I did not understand the process for getting a public record. I just wanted to know what records were available. I was charged $31 for the report. I thought it would only be $1. My mistake. I asked for a refund, and it was granted right away. Very easy process.

This is a very useful site. It contains way more information than I needed. It is a quick delivery and response from their customer service is timely and professional. You can customize the reports, just look at the pricing when you select the type of info you want.

The website itself did contain some useful but not the information I was looking for. The the information available wasn’t correct and I wasn’t able to find any of my criminal records. The live chat was very helpful and efficient.

I only asked for 1 report to see if there was a recall on my truck which was losing power unexpectedly. This was fine until I got my credit card billing & found another charge for $31.00, which I did not approve along with the original $7.00 fee I expected. Unfortunately there was no link to cancel your subscription and I only discovered the reoccurring charge on my bank statement. Just use the customer service agent to cancel so you don't get charged $29 a month.

I needed to cancel my account and to be honest I was worried how it would go. Debra did an excellent job via Online Chat. She located my account and was able to resolve my question in about 1 minute. As a customer service manager, I am 'picky' about services provided. Debra did great! I appreciated her assistance very much.

I am 86 years old and used the a/c only once but next month I was charged again $30.00. I went on chat and customer service was very cooperative, closed the a/c recredited by $30 giving a confirmation # **. If I ever need the service, I'll use it again.

I used this service twice and was charged for it. When I didn't need it anymore I was able to cancel the service by logging in and using the live chat feature. I wished all other businesses had customer service like this.
