Bravo delivered my personal belongings today, 9 days past the original delivery date. They moved our stuff from California to Arkansas. When the truck arrived, they would not open it until I paid them in full. They were pushy for cash, Zelle, or Venmo. I gave them some cash and the balance on a credit card, where I had to pretty much sign my rights away. After that, they opened the truck, and the crap show began. Damaged E-Bikes, Damaged Select Comfort Bed, Damaged toolbox, along with several other items.

I didn't have to wait around because they issued automated text updates when the vehicle was thirty minutes away. Our fragile products all came undamaged. An entirely professional operation.
