The website is easy to use to get the information, The only downside is that it it very easy to find yourself enrolled in a subscription you didn't want. However, it is very simple to cancel online in the live chat box.

All I had to do was type a message and my issue was addressed the very next second. Excellent customer service without having to answer quite a lot of follow up questions. And the recurring change was removed immediately.

This is not an accurate place to get vital statistics. I got five different charges within one day because I was inquiring as to how to get a copy of a marriage license. I finally found it through my own state bureau of vital statistics. However, I discovered on my credit card that there were five charges from this publicrecords.info and I finally got a phone number to call them from my Citibank. When I called four different times they hung up on me. After they answered finally on the 5th try I got through to someone who talked to me and said oh I had a subscription and they would cancel it no problem and I asked for the refund and they said no problem and I said, "Don't you need to know what the charges are?" And they said, "No. We can see them on here." And so I said, "Well cancel anything you've got. Please refund all my charges." You have to go through that process in order to get your money back and get them to stop. This is really a disgusting trap.
