    I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I only wish I had read the many similar reviews before signing. From the beginning, the process felt misleading. The salesperson, Raphael **, walked me through a detailed inventory of my apartment and quoted me a price that fit my budget... but only after pressuring me to sign immediately and pay a 50% deposit.

    On moving day, everything unraveled. The crew arrived late, despite confirming an 8a arrival to meet strict HOA moving time restrictions. After beginning the move, they abruptly stopped and informed me that my contract only covered "1/5 of the truck"... something that was never clearly explained during booking and made little sense given I was the only client scheduled that day. At that point, with my belongings already loaded, I was told I would need to pay an additional $700 to continue.

    Because of these delays, we left hours late and arrived after the permitted move-in window. I was then required to pay $350 in HOA overtime fees. The unloading process took approximately four hours, pushing the move past 9:30p. The issues didn't stop there. The movers claimed my couch would not fit into the unit and left it in the garage. The next day, I hired someone else who was able to move it in alone without issue, costing me an additional $300. Despite all of this, I still tipped the crew $300. I was told by Dina that the company would address the overtime charges. However, after five follow-up calls and multiple assurances that a manager (Brian) would contact me, I received no response.

    After escalating the issue via email to multiple contacts, I finally received a reply from the founder, Ali. After weeks of back-and-forth, including a very difficult phone call, no resolution was reached. I requested reimbursement for the $650 in third-party costs caused directly by their delays and handling (HOA overtime and the additional mover for my couch). I did not request reimbursement for the additional $700 charged during the move. Communication has since stopped entirely, and I was ultimately told to pursue legal action. What was initially quoted as a $2,500 move ended up costing me over $4,000 due to delays, additional charges, and lack of follow-through. This was not just poor service... it was disorganized, misleading, and ultimately very costly. I would not recommend this company.

    Bottom line: not recommended. The issues are as follows:

    1) Estimates are wildly optimistic even after photos of furnishings was supplied (50% off in my case).
    2) Moving crew is poorly equipped with respect to tools to disassemble and assemble bed frames, etc. and doesn't carry correct boxing and packing material for paid for packing (they used cut down Uhaul wardrobe boxes in my case). This resulted in soiling of upholstered headboard and bedframe and damage to bedframe.
    3) Damages are handled through third party (CSI) whose online manners are non-existent and whose website is extremely user unfriendly. Good luck getting them to pay for damaged goods.
    4) Customer Service for scheduling, filing claiming claims, etc. was slow and unresponsive.

    5) Beware of stairs price inflator. They say a flight of stairs is 7 or 8 steps when in fact it is closer to 12-14 (depending on ceiling height). A sneaky way to increase your move cost once they have your goods. Very unprofessional.

      The company is truly dishonest. Again please check your contract and estimate carefully. This company puts $1600 as the default value of your property, they don't ask you the value, they slip that in without asking the customer. Totally dishonest company. I would look else where to hire a moving company. I will continue to write a review so everyone is informed about this company. Stay away and do not store with them - had I done my research I would have not even called them. Truly dishonest and fraudulent company. Read more.

      Do not hire these people. Read the bad reviews and check out Better Business Bureau. ** Check out my photos if you want to see how your items will arrive (note: we paid for them to pack and wrap our goods). Multiple boxes just thrown in the truck. Many things (wine, power drill etc) were either stolen or misplaced. We got given someone else's ski gear (worth around $1k). To top it off they deliver my children's bunks beds and put them together missing many screws (which they had lost) and left a large buffet on it's side (for us to move) after deeply scratching the wooden floor. They hired two people to help them with bringing things in from the truck, but these two new guys were great and kept shaking their heads watching the 2 bravo people bring things in so carelessly. I so wish I had done this first..

      Further, they refer your complaint to their insurer (which actually is a bogus non-insurer). If you complain, prepare to have Ali threaten/intimidate you over the phone. It would be better for you to throw your items in the trash than use this company. So many red flags, I guess it was my fault for not doing enough diligence.

      Had an awesome experience with these guys, and have not been disappointed yet. I've used their services twice and although the first time was really good, the second and most recent always amazing. I have to give a shout out to Simon and his partner for doing what they do very well. They made the experience one of a kind and will keep me coming back to and recommending Bravo Moving to others.       I can't say enough great things about this company and its employees. From the very 1st phone call, I spoke with Duane, who was very friendly and helpful!! All three of my movers (especially Jayson) were prompt, fun, friendly, efficient, professional.... Just all around amazing. I would, absolutely, highly recommend them to anyone who is stressed about moving!!!! I was very stressed out about my move, and they actually made it fun and enjoyable!!!

      Thank you Bravo Moving! My new FOREVER moving company. Very reasonable pricing, but the customer service was really what sold me. On the office side, Sharon & Jordan were both a pleasure to chat with. Sharon gave me an accurate quote when I needed to schedule a last-minute next-day move. On the day of the move, Jordan was able to very quickly resolve the not-their-fault issue when I had to cancel at the very last minute, and then needed to undo the cancellation about 10 mins later. On the movers side of things, Isaac, Simon, Sam, and (I'm sorry I never got Isaac' partner's name) were all very pleasant, professional, and they worked with amazing speed and were able to expertly troubleshoot a fridge-wouldn't-fit-through-the-door issue. Like I said, my new FOREVER moving company.

      So happy with this company. Simon was great at setting up my move. When I had additional question she was very responsive. Duane, Sam and Isaac were my movers. They did an amazing job. Very gentle with my belongings. I could tell they truly cared about my things. Also very friendly and made the move easier and more enjoyable. I will request them again on my next move. Price was on point. Well worth it!

      Overall a fantastic experience. Booking was easy over the phone. Drivers showed up on time and were careful with all my stuff. Everything was wrapped to keep it safe from scratches and none of my walls were damaged at the old house or new house. My movers went above and beyond helping me move a large reptile cage which meant a lot. I would highly recommend Bravo Moving and definitely would use them if I ever need to move again.

      This is the second time that I have used Bravo Moving (from Los Angeles). We were so impressed the first time that we had to re-book. This time was no different: Simon and Isaac were beyond impressive! They took exceptional care with our belongings, treating them as if they were their own. They were incredibly hard working; in fact, they didn't even take a break! :( Both were efficient, punctual, polite, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend Bravo Moving!
