I signed on with Marble Law a while ago. My attorney Paisley ** was a complete failure, she made promise she did not keep. She did no research on my ex for the divorce at all. She did not respond for days or weeks after messaging unless I held payment. The Tennessee managing attorney Jeremy made promises and drug out a continuance that never got filed, even though he said how important it was to be filed within 30 days. After they failed for almost 3 weeks to get my file corrected with the correct charges, then they wanted to hold me up for more money. In the end I have a trial date 6/6 and they have completely put me in a very bad situation. Jeremy sent a text saying they were going to file the continuance for free, of course after they drug it out and he could find a way out of it. This review will be all over the internet, if you value your case and money, run from these people. It is so bad I am filing a bar complaint against all attorneys involved.

***WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T CHOOSE MARBLE!!!** I never give anything but 5 stars and glowing reviews but a consumer warning is needed here. I wanted to give zero stars but it would not let me. This is not a real law firm. It is also not a human or humanitarian law firm by any stretch of the imagination. This is a middleman that will find you a lawyer somewhere within 500 miles of you. The type of lawyer that they will find you is one that is incompetent and desperately needs leads and will try every means, including delays and forcing the case to go to court when it doesn't need to to get extra money from you.

I hired Marble to help me with a child custody case. The lawyer on my contract wasn’t my lawyer and ended up being a colleague. That colleague wasn't helpful and wanted to hurry and get my case over with. They wouldn’t listen to what I wanted out of my case and they only did what they wanted and what the other party who filed against me wanted. They didn’t even help or explain my court documents to me prior to being filed with the court clerk. I had full custody of my child prior to hiring Marble and Because of their actions I lost 50/50 joint custody of my child and can no longer make serious decisions like my child’s health or where my child will go to school.

The Marble Way law firm is a referral service allowing struggling attorneys who can’t find their own clients, to sign up for their network finding clients for them - this is the first thing you need to understand. We were paired with Neyza **, Daytona Beach, Florida by Marble Law LLC, who did zero work on our behalf, wasted our time, and hurt us by not meeting a critical time-line for adoption. In the end, she lied multiple times, then tried to play the symphony card by suggesting she's been sick for 11 months, which we didn't hear about until we fired her.

When the well-being of a child is put at risk you must take every step necessary to ensure their safety. These guys wanted over $5000 to handle a simple divorce. Heck they want $2000 (to be fair $1500 because the filing/court fees were $500) to fill out a form that is very simple and probably would take the average person 15-30 min to fill out. In summary, you are hiring a $200 hour attorney and paying $1000 per hour rates. These guys exemplify why people hate dealing with attorneys.

The online tracking system was particularly useful, as it allowed me to see the progress being made in real time. Literally it's better than the Dominoes tracker. Instead of pizza they deliver results and it was so relieving to visually see the process unfold. I love the way they do business and highly recommend them!
