This company knew exactly what to do to take the stress of relocating my things off of my shoulders. In addition to being competitively priced, the moving crew was extremely friendly and worked to ensure my belongings reached my new home safely. If you are planning on using a moving company I would look these guys up!

I was told the movers were charging by weight. However, when they arrived, they were charging by cubic feet. I was triple charged for my move on the spot. I was given misleading information. Lot of items were broken, mishandled, and my movers did not put together the items as promised.

I used this moving group last weekend on the recommendation of my friend. We had a three bedroom apartment - TWO ROOMMATES to storage and me to another apartment. In spite of what could have been a complicated and messy situation, they got it all right! And in the process, we saved money by using one mover instead of numerous movers. They were right on time, fast, and nothing was damaged. They TOOK EXCEPTIONAL CARE with fragile items and helped packed up one of my roommates. And you have to acknowledge the movers giving your maintenance guy the evil eye with you when the elevator was not ready to move into your new place.

These guys were great from the start. The owner came and walked our 2 houses himself to approximate the move. The moving team arrived early with a massive new truck, ample extra boxes, tape, and supplies. The guys had to hike up 41 steps with most of our 3-bedroom house and NEVER A COMPLAINT. The most spectacular thing about these guys was their good character. It was a best move and made more pleasant because of the attitude. The move was FAST and the boxes were put exactly where we needed. These are the only movers I am going to use again.

We used them for our move yesterday, and they were excellent! They moved our stuff quickly and efficiently, and were very responsive to where things were to go in the apartment. They were also very responsive through email. Our transition to the new place was seamless thanks to our three movers!

Price was $1000 more than quoted, so we had to give away belongings to keep it within budget. Our belongings arrived and 75% of the boxes were damaged, our appliances had big dints in the doors and precious keepsakes were damaged. As we unpack we keep finding damages. Never use this company!

I can't inform you just how lucky we are with how Eagle Moving handled every single thing yesterday. They were cautious, efficient, and very polite. I have moved over many times in my short life and this was, by far, the most amount of goods that I have ever make a move. Our family is so pleased with how this company operates everything and would suggest them to anyone who needs a authentic, AWESOME MOVING COMPANY! Many acknowledgements for everything. It makes relocation process so much more positive to have a low-key, STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE.

These guys are great and total life savers! We had a dream experience with another moving company, not arrived on a Sunday afternoon move and being late on Monday morning for their "reschedule." We finally gave up on them and called Eagle Moving Group who had come highly recommended from my Aunt. They were able to come that day! They were very friendly and put me at ease, CAME RIGHT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, and moved us quickly and efficiently and didn't damage anything. They were out of there in no time and put all of our stuff where we like it. They were nice and easy to work with. I'm actually hiring them to move us again because our place didn't work out.

This moving company was great for my long-distance move. All my furniture was wrapped up and arrived in one piece. There was the occasional scuff on things, but that happens with any move. Overall, I would recommend this company.

We hired Eagle Moving Group because the apartment building we were moving in to had them on a PREFERRED VENDOR LIST. We had a suggestion for another mover, but decided to go with these guys by choice. They were accessible when I called to make the appointment and accommodated a short notice move just 3 days away. They came and moved us today and were great! They were very polite and TOOK GREAT CARE in moving our things. These guys put in a hard day’s work and it's insane how much stuff they carry on their backs. I've never seen movers quite like this. We'll definitely use them again next time we move and recommend them to friends.

This place is a scam. They pulled a bait and switch with my parents. My parents walked them through everything they needed moved. They gave them a quote. Then, when they got there with a truck that was too small for a 3 bedroom house, they doubled the price because they had to keep shuffling things. They didn't tell them this until after the truck was loaded. They were 3 hours late to drop off and were there until after midnight for both the pick up and drop off. AND it was very poor packing. For instance, they put a sound bar unwrapped on top of picture frames. Of course, all the glass on the frames is broke. I have read that their claim process is a nightmare, but I hope to get reimbursed for some of the damaged items. I don't recommend using them.

Eagle Moving Group are amazing long distance movers. I'm not going to lie. I'm a bit hard to deal with when under extreme stress, but they made my move as seamless as possible. I felt very reassured by their communication and application.

Rude. Won't respond to multiple request for refund. No manager ever available to talk to. No returned calls. Hired attorney for help getting my money back!

I really appreciate the service! I am so grateful to the Eagle Moving Group. The team was careful with all of my belongings when I had to quickly make a plan to move out of state for work. Eagle Moving Group was the most horrible choice that can be made for getting your things moved. Several weeks prior to our move from LA to TN, the Eagle Moving Group representative/salesman, Nicholas, sold me on everything under the sun at a cost of $5,400.00 with the understanding that we were to be in TN by Saturday night, March 5, 2022. The promises made to me sounded great – their truck would be at my home by 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2022. They hired Dann Moving to do the job, who did not show up until Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. Nicholas promised that they would safely inventory and take pictures of all our things, wrapping and packing all items securely in boxes. They were to shrink wrap items which were not able to be boxed and safely packed. They would bungee such things as garden tools, shovels, rakes, etc., keeping them organized and damage free.

Eagle Moving Group were a pleasure to deal with. Super customer service each time I had contact with them. Great pricing, and easy to deal with. The movers were on time, packed everything with care and delivered in a timely manner.

These professional movers SAVED MY LIFE in my latest last week move. I had three flights of steep stairs in my old apartment, and the crew simply made those stairs their **. I would have seriously injured myself... I AM SO GLAD I called Eagle moving group. They came up early, completed the whole move under the approximate time, and made tons of jokes while they were breaking their backs moving all my crap, which made me experience a lot better about using beasts of burden rather of doing it myself. I can't believe how powerful these dudes.

Called to say when they were few minutes away, and arrived promptly at the estimated time. These guys load up my kitchen singing the whole time, and even if you are moving, who can be unhappy when listening to a good voice hum a tune? IT WAS LOVELY. They made the entire difficult move not seem like difficult at all through their EXPERTISE AND POLITENESS. They even offered to help me pack my storage room more securely to make sure I could fit as much as feasible inside. It finish-up being a little more than the quote, but that's only because a few items doesn't, fit in the elevator and took a bit prolonged to take down the stairs. Small price to pay to have the ENTIRE MOVE GO WITHOUT A HITCH, and not one thing broken.

I’m a person who is real big about time and integrity, Not only was Eagle Moving Group on time, they took care of my belongings as if it was their own. We recently used Eagle Moving Group to load our entire 3 bedrooms apartment and a storage unit into a pod shipping container to move from the FL to TX. Our move with these movers was in one word, SURPRISING! We had a group of three moving guys who zipped through the loading of the apartment and accompanied in the finishing of packing up the kitchen to get the apartment done in only a few hours. Then they resume with the LOADING OF THE STORAGE just as promptly. Due to their unbelievable loading skills saved us many $ on the pod by taking up far less space than estimated! I also want that we could have brought them with us to Texas to unload! They are worth so much more than they priced!

This was the best experience we've ever had! Super-efficient, helpful and swift. They were great from start to end - and then way, way beyond. First off, even just booking the job you could tell a big difference in customer service. I really appreciated that they answered all my detailed questions. They were GENUINELY HELPFUL. On moving day, the crew was hard-working and well organized all at once. The 2-man crew TOOK EXCELLENT CARE with all of my stuff. They apparently realize what they were doing every part of the way and even made some advice about where to place things in the new apartment to better use my space. Very effortless to book on the phone, great straightforward customer service -- we originally went with them because we had a friendly phone experience, and were glad we did.

About a few months back I was moving from Louisiana to Florida and I found this company. When I found Eagle Moving Group they were amazing. They were very professional and put so much care into moving our stuff.

They were quick and efficient. They didn't waste time. They wrapped everything up very nicely and put down walkway pads so that they wouldn't make a mess with their shoes. Overall, they were great. The price was probably average.

Marvelous service all the way around. I recently hired Eagle moving group for two different jobs. The first job was a standard pack and move from one location to another. They came on time, NICELY PACKED EVERYTHING UP and moved me into my new place without any affair. I had a storage container full of stuff but couldn't easily have the POD delivered to my new address. The best moving team took delivery of the POD at their location, unloaded everything into a truck and then moved it into my place. Without their help, I likely would have had to send a truck to the POD facility which would have cost me a lot more time and money. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but when I do EAGLE MOVING will be my first call.

Moving is already annoying, packing is also annoying, so the last thing anyone wants to deal with is movers who are the worst. If you need really good, reliable long-distance movers, consider these guys! Great communication and reasonable pricing.

Eagle Moving did a fantastic job of moving us from FL to NJ. The person on the phone was quick to respond to all our questions, and he was very polite and professional. He and his team took GOOD CARE in securing our furniture. They packed all my good and were careful with walls and corners of my house. The house we moved out of had a multiple stairs. It was a hard job but these guys did it very professionally. They REBUILT OUR BEDS in the new house and reorganize furniture. The moving team was friendly, helpful, and remained so even when the move took a bit longer time than estimated. I can't recommend this team highly enough.

I contacted Eagle moving for a fast move of a VERY HEAVY SOFA BED from 3rd floor of my house. Every other moving company had a hourly least and would not negotiate for my special need that would take under an hour. After contact, it took a little under an hour to receive a AFFORDABLE ESTIMATE and set up a appropriate time. The movers arrived on time and professional, they wrapped and packed the old sofa and took off the legs and were able to get it down some very small stairs without a groove or scratch. They also suggest to carry up my new sofa and unwrapped it and set it up for me.

Last week we used the services of Eagle Moving Group and I have nothing to say but good things on how excellent my move was! I have moved a many times and this one by far was the best experience I ever had! The team members - were very helpful! They provided me with lots of boxes to pack all my belongings a few days before my moving date, then on the day of my moving, they finished up packing all my GLASSWARE, MIRRORS, FRAMES and FRAGILE ITEMS very carefully to make sure nothing would damage. They disassembled my bed and all my furniture; I didn’t have to lift a finger! If you’re looking to have a STRESS-FREE MOVING experience, don’t look further, they will take care of literally everything for you.

I used Eagle Moving last night to move some furniture from FL to MD. I love that from the start of when I contact them for an estimate, they answered the phone and gave me their hourly rate. After receiving a quotes from different moving companies, which were way more expensive, I agree to go with this one. They approved the booking via text. On moving day, movers showed up a few minutes early. They were very friendly, professional and efficient!!! In less than 1 hour, they loaded up the truck. They FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY on where and what furniture was going to what location. It was a best moving experience! I HIGHLY SUGGEST this company & will use them again if needed! Incredible! I have not at all employ movers before. Usually, I just do move with the help of friends, pizza, etc. This time I determine it was time to let moving specialist do it. And it was absolutely & well worth. They arrived on time, we went over what to take & we literally sat back & they quickly & attentively wrapped & transferred everything to the truck. We got to the new place & they did the same but in reverse unwrapping & settle all of our things where we want them. These movers were so good!!! I surely recommend you hire them. They are HONESTLY EXPERTS MOVERS. If you need to relocate, hire them. It is totally worth it. They make sure all of your stuff is secure & protected, mattress pads, wrap, etc. So grateful to Eagle Moving. This was the best move ever!

We moved from FL to TX. Last minute we agree to get some movers to help us out. Eagle Moving was able to get us 3 movers in less than 48 hours in advance. They were also VERY FLEXIBLE, with us doing a 2-into-1 move. They arrived maybe a few minutes late, but they were able to pack both places in less than estimated total time. We had most stuff in boxes already, with just a little furniture and NO DISASSEMBLY NEEDED, but we have a lot of stuff. They made sure to wrap all the furniture rigorously, so nothing was damaged, and the wardrobe boxes were in fact helpful. After a 45 min drive, it took only about 1 hour to unload everything. All in all, we're so glad we got movers. These guys made the day so much less stressful, so now we actually have time and energy left for the rest of the day!

I moved from NJ to Denver with the guarantee that at most contractually their allowed 21 days. However since it’s before the busy season 7-14 days at the MAX. My furniture was picked up April 13th and as of May 3rd it still hasn’t left NJ. When it does. It’s between an additional 7-17 days. Or so I was told when I asked to speak to customer service, dispatch and finally a supervisor. All of whom was the SAME Woman. As for the 21 day contract that doesn’t count weekends. Oddly enough though, your belongings can be moved on a weekend. They just don’t count that as they Violate their terms of service.

I decided to hire this company because they promised to move all the stuff that I told them to move on the specific day that I asked. Not only was the day changed to a really bad time but they did not move all of my stuff. The poor company that they hired to actually do the job was stuck in a bad situation. It was so delayed that it made my first day on a new job awful and the whole moving experience extremely stressful and incompetent. A number of things were broken and not moved well. I would have a hard time recommending this company for much.

My wife and I recently relocated from New Jersey to south Florida. We hired Eagle Moving Group after a close friend recommended the company to us. All we had to do was pack the boxes and they did the rest! They moved the contents of our 3-bedroom home safely down the coast. Everything arrived in one piece. Nothing was broken nor damaged in any way.

The guys were great in handling my out of state move that included a long drive to and from the city with amazing professionalism and care. Literally nothing was broken or missing and their load up and unload times were faster than I could have hoped.

I had a somewhat complex move and required to get moved out of two storage units on opposite ends, and get all my things brought to my house. These guys got back on time with a TRANSPARENT AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED quote and helped make sure they were going to be equipped to handle the move. On the move day, both crews showed up on time and ready to work. They were helpful, careful, and WELL PLANNED getting everything out of our units and then into the house as well. This company should not even be in business. They have no problems taking in your money and after that, your problems get sent to Customer Service and the original people are not available. There are too many horrible things that happened, which I detailed to them in a two page letter (no response after months), including false advertising (nothing they said would happen actually did happen) and taking money under false pretense (a half pack meant we were to pack everything).

The move was great from start to finish. They were there on time and never stopped working until the job was done. They were the best team of movers I have ever had. I would highly recommend them, the company and the office staff. Great job everyone.

Moving to a different state was incredibly stressful for me. I was so happy to find a company that was able to help me and ease the stress of having to move everything. Eagle Moving Company helped me relocate over a long distance all the way from Florida to North Carolina. They were so incredibly helpful, and none of my belongings were lost or damaged within the move. They took care of everything seamlessly and made the whole long distance moving process so easy. I can't recommend these long distance movers enough!

On 10 January 2022, I received an estimate for my move. On 31 March 2022, the moving company informed me that the price had doubled, leaving me with no choice other than to cancel my move. This was two days before the move date. To make matters worse, they refunded $1200 of my $3000 deposit, which I found to be insulting. To be sure, I wouldn't recommend Eagle Moving Group, Inc.

Eagle movers group handled my interstate move to North Carolina. I had quite a bit of stuff that I collected over the year (I move quite often). After getting my free quote and schedule pick up it was pretty simple. I am glad they were able to transport my things over the weekend because I was slammed with my two jobs over the week. In terms of long distance movers go, it was pretty straightforward and easy, would use them again.

Worst move ever! I wasn't communicated the proper information, nor correct information. Due to lack of not being told I paid $1000 more than I was told I was going to be paying at the day of the move. I was told I would be paying 50%, but movers expected 70%, with a 3% fee if using credit card. I also was told bed packing, break down was covered in quote. No, I was charged note for that as well. So many "hidden" fees when I provided an accurate inventory list! Movers could barely understand English, used my bathroom and asked me to provide them water. It was the worst day and move, and I have moved several times!

Team was very professional and provided all the details I needed. I had someone from dispatch keeping me posted on when my stuff would arrive. The process was good and I have no complaints. My stuff arrived as I had packed it. The driver called me ahead of time to let me know of arrival times. Great service and professionalism. I would recommend this company.

My long-distance move was made much easier with the help of Eagle Moving Group. Despite the excellent customer service and communication with the movers, I was concerned that my belongings would not arrive safely. However, there was no need for me to worry, as Eagle Moving Group successfully moved all of my items safe and sound without a scratch. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my interaction with these guys. They were very PATIENT, RESPONSIVE to our questions, accommodated our changes, and great at checking in and following up. Better off going with Penske who is $1,000s cheaper and Penske will reimburse your gas. Don’t fall for Eagle’s lies. Your stuff will show up damaged and broken. They don’t set anything up at the new house and throw your mattresses on the floor. You will be scammed out of your money every step of the way until your move is $1,000s over what you were quoted. And guess who is all of a sudden MIA during your move? Eagle. Scam!

Moving items can always be nerve-wracking and a hassle, but they made the moving experience wonderful! I had to move my things from Ohio back to Michigan and I can honestly say that they are the best long-distance movers out there. All of my items arrived safely, nothing was broken, and the staff was super friendly as well as knowledgeable. I loved that this company uses its own employees and doesn't rent the job out to someone else. They made me feel good about my items being moved and I want to thank you for the great experience!

It was my first time moving so I was a little hesitant. But after chatting with the staff they were able to direct me to right service and made the moving process easy. From point A to point B they checked in and provided excellent service. As far as long distance movers go they are someone I would recommend.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This was an absolute horrible, expensive and regretful mistake. Probably the worst mistake of my life and that is not an exaggeration. A quote of $4800 turned into over $12,000.00. We were without our belongings more than three weeks and I mean we had NOTHING. They didn't care. The guy I spoke to "Andres" with EAGLE MOVING GROUP said I will be there for you through the entire process. LIES. He not once returned any of my calls and I made MANY, MANY calls. He never once called me to check-in to see how things were going. He was a smooth "double talker" telling me everything will be there in no more than 5-7 days (hence how I chose my moving date) and they "brokered" my move out to who else, but INSTA MOVERS out of Alabama (again many bad reviews on them) who came to our house and told us that everything wouldn't fit. (Another common review)

The guys who showed up were good but not the guy in charge who dictates the adjustments, which were outrageous. The estimate wasn't accurate. The moving company who came decided they would charge us thousands of dollars more. Even though it was said there was a medium-sized safe on there, they said it would cost $700 to move it. I’m still dealing with it. They make it impossible to file a claim. They went back and forth with the movers. They made an adjustment, but it still wasn't close to the original estimate. They said, “You have way more stuff here than we thought.” And I said, “Show me what's different from what you see and what’s on the list.” They didn’t want any part of that, answering that question. And when they show up, you don't have a choice because you got to get out of the house. We had one day to get out of there. And we can’t renegotiate anything or get another mover. So, I felt like it was extortion.

This was such a good choice. For being long distance movers they damaged 0 items. Awesome staff and easy to work with. Showed up on time and had it delivered promptly. Definitely recommend Eagle Moving Group to anyone looking for quality long distance movers.

Eagle Moving Group is a good long distance movers company that I fully recommend. I booked with Eagle to move from Marietta Georgia to Orlando Florida. The employees were very professional and they explained everything throughout the process. They kept me updated on everything and overall it was very simple. There was no damages and they did a great job. If I ever decide to move again, I know who I'm calling.

Working with Eagle Moving Group was a great decision. I recently had a change in career fields, and needed to move from Indiana to Florida. I was worried about finding a good company with experienced long distance movers; however, Eagle Moving Group has made the moving process a lot smoother than I could have ever expected. Their prices are reasonable, the movers were extremely professional and friendly, and there was constant communication between all parties. Eagle Moving referred me to Dan Moving, and a lot of my antiques' legs were cracked, the tables were scratched, and a lot of dings. They lost the knob to my brand-new fire pit and scratched up the top of the fire pit. I already bought black paint to try to fix one area, but numerous things are just trashed. I haven't filed with Dan yet because the more I open up and go through it, the more crap I find. Even my lounge chairs have been scratched, so they're rusting. On the back of my Spirit exercise equipment's messed up too and it's over five grand. We're really disappointed.

I booked Eagle Moving Group for my long distance move from Florida to Texas. At first I was hesitant, I’ve always heard horror stories about movers breaking your belongings, or things not making the trip, getting lost or stolen, but I had so many other things to handle that packing and moving long distance seemed like a logistical nightmare I didn’t want to experience. I called Eagle Moving Group, and a couple others, and Eagle was the first to send someone out to give me a quote. Out of the three companies I called, they were the most reasonable cost wise, and the only company to make me feel comfortable that they had my move under control and that they actually would handle my belongings with care. I hired them, and they did not disappoint!

My experience with Eagle Moving Group was terrible. They called me and asked for a room-by-room estimate including all the furniture that was in it. The rep said he'd give me $1,000 discount. When they gave me a price, I told them I needed to not make a decision right then. He said, "If we hang up now and you call back, your $1,000 discount is gone." That persuaded me to go ahead. It was also recommended by Better Business Bureau.

I thought Eagle Moving Group was a moving company. When I spoke with their salesman, he told me they were but he lied to me. He said I was a previous customer and he'd give me discount. He was slicker than ** and I'm not happy. He told me that packing was included. It was not. I have two very expensive motorcycles and he told me they were gonna get crated. They were not. They wrapped them in bubble wrap. The quote was off. It would have cost me 2,000 more. He quoted me 50 boxes for all this furniture. They barely fit anything. I got less than 10 boxes that fit for the price. I am driving myself a U-Haul through Virginia right now 'cause I have to go back up. I have to save up more money to get the rest of my stuff.

My other mover's truck broke down and these guys took over fairly fast and did a wonderful job… Thank you. The service was excellent. They packed and moved everything, including the groceries. I didn't move a finger.

Completely incompetent. Do not use this company. Movers were less than professional, Damage to furniture unacceptable and the number of lost items amazing. It was a move from hell; You would NOT want to see pictures of the damage. I am working on a claim.

Eagle Moving Group is already super late for my pickup and change of time. I'm trying to get to spend time with my family, but I'm being delayed by it. The original date was Monday or Tuesday. They changed it and were supposed to come yesterday. They ended up booking a later one for 4:00 to 7:00 and I was trying to get it earlier. Then they called me in the afternoon and said their truck broke down, and they couldn't come anymore. They’re gonna come today. I reached out and the guy called me and gave me the information that he will be here close to 3:00 today.

Got there on time. Wrapped everything carefully and weren't rough handling the furniture. They made the whole moving process really easy and stress free. Reasonable prices too. Everyone else I called were charging double when I don't even have that much stuff. Will certainly use them again!

I gave Eagle Moving Group a list of items that needed to be moved so they could estimate the amount of space in the truck that it would take up. They gave me the estimate and used a company called ABC Moving. They didn't disassemble anything. They loaded the truck and told us our estimated space has now doubled so Eagle Moving Group charged us double what the estimate they provided, despite us having the same amount of items on the estimate loaded into the truck.

We are so grateful for this company!! When our other movers pooped out on us at the list minute these guys set everything up and got our 4 bedroom packed and on the truck in less than 16 hours. Great job, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!!!

The guys at Eagle Moving Group made this move so easy and hassle free. Usually moving long distance is a pain and honestly it isn't something I enjoy. But the guys at eagle moving group made this move so easy they were real pros. I got a fair estimate and got all of my belongings delivered on time without any damages. I am for sure gonna use them again next time I move. If you have any long distance moving to do I recommend eagle movers group for a hassle free experience.

I needed to move out fast and no other movers were available at the moment. I contacted these guys and were really communicative and was able to get me out fast. The customer service is remarkable and kept me up to date step by step of the whole moving process. The movers were real caring with my belongings, and as well gave me a sense of trust. I will definitely be recommending these guys to people I know!

I would not endorse Eagle Moving Group. I have an open complaint with the Florida Department Attorney General's Office on them right now and with the Better Business Bureau. They have very deceptive practices with clients. They took three grand of my money and said they were gonna take care of my move but they sold me to another moving company. Right now, they're trying to deny it and telling me they didn't sell my moving contract. I have it from Insta Movers, write, black and white, where they made me sign stating that they were taking over my moving contract.

They were incredibly professional and accommodating during the moving process. Moving is overwhelming and to have someone that is patient, efficient, and kind only helps to bring peace to an already high stress situation. They wrapped large pieces of furniture and glass, and took special care not to scrap floors or walls while moving. I appreciated the care put into each part.

Eagle Moving picked my stuff up on Friday afternoon and picked my granddaughter's stuff up at 7 o'clock at night. She's only a three hour drive from me. They didn't show up to deliver it to our new property until Monday. They said they should be able to do it in one day. When they came from Fort Wayne, they went to Columbus, Ohio. They were there when the movers came, so they saw who the movers were. The people that delivered it were different movers and a different truck. So for some reason, I assume they took it out of one truck and put it into the other. But what was weird was when they were getting ready to leave my place, the guy said, “We have to go back to St. Louis.” And another guy said, “No, we don't. These are the only two that we're moving today.” So why did it take them from Friday to Monday to get down to South Carolina?

A plethora of thanks are in order for Eagle Moving Group. Having to pack up all your belongings and ship them across the state in just under a week had me more stressed than I'd felt before, but luckily their experience in long distance moving made sure everything was taken care of and arrived in without a scratch on anything.

The moving staff was diligent, communication was fluid, packaged everything up as if it were their personal items and were extremely careful when moving larger furniture through tight spaces, just to mention a few things. I definitely give them the highest recommendation to anyone looking for a moving and/or storage company.

I can't say enough superb things about these movers. The two men that came yesterday were not only trained, but they were kind, helpful, and HAD ALL THE SUPPLIES and equipment to do the job. Everything was spotless. Really, I've never worked with such dedicated mover and felt like all my belongings were in EXCELLENT HANDS. It is hard to explain in words how great everything went. I moved from FL to NJ without one hitch. When a concern arose I never felt that I was imposing on their time or skill. They were AMAZINGLY RESPONSIVE and took care of things in the most professional manner.

When I hired Eagle Movers, I was not made aware that my belongings would be shipped to a another company in Alabama (Insta-Movers). They ship it to Instamovers and it is loaded onto an eighteen wheeler. Then it sat there for three weeks. When I finally got my belongings, an antique table, framed pictures, and television set were damaged. Frames and antique end table were crushed…Not broken or cracked, crushed! My television screen was ruined. They must have thrown my things onto that 18 wheeler. They gave me a bogus site to put my claim in. I can not get in touch with anyone. The “chat” item has no response.

I highly recommend this company. They were great from beginning until end. On time every step of the way. Friendly, and always there when you call. Great scheduling and follow up with reminder emails, text messages and calls. Five Stars!!!

My move was arranged in 2 days. It was handled in an efficient manner from start to finish. Although somewhat complicated with two stops involved, the movers were careful, personable, professional and patient. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Recently had to go through the old long distance move headache. Luckily, I found these guys during one of my online searches. Had a great time working with them, they really made this whole thing a breeze. Felt good knowing that all my special belongings were going to arrive safe and sound. Couldn't be happier! We were totally happy with the service that Eagle Moving Group provided. Timetable was easy, without much wait time. COMMUNICATION WAS MAGNIFICENT. Several phone calls previous to the move and a phone call the day of. The two movers were experienced and pleasant. Our items were enveloped accurately and loaded into the truck with care for the trip. Everything arrived in a TIMELY MANNER and in PERFECT CONDITION. We would definitely recommend them!

Eagle Moving Group was super helpful not just because of their professionalism and skill but also because of how much care they took towards alleviating the stresses of moving. I was quite nervous about the logistics of my move down the east coast but Eagle's movers were beyond understanding and accommodating of everything I needed. They took amazing care of all of my items from the largest to the most fragile ones, I couldn't be more happy with their service during my move!

I was so nervous about moving and having long-distance movers help me. I was moving from California to Ohio and was already anxious about how my stuff was packed, organization of my stuff, losing stuff, or breaking stuff. However, the Eagle Moving Group calmed all my worries and made sure that all of my stuff was handled with care. The movers were friendly and very accommodating to my needs. The Customer service was just as amazing as they were very helpful with making sure all of my needs were met and I have a lot of breakables and valuables, not a single item was missing or broken after they helped me move.

Chose them for my long distance move out of Florida. Be advised that they are a broker, which is common for out of state moves, so there will likely several different crews servicing your move. My main concerns were COVID protocols and wrapping a few large furniture items with the sentimental value. They didn't disappoint on either. My items arrived on the morning I expected and everything was intact. Both the packing and unloading crews cheerfully wore masks in my home.

From start to end, these guys were excellent. The approximate cost was quick and friendly to get, and fairly priced. The 4 men crew was just super, they worked SUPER HARD, were courteous and responsive to requests and very careful to avoid injure neither the furniture/boxes nor the floor of the houses. The owner even stopped by to SUPERVISE THE WORK. Highly suggested movers!!

I had a very good experience with them! They showed up a bit early than expected but then we solved it and we managed to do everything super fast and efficient! I will definitely contact them again in my next moving.

This is the best moving company I've ever worked with. I hired another company years ago to help me move and the experience was so bad the name wasn't even memorable. If I have to move again I will 100% be using them again. My best friend is moving in June and she is going to hire them as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The movers were friendly and very careful. They made sure that everything was placed and moved exactly how I wanted it. They made sure that everything was safe and wouldn't break. I had a delay due to some family things and they were completely understanding and able to help me reschedule the move. Absolutely incredible. If I could give 10 stars I would.

These guys are responsive, punctual, and actually take care of your stuff and your place. Great to work with and would highly recommend. The movers were excellent. They packed their truck very efficiently, were very hard working and were very professional. The move was really quick and efficient at both places and worked around a lot of the obstacles smoothly. Also, customer service was really friendly and responsive with setting up the dates and the logistics. Would highly recommend them.

Moved from WA to PA. Company gave low ball estimate for move even after they viewed the house. The QA person revised the estimate, upping the cost for all the items not included by the estimator. This is NOT a moving Co. but a jobber and they farmed it out to the lowest bidder for them, that came out to be the most expensive for me. Delay in delivery and HIGH damage. I am still fighting the claim. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The delivery people were irresponsible and damaged furniture because they were reckless. Dropped item. I am missing countless items and although reported "they can't be found". How do you lose a patio table and umbrella - I saw it was on the truck when loaded, but did not get this. They lost integral pieces for bedroom set - bed slats and posts for mirrors. So now I am waiting to get my items and don't have any bedroom assembled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They did a fantastic job in moving us! Super helpful and very prompt. They even helped us pack our stuff into boxes. They were very careful and efficient and got us into our new place in no time! I will use them again in future move.

A few months ago, I moved to my current home in Florida with my family. It was a stressful process (as moving always is!) but I was thankful that the end result was as anticipated and everything turned out well.

I would like to say that Long-Distance movers were a delight to cooperate with! Things were smooth with little to no issue whatsoever, with a very helpful team the move was stress-free on our end. Excellent service. Finished earlier and cheaper than expected while taking great care of my stuff. Only minor complaint is that office staff did not communicate to movers that I wanted some packing assistance, so make sure when doing estimate that packing assistance is listed before your move date if you want it.

It was less than many of the other places that I initially got quotes from. All of the guys that I have dealt with have been amazing. They are all VERY FRIENDLY and EASY GOING. The 1st time that I used them was the 1st time that I had ever hired professional movers and they walked me through every step of the process so that I knew what would be happening. I used them most recently a last week and I still got the same GREAT SERVICE as the last two times. When I move again, I will be using them to move me.

Moving is a stressful and immense process. So when my family of four was moving from FL to NJ I knew we'd need movers!! Eagle Moving Group to the rescue. The two guys whose name I didn't get were efficient, professional and complete our move from two bedrooms apt to our new three bedroom house in 4hrs! They used this MAGIC SHRINK WRAP stuff that worked mystery on sealing loose items without the sticky residue tape leaves behind. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs a QUALITY MOVING COMPANY.

I'm so happy my co-worker REFERRED me to this company!!!! I can't recommend them enough! They beat my assumption!!! I was delighted to pay a little more for QUALITY! Crew was awesome! They came at 9am sharp, did a quick evaluation of the site, and started work immediately. They were REALLY SMART in figuring out how to move big furniture through tight spaces accurately, ways I hadn't thought of. While working hard, they provided GOOD CONVERSATION - great attitude! I would've been ridiculous in their position. Just the NICEST GUYS you'll meet all day. The estimated rate sounded high, but after they were done in less time than I expected, I ended up actually saving and feeling like I should've paid them more! Will strongly recommend them next time!

The moving team was HONESTLY COMMUNICATIVE about all the attribute needed to hire them for our move. We had a team of 3 guys and they did our two bedroom apartment move into storage in under TWO HOURS! The team was really professional and great to work with. No damage was done to our items during the move. Be prepared with your own moving supplies like blankets or shrink wrap, otherwise you can purchase some items from them if you let them know ahead of time. They were STRAIGHTFORWARD about price too and we weren't surprised with extra fees at the end. Highly recommend!!

Hiring long distance movers is a royal pain- everyone knows it, and it has long been one of the reasons why I don't look forward to moving in the first place. As someone who has moved various times in the past and dealt with different companies and movers, I can say that Eagle Moving Group was a CHAMPION MOVING GROUP. From simple scheduling over the phone, to fair moving costs and transparent time and the total cost estimates to the great work of our movers, I can surely say I would use THEM again in the future and would recommend them to others. Regardless of POSSESS A LOT OF STUFF to move, and having to stop at a second pickup location, these guys were polite, professional, courteous, on-time and working hard. They even give assistance to reorganize the truck at the second pickup to fit more priority items. These guys were our HEROES today!

I highly recommend this company. They gave me a great quote when I was planning on moving from Flordia to New York. They are a top-notch long-distance moving company. Once they received payment they rarely returned my phone calls for updates. They continually kept devising future dates for delivery of my furniture. Despite my frustrations, customer service was extremely unprofessional. I work for a freight forwarder and know this business well. The only way we received true answers was from the trucking company the eagle brokered our move to handle.

These guys were very fast and friendly! There was no sitting around or taking their time on getting things loaded into the truck. They were there to get the job done and also had smiles on their faces!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be lied to, house damaged, yard damaged, items damage, police call you stating your stuff is in a stolen truck, Eagle yell at you (JENNIFER, JEFF, Alex - just to name a few employee who were nothing but disrespect and ungraceful), disrespect you, and do not help in any way except screen your calls and NO insurance to cover what damage they have done or hire companies that have insurance to cover your stuff they damage.

Reusable plastic containers is the best way to move. They are sturdy and stackable, good for both books and breakables. The delivery staff with Eagle Moving Group were communicative and helpful. What a great service! delivery and pick up made for way less stress. They were very polite and courteous with the pickup.

When initially booking my move, the sales representative, Zach, was extremely helpful and responsive. He was also communicating with me that he could give me deals on things and his manager told him he could waive certain bulky fees, etc for my items, which convinced me to sign a contract with Eagle. My initial quote from Zach was appx $4100, however, once the movers arrived, my total was $10600. I tried getting in contact with Zach over a dozen times via email, text, and voicemail, in the three weeks following my move, with no response at all whatsoever. During this time, I also contacted customer service for help — each time being told they would have to look into it and call me back, never getting a returned call from them.

Very responsive and helpful team, helped me move from Kentucky to Maine, very pleased with this company. Cannot recommend them enough, if you ever need help with long distance moving reach out then reach out to these guys!

The crew were great and professionally. Everything was done with no damage and went really smooth. They also moved my upright piano without any issues. Highly recommended. They made the moving process smooth and communicated throughout.

When we began with Eagle moving we didn't realize they were a Broker only. They gave us a quote and from the time out things were picked up charges began. The movers told us they didn't realize it was this much..that cost us. Then there was confusion on our items being stored. That was more money. Then they would only take cash, at the time they already had our things. The bottom line is it cost us $19,000 more.

I was in need of long distance movers and Eagle Moving Group was just the business for what I needed. They were helpful, professional, courteous, and accurate. They provided me with accurate timeframes and efficiently completed the moving process without issue. In addition the movers were very careful and delicate when moving all of my belongings. I simply cannot say enough great things about the work done by Eagle Moving Group! If I need long distance movers again I certainly won’t hesitate to call Eagle Moving Group again!

Updated on 01/14/2022: I had issues early on but the company made everything right. I would use this company again. I had issues with movers being late then when they showed up the two guys did an excellent job pack and handling everything. They also worked hard putting everything back together and in place.

Overall I had a good experience with this company! If you’re moving lost distance, I’d recommend them every time. Your items will be safe, and arrive promptly. The only downside I see is pricing, but if you can afford it I’d go with them.

Eagle Moving was hands-down the best long distance moving experience I've ever had. From the kind crew that was very respectful- to the very informative man on the phone that answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I moved from Tampa Bay, Florida over to Austin, Texas. The move was super smooth and didn't take much time. I had seen some other reviews stating that their stuff got broken etc, however none of my things were broken and everything was just as I left it.

The crew was right on time. They went above and beyond to make our long distance move special. We were already a little stressed, just because moving is stressful. As soon as they arrived, all my stress went away! Great team workers, very professional and kind. Best moving experience ever. They were punctual, respectful and accurately carrying my heavy items up to the 3rd floor. They were so nice, quick and considerate (I never felt like they didn't care for my stuff - you know? They treated it all as though they were moving their own things). My experience with Eagle Moving Group has been remarkable. I was moving from my old apartment in Clewiston and needed help with bringing my things to my new house. Thankfully, I chose this company and the customer service was extraordinary. Everything was moved without any damage, and workers were very professional. I can't recommend this company enough!

I had a great experience with Eagle Moving Group. They contracted some good long distance movers for my office. The movers who came out did a great job and Eagle Moving Group had good communication with me throughout the process. The quote I received was reasonable for the size of my move and they never went up on the quote. None of the stuff I had moved was damaged and some of the items were fairly heavy. Had them move some desks, file cabinets, desk chairs, and some miscellaneous stuff in the office. Again had a great experience with this company.

Eagle Moving Group was referred by a couple of friends who have used them many times for different moves, and I WAS NOT DEPRESSED. The complete process was awesome - from initial contact to correspondent the move to moving day itself. My movers, were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. They were definitely fast, friendly and well order. They arrived on time and were honestly professional. They went out of their way to make sure they didn't waste my time, and kept working to find the most coherent way to move me from FL to NY. I'd absolutely recommend EMG specifically.

These guys were awesome. 1st of all they thanked me over and over for packing all of my items in a moving kit and lay down all of the boxes in one area so they could move it faster and SAVE ME TIME AND MONEY. They were very knowledgeable about the furniture and broke it disassembled for easy moving. They moved my goods in less than 2 hrs. Eagle Moving Group gave me INEXPENSIVE QUOTE and the best moving service. I've used other moving company in the past and all they did was break my stuff and never compensated me for it.

On or about October 15, 2021 I contacted Eagle Moving Group regarding a long distance move from Eugene, OR to Cleveland, Ohio. I spoke with a man named Zach who asked me for an idea of how much I had to move. Of course I couldn't think of everything on such short notice, but I did inform him that it was a 3 bedroom home and gave a brief list of whatever I could think of. He told me not to worry, because about 3 days before pick up I would need to give a detailed list of everything that I wanted to move. His low ball estimate (which is the beginning of this company's "bait and switch" tactic was a little over $6000. But to reserve their services I needed to give them a down payment which was non refundable. First mistake!

Quote given was approximately $3000. Paid an additional $200 before pickup, then on a day before scheduled pickup the driver arrived and said the costs would be $8500 from California to Arkansas because the couch was bigger. I spoke with the driver and the office people in Florida about “jacking the rate” making it 2/3 higher because of a couch. I said no and to leave my property immediately!! I moved the entire contents back to Arkansas in a 7x14 cargo trailer by myself after canceling the mover through there office. I received $200 refund and lost $1063 that was kept by Eagle Moving.

From the starting scheduling of the move-out date, they were FAST TO RESPOND, answer all of our query, and provided us with all of the details we needed concerning fees and particular on the moving process. We were mainly moving large items which included an unbelievable heavy couch that was heavy to move out of our 2nd-floor apartment stairwell. I've never done cross country moving before but to pursue an opportunity in another state, I had to search for long distance movers to help me and these guys helped me so much. Irrespective of the size, weight of the boxes, they dumped them in the garage and wouldn’t let me direct them to the proper room location. They picked up crews off of the streets and I am missing expensive jewelry, and clothes, broken water glasses, (they were packed individually) and the movers came in and took stuff from the house that I was leaving, that has to be shipped back. Underestimated amount of what should have gone, and uHaul will have to bring down a small truck of forgotten items.

The movers really took pleasure in their work and at first felt bad worrying if they would be able to do a job good enough and make me thankful because it was a little more complex than they initially quoted. I was HAPPY TO PAY A LITTLE EXTRA and the guys WORKED REALLY HARD. From management to the movers even though at first they were a little shell shocked where the actual stuff to be moved was more than originally imagined it turned into a great experience and the team of two guys took a big moving burden off my plate. I would definitely recommend them and am thankful they got my move in on such last minute move.

They more then doubled my original quote and we are stuck paying $9k for 1 bedroom house worth of furniture plus about 30 boxes. Please find another company!!! They have 6 more days to deliver my stuff.. We will see if they can even deliver on time.

These guys were great! I found out about these guys last week while helping my friend move and saw what a great job they did. They helped me move today. They followed Covid SOPs and wore masks. They were very professional and efficient. My move went much effortless thanks to them. I moved 1BR + some kitchen, garage, and living room items. They took care to wrap and package everything elegant or add padding to make sure things would not get scratched. We got everything done in exactly 2 hours thanks to their speed.

Eagle Moving Group were really great with their service. We have moved houses a few times and were blessed to have good movers every time. But I would rate EMG as the best so far. They came highly suggested from two of my friends who used them in the past. They arrived on time at the fixed time. Started moving the boxes right away. In the past when we hired 3-men crew, one of them stays inside the truck arranging the boxes etc. But the three men from this company were all moving. They finished the move from one story condo to two story town house in 5-hours. They wrapped the furniture and ADDED EXTRA PROTECTION to our glass showcase. Very hardworking and professional crew. I spoke to their broker for over an hour going over my belongings in storage. I was quoted $3900. I was told my belongings would be delivered in 3 days, 5 max for any unforeseen circumstances. When the movers arrived they said it would be $9500 to move my stuff. Every time I said what the broker told me, the movers laughed and said the brokers lie and will not return customer's calls after they receive payment. I've tried reaching the broker, the movers, Eagle Moving Group and they've all ghosted me. It's been 11 days and I still do not have my belongings. No one will respond via text, email, or phone call. I'm forced to file a police report and hire an attorney. Never ever again will I use a moving company after this experience.

Great and unbelievable service. They gave me the best estimate in the area for a one bedroom and patio move from FL to IL. What's even better was how cooperative they were when I had to push out my move by a month last minute. On the day of the move, the 2 guys arrived on time, were friendly and moved quick. My move was completed within the least amount of hours! Furniture was disassembled and set back up quickly at the new place and NOTHING WAS BROKEN during the move. We hired Eagle Moving group to move our items from California to Alabama. They brokered it out to Cobra Van Line Moving Systems. We were told by Eagle that they would be with us all the way. On August 17th, 2021 we paid them $3,530.30.and on 9-29-21 $1,000.00 and on October 8th (date they loaded our household) $5,613.42. Zachary **, representative of Eagle Moving group and Manager Craig ** have never returned a call. Our items were loaded on October 8th and we still don’t have our items on November 15th and no indication of an estimated delivery date. Both companies have many excuses as to the reasons. On October 15th we were told it was loaded and on the way, the wrong load was loaded instead and didn’t receive our items. "Don’t know how that happened" was their response.

First, the booking was very easy and the total cost was upfront. You know going in precisely what everything will cost and there was NO LAST MINUTE CHARGES. It was also a very fair rate, much superior than the other service I got an estimate from. They were hard-working and very friendly and made a stressful event as EASY AS POSSIBLE. Our couch almost didn't fit through the door in the new flat, but they didn't give up and finally prevailed! I'm incredibly happy with the moving experience from FL to NYC , they really made moving practically painless.

We did the packing personally, and because we were on a budget, figured not everything would get moved in the four hour window, which we were okay with.
