My lawyer merely needed to reach out to opposing party's attorney and facilitate some dialogue between us prior to our hearing. HE NEVER EVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DO IT. It was the only reason I hired them.

Smooth start but your tech is still rough around the edges and customer support is subpar. I was able to get a quick phone conversation at a very convenient time and follow up with a local lawyer. But once I actually paid for services when I ran into some trouble where finishing my questionnaire went nowhere and I told the lawyer it was there because they called to collect the same information and they weren’t seeing it. Nobody at marble was available because my case manager's phone line answers in an automated message and hangs up and the online portal only allows a contact us form. So after a couple days of *me* waiting then following up and talking everyone, it was resolved. Then the lawyer took forever to start the paperwork and filled out everything wrong, they also forgot promises that were made during the phone consultation and decided to lie about it.

Initially they seemed amazing and made it like everything would be very easy to get done and they seemed like they were on my side, so I paid the full amount up front. Then, I couldn't get in touch with anyone, my attorney kept stalling me week after week with no progress being made. I contacted my "case worker" person Chelsy and she was absolutely no help. I first requested a new attorney, I couldn't get that. So, I just wanted a refund since it has been over 3 months with nothing being done and it is very hard to get in contact with them. Once I requested a refund, I can't get in contact with anyone at all. I feel like they took advantage of me and purposely made it hard to get in contact with them. I believe this is a fraud company who is just out to steal your money. I do not recommend, you will lose your money and waste your time.

I'm not looking to gain in full custody of my grandchild but the cost that they are asking would be the same as if I was. They say there was no retainer but then when you talk to the finance person he says the retainer is included in the price so there's not an upfront retainer but there is still one so that is extremely misleading also their payment plans there are only 3 Lenders to chose from. Not worth 5000 when it costs a total of 350 to file same documents myself. I was also told I needed to get prior court documents. Why pay 5000 when I have to do all the work myself!

I don't know how this company has been able to obtain as many stars as they currently have. In speaking with other attorneys, they spoke horribly about the process (or lack thereof) which reflected my own experience from start to finish. Here it is: My case is related to family law/child custody. We have a trial and a pre-trial that is coming up at the end of this week. I finally heard back from the attorney who was assigned to me, last Friday (today is Tuesday). He thought less than a week was ample time to prepare for a pre-trial and a trial. I have no words.
