I don’t usually write reviews, but Mile Relocation earned it. I’m happy to take the time because it might help someone else down the road. I called Mile Relocation two weeks before my planned move and we agreed on the timing. A few days before the move I realized I wouldn’t finish packing in time. I called, and THANKFULLY the customer rep was able to adjust the schedule to a more convenient time! That honestly saved me! I was already starting to go gray from the stress! The truck arrived on time, and everything was loaded quickly. They worked fast and didn’t waste a single minute. The move went smoothly. I highly recommend Mile Relocation.

Big thanks to Mile Relocation for helping us haul everything even my moto out here to Iowa! From day one they gave me a solid assessment of dimensions and tips for packing up fragile stuff (I’ve had things busted before on long hauls). Mike and his crew showed up, packed the fridge, furniture, and boxes tight, then carefully loaded the moto. Seven days later everything landed safe and sound here in Iowa. Couldn’t have gone smoother!

Moving day didn’t go as planned. Just hours before the scheduled unload, I found out my new apartment wouldn’t be ready-major curveball from the landlord. I was stressed and scrambling for options. I reached out to Mile Relocation, expecting the worst, but they came through immediately. The woman on the phone was calm, reassuring, and quick to offer a solution-they had storage ready to go. Their team arrived promptly, loaded everything into storage with care, and kept me updated the whole time. When my place finally opened up, they delivered everything right on schedule. What started as a moving nightmare ended up being a smooth and professional experience. Couldn’t be more thankful.

We were looking for a company that also offered storage services. The search took a while, but I found Mile Relocation. Two strong guys handled the move. It took them about 3 hours, including disassembling and packing a wardrobe and shelving unit. they didn’t skimp on packing materials-everything was carefully wrapped in protective film. The price was average-not cheap, not overpriced, which we were very happy with. Honestly, they treated everything as if it were their own belongings-with care and attention.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish! One of their quality assurance team members gave me a mobile estimate-it included the cost, time required, and the type of vehicle needed. The young man was very professional and friendly. He explained which packing materials would be needed for each item. The workers arrived with their own tools, wrapping film, and other supplies. They disassembled everything carefully and efficiently. Everything was delivered safe and sound-nothing was broken or scratched, and most importantly... I survived the move!

Thieves. Bait and switch. Gave me an awesome quote to move my 3 bedroom home from Reese to Louisiana…then they called 2 days before the move and doubled the price. They claimed I had 200 more cubic feet, but the original quote was streamlined in order to beat their competitor. So they got new away from another great quote, then when it was only 2 days before hand, they called… screwed a single dad of 3 girls over..(retired Air Force veteran)…Phillip from QA wouldn’t talk to the guy that promised the deal.

I had an interstate move with this company and once I started unpacking I realized that items had been damaged and there were items missing. While the company has reached out to start the claims process, the moving company foreman called me to tell me I was lying. The unmitigated gall! I am highly incensed! Do yourself a favor!!

Thanks truly! It will become truly as swift as a rare lifetime opportunity! They managed to dismantle furniture that wouldn’t fit down my tight old staircase without a single scratch. So considerate, so efficient, so eager to assist. I'm able to rent them as brief as greater.

The team rolled up right on time, loaded everything, and hit the road for my move to MI. Six days later ((as promised) everything arrived safe and sound. Customer representative kept in touch the whole way-clear, professional, no stress. I wanted things done precise and on schedule, and that’s exactly what I got.

Hands down the best move ever! Movers pulled up early like 15 min before they were even supposed to. Super polite, wrapped up all my stuff with care, and not a single thing broke. In South Florida, you don’t always see that kind of hustle. Already told my friends about them, and I’ll be booking Mile again when I move next. The best movers around.
