I order my records for $1. I did not understand that it was an enrollment of $30 to get continuous reports. I could not afford this and did not want that type of service because I don't need it. When I called, I explained my situation and they helped me right away. They refunded me the money and stopped the recurring charges and closed the account I created in error. Thank you.

Sarah assisted me in finding out how long I have had this account and canceling it. I informed her that I was not aware of the membership, which caught me off guard. I have been paying $20 for 7 months which comes to $140. Painful information but it happens, would be nice to get some or all back but will see. Again Sarah was Very helpful.

I opened this account during a job search to make sure nothing erroneous was being reported on my driving record. I did not realize that this was a yearly subscription until a charge came the following year. When I contacted support, they were quick to understand my grievance, reverse the charge and close the account so I would not be charged further. Very impressed with the product, speed of service, and customer support. Would definitely use them in the future.

I tried closing my account on my own but didn't receive the email link after trying 2 or 3 times. I then used the live chat feature, and I was connected quickly. I was asked for my information, and my account was found quickly. The representative asked how she could help, and I told her I needed to close my account. She did so quickly and told me it was closed, and I would not be billed any further. The process was quick and easy.

I somehow subscribed to the service when I only wanted to do one search. When I started receiving a monthly charge to my credit card, I immediately contacted customer service via live chat and they were able to close my account and issue a refund. The best service I've received in a long time! The rep was knowledgeable, efficient and able to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction!!

Had I been able to easily access this site months ago by receiving monthly receipts, I could have easily cancelled this unnecessary account that has cost me $100s. Now I’m out of money for an app used once. I truly feel I am due a refund.

Beware of reoccurring charges. Customer service was wonderful though and refunded my money, as I did not know this was a monthly subscription.

I'm giving 3 stars for a good/bad review. The bad is that I was charged double what I expected. What I thought was part of the report package were actually individual charges in addition to the report fee. I don't feel that this was explained very well at the time I registered. The good is that when I asked about it today, they were very nice and issued me a partial refund and I closed the account to prevent further charges. Overall, the reports were useless. Money wasted.

I thought I was on a govt website, or at least a gov't. supported site. They asked for a$1 for a printed record, I said no to all the upcharges. I was just looking for a date. The info I got was wrong and too new. I needed historical deed info on a house. I got mortgage info, and not owners but anyone that had used this address or had any connection to this address. Bad info. Then I looked and my credit card was not charged $1. It was $31. I wrote down the cancelation number and email. And called them say 3 minutes, it was over 10 minutes on hold. Then they could not get my email correct.
