ADT's reps have been good. But I was having a problem with them when it came to my payday. It was at the end of the month and they were taking the payment at the end of the month. But things have gotten better for me now, so I can be able to have money in the bank at all times. They could take their payment whenever and I got that fixed. So when I called them up, they did it electronically right from my card and now, I don't even have to worry about it. All in all, I would tell my friends that if they can afford it, they should to get ADT Medical Alert. I also got their home security and they gave me both the necklace and the bracelet for the alerts. Plus, they gave me a gift. It's a night light which is a thing you plug in the wall. Initially, I thought it went to the set and I was trying to figure it out. When I called ADT, nobody knew what it was. But I figured it out.

Everything's been going good with ADT Medical Alert and I like knowing that if something happens, they got somebody on the way.

I've been very happy and content with ADT Medical Alert. It's functional. I feel much more secure and it's very professionally operated.

ADT Medical Alert works just fine. The one on my wrist is what I'm using rather than the one around my neck. Probably too low for me and I couldn't get it adjusted any closer than that. I was out and about yesterday and forgot to take it off. But it's not intrusive at all. It's comforting to know that I can get some help if I need to. I just had my first power failure and wondered if I had to reset or do anything. The power just came back on and it seems to be okay.

The ADT Medical Alert device used to have something to indicate to the user when it was offline. But now it's bad because I've found out that when the machine goes offline, no one knows that it is offlline. It doesn't increase my security. It has been offline for a while so I have to call them to fix the issue.

ADT Medical Alert seems to be reliable. Whenever I call for any questions in the past, there haven't been any problems and my questions have been answered. We're really satisfied with the service.

I travel by myself and I like the GPS factor with ADT. One time, they called to tell me that my battery was low because I hadn't had it on the charger. I was so pleased. I was traveling and that told me that there's that connection and they're aware of what's going on in my household. It made me feel good. My only issue is that I don't like having something around my neck. But the only other option was wearing a wrist one and neither works for me, so I'm making it work out.

We have the ADT house protection and my daughter looked into their Medial Alert because my husband had broken his hip and had to have a walker. He also has some dementia and wanted to be home, so we did. I have some trouble as well because in 2010, I had surgery and it caused me to have paralysis in my legs. My daughter thought that there was a little bit too much equipment here in the house to be without any kind of alert, so we got it. I'm wearing the device and we feel comfortable having it because both of us are on walkers. But we haven't had to use it, so I'm thankful for that.

My sister-in-law explained to me about ADT Medical Alert and when I called them, their reps filled me in more on the system and how everything works. And that night, I signed up. So far, I’m glad I've got this unit. I have the necklace and one time, I took it off and I tried to jerk it. Then I laid it down and I heard someone asking if I was all right or if I've fallen. They have that automatic feature where the device goes off before they call you and that's what I love about it. So I know that if I fall, they're going to call and check on me.

The sign up was so easy. I worked with an agent and I understood the product completely. When I got it and opened it, I knew where everything was in the box. They described how it was coming and all that.

The ADT Medical Alert is working fine and I test it every month. They were extremely helpful when getting this service set up. They answered the first time I called and then sent me the equipment and I got it set up with no problem. The test button flashes once a month and then I call in and they run a test to make sure that they're getting the signal.

The ADT Medical Alert is easy to set up. You just put the battery in it. Their response is all right. I just didn't like the bill. They sent me a bill for 215. I never even got to use it.

Dealing with ADT was great. The representatives I talked to on the phone set everything up real quick and answered all my questions. I wanted to be sure we had good coverage and they were able to help me out. People can expect good service from ADT.

The reps were very helpful during setup and my mother, who usually complains about her hearing aids and everything else, doesn't complain about wearing the ADT Medical Alert device.

My mother was a fall risk so I got ADT Medical Alert about two years ago. Since getting the ADT Medical Alert device, I've had fewer worries. Every time the alarm has gone off, they've been immediately responsive. They used to call me and let me know until I removed that because they would go through the phone list and let everybody know what was going on. Everything they did has been very professional, prompt, and it made my mom feel more comfortable.

I feel secure having the service that if I fell or something and couldn't get up, I could call for help if no one was here. One time, I dropped it and my alarm went off so I know it works.

I feel confident since I got ADT Medical Alert. If anything happens to me, I can push the little button and get somebody to come to see about me. It would also be nice for everybody to have, especially older people living alone like me.

I got the necklace from ADT and the first time it went off was because my neighbor's terrier jumped up my lap and happened to hit it. I didn't have a phone out in the garage at the time, and here came a fire truck up and the ambulance. It works good. I did a test yesterday. My device has a little yellow light that will start flashing that says "test". They want you to test it every month. So, you call them and wait until it comes on and it'll tell you, "Go ahead and hit the button." Then you hang up and then as soon as you activate it, they'll call you back and confirm it. It works.

I had an alert device for a number of years. I have ADT now and the stem of the arm bracelet is a little too long and it's annoying. I was thinking of cutting a piece off this. But if the stem is shorter, it might not hold in the strap. The device also not pretty. My wrist is small and when you look at my hands, you see something sticking up in the air. It looks silly. I wish ADT would tell me what to do so the band doesn't point out away from my arm. Other than that, the device is decent. It's clean and neat.

I used the service when I fell and I was very glad I had the device on me. They came right away and they took me to the hospital. I was very fortunate that I had it, although I'm not too crazy about wearing it. I don't wear it at night in bed because you roll over and that would be crazy. I just keep it on the dresser right next to me. But other than that, I recommend it.

The only problem I have with this ADT Medical Alert is it's more expensive than I really can afford. So I don't know if I'll be keeping it. Also, it seems like I set it off fairly often. But the reps have been wonderful. They're easy people to deal with.

I had some problems with falling and my balance. I had several falls and that was when my family decided I better have the ADT Medical Alert device. We did it on the phone and this guy that was talking to me on the phone took quite a long time. I could tell he was reading me lots of sheets of information. Sometimes I wear it. But I've improved much since I've ordered that. It had been a month ago that I tested the deevice, but it was okay at that time.

My daughter decided it was time for a medical alert and I went with ADT. I’ve always been with them. I have no problems with them and I have no reason to change. You don’t even know ADT's service is there till you need it. And then, it's right there.

Any time I've accidentally hit it, they respond immediately 'cause they don't know if it's accidental or not. They're just the top of the notch. I'm very pleased with ADT Medical Alert.

Everything was fine with my experience with ADT Medical Alert.

Everything works well. Sometimes, if I move too fast or when I'm taking off a shirt, the device would go off and it's too quick to alert people. But it's better that way than it doesn't alert the reps at all.

I have the wristwatch and the little desktop device from ADT. It’s very simple. The only time I used the medical alert device was by accident and I don’t remember pressing the button. I was in bed and suddenly, the fire department was there.

I'm very pleased with my ADT Medical Alert. I wear it outside when I'm traveling and I feel better. One time, I accidentally pushed the button. I got the team on the line and it was very nice.

My mother has her bracelet on and everything is working excellent. Her bracelet went off a couple times because the battery was low and the team was very friendly. They wanted to let us know and we made sure she was okay. Everything is wonderful and we got peace of mind.

I take the medical alert device sometimes when I have to walk distances. I wear it when I'm going to be on the avenue for a long period of time or anywhere I might need it but I don't wear it around the house. I don't need it but everybody around me thinks I need it. The team is very nice and the experience with ADT Medical Alert has been very good.

I feel more at ease having ADT Medical Alert. However, we went through a test on it about a week ago and the voice that came over the loudspeaker was terribly hard to understand. So I'm hoping that if we ever have to put it to use, that the voice production is clearer than that. It was distorted and it was like a phone that was too loud.

I feel good about my ADT Medical Alert. I feel secure when I'm out roaming around. Since I'm very active and work a lot, I set the necklace off a lot. I'll lean against something and it goes off. When it goes off by accident, I have trouble getting it cut off. But they always reach out and I just say that it goes off. Everybody's nice too.

I called them. I mashed the button and asked them to please reset it 'cause it kept beeping. I would recommend ADT Medical Alert to a friend if they needed one.

The reps from ADT Medical Alert provided good customer service. I'm comfortable with my device and I'm enjoying it.

I have the button that detects the fall and then I have the transmitter that ADT reps can talk to me with. So far, the device has been no problem.

I'm not comfortable with the device and I do not feel confident with it so I don't take it with me. I want a device around my neck that has a button to push and it would call whatever medical alert if I needed it. But with this one, I gotta push the device and then I gotta push another thing to tell them where I'm at.

We've had good service with ADT. We had one recent power failure for the area we were in, and it came right back on. The equipment's working fine. The pendant works and the plug-in unit that handles it where they talk back to you seems to be working fine. The device set off one time when trying to change clothes and it shook the pendant to where it sensed a fall and they called right back to us. We're very pleased with the device.

I wanted to have ADT Medical Alert in case I fall. I fell in the house one time and I was down for the whole day. So then I said, “It's time to do this.” I usually take my phone when I'm out. Now I don't have to because I have the alert that I wear and it’s with me all the time. So if I fall in the backyard, I'm able to push the button and get help. Everybody should have it.

This ADT Medical Alert makes me feel good ‘cause I know all I have do is press the button and somebody will be here. It gives me peace of mind. They're also really nice. We accidentally dropped one of them one time and their team was right on time.

I had the ADT home deal and then, I decided to get rid of it. But I kept the Medical Alert that you can carry with you anywhere in case you had a problem. I don't know whether I'm gonna keep it or not because I have somebody with me all the time so if I had a problem, they would be able to call 911 if they needed to. Also, I found that it's very sensitive. It has gone off several times just changing my clothes. But I feel secure with it so for now, we'll go with it. The times that it has gone off, even the people have been great. They've put up with me, it going off at different times and me having to tell them everything was okay. If I were by myself, I would be glad to have it and for someone who is alone, I would recommend that they have it all the time with them. I carry it with me all the time. When I leave to go to church, it's with me. But other than that, I stay at home.

I did the setup myself and it was very easy. Also, I had the device tested and the response was very quick. I wear it around my wrist and the comfortability is fine, although sometimes, I wish I could put it around my neck.

It's comforting to have the ADT Medical Alert, just as it is my telephone. The necklace is fine but the bracelet would be better from a functional standpoint because, in extremis, you could reach the button easier than you could the necklace. Also, there were occasions I did not get a response, other than the robot telling me that the emergency has been notified. It took quite a while before I got a response. But their employees are courteous and patient.

I leave the ADT Medical Alert by the bed most of the time 'cause I just forget to put it on. But I feel fine when I have it on. Their reps are very nice.

The signup part was really confusing. I got the device, hit the button, and got it all okayed. I thought I just had to push the button and have them say, “Okay, this is working," but apparently, I hadn't signed up at all. But the customer service was good when I spoke with them.

They were very professional.

The ADT Medical Alert works great, so far. I had to call once to test it and it was easy. I had it set up in five minutes.

I feel more confident since I got ADT Medical Alert. One time, they called my son because they said I hadn't charged my thing and it needed to be charged. And they just called to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong.

My mother fell a couple of times and ADT’s device didn’t go off. So, I don’t have a lot of confidence with it. We've only had it in a very short period of time and I communicated that to ADT. It hasn't been good. The way they manage from a financial standpoint is terrible. For example, if I have three other accounts with you, it’s a separate account and my mother needs to wait. I'm not a supporter of the device. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

They were fantastic. If I had a question, they were willing to answer. There's been a couple of times that I've accidentally bumped it and it went off and I didn't know it. When I saw what was going on, I would call them, but then the ambulance would already be on the way. They told me, "Just tell them that you're okay and there's no problem. They'll leave." So, it's been good with ADT Medical Alert.

The ADT reps were very nice. My client's family is happier now that he has it. He's elderly and he's by himself sometimes.

The main factor for me getting the ADT medical alert device for my aunt was her being able to reach out to me if she fell. One of the things that we wanted to have was something similar to my alarm system in my house with ADT where there's a call hunt group for a number of people to reach out to first before calling an ambulance if there's a need for that. That played a big part in the fact that we were able to set up at least four family members that ADT could call in case she fell again and needed assistance before calling the ambulance. When we had looked at it a few years ago, that was impossible. It was just call the ambulance and get the ambulance there. In some cases, that is not needed.

When we tested my ADT Medical Alert device, I realized that I have to be within a 10 feet radius for their reps to even hear me and for me to hear them. It seems that when they first sell it to you, they say that it'll carry the distance of a football field but then it doesn't. Of course, if I'm out in the yard and I push the button, I don't expect to hear what's being said on the machine. But if I'm in my home, I expect to hear it. They need to work on the technology a bit.

The ADT Medical Alert is nice to have 'cause I'm here by myself a lot of times and if I fall, I got it to call back on. Although, sometimes, I turn it on and I don't need to. I don't know why and how I do that. But they are very quick to respond.

My frustration with ADT is that I don't know where they send the bill. They always call me and tell me I haven't paid my bill but I don't get it until like two weeks after I've paid it. Other than that, it seems to work okay. Having the Medical Alert for my mother, I'm not as panicked, although we haven't had any emergency experiences. They call me immediately if she mashes the bracelet. They're very responsive and I've been very pleased with them.

When I went to write a thank you note and the ADT Medical Alert device went off the table and the alarm went off, so that was a little unnerving. But I pushed the button and it stopped. I'm afraid to wear it at night for fear I'm going to roll over on it and set the thing off. It makes me extremely nervous wearing the thing, but I know I've got to do it, so I do wear my health monitor around my neck.

I feel a little more secure with my ADT medical alert. I don't worry now about going places and doing things. My family also feels a little more secure about my independence. If the part that I carry around in my purse could be made a little bit lighter, it would be helpful. I am also wondering if there is a watch I can wear instead of the thing around the neck. The necklace does work very well but I'm a little sensitive to having things around my neck. Other than that, it's a terrific device and terrific service. I'm very pleased with it. I would highly recommend it as a safety and security feature for anybody of any age.

The ADT Medical Alert fits okay. But I don't like wearing the pendant if I'm dressed up, so I just make sure I have the other one with me, the carry one. I've tested it and they answered and told me everything was fine. Then they reset it. They were just very nice. Whoever I've talked to was very courteous and professional.

I searched online for different options and different providers. But when I found out that my security provider did the same thing, I went with ADT Medical Alert. The service was easy to set up and didn't take much time. Having it makes me feel safe because I have somebody to call other than just 911. One time, I got to see that the service worked and their team responded within a minute after I pushed the button. Also, when I happened to let the battery get low, they called to make sure that I have it on the charger.

We have ADT security for our home so we knew their billing and everything was really well done. I called to see if they have a service to have a pendant for medical alert stuff and they did. They told me all about it. The reps were extremely professional and very accommodating when I was asking questions. It was a good experience dealing with them.

The young lady who was the customer service person that I talked to was awesome. She took her time with me and answered questions. She was very relatable. She had said she had a grandmother and somebody that had used it. We talked semantics and logistics and how it worked. I had talked to two other companies but with her, ADT has got a salesperson. She doesn't go through the script, rush you through and sound like a freaking automated service. She makes it very personable and that's hard to do coming from a big company. I feel like, to this day, if I needed to call her for something, that she would try to help me the best she could. That was the number one reason I went with ADT. I don't like great, big corporations but when you're going to do GPS tracking for somebody and call emergency services, you want a big corporation that has the ability to do that. Not all ADT's reviews were great but no company has 100% great reviews. If they did, then something would be suspect.

I'm doing fine with ADT Medical Alert. I had to learn to put it on the charger every night, but I'm about to do that. I enjoy it.

I've contacted them once and that was during set up and the rep of ADT was very helpful.

I wear my ADT medical alert device around the neck. I thought it said it's gonna be $27 a month but the last I got was almost a 100.

The only thing about the device is that when I bend over and it’s on my neck, it falls in front of me. If I'm picking something up, it's a bit irritating to have that dangling around. Other than that, it's been good so far.

I liked my other device because I just had to take the one that was right underneath. It had GPS and all on it. With this ADT, I have to take both things. That's the only thing I don't like about it. They need to try to find out just having one thing that I could use instead of two. But I like the service. I took the time to test it. It was Thursday or Friday when I got in the shower and something went off. All I did was grab ahold of that button and just kept mashing it and it was cleared. I liked how ADT responded to it and how fast they got to me. I was glad about that because it secured me when I took a bath.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the ADT Medical Alert team and the button is great. I put it around my neck and anywhere I go around or outside the house, I know I'm safe and secure, in case something should happen. My husband and I tested it. He pushed the button but it was a little too loud. It was overbearing. I'm gonna have him see if he could get that put down.

I had some initial problems with it going off on me without me understanding why. It's very sensitive. I was really frustrated with it going off so much. But that was my only complaint. When it went off, they were very prompt in their response. Having the device is an additional comfort and it gives me a feeling of security knowing that if I fall or something happens to me, I have the ability to reach out for help.

The ADT Medical Alert seems to fit in fairly well. I've had a couple of false emergencies where it went off when I didn't mean it to. I hit the reset button and it stopped.

I took ADT Medical Alert because I'm very well-satisfied with the Home Security I have. My sons and I agreed that it was a good company to work with and I got perks with them. I'm starting off with the basic and if I think I'm headed for more problems, they told me I could upgrade it at any time. And it was no contract. They made it sound like if I changed my mind and I went into assisted living and maybe I didn't need it, it would be no problem returning it. I like their policy. Also, one thing I was impressed with was I called and ordered it one morning and I spoke to the girl for about an hour. She was so kind. Then, the device came the very next day after I ordered it. I would recommend ADT.

I called Medical Guardian and I did not like the way the salesperson talked. He was very pushy and did not give me the information I needed. I called Life Alert and they sent me a brochure. Then my daughter said since I got ADT security, just get an ADT Medical. I haven't used it, thankfully. I'm supposed to test it every so often, but I didn't know how to do it. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I live alone, but I'm not alone.

I feel comfortable with my device on and I don't take it off unless I'm in the shower. I feel good to know that I just have to hit a button and I'll have some help if I need it. Call and sign up. ADT is right on the stick as far as contacting their customers.

The reps of ADT Medical Alert were extremely friendly.

My brother-in-law has Parkinson's and the device was for him. Unfortunately, he has been moved to a rehab facility and we have disconnected it. But the team at ADT was great.

I just had a triple bypass not long ago. One morning, I got up and I felt dizzy, and I thought, I live on my own and if something were to go wrong, I have no means of communicating. Having ADT gives me a bit more peace. It's easy to use and I don't have a problem wearing it every day. I travel with it too.

Robert wears that wristband all the time. He got a letter last week about that the unit was not being charged. When I was here, I went and looked at it. Robert and his daughter actually put the thing upside down. So it should have like an arrow which way to put it on the charger. It's very easy to put that upside down and then it's not charging. It's sitting in the cradle, but it's not charging. For an older person, that is not a good design.

I feel more secure with my ADT Medical Alert device. If I need help, all I got to know is just push the button. I'm very pleased and I do recommend it. You never know when you're going to need it, especially if you get older.

My doctor didn’t want me alone in the house and the ADT Medical Alert was available through my ADT service. I usually wear it all day. It worked for me during the time that I needed it. I’m not gonna keep it but for a couple of months.

I wanted something that the watch part would be self-contained - that I could receive and send messages over the wristwatch. But it's not true with ADT. You have to have a little device in addition to the wristwatch. So, it wasn't what I wanted. I sent it back. I wrapped it up and put a label on it. ADT said it would be another month before I would get the money back.

When I first got it, they explained to me how to set it up and they were very helpful. I will highly recommend ADT Medical Alert.

I have ADT for my alarm and they gave me a special offer for the medical alert device. I'll feel safe because it's right there and I can push the button. I happen to accidentally push that when I was taking a shower and the box came right on. The response was right away. They kept asking me if I was okay and I told them I’m fine. I have it to go around my neck and I don’t like the comfort of it, but so far, I've had someone here with me. When I'll be alone, I will wear it.

The reps called and we tested the ADT Medical Alert device but I hope I don't have to use it. Half of the time, I don't remember to put it on but I usually have my phone with me. I’m not one who has to depend on the device completely but the team is there.

I always wear my cell phone. But I realized that if I were to fall or something like that, I might not be able to get to my phone. I just wear the device underneath my blouse and I would be able to reach up there and press the button and be able to get the help I needed. It can be a little heavy sometimes and it gets a little frustrating. But for the most part, I don't even notice it. I feel secure. I've tested it every couple of months and the people say, "Call us any time to make sure it's working." I've done that. It's just that I'm paying 33 and I would be a lot happier if ADT came down a little bit in their pricing to around 25 instead. I'm a senior citizen, so every penny counts. But there's an old saying that you get what you pay for. They're excellent.

We had another product but it kept cutting in and out. We had a hard time catching up with a person even when we did our test. One of them was faulty equipment and we had to end up sending that back. That was a no-no due to the situation of my husband and I and our son. My husband had seizures, so he needs something with him at all time when I'm not around. Then, even though there's someone with my son at all times, he has a base ADT 911 caller and it works great. Even when we do our tests, they're always right there on point. They answer every time. That was really impressive for me, especially for last week when we had a medically alert. When he hit the button, got the call, the people answered in a matter of seconds. He said it was an emergency. Within minutes, they said that the ambulance and everyone are on their way. The ambulance took about 15 minutes to come. But they did their part and got up here. ADT was more efficient.

My son made me have a medical alert device because I live alone. We have ADT in our house and he just thought it would be convenient. He did all the setup because it was his deal. We've already had one checkup that I have figured out how to do and it went through easily. The device is hanging around my neck. I'm going to get a better chain on it so it's a little more becoming. I feel a little more secure with it even though I didn't want it. I don't even notice it that much.

The main equipment was in the bedroom outside the bathroom and it was easy to call in the test. I accidentally hit the button once and within minutes, the people responded. I haven't had to use it. If I needed it, it would be great and very helpful.

I got the device on my neck and it's there if I need it. It's security.

I feel very safe with ADT Medical Alert 'cause I'm alone in the house now. Every time it went off when I had it the first two weeks, I was wondering what was going on, but I heard a voice and I didn't know wherever it was coming from. They were checking up and were very good. My daughter loved it too.

I feel a lot more secure since using ADT Medical Alert because I know that they're going to call someone and that they'll continue to call to make sure that someone comes to get my daughter with special needs if I need to press the button. I had a stroke, so it was hard to call numbers. My daughter can understand instructions, but in an emergency situation, it was kind of panicky trying to get her to understand that she needs to call somebody to come get her. At 4:00 in the morning, people weren't answering their phones. She would just be paralyzed herself with fear and she didn't know what was going on. At that time, she couldn’t ride the ambulance anymore. She would have just been left here alone. But ADT would have kept calling all the people on the list until they got somebody.

I like having Medical Alert. One time I couldn't get it to shut off, and the rep told me, “Just hold it.” So after I found out I'm supposed to hold it, I haven’t had a problem.

I like how prompt ADT is. When I'm not detected, or low battery, they’re, "Are you all right?" I love that they're checking on me and that they are on top of things. I don't have to worry. It makes me feel very safe, having them right there in my pocket, on my waist, wherever I carry it. I can go to the store by myself now. Before, I would never do that because I might have these sudden dizzy spells and then I would have to be rushed to hospital and I got all these strangers around me. Right now, if anything happens, I can just press the button and I have someone with me until I get help. I love everyone that I’ve come in contact with. Very professional and very caring. Thank you guys for just being there for me. Appreciate it.

The device is of good quality. I like having it because I live alone. It's very handy. One time I pushed the button. I wasn’t really in an emergency. But the people responded very quickly.

My device makes me feel comfortable knowing that somebody could be there in case I need them. I’ve got the white one on my arm. I was told to push that button if I should fall or need help and they would talk to me on the loudspeaker on that thing. It was blinking one day, and I didn’t know what to do. Finally, after the second day and it was blinking red and white, I went over there and pushed the button. They answered me immediately and I told them what it was doing. The rep said, “I’ll clear you out if you're all right.” I said, “I’m fine.”

My husband has been using the medical alert device and I feel more comfortable when I have to be at work and away. We are doing okay with it except we are still learning. My husband hits the device on something or pushes the button every week sometimes. I'm trying to teach him how to work it and to use the monitor. He kept saying that thing around his neck was a microphone. It’s the pendant that he alerts when it’s the monitor that he needs. There was one incident where the EMS were sent out. I was there but the reps called immediately. They have been very polite and nice. I would highly recommend ADT but would tell others to make sure they read the manuals, be up-to-date on all of that, and to call if they need help with some part of it.

I got ADT Medical Alert because I got COPD, and sometimes I have a hard time breathing. Sometimes I don't think I'm gonna make it to get the medication I need, especially at nighttime, it's very difficult for me to sleep with COPD. I'm up most of the night going nuts. I never had to use the button yet but I keep it near me all the time.

The team at ADT has been great. One time I had gone out to my car to put my purse and my water in, and I've come back up the steps to get my dogs because they had a vet appointment. I fell right inside my door and I didn't have enough strength in my legs to get me up. They tried calling my son who was out of range. He was working. They called my daughter-in-law and she came around and got me up. The only problem is that when I have forgotten to put my little monitor on the charging app, they don't call me, they call my son, and he doesn’t need to be involved. It’s fine to call him when I fall, but not when I forgot to hook that back up to charge it.

ADT Medical Alert gives me a little security. It's better to have it than not to have it. However, I have to be careful that it doesn't trigger itself. It's done that once or twice. But that's okay. I can understand how that would happen. I'm more careful now about how I wear it and when I take it off when I need to.

My mother's 89 and had an ADT Medical Alert for a while. I went through some operations with my spine and I'm not walking really well and I'm falling. I used the device a couple of times and it worked fine. We like the device and we're happy with it. I only had to talk to customer service on a couple of occasions and they were very pleasant. I have to call them and tell them where I'm gonna put a key. If I fall and call that machine and nobody answers it, then they can come. But they wouldn't know whether to knock the door down to come in or not. Other than that, I'll keep using ADT. The amount of money to pay is good.

The first time I ordered the home security system, the wristband signal would be in the bedroom and the electronic part, where you receive and accept messages, was 45 feet away. It wouldn't work. I reordered through Decades and they ordered the same thing. It's not going to work. I need some kind of a monitoring system that includes two speaker microphones in two separate rooms. Also, over the years, I've had people come and change the batteries, which I paid for mostly. I thought I have an insurance policy that would take care of that but changing batteries isn't included in the insurance so I spent $7 a month pretty much for nothing.

My ADT device gives me a little more security. I'm not afraid to do things now. I bumped it a couple of times and it went off and they called me up and said to reset it and it was fine. The price is a little high but it’s a very good idea to have it.

If the reps hear something, they are right on it. They do better than the alarm system. My alarm system can go on and on and on, and nobody will answer. But the device can bump up against anything and it will turn on. I'm old enough not to play with it, but I don't want it to keep ADT calling me. Other than that, your mind feels better. Sometimes when I leave home, I would be like, "Wow, I'm going too far away from home." I've never had to go that far from home. But ADT said two football fields. It makes me safe. Even if a break-in happens, I can push it. And if I pushed it, ADT will know something's wrong. I don't have to fall.

I have a tumor and the doctor recommended to give me epilepsy pills and I didn't want to take a chance of falling. I rather be safe than sorry. I carry the device with me and I feel safe having it because you never know. A couple of times, by accident, it went off. I had to let the people know that was not an emergency. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

I've been having a few problems with my balance and stuff, so I decided, seeing as how I live by myself, I got to get something so that if something happens, I can get help. One time, I put the one with the mic on it into the holder to charge, and I put it in upside down so the battery went dead. The people called me to tell me that.

The ADT medical representatives were treating me good. I hope I don't have to use the device.

The ADT Medical Alert is super sensitive. I was putting off taking a shower because a week ago when I took a shower, the fire department ended up at my door. So, I just took it off and put it right next to the shower so that if I fall, I can reach it. But they've been very easy to work with. I have the lockbox at the door and It goes on the outside of the door that you put a key in. So, if some police need to get into your house, they don't have to rip the door off. I'm just putting off getting that set up because my friend tried to set it up and was not able to. My caregiver really worked on it for quite a while. That was when ADT said, "Send that one back and we'll send you a new one." So, I have to do it now, but I'm just not sure I can do it myself.

We’ve been having ADT for years, with the home security. And then, I was having heart trouble and was in surgery. When I got home, my wife and I talked about ADT Medical Alert and decided it would be good to have it for future use if necessary. It works really well. Nothing has happened yet, but it’s there. That’s the important thing. The reps were very good and helpful. ADT is reliable and they know what they are doing.

I like the fact that I get a phone call when it needs to be charged, when it’s off the charger.

We had Life Alert for quite a few years and I hated the way it made a sound when we would set it off to get help. The ADT had one that was quieter but yet I know when it goes off and it was a whole lot cheaper a month. I like it a lot better than Life Alert. Before, I can leave my husband at home and go shopping but now, I can’t go off and leave him unless somebody is here with him. He does fall and I was afraid he’d fall while I was gone but we will be placing him in a nursing home as soon as they get him qualified. So, I’m gonna have the ADT Medical Alert device changed into my name. It has been good but when my husband fell, it didn’t go off. He shivered, dropped down to 26 last night and he was having seizures. So, he's in the hospital right now. I brought the ADT thing home because I didn’t want anybody bumping it or setting it off.

I'm at home most of the time and I feel very safe wearing the device every day. Also, when I speak to someone, they're always very helpful and that means a lot.

I wear the thing on my wrist and I accidentally have set it off two or three times, and the ADT Medical Alert reps have called me. If you need help for that type of situation, this is a great thing to do.

I like the sense of security in having the ADT Medical Alert device and knowing that if I fall, somebody would respond. But I was told before I purchased it that I could wear it in the pool. Then when I got it, they said I couldn’t so they lied to me.

With my ADT Medical Alert device, I feel more secure. I wear it if nobody's home 'cause if I fall down, somebody would know it. My daughter and I feel safer with me having it. Also, their reps were nice to me.

I feel a little safer since having the ADT Medical Alert device. The reps had knowledge about it and I’ve been quite satisfied with what they’ve told me.

I would like to try the ADT Medical Alert out a little longer. It's there to possibly save my mother's life.

I dropped the thing and they called immediately. Everybody was good. It's a very good device.

My device went off twice by accident. It's around my neck and I accidentally must have squeezed my arm between my body and the tendon in the middle and it went off. But I told ADT that everything was all right and they didn’t come. I recommend ADT Medical Alert.

I feel a little bit more comfortable with my medical alert device 'cause I work around the outside of the house quite a bit. If something happens out there, I'm going to be in trouble. ADT Medical Alert is like having somebody taking care of you when you don't need it. You should have it because you’re getting up in age. You can fall in the house, trip on a carpet, break your arm, break your hip and you can't get to a phone. And here you got the system, push a button, and they're on the way.

For the most part, I have it with me. There are a couple of places that I go to that don't have cell service, so it triggers an alarm on it. But other than that, everything works the way it's supposed to. I have difficulty breathing and I had two heart attacks within two weeks in October. I felt safer that I had the button, that I didn't have to worry about running through the telephone to call for an ambulance. Everyone that I've dealt with has been great too. I'm very satisfied with ADT Medical Alert.

One time, I rested against something and the button touched. The reps checked on me asking me if I had a fall, so it’s working fine. It’s an excellent apparatus to have.

My son who is Dr. **, came to visit me and told me about ADT Medical Alert and had it hooked up for me. I had ADT before for my home. We installed it back, updated it on my home. And he showed the medical alert to me. We both decided that this was the best one to do since we knew about ADT before. It’s working. When I go to take my shirt off, I would be like, “Oh, it’s gonna go off.” I always use my garden. So, I’m in my garden, and I'm wearing it around my neck. I feel safer. I’d be frightened to fall or stumble. And for even outside, if you’re around your house, it’s effective. I'm a retired RN, so I think it's very effective for folks who live alone at home and they need help. If you're not even elderly and you live alone, you never know. You may need it. And they call back quick. Beep beep, then they’re on the phone. It’s effective. Get it.

ADT Medical Alert's pendant is annoying but it's better than falling when I'm working in the yard and I don't have anyone around. The reps are very helpful and I'm very happy to have this device. I have no qualms about telling anybody how great it is to have someone that I can depend on.

I first got ADT Medical Alert when my husband was still at home, because he would fall often. I've also had some falls and I'm living by myself, so we kept it for me. It's nice to know it's there. I used it a lot when my husband was here because he would fall in the middle of the night and I couldn't get him up. They would answer, "Joyce, are you all right?" and then I tell them what was going on, and they would send someone out, whatever I need. Sometimes it's the fire department. I've had them to come out several times and get him up. And they were so nice.

It's great. I like what it’s done. I sleep with this on my neck. I got to keep it on 24 hours because of loss of oxygen. I'm just pleased to have it with me in case I need it.

The pendant fell on the floor and it didn't go off. I'm not happy with it. Also, they told me that the bill would be $45 and some change a month but I got a bill for $413. But I recommend ADT Medical Alert because it's helpful to those who actually need it.

I'm very pleased with the system. I like having peace of mind and I feel more independent too. The reps are very friendly and they will call me if it needs to be charged.

We tested the device and it worked out well. I carry it with me when I go to the market and when I go to my doctor and so far, I've been satisfied with it. It's convenient and if it goes off accidentally, I can press it to shut it off.

I ordered a system for my mother-in-law and dealt with Curtis. We talked a couple of times and he was very nice on the phone. Everything he said happened and we've got it installed. When I was talking to him to set this up, I asked about the bracelet and he said there's a difference between the pendant and the bracelet, and the bracelet's not waterproof. We went with the waterproof thing and we've been pleased thus far. Hopefully, we'll never have to use it but it gives us a little peace of mind. I would highly recommend ADT because I've seen it in action and it's a good thing. I know it works.

The device is more sensitive than I thought. It went off the other day when I was going down my driveway. I live on a big hill, and I've got a gravel driveway, which is good because I didn't think it would go off like that. It just took a minute for ADT Medical Alert to answer. It was fast. I know my family feels a lot more secure now.

I was told that the ADT Medical Alert device does not work underneath a metal roof. The rep tested it several times and asked me if I had a metal roof. We have a 14x78 mobile trailer and it does have a metal roof. Unless ADT has got something else that would work inside, I'd have to cancel the service because of it. I'm not too sure if the service would even be that good for me. I’m also getting ready to make a payment but I haven't gotten a statement yet.

The person who taught me how to set it up was wonderful. He walked me through it. It took me time to get used to what I was doing at my end and he didn't rush me. We had a false alarm one morning when I was getting ready to go to an appointment and I might have touched it too hard. It set off the alarm and the person's voice came through. Also, I had a billing problem at first and it was resolved right away. If anyone needs a medical alert device, get ADT Medical Alert.

ADT Medical Alert is good but I’m baffled. They have two separate necklaces and they have the GPS separate. You can’t talk into the device you wear. But other than that, it’s great. I have a level of safety.

Going back years, ADT was always the one that I know that I had always grown up with. And I feel the company has stuck to its reputation, always giving the customer what they said they would give. Making sure that it's working properly, running tests, the cable unit -- things that you wouldn't expect somebody to do, but they went out of their way and did that. So, customer service is very good quality.

My experience is satisfactory. When there was one false alarm where I must have dropped it off the bed to change my undershirt, the reps were friendly and helpful.

Since I've been using my ADT medical alert, I don't have to have anybody here with me as much. My daughter got the alert for me and she feels good that I have it. It’s just aggravating to wear it. One time I must've hit it on something, then they thought I fell. If I wear it around my neck and if I brush my teeth and it hits the countertop, somebody would say, “Hello, Charlene. Is something wrong?” They’re right on top of it. Then I have to go to the base and hit it and say I’m okay. Other than that, my alert is really easy to operate. I love it. I just hate stuff around my neck. I feel like I’m wearing something all the time and I’m always feeling it.

ADT is a good company and I like the experience with Medical Alert so far.

They're very efficient. I rely on them and I haven't had any problems.

We got the device last week and I know it works. My mother has used it for a couple of days and it went off today. She was bending over and pushed a button. The intercom came on then we pushed the button on the pendant to shut it off to keep it from contacting emergency.

The reps have been super nice and cool. They explained everything on how we set up the device, work it, and test it. My mother-in-law likes it and appreciates having it with her. It helps her think that she's pretty secure and safe.

It was very simple to get started with Medical Alert and the reps are very helpful. Also, I have bumped the device a couple of times by mistake and they called right back so we know it works.

I'm not satisfied with ADT Medical Alert 'cause when I called yesterday, they didn't do what I wanted them to do. I wanted the ambulance to see about my husband and they refused it. I wanted to take him back to the hospital and they wouldn't do it. It was very disappointing.

I started out with Life Alert. My children looked at that and they said, "We have ADT and we can get a better system with ADT than you do with Life Alert." So I canceled them and went with ADT. However, I have to take it off when I go to bed because it feels like it's trying to strangle me. I don't feel comfortable with it. The floors are wood but they're not slippery. So I'm able to go to the bathroom and come back to bed and do things that are normal at night. But when I get up in the morning, I take it out of its charger and put it in its pouch and hang the pendant back on me.

My Medical Alert's clip is so strong, I can't get it on the belt. They call it the console and it's the one that has the speaker in it and it communicates with the satellite. There's a little pouch that you put it in and you can hook it on your belt. But the hook, it's so strong you can't even open it up. But once you get it on it stays on, so that's the advantage to that. Other than that, FedEx dropped it off when I ordered it and it was very nicely packaged. But I probably didn't need to get the fall pendant and I'm better off getting the wristband. I asked if I could get a wristband and somebody said on the phone that it was going to cost an extra $5 a month. And I didn't want to do that, so I live with what I have.

I laid on the device one time and it went off. Then, they called to make sure I was okay. It’s pretty good service from ADT Medical Alert.

The representatives from ADT Medical Alert are very nice and operating the system is easy. I imagine my children are the most comfortable with me having the device and so am I. I resisted at first but it's a good thing.

I called two weeks ago to set up the Medical Alert and everyone was very helpful. It came to my mother’s home because it's for her and I tried to set it up but I got a little challenged. Then, my husband came over the next day and he couldn't get it. We think it's my mother's phone system. It's an old community that she lives in and their phone service is not the greatest. ADT said we could go wireless but it's way beyond our scope. Then, I was told that we could cancel the service so I called and canceled it. If I have one comment, it would be that if we have to return something, I would like to see that this stuff could be emailed instead of slow mailed.

We've been frustrated a little bit with Margaux's Medical Alert. She has the button that she wears around her neck but then, there's a separate GPS mobile device. So she's walking with a cane, which is great, but we want to be able to keep it attached to the cane because she has a cane with her at all times. Otherwise, that's been very troubling. She's getting better and she's going to be on our own soon, so we're trying to figure out how to keep the mobile device attached to the cane. Otherwise, we're very satisfied with them. When she fell or even accidentally pressed her button, we're very happy with the response. ADT has been great with contacting her and sending services if she needs it.

Everything was fine when I ordered it. I never had a call, except when it went off accidentally and everybody was great.

I feel safer since having this device. As far as the price and the reliability go, ADT Medical Alert is a good choice.

I wanted to stay with ADT because I have ADT security but the unit did not work for me. Constantly, a voice from the unit would tell me that I needed to put it onto the charger. I put it on the charger and half an hour later, it would say it was fully charged. Normally, it takes three hours to charge it. I would take it off and 30 minutes later, the voice would tell me the unit needed to be charged. This was going on day and night and I couldn't have that voice talking to me all night long.

My mom is supposed to be off the account. ADT Medical Alert was trying to charge me $39 and some extra a month and I didn't put her on there. They were supposed to take it off last week because all I pay is 54.58 ever since I had it and it was just me on it. But I love the ADT Medical Alert device. It has been great all three times I’ve had to use it. It's been right on time and they've been doing everything they're supposed to do. I'm very confident in the system. If you have somebody that is sick like I am in your home, the way to go is ADT.

I was sleeping with the pendant around the neck and I felt that mine was not very good. I take mine off and put it on the nightstand right near my bed. I had it around my neck for about two weeks and I wasn't happy with it. What they should do is put some type of Velcro on it so that it sticks to an area on whatever one is wearing to bed. Other than that, I would highly recommend the ADT Medical Alert.
