I like the Power AirFryer. I've used it several times. However, I really haven't gotten quite the knack and want to know the difference between the air fry and bake because when you bake, the blower actually can be on and everything I've baked so far, I've reheat or toast. Also, I wanted to cook bacon up on the basket because I bought the three baskets. But that falls down on the burner because the burner’s underneath the catch tray for the juice. That catch tray that goes underneath the burners is not gonna last long because it already has burn engraved in it. I can see me having to replace that shortly.

Thank you for your feedback! The bake preset can be used with or without the air fry fan on. You can use the bake preset for baking anything from cakes and cookies to casseroles and turn on the air fry fan toward the end of your cooking cycle to crisp up the top. The air fry feature is great for air frying anything you would normally fry with oil. When cooking greasy items in the crisper basket you can place the roasting pan on a tray under the crisper tray you are using to catch any drippings. The drip tray should be placed below the heating elements at all times.

I've enjoyed the Power AirFryer oven very much and the Facebook community with all the people putting air fryer stuff on has been very helpful. I have only done hamburgers with potatoes, and it turned out very well. It's easy to clean up too. I could have used a little more instruction with the Power AirFryer though. There's a lot to learn, and there's nothing to learn from. Apart from that, it's been very easy once I got the hang of it.

The Power AirFryer Oven is a wonderful product and I'm looking forward to using it more. We live in a mobile trailer and it has propane and it's real expensive. So we put in the oven so that we can use it to improve our diet. It's very easy to clean up because it has a surface that you just wipe it off. I like cooking grilled chicken with it. It's crispy on the outside, but well done on the inside, and juicy. It's very good.

I liked the French door opening for the bigger capacity. And I thought it would cook a lot better with the temperatures going up to 500 degrees. The other ones out on the market do not reach that or have the capacity in there. It took a while to receive the product because the first order that I sent in there, I had a discount coupon for that. I didn't get any recognition back from them because they said there was a mistake on the email. It took me six times to get through to them. The lady that I talked to on the phone said, “Well, we couldn't send it to you because you missed the G on Gmail. I said, “This is the only one. So I made a mistake without putting a G on there. You could have paid off for yourself. But let's move on from that. So it was my bad for that.”
But I said that I'd like to reorder and get it taken care of. She said that she could to it for me then. She told me the price and I asked about the discount but she said she couldn't add tht discount. That’s why I went online and reordered it again. And it took two and a half weeks to get it. The only other thing I would have liked was if the Emeril fryer came in black instead of stainless, because I'm not one for stainless appliances.
The fryer that I got is missing parts. It's not what I expected it to be, but the two prongs for the rotisserie never came in. All I got was an air fryer with the direction. I sent them an email based on the email that I received. I hit reply and said, “I just want to let you know that I have some missing part. Can you have somebody get back to me?” Never heard anything back. It has to be close to a month now.
I call and it just takes forever to get somebody, and I can leave a number and somebody will get back to me. I didn't bother because if they can't answer an email within a week's time, what are my chances of getting a phone call? But I still get these advertisements coming in. I get those piled up in my email, which I didn't sign in for.
If I put the air fryer on toast, it takes forever. If I put it on broil or bake, it toasts it. If I just put it on regular toast, it doesn’t brown it. It just gets the bread hard. It’s weird. So anytime I toast, I just toast with the broil or the bake option. When I hit the toast, it doesn't give me an option for temperature, like I can adjust the temperature on any other function that I put it on. But if I put it on toast, it’s just whatever temperature it's set at and that's it. It just asks you how many pieces of bread are in there to toast.
I'm disappointed in how it was processed. But I would recommend the air fryer. People come over and say it's really nice. I said, “It doesn't take up a lot of cabinet space. And it does what it's supposed to. I use it every day. Grilled chicken wings and chicken breasts, thighs. Just works out well. And even heating stuff up, it does its job. For the money that I paid, it's better than half the garbage that’s out on the market now. If I need another one, I would go back and buy it. Overall, it's a great product.

I love my air fryer and I have learned to cook with it. Now, I don't cook with anything else. Everything else is out of my kitchen, except that. My favorite meal to cook in it is hot roast and then after I get my hot roast cooked, I do a pepper steak. It is so good and I’m happy with my air fryer. I have no problem with paying more for it if I had to. Every kitchen should have one especially if they’re cooking for themselves and they're over 70. Because it's so much easier than getting out pots and pans and burning yourself on the stove. Also, it's more economical for us that way. I clean it by wiping it down with a towel. All you have to do with the little pan that you pull out and empty is to let it cool and then tap it against the trash can. The dirt falls off there. It’s awesome.

The air fryer works well. We like it. We do steaks on the grill, and it works out. We baked some stuff on it the other day and that worked good. It cleans up good because it's like a Teflon type thing. Sometimes we gotta watch what we put on the grill. And we have to scrape it off a bit. We put it in the dishwasher and it worked. Buy it.

I was very satisfied when I got the Power Extra Large Air Fryer Grill. The TV program showed the grills but they had a tray that came with this one. It had had four indentations in it and I was very surprised because it works good for doing eggs. I was very satisfied because that was something that they didn't show on the TV but it came with it. I'm 87 years old and I'm trying to learn how to use the product. It's working out fine for me so far. I've been doing mostly grill without the air. I did a piece of ham the other night and that came out good. I did rotisserie roasts on it and it came out all right but the meat was tough. So, I chopped it up and made a stew out of it. But that wasn't about any problem with the product. It was the meat. I haven't tried chicken but I’d like to do a chicken rotisserie next.

The double doors of our Emeril Lagasse are the best thing. I don't have to reach over the door to get the tray things out of it. The first time I used it, I was confused and we re-read the book about it with the pre-heat thing. It's easy to use for the two times I've used it so far. Also, I like how I don't have to heat up the whole oven. I made frozen fish fillets and and it's just like, "Okay, well, I'll just put it on the bake thing because that's what I would be doing in the oven," and they turned out okay. Our Emeril beeps so I can turn them over halfway half the time.
Also everything stores inside of the Emeril and it fits my counter nicely though I have to slide it out because I can't use it under the cabinets. It's handy and the cookbook that comes with it, if I'm using their recipes, it tells me what to do. I'm pretty satisfied.

We got the products at a good price and it showed up timely. With the ordering process, the company kept putting a bunch of add-ons to it. When we went online and we just wanted to get the pans, it said, “For an extra $10, you can get this.” My wife saw that and we got that then we went on and, “For another $10, you can get this.” We ended up getting that as well. It made us go through, “This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance that you could actually order it.” Also, we ordered on a Saturday, and we didn't get an acknowledgement that the order went through until Monday, but everything went well after that.

I was visiting a friend in Missouri in May and as I was cooking dinner for them, I used their pan. I asked them what it was, and they told me. When it came time for me to want to use something other than my cast iron pans which are getting too heavy for me to wield, I looked up Copper Chef and decided to buy them. I love my new pans and I'm very happy. My only comment was after I'd put what I wanted in the cart, there were these different pop ups for offers. That was the only thing that complicated it for me.

We saw the Copper Chef pans on TV and the price was halfway decent. It was nonstick too and my wife liked red. We ordered the pans and they came as they were supposed to come. The top of the red handle one is okay. I used most of the pans so far and the heat distribution is better. It doesn't just cook in the center but cooks the whole bottom of the pan. We used the pans for cooking steak, egg, hotdogs, roast beef, shrimp, and pork loin. As long as you turn the heat down, it won’t burn anything up. It cooks evenly throughout the pan.
But when you’re cooking with something and you get it too high, the steam would shoot out of the side of the top, like it's not sealed. It's almost like a tea kettle spewing out. That aside, cleaning is not that bad and you can wipe things off. Copper Chef is better than some of the stuff being sold out there. If you cut some kind of meat inside the pan, it’s harder to scratch.

Thank you for your feedback! We recommend low to medium heat settings for most cooking. The pan will distribute and retain heat effectively and evenly. This causes some protein rich foods to cook more quickly. To extend the life of the pan, do not cut food on the Copper Chef Titan Series cookware using sharp utensils, such as forks, knives, mashers, or whisks, that can deteriorate the cooking surface. As a reminder, do not use aerosol cooking sprays. These sprays will build up on cookware and become difficult to remove while reducing the nonstick coating release.

I warmed some ribs in my Power AirFryer the other day. I put it in for 15 minutes and I probably should have put it in longer or at higher temperature. In the manual, it doesn't mention much about how to set the thing up for reheating. But everything warmed up okay and I had no problem cleaning up.

Thank you for your feedback! There is a reheat preset on the dial. It has a default time and temperature, those are both adjustable based on what you are heating up, thicker meats may need more time after the default of 15 minutes. We are happy to hear your ribs reheated well.

Ordering our Copper Chef cookware was alright. It's good for everything but it's not easy to cook eggs with. The eggs stick a lot.

Hi Donald, Please make sure you re-season your pan after every few washes and after every time you run it through the dishwasher. When you follow the instructions in the owners manual eggs should not stick. Please do not use aerosol spray products, these sprays will build up on cookware and become difficult to remove while reducing the nonstick coating release.

I have a basic toaster oven from when I got married 15 years ago. And we started using that so much because my husband was sick and he's in the hospital. So, I cooked constantly with that and everything was great. But we saw the Tristar Products infomercial and I was like, “Oh, this would be great. ‘Cause we'd been using that toaster oven.” And we have not been seeing the results that we like so much with that. My daughter made pizza bites and they were hard as a rock, with my supervision. They were in there nine to 12 minutes, and they were hard. We threw it all away. And I tried to heat up some ribs like I did in my own toaster oven, heated them up for 15 minutes on 375, and it was cold. There was no crunch on them.
The infomercial showed all the things that I can cook, like more than one thing at a time. I ordered the larger one and of the extra crispers for air fry, but there's no room to put three things in there. So, I'm disappointed. I can only cook one thing at a time. In my smaller toaster oven, I do two things. I need a better education on the air fryer, or I'm just not loving it that much for the price.

I have an Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer and a Power AirFryer Pro Elite. The one by Emeril browns things on both sides. But the one I use is compact and it doesn't take up a lot of space. It's easy to clean, keep up and care for. I like it and I'd miss it if something happens to it. The rotisserie mechanism works very well too. Also, the food is not dry if you cook it correctly. I also love the oil pan because it has a little dent on the end where you could just pour and it kind of falls. I've cooked pork steak in it and all I did was put my seasoning on the steak like I normally would and put it in. If I want it to look like it's baked, I'll wrap it in foil. If I don't want it to look like it's baked and more or less like I fried it with onions, I won't cover it. I would buy one of these for a friend.

When Emeril introduced the fryer, he didn't say that it's a deluxe. Other fryers do not have his fryers come in different sizes. It was only after I went to the web page and was gonna order it then cancelled, that somebody called me back from the marketing company and told me there's an Emeril AirFryer, and then there’s a deluxe Emeril fryer, where one would able to put in a pot and do the pulled pork. So, the advertising was a little bit misleading. But other than that, the larger unit performs as advertised. I did a rotisserie chicken on it and it turned out okay. It's just that I was unable to get the chicken onto a rotisserie apparatus. The legs were falling off, and because of that, I had to cook it longer than what the manual said.

Then, when I opened everything up, it was missing the recipe book and the crisper thing. But a few days later, the recipe book came and that was wrapped all crazy, too. So far, I haven't received the crisper yet. I was waiting a little bit to see if I would get it, but it's been a couple of weeks now since I've purchased and received the main thing.
I also got a knife and I got the two pans that I upgraded. All in all, I was happy with the ease of purchasing the product and the cookware is wonderful. I bought a frying pan and so far, I like it. I've had nothing stuck to it, which is good. I noticed some tarnishing around the top of it but I really haven't used any kind of cleaner to try to get it out other than soap and water. Other than that, I'm happy with the product. I liked the way that the Power AirFryer was built. It looked sturdy. It also had all the necessary things inside that I needed and wanted like the racks. However, the delivery sucked and FedEx caused the problem. It was supposed to be delivered one day, and then they had a thing online that said, “Per your request, your order has been delayed.” We're out in the country and they waited till they had a couple deliveries before they brought it out. UPS comes down our way every day so Tristar should ought to change their shipping people. But then the product makes the food really good. We make chicken a lot with breading. It comes out a lot better than in the regular oven. Then when we set the temperature for what it’s supposed to be, it doesn't take as long as it says it should.

I'm not a cook. I still use the other one, but not half as much as I use my Power AirFryer. I couldn't put the parts of the other one in the dishwasher where with this Power AirFryer, I can. I like it a lot better, and I can clean it up better. I don't like things nasty.
The buying process was okay, except I didn't really get an invoice or anything to know what came with what I bought. I got the book and two extra trays. It seems to me there was supposed to be more because I paid it all at once and when I got my statement from my credit card, it was a little more than I thought it was gonna be. My bill on my statement came to 340 and it seems to me it was supposed to be less than that. Another thing is I signed up for a six-year warranty and I don't have anything to prove that. Other than that, shipping was pretty fast.

My husband wanted an air fryer for so long. He finally said, “This is the air fryer. It works like a microwave.” Since I cannot eat greasy food, we tried the Power AirFryer. It took about a week to come here. We did the chicken on the rotisserie and that was wonderful. We did it like the recipe calls from Emeril but we needed it a little bit crispier. The toast works wonderfully in there. It heats up. We just have to figure out the temperature. Otherwise, the chicken was delicious.
The microwave didn't work out right but that's all right. We love the air fryer. It's very simple to clean up. We're still learning. We do rotisserie chicken and it drips a little bit down. With the tray down there, you take it out, clean it up, wipe the sides, and that’s it. The air fryer better than the oven and it doesn't heat up the house. My husband and I are satisfied.

But then I got a coupon for a little bit of money off of it. Also, they were giving me some lids for some bowls. So I went ahead and ordered. I like the rotisserie and I've done a pork tenderloin in it. But my wife likes the Air Fryer. It's healthier for her. She makes the mixed vegetable stuff with it and it's all good. It's a good product. We don't have to use the oven no more. It’s worth the money.
The Air Fryer has the drip tray in the bottom. After we do the chicken, I rinse it off, put it in the dishwasher and wipe it out after every use and it cleans up easy. Sometimes it depends on what you're cooking and you don't have to clean it out. But I'm very satisfied with it. The only thing is that it could be a little bigger. But I spent a lot of money on those pots so I thought I would've gotten it. I can probably give them a call about it.
I eat turkey bacon and it looks more like strips of ham, so those would actually stick to the pot all the time. I've had these pots here for over a month now and no complaints. But I didn't get the Dutch oven that I really wanted. I called back and I didn't like the lady's attitude at all. If they would only give me what I had ordered, I would be happy. But no, she said, "No, ma'am. You don't get the Dutch oven in that." I told her the guy said it two or three times and I wrote it down. She told me I ordered the wrong one and I didn't take the Dutch oven. I hate Tristar Products and I won't ever order from them again.

Yesterday, I’m reading the book to see what I want to make. I used the small one, and I just cooked some vegetables. I'm planning this weekend to try the big one out for the main course. They sent me a cookbook, and I’ll be browsing through to see exactly which one I was gonna do. I’m trying to get it organized. But so far, my Copper Chef is very nice. My main issue is it’s not just a regular pan. I wanted something that’s easy to clean. And I love a top and a good pan, and so far, that’s what I’m getting.

I'm an amateur chef, but I like spending quality time in the kitchen. I have, for years, been looking for the pot-and-pan set. I've tried just about anything under the sun. My latest creation was a ceramic-coated tri-ply and they seemed to be okay. But they didn't work as advertised. But then I found out that I had to season them and they seem to be working better. I've also had some of the copper gold pans, the nonstick stuff and they work as advertised. But they're that real cheap flimsy aluminum, so they didn't heat real solid.
The package from Copper Chef came with the 11-inch deep pan, the 8-inch fry pan and a chef's knife. They're nice. Without a doubt, the two pans from Copper Chef that I got right out of the box are the best pans I've ever had. If I would have known about these years ago, I would’ve stopped shopping years ago. So awesome. My big thing is scrambled eggs. I've never had a pan where I could cook scrambled eggs and not have a two-hour adventure cleaning up the pan afterward. I love Copper Chef.

They also didn't send me a rack. They kept telling me they're gonna send it to me, but I've yet to receive it. But I'm very pleased with the Power Air Fryer Oven and I'm really happy with it. I've been cooking my meals almost every day with the Power AirFryer. I'm on a salmon diet so I cook that in it. After that cooks for a while, I put frozen vegetables on top to cook. In the last couple of weeks, I found my cast iron skillet and I use that when I cook the fish and vegetables. But, the stuff comes out pretty hot and I don't have oven mitts. I usually take the pan out and put it in the trays that come with the air fryer. With those, I can handle the pan pretty well without burning myself.

My Power AirFryer has multiple functions. I already had a small air fryer and a small broiler thing on my counter but the Power AirFryer takes care of it all. The fact that it's backed by Emeril has given me more confidence in it. I've done rotisserie chicken with it and that came out nice. But, when I'm doing things on different tiers, the AirFryer doesn't work the way I thought it would. So, I make minor adjustments to the way I'm cooking when I read the book that comes with it.
This is a nice tool for the kitchen in today's world. We're busy and we're really trying to get quick meals. Being able to cook multiple things in this was a really big point to me. It already has settings for toast and different things which was a big go-getter. I love the feature where just dial the number and the AirFryer tells me what level to put it on. I recommend this to others but they should make adjustments because the preset things may not do the job to their liking.

So, I saved some money through one of the sales reps for Emeril's company, which was kind of cool. Other than that, the sale process was smooth. It took about eight days total to get the Power AirFryer oven and when I unpacked it, the racks, the rotisserie spit, the trays and all the stuff were there. It's a nice machine and the little quick cookbook explained a lot on how to cook stuff. So, it's fairly simple to follow.
I love the product especially when I cook my steak. I cooked the T-bone and porterhouse and it came out good. Then, like it said in the instruction booklet, sometimes if it's a thicker cut, it might take a little longer. So, I followed the recipe and temp. I like the size of the Power AirFryer Oven and all the things it can do. I love the quality of the product. I like the fried chicken wings that I've made in it. It was good.

I sent a Power Air Fryer Oven to my granddaughter for Christmas. She said she loves it and that she has used it every single day. She has a family and I'm trying to keep them healthy. Also, it would be big enough and she could do the whole family with it.

I used the Power AirFryer oven last night. I made fried chicken, French fries and onions. So far, so good. The product is well made and it cleans up well.

My husband ordered the Power AirFryer Oven over the phone. I’m 78 years old and it’s hard for me to do a lot of things. I just thought it might make it easier to cook on it. I liked the cooking process of it. I would recommend it.

I was watching the ad for Copper Chef on TV, kept thinking about it. I've got some nonstick cookware right now that is no longer nonstick. It just got to be frustrating so I decided that if I was going to do it, I was gonna order the whole set. Unfortunately, the experience didn't turn out too well initially. I received the cookware. We opened everything up, washed everything but the deep fry basket was not in the set. So I emailed the company, waited a couple of days. I got a reply back, said they'd get back to me.
They finally got back to me and said I needed to return the whole set. I said, “Why would I want to return the whole set when all you'd need to do is send me the stainless steel basket?” They said they couldn’t do that. So I had to pack everything back up and send it back to them and now I'm waiting for the second set to come. The thing that's frustrating is I have to go to a website that tells me to watch the updated tracking information. In the last three days, it said it's getting ready to ship but I haven't seen any updates. They could do a better job.

The first air fryer I got was confusing to me. It was like a basket instead of the shelving and I wasn’t happy with it. Then I saw this Power AirFryer. Emeril used it, and he knew what he was doing. When my grandson got it out of the box and got it all situated for me, he got rid of the instructions. The oven itself has three wire racks and then it has one that's a solid piece like the bottom of a broiler pan, and I don't know when to use it. I’ve done steak there and it turned out really nice. I've also done chicken there. I used the crust that was in the book and it was too tough, but the chicken was tender. I've just got to work with it and use it.

360 Air Fryer did not work well. They received it back for refund 6/25/20. After several calls and emails through August they finally sent a refund 9/24 to the wrong person, post office did not deliver it and it went back. I received a reissued check 11/11 again to the wrong person. Today I explained to the agent 6 times that I received the check but it was to the wrong person while she just kept telling me to give it 7-10 days to receive it. Saved $40 with BB&B coupon on cost of Air Fryer; Paid $62 to ship it back to them, no refund of $13.20 sales tax, $.55 stamp to mail check back. So I ended up spending $75.75 to get a refund of $159.99 for an item which cost me $173.19. TriStar distributes most of the infomercial products on TV so buyer beware! Although the instruction manual says return products to them, if you bought it in a store, return it to the store so you won't have to suffer the frustration and headaches like I did.

Copper Chef came to the house and fixed a meal. My wife liked them so she bought them. The cookware has no defects and everything is working fine. They're very nice. I only had trouble with one pot that was one of the bigger ones. It split open on the bottom. I sent it back and they replaced it for $40.

My daughter ordered the Copper Chef for me. She's always cooking for me anyway and I like what I got. The little one sticks but it's all right. When I cooked the egg on it, it stuck. But I put soap, then it came right out. I like the way it cleans because you can wipe it out and I would tell my friends to get it.

I was about to cancel my order which is the nine-inch five-set and the knife because it took a long time before I got it. Also, it says non-stick but whenever I cook eggs, it's sticking. It’s not a good experience. I'm not happy with the product and the price is high enough for this.

The Power AirFryer Oven kinda sucks. It looked like a good invention and I’d love to get rid of my fried food, which I unfortunately love, and get them more healthy but it doesn't seem to do that. My chicken didn't come out anywhere near cooked or crispy. It doesn’t work like they play it on TV but I’m still trying to make it work.

Hi Timothy! We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your Emeril Power Air Fryer 360 purchase. When preparing chicken with the air fry function, it would be recommended to toss the breadcrumbs or coating lightly with oil or lightly spray directly on the chicken prior to placing within the unit. It has also been recommended by one of our Facebook community members for the Emeril 360 that applying the toast function after air frying helps give an additional crunch to the coating. We will be sending you a private response for further assistance with your unit. Thank you.

I ordered a Power AirFryer Oven for myself and I liked mine and then I ordered my sister one. The best thing I like about it is the way it makes bread. I find that I make the best biscuits on it. I really love it and I wouldn't take anything for it.

My husband decided he wanted an air fryer oven so we purchased one. The Power AirFryer is easy to use and very self-explanatory. I like to use it for air frying mostly and I have tried to make muffins in it. I also like to make baked macaroni and cheese in it.

I heard some people talk about Tristar and I had seen their product repeatedly on TV. I watched it one night and I decided to order myself and my daughter a set for Christmas. But I haven't even opened mine because I didn't want her to see me using mine. I'm giving them as Christmas presents so I haven't even gotten them out of the box yet. But I like that there are so many versatile ways of using them. I could use the cookware as a wok and it was better than having to purchase different items. That one specific thing could do it all. I got the free basket with it, too.
