Their entire platform is designed to purposefully take advantage of customers and attorneys by keeping the lion share of payments - think about it: why would you need a go-between you and your attorney unless they were in it to make money?

They pulled the bait and switch. I hired Lisa ** for my divorce based off of her reputation, however the man that showed up may not have even had any trail experience. He was completely run over by the judge, didn’t enter any of my evidence and didn’t ask any good questions to the woman I was divorcing. All they did was cost me more money and damage my credit score. I would have been better off not having a lawyer, since I didn’t have one representing me. I’ve also spoken to another disabled veteran that received the Marble Law classic bait and switch. When I finally spoke with a manager all she did was gas light me. I honestly hope they lose their business license and stop hurting people.

I went with them because I needed to pay in installments, I'm a single mom. After providing them the info to fill out my paperwork for court (because that's all they'll do) I pay my fees, don't hear verbally from my lawyer, only automated texts and emails from Marble law. They then ask me for another $2000 to send me more documents for ME to fill out! I terminated them, later found out from the other attorney the paperwork was filled out incorrectly from marble laws appointed attorney. Not even my address was right! I ended up filing the papers on my own, saving myself thousands of dollars. They are brokered out low appointed attorneys.

They are terrible, I have been waiting for months on my divorce paper, they ripped me off, I could have it just printed and filed myself. Not professional. PLEASE DON'T DO IT. Do not waste your time or money.

I’ve been waiting for my divorce date for over three months, and all I get from my lawyer are charges with no updates. I’m not sure what to do—should I hire a new lawyer and spend more money? I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.

I plan on reporting them to Bar Association and BBB as they had me take a loan from Affirm out for non-contested divorce. I spoke to an attorney X2 and decided not to proceed. I cancelled services with an understanding that attorney consultation should be paid. I disputed my loan X 2 through Affirm and they ONLY refunded me $200 out of $2,800!!! They are cheats and unethical!! DO NOT use them. I am refusing to make any further payments and will dispute through Equifax.

I paid the $49 to speak with the lawyer. He said he would take my case and give me a quote to serve papers. He quoted me 2300 and it only costs $100 to do through the sheriff. There was no useful information given to me when I asked questions. He was very short and his answer were vague.

After a brief conversation with the customer service representative that called to answer my questions and book an appointment, I decided it was worth the $49 risk to be able to have the flexibility of paying for and using only services I needed. Needed. The whole point is to save money and have help navigating the legal system. Being a stay-at-home mom for the only 30 years and having a chronic illness, I do not have an income. I was in a pinch, with an immediate deadline looming, and I was unable to connect with the lawyer I've been consulting with and planning to hire when needed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with the Marble team. I was charged $5,500 for a restraining order and temporary orders, yet the temporary orders never took full effect in court. Additionally, I was charged $500 for a process server, even though I could have hired one myself locally for as low as $175. These costs were excessive and not well justified. Communication was limited, progress was slow, and the outcomes did not reflect the amount I paid. I expected transparency and stronger advocacy, especially in a sensitive family law matter. Overall, I was overcharged for an uncontested case that should ended a long time ago. Also, the opposing party have been served not once but two times and the case was still ongoing after proof that the opposing party is unstable to take care of my child. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Marble.

I hired Marble Law, to wait 74 days to have absolutely no work done! I canceled and all of a sudden my refund was said to be calculated on 45% work done, but yet I canceled because 0% work was done!! I need my full refund $2500! Stay away from these scam artists!!

Online it looks legit, saying they have attorneys locally to assist, however the claims are deceptive...if you call it is routed to a phone shop outside of the USA, forms are generated using AI w/ no discussion with your assigned counsel? Consequently I canceled within 24 hrs once I was able to comprehend the bait & switch. I am still awaiting a confirmation of this request.

I hired them for my uncontested divorce and they quote me for a price for whole process. They say I have to pay that amount because they don’t know how many times my lawyer might appear in court. After one hearing they sent me a message that the process is already completed! What? They said that was for one hearing. Oh my! That was an expensive hearing!

My lawyer, Ms. Peta **, was amazing. My wife’s immigration process, from the K-1 visa to receiving her green card, was successful thanks to her extensive knowledge of immigration law and the necessary documentation. She was very professional and made everything easy to understand. I have used her services twice and will definitely reach out to her again when I need assistance with removing the conditions on my wife's green card. She ensured that everything was perfect for our green card interview. Although we expected to face questions for an hour during the interview, that didn’t happen, thankfully, because our documents were filed perfectly thanks to our lawyer.

After reading the one-star reviews, I finally understand why my experience with Marble fell short of expectations. Here’s what happened: I was assigned a lawyer and paid the full fee upfront for the service. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that there had been a mistake and the service recommended by the lawyer would actually cost more. I agreed to pay the additional amount since my court date was just days away and urgency was crucial. Then, on the evening before my appearance—just hours before—I was informed that they couldn’t find a lawyer available to assist in my area, despite one already being assigned. There was nothing I could do but accept the situation.

Zero Accountability, Terrible Client Support. Marble Law assigned me an attorney (Anthony **) who completely mismanaged my custody case. When I reached out to Marble to ask for a different attorney and expressed that I wanted to terminate his services, they hung up on me. I never received a call back or any follow-up—even after multiple attempts.

I would never recommend this company!!!! I was so bothered with this process when the attorney I had did not know what she was doing. We went to court and the judge told her this is how our court works and she said "Oh I did not know that." Are you kidding me, you're the attorney. I seeked help and I was informed this would happened, this date would happened, I am doing this but every time I checked up on the attorney there was always a reason for why nothing was completed but filing the first part.

Anthony didn’t ask about my experience and what I have done. He just assumed that I don’t have extraordinary abilities. Attitudes and rude. I have never experienced anything like that from the attorneys I contacted before.

You know how much it will cost upfront, INCORRECT, the quote me $2,300, I thought that would be it, I finance the $2,300, then I was ask to pay 216 for court filing fee, I pay that with a credit card, now today they telling me I have to pay 1,700 to complete the case. 1st of off they are very slow, I kept started with December 29th, did everything that was asked of me very promptly. I logged in periodically to make sure nothing else is needed, a few months went, after inquiring on the status via emails and phone calls, to finally got in touch with the lawyer for him to tell me he send me paperwork to fill out months ago, and I didn't fill it. This was a lie, I never received any email. He sent me the so call email, and I responded the same day with the information asked. I also got a copy of the petition and got it notarized.

I had the absolute worst experience with Marble. They way overcharged me ($3k) to “draw up” the divorce papers, then I had to pay a separate fee to file them, then another fee to serve them. When my lawyer hired the process server, he served ME the papers instead of my husband! I told the lawyer this and her response was “it is on him to prove he was not served, not us.” So she was perfectly ok with lying to the court and putting my case in jeopardy. I told her multiple times I wanted him served the LEGAL way and I wanted it done with a different process server. It took her MONTHS to finally do this and only because I filed several complaints with marble asking for my money back because she stopped responding to me.

This company along with the attorneys they have are a joke, I spent $4000 for James ** to respond to reply to my ex wife and acknowledged that I was being represented. However he wanted me to take her first counter offer without even looking into my case or returning any of my calls, I then reached out to Marble since I hired him thru them and they are just as bad. Please don’t waste your money or time with either Marble or James.

They billed me $2,200 for ONE 30 phone call with my attorney aside from my paid $50 initial consultation. This company will steal your money. I asked for a refund and received $900 back out of $3,200 for ONE phone call that I basically had to beg for after a month of no phone calls with my attorney.

These people are friendly up until the point where they don't have to help you anymore. If you no longer require their services they will throw you under the bus with the payment plans, charge you a service for 2.500 and you decide to cancel within 3 months you have to pay full price because of "the work they completed" during the short amount of time the team was on the case. Even though the first service I was charged wasn't the correct one I needed. Smh.

This is by far the worst way possible to hire an attorney!! BEWARE!! THIS IS A JOKE! Everything is ala carte. They absolutely save you NO money. What I paid was to file paperwork ONLY. Glad I figured that out before I moved forward. I paid Marble to retain an attorney and now if I want the same attorney I can either pay an additional cost for representation or hire the same lawyer through their office at another retainer fee. How is this saving me any money? I'm disgusted at this whole process and how misleading this company is. Marble Law you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! CROOKS

This is a scam. You feel like you have an attorney but you don't. They charge thousands of dollars, to find out later, they only filed a piece of paper for you. I was so shocked and disappointed that they would take advantage of people like this.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Marble. Their communication was terrible—I constantly had to chase them for updates because my lawyer never got back to me. It felt like I was doing all the work just to stay informed about my own case. After months of frustration, I decided to hire another firm, and it was the best decision I made. However, even after leaving Marble six months ago, they are still charging me without any explanation. This has been the worst legal experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for responsive, ethical legal representation, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

This is a very professional, knowledgeable and warm hearted firm. Their prices are affordable and they guided me through every step. I definitely recommend them. You will not be disappointed. They made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I was getting my money's worth. When presented with questions my lawyer always responded quickly.

I used Marble law for my divorce. My ex-husband made the divorce extremely complicated and drug it out over a year and a half but my Marble Attorney was tremendous! She walked me through everything that was happening and what was set to happen next to make sure I understood everything. I was able to split my total cost over monthly payments that really fit my budget as a single parent. I was so lucky to have found Marble law and I can’t thank my Attorney enough for getting this divorced finalized!

They tell you that it is a flat fee then the lawyer tells you what is included so the huge price they give you sounds like a deal then they start charging for everything like serving the other party. By then you are stuck because no refunds. You will get ripped off. Their lawyers don't know what they are doing. They sound as though they do but beware they don't care. They have been paid so they are done.

So I was bought at the beginning, gave first payment out of misleading information from vendor (Marble) not the lawyer, and was ghosted after. With a waiting period of 2 to 3 days... Because your suffering is not enough, they have to add more to it before you get help and an actual breakdown of the item you bought.

Updated on 02/13/2025: Update 2/13 - On 1/21/25 I had an individual reach out to me about a month ago from the advocacy team saying they apologized and would look into my concerns and get back to me very next week. The next week the person who was suppose to get back to me, they had had a family emergency but not to worry someone would reach out that week - guess who reached out... no one… The next week the person who’s suppose to reach out is sick but NOT TO WORRY by the end of the week I’d have an answer.. guess what happened - no answer.

I have had the experience of divorce before. I chose to find a lawyer in an office. That experience is what led me to finding a lawyer online for this divorce. I checked the reviews prior to choosing Marble Law. From the start to the finish of the process, I found every interaction totally professional. I had every question answered with a quick response by email. I was able to complete the whole process by email making it very easy to complete from home. Marble Law went above and beyond my expectations for this legal process. I would recommend Marble Law to my family and friends.

Melissa it was exactly what I needed, she listened to my situation, it was time sensitive and had unique circumstances where attention to detail was required, She immediately advised correct course of action, consulted with me and my mother (who is helping me through my separation). She answered the many questions and concerns we had. She then worked with me quickly preparing the needed documents and filed them asap like we needed to do. I was divorced in less than 4 months which was fantastic. The issue I had was not seeing my attorney or returning my calls from her or her legal team. That I found frustrating. The first time I talked with her seemed wonderful but then I get a call from Marble for payment and I sent a msg with a question and no response. I got in a frantic mood and thought I was being scammed. Needs better communication

I am not happy with your services so far. Brendetta was not taking my calls or responding to emails or texts. I then got a new attorney that never called me to see what steps we would take. He then filed a motion to go to mediation without consulting with me first. Me and my wife want to settle even before mediation. We want to avoid mediation because it is very pricey. I need Mr ** to negotiate my settlement with my wife’s attorney so that we can move on and I can move out of the house and move on with my life.

Thank you Marble, I was separated for 2 years. Looking at the court website was very overwhelming. Right away Marble was on it. They made the process very easy and understandable. My lawyer and her team are amazing. It's only been a few months and we are currently finalizing everything. I'm so excited to start over again.

This is the worst experience we have ever had. You can never get in contact with anyone, we got stuck with a lawyer that didn’t have his head in the case. We requested a new lawyer or a refund several times with no action or response. They are now telling us that all of our services have been completed when they haven’t. The lawyer's office we were assigned to states they don’t have the capacity to handle our case and requested a reassignment through Marble. This was a waste of money and complete headache. Marble Law is the worst legal and financial decision I have ever made. I have not benefited in any way hiring them for legal council.

Marble Law kept $300 of my money when they never did anything. I fought for divorce and had to pay the $49 to talk to a lawyer then I had to pay 2000 up front. 3 days later I canceled and they charged me the $300. I never talked to the lawyer or anyone else. This is a very wrong place to go when you are in a very vulnerable state of life needing protection or guidance from a law firm. Be wise and do not call them or go through them for anything. Don't be fooled like me thinking they are on your side and your money is being put to use properly for your case.

I had the worse experience with Marble Law, being my first divorce I had no experience what to expect and marble law sure left me broke and heartbroken. At first an attorney was led to speak with me and assured me he would be by my side through the process, afterwards I made payment and was transferred to other paralegal who was rude and arrogant. She almost led to me missing my date of response. They charged me a ridiculous amount without going to first appearance at the court and then I was told they completed their services and no clear explanation of how I was charged a ridiculous amount. DO NOT USE THEM.

This company scammed me out of $4724. They said they would fill out and file my green card application, but made constant mistakes that caused our application to be rejected by the government twice. First time because they gave us the wrong amount to sign our filing fees check for, second time because one of the forms was outdated and they didn't notice. They also needlessly unsealed a critical medical document that I had to replace out of pocket at short notice.

I just want to make a huge shout out to Marble and my attorney Mr. Michael ** of Dallas, TX! Thank you Mr. ** for being amazing and for being my ride or die attorney in one of the most difficult and traumatic times of my life. Thank you for your great advice and for being there to answer all of my questions, especially the most important ones concerning child custody. I won't get into full detail of my case of course, but I can definitely say that Marble does work and Mr. Michael ** of Dallas, TX is hands down the best divorce attorney out there! Thanks again Marble and Mr. **!!! I am usually very private, but I hope this post helps someone who is going through a difficult time and doesn't know where to turn for help. The only reason that this firm is getting three stars is because I found the actual lawyer I was working with, Mark, very knowledgeable and he was a friendly guy. Other than that, I would never consider this firm again and the main reason behind this is a serious lack of communication. I also found their finance team to be terrible. I needed help with filing a divorce and getting permission to move with my daughter.

I would give zero star if possible. Marble law connected me to a con-artist and avoided taking any responsibility by saying “this lawyer is no longer with us”. That I should report her to the bar. I’m out 1000$ and this person have my personal court docs! Upon further research, I’m not the only person this has happened to in the exact same fashion, through Marble! So while I’ll now go deal with Diane ** out of Volusia county Florida, but I’ll later seek actions against Marble! Do not you this service, or do so at your own risk!

Well I got the Divorce (10) Months. This Law Firm Got Paid ‘Over 5 digits’ hardly nothing was communicated from lawyer to me about what was going on. Various legal terms were never explained ( I had to ask others! ), emails sent to lawyer ‘hardly ever answered’ BUT THEY GOT PAID! I had to go to the court system to get a copy of the divorce papers- had to pay. They (court) said we sent them to your lawyer, well he never had the common courtesy or decency to called, or texted saying ‘your divorce was sent to me‘ I will email or mail to you! I really don’t know how long he had them—BUT HE GOT PAID!!

I meet with the lawyer and I’m quoted $5000 and I’m under the impression that covers my case. I’ve been submitting evidence and emailing the lawyer and receiving no response. The lawyer reached out on 9/19 and asked for the defendant's information. I responded 9:19 with the request info and I didn’t hear anything until 11/7 when the lawyer reached back out asking for the same information previously provided. On 11/11 the lawyer calls me after I told him I was nervous due to the lack of response. He told me that his was the cases he receives weekly. He said that although my case was 11/22 and I hadn’t heard from him that’s how he works. He also said he should’ve called me because it was a holiday and he was sick so his wife would be mad.

I paid $5,000 for Marble Law to arrange a family lawyer for a guardianship case for my mother. I spoke with the lawyer, provided my information, and had several phone conversations with him and his assistant, as did my sister. Both the lawyer and his assistant assured us they had everything they needed and would contact us if they needed anything further. They advised us to expect a minimum waiting period of a few months.

I was looking for lower cost legal advice but couldn't find what I was looking for online. I came across this site and seemed reasonable and helpful staff at first. In order to book a basic consultation it's $49. The attorney I spoke with lasted 5 minutes on a call and didn't help me whatsoever. I fully explained my situation but the "payment plan" was basically wanting to charge $2700+ ONLY to give legal advice! Best off avoiding this altogether. Go through self-help. It's WAY MORE helpful (and free)!

This place is a scam. Do not work with them! They took my money and did nothing! Drafts were incomplete! Names out in wrong! They charged me over 5000$ for drafts that I can’t even turn in to the courts!! I canceled before they can even file my paperwork because nothing made sense of what they were doing! And what they wanted me to pay. Lawyer was hard to contact but they said he was out for the week! But why wasn’t I told this as I was trying to get in contact with him for a week and a half! But I canceled services then they give me messed up paperwork I can’t use in court? And charge me over 5k? To register my orders alone was 1500. So where did they come up with 5k for 2 drafts? Please believe these people! Do not come to these people for help. They will steal your money!!

Marble stole over 1500$ from me after trying to straighten my divorce documents. They paired me with a mediocre attorney who didn’t know how to use their system and was refusing to fill out my documents. Hard working citizens please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Working with Marble Law was the worse experience I have ever had!!! First off; it was very hard to get in touch with anyone. No one was ever available and when someone was they didn't know anything. I always had to chase them for answers and assistance. Secondly; they really didn't even try to get to know me as a client. Thirdly; when it was time for them to perform, they showed up late. Fourth; they were overpriced for the amount of work they did for my case. I spent more time speaking to assistants than I did with the actual lawyer that was supposed to handle my case. Fifth; when I reported the situation to their support/customer service they told me that my remaining balance was forgiven then 2 years later a collection agency is contacting me. I would never use them again, they are nothing but scammers that do not deliver what they promise!!!

These people are middle man crooks and you better run while you still have money because they take your money and write up motion that goes nowhere, they are very discouraging and dismissed my case and wanted me to pay about $10,000 for it. Sharon ** is an incompetent attorney and she is considered their super lawyer. It's a waste of time, money and HEADACHE, RUN, RUN, RUN FOLKS

I paid the 49.00 and waited for the meeting over phone at 330pm today on 10-16 and no one called me at all but got a text message at 443pm asking how my strategy session went. They will not return my calls or the text message either. I asked for a refund since they didn't meet with me over the phone or anything and still got no response.

This company/law firm is awful. They don't return phone calls or emails and when I am finally able to speak to someone they try to gaslight me saying that I am the one that is bad communicating and when I bring up that I have a paper trail of no answers, the conversations gets quickly skirted. My divorce has been dragging for over 2 years because they will not keep up the communication as needed. The other lawyers are emailing ME to get the lawyer to reply. Also, my case keeps getting bounced around between representatives. And when I ask to make changes or advocate for me 8/10 they tell me it "it's not worth fighting for", Yes, what a great thing to say to a father of 2 young kids. Waste of money, can't wait to be done with them and hire a new attorney to fix the mess they made.

In all My dealings with this lady she has been outstanding, extremely professional and efficient. A short chat with this lady immediately put Me at ease. I trust every word she says to Me. I have often felt intimidated by other attorneys who speak to Me in legalize. This lady speaks to Me in layman's terms and I understand everything she says

Well this is my third divorce and I needed a fresh approach. The moment I spoke to Sharon she was real and ready to make this process as simple as possible. She immediately told me the facts which I had already googled so I felt at ease immediately. This process has been different but I have had also a personal experience with Marble that indescribable. My attorney seems to be an early bird and always easily available and replies to an email or calls. The trust was established early and it’s been easy working with Sharon and the people are amazing at Marble.

My experience with Marble is great, very supportive and professional. I like that there is a team to help me out get what I need done and if you don’t have the financial means they work with you. I recommend marble to anyone going through a simple divorce. If I have any type of concern dealing with my divorce the app is very help too, if not there’s always a team on stand by to help you with any questions or needs.

This team is amazing! My situation was a nightmare and so many things came at last minute and felt like I needed a lawyer who knew their business and cared about the clients! The whole team keeps me updated and made the financial plans affordable and easy. Then got on my situation ASAP! I posted a review about a week ago about my negative experience with Marble Law, they gave me an option to either cancel out and pay "some fees" or request a new attorney. Since they could not give me an estimate of the fees (partially understandable) I requested a transfer of attorney. Mind you I had one maybe 10-minute video call with my attorney 2 months ago, no update since then and when I finally got ahold of her, she said I needed to submit a form to get started that she had previously told me not to sign. I was told if I transferred to another attorney, I would not have to pay any extra fees which seemed better to me than paying the fees to cancel when nothing had been done for me to begin with.

I had an attorney that decided to go MIA. Nobody could reach her and my case was just left not getting finished yet I kept being charged on a monthly basis even though I hadn't been receiving services. I was then assigned another attorney and had asked for a female attorney due to the circumstances but that request was never fulfilled. A year of payments that got nothing done, lack of communication, yet still charged. Finally got service request to terminate service with them done and again just got another charge even though services have ended. So I'm not sure what's going on there. When I had asked for my money back that was refused. That doesn't sound appropriate considering the very little services I did receive weren't good. I feel as though I paid a substantial amount of money and nothing got done....I still want my money back.

Te only thing they did that was real, true and valuable was they put me in touch with a good lawyer. The problem is, all contact after that initial first contact has to come through them on their platform which absolutely did not work for me. Finally, I called and let them know that I wanted to sever my relationship with them. I asked for copies of my paperwork and case status and was told that I can go to the courthouse and buy copies. I wasn’t informed of dates, documents they needed or anything.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality service and follow up, with Marble. My case was handled quite professionally from start to finish. I recommend Marble to all my friends and family across the country. Thank you Marble!

They make you pay upfront only to ghost you. I finally got a hold of someone, but they couldn't take my call because of the way I 'Initiated the call" when all I asked for was her name because I couldn't hear her properly? Like what?

Do Not Use Brian **! It's been 2 months since I paid this attorney in full. Had an easy uncontested case, all he had to do was file the paperwork. I currently have no idea what's been done so far, what's being done now, or what's supposed to happen when in the future. He doesn't answer texts, calls, emails. He even doesn't show to the scheduled appointments made through his office! He is a perfect example of an attorney being attentive until paid. I would never recommend this guy to anyone and I pray others aren't having this same problem with him.

Outrages prices and including the APR. My attorney did the absolute bare minimum and I am fighting for my child’s rights. Customer service is terrible. There must be a lack of communication in the office.

My experience is beyond disappointing. The attorney needs to be chase after for response or anything. No one called at the SCHEDULED time for the initial appointment. That should have been the hint. Finally an attorney called and talked up how she will represent me in a deadbeat ex case. I provided all the information from previous court order to child support even an excel spreadsheet with date and all the paperwork. I started in June and was promised the motion be filed in August. August NOTHING. The attorney didn’t pick up the phone or respond to the email.

Marble Law made my divorce very easy. I did not have to do a thing aside from answering a few questions. My attorney was very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. I had anticipated the divorce to be a headache, but the entire experience was pain free.

I paid for an uncontested divorce in New York City and over 30% of the documents generated by my Marble Law attorney were rejected by the courts because they were not completed correctly. I requested the attorney update the documents and, at that point, she stopped responding to my emails. I spent a huge amount of money for absolutely nothing. I ended up having to hire another attorney to correct the documents.

I feel scammed. They took my money 4 weeks ago. I have a court date in a week and no one has done any work on my case. It’s like pulling teeth to get anyone from my legal team to call me. They are clueless about my case and do not want to work on it.

I do not recommend this company. Lack of communication and overpriced. Each step they say is prepaid is false advertising. I regret paying them for services they barely provide. I wish I would have researched more.

Absolutely the worst law firm I have ever worked with. We were told it was one price and paid the fee for the divorce, then we were told it would be an additional 2500 hundred dollars on top of what we had already paid. Then we were told it would be a couple of weeks and that was back in June. Court date was set for today to finalize the divorce, but they failed to send out the correct paperwork to the spouse so now we have to wait till October before the divorce can go through. It's absolutely ridiculous when you pay thousands of dollars and their incompetence causes one delay after another.

I am writing to express my extreme concern regarding the lack of communication and progress on my divorce case. I retained services from Marble on June 13, 2024 and paid a retainer of $7,700 upfront. Since that time, I have attempted to contact them and my attorney Jodi-Ann ** multiple times via email and phone, but have not received any response.

Initially, I hired Marble Law to file certain court documents that were previously submitted incorrectly. I brought the errors to the attention of my assigned attorney, who assured me that the issues would be corrected. However, I was never provided with any documentation or confirmation that these corrections were made. Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of service I experienced at Marble Law, I felt compelled to seek representation elsewhere. With the assistance of new legal counsel, I returned to court and was dismayed to discover that multiple documents had been submitted incorrectly. This ultimately led to my case being reopened. Upon realizing this, I reached out to Marble Law to address these significant issues. However, I was informed that the firm would not rectify the situation because I had signed a default order, which precluded us from going to court and thereby revealing the extent of the errors earlier.

I am giving Marble Five stars because the attorneys they use are very helpful and informative. They go above and beyond and let you know when more is needed. I appreciate having them to help me navigate my case. I recommend.

I went through 3 different attorneys with this firm. Started out fine. The paralegal was awful. She never sent me correspondence. Four months later I finally have a draft. No offer to reduce fees from their mistakes. The petition is contested so the attorney drops me. I'm told there is a counter suit. Marble finds another attorney. He never returns calls after initial consultation. I'm a week away from having to file an answer and finally put with a third attorney. That paralegal was amazing only reason I gave 2 stars. The attorney calls me the NIGHT before court after I had submitted documents. The attorney is not EARLY and arrives at the time for court.

This people are bunch of crooks and shady. I pay this attorney firm $2200 for an attorney to represent me in my divorce. They make me filled a questionnaire from which they filled the document in the computer. They send me 2 documents by email that they filled up with my questioner. It happens to be that me and my wife worked things out so I call them and cancel the service. Well…. This people had the nerves to charge me $2000 for 2 forms. They never went to court nor filed anything in court for me. They claim it was all the work they did for me that in essence was only 2 forms! This is unacceptable and they are ripping me off!!!

My lawyer did awesome and I will use her again. Her name is Nichole Q. She is the best hands down. She responded right away and she went to work. She listen to me and didn’t dismiss me at all so that made me feel confident in my case outcome. She made the judge really understand the facts in my case. I recommend.

If you just need documents prepared and filed in court look else where they will get you on the hook for possible hearings that may or may not be needed. In my case the follow on hearings related to Petition or Response to Petition For Domestication of Foreign Decree were not needed since my Ex Wife agreed to the filing. But I am still stuck paying the whole cost for hearings that will not happen.

Marble it’s not a firm! I got stuck with 3 different finance companies. Make monthly payments to their firm to be a member. I paid for one letter to the court house. And one 45minutes video deposition. Got myself in debt of 8,600. For divorce. The attorney resigned. Left me with the case open, and 3 open accounts with cover care. After 2.5 yrs still paying for the bill. I’m representing myself. Please don’t let them take advantage of your situation.

The worst "lawyers" ever. In fact I'm not too sure HOW they can even call themselves lawyers. Not responsive or caring to their clients. No communication unless the client reaches out. TERRIBLE AT GETTING THE JOB DONE.

Marble Law is not a Law Firm. Avoid their services. They have you sign a contract which they then sell, for example Affirm. Then they don’t do anything, drag you along for as long as they can, then drop your case as they already got paid. Then you are left paying for services unrendered. I will have to take them to court and spend money but it will hopefully spark a class action suit against them as most people give up and take the hit on their credit report. I fortunately can afford to fight back. After 1 year and many pre payments, they send me an email claiming they filled out application, Copy attached. I started May of 2023 with them. They told Affirm they fulfilled their services. 1 week after this email they send me an email they were dropping my case.

The experience I had with Marble Law was was unbelievable. After I uploaded certain documents and my information they handled everything. They kept me informed of the process and the progress of my divorce. I had no idea of what to expect, but even in the difficult process they made it seem easy. My lawyer, Isabel ** is very professional and knowledgeable and I'm grateful for her expertise. I feel the price was reasonable for the amount of work performed and I recommend Marble Law to anyone.

Marble offers a great alternative for those who can't afford hourly rates. My only gripe is thst the lawyer doesn't strategize for the long term. They are only concerned with the current task at hand, which I suppose I can understand, but it's still not ideal for those who plan to continue using Marble until the divorce is finalized (like me). Otherwise I like my lawyer a lot, we are a great fit, and I am satisfied with the level of service I'm receiving for my money.

Plain and simple, they are crooks! I paid $5k to hire them to represent me in a child custody case. They filed one motion which took about an hour total and now want another $10k to proceed. My attorney didn't show up on the court date and because I had legal representation I wasn't allowed to speak in court other than to answer questions. I was admonished by the judge for not having an attorney present even though it was out of my control. I have now been told by Marble Law that they are removing themselves from my case because I refuse to pay any more money to finish the case they were already paid to do. Legal robbery is their specialty.

Being a client of Marble Law and my attorney Chet ** has been a big help with my divorce. The professionalism and knowledge they have show and given has been phenomenal. They respond with feedback in such a timely manner. I’ve been with my husband for 16yrs and married for 14yrs of those 16yrs. This being my first divorce it has been very stressful for me. But my legal team has been there for me every step of the way. Without my legal team I’ll be lost. This divorce has been tough for me and my 3 boys. I filled for temporary guardianship of my father in January, I contacted Marble Law to obtain an attorney. They assigned me a lawyer who has little to no experience in family law and or estate planning. He’s made mistakes on court documents and said incorrect things during court proceedings, takes his time back with me, all while my father is suffering. This was the worst decision ever. I wish I would have done extensive research before wasting 4k & possibly losing the case. This has been a horrible nightmare. Please do your research before hiring this company. I complained three times and nothing was done and no one has responded back to me.

I had a call scheduled for 430 pm today after paying a $49 fee. I received a text at 4:34 pm saying sorry that we couldn’t connect and to reschedule. Honestly your worst nightmare. It's the worst nightmare hiring Marble Law—pure scam. An attorney without experience, not organized, and lied. My attorney, Farnoush, should be banned from practice. She lied about dates, never sent me the final petition, and lied when I confronted her with a letter from USCIS stating that the petition was complete and missing documents. After receiving the outcome she offered me to file again and to pay all over again just to try a different officer. I have contacted marble and they stated that the attorney was prestine, when I asked for the final petition they sent me a word document incomplete. Pure scam, they want you to sign and write initial reviews, they will text you everyday for a good review. Stay away. My nightmare can be your salvation.

Disappointed would be the understatement of the year. After paying over $7,000 over the course of 3 years I reached out back in April to talk about refinancing, which hasn't been an issue previously. They told me we will send it up to management and you will hear back from them soon. It's been 3 weeks and I'm now 2 payments behind because nobody I speak to is actually willing to help. Most of their customer service reps hardly understand what is being said to them. I was waiting to write this review until I heard back from the manager about paying off my balance, as I received an email about a settlement offer and they were willing to work with me to pay off the remaining balance.

They suck. Straight up. Will not talk to a human when you call and they SUB all their attorneys out. What kind of law firm does that. Then send in to many questions about why they will not help you and they dismiss you and keep your money. No itemized bill from them. Got new Real Lawyer. May have to sue them to get any info back. I paid the $49 dollars yesterday and I Was suppose to get a phone today at 12pm from an attorney and it is currently 12:41 pm and still no phone call. My recent experience has left me utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed in the pervasive greed and lack of ethics in the legal world. It is disheartening to see companies prioritize profit over providing genuine and quality services, particularly in critical life events.

I went with this law firm because it was recommended by one of my good friends. However, when I had the consultation with the attorney, he seemed very unsure about my case, and sounded like he did not want to take it, but then at the end of the consult, he said, he will take it reluctantly. After I paid $2600 he went over my case file and told me that my motion might get denied most likely and that there is not much that he can do to help me. So I requested a refund and only got $2100 back. So Marble law basically charged me $450 to tell me they cannot help me and then another 50 for the consult so I am $500 down the drain. All for nothing. This law firm is completely useless. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I had scheduled a strategy session yesterday at 11am CDT and did not receive a call. It was rescheduled for the next day at the same time and no call. If this is the way this process starts out god only knows how it proceed. #trainwreck

I wish I would’ve read other reviews before signing up with Marble. Paid in full after my consult with the attorney they set me up with. 2.5 months later nothing has happened. I submitted all documents requested shortly after my consult. Have emailed several times and finally got a call at 8:30 pm on a Friday from the attorney rushing to draft up the documents before he went out of town. There were several errors and names misspelled. They charge you extra if you have to go to trial and they charge you extra for “add on services” that were discussed and I thought were included based on the initial conversation. They are a lawyer referral service who makes thousands of dollars off of you & pays the attorney a 1/4 of the fee they charge you. You’re better off finding a local lawyer and read their reviews.

What a nightmare! They charged me $49 upfront to talk to someone to take my info. I was supposed to received a call from an attorney in my area next day and it never happened. I was told by "Alex" "This is my direct line". No, it's a call center that tells you they will call back. No calls and no way to reach a real person. Smh....total scam. Now have to deal with filing a dispute on top of my original reason for calling. This is people's children or divorce filing at stake. Absolutely horrible.

The charlatan slick sales person had pressured me every day for $5000. I confronted him, he said it's not his department. How could he sell an item that wasn’t available when it comes to representation in court?

I use Marble Law since September of 2022 for my 2 nieces' tourist visa. I spent $3,300 without any positive results, it seems like that I am waiting for nothing. I called them today and talked to someone, that told me that I have to pay another pay, if I want to know more information about my case. All I have asked was to send me a proof if they submitted all the paperwork to the immigration. They sent me a financial form instead and they didn’t even answer my question. It is very frustrating, I doubt if this law firm does exist and I got scammed for $3,300.

These people are the worst. I stated I needed an emergency hearing and additional relief. They said they can take care of everything. Once I am assigned a lawyer, that quickly changes. The lawyer (Ryan **, Esq. of Coral Gables, FL) was beyond unprofessional. He kept stating he knew the opposing party's attorney and that they were friends. That was the last I heard from him until I called Marble 2 weeks later and said I no longer want their services.

I was looking for H2B Immigration Services and received a call shortly after completing the online form. We scheduled the initial meeting for 7am the next day. I even planned to get to the office by 6:30am to ensure I was set up. At 6am I receive a text stating "sorry we missed you" and how they would reschedule our appointment. No one calls me but the appointment is rescheduled for the next day at 7am. Then it is canceled yet again. This time I reschedule the appointment for Friday at 8am. Guess what? No one shows. I try repeatedly to get the person who I initially spoke with but she was MIA. I did receive my initial consultation fee refunded but the point is that Marble's appointment process for their Houston office is inefficient.

Horrible....negative stars!!! They charge 5000$ per motion, and it only required a video court appearance. No attempt of negotiation was even attempted. I mean why, with the bill running a tab. You can fire them, but you're already in court, and promises made. Walter ** was atrocious! His defense wasn't even allowed by the judge! Everything I added was dismissed and not pursued! I lost 80% of my house and 85% of my retirement! I paid over 8,000$ in cash to my ex also. Heed my warning, they are atrocious. I am bankrupt, and still want me to pay almost 1000$ monthly!

When you are desperate to find an attorney that will take a payment plan Marble Law is your go to. My experience started out well but it soon became apparent my lawyer was never prepared for trial. In fact he would ask me for all the details 2 days prior and then show up 10 minutes late for court. This became a repeated pattern and it took me several attempts to find a new lawyer. This was after my attorney cost me 5k dollars to fight a bogus contempt charge that could of been disputed had he answered the filing in time. I was also due a large refund at the end which took a month to received and was transferred to the wrong account. However if they need money they need it now and they set you up with basically a 3rd party subprime company to lend you money.

My time with Marble Law was amazing! They were super professional and had my back all the way. They always kept me in the loop, so I never felt lost. I totally recommend them if you need legal help. They're the real deal!

This place is a joke. It sounds all great but after you pay that 49.00 first consultation fee it's downhill. That's how they draw you in. The lawyer that called me was very rude and condescending. She would talk over me and cut me off. She claimed I didn't have a case but I clearly do. She just wouldn't stop talking to hear it. I will take my money and business elsewhere. Please don't waste your time. The good reviews have to be fake or people they have paid or know (friends).

If we could leave a 0 star or less we would. We were told we would get results in our very difficult case. Come to find out the fine print said our attorney only had to show up for the hearing not actually do anything. Our attorney was always difficult to reach. We have had NO interaction with the paralegal we were assigned. We filed the initial paperwork and were charged 3200 dollars for the attorney to show up. She worked out case longer than contracted because we kept getting continuances.

I had them for 7 months. I paid over 9k for a custody case and never seen my daughter or had a court date. Other lawyer I had I paid 3500 for same case should have went back to him. They said I paid for research strategy plans. I paid y'all to help me get my daughter.

I was asked to pay 50 dollars for one time consultation and was date and time scheduled for the call. I didn't get any call neither did they answer my call or refund my money. This is a fake company, Phone goes on answering machine, left several messages, no callback.

Where do I start. I hired Marble Law back in Sept of 2023 to get my ex-wife to mediate 4000 dollars. A motion was drafted and filed October 2. The courts then filed an order November 1st to dismiss because nothing was being done between that time. Fast forward. We finally get a mediation date of Jan 31 so almost 4 months after I initially hired Marble Law. We agree on mediation but I'm told we cannot finalize the divorce because there's another order that must be consolidated with this order so I we go forward turns out the judge just transferred the case to the court where the other order so the motion to consolidate was unnecessary but you guessed it, I still get charged because they drafted the papers.

They will waste your time by assigning Attorneys that don’t do anything for your case! You will wait and wait until you can’t anymore! Every call, every time you answer the same questions you are being charged! It is being deducted! In the end, even if they do not complete service, you will be charged the full amount as if they did! I am being charged for a divorce they never filed, never saw a draft! The day I decided it was a waste of time, and that it was a rip- off, they call saying they have a draft but it was never provided! So, I am being charged for something they never completed but for “benefits” “services”, "legal research". I provided everything they needed for a simple divorce without children, no property assets to divide! Don’t waste your time! Their refund policy is designed for them to keep it all even if they do nothing but talk on the phone and ask the same thing again!

This has been an all-around horrific experience. I hired Marble Law to help me get 50/50 time sharing with my son. I paid for their services in the beginning of January. They didn't get anything filed until March. They waited so long that my ex was able to put my son into another school during this time. One which is over an hour drive for me. I don't even know how I'm going to be able to do 50/50 if I do get it. I've already paid much more than I would have had to pay a regular lawyer to handle my case and they won't even answer communication from my child's mother's lawyers. I'm having to respond to legal requests and offers when I have no idea what I'm doing.

Came to Marble feeling not at ease about hiring a lawyer after doing so in the past on another issue. This time I got a referral to marble from a relative so felt better about starting my process. I was happy they charge a fix fee for the case so I can budget my expenses and know what to expect. My lawyer (Jerry) was attentive to my needs and we got a positive outcome. Will use again.

My experience with Marble Law started off rough, as my attorney took a long time to draft a prenuptial agreement, and did not explain legal language in plain terms. However, after I shared my poor experience with that attorney here, Marble contacted me and helped me resolve the situation. The second attorney I worked with was quick, communicative, and thorough. I was much happier with my experience after working with her, and I'm glad to be done with my prenup. I just wish that it did not take a bad review to get a satisfactory resolution from the company in the first place.

I would not recommend Marble Law Firm to even my worse enemy! This is the worse law firm I've ever experienced. There's no communication whatsoever. When I paid a very heavy fee of $3500.00 to divorce my ex wife and protect my rights has a father I didn't hear anything from my attorney for the first 3 months! They were quick to take my money but never reached out for any support or guidance during my divorce case. Very unprofessional group that just wants your money. You're just another number to them. I never knew who was working on my case until I finally had enough and demanded answers. You'll be better off finding a lawyer on Craigslist than dealing with this crap. Highly don't recommend! RUN!

I paid over 8000 for an attorney to represent me my attorney did not finish my case at all. We have trial coming up but as soon as I paid off the money because they charge a flat rate they dropped me the next month saying the attorney quit and they couldn't get anyone else. But the attorney told me she was still working for them that they dropped me. They only gave me half the money back and they didn't even do anything! This place is a scam! They charge a flat rate so they can drop you and keep half the money without doing the work.

Absolutely embarrassing and terrible service.

This company is a scam. I filed and then decided my husband and I would work it out. I immediately called within 3 weeks. I called attorney and customer service and cancelled their services. I have inquired about refund of my money. Not even all of the 3K as he did help file out paperwork. We did not go to court and my husband was not even served. The papers were mailed to our home. I was told by Marble they were only paying back the $49 fee and I owed the rest for services provided. I have asked several times for a list of services they provided that amount to 3K and yet to receive it. So sad but I will continue to fight for my money.

I've experienced extremely disappointing customer service over the years with this company, where my case was seemingly neglected. Despite numerous attempts, communication with my case worker was practically non-existent, with phone calls unreturned and emails taking weeks for a response. Additionally, the company's use of non-legitimate phone numbers has been concerning. I am currently attempting to secure a refund, which they claim to have processed, but it was not returned to my registered card and was also approximately $100 less than expected for the services they claimed to have provided. It's particularly disheartening to face such challenges as a veteran. This level of service is truly unacceptable.

Nothing like paying 4K for them to pretty much file paperwork. Two days before court I'm told if I want the attorney to attend our zoom hearing it will be an additional $1500. The whole process has taken over 9 months for an uncontested guardianship. Months would go by with no updates then the attorney would call and ask the same questions I had already answered. Overall it seems they take advantage of people. Thankfully I didn't choose the finance option they suggested where I would of paid an additional $2k. Would not recommend this company.

Documents submitted to court erroneously, rushed to submit emergency motion for custody knowing the child has been with me longer than 6 months and would need filed at my location, will never recommend.

Marble Law is the worst service. You are honestly better off going with a real lawyer. They charge crazy prices. Hand you a contract that says a lawyer will appear up to 3 times and lie about what they will do for you. I did a petition to show rule cause. My lawyer ignored my wishes and put only monetary things in my document despite me saying numerous times I would like to see my ex husband address. Our child is non verbal and autistic and my ex was evicted so I had no idea where he would take our son weekends and he refused to tell me. My lawyer said they would include it and deliberately ignored my request. Told me at court we will ask for it then sent an email after saying services were complete. Further service requires more money. Please check out better business bureau ratings. I spent 3k on one petition and appearance. For that you can get a real lawyer.

The last 6 months have been very hard for me as me and my wife went through a divorce. The one good thing about it is that it helped me discover Marble Law. My attorney made the whole process so easy and I loved knowing what I was going to pay upfront. Let's just say I know who to call if I ever get sued.

I set up an appt. with Marble Law Central Florida area via cell. The gentleman/Esquire that spoke with me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the company doesn't take my type of case and we could not do business. I must reiterate that he still helped me immensely with my questions and pointed towards the correct field of Attorney I needed.
