Jitterbug has a lot more functionalitythan my old phone. The other phone was a simple Pay As You Go flip phone that had no contract, through which I can only make and take calls. On the other hand, I'm using Jitterbug for text messaging and also to call out so I don't keep the home phone busy for incoming calls. However, I'm going to call them to see if there was a way for me to lower my plan's monthly bill. The phone itself though is fine and I'm very satisfied with it. I've shown it to friends and they were interested in it themselves. I told them how to get more information about Jitterbug.

We've had Jitterbug for quite a while. The value is great, and the GreatCall customer service is absolutely phenomenal so it is one of the best customer services I've ever dealt with. We had Jitterbug Plus before having our Jitterbug Touch. My phone habits changed since using my Jitterbug Touch, I send and receive a few texts which I can't do with the flip phone. However, I had a very hard time with the Touch. For some reason, my fingers are too big, and screens kept popping up. I accidentally called 911 three times. I do not like the phone - it's not comfortable to hold and it's very difficult to use. Last night, I put in a cancel order, and I'm going back to the flip phone.

I hate my Jitterbug thing. I have the one which is supposed to be easy to use as it's not the flip one but it's not that easy. For me, they need to put a little loop on it and attach a stylus to it because they have the smallest keyboard. Another thing is, I've got somebody else's name on mine, so I'll get rid of it soon. Customer service keep telling me that they're going to change it but I haven't had it all that long and I haven't used it that much. It's terrible and not as cheap as they all advertised about. I had a different cellphone before and I'm so sorry I got rid of it.

I didn't like the cell phone I had before as it had too much on it and was confusing and the reception wasn't good but I love my Jitterbug. For a novice, I like the way that it's easier and doesn't have a lot of gadgets that I don't really need, want or use. I'm not into games so I like the way that it's simplified. It makes me feel good because it makes me feel like I know what I'm doing. And I have recommended it to friends.

I enjoy Jitterbug. It's the easiest phone I have had. I can text, go online, use it for phone calls, and it's my connection to my computer. I had my niece set up the phone for me and she was very pleased with it. The booklet is the easiest I've ever followed. It doesn't spoon everything. The phone has been very helpful for me and I'm looking for an even more basic Jitterbug Touch for my husband who has memory loss.

I found about Jitterbug in the American Legion Magazine and before using it, I had two different ones: Shark and AT&T. I like Shark because it had very good reception except that the bill was wrong every month and I couldn't reimburse with them. With Jitterbug, it doesn't ring. I can dial calls on it but I can't get calls in.

I haven't gotten any use out of it even though I can dial out since I have a home phone. I'm very disappointed because I'm going to have surgery next week on my knee and I have to go to a rehab for two weeks and I wish I had a cellphone with me, but I can't really trust the Jitterbug.

I like my Jitterbug Touch better than my previous cell phone, but it acts up funny once in a while. It freezes on me and I have to take the battery out and start all over again. And sometimes, it happens during texting or reading my email. It's never happened during a phone conversation. I called Jitterbug twice for help and they walked me through some steps a couple of times. It's a really complicated little gadget and I don't know what they did. Instead of the whole screen freezing, now only a quarter of the screen freezes. Overall, it's always been a wonderful experience - very positive and helpful. I have recommended Jitterbug to friends.

I had a flip-type phone before and it never did a pocket call because I had to flip it open to use it and whats bothering me was my Jitterbug phone called the police a couple of times while it was in my pocket and I don’t know how it did it. It must have rubbed around on something on my pocket, but that was kind of shocking. It seems like it’d be kind of hard for it to come on since I have to press three numbers first to get it to do that. But that’s about the only constraint I’ve had with my Jitterbug.

I bought my Jitterbug Touch at Best Buy and the rep set it up and activated it for me. I'm still trying to learn how to use it and haven't set it up to do all the capabilities it has. I used to have a regular cell phone and thought it would be nice to have a modern phone that does all these things like receiving emails. It is a bit less expensive and I like that the minutes are rolling for a month because I don't use it very much, but I don't want to lose them. I usually don’t take the phone with me unless I might need to call somebody. I don’t want that phone ringing when I’m driving or be bothered if I’m out shopping.

My husband was looking on a magazine that advertised Jitterbug. We got one for him and he liked it a lot. I wanted a smartphone and noticed they had a smartphone but I'm not awfully smart on the smartphone. I had a regular old phone from Verizon before using Jitterbug. I loved it for it was very easy to use but my husband's Jitterbug was easier to use. I just don't know how to go on after I pull up a number and want to add it. I don't get very many calls with it. I don't know if my kids just rather use the house phone because they know I'll answer it because I don't pack it around my pocket like a lot of people do with their phones. If it's where I can hear it, I'd get it. But it's a good little phone and I'll stick with it.

I carry the Jitterbug Touch with me when I leave the house. The phone has been outstanding. It's easy for me to use and understand once I've figured out how everything works. The little bit I have used of the service has been good. I've tried it in several towns around here from where I live and it seems to work. Customer service has been outstanding. I've had a couple of questions and problems and called them up. They walked me right through them and I got the results I was looking for. The major problem I had was getting unsolicited phone calls from telemarketers that I did not know and haven't had any contact with before. All I use my phone is to call family and friends, so something is going on.

Compared to my old phone, the Jitterbug is a lot more procedural. It's a lot easier to adjust to and learn from. I'm not left in the great frontier about trying to find where to go next and how to do it because I'm really not a tech guy. I also found that the customer service of Jitterbug, the GreatCall, is excellent during the setup. There's a lot of support and I feel a lot more confident for the first time. I've populated the people section of it so I have a lot of information at my disposal. But as far as the usage itself is concerned, I don't use it too much for anything other than making and receiving a call. Occasionally I'll take photos and text but not to any great extent.

We visited family a few months ago and it was so easy learning how to take the pictures with Jitterbug, especially to take the video which was very important to me. It was basically an organic procedure. Functionality was very easy for me to adapt to. It's somewhat empowering to make me be able to feel secure and take control of situations regarding the use of the phone or with outgoing and incoming. That's given me a little bit of peace of mind that I didn't have before. It's a lot less frustrating.

My son, who's knowledgeable on the Jitterbug Touch phone, got it for me. When I had it about two months ago, I made a check that same day and put it out for the US Mail, but they did not pick it up. So I took the check, put in on the dashboard in my car, and plain forgot about it. When I got the second payment, I went out and found it. So I called the number they gave me right away and I couldn't tell if the one I spoke to was Mexican or African but I could not explain to him what happened. He couldn't understand me and I had a hard time understanding him. So, I just combined the two payments and sent a check in with a note.

We had a regular, plain, basic cellphone before. But with the Jitterbug Touch, it has so many features that by the time I had read three pages in the instruction book, I had forgotten what I read. When you're going on 83, you can't remember these stuff. I don't need all the features that's on there. All I do is make a phone call and receive a phone call. I've had nothing but trouble with the phone. I'm very unhappy with it, but it's my fault, not the phone's fault.

Also, now it's faster because I just push the button and I'm getting used to it. And right now I've settled in on using it as my backup cellphone when I go out. I bought Jitterbug Touch because I was researching for an app called AliveCor which is a mobile ECG application, where you can take an electrocardiogram on your smartphone. Only certain smartphones are compatible with the application. One is the iPhone, another is the Jitterbug. There may be a couple of others but when I did the research, I came up with several that I thought were candidates. The Jitterbug was the most cost-effective for me.

The phone works well, especially for what I purchased it for. I like its layout and that I can use either their special menu or I can turn it into a regular smartphone menu with smaller icons. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. Up until this Jitterbug application, I’ve not used other cellphones for much other than my basic phone calls. I'm satisfied with the experience with Jitterbug. A couple of times I've had to call Jitterbug Touch customer service team and they've been very helpful too.

I had a phone and I wasn't satisfied with it so I told my son I wanted another one. We saw an ad in the paper for Jitterbug so that's how I bought it. This phone has more to it than the other. The other one had very few things, just for making phone calls. It doesn't have the weather and all the other things that they have here. I use the little device that they gave, like a pen to punch on the screen and I find it better than using my fingers. That makes it easier to get the phone call through.

I'm supposed to be allowed 200 calls and they send me bills where they keep raising the rates which I don't understand why they're raising it when I should be getting only one rate. I also feel that I'm not getting enough use out of it because I don't understand it with a lot of other different things going on. My son doesn't always have to come over and show me what to do here and there, so I'm trying to figure it out by myself. I have a landline and I like that better, and so I don't use it too often. It's only for when I go out, I take the phone with me. But it's better than the last one I had.
