I tried closing my account on my own but didn't receive the email link after trying 2 or 3 times. I then used the live chat feature, and I was connected quickly. I was asked for my information, and my account was found quickly. The representative asked how she could help, and I told her I needed to close my account. She did so quickly and told me it was closed, and I would not be billed any further. The process was quick and easy.

I surfed until I found this website, and didn't look any further because it satisfied all of my searches. At the end of my session, I clicked on enough buttons that the system double-charged me for some of the options. I immediately launched an email requesting a credit, and the reply came as fast it made me think that either (1) someone was reading my email, or (2) the system routinely double-charges users and the staff monitors the accounts and issues credits without waiting to be asked. Either way, I got my credit and highly recommend the site to those who are curious about such platforms.

I had used this site to look into some records and had forgot or missed that I had signed up for a monthly recurring fee. I had got what I needed in the first month but by the time I realized what had happened multiple months had gone by. Much to my surprise this company did the right thing and searched their database and saw that I had not used their data and refunded me all the months that I had not used. I was astounded at their integrity. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will definitely come back to them again if have a need for public information.

I had created an account back in September 2025 trying to locate family members but when I no info was available, I sent request to close the account before being billed the monthly charges. But unfortunately, the account stayed active and I was being charged $20 every month without my knowledge until now when a payment was debited from my account. I reached out to support who was very helpful with issuing a refund for all payments billed to the account. I believe I chatted with George who was very helpful and empathetic and advised I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 days.

As I read through the Reviews for publicrecords.info, I can see that others have had a similar experience with one time use resulting in a full time subscription. I was billed for 7 months before I realized it. Customer Service was extremely cooperative and refunded me for all but the initial usage. Although somewhat deceiving, they were very cooperative with a refund. Not many Companies would go this far to take care of a customer complaint. Thank you so much for your great Customer Service. Sarah assisted me in finding out how long I have had this account and canceling it. I informed her that I was not aware of the membership, which caught me off guard. I have been paying $20 for 7 months which comes to $140. Painful information but it happens, would be nice to get some or all back but will see. Again Sarah was Very helpful.

I was able to get the information that I needed on the family members I had address questions on. Once I wanted to cancel my subscription, the customer service rep got it done within seconds. Thank you for making this easy.
