The three guys who loaded my apartment deserve a raise. They moved heavy solid-wood furniture down a narrow three-story apartment staircase without making a single mark on the walls. They wrapped everything securely and worked incredibly fast. Delivery was prompt, and unloading was seamless. Will definitely use Bravo again.

The moving crew itself was easily 5 stars. They worked incredibly hard, wrapped all our furniture perfectly, and didn't damage a single thing. The only reason I'm dropping one star is that the truck arrived about two hours outside of the original morning window because of some traffic delays on the highway. Once they arrived, they made up for lost time and got everything loaded quickly, but better communication from the office during the delay would have been nice.

Moving can be overwhelming, but my experience with Bravo Moving was excellent from start to finish. The team arrived on time, handled all of my belongings with great care, and worked efficiently throughout the entire process. They were professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. Every piece of furniture was properly protected, and everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. The crew went above and beyond to make sure the move was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable moving company that delivers outstanding customer service and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Bravo Moving. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my next move.

From my first phone call with the sales office to the final box being unloaded, the customer service was stellar. They sent automated text alerts when the truck was 30 minutes away, so I wasn't left waiting around. All of our fragile items arrived intact. A completely professional operation.

My moving experience started with several challenges, including confusion about pricing, inventory details, and communication, which made the process stressful. Staff Movers were punctual and worked quickly. The packing was secure and handled with care, and the customer service was helpful and professional throughout.

I honestly don’t know where to start with this disaster of a moving experience. From the moment I called to get a quote, I should’ve known something was off. The customer service rep seemed like they were barely paying attention, mumbling responses to my questions and rushing me through the process. Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the booking, thinking, 'How bad can it really be?' Well, it was worse than I could’ve ever imagined. First off, the movers showed up almost three hours late with no explanation, no apology—just a casual, ‘Yeah, traffic was bad.’ Mind you, I live in the middle of a small town, so there’s no way traffic was the issue. When they finally arrived, they had this beat-up, rickety old truck that looked like it had seen better days in the 1980s. I was immediately concerned about the safety of my belongings, but they assured me it was fine.

This review is long overdue, but after my move from NYC to Las Vegas, I finally wanted to share my disappointing experience with Bravo Moving-Out of State & International Movers. At first, the booking process with Andy was smooth enough, and that gave me confidence in choosing them. Since there wasn’t a lot of information available online about the company, I took a chance based on a few decent reviews and their mid-range pricing. Unfortunately, things became stressful once the actual move started.

These people are fraudsters. They have scammed me of more than $1000. They still owe me $1000. They took a lot of my belongings and also took moving charges and delivery charges from me in advance. They have been committing fraud with me for a long time. I will report them to the authorities, and I want the authorities to properly investigate and focus on checking their activities. I want strict action to be taken against them because they cheated me and caused me a huge financial loss.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I only wish I had read the many similar reviews before signing. From the beginning, the process felt misleading. The salesperson, Raphael **, walked me through a detailed inventory of my apartment and quoted me a price that fit my budget... but only after pressuring me to sign immediately and pay a 50% deposit.

Bottom line: not recommended. The issues are as follows:

The company is truly dishonest. Again please check your contract and estimate carefully. This company puts $1600 as the default value of your property, they don't ask you the value, they slip that in without asking the customer. Totally dishonest company. I would look else where to hire a moving company. I will continue to write a review so everyone is informed about this company. Stay away and do not store with them - had I done my research I would have not even called them. Truly dishonest and fraudulent company. Read more.

Do not hire these people. Read the bad reviews and check out Better Business Bureau. ** Check out my photos if you want to see how your items will arrive (note: we paid for them to pack and wrap our goods). Multiple boxes just thrown in the truck. Many things (wine, power drill etc) were either stolen or misplaced. We got given someone else's ski gear (worth around $1k). To top it off they deliver my children's bunks beds and put them together missing many screws (which they had lost) and left a large buffet on it's side (for us to move) after deeply scratching the wooden floor. They hired two people to help them with bringing things in from the truck, but these two new guys were great and kept shaking their heads watching the 2 bravo people bring things in so carelessly. I so wish I had done this first..

Had an awesome experience with these guys, and have not been disappointed yet. I've used their services twice and although the first time was really good, the second and most recent always amazing. I have to give a shout out to Simon and his partner for doing what they do very well. They made the experience one of a kind and will keep me coming back to and recommending Bravo Moving to others. I can't say enough great things about this company and its employees. From the very 1st phone call, I spoke with Duane, who was very friendly and helpful!! All three of my movers (especially Jayson) were prompt, fun, friendly, efficient, professional.... Just all around amazing. I would, absolutely, highly recommend them to anyone who is stressed about moving!!!! I was very stressed out about my move, and they actually made it fun and enjoyable!!!

Thank you Bravo Moving! My new FOREVER moving company. Very reasonable pricing, but the customer service was really what sold me. On the office side, Sharon & Jordan were both a pleasure to chat with. Sharon gave me an accurate quote when I needed to schedule a last-minute next-day move. On the day of the move, Jordan was able to very quickly resolve the not-their-fault issue when I had to cancel at the very last minute, and then needed to undo the cancellation about 10 mins later. On the movers side of things, Isaac, Simon, Sam, and (I'm sorry I never got Isaac' partner's name) were all very pleasant, professional, and they worked with amazing speed and were able to expertly troubleshoot a fridge-wouldn't-fit-through-the-door issue. Like I said, my new FOREVER moving company.

So happy with this company. Simon was great at setting up my move. When I had additional question she was very responsive. Duane, Sam and Isaac were my movers. They did an amazing job. Very gentle with my belongings. I could tell they truly cared about my things. Also very friendly and made the move easier and more enjoyable. I will request them again on my next move. Price was on point. Well worth it!

Overall a fantastic experience. Booking was easy over the phone. Drivers showed up on time and were careful with all my stuff. Everything was wrapped to keep it safe from scratches and none of my walls were damaged at the old house or new house. My movers went above and beyond helping me move a large reptile cage which meant a lot. I would highly recommend Bravo Moving and definitely would use them if I ever need to move again.

This is the second time that I have used Bravo Moving (from Los Angeles). We were so impressed the first time that we had to re-book. This time was no different: Simon and Isaac were beyond impressive! They took exceptional care with our belongings, treating them as if they were their own. They were incredibly hard working; in fact, they didn't even take a break! :( Both were efficient, punctual, polite, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend Bravo Moving!

Simon and Isaac with Bravo Moving did a fantastic job with my move. They were professional, polite, and efficient. All my furniture was wrapped for protection and made it safely to my new home. They handled all my stairs with no complaints and made sure all my furniture was reassembled as needed and in the right place. I highly recommend Bravo Moving.

Bravo Moving have never let us down! This is our third time using Bravo Moving and we haven’t regretted it yet. Sharon and Isaac were our movers yesterday and they were amazing! They were on time, took their time to wrap our delicate items, and had their truck packed and unpacked in a timely manner. I don’t usually trust a service online. I am word of mouth generation, the moving company I used before which my friend referred me to was of business so I was desperate, I went on Google and finally found this company with 5 star, I called Bravo Moving and talked the customer service person who is very professionally explained everything to me, I got appointment for the next day right away, this 2 men came in and picked my furniture up. Took them to my new destination, they are so professional and very much friendly, they took good care of my furniture, I recommend this company to anyone, their honesty and professionalism greatly appreciated!

They were on time, exceptional with communication, and made my move incredibly easy. My furniture came to my new address perfectly and they did amazing setting everything up exactly like I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are moving to DFW anywhere. I promise you these guys are the best and you will use them for any of your moves after you hire Bravo Moving once!!! 10/10.

Duane and Isaac were incredible! Efficient, kind, and SO good at what they do. We had two cargo trucks (not a spacious box truck) and they were able to pack EVERYTHING we asked with EXTRA space to spare. We chose Bravo Moving for a long distance relocation. The coordinators were easy to work with and confirmed everything before the move. Simon and Duane helped us bring everything safely to San Diego and welcomed us to the area. After hearing good things from two friends who hired Bravo Moving, I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed. Simon and Sam were hardworking. These two really hustled to get the job done efficiently. Furthermore, they were very careful to protect all of our belongings. I had a small issue with the invoice, and the sales (Sharon) handled it like a gentleman. This company is very professional. I will use them on my next move later this summer.

The most incredible moving experience ever. After experiencing a flood in our home, we reached out to Bravo Moving to pack, move and climate control store our furniture and belongings. The care, timeliness and courtesy showed to us from everyone involved was unmatched by any move we had in the past. Every item was wrapped in blankets and taped. Jordan, Duane and Isaac all worked independently and as team. The owner, worked alongside, supervised and made a complete inventory. These guys were total PROS and needed no supervision. When I went to pay the bill the next day, even the office staff (Sharon) were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this family owned business for any moving needs, local or long distance.

I had such a great experience with my move this past Monday. The 3 gentlemen who helped were extremely professional and did a great job. I originally booked with a chain moving company who called me 2 days before the move with a ton of extra fees and was surprised when I called Bravo Moving 24 hours prior to the move and they were able to get me on the schedule. They are very reasonable priced and there were no hidden fees. Thanks again!

We used Bravo Moving to move my mother in law from Boca Raton to Sarasota. I was completely happy with the entire experience. Getting a quote, having questions answered along the way, scheduling, and even putting on hold for a month due to the health crisis. Duane and his helpers were on time, polite, professional, and happy. Nothing was damaged and they actually moved more items, and took up more space than was originally agreed upon and didn’t charge anything additional. Look no further.

Really appreciate this professional moving company. We felt really comfortable when we called to discuss our needs and request a quote and they called us the day prior to the move to confirm. The Bravo Moving crew was very thorough about wrapping up the furniture and taking care of our belongings. They moved quickly, communicated with us as needed and were so nice in making sure things were done as desired and made sure we didn’t need help with anything else before calling it a day. I’ve moved many times in my life and Bravo Moving has been the best! Highly recommend them!

Finding a mover always freaks me out. There are so many companies out there but they aren’t all honest. I have had bad experiences in the past. Bravo Moving was recommended to me by a friend who had used them. I couldn’t have been happier. They are fair, honest and so careful with your things. I was so so impressed. It felt too good to be true. The staff was professional and careful with the house as well. I have already told all my friends about them. Thank you for easing my stress during a difficult time. I had a short time frame to move and they were accommodating and even moved me on Sunday. I promise you won’t go wrong. Give these guys a chance, you won’t regret it!!!

I want to start by saying that I am not the one to usually leave reviews but I feel very strongly about this company and felt the need to share my experience. This company exceeded my expectations. I was nervous because this was our first time hiring movers and I have heard some horror stories. I am so thankful we hired Bravo Moving!

It was a pleasure dealing with John and the office staff. I paid exactly what was negotiated. No last minute surprises. The company was extremely honest and very professional. They answered all my questions and called me back in a timely fashion. Three guys showed up on time and worked like I’ve never seen before and I’ve moved 6 times in 9 years. Everything was wrapped up and protected to the highest standard. 5 stars from start to finish!! I STRONGLY recommend Bravo Moving!
