Today almost 3 years ago I used these people to move from north Hollywood to Kansas. Stuff was broken, stuff was lost and still to this day, things have never been found. A very special Winnie the pooh Christmas train that I had forever like 25 years was gone. So much stuff that you can't put money on. Where does stuff go. My jewelry armoire was gone, dishes, expensive sheets, quilts, things that were mine from my mom..I'll never get them back. Do not use these people. Shit hasn't changed in 3 years.

Bravo delivered my personal belongings today, 9 days past the original delivery date. They moved our stuff from California to Arkansas. When the truck arrived, they would not open it until I paid them in full. They were pushy for cash, Zelle, or Venmo. I gave them some cash and the balance on a credit card, where I had to pretty much sign my rights away. After that, they opened the truck, and the crap show began. Damaged E-Bikes, Damaged Select Comfort Bed, Damaged toolbox, along with several other items.

The customer service was excellent from the moment I called the sales office until the last box was unloaded. I didn't have to wait around because they issued automated text updates when the vehicle was thirty minutes away. Our fragile products all came undamaged. An entirely professional operation.

Had a moving pickup on June 5 with Simon, Jose, and Baja and these guys gave great service! They were careful getting all the boxes loaded into the elevator and truck. No wall dings or floor scrapes either! They packed our breakable picture frames well and had lots of padding and blankets for the furniture. Great experience so far! Will update when our stuff is delivered.
