All I paid for was incomplete paperwork, which anyone can do themselves. I had one initial phone call with a paralegal who took information I guessed about, I was supposed to gather factual documents, confirm information and submit it to complete the paperwork. I ended up cancelling services (I worked things out with my wife) and they went ahead and submitted incomplete and incorrect documents for me to sign and lie about the work they did. Now I'm stuck with paperwork and service I cannot use! Overpriced, useless services that needs to be investigated. Never use this type of service - retaining a lawyer is much cheaper than this piecemeal service.

This company needs to be investigated. I wished I would’ve seen these reviews first. They stole $2000 from me and never done one minutes worth of work. They screwed over the wrong person. I will keep everyone posted, I can’t say too much. If you notice, they will have somebody give them a 5 star review which they will reply back to that. They have never gotten a legit 5 star review. This company needs shutdown. They are no different than scam artist.

I'm having a very difficult time getting my refund issued since 8/17/26. I've called the number 866-288-5777 to no avail. The voicemail states hours are 9a-5p, EST. I've called hourly since 9am and no one answers. When I call back - as if I'm a new client - someone readily answers the line. So please don't reply to this complaint with the number I listed - it doesn't work. I wished I had read the reviews before signing with this company.

⭐ Very Disappointed With the Refund Process. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Marble Law. I paid $2,350 for Half-Day Mediation representation, but my divorce was finalized by the judge on August 20, 2026, before the mediation took place, so the service was never needed or provided. I contacted Marble Law immediately about getting my refund. I was told that a refund request had been submitted to customer support and that I would be notified within three business days. It has now been over a week, and I still have not received confirmation that my refund has been approved or denied, nor have I received my money.

Worst experience in my life with retaining an attorney, Took 5 months to write a one page motion. Also I left 3 dozen text, emails, and phone calls without a response. I moved onto another attorney who took 3 days to write and submit a motion, I also reached out to her supervisor and never reached a response. I would never recommend using the to help with a parking ticket.

In current contract with Marble law for over a year. Simple case yet poor representation and communication. First attorney initially did paperwork needed for termination of parental rights. In one year all that had been done in court was submission of forms. Communication completely subsided and I was left for three months with no update from attorney. Marble was of no help when I requested updates and concern stating I had not heard from attorney. Marble simply repeated what I already knew about my case. It was eventually given to a second attorney who I have had one encounter with, and she has been rude and condescending. Because my case is or should be finalized soon, I have chosen to continue working with second attorney.

Absolutely horrible experience with Marble law firm! I only had my free consultation call. They quickly took my deposit of 2500. I immediately tried canceling but was taken in circles with trying to leave messages through phone calls and text messages on the app I downloaded. Of course they never rendered service and tried keeping my money. After a month of aggravating calls and messages to the b.s. online service. I only received 1750. Back. Very bad business. I never spoke to an attorney. I wanted it canceled right after my free call. Don't use this ridiculous sight for anything! Horrible experience!

My case from the start was filed incorrectly with Floyd County, Georgia. This case was regarding grandparents visitation rights. My daughter was the only person listed on the complaint; however Georgia law states , which I found out after the fact, both parents must be listed on the complaint. My attorney did not prepare for my case. He did not request any documentation or proof of a prior relationship. This was essential to proving my case, I repeatedly asked him if I could supply him with documentation, get witnesses, etc. I was told that "Georgia has laws for grandparents and that my testimony alone would be sufficient".

I need a refund. You guys have done nothing to help me. Not file. Not represent me. It’s impossible to even get a hold of anyone and as soon as I pay an extra 2800 after I paid the 2000 already the guy Justin hangs up on me and all of a sudden he can’t answer and text me. His headset died and I never heard anything since then. This is ridiculous And now I can’t even log into my account with them. Then I get an email shortly after that our services has ended and they didn’t do a single thing for me. Didn’t represent me. Nothing.

This company is not a law firm and will not help you get paired with the attorney you need. They will bill you without your knowledge or consent. I am overdrawn in my account because Marble started using my affirm account. I had to fire the attorney Marble matched me with and hire an attorney I can actually talk to and I have seen 8 times in person. Tomorrow I will have my new attorney get my money back for services I did not receive.

Terrible experience, waste of money and completely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend to anyone Marble Law. I would love to get my money back.

I wish I had read these reviews before using them. I'm involved in an uncontested divorce and I just wanted to hire someone to look over the documents that were provided to me and review the estimated child support amount I have through the state calculator. I've been a "customer" for about 6 weeks now. I was immediately paired with a lawyer who went on vacation a couple days later (Marble didn't even know). The days-later responses I'm receiving from my lawyer feels like she's just giving me the runaround and being very lawyer-like in the fact that she's not really answering my questions. This process should not have been this complicated and slow.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Marble Law. I paid for legal services, but no actual legal work was completed. I was then quoted around $7,000 for additional services, which I decided not to proceed with. Given that what I paid for originally they couldn’t do. I have a recorded call with the lawyer herself even saying “you can get a full refund from marble given that I didn’t do no work and they didn’t either or you can proceed with the additional services I’m telling you about.“ Since no work was done, I requested a full refund. Marble Law only refunded part of what I paid and has refused to explain what the remaining amount was charged for or provide an itemized breakdown. I have kept my emails, documentation, and recordings of my conversations, including the attorney acknowledging that no work had been done.

Lock you in with a front-end sales process that involves a loan with 3rd-party before you’ve even talked to your lawyer. After two weeks, I knew I was getting scammed. Told them I wanted to cancel and expected some refund of the $4K I was already obligated to pay with the 3rd-party financing company (Affirm). I received an email from them saying there would be no refund even though I had only barely used their service. They don’t care because they already got your money, and now you’re left with a loan obligation to their 3rd-party partner, Affirm. I hope this review helps others to avoid getting scammed like I did.

Do not use this Firm, they will take all your money and do nothing to help you. It is next to impossible to speak with your attorney, you can email but expect a rude response. I had to do all the leg work because I was told they are not Detectives. This company is a joke! Again, DO NOT USE THEM!

Horrible Customer service and not getting back with customers. It took about 3 weeks to get a call from the attorney, once we connected we were wanting to move forward with the case and told we would hear from customer service about the next step. The call was on Thursday July 1st (told 24-48 hrs turnaround time). Due to July 4 we waited until Tuesday the 7th, I called and set up an appointment for wed 7-8-26 @ 6 pm to discuss next steps … Call at 6:15 and I answered and got hung up on, I called right back and was told that they would get a message to Jasmine to call back… Called back on Thursday afternoon, told I needed to speak with Jasmine and they would get a message to her to call…

I will probably filing a harassment complaint against these people. They have called me 4 times after I have said I do NOT want their services or anything to do with them. I have 2 voicemails from these morons. Stop calling me

Do not retain Marble Law. I was assigned an attorney at the beginning of my case. I was told they were going to charge me for the attorneys recommendations. Example: Responding to the divorce paperwork and reviewing the Preliminary Decree $7,000.00. A few hours later I receive a call requesting another $3,000.00 to generate a response and one court visit to defend me regarding a court order followed by another $6,000.00 to represent me on an upcoming mediation. The first attorney quit and I was assigned a new attorney to represent me during mediation. 3 hours prior to mediation I find out the new attorney knows nothing about my case, I frantically start sending over documents to fill her in on the case. The ex did not show for mediation.

Absolute nightmare of a business model. I paid Marble a massive upfront fee of over $5,600 for legal services. I never received a kickoff call, no one spoke to me, and zero actual legal work was ever touched. Exactly three business days later, I contacted them to cancel the service. It took them an additional 5 business days just to process that cancellation. Today, they sent a termination summary explicitly admitting in writing that every single contracted service (including drafting, filing, and serving) was completely "Pending" and unexecuted. Despite doing zero actual work, they are refusing to return roughly $3,000 of my money, attempting to only issue a partial refund of around $2,600. They are trying to pocket thousands of dollars for less than a week of computer-automated "onboarding" (which was ME uploading MY OWN documents) without providing a single minute of legal representation or human counsel.

I chose Marble.co hoping for a convenient online legal experience, but it turned into a massive headache that jeopardized my case and cost me thousands. The Attorney Experience: My assigned lawyer was nearly impossible to reach, taking weeks just to schedule an initial meeting. For a straightforward, uncontested divorce with no children, no 401ks, and a clear division of assets (house and cars), his strategy was minimal. When my ex-wife delayed signing the simple waiver and eventually retained her own counsel, my lawyer completely vanished. He refused to schedule a call with her attorney, leaving me stranded and stressed. I constantly had to deal with his paralegal, who only provided sparse, unhelpful answers.

Hiring Marble Law was not just disappointing—it was one of the most costly mistakes I’ve ever made. When you hire legal representation, you’re not hiring a call center. You’re not paying thousands of dollars to leave voicemails, repeat your story to strangers, and wonder if your attorney even knows your name. You’re hiring someone to fight for your rights, your family, your future, and in my case… my children. That is not what I received. From the moment they had my money, the urgency disappeared. Communication was nearly nonexistent. Direct access to my attorney? Almost impossible. Getting answers? Nearly impossible. Reaching an assistant? Forget it. Every single interaction felt like being transferred, put on hold, or forced to explain my case all over again to someone who had no idea what was going on.

I retained Marble Law for representation in a family law custody matter involving my young child. From the beginning, I relied on the firm and assigned attorney to act promptly and competently due to the time-sensitive nature of custody proceedings. Unfortunately, I experienced repeated delays, lack of communication, and a concerning lack of urgency regarding critical filings and case management. Despite the seriousness and time-sensitive nature of the matter, the attorney did not demonstrate appropriate urgency in moving my case forward. I repeatedly had to follow up regarding filings, case status, and next steps, often without timely responses. I was left uncertain about whether important documents had been properly filed and whether adequate action was being taken to protect my interests in court.

This is the worst law firm ever.. STOP. RUN FAST... Poor staff. They are thieves. All they do is charge for services not rendered and if you don't pay they will ruin your credit... Ashley was my representative. This is not a good law firm, I canceled services on the first appearance and they try to stuck me with a 4000$ loan that I am still fighting, and good luck reaching out to anyone... My number was blocked. I had to call from a different number. I gave 1 star to write this, If I could I would put a NEGATIVE 10.

I hired Marble Law. Worst mistake I could have made. Paid $2500 through Affirm. Had 1 phone call with the attorney, he drafted the petition for divorce and that's all he did. After a week of trying to get in contact with him (going through marble law is the only option) he finally called back and said not to worry about being served by wife wife's attorney. I hired another attorney. After a court date was set, Marble law's attorney's paralegal finally called and promptly fired them for failure to communicate or render any service. I was told they would return any unused balance. They never did. Marble Law even sent a email saying my refund was denied. Now I have to pay Affirm the money and am filing complaint with both the Texas State Bar Association (Attorney location) and California Bar Association (Marble home office location).

I had high expectations partnering up with Marble, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. I hired them to file a divorce. Long story short, my partner and I reconciliate and I no longer needed their services. Despite not getting divorced, they are still making me pay the full balance even though I cancelled services prior to meeting in court and serving parts. In short, they only drafted my paperwork and think that is worth $4000+. I have tried to contact the finance department to only be charged for the work that was done, but they have turned a blind eye. They basically stole my money and because of this terrible experience, I would not use them in the future.

They will take your money and then never answer your calls again. The attorney we were assigned couldn't keep the facts of the case straight. He also charged outrageous fees on top of our service fees, which he claimed were "court filing fees", however, I checked with the court and they only charge $85 to file. Marble was asking for reimbursement for over $500 of miscellaneous court fees, and every time I asked what they were for, they didn't answer and sent me another invoice. This place is a joke, a bunch of crooks. Every request I made, the attorney told me to talk to Marble, and Marble told me to talk to the attorney.

I had an appointment at 12 pm to speak to an attorney who was assigned to me, Gisselle **. However. I wasted 10 minutes waiting for someone to come on. Now get this part. The automated system tells me to please hold while we connect you with the right attorney to talk to. 1. Why didn't my "Attorney", who was assigned to me, call me directly!? 2. I hung up at 12:10, and here it is 12:50 pm on 4/17/26, and no one called me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Watch these people. They got me for $3000. Just scam artists. I tried multiple times to get my money to no avail.

Terrible law firm. They changed lawyer twice for my case. They charged me for that. My divorce is unconsented which is straightforward but they dragging their feet for 2 years and charge 7000. I sincerely regret coming to Marble Law. I won’t recommend their firm in the future.

Scam. Marble accepted $2,500. 6 months later, no proof of motion filing and atty is a ghost.

Absolutely shit law firm. I provided my attorney a written document before a strategy call and these jokers don't even read it, have no expertise and it's a fraud law firm.

I contacted Marble. I must say, my experience with this law firm has been quite negative overall. I've also invested a significant amount of funds that I'm genuinely concerned about being able to recover, and I'm worried that their refund policy could potentially leave me with a loan that clearly wasn't needed. If you're looking for a lawyer, go the traditional route and stay away from Marble Law.

This company is a scam, they automatically put me on the 1 price for all services only to find out it was for each level of service, the 1st level they charged me $2000 for something that would have only cost $400 max, then I found out I needed to pay for another level for service for another $2000, this attorney didn't do anything because the worked needed required the next level of service and didn't do anything at all for me, at that time I retained another attorney, Marble has yet to refund me for the 2nd level of service that was never performed.

Marble does a good job connecting you to your lawyer - however that does not mean Marble will connect you with a decent lawyer. My lawyer has been very unresponsive and I feel like my money would have been spent better elsewhere.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to switch lawyers, and Gina ** promptly assured me my case would proceed smoothly. Throughout the entire process, Gina always kept me informed and answered all of my questions thoroughly (in plain language without lawyer-talk), making me feel at ease during such a difficult time. Her compassionate approach, combined with her detailed knowledge of the law, gave me confidence and peace of mind during this complicated divorce process. She genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me! She is wonderful!

This is one of the worst law firms ever. Attorneys don’t return calls, emails or texts. Customers service is terrible and can’t answer any questions. Waste of money and time.

I have paid $2000 for a lawyer in California that does not respond to text or email. I have emailed Marble with no response. Starting to feel I have been scammed. If the job isn't going to be completed I want my money back.

Was scammed. Took $2000.00 from me. Took advantage of me being disabled. Never even served the opposing party. Do not recommend. The worst Law firm!!!!

I retained this law firm for a divorce involving domestic violence and children, expecting competent representation and protection. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Despite clear safety concerns, I was left exposed to ongoing abuse. The firm failed to take adequate steps to protect me and my children, which allowed my abuser to continue harassment and intimidation. Since the case, my abuser has sent people to my home, made threats involving kidnapping and killing my children, and interfered with my employment, ultimately contributing to me losing my job.

Paid a full flat fee upfront for family law services. I later stopped using Marble’s services on January 14 due to lack of transparency, lack of communication, and lack of progress. Only after that did Marble send a notice withdrawing as counsel. I was not clearly informed upfront how much each RFO (Request for Order) would cost, nor whether custody, visitation, alimony (spousal support), and attorney’s fees could be combined into a single RFO or would require separate RFOs with additional charges. After payment, I received no rough draft, no filed paperwork, no service, and no court date. In a later termination email, Marble confirmed:
