I was moving alone to my very 1st apartment after college, there was no budget to spare and I had no idea what interstate moving actually costs... Their managers were straight with me from the estimate call and the final number matched what they quoted. Movers were nice to deal with too.

Jorg was our contact for the whole move and dude was on it. Two pickup locations, one drop in colorado and nothing got mixed up. Quality assurance on this kind of complicated interstate moving situation is not a given. Trust me I've had bad experiences before.

Was lied to initially and told the deposit comes out of the total price. Was also lied to and told we could pay with a credit card, but when the movers arrived, they demanded cash, which we were not prepared for. The movers also increased the price because THEY underestimated how much space we needed, although I gave a very detailed description of what was moving, every box and every piece of furniture were accounted for, and STILL had to throw things away to keep from being charged another $700. Was originally told “you’ll have your stuff within 2-14 days, but it never takes that long”, then after they picked up, a week later I called for an update and was told “it’s actually 14 BUSINESS days” which was not specified originally, so now the kids and I have been on the floor for a week and will still be for up to another 2 weeks. Would not recommend this company.

I was honestly worried about moving across states because it was my first long distance move. The movers kept checking in with updates, and the accurate estimate ended up matching the final cost. That made the whole experience great.

Horrible experience with this company. They quoted me different prices several times we. We finally ended up on one price only for the movers to come out a separate company. And give me a quote that had tripled since the previous night. Ended up with no choice but to pay because I needed my items there. They also gave me wrong details for delivery window.

This is our 3rd interstate move in 4 years as a military family and something always goes wrong with whoever we hire… This time nothing did. Cesar wrapped our stuff carefully and estimate was accurate, it matched the final bill exactly. It never happened before.

Mile Relocation helped us to move from Florida to RI this spring. Everyone from Justin that I talked on phone initially to Emma at customer service were knowledgeable, attentive and ready to help. The move went as smoothly as you can hope for. Highly recommend.

If you're doing a big move across states and stressing about the cost, they give you an acurate estimate on the first call and it doesn't change. Luis and the crew packed up our whole apartment fast and nothing broke. Couldn't believe how smooth it was.

Run, don't walk, from considering to do business with Mile Relocation or their affiliate United Prime Van Lines. You will thank me over and over again. No BS; just the truth. We have been lied to at every single step of this terrible process. We were told two weeks from when we said we could accept the delivery to when we could get the delivery, and to not call too soon, as they could show up early and charge us more. They told us they would pick up our stuff on the 16th of May first thing am, and didn't end up coming to get it all until after 1:00. They then were unable to finish on the Saturday, so came back on the Sunday to complete the job, and, of course, charge us significantly more (as in Thousands) than the original estimate.

Supposed to pick up 5/2/26 driver pick up 5/4/26. Delivery date promise 17 days from pick up date or earlier they deliver June 1, 2026 almost 1 month. Tv damaged not working, electric scooter damage broken bracket and brake not working. Drawers damaged scratches all over and boxes rip off. Horrible moving company. Never use this total unprofessional. Better to rent Uhaul if moving to other state safer all your stuff.

They give accurate estimates and provide the best quality of customer service. I had a couple of questions before scheduling my move, and the staff answered them all in detail, making it a very smooth process for me. Thanks.

I contacted this company for my move with the condition I sell my house! I gave them a down payment! When the sale of my house fell through I called this company and told them that I would not be moving anytime soon now because I have to wait for a new buyer and they refused to give me my deposit back! I was told when I told them this that I had 72 hours to cancel the move in order to get my deposit back! When I make the plans I didn’t know the the sale of the house was going to fall through. Who does know this for sure? I will not say anything positive about this company.

The day before they came to load items from my parents’ home in Orlando I was taking back to my home in Louisiana we added a sleep number adjustable king bed. The space increased from 300cf to 389cf & the price increased by $500. I measured all the furniture over the phone with Derek Stephen’s in order to ensure accuracy. He came up with the exact fit and price for the inventory list & sizes. The next day the driver counted the pieces & descriptions went to his truck, then came back and had added several hundred dollars stating that he required more space. There were several items left off the truck. Wicker patio love seat, 2 chairs & ottoman. Iron love seat, 2 small iron tables, small grill, floor lamp, chair.

I used Mile Relocation to organize my move, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the experience. At first I was a bit hesitant because many people are cautious about using brokers, but in my case everything turned out to be very positive. They provided a thorough consultation, explained the entire process, and helped match me with a carrier that was the best fit for my route and schedule. The moving company that handled my move was United Prime Van Lines, and they did an excellent job.

Do not use this company!! They will cancel last minute and leave you in a bind and cost you additional money. This company is just a marketing company that books other movers to do the job. You should just find the direct mover yourself.

Thieves. Bait and switch. Gave me an awesome quote to move my 3 bedroom home from Reese to Louisiana…then they called 2 days before the move and doubled the price. They claimed I had 200 more cubic feet, but the original quote was streamlined in order to beat their competitor. So they got new away from another great quote, then when it was only 2 days before hand, they called… screwed a single dad of 3 girls over..(retired Air Force veteran)…Phillip from QA wouldn’t talk to the guy that promised the deal.

I had an interstate move with this company and once I started unpacking I realized that items had been damaged and there were items missing. While the company has reached out to start the claims process, the moving company foreman called me to tell me I was lying. The unmitigated gall! I am highly incensed! Do yourself a favor!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Mile Relocation earned it. I’m happy to take the time because it might help someone else down the road. I called Mile Relocation two weeks before my planned move and we agreed on the timing. A few days before the move I realized I wouldn’t finish packing in time. I called, and THANKFULLY the customer rep was able to adjust the schedule to a more convenient time! That honestly saved me! I was already starting to go gray from the stress! The truck arrived on time, and everything was loaded quickly. They worked fast and didn’t waste a single minute. The move went smoothly. I highly recommend Mile Relocation.

Customer representative kept in touch the whole way-clear, professional, no stress. I wanted things done precise and on schedule, and that’s exactly what I got.

Big thanks to Mile Relocation for helping us haul everything even my moto out here to Iowa! From day one they gave me a solid assessment of dimensions and tips for packing up fragile stuff (I’ve had things busted before on long hauls). Mike and his crew showed up, packed the fridge, furniture, and boxes tight, then carefully loaded the moto. Seven days later everything landed safe and sound here in Iowa. Couldn’t have gone smoother!

Recently moved from Wyoming to Delaware. The service was on the expensive side, but based on my past experience I’ve learned that paying more can save lots of stress! I’m glad with my choice. The long-distance move was handled professionally. The communication from the reps was clear. Yes the final cost ended up being higher than I initially expected, but considering how smooth it was, I believe it was a fair trade-off.

The initial estimate was given over the phone by a manager, and we paid exactly that amount-no hidden fees for stairs or extra time. The team disassembled the larger furniture with a power screwdriver, packed it properly, and reassembled it after the move-quickly and neatly!! GREAT JOB!

BIG shoutout to this moving crew! They came through FAST, worked like machines, and didn’t complain once even with my crazy stairs. They handled my surfboards, record player, and glass cabinet with straight-up CARE. 100% would call em again. 5/5 easy!
