It also asks you "what you are mainly looking for and gives you a wide selection in the drop box to click on specifically what you are seeking, instead of a barrage of unneeded info like other sites.

If you know a name, you will be able to find the address or addresses. I wound recommend this site to anyone who is looking for public records.

I looked up info on estate disbursement record and it was pretty easy to find. Also looked up Property Record and that also was very easy to do. The info and pictures of the property I looked up was thorough and there were 32 pictures of the property and home. I was very pleased.

The document is good. Some things that were provided I think are not needed at least by me like the sex offenders, but could be useful if I was looking to buy a house. However, I was looking for two things that I could not find. I want to know the property's Real Estate taxes paid in 2023 and also the amount of taxes paid in 2024. If it is in the report I can not find it..

Fast, simple, easy, quick to access and easy to understand. Pleasant experience as well overall from the beginning. Would use again in future if needed. Would recommend to someone else also for its use. An app would work also for this service I would imagine as well, could be something to look into for the future possibly.
