.

When we moved from Miami to Boca, we had a moving company that we used to use, the Brothers. I had their phone number and I was about to call that. But the Citation Club Apartment told us that the Moving Squad is really a good moving company so we went with them. The receptionist guy was very nice. When I called them, he was very warm. But we had a problem with the people that handled our furniture and all our moving appliances. We really had a bad experience with them. It was hard to communicate with them and we lost a couple of items.

The apartment complex that I moved into mentioned Moving Squad to me. I went with them and had a good experience. Their moving crew showed up on time and they were quick and thorough. It all went well. The handle of my coffee mug broke, but it was because I didn’t pack it well. I would tell others that they were good and to consider them.

Moving is so stressful, but we’ve had a really good experience with Moving Squad. The actual booking was done with Brad and he was very personable and he gave me his phone number, though it took awhile for him to call me back. The customer service was very personalized and Brad explained everything to me and he made me feel more comfortable. They got there earlier than we expected and really worked throughout the whole time and did a lot. Also, they made it very personable to my husband. They were engaging in conversation that made it a little bit more fun, but they worked super hard. So I was very pleased and it was just fantastic! Now we’re moving back into our new house and I’m considering calling Brad back to have that service as well.

I got a postcard in the mail from Moving Squad and it indicated they had competitive prices. I called them and I had a good conversation with Stefano. He was very responsible. We used him twice for two different moves within a month apart and he always got back to me. I requested the sellers who helped with move number one for move number two, and he complied with that. Everything was fine. Also, pricing was exactly what he said it would be. There were no curve balls. The delivery crew was very respectful. Everything I asked, they did. Everything was prompt and my belongings were handled respectfully. They were delightful and very helpful. It was a very good experience with them. I can wholeheartedly recommend Moving Squad and I would absolutely use them again.

I had a flood in my apartment and I had to pack everything, then I had to have the apartment painted and the carpeting installed. I went on my tablet and found Moving Squad. The transport organizer was excellent and she did a great job. We went through a process and I sent her some photos. I liked that the moving crew kept my things on the truck and then brought them back the next day. They were excellent, very polite, and they knew what they were doing since I have many antiques that have a lot of glass. Moving Squad is all over South Florida and other places and if I ever need their services, I will definitely hire them again.

This is the first time using Moving Squad, they were able to get all of our furniture and packed by owner boxes on to our rental truck, which we were worried about. But, I had rented two dozen moving blankets with our moving truck to protect our furniture, but the movers only used 3 blankets one to put on the bed of the truck for a mattress and two for glass items and that was it. Several pieces of furniture were scratched by other furniture and a headboard put a hole in the back of one of our dresser. Having been a retired military and moving a lot of times they could have take better care of our move.

They were super professional and they based on whatever the quote was in the computer. The representative wasn’t like he was giving me one price but then he would give a different price to somebody else. The weekend we were moving, it happened to be a holiday and every other company wanted to charge time and a half. And the Moving Squad was, “No, we don’t do that." There was no haggling. It was very straightforward and that was what I wanted. I love that it was standardized and very professional. So, I would definitely use them again.

I just looked in the phonebook and got Moving Squad to help us move. Their moving coordinator was fine. He took care of everything. However, we have a king size bed and it’s got drawers underneath. They put the frame up upside down and the drawers in upside down as well. That's the only thing they did wrong but it’s going to get corrected. I’m getting new floors put in the house. So, they got to move all the furniture so they can set it up the right way.

I was looking for multiple companies and Moving Squad had good ratings. I wasn’t pressured to choose them and whatever discussion I had with the moving coordinator, everything came up to what was promised so I am happy with them. I was impressed with the crew because I was given the time frame in which they can come in. Usually, when you get the time frame, you get someone at the last hour of the time frame. If somebody tells you that the crew is coming between 10:00 and 12:00. Most of the time, the crew comes around 12:00 but not with Moving Squad. I was given the time between 9:00 and 10:00 and they were almost on time at 9:00.

I'd tell my friends to use Moving Squad. My husband and I did a local move and we hired them because of Brent, the guy that I spoke to on the phone. He answered all my questions and sounded like he knew what he was doing. During the move, their pickup and delivery crews were very professional and we liked each of them. One of the guys was very friendly and the other two were great as well. They were on time and were very carefully with everything. They came at 9:30, left sometime after 12:00, and were done in three hours. We also really liked that they moved things to where we asked them to move them. They were in and out, plus, they did exactly as they described it to me.

Moving Squad was local and I had seen them in my neighborhood. Also, I always check the uprating and they had good feedback. When the moving coordinator estimated the inventory, he wanted me to go room-by-room but I was in another location and he never came out to the house but it worked out fine. The pick-up and delivery crew were great and they were big and strong.

I called multiple places and no matter what they quoted they kept telling me $600 plus but I only had 11 items. Then I called Moving Squad and they told me that it’s $250 and sounded about right. I also liked how fast they could come and pick up my stuff. The moving coordinator helped me get an idea of what I had and about how fast they could get it done. He was really good about it and was really quick. The two pickup and delivery crew were nice and friendly people and were nice with all my stuff. That they get the job done in a good time and a good price.

I looked up Moving Squad first and saw they’re rated. All friends of mine used them before, and from what they said they packed their stuff very well and they also packed mine very well. If I needed something moved other than that, they helped me a lot. The moving coordinator called me three or four times because I had another box. I packed my stuff, then I added something, and she was very good. She just said “Listen, whatever you have to add, let me know. I’ll adjust the bill.” She was very nice. My husband was a little handicapped so they went above and beyond for us.

The first time Moving Squad moved me, it was great. The guy took care of me and helped me move things that I was supposed to move. He was very nice and cordial. And during the move, everybody addressed me with a sir. But the last time Moving Squad moved me, the moving coordinator was rude. I told him the best place to park to get the stuff around and he got frustrated and talked sharp. The crew was moving very slow and I told him that they don’t have that much time. Then he texted me and said, “Well, I’m going to cash you out.” I said to him that I was not going to get cashed out until they get the job done and if it took him overtime, Moving Squad was going to pay overtime. But the pickup and delivery crew arrived within the time range that they gave me. It was a smaller crew because they just had to move from apartment to apartment but a couple of them were inexperienced. Still, I would recommend Moving Squad of South Florida.

When I called Moving Squad, their pricing was reasonable to me. I was very comfortable working with my moving coordinator and the quote he gave me was very accurate. Everything was on time, too. They picked up and delivered my stuff on the day and time I needed it. Moving Squad kept their word, they didn't try to change the price, and nothing was broken when my things arrived.

I had a previous move with Moving Squad eight months ago. I hired them again recently and my experience was very bad. The coordinator was very professional but he was a little pushy. I asked him for a little bit more time to decide and he was calling me very often. I also made a specific request asking him to please send a more customer friendly driver because the one I had before was very rude. He told me not to worry and that he would be sending me the best crew. But that was not what I got.

We were able to use the other 30 minutes so it was fine and it wasn’t a big deal. Moving Squad was on time and took care of our stuff so I would recommend them.

I dealt with three people from Moving Squad and everybody was very nice. During the planning stage, they were helpful. We went through everything and I have no complaints with that. But it seemed that there was no interaction between the office and the people who did the moving. When I was speaking to the rep, I specifically told her that I wanted to make sure there would be boxes for the televisions and for my mattresses. I even said to her that I was willing to pay for them if I have to. The rep said no and she was going to give them to me. She wrote that down. Then, when I signed up, a part of the deal that we were getting was a moving kit where we'd get 10 free boxes, a few rolls of tape, and a packing paper.

I recommend Moving Squad. I'm very satisfied with them. I had used them in the previous year and this time around the move went very well without a glitch. Their people were very courteous and friendly. The move went very smooth, that's why I used them again.

I have to do three moves and certain things have to go to Massachusetts, other things have to go somewhere else and now I’m moving to a senior house independent living. I have a lot of confidence in Colonial because they took away things to go to Massachusetts. I thought they would do this for me too but they said no and recommended Moving Squad. The moving coordinator was very nice and everything was fine.

Moving Squad needs to educate their people not to do that. It’s not good for the reputation of the company.

My interaction with Moving Squad was great in the beginning but when they moved all the stuff, what they considered packing was just throwing stuff in boxes without wrapping anything. I guess my expectations were too high of movers because they all tend to suck. There was damage and I only found out after because none of the boxes are labeled. I was still looking for my computer and it was already about two months. I don't even want to talk them. I was so angry. I'm never going to move with them again. They're just another typical moving company, in a big fat rush to get the job done and they pay their people the least amount of money possible. They should hire smarter people and pay them more money. The bottom line is Moving Squad sucks.

I picked Moving Squad off of the Google website in some reviews I saw. Their pick-up and delivery crew were very prompt and on time. Also, they were professional, fast and very courteous. They did a good job. A few little things happened with our furniture like they got damaged or scratched a bit, but that’s to be expected on a move when you’re going 160 miles away. But overall, it was a very good experience in comparison to other moving companies.

Moving Squad was the cheapest and the move was in a short amount of time. The pick-up and delivery crew was on time and they were good. But something got damaged and we wrote about it and that we did it with the guy. And we put import when they were getting ready to leave but we haven't heard anything since 1st of December.

But there were a couple of things that they said they wouldn't take. Some of the patio furniture had ants on it and they wouldn't put it on their truck. I would have liked to know some of the rules and I would have looked for that beforehand to make sure they didn't have ants. I wasn't completely happy about that but they also took something else that they weren't going to take before and that was nice of them. It ended up being helpful anyway. They did a good job and everything was wrapped and put back together properly. I would recommend Moving Squad. The people were nice and friendly, and the experience was good overall.

They were specific about what it was going to cost and that's what it cost. The crew was great and the woman that did the arrangement was terrific. I would recommend them to other people.

I was going through a financial crisis and they worked with me. I appreciate them for that and I’m definitely going to be calling them again soon for my other move. And then, somebody else called me because I had to change my date. They sent me the form for how many boxes I needed and I did the estimate. I had a lot of stuff and they sent me four men. And for 6000, I used them for seven hours. So, my quote was close to what I had. And I was happy with the service. They were very friendly, courteous and nice young men. They were on time, too. And their lead man taught them the process and how to get things moving to hurry. So, everything kept going. They came from the old house to the new one, set things up and they were gone. They didn't break anything and did a good job. I'm satisfied.

Working with Moving Square happened out of pure luck. I saw them and asked the guy a question, who then gave me his card. The moving coordinator was Stefano and he was good. He sold me and worked things out. The estimate was fair and everything worked out real good. I would also give the guys who worked with me kudos. They were perfectly on time and they really worked their butts off. They got the job done two hours under the estimate and they were also so much fun and enjoyable while they were working. Moving Squad was fabulous from top to bottom and I would happily 100% tell them others to go with them.

The rep of Moving Squad was good and estimated my inventory over the phone. And the crew that came were phenomenal. They were neat, polite, pleasant, and hard workers. Once those guys walked in the door, it was all over. I never expected the move to be so easy and there were no headaches. I'd recommend Moving Squad all the way.

After having a wonderful experience scheduling our move, I expected the move to be as great. I was wrong. The truck was too small for all our items. I had to leave some belongings with three different neighbors and come back for them the next day. Because the truck was too small, the movers shoved items into the truck in a most haphazard way as was evidenced by great damage to many items. I am waiting for a check for the damaged items, but the amount of the check will be nowhere near what it cost to replace/repair the damaged goods.

I had a great experience with Moving Squad and the moving coordinator was very helpful. The moving crew didn't talk much and they spent a lot of time outside smoking but other than that, they were all right. I've had better crews in the past but they got the job done.

Moving Squad was great. My moving coordinator, Marsha, could see my house off of Zillow and we went room to room when I told her what was going and what wasn't, and it worked out perfectly. And then she sent me all the contract and I sent her the deposit. I had a question a couple of weeks later. I called and left the message on her voicemail but she wasn't coming in until later in the day and her supervisor got it and he called me back. And then when the guy who was coordinating the timing of the move told me what time they were coming to my house, I told him I had Xfinity coming to my house at 3:00. And if they were coming here at 1:00, there was no way. So he did some things and he called me back and told me they were coming to my house at 9:30 in the morning. It was fantastic.

I like Moving Squad's availability and pricing. In fact, we have used them twice and I had the same coordinator both times. The process was smooth and easy, and their delivery crew was great. They were honest, on time and they did everything they said they would. The first group was great and the second group was even better. So, we had a great experience both times. I would use them again and I would recommend them too.

Moving Squad had good reviews and a good price. Their people were really nice and I was very happy with them. They asked me what and where will things be moved, and they were right up on it and they had it down on a list. They went to the first place where I had to pick up furniture and the second place where I had to empty a storage. They brought it all up to Jacksonville and they were very efficient. The delivery team was excellent. They were right on the money and they were there when they were supposed to. They were also efficient in loading and unloading, and I could count on them. They did a wonderful job. I'd tell others to use them if they want somebody who's inexpensive and efficient.

I didn’t have much furniture to move so, he gave me the bare minimum trucks that he could. He explained the whole process and how the whole move would take place. And he gave me the quote when he said he was going to send it to me in an email. When I got it, I was told the price would not change, and it didn’t. They took a deposit and then I deposited the payment when it was due. Everything they said happened so, I appreciated that. In addition, the delivery people came on time, were efficient and they got us to the new place on time. It took a couple of hours to get everything moved and everything was handled very well.

I started calling around to get an estimate for my move. And I called Moving Squad when I was ready to move. They already had the pictures of my house and we were able to go room by room. The lady I spoke to had everything on her computer and she gave me an estimate. The movers were on time, and they were very courteous and professional. They had everything in the truck in three hours. And they had to come back another time to set up my dining room table and the beds because where I live, they had to leave by 6:00. They came back a couple of days after and put up the other two beds and my dining room table. They took care of my things and nothing broke. I would recommend Moving Squad.

Initially, I moved my stuff in the storage and I was in a hotel room for two weeks until my house was ready. Then I had them move my stuff out of storage and into my house. If anybody asked me for moving referrals, Moving Squad is the only one I would give.

The pickup and delivery crew sent by the Moving Squad was very accommodating and helpful. They were also very professional, courteous, and on time. But their supervisor was a little rash over the phone with me. I didn't have the paperwork for the insurance during the move since it wasn't emailed to me but I spoke to the agent and told Moving Squad that they could call him to get the information. Still, their supervisor was abrupt and I remember telling him that there was no need to yell at me. He was concerned about the value of the items and wanted to stop the move. But I have paid a significant amount of insurance for most of the high-value items.

We moved into a condo and they recommended Moving Squad. I didn't have a mover, so I said, "Oh, let me take this because apparently they move other people into that same condo." I called them and I asked for an estimate and they gave me a good price. Also, the moving coordinator was good. Then a team three men came and the head guy was excellent. The team did an excellent job, they were professional and didn't break anything. I'd use them again in a minute and I would recommend them. My son might move in the future and he said he would use them.

I have used the Moving Squad three times before. One time, they put a little ding on my door and they gave me money for that. So I called them again because when I needed them, their price was much more affordable. But I told them to make sure I have a different crew and they gave me that, so I felt more comfortable with it. I told them to make sure they're professional. However, one guy kept on calling me "Sweetie", and that is not professional. They were way too comfortable with me. Even the main guy was not that great. I don’t even know how he has my personal cell phone number and he has called me a few weeks ago because my stepmother was moving as well. I felt uncomfortable and it was just weird. They told me that if I ever need help with anything, I can call them. Not only did I not like that, I wasn't even interested.

I had a very short window of time that I needed to move and Moving Squad was the first one that was able to accommodate that. The estimate was provided by the phone and the individual that I spoke to was very detailed. We went through room by room, and then he provided me with an estimate. The estimate was within my budget, and so I decided to move forward. Upon arrival, there were four or five individuals and the lead person greeted me. And before anybody started anything, he said, "Let's do a walkthrough based on the estimate you were provided. Let's make sure we have covered everything," which we did. We went through and once we reached an agreement that these are the items to be moved, he then called in the other individuals. They were like robots. They moved at a pace that was unbelievable and they were very thorough.

Moving Squad was the local company from West Palm Beach and they were recommended to me by the company that owns the apartment building that I'm in. Their moving coordinator was fine and asked me what I was moving. I told them what it was and they guessed the estimated weight. The actual movers did what they were supposed to do and I tested them in bottom-line. Though Colonial was the one that handled the move and was horrible, Moving Squad did a good job.

We had friends who used Moving Squad and gave us good reviews. We decided to use them and this is the second time we used them. The rep was very communicative and got back to me very quickly. It was a very last-minute move and I called him. He was busy but he called me back an hour later, gave me my estimate, and we were booked that afternoon for the following week. And then, we had to reschedule and he was able to reschedule us. It was a great experience. The pick-up and delivery crew were on time. They were friendly, respectable and worked well. Nothing broke so that’s great. I highly recommend Moving Squad.

At first, we were happy with the Moving Squad. We got an estimate from them that sounded good and they were available right away for us. It also seemed like everything was good when they first put it in the warehouse, so when their boss called at the very moment, we told him their guys did a good job. However, when we went back to the warehouse to drop other stuff, we noticed that our leather couch was damaged and that some other furniture were scratched and dented. I didn’t call them back because I knew they would say that it had been a few days later and how would I prove it. But their crew was on time and their moving coordinator was attentive. He treated me very well and he responded right away.

Moving Squad had the best quote compared to three other companies but it ended up slightly higher because it took us about half an hour longer. But, they didn't bill me the full hour, only for the 30 minutes. The pick up and delivery crew made sure to try to find the most efficient and fastest way to get everything done. I had packed everything except for the heavy furniture and they came and disassembled and reassembled them back. They asked me all the questions and all I had to do was just give them the answer. I didn't have to think about anything because they thought about it for me.

The coordinator at the Moving Squad was very professional, courteous and we even had few laughs. I asked them what I could do and he told me in a nice way that they were good, then they took care of everything. They wrapped things up and loaded them into the truck. They confirmed the address and we all reached the house about the same time. They were very courteous and fast about unloading the truck. The move was five miles away and the actual amount was a little less than the quote they gave me. I would recommend them to anyone. They treated all my stuff with a little warmth and with much concern as it was brand new or a higher price which I was very grateful for.

I had a bad experience before with moving things. So this time, I just shopped around because I had to move two bedroom worth of stuff and saw the Moving Squad. I then decided to give them a try. While my experience with them was excellent, it was rough at the beginning. The coordinator never gave me the right number so I couldn't reach her. After I got a little stern and asked for a number that I can reach, she gave me a direct number and it was an easy process from there.

The rate was based on the number of hours and I thought it was going to take two hours to do the move. It was pretty accurate and they just went over by about 10 minutes. She was great especially because at that time, I was 36 weeks pregnant and trying to close on a house and get this and that. She made me feel really reassured and she made it happen. I had back and forth yelling with the owner and we cursed each other out. They gave me a time window but no one showed up. I called him and he said I gave him a time window that didn’t work out in my favor so he said that it’s not his fault. We were back and forth arguing about it. He said the person with whom I set my appointment with asked me at that time but I didn’t need a certain time to be out. I’m telling him his coordinated person didn’t tell me that. He tried to cut me out, that’s why I told him to hang up and try listen to his recording, then call me back, but he just let other guys call me. Moving Squad was who our office recommended and the movers were great. I’d recommend them to anyone but I wouldn’t just because of the company they work for. We ended up paying at least a hundred bucks to move my house but I don’t need the owner yelling at me on the phone.

I needed to have a quick move because I sold my apartment and bought a house. Moving Squad was available and was the fastest one that could come to me. They also had what I needed that's why I went with them. The moving process was fine. The guys who picked up my furniture were the same ones who dropped them which was nice to know. Our move with Moving Squad was great, but the after move care is lacking. We processed a claim for our master bedroom bed that got damaged during the move and it is taking forever. They said to send pictures and a few other documents which we did five weeks ago but we still haven’t received any response. We need some feedback to see what’s going on because our bed is broken, ugly and an eyesore. There were few other damages. We saw scratches on my dining table and a few other nicks on my other bed, but there could only be one claim filed at a time. Other than that, everything was fine and we even got a gift card after the move. They were nice, courteous, prompt and ready.

The rep from Moving Squad that we talked to was very nice. We told him exactly what we needed to be done like the main stuff, all the couches and bed sets, which was our main thing. We also asked him if there was spare time to help move other stuff and he did not have a problem with it. When their guys came, we explained it to them and they did not have a problem with it either. We didn’t think we could get it all done in time but we got everything done. They did it very fast and very efficiently. It worked out very well. Moving Squad is great and I would recommend them.

I was doing an international move out of the US. I had already boxed everything up and all I needed was to move the boxes to the shipping company's warehouse to be put on to pallets and shrink-wrapped. I was very skeptical at first because my sister moved recently to Alpharetta, Georgia and she had a horrible experience. The moving company held her belongings for a couple of days because the quote was way below what they then were asking her to pay so I was very wary. But we had a very positive experience with Moving Squad. The quote they gave me was reasonable, and the moving coordinator was very accommodating and she provided a wealth of information. She gave me directions on things, like how to pack and I really appreciated that. The movers were very professional and I was amazed at the speed at which they were moving.

There wasn’t any storage left in the keys and Moving Squad offered to come. I took them upon it and the moving coordinator told me the quote and when they were going to store it. The pickup and delivery crew were very nice and they took an hour to move everything. They warned me that probably storage wouldn’t take it without me but I didn’t believe them. When they took my things to public storage, they wouldn’t take it without me there so Moving Squad stored it on their own storage. It worked out but it cost a little more. Still, it was easy and I was happy.

Moving Squad did fine and everybody was good. The moving coordinator is a young woman who took all information and she helped me a lot. Then, I didn't have any problems with the delivery and pickup crew. The move was on September 3rd and it was a direct move from North Lauderdale to Del Ray beach. They took the normal time to get from where I lived to where I am now. My cooking recipes are missing but there's a possibility they're in a box I haven't opened up yet. All in all, I was pleased.

My son worked with Moving Squad and they were wonderful. They were above and beyond, and were very helpful. They were beautiful people and everything went up perfectly well. The coordinator whom my daughter spoke to was great and gave what we felt was a fair price. The pick-up and delivery crew was exceptional and they get high marks all around. They loaded up quickly from storage, doing everything start to finish, got the things on the truck, brought it to the condominium and unloaded start to finish in reasonable time. Both of my children who were involved in the move were extremely pleased.

Getting a rate and how much approximately it was going to cost us moving was complicated. I called three moving companies and then ended up with Moving Squad. The move took less than three hours. I moved all my small stuff since I wasn't going that far, less than a mile and a half away. They just had the big stuff to move. I'd recommend them to somebody who’d ask me.

They're competitive and Marsha, the coordinator, was very professional. The pick-up and delivery crew was very delightful as well. They were on time and took six hours to deliver my stuff.

It’s a same sized room and all the same furniture, but I didn’t realize how much extra time the elevator was going to take. The gentleman I spoke to was caring and I had a connection with him right away. He said he would work with me on it and he got me right on the dot and the price didn’t go over. The pickup and delivery crew were awesome and the whole move went really smooth. It was over in four hours with having to go up the elevator. I would feel very comfortable using Moving Squad again and telling a friend about them.

He laid out the plan very carefully and clearly, and they showed up on time. The movers were also great, proficient and fast. They eyeballed what had to be done, got it in the truck and made it happen. They’re friendly and really an efficient group. Everything got moved without any damage. They were just phenomenal. I gave them each a pretty sizeable tip and told them I would use them again. The experience was seamless and right on target.

Moving Squad's experience and knowledge made them seem very reliable to me, and the salesman I spoke to on the phone seemed to know what he was doing. The coordinator asked me all the items that I needed to move. Based on that, he told me how big a storage I needed because everything's in storage right now, and how much it would cost. The moving crew was very good. They wrapped everything very well and then they moved and fit everything in the storage very well. They were very experienced. The only surprise to me was they said that they would require a deposit of $15 for the blanket rental while it's in storage. They wrapped things in blankets, but they did not say it was $15 per blanket. It ended up being like $400, which I will get back when I take my things out of storage. It's just a deposit, but it was a little misleading. Other than that, our overall experience was very good.

I'd get Moving Squad again because I only got one trucker. I got in serious trouble because of the storm and my back was really bad. They were a little bit later than they said, but it's fine because they were on another job and did the best they could. Moving Squad did a great job and everything arrived in good condition. I would recommend them to anybody.

Moving Squad had a good price. They closed my house and it was very convenient. The rep showed me the guide and the moving crew was perfectly on time. Everything was okay, aside from one minor inconvenience. A bar stool was damaged, but overall it was a very good experience. It was easy and fast.

I was calling moving companies and most of them didn't answer that time. It was late in the afternoon and I was getting no replies from anyone. Then Moving Squad answered. The moving coordinator guy was great. He was the reason why I proceeded with it because he was very responsive, answered all of my questions, asked all the questions that needed to be asked so they can get a good idea of what was going on. He sent his son to give me a moving kit at one point and met him somewhere. However, the pickup and delivery crew was 45 minutes late. I had to call to see what was the holdup.

He gave me choices on what I want and what I wanted to do so our interaction was very good, very easy and smooth.
