We had a best moving experience with Eagle Moving Group. We kept having to change our move date because of work timetable, but they remain ACCOMMODATING us! We did the packing personally, and because we were on a budget, figured not everything would get moved in the four hour window, which we were okay with. But these guys were fast and fantastic through the moving, even with the three flights of stairs and an huge refrigerator. EVERYTHING GOT MOVED, WITH NO DAMAGE. They kept a good attitude even when the worst happened. Fantastic movers and a reasonable price. We'll call them again!

I have been moving a lot almost all my life due to my parents being the military and have had a lot of bad experiences with previous long distance movers but Eagle Moving has been making our life so much easier with the move with me and my family. I will definitely recommend this company to my family, friends and co-workers. Nothing less but professional. Quick and so easy to work with, as well as all are belongings were untouched and undamaged during the whole move.

I had a wonderful experience with Eagle Moving. They moved me from a 1 BR apartment in Boynton Beach, FL and did an awesome job. Though the escalator wasn't prepared for loading when they arrived, they wasted no time packing and ended making great time acquiring everything loaded into the truck. They were very HELPFUL all around unloading and made the effort to guarantee everything ended up in the exact location it should be. All of them were extremely friendly and helped make the moving process incredible untroubled.

These crew rocked! I recently had EMG assist me move out of my 2-bedroom apartment and into storage unit. The owner came out to my site about a week before the move to give me an estimate and plan the move date. They were highly professional and honest with their evaluation. On the day of the move, these guys arrived right on time and began packing and moving all my belongings. They were really COOL GUYS and worked very efficiently to finish the job in under 4 hours. I put all my stuff into storage at their facility, which btw provide some of the BEST RATES for storage in the area. Navigating the small stairs was more time consuming than anticipated but they did not increase their charges - our final bill was EXACTLY AS QUOTED. This past Friday, after the routine weeks of planning and tension, my wife and I had the best move of our lives, thanks to EMG. Three movers arrived on time and with great inspiration and a great attitude begin to get our move done in a few hours. We moved a house-load into an flat and a storage unit. They showed the great care with all of our belongings, take apart and reassembling where necessary, wrapping and shield as they went, with speed and good humor. I couldn't be happier and--since this is a temporary 6 month move out during a remodel--guess who I'm going to be calling when it's time to return to our house? THESE GUYS ARE THE EXPERT MOVERS.

I can't say enough good things about the guys from Eagle Moving! I was moving an office and needed movers with JUST 2 DAYS NOTICE. They were ready to go and was very flexible in expression of my needs. These guys moved everything out of our old office and moved half of the items to a new space in the same city. There was a small mix up with our drop off the next day, but they were very good about COMMUNICATING and fixed the problem very fastly. Needless to say I will be using them again the next time I need anything moved!

Eagle Moving moved our one bedroom from Boynton Beach FL to Oakland, CA. Their moving guys reached to our house on time as estimted and packed all of our stuff in few hours and set up our furniture in the new place, with a few hours to spare on their estimate! They were all very respectful, friendly and unbelievable efficient, and took time to assure that everything was where I wanted it before leaving the space. They were TRULY GREAT about re-using boxes we had before, saving us some cash, and packed everything carefully and well.

GREAT JOB, GUYS! I had an excellent moving experience with Eagle Moving Group. When I called to reserve a date, they gave me a reasonable estimate for how much time it might take. On the day of moving they arrived right on time. After a speedy walk through and light paperwork, they got on to work IMMEDIATELY. They clearly knew how to handle the heavy stuff and they were tremendously careful in wrapping up and moving my furniture. The three guys worked very efficiently and beat the estimate by some margin.

We had a wonderful experience with the guys from this company, which is saying a lot since move from one place to another is not fun for anyone! We moved from a Fort Lauderdale, FL to Oakland, CA and both with many stairs! I did not hear a single complaint, they had always SMILE and GOOD ATTITUDE the entire time. They were very careful with everything we had, boxed a few things up themselves, and dismantled everything and reassembled at our new house. Nothing was injure, it all was placed in the proper room, and they took all trash with them at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company, as they were easy to schedule with, reasonably priced, were on time, and all around pleasant to work with!

I can't say enough adequate things about EMG! We recently moved from Miami, FL to Walnut Creek, CA their observation to detail was remarkable. They even took my already wobbly desk whose legs came off when they tried to lift it and back to their warehouse and repaired it, bringing it back a few days later with new hardware on it. The best part was that they set up our beds and other furniture for us and placed things PRECISELY where we wanted them which made unwrap so much simple. I'd recommend them 100%!

We loved using these guys to move us from FL to MD. They arrived a week before the move to see what we had and if it could fit into the truck. They were completely down to earth, very friendly, and professional. On the day of the move these guys showed up on time and ready to work. I would not recommend to use this agency for moving. I found this agency through Consumer Affairs. They are terrible. The agency goes over the list of items that are suppose to be picked up and provide a quote based on that list. The company does not provide customers with a walk through prior to the pickup due to COVID-19. However, the drivers enter the home without masks and determine by cubic feet whether the furniture will fit in the truck. The original estimate is adjusted at a higher price. I went from $4000 to over $6000 in price. Here is the kicker. If you cancel they keep your security deposit. In my case over $2000. So in essence my hands are tied to pay the extra money and go through with this company.

I booked with Eagle for a move from Indianapolis two Miami, they did a great job overall with the move, and they have really good low rates. The move was great. The guys were very professional. They delivered my stuff quickly. There weren't any surprises. They let me know everything I needed to know. They were gentle with my stuff and there were no damages. I would recommend them to anyone moving a long distance anytime soon.

Just used Eagle Moving Group for the 3rd time on this Monday to move us from FL to MD. They have been awful all the time! These guys arrived 10 minutes before estimated time and handled everything SUPERB professionally. It was amazing to see them carry our bulky stuff up a flight of stairs and they not at all complained. We will continue to use them again in the future for sure. One piece of perception--if the office recommend a third mover be added, go for it! It will no doubt save you money overall to pay for the extra person because things will go much quicker.

I really wanted to not hate these people. I continually gave them the benefit of the doubt and time and time again I looked like an absolute fool. Let’s preface this. Back at the end of July, after another unsaid moving company failed to show up to pick up my stuff Eagle Moving group came to the rescue. I have a theory that other moving company is essentially also eagle moving group but I’ll save that story for another time. They quoted me $3880 for a studio apartment move from San Diego to Washington DC. I can’t remember exactly, but I think they quoted me up to 21 days for delivery. They show up on August 9th pick up my things, and the driver quotes me a 7-10 day drop off time frame. Great, in perfect alignment with my move in date to my new apartment.

We appoint Eagle Moving Group this past weekend and the move went APPRECIABLE. It was simple to plan a move with them and they were right on time. They were so professional in moving things out of our older apartment. Our place was up a slim, steep flight of stairs, but they were totally calm. They were also easily able to double-park at our new place since we weren't able to hold back a spot ahead of time. They got the whole job done in the least time and they were friendly and relaxed all round. They were also very sweet with my NAUGHTY TODDLER running around! I would definitely utilized them again.

I was moving out my parent's house for the first time and I’m glad I got some real help, I was moving to Gainesville from my hometown of Miami and I have to say they were very helpful, they made sure everything was to my liking and nothing was damaged, if I have to move back home I will definitely uses them again.

I moved about 40 miles from where I was living and EMG was highly professional the whole way through. I confirmed three moving guys to show up on a today morning, and four showed up rather which bumped the cost up per hour. I was at first a bit put off, but then I understand that the time they saved means that I wasn't paying that much more. These guys are powerful, fit, quick, and well mannered! We moved our complete two bedroom apt up to our new house before lunch! I will definitely keep these guys on my list for our next move from FL to IL!

I worked with a team of five members and They arrived right on time, did all my packing and moving. They were very careful with everything and didn't break a single thing. They showed up at the begin time, went RIGHT TO WORK and got me moved speedily and for a great price. They had to return to the old place, load up some strangely heavy pieces and take them for donation. Then they had to go to the dump. They could have easily milked the clock but they were back in 50 minutes which was hard to believe. From the time they started to the finish they really work hard. Wonderful guys! The instant when they walked in the door, I could just feel the good atmosphere. Our 2 bedroom apartment was at the top floor which needed to run 2 flights of stairs. We have lots of HEAVY ART BOOKS, with a cluster of stuff in the the basement and a bunch of other goods in the garage. There was way more staircase they needed in a day, but they just drank a few cans of rock star and kept on going. They were very quick, professional and unexcitable. They wrapped all of the fine stuff carefully. Nothing was broken, not even the big frame with our beloved photo print. I was honestly amazed how they could fit All my things in the truck. Some day when we move, we'll definitely use Eagle Moving Group again.

Moved from Westbrook, Maine to Portland, Oregon with 1100 cubic feet. Quoted $4500, charged over $8000. Here is how the process goes: Eagle Moving Group (EMG) has an info sheet that breaks down box/item sizes and their general affiliated cubic foot estimate. The company then charges you a price per cubic foot, that is set in stone. You report all of your items to be shipped and then talk to a representative who then gives you a quote for how much your move will cost based on the information you provide and the locked-in price per square foot. EMG does not do an on-site estimate.* EMG knows that once you get closer to the move, there is a good chance you’ll have a little more than you initially thought. We provided an overly generous quote from the get go, knowing we would end up having a few more items than we initially reported.

I couldn't ask for SUPERIOR MOVERS. All of them were pleasant, helpful and on time. This was the first time I've always used movers and even though I under-estimated the amount of staff I needed, they were courteous enough to keep my engagement and continue the job. Eagle Moving Group suggest very reasonable rates. They offer another assistance such as wrapping glass items to prevent damage and wardrobe boxes if needed. I am so happy that their expertness made my move patience and stress-free. I literally gave them quite a challenge by having 3 different drop-off points for my things...but they did everything without disagree and always had a happy disposition. I would highly recommend this company because they make the moving process fast and painless.

Best moving experience. I called last minute after my goods reached early, and these crew accommodated. I asked them to move some heavy items up numerous flights of stairs, and they did it while taking care to keep my furniture and home preserved - laid covering under heavy items before moving, took care to keep away from walls on stairwell turns, and systematize moving the extra-heavy items. They were also a NICE-LOOKING funny group to work with, which I appreciate. Very straightforward and crystal clear - never tried to up-sell me or sneak in extra charges. The price I was estimated at the beginning was very fair and is exactly what they asked for at the end. Would definitely use these guys again.

I've used these best movers two more times to move--once from FL to NY, and just recently from FL to CA. Their moving fee have last super competitive and they are quick, well organized, and really a nice guys. They took apart and put back together our queen sized bed stand and reclining couch and moved all of the bulky furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment in less than 3 and a half hours. (We make a move all the small boxes beforehand, and it was a short drive.) Friendly, competent, well educated and efficient. Confidently we won't have to move again anytime soon, but if we do, I know who I'm calling.

The first time I used Eagle Moving Group was in May 2 year ago. When I want to move the 10th of this month from Boca Raton, FL to Oakland, CA, they instantly came to mind and thankfully I still had the same friendly guy on the phone. They were few minutes before time and begin moving things out straight away. What I most acknowledge is that they were so relaxed and a lot of fun! I realize they had a 3-hour minimum and we joked about them "being on the clock." They cover my furnishings in coverlet, plastic wrap and strip. I have two tables in my living room with large glass tops and they come flawlessly. So did my unpack flat screen TV. There were no scratch on any of my furniture. Everything arrived wonderfully! So, if I want to move again, I'll definitely call this moving company.

After moving 6 times in the past few years, the one thing I've learned: appoint movers. Worth. Every. Penny. I'll save you the problem and permit you know that I called all the guys within the area and this is by far the awesome rate. The team assist us to move our apartment from FL to AZ. They were timely, professional, and most honestly, they got the job completed and worked quickly. They never pause to take a break and remain moving. Furniture was enclose and loaded at fast speed.

This move was our second move with EMG. Final cost was much superior than other popular companies in our area and it was 3 hr lowest charge. Last time we some other movers and it took about 4 hours so we believe that's fair. Moving group came in on time and they moved all things fast and packed everything super conscientiously. Even our new apartment was on the 3rd floor with super slim stairways, they finished everything less than 2 hrs. Nothing broken including TV and all. The communication was rapid and easy and workers were all wearing masks even they all were sweating crazy. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend~!

Great movers and very friendly! They were very diligent, especially with the things I pointed out as being exceptional. They wrapped the more breakable pieces of furniture in blankets and bubble wrap and handled a move with 2 stops very professionally and quickly. Most excellently, they moved a VERY heavy couch down three flights of stairs much more smoothly than the 3 movers that moved the couch in! They were friendly and responsive from start to final payment. They were very reasonably priced, as well, and ACCOMMODATING even on the short notice I gave them. Hire THEM! We will use them again.

The business owner was very nice, friendly and really seemed like he CARED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE, not to mention he took excellent care of my furniture and glass items. My moving experience with Eagle Moving was remarkable. This team was very professional, and called timely the day of my move to validate exact timing since it was the third move of the day. They had moving covering and wrap to SECURE MY MOVABLE as well as wardrobe boxes, pushcart, and other supplies. Their truck was clean. I am happy to say not a thing got injure and all my goods come up SAFE AND SOUND. They were was very uncomplaining and even help out take apart rather complex bed frames and put them back all together upon approach, which really helped me out! Pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I called, and there were NO UNSEEN CHARGES. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my next move.

Our experience with Eagle Moving Group didn’t go well at all. Very misrepresentative of everything. I ended up spending about $2,000 to $3,000 more than they quoted me. They didn't tell me anything as far as being prepared for the move as far as boxes. This guy named Matt told me everything I wanted to hear. But then, I couldn't get ahold of him at all. When I kept calling him and asking him certain questions, he’d never respond. I kept getting a customer service rep that I had to talk to directly. Horrible experience. But the good news was that the mover that they brokered with was a really good guy and he helped us as much as he possibly could. But I would never use Eagle Moving again. I have two other moves planned. I even told the salesperson about that but he never got back to me.

Good moving service!! The team was professional and on time. I was super tense about having my things damaged or not cared for accurately, but when they arrived I just felt entirely at peace with the whole experience. They were all very alert to my needs, respond all of my questions, and moved my items with the considerable of care. I had various pieces of antique furniture I was so excitable about being damaged, and moving itself is so pressure, but they definitely took great, GENTLE CARE of my belongings and I felt like MY THINGS WERE IN GREAT HANDS. Really satisfied with their service. I used many other companies and was nervous with all the prediction. These guys made it SUPER SIMPLE to work with, they were right on time, moved quick, and got the job done. They even helped me disassemble and get together by bed frame and let me use his power tools which cut the time in less than half. They were cautious and very reasonable. This was the first time I had appoint movers to move my apartment. I was moving into a LATEST BUILDING that had a lot of mover's condition which I was worried about but THEY helped me through the complete moving process. They were SUPER REACTIVE right from the first call I had with them. My moving team was great throughout the process. They were friendly, well organized, thoughtful, fair and cooperative. They don't try to charge you for things based on some irresponsible technicality which I've read a lot of other movers do. The charges are VERY TRANSPARENT right from when you book the move.

They didn't disagree a bit and were FLAWLESS in navigating a very tight space. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They went far off my expectations. The movers were able to speedily and ACCURATELY EVACUATE my apartment on the 3rd floor with stairs only. The were immensely organized and very professional. They arrived on time, and quickly judge the items to move, then QUICKLY BEGAN TO MOVE. They were thoughtful of my furniture. When they empty the truck, they were mindful of the parking situation, and mindful of loading furniture and asked where to place boxes. This was a marvelous, no hassle, seamless, and impressive moving experience.

They moved my 3 bedroom house in 4.5 hours. They are SO DILIGENT and never took a rest. They are so powerful and speedy. I couldn't have done this move without Eagle Moving Group. The price was clear and they did not annoyance me for tips, but I wanted to tip them! How could I not when they were WORKING SO HARD. I never want to move again, but if I do I will definitely call them.

In regards to this review, I would not give this company 2 stars. I was extremely pleased with their ability to respond to my emergency situation in a timely manner. Although they had just returned from a long haul, they still packed from 10 am until 4 am the next morning to meet my deadline. Their demeanor remained pleasant and upbeat regardless of the tediousness of the job. I have not had the chance to unpack all my belongings as of yet and yes there were some damages noted. Ordinarily I would be extremely upset but under the circumstances that I presented them with, I can see where I may have been a factor to some degree.

First this place is a total scam, and the positive reviews you see on here are from current employees or friends. Check out their complaints on BBB and also with the FMCSA. They are brokers and they under estimate your space requirements to beat out any competing quote you might have. My quote increased 50% from the first estimate, and about 35% from the second estimate they gave me which was through a video call to verify the space. One week prior to pick up they have someone from their "QA" department reach out to you to validate your space, you guessed it. Your quote will increase more due to under quoted space. This time it is too late to request a refund on your deposit and in many cases too late to find a new mover.

I used Eagle Moving to move my stuff from my apartment into storage, and can't recommend them SUFFICIENT. From the approximate to the move, the moving group was fabulously professional and straightforward to work with. On moving day, the team of great movers were quick and I ADMIRE the call the day before to make sure I was all ready for the move. The movers also help out move a bunch of OLD FURNITURE to the sidewalk to pick up, which was in fact appreciated.

They was super cooperative! Everything was amazing on the day! Called 20 minutes before they arrived like they said they would! I even asked for a stop on way to collect a bed and it was NO PROBLEM at all! Super impressed how quick they got everything up 3 flights of stairs and had the bed together in minutes! Worked out even cheaper than I thought I would too! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Best movers we've ever appoint! The team was really amazing. We were moving to a home with a lot of stairs and the move comprise a sleeper sofa and a grand piano. The crew control everything without complaint. All things was moved without any damage. They took the time to CORRECTLY PACKED up all our items and put everything back together once everything was transport to the new home. They made the move as EASY AS POSSIBLE and were friendly. Would definitely work with them again for sure.

Our moving team from this company did an excellent moving job for us. They showed up on time, STAYED, PROLONGED then look forward to and were well planned and friendly the full time. I had a REMARKABLE EXPERIENCE with Eagle Moving Group last Friday. They arrived on time, impressive, and practically over the top on making sure that all of my thing were fully secured with plastic package, quilt, and boxes. I had a crew for people and each one of them wore a mask the whole time they were in my home. All of the fixtures was taken apart and put back together superbly. NO DISAPPOINTMENT AT ALL. Without hesitation, I would hire THEM again!

The gentlemen who came to pick up the packages were in and out in 15 minutes. Then three weeks later, the stuff arrived in Vail, Colorado without issue. I didn't have that much stuff but they were awesome and considerate. They were quick and wonderful. I gave them each $100 tip because they were so nice and efficient. People should use Eagle Moving Group. We used a few movers for this move and they were the best out of all the movers. They numbered every box with little papers. The other moving companies we used, which were much bigger moves to Florida, did not number the boxes.

I had reserved with another moving company that promises they would come the beginning of July. They never showed. I panic dialed through all the other movers I had spoken to and got ahold of Matt at Eagle. They were able to get me picked up the next day. Now I needed a lot of packing so I had to pay a little extra but they did a great job. I did have one or two scratches on this one bookshelf that I have. Other than that would highly recommend.

Really awesome! They called me this dawn to tell me they were about 15 minutes away. They were very helpful and commune at every step. These guys worked SO VIGOROUS and was revolutionary ways to make the most out of space. They were WELL DRESSED and INSPIRED about how to solve the situations that arise while moving. Very active and happy to do the work. My life is disordered right now getting my house ready to sell and these movers made acquire my furniture moved for the carpet fitting very easy. The owner of the company, was part of the moving team and exceeding our expectations. Leave cartons off the week ahead of our move date so we could pack and working 12 hrs the day of our move to get it all done. We learn about EMG from a friend who also had a WONDERFUL experience with them. We were very impressed we found this company.

Shady, suspicious, borderline criminal organization. They are NOT a moving company. They take your money and then hire 1 or 2 star moving companies to make the actual delivery. Multiple movers showed up to my house to collect my delivery, each one confused that the order had already been picked up. Then they throw your belongings in a warehouse for a few weeks until they have enough deliveries to fill a semi truck so that they can ship all the deliveries in bulk. In other words, they don't move your belongings until it is profitable for them, regardless of whatever estimate they may have provided. A delivery meant to take two weeks took FIVE in my case, and when every time I called to enquire as to the status of my delivery they claimed that the truck driver "could not be reached" and that they would call back when they could verify their location.

I hired these guys to move my apartment that we have been living in for many years to a NEW HOUSE we purchase. This team is first class, powerful and efficient all around! These guys were friendly throughout the move and arrived on time as quoted. They first do a walkthrough and make a plan about how to move what and when. They dismantle and bubble wrapped furniture and reassemble where required. I thought I had some heavy carton but they go and pick up more than one at a time and keep moving without taking break!

WOW!!! What an unbelievable experience. The guys from EMG just complete the moving process of my family and I and I am REALLY INSPIRED. All of them was very nice, kind, polite and they took so much caution make ready my furniture for long term storage. I made a small change from the original quote and it was NO PROBLEM at all. Very happy with EMG. We moved 4 bedroom home and we were able to get an estimate on the phone followed by a site visit by an estimator. The movers arrived on time and moved very efficiently. There was no downtime. The move was done at the estimated price that was quoted to us. The moving crew was very helpful and cordial. I will use EMG again if I have to move. I have moved about 6 times and this was the best moving experience.

They were VERY REACTIVE when I plan the meeting and quickly gave me an appointment that worked. The price was very reasonable as well. During the move, they were all very friendly, prompt, careful and professional. They QUICKLY PACKED ALL MY FURNITURE to make sure they were out of danger and carried them up and down the stairs VERY CAREFULLY. They also helped set up and assemble whatever I needed in my new apartment. I will use them for all my moving needs going forward.

I approach Eagle Moving Group for a fast move of a very weighty sofa bed from the loft to the bottom floor of my home. Every other moving company had a hourly minimum and would not arrange for my SPECIAL NEED that would take under an hour. After reaching out, it took a little under an hour to receive a reasonable quote and set up a APPROPRIATE TIME. The movers arrived on time and professional, they wrapped the old sofa and took off the legs and were able to get it down some very small stairs without any scratch. They also offered to carry up my new sofa and dismantle it and set it up for me.

The rep was able to schedule me in a short amount of time and that worked out well. The quote, on the other hand, was another thing. I was quoted one number and when the driver showed up, the number was $300 higher. All of sudden, they came and said that it was gonna be this, which was not what they told me. I’m a business person. If you tell me a price, that’s the price. I said that I’m paying this and that’s what I’m paying, and Eagle Moving should figure it out. Because in the end, I was holding the money. The guy said I would need to pay this amount to the driver when he drops my stuff and I told him that I would pay them what I was told to pay originally and I‘ll hold the other money and they figure it out. All of a sudden, I got a $250 credit in my checking account. So, whoever it works on, it works. I didn’t care. I was still holding the money.

The person I talked to on the phone was very good. I immediately got a reply and a phone call almost as soon as I clicked on the information. It was very fast and it caught me off guard. He asked me how many items I had to go and I said that I wasn’t prepared. I'm gonna play a guessing game. I had to change the number of boxes because I had more. When he said 50, I said 97. They were very easy, stayed in contact and let me know when the people would be calling me. I couldn't be more pleased. I am very satisfied with Eagle Moving Group. They’re a jobber and they put me in the hands of Source 1. I couldn't have asked for any better mover. Jeffrey, the rep, and his crew came to my house in Virginia and got me loaded up within a short period of time. The next day, which was Thursday, we set it at one o'clock and they were at my door to unload. So, I felt very fortunate. Also, in the end, the quote was what they quoted me.

We just completed our move from Boynton Beach, FL to San Francisco, CA and all of them were FANTASTIC throughout the move! We moved out of a small studio and they move the small space tremendously well, were WELL ORGANIZED and most importantly careful with our goods. Daniel and Nick with Eagle Moving Group we’re excellent. They scheduled my move and provided me great quotes for the move. I even discussed for packing. The company called as promised a few days before and dispatch even assisted me on when to deliver my daughter's household goods. The only issue we had was when the driver showed up he was late because he stated that he did not realize he was packing, which I went back over the contract with him, so he had to stop for packing materials. He also wanted to charge more for packing. I contacted Eagle Moving Group and informed them what was occurring and they worked with me that night. Eagle Moving Group is a good company and they took my issues and are looking into not using that company to ship again.

I just had my first experience with PROFESSIONAL MOVERS, and I couldn't be happier it was with Eagle Moving Group. For years I've been obstinate enough to think that it's just easier if I just move all my things myself, but this was just painless. These guys came to pick up stuff at three locations to move my partner and I into our new apartment yesterday, and they were really AWESOME GUYS and worked very fast. They came to our condo and a friend's apt to measure and give us a quote. We got our estimate, signed contract and then a mover came to pack and load the truck with a helper. He drove the truck to my mom’s new house in IL and unpacked. Mom and my sister were there and confirmed that Nick was very helpful and super nice. I would 100% recommend them!

The moving company quoted me 5,200 for the move. 1 week before they raised the price to 7,200 with less pieces. Then when they finally came to pick up the stuff they charged me over 9,000 and I only had a small overage of boxes. Less than 20%. I looked online and found they have done this numerous time to other people. The scam is they underestimate the move to get you to give them a deposit. Then they continue to rack up the prices when you have no recourse. The manager Craig said he has never seen the price go up that much and he said he would get back to me with a resolution. Never heard back from him. These people are criminals and don’t want others to be taken in by their scam.

I wouldn't like to call 10 million companies to get prices but Eagle Moving Group did all that for me. They were all-around nice and any questions afterwards, the customer service department had been awesome. The crew happened to come on the day that I preferred and I did a walkthrough with them. They understood everything. They took the payment and then I just left them alone. They knew what they were doing and they took everything in one day.

Eagle Moving Group rescued me because I had hired another company that took my deposit and never showed up. Eagle was able to pick up my stuff the same day that I called them. The experience went well other than the truck was already going to be half full. I was told that my estimated cubic feet was like 643. There were 700 available on the truck. So, we were able to get everything to fit. But then, the driver spoke with his boss, and when he got off the phone, he said I owed them another $659 for an extra 125 cubic feet. I didn't pay it and I told them, "I was told that I was supposed to pay $3,066 by money order and that's what I paid." Craig was the one that booked the move and he pulled a lot of strings for me. He has been amazing. He was supposed to be working on seeing if they would waive that fee. I haven't heard anything back about it.

I booked with Eagle for a move from Dallas to Orlando, Florida. And the move was great. They gave me a really good price. The move was great. The guys were very professional. They delivered my stuff quickly. They explained to me everything. There really wasn't anything that I didn't know. There weren't any surprises. They were very kind and they took great care of my stuff. I've heard horror stories with damages and I had no damages. It was pretty seamless. Eagle did a great job. I would recommend them in the future. If I ever have to move again, I'll be calling them.
