I had created an account back in September 2025 trying to locate family members but when I no info was available, I sent request to close the account before being billed the monthly charges. But unfortunately, the account stayed active and I was being charged $20 every month without my knowledge until now when a payment was debited from my account. I reached out to support who was very helpful with issuing a refund for all payments billed to the account. I believe I chatted with George who was very helpful and empathetic and advised I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 days.

I dealt with Steven today..... It was so nice to be treated respectfully and he as a trusting representative, took care of me immediately. In this day and age it takes hours to get something taken care of....a mistake that was not mine.....but Steven took care of it right away. I appreciate it greatly and the fact that I did not have to spend hours on the phone trying to convince someone I wasn't lying. It was refreshing. It wasn't about the money (well ok it was) but I was told yesterday something totally different and thought HE was polite and accommodating. But somehow wires got crossed and I did not use your services further but yet was charged for them and Steven took care of it for me. Thank you for your professionalism. When signing up for the service, I was in such a hurry for the info I didn't read the fine print that stated I was signing up for a service that included the dreaded "reoccurring charges". Upon seeing a new charge that I wasn't expecting to see on my bank statement I messaged the company via their online chat and was quickly connected to Donna. I explained the situation and she immediately took care of the situation and cancelled my account, No fuss, no high pressure sales tactics which I REALLY appreciated. Thanks Donna!!

Shirley was super quick and helpful figuring out my account questions. My account was refunded for the extra charges to my account, and I got an email confirmation before the chat even ended. It was nice to not have to argue or be sent to multiple different channels for one simple request, and just have the problem resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you, Shirley!! I also really appreciate the chat feature that is offered so that I don't have to take time out of my work day to call and be out on hold.

Customer support was fantastic. Unfortunately this site automatically charged my account $80 without my knowledge. I didn’t notice it until I received my bank statement. The support helped resolve the issue. I am planning to report these transactions to the proper people. This should have been disclosed.

My chat with George was very quick and handled my request quickly. My request to cancel my account was not met with trying to convince me to stay. Just handled the request and completed it, gave me a confirmation number and we were done.
