I did a four-in-one test with Life Line Screening. The process was handled very well from the time I signed up online to when I arrived at the facility. The receptionist was friendly and professional and the technicians that did the tests were pleasant and competent. I requested another copy of my results. I received those via email and they were much more thorough than the printed copy that I received initially. The initial printed copy that I received in the mail was very easy to use for 99% of people out there. It has a scale showing what's normal and where I was. But I was looking for a little more in-depth information and, sure enough, they emailed me my EKG and sonogram. Life Line Screening is worth the money. I have mentioned it to people to do it. It's very reasonably priced for what you get and it shows you things that you don't get in a normal physical.
Thank you for the 5 Star Review! We're so glad you chose Life Line Screening as part of your preventive health routine and look forward to seeing you again. And a big Thank You for recommending us to your friends!!!

Everybody at Life Line Screening was professional and nice. It's the same as it was before. I felt comfortable before we went because I go to the VA hospital and a doctor. I wouldn't need to go there, but I still gotta get my physical at the VA before I get hearing aids. That's the only thing I needed to get from the VA, but they give the whole physical too. However, there wasn't a sign there that says, "Please sit and we'll be right with you." When people came in, they looked around. I said, "Have a seat and somebody will call your name." Other than that, everybody was cooperative. We got two screening types. But after we got there and the techs talked to us, we went ahead and got the rest. I have a blockage but it rerouted itself, and I just wanted to see. And they said that it hasn't gotten bigger. The doctor told me the same thing after I went to him. My wife is happy with it too. We told others we're satisfied.

The reps did a good job. The screening process was neat. I got to look at the screen. But then we haven't received our hard copy of the results. Also, I didn't like having to find it where I registered and having to make an ID. I would have liked it to go straight to my email. The cost was a little expensive but we're gonna miss a year, and then come back and do it.

Many years ago, I went to the VFW in town, and Life Line was set up there. I went through the whole thing, and that turned out good. This time, I did just about everything they offered but one, and since the results turned out good, I liked it. There was nothing that I needed to get too worried about. Also, there are several techs 'cause they had different tasks to do, and some were friendlier than others, but even the least friendly was okay. It was a pleasant experience.

Where I work, I get a physical exam every two years, and once I got over 60, I started having to take blood pressure medicine. I do the Life Line Screening in the year I don't have the physical, and then meet with my primary care doctor. I've done screenings in two different places, and both times, the process was very easy. They gave me an appointment time, and they were right on time on that. I flowed from one station to the next, and they explained everything as they were doing it. It was very pleasant, and it was very professionally done.
I did the four standard screenings that Life Line offered, which includes the artery and the sonogram on the abdomen, and the quality of the results was good. My primary care doctor looked at the results, and there were a couple of abnormalities. She was commenting, “Oh, this is good.” She asked me if I had gotten a couple others, and I didn't. I said they offered the screenings when I got there. It would have been more money. However, on the 27th, I have a test primary care doctor wants to do based on what she saw on the Life Line Screening results. Depending on people's health condition, Life Line Screening is worth the money. The price is reasonable, and the people are professional. I would recommend them.

The people were professional, and the technicians were also to the point, open for questions, and explanatory. I was comfortable through the entire process, and I was satisfied with the quality of the results. They gave me a greater look at my overall health situation. Life Line Screening is something worthy to participate in and look into.

We've gone to Life Line Screening four times. The last time, my husband and I had this guy doing ultrasound, and he was ornery. Most of the people are pleasant, but that guy didn't like his job much. When he wanted to move us, he would tell us or push us. He wasn't a happy worker. The first time we ran into that. Also, I got a good height and weight for the second from the last that we've taken. I'm 5’5” and I usually weigh around 150. It's okay but it doesn't give me a good measurement of that. I knew that wasn't right when I saw that goofy height that they had put on me. I thought Life Line would give me a different score on it when they had the height right, but they weren't that concerned about it. I didn't like that because they should have redid it.
Our doctor goes by the results. I ended up having some blockage in my carotid and it wasn't that much, but they had it down as that. So, when the doctor checked it, he listened to my neck first but didn't hear it. He said, “You could go ahead and have it rechecked” because of being on Medicare and they would recheck it with that result. So, I did, and when they checked it, I was right on the borderline where it should be checked. They caught my blockage so I could have the surgery right away then. Otherwise, I could have had a stroke. It's well worth it.

Everybody was very professional, and polite in the testing center. It was pretty quick considering there were half a dozen people coming and going. So I was pleased with that. You have to wait a little bit of time. Because they try to get as many people in as they can for the testing to make it financially viable for them to do it. So you're gonna expect to have to wait a little bit. But it wasn't a long wait. The technicians explained what they were doing and there were quite a few of them, so everybody was on the ball. So I didn't feel uncomfortable thinking if they knew what they were doing. They give you something to read while you're waiting for the other tests. It was very quick with those results. So that was very good, too. I was quite satisfied with the results. The results gave me what I expected them to give me.
A lot of people who don't have the insurance or even if they have insurance, they don't have stuff to cover the abdominal ultrasound or the one on your neck, I would recommend Life Line. If you're in a car accident and you have to go to the hospital and have major surgery, it's gonna cost tens of thousands of dollars. You could pay your deductible. But to get these tests at various health places, people can't afford that, whereas the Life Line is affordable. At the least, you have a baseline of what's going on.

Life Line is only a couple of blocks from my home, and it was easy for me to get to. I didn't have to have a ride so it was easy for me. The screening was in a big room, which worked, because everything was visible. You could actually see, except for when they were doing the procedures. So, it wasn't being moved from room to room. The technicians are more experienced than others. There was a test they did, and I didn't even know they did it until they told me they were done. Then, they did the legs and the week before, I had had my legs done at the hospital. I'd had my peripheral arteries checked on my legs. The peripheral artery test was casual, and I knew for sure that that one wasn't up to standard. The other tests weren't bad. With the aortic artery, they found something there. The aortic aneurysm is unsettling. I'll have to talk to the doctor.

My sister-in-law in Florida used Life Line and then, we used them. The techs made me feel right at home and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. On the first procedure, they checked my legs for the blood. I have an aneurysm and two people double-checked that, which I liked. They gave me the measurement of my aneurysm. So now, I have that to take to my other doctor, a surgeon. It had grown 0.3. I pictured it as a motor home. They got my test back within three days and my wife’s took a little bit longer. It was in the time limit but she should have gotten hers near there.

My experience with Life Line Screening was very pleasant. I like the professionalism and friendliness. Nothing was very time-consuming. I had five screenings and went from one exam to another. I had that for the carotid arteries and the CT scan for abdominal aneurysm. They checked my legs for the arteries leading to the heart. They checked my heart as well. They took some blood work too. Everybody made sure I was comfortable. They sent the report to me online plus I got a paper one that I received through the mail. Everything was well-detailed. The cost is a little pricey but if I were to have each individual test done, it would be more than that. I look forward to doing it again next year.

I went to Life Line Screening and everything was fine. They did the screening and everything was clear. The techs were nice and they told me what they were gonna do. About a couple of weeks later, I got a report that said I had that the aorta or something at my stomach was enlarged. I needed to go to the doctor and get it checked. So I go to my doctor and he said that for my age, that is normal size. So, Life Line scared me and I don't appreciate that at all. I'm not going back to them anymore. My wife also did the screening and Life Line lost her test. She called and they said it was in the mail. After six weeks, she finally called back and got a representative. He said he'd get them out next day and then, a week later, we finally got the results. When I pay for something, I want my money's worth. I want it back. So if they lost it because they're not doing it right, it's not my fault. So, she's not going back too.

I wasn't pleased with the rep. When we first signed up, we were going to do the five screenings plus the other two. We thought it through and decided we didn't want to do that. We only wanna stay with the five. So, we spoke to Life Line Screening again and they said that's just fine and that we'll go bak to just doing the five tests for 149. The rep said, "But when you get there, be sure to talk to them and make sure that they understand that you are doing the five so they don't do something and you'd get billed for the other part. Okay?" That's what we did and I told the person who met us, "So, this is for the five screenings." She said something and it wasn't a very pleasant answer. She was impatient and rude. She said, "What I'm telling you is how it will be." There was nothing complicated about what I said. I was surprised and unhappy.
Other than that, we had five techs and everyone was very nice and professional. I liked them. Both my husband and I had issues and they were defined in the test. So, I hoped that they were thorough. I thought the results were going to the doctor but they didn't so we brought them in. I wish the results could have been sent.

They diagnosed me with a possible aneurysm in my lilac artery. My doctored looked at it and told me I had to consult with a vascular specialist. It wasn't serious but because of the size, I'll be getting scanned every year for the rest of my life. Lifeline Screening is so reasonably priced. You get four major tests and they do it for 135 bucks. I'm not really worried about getting sick because of cost. I'm more concerned about staying healthy. And so, I was very grateful. I look forward to the announcements that come every year because they do some other tests that my wife did that I didn't do. Doing a screening is worth it. We sat there, waited a while and our name was called, then we went up and it was good. I didn't have any problem with it. The reps explained things, and the results tell us things that we need to be aware of without going to a doctor. I don't have much luck with the doctors. When I went in there last time, first thing they do is weigh you, then get your results. On your paper, it says you weigh 175 pounds and I said, "Crap, I've never weighed that much." I said, "If they can't get that right, they can't get anything else right." In six months, we'll do a screening again.

I worked with multiple techs and they all did a very good job. I got the complete package with the blood pressure test on my whole body and then the ultrasound and then a complete blood work evaluation. I got the online review and checked it over, and it was pretty much what I expected. Then I just got the copy of the report in the mail the other day. It's good to have the record because previously, I'll get my blood work every year, and the doctor will just talk to me. This time, I didn't get a doctor talking to me about the evaluation, but I do have a printed record of it. If you don't have a primary physician, I would recommend this service.

I was her second person and she was having a hard time. The trainer was trying to help her with it, and she said she wanted to do it. So, not everybody's gonna be going to one testing center. That is really positive and I hope they continue that.

We were gonna do all five tests with her, and she had a blood clot before, so they couldn't do one test. They also didn't tell us to fast. My wife didn't fast, so she couldn't do two more tests. In total, there were four tests she couldn't do, but we paid for all of them. Life Line Screening was better than the one before. But there seemed some questions about one of the tests that was done. I looked at the numbers when I got the report and said, "It doesn't make a lot of sense. 'Cause everything else seems to be pretty good. This one seems to be wacko.” The reading didn't seem consistent with what the rest of the test results reported. That's the one test that they had a lot of difficulty dealing with. The technician, a young lady, had to get somebody else to help do it. Everybody's different, I understand, but it was questionable. Other than that, she did it good. I've talked to other doctors and they said Life Line is a good value for the test that they get. It's a good place to go for people who want to have those kinds of knowledge or benchmarks established.

My wife set up the original ones. We went two or three years running. And we decided we should just use our regular doctor. But a lot of the tests that Life Line Screening does are not done by the doctor. That's why we decided to do it again this year. They suggest that you follow up with your regular doctor. And the one thing that turned up with me was abdominal aortic aneurysm. My results says it might be possible. So, my cardiac doctor is gonna look at it and run some more tests and see if he concurs. We also had AFib, body mass, lipid panel, glucose, liver, thyroid, kidney, vitamin D and waste. We're both 75 and we felt that as much preventive medicine as we can have is good, because that way we can head offset before it becomes a problem. That was an incentive to do it again, especially when they come up with something like this.
I like the print out of Life Line's results. You can get it online. We get a hard copy of it. It's easy to read and tells you just quickly looking where you stand, what's the normal reading, what's an abnormal reading, where are you. I like the quantitativeness of it instead of just saying, "You're normal this, you're normal that". I want to know where I stand on the scale of normal to abnormal.

It was a total disaster. When they were doing one of the tests where they were doing an ultrasound on my stomach, they pushed so hard that I couldn't walk for several days afterward.

Life Line will do what they say they're gonna do. It's easy and doesn't take long. There's no pain involved. I go for the results of their ultrasound as opposed to anything else they offer or their narrative and assumptions about my health conditions, and I present this information to my primary care physician and my cardiologist. The day that I was there, I did my blood pressure and they said it was 126 over something and wrote it up as being hypertension. I know for a fact that I am not hypertensive. Every day I do four different routine tests - my temperature, my blood oxygen level, my blood pressure and EKG, and I document this. I have it all the way back to the first of the year and it was nowhere near what they were saying. In fact, my cardiologist who I see regularly took me off of blood pressure meds about five years ago.

My wife signed up for this service and I went along to keep marital bliss. She told me that we will be going to get medical screening to make sure we are healthy. Again, even though I get an annual physical I wanted to keep wifey happy and went along. When I looked up the directions it showed that we were going to a Hotel???? Ok, I played along. Sure enough, we go to a mid-level hotel and follow the signs to the "waiting room" which was hotel chairs lined up in the hotel conference room with the administrator (very unpleasant) taking your name and asking medical questions in front of everyone.
When your name is called, you are walked to another conference room with cloth dividers that spit up the different tests you go to. When you walk through you see and hear people getting their tests and listening to the medical questions and answers given. Very Uncomfortable because of obvious privacy concerns. This is an annual medical physical with the exception you are doing it in front of a bunch of strangers doing theirs. Ick.
I tried several times to reach the CEO David Bruggeman to relay this experience and his assistant said that he has received my messages and would call back. I made an appt for my husband. He arrived 10 min. early as requested. The crew was already cleaning up for the day. He felt rushed (in the way) and also felt like the scan was a joke. We paid a lot of money for multiple scans ($150.00 +) and he left feeling like they did nothing. He was actually driving away in less than 10 min. beginning to end. What a surprise, the results of the scan came back 100% perfect. Hmmm! I don't think Life Line Screening even did anything that day. When I called to give feedback, they never called me back. I called again and the lady said that they would check into it and call me back. No return call. I then wrote a letter simply asking for a redo scan to prove that this is not a hoax. Again, no response.
If this is actually real, then why will they not give my husband a redo when they are not cleaning up for the day and rushing him along? I don't know what's going on here, but Life Line Screening has left me feeling like they don't stand behind their practice. I'm still open for a redo, if anyone from Life Line actually cares. Do not waste your time or money. I would have benefited more from giving that money to the needy.

We've been coming and going to Life Line Screening for at least 20 years. It was the first time it came here to Alamogordo. Since then, different things have been revealed through the scans and screenings and I’m sold. And I tell everybody for the price you get as accurate as can be made. But they were almost right on for my issue. I'm very pleased.
The techs are very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. It was very slow this time. But they had a last minute change from one location to another. And people were showing up late and they were trying to work them in. But that is beyond anybody's control. Things were set up properly. We all had to wear our masks. They were very professional about that.
Get the test. It's very much worth it. One thing that I probably will do the next time is when they collect the blood to look for something about inflammation within the heart area. I'd probably recommend that, too. I would drop off some of them. From the packet, whenever they send it out, there's usually five for 100 something dollars. I don't know if you can drop one off and add another and it changes the price or not. For instance, AAA, once I have this repaired, I won't need that screening again. So that sort of thing, if it would be adjusted because there are definitely things I would have all the time. The osteoporosis, I get tests with the doctor all the time, but it doesn't hurt to have two opinions. And the carotid artery thing, that I would have each time. Other than that, I responded to Life Line's recommendations and I'm having a procedure that I needed done.

The technician who did my screening told me to see my doctor within 24 hours or go to an emergency room. I went back there in January and was retested to see if the problem had gotten worse. The finding was accurate as well and I’m being treated now by several surgeons.
The results are 100% valuable and I'm very disappointed in the whole medical field. They do not seem to trust its accuracy. During the last testing, they gave me a thumb drive and they said to take it to my PCP. I did and my PCP blew it off. They were gonna use their own imaging centers to do it. That's disappointing in a way since I know Life Line is accurate. They give their certifications and mention their training in a cover letter, but the doctors are not even willing to look at it. Every doctor I've come in contact with has the same reaction to that. But I would recommend Life Line Screening to anybody.

Life Line Screening sends me too many notices. Their right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, because I would just have tested and they would send me a notice to test. The last time I went, one of the ladies evidently had a problem getting one of the carotid arteries, reading it from the machine. She tried and tried and ran around with it, sensor all over my neck. Finally, she called another lady over and she did the same thing but she didn't take near as long and the test was over. So, I knew this other lady was probably still in training. And everybody has to learn. That was why I went and had it done again at the hospital. To see if I got the same result.
And I realize that people have to be trained, but if you're in training, the people that are training you should be there with you. But they were somewhere else. She couldn't get it so she had to call somebody over that was somewhere else. That's the only thing I felt was a little odd. Other than that, it's a very good service. I'm a dentist and I recommend Life Line to some of my patients, especially if they’re showing that they may have a problem, like shortness of breath, because I check everything. I've been a dentist for 50 years and I try to be observant and see if I can help other things besides teeth.

I've been using Life Line Screening off and on for 10 years. Everything is real quick. It's like an assembly line, but these people know what they're doing. It's quick. They get you down there. They're nice. That's why I go back. It's very professional. I told them the main reason I was going in is 'cause I was worried about my carotid arteries. They did the test and when I got the reports, they recommended that I get another test to be sure of the results 'cause the results weren't good. I went and called my cardiologist. We did a test. They found that my right carotid artery was blocked. Now they're working on getting me surgery. So, they definitely helped me. Their information has always been solid.

Life Line does some sort of testing I've never had done before and I gave it a try. There was a process that I never experienced in my 65 years. I've never had my ankles strapped down for the blood flow down through the legs. When I got the results, I immediately called my doctor and everything was great. Life Line did a great job and I was amazed at how quick it was to do this testing. It was what I needed.
I really respect Life Line and I learned a lot, so I appreciate it. I would recommend people to give it a try. People need to get these extra tests that doctors won't check for. I have an appointment come this November to go back to my specialist to keep an eye on my aortic aneurysm. Without Life Line, I would have never known about it.

When I booked the appointment online, it automatically added the 6 life tests package in spite of the fact that I unchecked it before submitting. I could not see this until after they had my payment information and there was no way to undo it. I called their customer service number only to get an automated menu. Following the instructions to enter my birth date with 2 digits for the month, day, and year, I kept getting a message that the first digit was invalid. I called again and put in the number to make an appointment and got a real person. I told her the problem. She said she couldn't do anything but would make a note of my call. The next morning was the day I had the appointment but I got a call asking to make my appointment 2 hours hours later. I agreed and told the representative about the extra charge. He said he would take care of the refund right then. I was not sure I remembered the new time so I tried to call back immediately.
I had the same issue as when I tried to call the night before. I went to the new appointment. I was told to have a seat. There were 5 people waiting and 5 more came in as I waited. All but one person were checked in as I sat there. The receptionist (some sort of manager) asked if anyone was not checked in. I raised my hand along with one other person. We were asked our appointment times. Mine was 5 minutes sooner. It was already 20 mins passed. He checked me in first. He asked if I changed my appointment. I said "No, you did". He explained that my name didn't come up because it was still in the system as 1:50 not 3:50. He checked me in and had me return to the waiting area. All but one person was called back ahead of me, regardless of their appointment times. I wasn't seen until after the receptionist area was broken down and loaded in their truck.
There was one other person still waiting. I did not get out of there until after 5:00! This cost me over $100 in rider fees since it was the busiest time of day for Uber drivers and I could not drive due to the appointment times change and the unnecessarily long wait. It became obvious to me that they are taking advantage of the 65+ population, who are stuck with the poor coverage of Medicare.

But when my doctors wanted a view of the results, I could never get it from those people. Aside from that, I had a trainee that didn't know what she was doing. She had to keep having a young lady that didn't know what they were doing come over and do it, ripping it out of her hand and telling her how it should be done. Maybe they should have held her hand the whole time, which would have been fine, not cutting her loose then coming back, and cutting her loose and coming back for five times. I have two friends that went to Life Line over the years and they spoke highly of it and how it gave a nice detailed report of all the tests. Over the summer and back into the spring, I did not feel good and I kept going to the doctor. The doctor sent me to a heart doctor and they did lots of tests. They kept telling me I was fine but I still didn't feel good. I felt a little fatigued. I would take the dog for a walk every single night and I couldn't go as far as I used to go. That was getting shorter and shorter. There was something really wrong here.
I asked my friend about the Life Line Screening and he said it was going to be on August 19th at the Four Points Sheraton or Belmont Suites. I made an appointment and I went. I spent 150 and they did five tests. The girls then took me for a walk down the hall and they said I had to go to the emergency room because I had an abdominal aortic aneurysm that was pretty large. The normal one is 2 but I had 7.5. Some of the signs of an aortic aneurysm are fatigue, a little bit of shortness of breath, and pain in your lower back and up in your shoulder. I had all of those but I didn't know.
I went to the ER and they did tests then a CAT scan. They found the aneurysm and they contacted the surgeon on call for vascular. I had surgery on September 3rd. I was extremely fortunate that the surgeon on call was the director of vascular surgery. He was so nice and funny. He put me at ease. I have felt better every single day since the surgery. It's freakin’ amazing. The OR doctor told me that in four to six months, the aneurysm would have burst and in four minutes, I would have passed away. I suggest getting screened and I highly recommend Life Line. They saved my life and I am thankful for their services.

I got the basic screening that whether I got plaque in your carotid arteries and the triple A screening. The technicians were helpful, pleasant, and upbeat. The last one I went to, she and her associate had a very good sense of humor. We cut up together. And I enjoyed that. Life Line was able to diagnose me with a heart problem I did not know I had. So the results were wonderful. The menu however was too big. We're familiar with it. But when we were there was more selling going on with respect to different tests than I would be comfortable with. But we have known it before, so we knew what we want and didn't want. The selling of the different services they have available should be done prior to any testing.
Other than that, Life Line Screening is a good thing to get. Because in my case, I found out I had what is called A-fib, and I didn't know it. They have impacted my life in such a way that I'm getting treatment for the A-fib. Many of the things that they do are things that we may not know we have. For example, an aortic aneurysm, which is a very dangerous thing. I know because I got one. But over a period of time, it can be a real problem. And that is one of the things you test for. An aortic aneurysm is something that, unless you went to Life Line Screening or you were just smart enough to go get the test, you would never know you had it.

Life Line Screening uses a cattle call approach to scheduling and overbooks appoints on purpose. They will ask you for money before providing you any services and will later (less than 24 hours before your appoint) change your appointment. I cannot claim they are a complete scam but I can warn you. Please keep in mind that if you sign up and send them money it can take from 5 to 11 days for them to give you your money back, at least that is what they told me. That said I am still waiting to get my money back.
If you plan on taking a day off work only to discover they cancelled your appointment then you're out a day's pay and left waiting to get your money back (if you gave them any money up front). Some have said that the services you receive can be done using other more reliable sources. Please keep this in mind is all I’m saying. If you do decide to make an appointment let them know you will pay once you receive the services and do not give them any money in advance.

Life Line did a great job in raising a flag and telling me what I needed to do. Also, the technicians were all awesome. The only thing I would do differently is keep the waiting area a little more separated than just a row of curtains. When you're back there behind the curtains and getting the work done on you, the people who are waiting are in earshot of what they're telling you as the results come in. There could be a little more privacy added to that. If they had more than just a curtain separating the two areas, it would be beneficial to the patient.

So Life Line wasn't lying about that but it didn't mean I better get into the hospital to get it fixed. I recommend Life Line to anybody. Please check out the Cleveland B.B.B. Many complaints like mine. They are doing their best for us.
Original review: I always felt this company was suspect when two doctors would not even look at the results of this company. That said, the following is proof of a scam company. After I paid my commitment for nothing, they stole over $200.00 from me.. My stupid fault. This company continued to charge my card for one year at 19.95 per month. I had no idea they were doing this and they just kept stealing until my caretaker found it. After numerous e-mails and phone calls wanting to know why they were stealing from my card, they would not contact me and the phone calls were left on lengthy waiting with no results and no concern, just like any other day to them.
I contacted the BBB in the city of Cleveland Ohio where this finally got at least a response. The BBB are still working on this matter for me along with many others. The BBB has over 310 complaints in the last three years. This is terrible. Please check the BBB and other complaint mediums. My credit card company did a chargeback for four months the farthest they could go back. I am going to have to go into the fraud department to get the rest. Bottom line don't put yourself into the position I'm in right now. Lots of work trying to have them return stolen money. Just let your doctor order the procedures you require. I'm not going to tell you to stay away from this company but I can recommend you check their references and consult with your doctor. if you check their references you will have information to make an important medical decision.

Staff is very unfriendly and do not explain the procedures. When they call your name, they are looking at their computer the entire time. They never make eye contact and bark out orders. 2) They use the same plastic covered pillow for all patients. To protect the spread of lice, they apply one paper towel that does not cover the pillow. The plastic pillows are wrinkled and distasteful. 3) Lobby music is appropriate for the younger generation and not appropriate for the clientele. 4) Life Line Screening lack ALL customer service recommendations. 5) Because Life Line Screening is so inattentive to basic customer service rules, it does bring into question their work ethic. We will take the Life Line Screening results with a grain of salt. 6) Unable to talk to anyone at Life Line Screening customer service line. Waited 10 minutes before hanging up. Save your money - Don't go to Life Line Screening!

My Mother has been doing this for a few years now, and swore by it. She was able to talk my Aunt into having it done, and they found an Aortic aneurysm, Her Doctor watched it for a few months, and then performed a successful surgery!! This screening literally saved her life! I only wish it had been around years ago, as this same thing is what my Dear GrandMother died from at the young age of 64. I have had the screening done now myself and Highly recommend it!!

I never really got the answers to the results of my test. That could be better. Other than that, everything was good. It all worked out with Life Line.
