The experience with the service has been great. It was after three visits with my grandmother where we had a very continuous and frequent call to 911. It was just like a struggle, not with the ambulance, but the situation itself. Then we had one of her doctors tell us that it would be great if we could connect with ADT Medical Alert. And we did. So far, we haven't really used it. But there's a rest in our mind that if something happens, we just press the button and we’re gonna be served.

I have ADT security for my house and decided to purchase the medical alert because I looked at LifeLock and they wanted $98 a month and a three-year contract. I thought that was ridiculous.

I’ve had the alert for quite a while. It’s with me a lot of the time, around the house, especially because my wife works at night. I haven’t had to use it, which is a good thing, but I know it works. I’ve tested it and it works fine.

I live by myself, and when I came home from the hospital after having pneumonia, it was recommended that I get a medical alert. It's very easy to use. I'm notified every time I forget to charge it. It's encouraging to know that I have this method if I do have an accident. It gives me a lot of feeling of security.

We're not in the best of health anymore, so my daughter did some research and we got ADT's medical alert. We wear it all the time and makes us feel more secure. We do the monthly test and that has been done very well both times. If we have an emergency, hopefully somebody will be sent out.

I had surgery and my children were afraid that I would fall. Since I have ADT for my house, we decided to get their medical alert. It’s a bracelet that I wear every day. Initially, before I had the bracelet, I had it around my neck and I would occasionally accidentally trigger it. So it went off a couple of times and the people came to the house. They were very nice and prompt, and I just sent them on their way.

I was sick and my son thought I should have a medical alert. I accidentally called when I leaned over on the one on my neck, and it pushed the button. It’s comforting to know that it’s there. Since I’ve been better, I only wear it when I go outside or in the basement or garage to do anything. The plastic part on the wrist of the watch kind of gets in the way because it’s a little thick and doesn’t always stay flat. The cord also irritates my neck. It’s a little clumsy to wear every day but otherwise, I’d been more than satisfied with the service and everything else.

When we made the decision, we looked at some reviews online, and ADT seemed to be the most reasonable for what we were looking for.

I like the fact that the people were very nice. My medical alert has gone off several times, and they all have immediately contacted me. They rechecked it and did a very nice job. A couple of times that I didn’t know what to do, the person instructed me very calmly and nicely, and got me straightened up. So they were teaching me as well. I am very satisfied.

I was falling a lot and needed help. I looked at a number of different medical alert devices, and ADT had the right price and program for me. I’ve been very happy with them. Once a month, they send me the light flashes, and I have to call them. They check my device to make sure it’s working okay. When I did have an incident, they kept calling my contacts, and then called an ambulance. I have no complaints.

I've had an ADT alert for so many years and I've had no problem with it. They've been nothing but cooperative if I've had a problem. I wear it 24 hours a day. It gives me a little security. One time I fell and my daughter came over and I hadn't called ADT. I forgot about it around my neck and she used it to call them. It's a little sketchy though that I have to wait quite a few more minutes before somebody comes on. But if I’m patient, we finally connect. Other than that, I've had no problems.

It's been a good experience with the ADT Medical Alert team. My husband is saying the customer service is excellent. I feel more confident when I have it on. I would recommend it.

I checked out a few other brand and ADT appeared to be good to me. I forgot to charge it one day, and I got an email and a call, and my daughter got a text, so I know it works very well. I don't know if the feature when you're falling or you pass out is an extra charge or not, but I don't have that on mine and I was thinking of asking about it.

I heard about the ADT medical Alert from my little brother who still lives in Alaska. He was working on stuff that I needed. I was challenged by a few things. I moved from Texas over here to Saint George, Utah, in an apartment. My husband died so they wanted to make sure that I feel safe and that I am safe. If I have a seizure, or other health stuff, at least I have something.

I've always had good service from ADT. I've never had any problem with the medical alert. My daughter is a nurse and she suggested that I have it because I live alone. One time, I was getting out of the shower and I had it on. I have the necklace. Evidently, I pushed the button with the towel and I remember somebody came on and asked if everything was okay. I said yes, that it was.

My mother was falling a lot and she was living by herself at the time. She wears the ADT medical alert rom the time she gets up till the time she goes to bed, which is from 6:00 AM to about 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM. She takes it off to go to bed. It doesn’t bother her. We test it once a week. I call them and they do the test with me. We drop it on the floor and they tell me that it’s activated and is calling 911. It’s very good.

We have ADT security service and decided to get the medical alert as well. The sales representative was fine and I have no complaints.

I had a bad fall and my son and my daughter suggested the ADT medical alert. My son got it for me. I've had it ever since. The first morning, I had it on, I was having my breakfast, and I leaned against the camera and it went off. Right away, I had a call soI was very impressed with the service. It makes me feel safer. It gives me a feeling of safety that there is something I could do, that I have access. I don't always wear it in the house, but it's nearby. I had a call once from a young lady, who told me I needed to charge the battery and the device. I'd left it laying off the charge.

ADT Medical Alert was part of the Medicaid plan that my husband had. That Medicaid plan has since changed what he had available to him, but we decided to just go ahead and continue with it because we thought it was a good idea to have in the home. Now, we actually manage the payment for it every month.

My ADT Medical Alert device is the second one I've had. I’d liked my first one much better. I have a lot of trouble doing the testing with my second one. The part of the device where it says “Press here” for the test doesn't work 9 times out of 10. I have to call it in. I do the testing process once a month. They say it's working. I called them, and they tested that way and they say it's working. When I try and test it on my own, it doesn't work. Now, I don't know whether my machine does work. If it’s been an emergency, I wouldn't be calling them. I would be pressing.

I'm very satisfied with ADT Medical Alert. If I need them, I know that they are there. After having learned it, I don't even realize I have it on. I don't take it off unless I shower. I try to keep from accidentally leaning against the alarm. When I have the machine asking if everything is alright, I push the reset button. One time, I was sitting in my TV room and watching TV, when all of a sudden, two gentlemen were standing in my doorway. It frightened me that somebody came in when my house was locked. Apparently, I accidentally pushed my alert button and they came into my house thinking that I had fallen or that I had a problem. They had the code to my garage and the code to get into the house.

My husband passed away and I'm by myself. My son pretty much insisted that I get the medical alert device because I'm a DIYer and I'm always swinging from the ceiling and hopping on ladders. So, to put his mind at rest, I got the button. And since then, I've got Parkinson's and with a debilitating condition now, it's more important than ever to have something that I can rely on, just in case. I called Life Alert to ask some questions and they couldn't answer any questions. They wanted to set up an appointment with a salesperson. So, I called ADT and they answered my questions. Then they set me right up, because I didn't want to wait a week for somebody to maybe get around to calling me back. And it was a week before Life Alert finally got back with me and I told them that they were too late.

I got a discount with ADT Medical Alert because I have the alarm system. My previous company kept adding things that I wound up with an $800 bill. But with ADT, everything is fine. It went off accidentally one time and their response was immediate.

I like the price of ADT. It's a good safety thing to have. I've had to use it and it worked well, and then contacting the paramedics and getting the service I needed, they sent help quickly. When I thought it might be taking long, I talked to the unit and they came right back and told me the progress of the paramedics. Their follow-up was good. ADT's working fine and my year is coming up and I'm gonna renew for another year.

I've been very happy with ADT Medical Alert. They contacted me because the battery went dead a couple of times.

Having an ADT Medical Alert, I have a good feeling because I know that with the combination lock on the door and other people having my phone number, that somebody can get in if necessary. When I needed a new battery, they told me and they sent it. However, the device is a little sensitive. If you're moving around, it will go off.

My son-in-law got my ADT Medical Alert for me. ADT calls me in case it is not hooked up right, and they did when I didn't put it on the stand right. They tend to warn me that my device wouldn't fit in well on my charger. Having the device, I feel safe, in case I would have an accident. But I have to be careful wearing it. It goes off before I know it. I don't wear it during sleeping time as I'm afraid it would go off. It can go off easy sometimes.

I'm good with ADT Medical Alert. It's dependable and here if I need it. I'm older and I live alone. In case anything happens with me, I need to be able to get to a service really fast, and I don't think a cellphone would work that well. With the medical alert, I feel a little more secure. They do their checks really well, and everything seems to be working great.

I had put down wood floors in my house, which is also on my steps. Although I'm still good on my feet, I was afraid of falling down the steps. I also don't wanna put carpet on the steps. I got the ADT Medical Alert and that took care of that. I have the alarm system and I've had that for a long time. It's still working because the lights are blinking the same.

I would recommend ADT Medical Alert to anyone who is in the situation that I'm in and can't very well take care of everything for themselves. It always detects when something seems to have gone wrong. The pendant works fine. I'm pleased with it.
