I was very impressed with the customer service I received today. I had my issue resolved quickly and in a professional manner. I was charged for a subscription that I did not know I had signed up for, and was quickly reimbursed for the misunderstanding.

I used this service twice and was charged for it. When I didn't need it anymore I was able to cancel the service by logging in and using the live chat feature. I wished all other businesses had customer service like this.

I opened this account during a job search to make sure nothing erroneous was being reported on my driving record. I did not realize that this was a yearly subscription until a charge came the following year. When I contacted support, they were quick to understand my grievance, reverse the charge and close the account so I would not be charged further. Very impressed with the product, speed of service, and customer support. Would definitely use them in the future.

I accessed PublicRecords.Info by accident. When I realized my mistake, I reached and requested that my account be cancelled and that any and all fees be reversed to my original payment method. In so doing, I made contact with Peter who responded to my request for assistance in an immediate manner.

I needed to cancel a subscription I did not realize I had made. I expected a lengthy discussion and maybe some frustration. None of that happened. The Chat was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. In under 5 minutes, the subscription was cancelled and the money refunded. I wish all customer service could be that easy and that pleasant. Cheerful bots add something to digital discourse.

I somehow subscribed to the service when I only wanted to do one search. When I started receiving a monthly charge to my credit card, I immediately contacted customer service via live chat and they were able to close my account and issue a refund. The best service I've received in a long time! The rep was knowledgeable, efficient and able to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction!!

Publicrecords.info helped me a lot when I needed to do some research. I must have missed the billing detail - and forgot about the account - as monthly payments were being made. For $20 every 16 days ($40/month), I didn't really need the service (my bad).

Your quick response to cancelling my account and providing a refund was most appreciated. When I first signed up I thought the $9.95 charge was a one time charge not for every search started or every question. I was trying to find the recorded will for a family member that was being contested. I expected the process of cancellation and refund would be more complicated than it was. Apparently I did not understand the terms and conditions of the billing structure. As I am eighty years old and sometimes a bit internet challenged I appreciated you folks honoring my search that was more complicated than I thought it would be. As I am aging I am finding the internet to be more complicated than it used to be. I first started with dial-up service 10 years ago. The cancellation was easier than I thought it would be.

Customer service did fantastic. They was quick in location of my account and very pleasant. If I need to use this again I will. I have already spoken well about this site. The website has a lot to offer and locate actual information you're searching for example for family members that have passed or old papers from the 1800's.

My experience with the company was not good. I ordered 1 report and the next thing I know I’m getting reoccurring charges twice a month. But it was easy to contact customer service and the money is supposed to get refunded. The person who helped me was great. I’m hoping the problem is better and I no longer get charged for a service I’m not using or want.

Overall, the access and information you can view was easy to acquire, but I was disappointed in the inaccuracy of information which was concerning to me. It did not sit well with me that another person with my same first and last name (different middle name) had derogatory information that was mixed up with my information. I take this very seriously as a professional and hope that in the near future this platform can provide better updates and correct errors.
