I obtained the information I needed in June and then canceled my subscription as I would never need it again. Unfortunately I was charged $30 per month for two more months! When informed of this, however, the company agreed to cancel my subscription and refund the $60. I pray this will be done soon.

I needed a public records search performed. In the process I needed to subscribe to the monthly service, which I really didn't want. I forgot to cancel. I received a text message about the monthly charge and saw it on my credit card. I immediately contacted support and they very easily and professionally canceled my account and refunded the charge for the subscription. Even though I didn't necessarily like the auto- renew feature, I was favorably impressed by their customer support.

I had used this service and then have not needed to use it for some time. I decided to close my account. Daniel helped me without any pushback, which I appreciate. If I need help in the future I will come back. Thank you.

I used this service to help find out information about my mother once she had dementia, and while it did pull up the "public records" on my mother, it also started auto charging me every month for $30. When I finally realized it, I went to the site and it was obvious that this is their MO. There is no "settings" feature of anything that would suggest that you can change your "plan". There is also NO MENTION of a monthly recurring fee on the website which is incredibly misleading. Thankfully, it seems they are very aware that they are bordering on an illegal scam and they refunded all the monthly fees immediately and supposedly it will all be back in my account in 5-7 days. Unfortunately I cannot attach a receipt to this review so that it will have a "verified buyer" status because they never sent me a receipt!

Flt out scam. I paid the $31 for the records I requested, which I was able to obtain from a different source for much less. About a month later, I received a charge from them again. It turns out that it's a subscription service totaling $850. The only redeeming quality of this company is their customer service did not give me a hassle when canceling. That may be because they are so used to the company's bad financial practices and having to clean up their bad advertisement of their services. Anyway, avoid this site at all costs!
