The rep from Moving Squad that we talked to was very nice. We told him exactly what we needed to be done like the main stuff, all the couches and bed sets, which was our main thing. We also asked him if there was spare time to help move other stuff and he did not have a problem with it. When their guys came, we explained it to them and they did not have a problem with it either. We didn’t think we could get it all done in time but we got everything done. They did it very fast and very efficiently. It worked out very well. Moving Squad is great and I would recommend them.

I was doing an international move out of the US. I had already boxed everything up and all I needed was to move the boxes to the shipping company's warehouse to be put on to pallets and shrink-wrapped. Sounded pretty straightforward to me, but after I got to the warehouse it seemed everything fell apart. Thanks to the professionals from Moving Squad that had previous experience in such circumstances, we were able to get the task accomplished with only a slight overrun in the estimated time. I could never have done this by myself -- thank you Moving Squad for getting the job done for me!

I was very skeptical at first because my sister moved recently to Alpharetta, Georgia and she had a horrible experience. The moving company held her belongings for a couple of days because the quote was way below what they then were asking her to pay so I was very wary. But we had a very positive experience with Moving Squad. The quote they gave me was reasonable, and the moving coordinator was very accommodating and she provided a wealth of information. She gave me directions on things, like how to pack and I really appreciated that. The movers were very professional and I was amazed at the speed at which they were moving.

There wasn’t any storage left in the keys and Moving Squad offered to come. I took them upon it and the moving coordinator told me the quote and when they were going to store it. The pickup and delivery crew were very nice and they took an hour to move everything. They warned me that probably storage wouldn’t take it without me but I didn’t believe them. When they took my things to public storage, they wouldn’t take it without me there so Moving Squad stored it on their own storage. It worked out but it cost a little more. Still, it was easy and I was happy.

Moving Squad did fine and everybody was good. The moving coordinator is a young woman who took all information and she helped me a lot. Then, I didn't have any problems with the delivery and pickup crew. The move was on September 3rd and it was a direct move from North Lauderdale to Del Ray beach. They took the normal time to get from where I lived to where I am now. My cooking recipes are missing but there's a possibility they're in a box I haven't opened up yet. All in all, I was pleased.

My son worked with Moving Squad and they were wonderful. They were above and beyond, and were very helpful. They were beautiful people and everything went up perfectly well. The coordinator whom my daughter spoke to was great and gave what we felt was a fair price. The pick-up and delivery crew was exceptional and they get high marks all around. They loaded up quickly from storage, doing everything start to finish, got the things on the truck, brought it to the condominium and unloaded start to finish in reasonable time. Both of my children who were involved in the move were extremely pleased.

Getting a rate and how much approximately it was going to cost us moving was complicated. I called three moving companies and then ended up with Moving Squad. The moving coordinator asked me to describe every room and what furniture I have in every room, and she gave me an approximate price based on that. I contacted her more than once and she was always available and emailed me back immediately. She even emailed through the process of paying.

Everything went fine when I moved. The quote that Moving Squad gave me was the amount I paid. Both the moving coordinator and the actual crew were good and professional. They took care of everything and were timely.

I was in this apartment for 28 years and a new owner came in and bought the whole complex. He was going to change it to condos, so I went on and bought a house. I had to change my moving date three different times, and he went along with me. I had a lot of other offers and since Moving Squad was available, the price was right, and I felt that they could do the job, I picked them. The three guys that showed up for the moving were very professional, competent, and on time. One guy was very talkative and I learned a lot from him. They didn't waste any time. The move took less than three hours. I moved all my small stuff since I wasn't going that far, less than a mile and a half away. They just had the big stuff to move. I'd recommend them to somebody who’d ask me.

I had an outstanding experience with Moving Squad. I transferred and started to move about four months out and everything’s been great with them. They're competitive and Marsha, the coordinator, was very professional. The pick-up and delivery crew was very delightful as well. They were on time and took six hours to deliver my stuff.

I took pictures of the stuff, sent it to them and they reviewed it out, and they called me and asked me what was what. And then the moving coordinator gave me an estimate. She was great. The pickup and delivery crew had put it down for five hours but did it in three and a half. They were running up and down the stairs and it was crazy. They did an excellent job.

Moving Squad's prices were very good but I thought it was a little high because I was moving from a ground floor apartment to a 7th story with an elevator. It’s a same sized room and all the same furniture, but I didn’t realize how much extra time the elevator was going to take. The gentleman I spoke to was caring and I had a connection with him right away. He said he would work with me on it and he got me right on the dot and the price didn’t go over. The pickup and delivery crew were awesome and the whole move went really smooth. It was over in four hours with having to go up the elevator. I would feel very comfortable using Moving Squad again and telling a friend about them.

The whole service I got from Moving Squad was outstanding and perfect. Their coordinator gave me all the information that I needed and was very helpful. The crew was on time and super professional. They packed all my furniture without a scratch and placed everything in the right place. They answered all my questions and kept in touch with me during the process. They even called me back twice the day of delivery to make sure that everything was placed in the right place and that I was happy. I will recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Moving Squad was very good. From my initial phone contact with the office staff, I knew I was onto a team that meant business. I particularly liked the fact that they explained the contract and made sure I understood it. The team of movers were courteous, professional, respectful and STRONG! One of our friends used Moving Squad six months ago and they said they had a good experience with them, so we figured we’d try it and we did. It was a great move because I owned a company years ago when I was young and these guys from Moving Squad did wonders. They did beautifully for us and they were the best. I used Moving Squad of South Florida because of their reputation and pricing. Their quote was right on and the coordinator was very professional too. He laid out the plan very carefully and clearly, and they showed up on time. The movers were also great, proficient and fast. They eyeballed what had to be done, got it in the truck and made it happen. They’re friendly and really an efficient group. Everything got moved without any damage. They were just phenomenal. I gave them each a pretty sizeable tip and told them I would use them again. The experience was seamless and right on target.

Moving Squad's experience and knowledge made them seem very reliable to me, and the salesman I spoke to on the phone seemed to know what he was doing. The coordinator asked me all the items that I needed to move. Based on that, he told me how big a storage I needed because everything's in storage right now, and how much it would cost. The moving crew was very good. They wrapped everything very well and then they moved and fit everything in the storage very well. They were very experienced. The only surprise to me was they said that they would require a deposit of $15 for the blanket rental while it's in storage. They wrapped things in blankets, but they did not say it was $15 per blanket. It ended up being like $400, which I will get back when I take my things out of storage. It's just a deposit, but it was a little misleading. Other than that, our overall experience was very good.

I'd get Moving Squad again because I only got one trucker. I got in serious trouble because of the storm and my back was really bad. I’m going to be looking at them to pack me up completely this time because I can’t do it. Half of the truck's still here and most of it were my clothes.

Included also in the move was a really big wood, donut-shaped teaching table where somebody sits in the center and we teach all around us. They were massive pieces. The rep, Stephano, gave me a fair quote so, I moved forward. The three guys that moved the stuff did a phenomenal job. They were very friendly, professional and respectful. They were a little bit later than they said, but it's fine because they were on another job and did the best they could. Moving Squad did a great job and everything arrived in good condition. I would recommend them to anybody.

Moving Squad had a good price. They closed my house and it was very convenient. The rep showed me the guide and the moving crew was perfectly on time. Everything was okay, aside from one minor inconvenience. A bar stool was damaged, but overall it was a very good experience. It was easy and fast.

I was calling moving companies and most of them didn't answer that time. It was late in the afternoon and I was getting no replies from anyone. Then Moving Squad answered. The moving coordinator guy was great. He was the reason why I proceeded with it because he was very responsive, answered all of my questions, asked all the questions that needed to be asked so they can get a good idea of what was going on. He sent his son to give me a moving kit at one point and met him somewhere. However, the pickup and delivery crew was 45 minutes late. I had to call to see what was the holdup.

The development that I moved into recommended Moving Squad. The only thing I was disappointed in was they had wrapped my TV stand, which was brand new, and they scratched it all up. This was a $900 TV stand, and I just bought it a month ago. I’m told they’re only giving me $39 for it, which I haven’t seen that, and for that reason, I could never use them again. The guys were great and I was very satisfied with the way they packed everything and delivered it to my storage for me. But they also marked up all my walls so now I’ve got to repaint it.

Also, the moving coordinator was very helpful and he was able to give us a quote over the phone without having to come to the location. It was very convenient because we're self-employed, so we try not to stop what we're doing during the day. The moving coordinator was almost spot on with it and it was a good experience. The delivery crew was on time, courteous and professional. Overall, Moving Squad was very professional and very accommodating. They went above and beyond the call of duty. We haven't moved in 24 years so imagine the items that we accumulated. They didn't even blink an eye. They had actually helped us pack a few boxes here and there.

Moving Squad had very good reviews online and my mother used them before. I also used them one time about five years ago, so I'm a returning customer. I dealt with them online and it was quick. I was at work and the moving coordinator did everything very well. He asked me how many guys I would need and that if I wanted more it would take less. He explained everything, too and told me I could call and gave me his extension number for questions. Also, I have used movers where I’ve had to stand on top of them to get them to really move but the Moving Squad guys knew exactly what they were doing and didn’t slack at all. I was so happy with that and I would use them again.

While I had a great experience with pickup and delivery crews who were professional and courteous, I did not like that the price that was quoted was not the one that they actually charged me. They ended up charging a lot more than what the quote was. It was a little disappointing because the services were phenomenal but the estimates were off. And I actually under-quoted the amount of items that were being transported. So if a friend asks me about them, I would tell them to expect a very high bill.

However, they wheel wagon-ed my very expensive Ralph Lauren round dining room table rather than carrying it. The damage is expected but it was something that could have been avoided. I'm a real estate agent and my clients chose the Moving Squad. They’re near to us and it’s near the place we were going to move to. They gave us a quote but they charged an extra $200 later. They never said they're going to charge for the extra boxes.The moving guy gave me 30 boxes even after telling him that I didn’t need that much. We only used 13 boxes and returned the extra 17 boxes to him but they still charged me for the 30. The guy was very nice though and set out everything, and the delivery crew came in on time.

The first time I went with them was because I have so many shoes and they wrapped it up all nicely. It was systematic. I really do care about my Jordans. My moving coordinator was great. I was just trying to move down as much as I can but he was nice. I wouldn't have chosen them if they weren't professional and courteous. The pick-up and delivery crew were on time as well. Lastly, there's only one knock I have on all those boxes. And that knock is every time I move, they're going to give me a customer appreciation, like lower the bill a little bit. That's the only thing because probably when I move again next year, I'm going to call them again if I always use a "customer appreciation". Overall, Moving Squad is excellent.

A friend of mine is working at Moving Squad and I needed to move the stuff within a given time. They said they would try to get me in, which they did and that was commendable. The Moving Squad were pros from the beginning to end of my move from Orlando to Boca Raton. Communicative, prompt, and careful with my belongings. I would not hesitate to use them for any move I have in the future, and I would recommend them to friends.

I picked up a Moving Squad brochure where I was moving to and they said they were experts in moving apartments so I got them. The rep that I talked to on the phone was very helpful, and the other guy and his team were awesome -- something very rare to find nowadays. They were on time, helpful and very careful of everything that they touched and moved around. There were a couple of pieces that had a sentimental value and they took extra care of them.

They wrapped everything and they seemed to be concerned about my furniture. And with the moving being hectic, Moving Squad made it a bit easier.

Moving Squad was giving me better service and I was more comfortable with them. They also have a timely quote, they explained the whole process a little better and they're available more. I emailed the moving coordinator then, we set up a call, and right away, we walked through the house because the house was listed. She saw all the pictures and gave me a quote through that. I ran her down my situation because they had to keep my stuff overnight and she said that wouldn't be a problem.

We used Moving Squad a year ago for a move on Miami Beach and it went fairly well. This time around that was not the case. The movers broke an expensive glass table, dragged wrapped furniture on the concrete until it ripped and damaged the contents (wood), broke flower pots (3), white upholstered king sized bed dragged on the floor leaving it completely filthy on its sides and edges, broke/scratched up 3 wooden chaise lounge chairs and even managed to drag a high-end picnic table on the floor leaving the edges and sides damaged. At one point part of the crew started arguing with each other using profanity back and forth and I had to tell one of them (Shawn) to get out of my home. There are pictures of all of this to document this disaster of a move, some which I uploaded here. Unfortunately, cents on the dollar reimbursement offers for quality furnishings isn't acceptable especially when it's due negligence and not accidental.

Moving Squad had a brochure up at the office and when I contacted them, the rep was accurate on the cost which I appreciated. They movers also worked well with me as far as moving the furniture.

Moving Squad was recommended to us. Everything was on time but they were late on the last pick up. And we had to call Moving Squad and ask where they were. The dispatch center told us, "We don't know where they are. We'll try and reach them and ask them where they are and get back to you." But they didn't. I had to around a country club looking for them. I finally found them and they were rather late. They didn't even indicate that they were there. They were just standing at the back of the building waiting for us. There was no way I would have known they were there had I not ran around the building. So, that was kind of annoying. Other than that, everything was good.

We had used another moving company when we moved to Florida. I called the number again for our move but because it was local, they directed me to Moving Squad. Their moving coordinator was nice and good. They took the time to go over everything in the move and how many boxes it should take. They were very helpful.

I was closing on one house on a Thursday and opening another one on a Friday. I needed to move my furniture and belongings, and Moving Squad seemed to be the most reasonable moving company and one of the people there was sincere on the phone. However, I didn't feel too good about the estimate being off. They were to keep my things inside their truck overnight, and the person I was talking to gave a $125 estimate which was fine with me. It only took them an hour and forty minutes to load up the truck so it was very easy. Then they came back the next day and it took them an hour and fifteen minutes to unload the truck. It took a little longer to put the bedroom set together, but all in all, it's still way under three hours.

The moving coordinators were pretty knowledgeable and accommodating of our schedule. He was responsive and he gave back the quotes pretty quickly. The crew was also very helpful and courteous. They're also very fast and they took really good care of all of our stuff, so we were really appreciative of that, when they stored it and then when they delivered it. There was also a follow-up call at the very end to see how our experience went. And the good thing is they kept with whatever they quoted. They're really good. I would recommend them.

Moving Squad underestimated my move and original quote by half - they didn't show up until after 1 o'clock and didn't get us moved to our new LOCAL location (less than 3 miles away) until after 9 at night and had to call in EXTRA help. Of course the price doubled and they informed us as the loaded truck was in our driveway - very disappointed in their whole company. They left us with missing parts to assemble a table THEY left apart. When we called them 3 times to complain - we got an "Ok - we will look into this and get back to you." Still waiting for the call back - very bad all the way around.

I used the Moving Squad to move some stuff from Miami to South Beach. I sent the coordinator a picture of my stuff and he sent me a quote after that and we decided together the date of the moving. They came on Thursday to pick up and they delivered on Friday. However, one of the guys broke a mirror table. It was tricky because he made me sign a paper, informed me that I will be contacted by the manager for the insurance but they never did. I'm disappointed by Moving Squad and I won't take them anymore.

Somebody that I knew used Moving Squad a few weeks earlier. I spoke with their moving coordinator several times and he was able to absorb what needed to be done and was responsive with answering any questions I had and what the estimated cost would be as well as the time. It was excellent. Also, this was difficult because the move involved taking things to four different locations so the coordination was important. It was two offices of storage units and a residence the things had to be taken to. But they were very good at that. During the pickup and delivery, the head person was great too and they worked very well as a team. I would recommend Moving Squad to anyone.

Moving Squad was a referral from a friend. Marsha, the coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She had scheduled three men to come out for two hours and I was quoted $425 which was cheaper than having two guys come out for three hours, so she was trying to find me the best rate possible. That was quick and painless. The guys showed up and they were great and absolutely wonderful but there were two of them and they ended up taking about three hours which is obviously longer than the two hours that the girl had adjusted the time for because there were some issues.

There wasn’t a ton for them to unload during delivery, but whatever they did, they put in the right rooms and moved some stuff around. I would definitely recommend them.

Moving Squad's moving coordinator asked me about the square footage, how many boxes, and how much furniture or room. I explained what I wanted and he said he'd give me an estimate based on that. The move was efficient and timely and they did a really nice job. However, we were rushed at the end because my building had a rule that they have to be done by 5:00 and we were very close on that time. But they were nice and courteous and I was very satisfied with that. I have moved a few times and it's not always the same experience. The cost was good as well. I was trying to save cost so I packed the majority of things myself.

Then we had a hard time getting into one of the storage units and moving into the other one, but the pick-up and delivery crew were real patient about that. They were done packing in a little over 2 hours. I had rented 2 pods because I wasn't sure if everything was gonna fit in one but they were able to fit everything in one pod. Moving Squad knew the job. It was a short distance move so I took my car and they followed me in the truck. It was quick work and they also were professional. It was a good experience until the end. Everything was quoted and I was going to give them $20 but they appeared upset with that. They said it's Saturday and that is nothing. It has to be at least $60. I'm not experienced with that kind of move, so in the end I gave them $50 extra and they left. I will recommend their company to a friend. The only thing is that I will tell my friend that they have to agree with them how much is going to be the final cost for them not to have the same experience I had.

I called different people and the guy at Moving Squad was very friendly. I wasn’t ready to move, but he kept calling every week to be updated and would send me email so I thought he was genuine and a concerned person. In all that time, he told me that they would bring boxes for me to put my belongings in and they would use some kind of fancy wrap that they use to wrap the things they have to move to make sure they have space. Then, two weeks before, he decided that there was a $50 down payment, which he never told me. I decided I’d just give the $50 and shut up, but by then I did not trust him anymore.

For the combination of availability and the price as well as the professional approach, I opted to go with the Moving Squad. The pick-up and delivery crew were polite, professional, and very efficient. It was an overall a good service.

The pricing was not realistic with Moving Squad. I look at the pricing and I think they're overcharging and I probably paid a little bit more over. In the process someone should come over home and then should do the actual. They don't see the product so they just over put the price. That’s not very professional. They need to get a better price and then customer will be happier, so the people will trust. But the job is done, the team was wonderful and they’re all friendly, helpful and professional. The delivery guys all worked very well and did it very carefully. They contacted me and informed me that they're coming and going, so that's good. I’m very happy about them.

Moving Squad was excellent. I have no complaints about anything except that they kind of messed up the wall unit that they moved that had electrical in it. But I don't think they realized it so when somebody called me, I told them about it.
