    The internet speed is faster than my last provider. The internet connects fast and it is noticeable faster for me to download items. Furthermore, the WiFi is very strong and doesn't lose strength with all our gadgets connected to it at once. Haven't had any trouble of it failing. However, the installation was longer than I've had in the past. They had to attach some boxes to my wall behind my TV. But the installer was very thorough and helpful with my questions. Although I had some issues with some customer service representatives over the phone, I also have had some great, very helpful interactions with some representatives.

    Verizon Fios is a very reliable and easy to use service. Never had any major issues and if I did they were very eager and ready to help. Very informative and always on time. Installation was very simple and easy to understand. There were informative description and directions, Very enjoyable experience to instantly install. Customer service and support is very good and highly friendly. They know how to talk and connect with the customer. Also, their speed is great, unbelievably fast and accurate. I would highly definitely recommend them.

    A Verizon representative from the company came to my house to install my router. They spent a long time here fixing things specific to my home. For example, the main wire that provides internet access in the building was old and he replaced the entire thing for me. The speed of my internet is exactly as it was advertised. Other internet providers sometimes advertise their internet at one speed and it works much slower.

    I haven't had many negative experiences with the Verizon customer service. Once in a while they have made me wait a long time, but they are always kind and willing to help me through my problems. They also take into account that I have been a long time customer. When my internet was slow, Verizon was able to come to my house to fix the problem. Internet rarely stopped working and when it went down customer service was very helpful and even gave me two months free. They also sent someone to my house at a reasonable time to help ameliorate the situation.

    I had Verizon cable and internet and was really happy with their service. Always had great tv picture and never had any at all internet problems. But I could not get the channels I wanted to or liked to watch. I like comedy channels, and I would like to get more high end channels to watch more reality tv shows. Other than that, I would highly recommend Verizon.

    Very reliable service. It doesn't waver in bad weather and I can use it on several devices at once, including tablet, smart TV, Xbox, computer, and phone without losing signal strength on any of them. Installation didn't take long. The only problem I have is that it costs 100 dollars to add a room if you did not install on the first go round. But the first time the tech was informative. Customer service is alright. They're informative and try to help as much as they can. They are nice and respectful and try to meet all of my requests. The speed is very good. Doesn't lose strength during weather and stays strong and fast on all devices that are being used whether it's 1 or 10.

    During the installation, the technician originally disconnected the cable from the router in the basement to the outdoor box. This was after a new installation of internet only. However, we couldn't get anything to work. My husband had to fix it after he left. But I never had any issues with customer service, except long hold times when calling. I have utilized the chat service which makes waiting a little more tolerable and convenient. Sometimes my connection drops throughout the day, but it connects again pretty quickly. However it's still annoying if I'm working on something or watching a movie. But when service works it's very fast. Would recommend out of all other services in the area. When going to speedtest.com our rate is always on point.

    Verizon FiOS provided and amazing internet experience not only fast but reliable with great connectivity. Most internet services have trouble during certain weather conditions as well as underground Verizon's service goes above and beyond and work so well in those conditions. The internet speed is second to none. I have had many services before which I believe to be satisfactory. I was told Verizon was an amazing company and to try their service. I didn't choose this service in the past due to the pricing. Though it can be expensive, it is worth the price.Also, my installation experience was a little more than I expected but after it was done and the service technician explained it all to me I was satisfied with the service and the equipment it came with. Even customer service was always helpful and honest when answering questions. When dealing with customers service when I have any issue or discrepancies, they will gladly explain them to you in detail.

    Internet service was okay, but could do a lot of improvements especially in the cost and speed. It's too expensive but service providers should do something about the price so it could be affordable. The installers made it in on time and were fast with the installation. Also, they were nice and friendly, and provided useful information. They have nice and friendly customer care agent, though there could be improvements on their level of communication and patience with customers. I was satisfied with the speed. The service is fast and reliable, though at times it could be slow when you really need to get things done urgently. But generally, the speed is satisfactory.

    I literally have to disconnect my phone from WiFi on an average of about 30 times a day, and TRY to reestablish a connection. I've had this going on for about a month now, and Verizon tells me over the phone that they have no clue what's going on. And yet they won't come out here to fix it, or attempt to. I was very happy when it was hooked up, I had no problems with it for more than three years. I thought I would keep it forever, but it looks like forever is already here. They refused to check it, they say it's not on their end. Well I know it's not my phone because I bought my son a different phone, and when he's home he has to reconnect all the time too. When it's not disconnecting on me it runs very fast. I have no issues with downloading apps at a very fast rate. However that's when it is working, which isn't very often.

    We had service up to 300/300 and my husband used it for gaming and the speed is impeccable. We are able to have five devices on wifi and not feel a single stutter. They are also able to fix any problem that arises outside and even inside of the home quickly. But sometimes they pick the most ridiculous way to wire the house but that is only up to the person who may install the system. We have changed it around after they left. But they do try and help in the most convenient ways whether it is a hard reset or having someone come out and fix it. They will even pay for inconvenience with bill credit.

    I got service a few days ago and everything went well. I don't like the new system they're using now, but installation is good and service man was on point. Well it took all day for service man to install internet and thought that was out of the ordinary, but he got it done. Need two people to install the service - people have things to do. Also, customer service is not good. You cannot understand when you're trying to get information. Need more English speakers people, too many foreign language, and can't understand them when you need help. But Verizon's very hands on, reliable, don't have a problem with giving information there when you need anything. Sometimes you can't get the service you need but overall it's good.

    No interruptions and the service is reliable and super lighting fast like a zillion gigabits per millisecond... All the time. We have multiple devices, including smart phones, I-pads and laptop computers on our network. We also have several other wireless users. The installation was easy and convenient. No hassles encountered. We were given multiple time slots and they even helped fixed our phone. Service was excellent and we give their friendliness an A+. All the folks were nice as pie and we love how well they treated us and taught us everything we needed to know about the new service. They left behind lots flyers and "how to" manuals too.

    It's a great provider and I'd recommend it. It gives me WiFi but it has its ups and downs. Every technology is going to have its ups and down. I had a guy come do the installation but it's pretty explanatory. Make sure to connect every wire correctly or else it'll just be a hot mess. But everything was pretty basic. Just connect hdmi cable to the right slots or else the picture won't show up. Customer service is really good. The guy was so helpful, very professional, explained everything very well and wasn't complicated or didn't act like he didn't know what he was doing. Also, the speed is really good. Just sucks when there's a cloud above the services cause when that happens you gotta rest it cause the services is very slow.

    We're very satisfied with our Verizon Fios internet service. We stream music and watch movies and most of the time we're able to download music and movies with no problems. Up to four of us can be using the internet with no problems, and even during rainstorms we're able to use our internet though it does take a little longer but it gets the job done. My husband installed it himself with no problems. Setup is very easy. They mail you your product, and you call Verizon and they walk through the installation with you. Sometimes it takes forever for you to get someone on the phone. But most of the time they do help you within 10 min. You need to call them when you're not busy.

    The speed is ok. It usually takes a long time to load things but it's ok. Depends how my wifi is. Only works at different times. At times it can go by really fast or really slow. Have to keep loading it in order for it to work. I do not recommend anyone to use this because it takes a really long time to settle. Also takes a long time to install plus at times it doesn't even work and I have to keep calling back. Have to wait hours for people to actually come to my house. People are very rude and impatient. They have no respect and their instructions are horrible. Takes about a hour or two before I can be satisfied with my things.

    Verizon has good service reliability. Sometimes when it's peak time it slows some but that to be expected. It doesn't cut out so that's a good thing. The installation was on time. The man was very professional and did a nice job not breaking any of my stuff. Everything worked after he hooked it up. Verizon has pretty good speed. I could pay more for faster speed but I feel I pay too much as it is.

    The house we recently purchased was already wired for Fios so we received our equipment in the mail with easy to follow instructions. I had some trouble with setting it up but one phone call corrected all the issues and the service tech stayed on the phone with me until everything was perfect. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic, spoke English, very knowledgeable, very patient and efficient. Helped me through all my problems. We are usually on it in the evenings and always have multiple devices running at the same time and never have any delay in download speeds or any buffering. Couldn't ask for anything to be faster than what we currently have.

    I never actually struggle with Verizon Fios. I have always had a good experience with Fios, and I'm incredibly happy that I've made the switch. The installation took quite a bit of time, but the people were friendly, did it as quick as they could aside from the slight problem we had with the fire. Customer service here is wonderful!!! Everybody is exceptional, friendly, probably the nicest people I've spoken to. Every other cable company provides a hassle, while Fios did amazing. However, the speed could be better.

    I rarely have to call for any service and we almost never lose connectivity. Wi-Fi is very fast even with multiple devices that are always connected. Our home was already wired for FiOS so we didn't have an installation. However, it was done properly and they were able to connect our service right away. I have had to call a few times for different reasons. The customer service department is always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. We were having speed issues at one time and upgraded our service package. Now, it never takes longer than a few seconds to download anything and the upload speeds are fast as well.

    My internet was installed a couple days after I called them. The installer was very professional and got me hooked up with no problems. He made sure everything worked great before he left. The internet always works and never a problem. Every time I use it, it works great and never lets me down. The speeds they gave me are so fast. I never have any problems or slow speed. If I ever have a problem with my service, they are always there to help me. They will check my connection remotely to let me know if anything is right. I would recommend to anyone looking for good cable connection. It's the best.

    Installation was efficient and done professionally. No issues with damage or too much time taken to install and they were clear with what they would be doing. Also, on each occasion when I had to contact customer service, the reps were friendly, but not always clear (foreign call center). There were also upsell attempts which were annoying, but not bad overall. Although relatively reliable, I'm not confident that the service speed is as advertised. There is often lagging when streaming, which is particularly annoying when trying to watch a movie. But I have not had any major issues. Occasional outages have occurred and I've had to contact them a few times when service failed, but repair usually occurs relatively fast.

    The internet service of Verizon Fios is pretty reliable. Speed is probably the best part of this. It is really fast and efficient for the most part and I usually do not have an issue with it unless there are a lot of people using it at once. The internet service itself is great but there are times when it starts to slow down with a reason. Someone came and installed so it was effortless in my part. The installation was quick and I just had to be there to answer or ask questions. Customer service is okay but there is still a long wait at times over the phone. In store is quicker but they don't always act really friendly which is discouraging.

    I lived in a very rural area in PA and I rarely had a problem with Verizon Fios. It was definitely very reliable. I take online courses and have not a had a problem with speed. I also stream a lot of video (I'm a Netflix addict) and don't have any problems with my video streaming. However, I did have a problem when I had too many devices connected and running at once. The installation was fast and painless. I didn't have to wait around for hours. I have a very busy schedule and Verizon worked around that. When I called customer service, it was always easy to get connected and talk to the right person. And everyone I have talked to was helpful, or found me someone that would be helpful.

    The installers were on time, the items are concealed and out of direct sight, and all new equipment was tested before signed off on. However, the customer service could have been more considerate to my needs. I often felt like I created the problem rather than the service failing on me which made me defer to online assistance.

    The service was sufficient but could have been better. I have max package but find it difficult to connect all my devices sometimes. I was told I wouldn't have a problem connecting all my devices but have considerable droppage. The internet speed isn't what I expected. I could not use my direct high speed connection but rather simple the 5g connection.

    Didn't take long for the installers to connect. I was happy with their professionalism as well as their knowledge and the speed at which they connected. They always hire the best customer service employees and trains them very well. Usually not pushy in trying to get me to upgrade and resolves issues quickly. My internet is very reliable but has connection issues where my modem is versus computer where my connection gets disconnected. However the speed and when I need Internet is awesome. With dial up it takes forever and I use my WiFi on my phone and download games and it's usually pretty fast.

    Verizon Fios is reliable for the most part. It is fast, effective, and innovative. However there are certain times when my internet connection is not as strong as usual and my household experiences times when the wifi goes out completely. The installation itself of my Verizon Fios equipment was fine, however the installers took longer than the given time frame to arrive at my house. In addition I have had simple installations last for extended periods of time. The customer service is decent for the most part. But I have had to wait on hold for thirty minutes at a time. In addition I have had customer service representatives who have given me inaccurate information. But compared to other providers I have used in the past, my connection is very quick with downloading and watching videos.

    Verizon's reliability is outstanding and I never had any kind of issues. The speed is great and has never ever been down on us. What they promised was correct and since that it has never been slow. The installation was quick and simple. The guy was here and gone within 10 minutes and we were already enjoying the internet. He was so great and when he let us know he was done installing, we were amazed with how fast the process took. Also, the customer service never let us down. Every time there was an issue, they have always taken care of it with little or no time at all. Verizon is absolutely the best internet service provider I use yet. I highly recommend their services and they have been my main service for decades and decades to come.

    Most of the time I'd have a good (or at least available) connection, so there weren't that many instances where there was absolutely no connection to the internet. During the installation, those in my household have had no complaints regarding the installation process or much of anything afterwards. For the few times I've needed to contact customer support it has always been incredibly helpful, and the people I've talked to were very helpful. The speed generally depends on how strong the internet connection is, but overall the speed has been excellent and is something I've recommended to friends.

    The people I was talking to at Verizon Fios were useful, kind and nice, they did not get frustrated when I would ask them questions. My experience was very good. The internet speed was fast for me, it did not make me wait for more than 3 minutes. I know some people don't like waiting for things to load so I would recommend this internet service to those people. Because the internet provider was good, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family, never use a different one, and always stay with it.

    With Verizon Fios, internet is fast but does slow down if there is WAY too many people on it. I have a family of 8 and if all 8 of us is on, it is slow. But if only a few of us is on it is is super fast. They were okay, I have only called a few times and normally they give me some sort of discount. Their wait time is long but they have awesome hold music. However the installer was rude. He made comments about how my "house smelled" and how he's never been to a house this nasty & how do I raise my children in this messy house.

    It is absolutely the fastest, most reliable internet service I've ever had. At the time, my service was 25 Mbps/15 Mbps for $75 a month, which sounds expensive, but it was worth the cost. Service rarely was affected by outages, and if there was one, Verizon was quick to fix the problem. Downloads were fast, and there was hardly any delay when pulling up an internet browser or loading a page. A Verizon tech came to do the installation, which took about an hour, but they are good at scheduling service visits as soon after you set up service. The tech always makes sure service is up and running before leaving.

    I remember when I first set up service, I had to also get a landline, so I didn't have to set up auto-pay. After I had been with Verizon for a couple of years, I contacted customer service to see if I could cancel the landline, but not have to enroll in auto-pay, and they were able to work it out. I used Verizon Fios for nearly ten years, and the only reason I don't have it now is because it's not available in my area.

    There are no interruptions in service and has been very reliable. There haven't been any issues. Customer service is always exemplary and is never a problem. However I don't like speaking with customer service reps in India due to the language barrier. It's very frustrating. Installation was great! The installers were friendly and quick to assist with understanding. The speed is great, there aren't any issues.

    I did a do it yourself home setup kit and it went very smoothly. Great instructions and they sent me all the right hardware and connections. Worth it to save the price of a service call. The internet service connection is never dropped and nobody I know gets faster residential speeds. It would be better if it were available in more areas but it takes a while to lay fiber optic cable I know. Still, the speed is fast, faster than Time Warner, faster than Comcast, faster than AT&T, faster than Spectrum, faster than Charter, faster than dial up, faster than DSL, faster. I haven't really needed to call customer service for anything but if I do I hope it is better than Verizon's help for cell phones which is the absolute worst ever.

    I had a quick and easy installation. The technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered me and my husband's questions efficiently and accurately. They came earlier than my appointment time which was great and stayed until we were satisfied we could use everything on our own. The speed is amazing and I love it. I have at least 8 devices running off my wifi daily, and the speed is constant and consistent. Sometimes I have all 8 devices running and the friends or family visit and use the same connection, with no lag or interruptions.

    I don't have the highest speed recommended but then I would need to use at least 30 devices at once to have to switch. I never get knocked off, I can always have service in bad weather, no gaming lag, customer service is great. Anytime I call customer service which is seldom, I always get the solution I need. Even if I am at fault I get compassion and understanding not judgment like other cable companies I have used. I can understand what the customer service rep issuing and that's very important.

    The workers were on time, very knowledgeable when we had any questions and professional. They came with all of the equipment needed to complete my installation. Also, customer service with Verizon has gone beyond my expectations. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. There was one time I had to speak with a manager because the customer service representative was rude but nothing like that has happened again. Verizon has given me top notch service. The speed of my internet and gaming is extremely fast. I can't recall ever having a slow connection even when winds are high and the weather is bad. Problems are very rare and when they arose they were fixed immediately. They are extremely reliable and customer service is great! I couldn't be more satisfied.

    The internet never goes out unless there is some other issue that is not Verizon's fault. I can only remember a few times where we had any issues and we've had it for 5+ years. Installation was well done when first installed and also when we moved. However, the installation guy doesn't usually show up within the time frame given, it's usually later. Customer service is not too bad, but they do not care about you as an individual. If you have any issues that require you to make a phone call you will be on hold for a long time. But the internet speed is excellent and reliable. Never had a frustrating experience with the internet being too slow, if there were any speed issues it was due to the computer itself or an individual website.

    The internet is very reliable and it's there when I need it. I'm very surprised at the speed of this service. I still wonder if there is another provider with faster speed but knowing the speed already, I doubt it. I have had other internet providers but this one is one that I will stick with. It's a comforting feeling knowing they are there for me and I don't worry about it. The installation was so easy and simple. Any trouble I had could be resolved in a matter of minutes with some assistance. I was afraid it would be complicated like other but it wasn't. The customer service is very helpful. The person on the other line was a joy to speak to it felt like I was talking to a friend. I was very calm and comfortable.

    Verizon have a great reliability. They tell you everything you need & want to know, best service guaranteed. The installation took little to no time. Didn't take up lots of space. Customer service is okay but the wait is a little long. I hate having to wait so they can switch from people to people for certain areas you need help in. But at the end the service all works out and it's worth the wait. Verizon is the best and I LOVE the speed. Lots of people may say Verizon has limited this and limited that but the service is great.     My Internet service provider is very reliable and has a really great speed. I have had them for several years now and they have only had issues when there were global issues or power outages. We run our phones, Xbox and computers all from the same wifi and we don't have any issues with speed. Plus, they were very quick to install my service and take care of all my issues. They have been very quick to help with anything that I have needed and are very good at what they do. My Internet service provider has been wonderful and helpful.

    My installation experience with Verizon Fios went just fine. There were no issues and it went quite quickly compared to what I had anticipated. The times that I did have to contact them went just fine and painlessly. Also, Verizon Fios' speed is actually pretty good most of the time but sometimes it does go down which is quite upsetting for me personally and I don't deserve it. But it's very reliable most of the time but every now and then I do have some issues, but they're usually solved very quickly and with ease.

    Verizon Fios work well on every level not just reliability. I have never experience a fail of the system and the speed is always the same - does not has lows or high. You just have to call and they send you a guy and he do all the installation process. You just have to sit and enjoy. And that process is almost free. If you have a problem they have many ways to contact them. You can call, send a message, and email or thru the website. They are ready to solve almost every problem. It has one of the most fast connection on the market and that depends on the plan that you buy but is always fast. They had a plan for everyone.

    The speed of Verizon Fios is good but it depends on the plan chosen. So far, even if four of us are online together, there is no interruption or reduction of speed overall. I have had no reason to contact Verizon's customer service because the billing was correct and timely. The price for unlimited data usage is also good value. I have not had any problems so far with it. Additionally, the installation was simple and done by the service engineer. There were no issues after he left and the service has been seamless so far.

    So far the speed of Verizon Fios service is the fastest I have ever had. There's no way Comcast can compete with them, and because of this I left them to do business with Verizon. They are acceptably reliable, and I cannot complain about my service. I have never had a problem, which should be expected. I don't like when companies charge you more for service that they are entitled to provide. The tech installed everything the way I needed it to be. The service was working fine almost immediately, and I haven't had a problem with the service I received yet. However, I'm not happy with the price I have to pay just for internet. When I called customer service to inquire about lower costs for internet, they were unwilling to help me and just kept apologizing. I feel they are intent on ripping people off and will not make it easy for a customer to pay a fair price.

    Always reliable and fast. The only time I had a problem was when another company cut my line while working on someone else's. Verizon was there the next morning. My apartment was already FiOS-ready. Installation was quick and easy. The tech had all three TVs up and running in no time and had all of our media hooked up to the wifi. No problem at all. Customer Service was no problem. Really didn't have to speak with them often at all. Always a pleasure to deal with. FiOS speed is awesome! Had another company and the internet service was the worst, always buffering or freezing or both at the same time.

    I cannot recall ever having a problem with Fios and that's an extremely reliable service. The speed of service varies and occasionally at peak times, it has slowed down a little bit. If we want the higher speeds, it costs more. But the download speeds are pretty dependable too. In addition, the installer was very friendly and the installation at our house went very smooth and was not a hassle at all. They arrived when they said they would. Also, anytime we have contacted Verizon Fios, we have never encountered a problem. We have called about pricing and they always help and are honest.

    The internet service works very well in many places, but there are places where it will not work when disconnected from wifi. The many types of connection such as 3G and LTE make it easy to know when you have good or bad service. The installation process was very easy. A representative from the company came to my house while I was home and the rest of my family was out. He was very fast and I was able to use the service quickly. Anytime I need help, the representatives are always friendly and ready to help. I have gone through many decisions on what device to buy and they were always kind and helpful in my decision process. The speed of this network depends on the connection you have. If you have high LTE, the connection is very strong and works very fast. If you have no service or 1x, the connection will be very weak and slow.

    Verizon worked well when it worked. Dealing with customer service was a chore though. They never got things right on the first call. I would always have to call back or get it escalated. It was very frustrating. Verizon should hire English speaking Americans or lose my business. They never knew what I wanted. Horrible horrible horrible. This was the straw that broke the camels back and why I ditched them. But the installation went fine and the internet speed was ok.

    I recently upgraded my Verizon Fios TV account and learned that in doing so my discount for bundled services (TV and Internet) that I was experiencing was actually being decreased. Therefore, in purchasing more Verizon product, Verizon rewarded me by lowering my existing discount. The service representative did not anticipate that I would understand this simple math transaction and tried to end my call and hurry me off the line. When I questioned the matter, I was informed by both the representative and a supervisor that there was nothing that could be done to keep my discount at the current level; both personally agreed that the matter was not reasonable.

    Though this does not make any logical sense, I am familiar with this mode of operation - it is similar to the type of response that I have experienced with Comcast. I made a decision to switch our services from Comcast to Verizon Fios because I was persuaded that Verizon was a more customer-centric company. For me, the lesson in this story is Verizon is not a better service provider, is not more customer-centric than Comcast, and at times treats its customers just like Comcast - like they don't need them. BUYER BEWARE!!! We as customers are not the priority!

If you want the installation process to be fast, do what I did and work with Verizon. Verizon is very reliable and whenever in need of help, they are just a call away. They will help you resolve any problem that deals with them. They have helped me in the past and made me develop a trust for them. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. They will prove to you that you should invest in their products instead of competitors. They will not stop informing you about the positives about the company until you give in to them! The speed is excellent too! You can get to anywhere you want in less than a couple minutes! I have been in rushing situations and got through what I had to do because of the speed!     The service was out for almost a month. No customer support was helpful, and I was not allowed a servicer. They had very slow response teams, and nobody is available for most of the day. I couldn't get a call answered for days. They should have more workers working. The internet was slow enough that I could not even use the internet. I had to restart the modem at least 10 times per day. During the installation, the guys were in and out fast. It took an hour max, and Verizon is very good job in this category. Only thing was that the service was outdated.

    My internet service is reliable 90% of the time. I have experienced a few incidences where I was unable to connect, but it was fixed quickly. The speed of my internet connection is on par with other providers at other locations. I can browse the internet quickly and seamlessly. I still use a mobile device that was easy to install on multiple devices, connects me to my wireless printer, and allows me to recharge my device. I usually access my account online and am able to chat live with a customer representative when needed. The times that I have needed a quick answer, I have gone directly to the store.

    Verizon Fios is very reliable. They come to the house and install the internet service for you. It is great. It is very fast to install -- about 30 minutes. I have no worries with their customer service. They are so nice. They fix the problems so fast. They are in and out. And their service is free, so even better.     A Verizon representative did the installation and it was simple. I just sat back and relaxed. But I have the ability to hook up things myself when it disconnects. I haven't had many interactions with the customer service but there's easy access. From what I've heard from others it was pretty good, but I would rather use the online chat feature. I like this service because it's fast. I was skeptical at first about this service because its a mobile phone line, but I was pleasantly surprised with the reliability of service. I have complaints about the speed, but I don't lose service a lot like with Optimum. I think the commercials were believable as advertised.

    It is really fast internet which I need for my job so I need a really reliable company and Verizon has proven I made the right choice. Never have to worry about it really. Even with 5 people connected and using it at the same time it is still fast and reliable. I haven't had any serious problems yet and I've had it for a long time. The installation is also fast. Never have to worry about the time to install my app and thing on my computer like documents and other thing for my job. I don't usually call customer service because I don't usually have problems with Verizon but when I do the recording makes it easy to go where I need to and the people are friendly.

    Verizon has fast internet speeds as described when purchased and good connection throughout the day. It functions very reliably compared to other internet services that I have tried. It hasn't died or failed on me when I needed it the most. It runs both video and graphics programs quickly and effectively for my needs.     The tech took the time to run a completely new line in lieu of trust an old degraded cable line which gave me stronger signal strength and a better picture to enhance my hd experience. Friendly customer service with knowledge of products offered. They extremely knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything additional.     Try not to use Verizon, because Verizon makes it very difficult to contact them to change services. Sure, It's easy to find a number to pay your bill or add services, but just try to find a number to change/remove services. During my call today, I wanted to know why my local TV service wasn't cancelled per my request on 1/31. I was told that my record shows that I called in to cancel that service, but was disconnected prior to Verizon being able to cancel the service. Then the CS person stated to cancel the local TV service I would have to pay an early termination fee because she said, incorrectly, that I signed up for this bundle (Local TV + FIOS) in May of 2016. Once she realized she was incorrect she did not apologize. She also said she would have to charge me for service though today versus the day I originally called in to cancel service, even though she could see on the Verizon record that it was my intent to cancel on 1/31/17.

    In the end she tried to make me feel better by saying she would waive the $0.97 termination fee (I added local TV service a month earlier and was told there was no contract or early termination fee) and made the local TV service end on 1/31/17 for billing purposes. The bottom line is she was difficult and incorrect and in the end made it soon like she was doing me a favor which was only the correct thing to do. Verizon Customer Service Sucks. Try to avoid if you can.

    I had to set up appointment but they did not need to enter the home. They cleaned up after themselves and were quick and efficient. The service worked immediately after installation and there is relatively no downtime. Speed was better than most. Used frequently by roomer and less often by me, but was always available to both on 2 or 3 different computers and 2 TVs at the same time. Very unhappy not provided where I now live. Will order it again as soon as available in my area. Absolutely wonderful. Customer service was great, friendly and professional. They responded rapidly and were able to answer all questions and did not need any money upfront. Fee was acceptable after initial installation. Were able to make arrangements with them to pay with next monthly invoice. Exceptional service in all aspects.

    The service is very reliable but it's just too slow and Fios isn't available in my area. I have never had any problems with the DSL service other than it's just slow. My DSL speed is only 3 meg and it is ok for basic things but if your streaming video or downloading it is very slow and the videos buffer quite a bit. The installation was great, technician was very well versed, very efficient and did an all around great installation. I was very pleased with the installation. I have always had very good customer service. The representatives are very professional, have always answered my questions and taken care of anything. If needed I would recommend Verizon to anyone.

    Verizon switched me over without consent. I was planning to change to another provider and now they won't restore my copper lines. I am very vexed. The installers messed up every land line I have in my house. I can't pick up any extension in my home, and fax has changed to my home phone and my home phone to my fax. Every time I call for help I get someone that barely speaks English. They can't understand me and I can't understand them! Ask to be switched over to an English speaking agent and they hang up on me. This is the only company I have customer service problems with. My computer still runs slow and they have the fastest speeds. They just want to cash in on the copper wires and make some more money like they don't already make enough.

    The internet is reliable and speed is very good because it is able to support all of the devices I have in my household that use internet at once. We have one laptop, 2 smartphones, and an apple tv streaming service. It is also pretty fast and downloads quickly. I have not experienced any prolonged outages. However I have experienced some slowness when purchasing or watching on demand content.

    The installation was easy but I felt it could have moved a little quicker. We had an issue with some fiber optic cables during the process which caused a slow down and I feel could have been resolved with a more experienced or further trained employee. The customer service was good though and they resolved the issue in a somewhat timely manner. They are nice. Sometimes it takes a while to get to a real person and they tend to put you on hold a lot but never for a significant extended amount of time. Everyone I have dealt with is very friendly but I feel the demand for representatives is greater than the supply.

    The installer, Joseph, was very courteous and respectful of our home. He appeared well trained, knowledgeable and patient in explaining how the job was to be done and upon completion, how the features worked. Whether in person, Verizon store and telephone customer service and technical personnel were well trained, courteous and helpful in providing an excellent customer service experience.

    Moreover, Verizon Fios has reasonable speed and reliability. Have had only one service disruption in past year. It always seems to work, rain, shine or with battery backup during power outage. I had XFINITY in past and have found Fios to be more reliable. While there are other options available I find the basic speed adequate for my needs. However, if I were in a business quick turn environment, I would most likely consider an upgrade to a higher speed.

    The process was less intrusive than a previous provider I'd used, in that they did not have to wire cables from the basement through the floor in the living room. The installation was relatively simple and didn't take too long, and I understood how to operate the hardware (i.e. the router) pretty confidently. Verizon is pretty reliable, although I had two instances recently where the services stopped working. But I was able to contact customer service very quickly and they helped me to resolve the issue although I was a bit worried because the phone service was also affected and I had to use my cell phone. But the experiences with customer service themselves were very good. The representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to help me fix the problem quickly.

    Other than that, I am very happy with the service's reliability in terms of quality - particularly the internet, which works at a very good speed - I've hardly ever experienced "buffering" or problems playing video, and downloads are easy and fast.

    The Verizon installer came right on time. He was very helpful and friendly. It did not take that long to install. He wanted to make sure all is correct. He explained everything we needed to know. He left his to contact him if we had any problems. I find that Verizon Fios is reliable, it was not until I use another browser that I normally use. I always used Internet Explorer. All I got was slow and stop. I switched to Google Chrome and it works very well now with browser. In the beginning I had a hard time dealing with customer service. I called them because I did not know why that my bill was 3x more than what was promised. They also took my payment out of my account without permission. I was very adamant they refund that payment. They did and had no problems since.

    I called and ordered internet service with Verizon Wireless. They set up an appointment time with me. They came out the day of the appointment and were prompt and very friendly. Installation was quick and they explained everything they were going to do and how long it was going to take from the time they got there to the time they left. They even took off their shoes. When they were done they showed me how to use the cable and the internet. They spent about 2 hours on installing and going over everything with me. Very helpful from beginning to end.

    Verizon Wireless has been my internet and phone service for over 2 years. They have never given me any problems and have always been helpful in many ways. When I have called them with a problem they were right there for me. The speed is pretty good. Not as fast as Time Warner Cable, but it works well for what I have to do. I'm not a gamer and I don't stream videos. But I do wish they had a plan where there was unlimited data. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Verizon Wireless to my family and friends and to anyone that needs internet service.

    I work from home and need a reliable internet connection. Fios provides me the peace of mind I need for both business and personal use. Service is generally quick when only my laptop is on the network, but can slow down considerably when multiple devices are connected at the same time. Overall I'm satisfied with the internet speed. We haven't had occasion to contact Verizon regarding our Fios service, so that is a good thing! Although, Fios installation takes a VERY long time. The technicians were good, but it took most of a Saturday to install the service components. There is also a large box needed as a control center for the service.

    The installation took too long, the worst part was my house was already set up for their brand of service so it should have been a quick install but it wasn't. That would have not been an issue had the person doing the install been nicer. The person was very rude and did not even try to explain anything. The upload and download speed were quick with the internet. I rarely had loss in service and if I ever had a problem, when I called help desk they were mostly helpful. However, I had a few issues with the service going in and out and it seemed as the person I was speaking to was not being attentive and did not want to help. The more I explained the issue the more it seemed they didn't even understand their own products. And sometimes when I called they couldn't send someone out for a couple of days. For the price I was paying I expected better service. The price is also the only thing holding me back from saying that I would recommend them.

    An installer from the company came to my house on the day and at the time they said they would. They worked efficiently and it didn't take too long for them to get me connected. The speed of service is excellent. It's always fast with no lag in bringing up pages and the only times it might be slow is when there is not good reception in some area I am in. But even then it's pretty good. It has always worked in the places I've been whether I'm traveling in the car, in somewhat remote areas, in mountains and at home. I have never had any dropped calls. I have had to go into a Verizon store and ask questions which were answered to my satisfaction. I also had to return a phone once that didn't work and they had the company send me another one. They handled everything and all I had to do was wait for it to arrive in the mail.

    My internet is great, cheap and super fast. I love this high speed internet. It's simple and to the point. I can go on the internet and be to my destination in less than 30 seconds. I love when guest come over and they are wowed by my fast internet. My internet instantly connects and I always get good reviews from people about my internet. They always ask and I advertise for Verizon Fios because people are usually very satisfied with my internet connection and so am I. It was easy to install my internet. In less than 10 minutes the internet was up and working with no problem. Customer service is great. Usually they are very friendly. They are very fast in and out, and they are polite and kind. They are very patient with you and gives you your money worth.

    My initial call to set up installation was very professional and courteous. We were able to set a quick appointment. They came out, my husband showed them where things were, and it seemed like no time and they were done and gone, and we had internet. I haven't had to call them with any problems since install. On occasion, if the Wi-Fi seems iffy or slow, we reset the modem box and within minutes, it's running great again. We play a lot of online games in our household, as well as streaming movies regularly, and we are always happy with the speed. It hasn't been an issue even once.

    The installation process was easy. The box arrived fast and then when it was time to set up I was able to call customer service for support. I called Verizon customer service twice and both time they were nice. They sent someone out to fix my problem kind of. The other time they talked me thru a walk thru. Verizon internet speed is not the greatest internet speed. They have Skippy service. They lag a lot when it is windy outside so every winter and fall it lags. Other than that it is okay.

The price I pay for my internet speed is very affordable. My internet installation experience was fast and very professional done. The service representative was friendly and answered all of my questions. I was instructed on how to use and operate my equipment. My customer service experience was pleasant.     Verizon Fios has been extremely reliable. Any time connection has been lost due to a bad storm with heavy winds which have brought down the line the response has been quick and service resumed in a timely manner. Installation was done a couple of days after the order was made by me. It was done correctly the first time and I've had no recurring issues. Handled very professionally. Customer service has been very professional and on a personal level. They have treated me like they appreciate my business. My questions have been answered thoroughly. Verizon FIOS has been fast. It loads up quickly so I don't find myself getting impatient waiting for it to load. That's why I'd recommend it to others. I'm very satisfied.

    I switched to Verizon specifically because of the reliability, which, so far, has been much better than my previous provider. It is the fastest internet I have ever had. I could not be happier. Latency is never an issue, and I have never been down. I regularly conduct speed test and have never found an issue. During the installation, I had to do nothing, just be here. The installer took care of everything at the time he said, and he was very fast. Everything about setup was explained to me in a way that was easily understood. There has never been a time when I couldn't get in touch with customer service very quickly and have my issue handled rapidly. They are also very courteous.

    The installer was quick, efficient and helpful with information about future possible needs I might have. Verizon seemed interested in helping to keep my costs as low as possible. They made efforts to adapt their systems to my needs. The speed is sufficient and has been improving steadily since we signed up about 11 months ago. Hopefully, as time goes on, the service will improve... It seems that technology is steadily improving. The service does not seem to be as connected to the weather as my other satellite service. I live in a very hilly area and there seem to be enough towers to keep the connection steady.

    They have a good customer service, every time I have an issue they resolve it in many ways. Also, they are always available when I have a question or problem related to my service.     Verizon once double billed me for months when I moved. For 3 months I kept asking them to STOP billing me for my old address of service. I even used their apparently INCOMPETENT moving service to my new address to continue the same rate/phone number/etc. Finally I told them I am not going to pay the old bill anymore. They need to STOP billing me. So they sent it against my credit. It took months to get them to remove it.

    The only reason they require a credit check is they want to be able to RUIN your credit if you don't pay. They could just charge my credit card for services instead and cancel services if I don't pay. But they have terrible responsiveness to turning off services and don't want to fix that so they ruin my credit instead. Verizon sucks #verizonsucks #verizonpoop #verizonisterrible.

    Misleading advertisement - After being with Comcast Cable for 20 years, I noticed an ad for Verizon Fios. The ad read $79.99 with the $79.99 crossed out and $74.99 the "special" price per month for a specific service level and you would also receive a $200 credit card. I called and spent over 4 hours on the phone during the day I had signed up trying to get the deal right. Well, I was finally assured that the deal would happen at $74.99 but the $79.99 would show up for the first month (bad sign!) and then be adjusted to reflect the $74.99 with a $5 credit only 2nd bill. WRONG!!! I had to call three times to get this straightened out!!! Finally, it was take care of.

    THEN, I get an email saying that the are worried that I will "miss" my opportunity to collect my "$150" credit card if I don't register for it!?!?!? First, I was never told to "register"! Secondly, it was $200 dollar credit card that they owed me. Well, I called Verizon and was apologized to for only getting $150 but that was what I was getting rather than the $200 card that was advertised. At this point, they transferred me to customer service. Then customer service said I was in the wrong place that I needed sent back to the "rewards" dept that I just spoke to! Then I was put on hold for 49 minutes with the "rewards" rep waiting to be transferred to her manager! I finally hung up and I am now in the process of removing Verizon equipment (already done!!!) and I have called Comcast back and will get my great service back again! Please STAY with Comcast if you have it. Just negotiate the price down a little and stay with them!!!

    My internet service speed seem quicker than my last internet service provider that really all I have to compare to, so I would say my service is fast and very reliable. For the most part I have not had too much trouble though the equipment they have put in my home occasionally acts up now and again. The actual install went pretty smoothly. It was not very long and I was very satisfied with the overall installation. The installer was nice, courteous, and professional. I had to use their customer service a few times due to power outages and bad weather. The folks I talked to at Verizon were extremely knowledgeable and talk me thru in layman's terms to get me up and running again.

    My internet service speed is satisfactory. I have 4 computers and 2 internet televisions in our home and we rarely experience any trouble. Once in a while it was crash, but we reset the router and everything is good. Also, I almost never experience any difficulty watching tv. In addition, the installation was done efficiently and the installer was very professional. On the other hand, I wish the prices were a little lower. But overall a good experience. I'm very satisfied and I would recommend.

    When I first installed Verizon FiOS, I was amazed that the download speed was almost twice as fast as my previous provider (AT&T). It was very easy for me to set up because there is a phone line right in my living room. I usually work in the living room because I live in the room farthest away from the Internet router, but in order for my room to get connection, we had to install a long-range router. Also, I usually get fast Internet connections on my laptop, but every couple months I get a disruption that slows the connection. It usually takes me a couple seconds to load my homepage, but sometimes I have to reset the modem because the server could not be identified.

    My initial installation was alright. It took longer than I thought it would take because Verizon equipment was used by the previous owner of my home which I thought would be an advantage for me in time and costs. However, it was not. Later, I called to have an additional telephone plug installed in my home office and the fee was unbelievable. Their fees are too high and I don't like the plan selections. I feel like I am being robbed. I have to pay for an abundant amount of rubbish that I don't like and don't watch in order to get the programs that I do wish to see.

    However, I can honestly say that my experience with the customer service department personnel has been good. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have not had an unpleasant experience. And I have had few problems with the speed of Verizon FIOS in the 4 years that I have been with them. I use my computer for job searches, email, social media and I have not had any problems. I do have problems sometimes with the loading of video media though.

    I love that they provide a self install option and that it was easy. That way I was able to do it when I wanted to and didn't have to wait for someone to come by the house. Then, the rare times I did have to contact customer service, they were fast and courteous. An absolute pleasure to work with them. The performance of Fios is awesome and the speed is consistent and the reliability is top notch. We have multiple internet connected devices in our home and even with a lot of them being used simultaneously, I've never had any issues with the speed dropping. Downloads speeds are fast.     Verizon is reliable and I do not worry if I have any temporary interruptions. Sometimes websites load very slowly, but when that happens I am resolved that something is amiss with the website itself and not my service incoming from Verizon. My current internet speed is absolutely great for my current purposes. But I do know that I can always increase it if desired. Installation is fast and accurate in that all my devices work properly. We have had absolutely no issues with the hardware or software that is being provided in my home from Verizon. Customer Service is always there and reliable in that if I encounter an issue that just stops me from continuing my computing, Verizon can take over my machine remotely.

    The installer from Verizon showed up on time, was professional, courteous, efficient, patient while answering questions and explained everything about the program and the equipment. The service is fast and it almost always works when I need it to. I very rarely lose service. The customer service program helps when I need to. Customer service is stationed in the United States, as opposed to being outsourced to India. The wait time is very short, and issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally. The internet speed is very fast, it is able to accommodate all of my devices in the household and there is very rarely any lag time with my service.

    The internet service almost always works, although I have had some occasional problems during times of bad weather or heavy winds. But I think that it is more of a wiring problem than a fault of Verizon itself. The technicians are very professional, helpful and friendly. It is also easy to deal with Verizon over the web. They have a lot of choices available to users of their website.

    When I contact customer service, I almost always had any problems fixed to my satisfaction, and it did not take several tries or drive me crazy in the process. Once I did talk to a customer service rep. and I ended up concluding that I knew more than he did, but that seemed to be an exception. I've never had to wait very long for anyone or been put on hold forever, and often Verizon has had to transfer me between departments. I have been quite happy with the internet speed, although I do not have any mobile devices that use WiFi. I do stream a lot of video and watch TV series a lot on my desktop computer via the internet.

    I am pleased with my Verizon Fios network, especially the reliability and coverage of the network. Although not perfect, I very clearly remember the days of Charter and Frontier outages that would last for hours. Very few instances of this with Verizon. Although expensive, I personally consider Verizon best in show as far as speed and quality of network. Their networks are also consistently fast, which is half the battle in today's online age.

    Also, it was an easy setup and installation. Had no issues with installer who visited and got us up and running. Within a few days of signing up I had the company here setting up. It was finished in about 30 minutes and had no problems after. However, I rated this happy or four stars instead of 5 because of how inconsistent the customer service is with Verizon on the telephone. I've had a call dropped when I was waiting for a manager to review a charge and when calling back I was told it was reviewed and they only review once.

    Installation was easy but service connectivity is a little picky on where you put the router but it's ok. Not my favorite, though. The reliability is ok but sometimes it is slow and go out when there is wind or storms in the area and at night when everyone in town is online. A little pricey and not enough data for the value. The speed is not the best in the area where I live and I ended up switching service providers and got cable internet with my local internet provider. Also, customer service is poor, didn't help when I called with problems, and even had to wait on hold forever and never got an answer to my problem or resolution.

    It took several hours to complete the installation of Verizon FIOS service for both our televisions and both our computers but the time was worth it because the results of the installation of Verizon FIOS was favorable. When we changed television service from Cablevision to Verizon FIOS, the picture was much sharper with Verizon FIOS than it had been with Cablevision even though the television that we were using was the same with both service providers. The speed of the computer is very good and consistent. Also, any time that we called customer service for anything - resuming service after power outages from storms or restoring television picture because we accidentally pressed the wrong button to lose television service - the customer service was helpful.

    Due to the fact that I did not have to wait for Verizon representative to come to the house for installation was great. Unfortunately, I could not place my system in the location desired (the need of a longer cable cord). Prior residence's installation choices did not match my ideal situation. I learned that additional charges will be incurred. But other than that, Verizon is safe, reliable and convenient.

    When in need of using the product I am confident that there will not be an issue. Should an issue arise, customer service ensures that the problem is resolved to my satisfaction. The customer service reps are able to diagnose issues without end user incurring additional cost. I had a follow-up phone call from a supervisor who attempted to resolve an issue that an associate was unable to resolve during my original contact. Moreover, my internet service's speed is 50/50 which is all that I need to proceed with my daily usage. I did look into increasing the speed & was under the impression that the cost was extensive.

    There weren't any issues with installation at all. It was honestly just a few steps and didn't need a technician to install either. We actually received our router in the mail and just hooked up the tv to the cable and all was great & working. We have had promotion that were supposed to be applied to our bill and have had to call a number of times. Some of their representatives didn't know how to complete their job and would have to transfer us to another rep.

    Nevertheless, internet speed is reliable for the most part. Speed is usually ok as we can use most of our wifi electronic devices. But there are times that it would stop for no reason. We were told that it could be Crossing other residents service. Also, there are times where the internet does fluctuate. I would say that 90% of the time our family does not have any problems. It would be better if the speed of our FiOS was consistent.

    I have been with them for more than 10 years, and have very reliable service and very few lost calls. Verizon has the best speed available to its customers. Upgrading is very easy and effortless. The speed is always consistent and allows me to perform all my internet functions. Installation was very quick and timely. The representative was here when promised and was very professional. Equipment was high quality and worked the first time. Never have to call for service.     If you work from home you can be certain that even in inclement weather the internet service will not drop out for long and that it will be fixed and you will also be called and let known of when maintenance for the internet will be. The installation is so quick you wouldn't even notice that there were people in your house. They drill through wall and are kind enough to pick up the dust from the wall. The customer service people are concise and to the point with their speaking, and speak to you in a manner that is easy to understand even if your first language isn't English. It is a good speed, but I wouldn't recommend having too many tabs up on the internet and you can visit a lot of sites but on ones that have a lot of ads it will go slow.

    The installation was quite fast, the service was installed from one day to another. The technicians made a very clean and professional job and made all the required tests to deliver a reliable service. The service has been stable and permanent, it's very strange to experience a failure. The speed is constant and it allows to work under normal conditions, even under demanding conditions. I have tested it using simultaneously several devices (Laptop, desktop, mobiles, iPads, Apple TV) with different simultaneous apps such as video streaming or files downloading and all of them worked properly without problem. I use a 20 MB standard service and it's very reliable. Customer service was a very good service too. The call center answered very fast, the operator's attention was gentle and clear, the operator answered all my questions and the information was accurate and the orientation and suggestions were very precise.

    The speed is the primary reason for using Fios. It is the absolute fastest service I have ever experienced including the service my employer provides. Hands down the best and there hardly ever any outages. I was also pretty satisfied with the installation. The technician was late but he gave a courtesy call in case I was unavailable at the time of his arrival. The customer service experience is satisfactory at best but it still does not take away from the overall experience. I still would not change providers due to the subpar customer service. I would recommend Verizon Fios to any and everyone that is interested in having the fastest internet service available.

    I never had a issue with Comcast. Most of the time their service has been reliable. It was not working properly once but the problem was fixed within a few hours. The speed has been good and we have several computers and smartphone all which work a very good speed, much faster than our previous service. The service man who installed it was a bit quiet and when he spoke, he was a little on the harsh side. But it was installed correctly and I have not had to deal with their customer service but once. The representative I spoke to was professional. He help resolve a issue with my service when it was not working correctly.

    Verizon Fios was self installation. They sent me the modem and instructions on how to install them myself. It was very easy to do and I had no problems. They're a good service provider however, I have had a few problems with reliability and their tech service does not really know what they are doing. They told me my modem was bad and I needed to return because my internet wasn't working and it wasn't a problem on their end. I was going to take back the next day but internet was working fine the next morning. It was obviously the service and not modem.

    I feel like the customer service needs to have better training especially when you have a tech issue. They are unable to resolve the problems in a timely manner and just want to send a tech out instead of getting the problem resolved. So far, the speed is perfect for me. I have never had any issues and I have many devices hooked up to the internet at once. It has never slowed down or taken forever with all those devices connected at once.

    The internet service is very reliable. I did not have any outages and was easy to use and works well with little effort on my part. They are a secure provider with great upgrades and packages to meet my needs. The movies play with almost instant loading and no lag when I play my favorite games and I really hate lag. This service is the fastest I have ever had and it never lets me down. I highly recommend this service for gaming. Also, the installation was fast with good customer service.     People came out and installed boxes and showed me everything and how it worked including the remote. They were here in a timely manner. I have great speed and great connection with my internet service. When I log on it comes on fast and I don't have to wait for a long time. It takes less than 4 minutes. Speed is fast and tech and customer services answer your questions in a timely manner. The customer service experience with the service provider is great. If system goes down they will help you and get online with you to discuss problem and help you solve problem. They will show you different ways to solve problem and even help you download your own music on to your phone. And if your internet is not working they will refund you/give you credit. I would never go back to Comcast and I would never change the internet.

    I've been using Verizon for many years and it works most of the time. I feel they are as good or better than any other provider. You get what you pay for. We have the 2nd fastest speed and it's sufficient for the 5 of us and all of our electronics. We could pay for quantum, but don't want to at this time. Whenever I've had to call their customer service, they are reliable and usually able to resolve the problem. They do try to be helpful, and they are respectful and polite.

    The installation technician came to install my internet service and he was very friendly, so friendly in fact that my dog (who is normally afraid of strangers) appeared to know him from another lifetime because he would not stop wagging his tail and bothering him as he worked on my service. Then It was up and running in a few minutes and I have been happy with it. However, I had to call customer service only once because my wireless router was zapped during a power outage and I had to order a new one. The customer service representative was courteous and understanding, and I had my new router within 2 days and I was not charged for expedited shipping!

    It is reliable and never goes out of service. I have had FiOS for many years now and I have yet to have a service interruption. The web pages load quickly and never freeze. My internet speed really is lightning fast. I sometimes try to do things while I am online using my phone or tablet, and I think I will text someone as the web pages load, but the internet is always so fast that the pages load before I can glance away to even look at another device!

    The speed is top notch, always fast and never slows down throughout the day or night. I rarely have a problem with it at all even with a house fill on it. The internet service allows a household of people on at the same time without slowing down. I find that with most companies when too many people are on in one house it slows down from time to time and with Verizon Fios I don't have to worry about that.

    The workers knew what they were doing and were very fast with installing it and explaining anything we needed to know, I find with most places the guys tend to not know what they are doing. If there is ever a problems I can count on them to handle it as quickly as possible and sometimes even offer discounts or other ways to make up for it.

    We are a home schooled family and having a good internet is very important to do our school work. We constantly are using 3 or more devices at the same time and it work fast. We like the speed and reliability of Fios. We watch videos or movies and speed is always fast. But the installation was not that good. Verizon mail all the things needed for the installation in advance but when the technician came and try to install them just 1 out of the 3 things they send work, so we end up with dirty and used box and router. But the customer service of Fios is very professional and try to help. They try to fix your problems as fast as they can and they are friendly.

    Verizon Fios wasn't one of the better ones. We kept it for the term of the contract and then got rid of it. We went to another company that could provide better service. We were more satisfied with the installation than the actual service of the company. The customer service was not the best one we've had. It was part of the service issues. You can't get anything fixed if you can't even get the customer service rep to try and fix it. Also, the speed was sporadic. During certain times of the day the speed was way slower than it should have been. That's one other reason we decided to switch.

    Great connection and speed -- never a problem of not connecting or being slow. Speed is above average. Pages come up much quicker. I had Time Warner Cable before Verizon. I can honestly say that Time Warner's speed is a bit slower than Verizon. If there is ever a problem you can called them anytime and never wait no longer than five minutes for a rep. The reps are very polite and knowledgeable in their work. There are no complaints. Everything went fine with the installation as well. I called for service and they gave me a date to the install. The worker called me the day of installation and told me he was on his way.

    We don't have many problems with the internet messing up. It is very consistent and reliable. We have many computers, phones, and tv's hooked up to the internet at the same time as well. The quality of Verizon is much greater than the price we pay for our bundle pack. The installers came out only 2 times to set it up. The first was to see if it was possible to set it up and second was to actually do it. It was efficient and the workers were very nice and respectful. On the other hand, their phone customer service is terrible. It takes forever to get a problem resolved. We switched a couple of years ago to another provider because of it but then went back to Verizon because of the pricing.

    In the past, any kind of internet connection I used aside from a regular router was unbearably slow. However, Verizon Fios works just as well as a regular router if not better. It's always connected very well no matter where I was. Even out in the middle of nowhere, the connection was very strong. I'd absolutely recommend this for anyone who travels or camps a lot. The installation was fairly easy. My dad helped and he didn't have any problems whatsoever either. Then when I contacted them, the representatives/tech support were very professional yet friendly and stayed on the line with me until my issue was 100% resolved.

    The speed of my internet is very good. I feel that it worked for my family and the price was good. The signal was always strong and for what we use at home it is fast enough, and when it goes down, it returns in a short period of time. I like it. The people that came home to install was very neat and polite. The installation does not show at all. They were very fast and professional. On the occasions I needed support, the customer service worked pretty well. They were very reachable, polite, fast to answer my issues and worked on a good way to solve my questions.

    It is a good, dependable and reliable service that gets the job done that I need it to do. It is better than some of the other internet services I have used in the past. The installer knew what he was doing and was able to complete the entire service within a very short amount of time that it was expected of him. The customer service department has improved to better help their clients. It is now much more dependable than it was in the past. Internet speed is also faster. Glad they were able to improve because it is the only internet provider in the area and they needed to up their game.

    Fiber optics based service. It is extremely fast and reliable. My Father uses it and is very happy. I would definitely recommend it. The only drawback is that is not available in all areas. Installation is a somewhat tedious process requiring a trench to be dug in your yard. It should be deep enough and that you mark it to avoid cutting it in the future. We had a situation where my sister's dog dug up the buried line and we lost internet. Customer Service was very efficient and scheduled the required service the next day. Internet speed is super fast compared to other internet options. I have used several other providers and they were all much slower. The reliabilIty and speed are definitely the best option available.

    The technician from the company showed up on time, took care of all installation in a timely fashion and was also very informative. However, as far as customer service goes sometimes you can't get through to the people you need to talk to you and when you do get to a person that you need to talk to you get somebody doesn't speak English and they're rude to you. Verizon Fios' internet speed is good though if you're in their coverage area. In my case I was outside of the coverage area so my service wasn't great there for my speed wasn't all that good and the price was high. Other than that the service is not too bad at all. I would recommend them for somebody who's in their coverage area.

    They had very reliable service. It was fast and it hardly ever went out. There were few outages and was able to connect to the internet most of the time with no problem. It hardly ever was slow and was able to get everything done that I needed to do. I was able to stream movies and tv shows and download at high speed. There wasn't much to install. It installed with no problems. I didn't have to pay much for it. There was very little effort on my part. I was very satisfied with it. Whenever I had problems or questions all I had to do was call them and they would help me solve the problem quickly. They resolved all my problems in a timely manner.

    I had a smooth install, was done in a very reasonable time. Installer cleaned up his mess behind him before he left, and it was excellent. My service provider is excellent and I have never lost internet/signal. Everything is most always working effortlessly. From the time I first called to get information on their services to the time I received their installation and services All happened in a timely manner. Also, I've only had to call customer service a couple of times and they treated me like they knew me forever and had total respect for towards me. They are excellent. I would without a doubt recommend Verizon, and I have recommended them and my friends would absolutely agree with me.

    Fast and reliable installation. Safe, timely, without worrying. Anyone can do it. So the schedule is made and late for 2 mins. Also, customer service has 24/7 access but cannot help for the service as soon as possible. Cancellation of the contract is not fast. Actually provide a fraud or misrepresentation to customers (minor and foreigner elderly) to buy the product. But, I am very satisfied. Not only they had wide broadband but also coverage. Missing some speed but does work for streaming and cost constantly fine. Also, not for the competition or for government surveillance and not secure enough.

    They're great if you want to change from a previous service. You can always answer calls, fast connection and great internet reliability and customer service. Fast uploads, super fast downloading and good programs plus the best on-demand and movies and get the newest releases before Netflix and Hulu with longer viewings and more options. Also, the installation was great. We didn't have to wait long for repairmen to show at my house and they were respectful, kind, and generous. They explained how to handle it and maintain trouble free.

    When speaking to the representative, she answered all of my questions and resolved any issues that I had within a reasonable amount of time. For my internet service, I received a complimentary professional install with my new agreement. After order services online, Verizon sent someone out within 2 business days to activate my services. The technician only took about 20-30 minutes to complete a full install. Verizon FIOS provides very high speeds at an affordable price. I actually received the speeds that I paid for compared to other providers. I haven't experienced any outages, even when the weather conditions worsened in my area. I am a frequent internet user, so I'm very pleased with the speeds that I have received.

    The installation process took around 3 hours from the moment the workers arrived at my home. They were very friendly and were eager to answer the questions that I had for them. They by far have the best customer service out of all the companies that I have been with before. Whenever I have a problem they manage to solve in a reasonable amount of time. Although I am satisfied with the speed of my service, I wish that improvements could be made with the data speed in rural areas. Still, Fios has good coverage in most rural areas. I never had a problem with loss of signals. I highly recommend their service as it is both a reliable and cost effective option choosing a internet service provider.

    Verizon Fios was reliable enough. I never had any major problems with it, just a few minor technical problems every now and then. So we were mostly happy with the service. We would probably use the service again in the future. The installation was fine. Someone showed up in the frame of time we were quoted with minimal conversation (bonus for me), showed us what we needed to know, and then left. We were able to use the service. All in all, it was a decent experience. Customer service has been good. When we have had minor issues, they have been resolved promptly. Agents were polite and efficient. Internet service speed was comparable to other services. The service we use now is the same as Fios, as far as speed. Never had an issue with the normal rate of service speed. We have had both faster and slower internet service in the past.

    The worse customer service I've ever experienced. Hours on the phone talking to people that know less than you. They don't seem to have any idea of what they are doing. They get confused about the different offers and each single individual seems to have been trained in a different way (or not at all) and we wait for hours on the phone. It took them 2 weeks to install. First they installed the wrong one then they got confused about what was the right offer for us. Hours spent on the phone where no one had a clue of what was going on. Very upsetting. In a modern era, it is almost 2017, they should be able to offer higher speeds. Prices are ridiculous for a higher speed package. Overall it is very disappointing and I would definitely change service if this was not the only one allowed in our complex.

    Verizon Fios is the best ISP. The installation was very easy and the Verizon people who installed were very courteous and pleasant. I would deal with them anytime.     Verizon Fios served its purpose. I was able to download and open apps and it took a reasonable amount of time to start up computer. They were able to work around my schedule and installed it and hook me up for service with minimal damage to house. I had very few problems with the speed and being able to connect to it and when I did have problems they usually would have it resolved in a short amount of time. Also, the representatives were always very kind and helpful, if they were unable to solve my problem personally they always connected me to someone who could.

    Installation was good. It took some time for rewiring but overall got the job done. Tech was very informative, courteous and paid attention to my needs. Internet speed is very fast and efficient for my needs. Customer service was at times very timely, and always dealt with in a quick manner. The call wait times has not been excessive, and reps have been patient and addressed my needs. It has been easy to make payments over the phone. I have not ever had to deal with downtime. I am able to run multiple devices using the internet without having to deal with slow speeds. Great service throughout term agreement and services available mostly without interruption.

    They do quick installation which generally takes about an hour, and they come in about a day when you need something installed or a new package. They even offer to hook your tv up on the wall. There are times when the internet speeds or the channels get glitches with them and sort of have their slow moments, but those are infrequent and overall the speed is fast and reliable.They are very quick and responsive when there is a need or an issue and the agents are also very knowledgeable and courteous.

    They are also available pretty much 24/7 and communicate whenever there is a natural occurrence (like snowstorm, etc) and also inform you about Verizon's involvement in the community. The company also sends a Fios magazine once every month that inform you of what's new and on demand and in entertainment and what is airing on tv as well. Clicking on a new link, streaming, or downloading is fast and you can enjoy content without getting frustrated.

    I have fiber optics so the speed for upload and download is blazing fast and is perfect for streamers of 4k video from Netflix or other sources and perfect for people who like to upload to YouTube and play online games. I have had no significant degradation of service. I also have Fios TV and it's also great. I don't see myself switching back to my previous provider that had constant outages and modem resets. Installation was simple as they sent out a technician to do the job even though I could have done it myself. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and asked if I needed anything else before he left. Really haven't had a lot of customer service experience other than when I set up my installation but it was a breeze with the representative explaining all the packages and prices.

    Verizon Fios' service worked like a charm. I always stayed productive and even in bad weather still had good service. Their installers showed up a little late but it didn't take them long to do their business. They were dressed ok and friendly and they explained everything to me, and it seemed easy enough. Customer service were always friendly from start to finish and very helpful with recommendations. They were so focused on my needs. I was happy with the rate of speed I was provided with and I was able to stream my movies and complete other tasks at a much faster rate than I had anticipated.     For the most part, we always have service. According to the provider, when it is out, it is somehow our fault or the equipment's fault. I blame them for the equipment, although, they act like that's a separate entity. Despite the frustration of dealing with the company, for the most part we almost never lose service and if we do it is restored very quickly. As far as the cable provider's customer service go, they are pretty good. The service is what sets them apart. All cable companies are gigantic pains to deal with in the long run so if there is good service, that helps outweigh it.

    Also I installed all my equipment on my own so that wasn't pleasant because it was all me. The two occasions I had a technician out to install new cable lines I was disappointed to see that they were billing me nearly $100/hour to do nothing more than run cable lines along baseboards (I could have done that for free myself). Additionally, they were rude and didn't explain any products to me before they left. Finally, I paid for upgraded speed which we seem to receive, although there are a few spots in our home that we drop signal a lot in. That's frustrating that the cable and internet providers haven't figured a way to correct that since it seems to happen in everyone's home from what I have observed.

    Verizon Fios is great and very reliable and will help with anything if needed. Have not lost connection like others and it's always able to go fast and can get online no matter what. But we had a difficult time with installing the dish and internet and phone internet and phone were installed one day and the guy almost forgot to do my phone. Then a few days later got the TV and they installed wires where they said they wouldn't. So, landlord was upset. Took 2-3 week for them to fix which was very frustrating. Also, sometimes on hold too long and their reps all tell you something different for the same thing that you are calling about. They also talk in circles.

    Very fast and high speeds. I love that about my internet because I love to jump right into things. I don't time to wait around so when I chose Fios I thought it. The installation took long because we had two different rooms to do but it wasn't too bad. It was about a hr and half and it was very convenient. They were very kind. Great customer service. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone because the customer service is definitely on point and I like great customer service. Speed is very reliable if you are looking for fast internet then this is what you want to get because not only is it fast, it's reliable to always work and be on top of things.

    Installation did not take too long. Was about 30 minutes and went fairly smoothly. Also, Customer Service is very good. I am always in contact and waiting times are not very long. It is pretty reliable, I have had no issue with connection even in bad weather. I would say it works fairly well and the price is very reasonable. Also, speed is very fast. I have not had any issues with the service and it has always performed to my expectations. I have had more issues with other providers than I had with Verizon. I highly recommend it.

    I call to the customer service and they sent me an employee to install the internet options that's at one week. He was very kind and unique. My internet service is good at all like the speed, customer service and other services. The speed of download is very good for me and by loading the pages and open video with a high quality (720p) about the speed of download it reaches up to 1M per minute at the night.     The customer service that I have experienced usually involved someone in India that I could barely understand trying to get me to understand what they were saying. Most of the time, the service is quite slow and not reliable for us. I am constantly having to go and reboot the system because something caused an outage or the system was just running too slow. Sometimes when the power goes off, we have very poor service in the area. This is a problem a lot of the time.

    The service was reliable most of the time. My location was pretty remote, so it was good for that since the area I lived in was not that great. They installed it easily. They did have to remove some tree limbs and cut some holes in my floor but I was fine with that. Otherwise the service technician was nice and polite and they did an excellent job. They provided good service anytime I needed help and had to call and the wait time was always shorter than I expected. I always had a nice person on the other end. The speed was good, unless the weather was bad or if there were too many devices running at one time. Otherwise it seemed to work good. Sometimes the signal would drop though.

    Verizon is trustworthy and they are the only ones I can get as I live in a rural spot and they pick up real well out here. The speed is the best. It's nice not to have to linger around waiting on my computer to pull up a page. Installation was fast and the installer was polite, on time, and explained to me how to work my equipment.     Verizon Fios is very fast and I have never had an issue with it going down or lagging across the multiple devices that it services in my home.     Verizon likes to suspend your service before the payment is due or payment plan is due to charge you 50 every time you get suspended. I have 300 worth of reinstall charges and terminated my service all around. I've been paying Verizon 3 to 4 in a single month. Not including my other bills that need to be paid! I will never recommend this company not even to my worst enemy! Such a rip off and have no regards to families who are struggling. I don't want to give them 1 star.

    Verizon is super useful and great. I like this provider a lot. Quick and and easy installation plus customer service is there 24/7.     The internet service is easy to install. Reliability is good and I am content with the service although inconsistent at times especially when the power goes out for hours at a time and I STILL get charged although I had no internet service. The speed of the service is average and seems to have gotten better as time has gone by but was very slow when I first signed up and I almost canceled. Customer service is good enough to rate as average service but not exceptional by any means so this is just an average company.

    In seven years of being a Comcast customer I've never lost service, even in bad storms. The internet is lighting fast! And I'm able to use multiple devices at the same time without any connectivity issues. Their programming is comprehensive. The servicemen set up the television and internet in less than an hour, then they taught my wife how to use both, and answered all of her questions. Their prices are competitive and have not increased. They resolved a billing issue within minutes, and credited my account for the error.     The staff who installed my internet was helpful. They respond very quickly when there is a malfunction in the connection and they also contact me for the installation and the information about it. Also, the customer service was good and satisfying. They usually reply in 1-2 business days and sometimes in 24 hours. They contact me via my phone or in person. And the data speeds are very quick and I could download a 1 GB file in less than an hour. They usually have download speeds of 150 megabits per second and upload speeds of 60 megabits per second.

    It is ok -- not the best, not the worst. Sometimes it is rather slow, but for the most part the speed is usually great. Not many complaints with the speed. It works great for my son's Xbox. There are times when we have to reboot the system but it has been pretty good otherwise. I have found times where it was not reliable. However, installation was smooth. I have never had any issues with the installation process or having someone come to my home to help solve issues. I have always been pleased with the customer service.     The installation was great except that we had to dedicate a full work day to being at my house waiting for technician to show then they had to reschedule because they messed up on the packaging. The box and wifi typically works but there are times when I have to manually reset the cable box because it isn't picking up any signals. The speed is great but that's because I'm paying for 100/100 which I clearly don't need for two people but yet it was the only package available unless I wanted to forego speed for the same price. Awful customer service. It takes 30 minutes of being on hold before you can even talk to a real rep then that takes another 15 minutes while they pull up your information. Dealing with Verizon is always a nightmare.

    It was very easy to install. My husband installed it on his own without any help. Anyone can do it without much issues. It took few hours and was ready to use. It's worth it, and totally reliable for any beginner to use. Network is excellent and price is reasonable and amazing channels come with it. Verizon has excellent customer service. When I called, I got help in seconds, unlike others who make you wait for a longer time. And the person was polite and understood my issue. I'm totally satisfied with the speed. I can download a video in seconds without any disturbance or glitch. I would recommend Verizon Fios to anyone who wants to change their network.

    Ordering the initial service was quick and complete and installation was efficient. Modem and in-house setup was easy to install and was up and running in no time. During approximately six years of service we never had an interruption or service problems requiring me to contact customer service. Internet speed was always consistent. Download speed was excellent and suitable for video streaming. The price we paid was very reasonable and I would recommend Verizon Fios to family and friends.

    The installers were a little late but other than that everything went smoothly. They were very professional, informative and very fast setting everything up. Then the customer service was very friendly, helpful and professional. They got me connected quick with someone who was able to handle my issue over the phone. I'm in love and I'm very satisfied. I play pc games a lot and the internet speed is so fast and they have a very good price. It definitely beats my other cable service and the others in all aspects. Hands down. I highly recommend Verizon.

    It's very reliable. Never crashes down on our household and is fast enough for 4K streaming! Works with all of our devices connected, that's 20 devices +! Our speed test give us over 100 MBPS even if we aren't connected to a Ethernet port. Our kids and teens love it, because of it's incredible speed. Bright House couldn't do that. Installation was very fast, quick and easy, enough to use it the same day. Plus, customer service is very nice, if there are issues, they'll try their best to fix it, they even recommended Airi to us and it works fantastic, not a single issue.

    Verizon Fios have a very simple and easy installation. They come to my house and make all the process for me and that doesn't have more cost, a very good value for my pocket. The service is amazing. They have the best customer attention. I love that twenty four hours seven days of the week - that is something unique in the market. I have very good experience. I can see any video in high quality, and streaming all I want without a waiting process and the downloads is a joke for my internet with more than 20mb of speed. I love it and my spouse and my kids are very satisfied.

    Verizon FiOS again was extremely reliable because I was quickly able to switch from site to site. It was easy understand how to use internet through their manual and online. I really was kicked off if ever when I was on a site. The security seem to be wonderful since I never been hacked. I would highly recommend Verizon FiOS when it comes to reliability.

    Installation was so easy I can barely remember it even happening. I remember speaking to customer service end being treated with the utmost respect and if I had some frustrations the customer service rep would actually go on my computer from wherever she was and fix the problem. The thing about Verizon FiOS is you really do not need to stress that anything is going to happen to your computer. Even if somebody were to break in because the customer service and everyone that works for Verizon FiOS knows what they're doing it is corrected immediately.

    I love the customer service and I can honestly say I have never said that about any other customer service for any company. I have found they are patient, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. The customer service seems well trained in almost all situations and if they are not that you had you to an apartment where you don't have to wait to talk to another person. The only thing I would change in the customer service is the many prompts before you do get a human on the line. Verizon FiOS service is extremely fast and in fact 97% of the time I can just blink and I am at the next site I clicked on. I don't remember ever getting that reliably of speed with any other internet company previously. I only remember just being very frustrated a lot of the time with other Internet carriers.

    They installed it within a few days of calling and it was quick and easy. They also offered to do free equipment replacement if any problems occurred. Customer service is good but would like for it not to be outsourced jobs. They have very thick accents which make it difficult to get messages across. Also, the service has good connection but inconsistent in speeds. I paid for the 2nd highest speed but cannot stream videos on multiple devices at the same time despite being close to the router.

    Verizon is very reliable. On the rare occasions when there's a temporary lost of service, in most cases it can be restored by simply hitting the reset button. I ordered the service over the phone, on a Sunday. The CARS searched and confirmed a date. The technician arrived to my home at the schedule time and installed everything in a timely manner, making sure everything operated as stated. Everything thing was taken care of in less than a hour. The speed is what I expected. I didn't order their premium internet service, but what I ordered works just fine with my equipment. But what most impresses me is their customer service, and their techs, who in all situations have been very helpful and professional, even though you have to communicate with them over the phone. They sounded as though they had a genuine concern about my dilemma. And each time I called them they had a solution for my situation.

    Verizon Fios took some time to be able to come out and install it but once it get set up, it was mostly good. Although, they had to come back once to fix the setup for crappy speeds. So far, we have 90 percent up time and only had 1 time when server was down for a upgrade. It was down for a few hours but that is more the local server. Other than that they are great and have had no major issues at all. They also have excellent customer service. I even have the head technician for the area's cell phone number if have any issues. He also almost always answer when I call not having to leave a message. They have absolutely amazing speed at 50 down and 50 up and not slowed by multiple things on at once and streams perfect and allows gaming and Vudu etc at same time.

    It started out being nice and fast. But, the longer I had it the slower it got. Sometimes it would take 3-5 min for a page to load and then half the time I'd get a prompt that my session had timed out and it would shut down. It wasn't reliable at all. It would be working fine and then for no reason would just stop. Sometimes it would be out for 2 or more days at a time.

    When asked about the reasons I would be told there was a service overload, their system was being updated, or it wasn't them. It was MY computer that was the problem. I was working from home at the time and couldn't be without the net. I still had 11/2 yrs left on my contract and with their outrageous cost it made it difficult to find a way to get the coverage I needed through someone else and still pay for their plan until I could find a way to get out of the contract. Initially the customer service reps were great. But, when I started having problems they got nasty and started coming up with all kinds of reasons for the net to stop working. I never had a bit of trouble with any other provider and I still have the same equipment and live in the same house.

    Fios is a great company that has one of the fastest speeds in the USA and their reliability is great. They hardly go down and it's always up. I can always download a file, stream a movie, play a game or do anything online very fast. However, their customer service department could use some help. They have some rude people and it takes forever to talk to a live agent on the phone. Still, I'm a happy customer with Fios. I can't expect more. I love them and I hope they don't change.

    The installation was fairly simple. We ran a wire from the garage to the inside of the house to the box, which wasn't very far. Also, customer service is pretty good, all things considered. The employees are very helpful and fast to react to any issues or problems that may occur. Plus the speed of the internet connection is usually pretty fast. Web pages usually appear within a few seconds and changing and switching pages usually doesn't take long either. The internet cuts out sometimes, but mostly it's a very reliable source. It's slow sometimes as well and can be irritating, but it works most times.

    Installation was easy and quick. They really did a good job. The people was really nice and knew what they was doing and if I had any question to ask they gave me a straight answer. Customer service was great, too. They was very friendly and the service they offer me was quick. I did not have to wait long sometimes. When I call, they don't put you on hold, they let you know whatever you need to know right then.

    It's very helpful in every way that I can think of. If it wasn't for my providers, I would be lost. Provides me with all the information I need. It's amazing what they can do.     The installation was very easy. They came out, hooked it up and it only took a few hours and before they left they showed me how to use everything correctly so I would know what I was doing. Really great customer service and very reliable cause they make it so easy you can contact them 24 hours a day seven days a week. That way if you have any questions or problems they can help you. With my experience I never had any issues. Speed was very good. Mine never started running slow. I never had any problems out of or from my speed and I had a Roku box running off it, my phone and computer.

    Verizon maintains a standard of reliability that I can depend on to do anything I need to online. I never notice any slow internet speed on a daily basis. Everything is usually fast and up to date. Only rarely do I find trouble with my internet and when I do it's quickly fixed. It was very easy to install. The workers who came to check up on it and ensure that it was properly installed were knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever I did encounter issues with the internet, the customer service was dependable, helpful, and friendly. They made understanding and solving the problem easy.

    Coverage is reliable for the most part. The quality depends on location more than anything but Verizon is more than happy to work with you and your location. Installation was fast and friendly. They explained everything well. They also had no problem with additional questions over the phone and sending someone out to help. Customer service was fast and friendly with little to no wait time. They worked hard to answer any questions and/or fix any issues I had. In addition anything they couldn't answer right away they called back promptly. Fast, reliable internet speed in most weather conditions. Very little lag or interruptions. Even with multiple devices using the same single we had little or no buffer time.

    I like how I can always have internet connection. The speed is great and it's always going fast. I am able to watch movies, play games and connect my devices with no problem and it works good. I also have many of options to pick from. The price you pay for the internet is also good and I had no problem using their service. When it was being installed in my home there was no problem trying to connect it. It was done within a few minutes and I was able to have internet. I have contacted customer service in the past and they were helpful and nice and I did get my problem fixed quick.

    Verizon Fios is very good and if we have problems and we call they are very helpful in trying to help fix the problem. They will be out to fix the issue on the exact date on which they made the appointment. We are very happy how they conduct the installation and the walk through. Everything that we need to answer the customer service are very nice and friendly in answering. We are very please with customer service. Most if not all were very nice and very helpful. They even called the next day to make sure everything was hooked up and working right. The speed is very good but I wish there was a faster speed to run video faster and that when it rains or thunder it wouldn't lose connection.

    I have used Verizon most of the time and they're very reliable. Installation is easy. Go to search for google chrome, bean, Verizon. Download and install your information. It will install app on your front page then it's ready to go. Never had to call on customer service. But if there are any problems or question to be asked they are there to help you. They will check out any problems and fix it their self or tell you what you need to do and walk you through to get you set up. They will help with any files you would need to open and download their program. And if they can fix it from their end they will with your permission. My internet speed is great. No setting and waiting for the next page. Have never been dropped or lose contact. I would recommend these internet programs to anyone.

    Verizon's service isn't that great, but for the most part it is. I'm somewhat happy with them. They have done good with the installation when I had my service hooked up. Pretty speedy hookup so I'm satisfied on that end. However, the internet is sometimes very slow which gets me mad. I don't know if it's because we have so many devices or not, but that really shouldn't matter anyway. Furthermore, the very few times we had to call Customer Service, it took quite a few calls before we got someone out to our house. They need to move a little quicker and at least try and please the customer.

    Installed the internet myself, quick enough and not too hard. Equipment is high in numbers but low in weight, and fairly quick to setup. Kind of enjoyable setting up, actually. Blazing fast, downloads movies in under 5 minutes, and songs in under 30 seconds. More like 10 usually. Fits up to 10 devices in my house without slowing at all. Never shuts down. The power goes out and it works with a generator. Even without a generator, the cable still works occasionally.

    My internet and tv service has great speed. It comes from the best service out there. I don't have problem with it. The installation guys took their time and got the job done. I have not had bad service from them. They come right on time and do their job as best and go beyond with their great service. Also, they have great customer service.     The installers from Verizon Fios did everything quickly and they were on time. They explained everything thoroughly and showed me how the DVR works and how to record, etc. Then the customer service responds to issues within a reasonable time but not exceptional. Sometimes you have to wait a long time on hold and they also don't tend to explain issues with your account. They just say they'll fix it as soon as they can but they charge a lot for their services. But the speed of the internet was good. Videos loaded quickly, streaming was easy. It also runs well on multiple devices and I rarely had issues with connection, however the router didn't reach very far. Downloading speeds were okay but if one person is downloading something the internet for everyone else slows dramatically.

    I've had a great experience. The customer service representative was very helpful, courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and I felt fully informed in all the work the installers would need to perform. The installers were very courteous and professional as well. They showed up on time so I didn't have to spend the whole day waiting on them to show up and they installed everything in a timely manner.

    The service is very reliable and I have had continuous service with no problems. The quality of the picture and sound is awesome too. The speed is super fast and it's a lot faster than my other internet service provider I used to have. It is almost like I got a new computer because of the fast service. I would recommend to anyone.

    Installation was quick and on time and the technician was friendly and helpful. The service worked right away when equipment was installed, I had no complaints about process. The customer service is also adequate. Although sometimes it is not the fastest to get ahold of a representative, they are no worse than other customer service companies. Luckily very few calls were needed. The ISP speed is great and always fills home needs. Upload is same as download speeds and it's fast. They have very reliable service with no lengthy outage. It's a vast improvement over last ISP which had intermittent outages. I always get the promised speed at home and it's consistent.

    The representatives who came to install were both very helpful and informative. We had an issue with not having a line close enough to the building but I was made to feel very confident that they were doing everything they could to make it work for us as quickly as possible and the result was delayed but only by a couple of days. Now, I'm just used to the speed but I don't even consider it because it's pretty much instant consistently so I couldn't be happier. It's a reliable service! Compared to other providers I have found them consistently a great service and they provide excellent customer care. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone have been extremely courteous and helpful.

    In the year and a half that I have had Verizon we have never lost an internet connection like I did when I had Comcast. We installed it ourself in a matter of a few hours. The equipment was mailed and once we got it and followed directions we had internet and cable within a few hours. Overall we have had great service. Never skips or buffers and is always fast and reliable so that 3 of us can be using the internet and streaming at the same time. We have never had to call customer service about anything except the plan changes which they were unable to do. I want out of my contract, I want steady or lower prices and I want to be able to change my contract to fit my family's needs but we are locked in for two years and face high cost penalties if we switch our plan or contract.

    I have never had any problems with connecting to my internet no matter what the weather is. I'd connect to any website and get my emails really quick, which takes forever back when I was with another provider. The installers came on time and took time to answer any questions and left their number in case there was any problem. They also explained all options and even helped me set up my WII.     So far I have had this for only a few months and there were issues where cable and wifi went out twice due to an issue that had to do with how the person installed the cable outside. This particular installer drilled a whole into the wall in the wrong spot and hit a wire which thankfully didnt cause any serious damage to wires that I know of yet but now there's a small hole in wall. ALSO the installer put the huge backup battery box which sticks out about three inches and is about 10 by 10 inches right in the main bedroom which looks very unappealing. Most of the time people have that Box in their basements. I dont have a basement, but he should have put it in a closet at the very least or found somewhere that wasnt in the middle of our bedroom.

    He also took a longer time than expected to install everything as kept asking me what and where to plug things in and what type box to chose, as if I knew where and what was best. Someone came to fix within 24 hours of me calling but the connection should have never gone out to begin with. Although they were helpful it was a bit of an inconvenience. I dont think this happens often though it may have just been a fluke. Even the guy said whoever installed did a terrible job. I had to call customer service a few times to figure out issues and they did what they could. They were a little confusing but after all the issues I had with the installer and we paid an installation fee, I think they should offer to waive that fee or at the very least give some type of credit for this issue.

    I'm a new member to their service (3 months) and when I asked for fee waived, which I'm never one to just ask for a free ride all the time, they should have said yes to keep their new customer happy. I really dont think this is a common reflection of their service though, which is even more the reason to accommodate me even more so. In the beginning speed was not as fast as it should be. 100/100 is the fastest of the fastest. After issue was resolved it seemed a lot faster though.

    Verizon Fios was always reliable. There were never really any times where it was slow. It was something I never had to think twice about because I always knew it was going to be there and it was going to work fast. Its installation was very simple and it was up and running almost immediately after installation. It was very straightforward and with proper direction, it was very quick. When I was installing it for the first time it was all laid out very easily and geared to be easily understood by the customers.

    Very expensive but works fine, and Verizon and Xfinity are my only choices. This is by all definitions a monopoly. Should be illegal but somehow it isn't. Installation was fast but not convenient with the 4 hour window of installation time. Had to take off work so I could wait 4 hours for the installment to be complete. Customer service is essentially just there to give people the illusion they care about your needs, but they don't. They just care about your monthly fee. I only have 25 Mbps and it seems to handle everything I can throw at it and they constantly try to upgrade me to 50 and 75 Mbps for more money and tell me I need it to keep up with my electronics. Not true. They just want to charge me more.

    We are long time Verizon subscribers so we thought we would give the internet subscription a try and the internet was installed in a timely manner. However, after about a month of service we discontinued it. We have three members of my family currently living in our residence and with my 24 year old son who likes to do a lot of online gaming. When all three of us were home at the same time and all connected to the Internet, we had extremely slow response times. The internet would time out when my son was gaming. The customer service were very accommodating in terminating our subscription. They tried to keep us on as current customers by offering a deal, but the service just did not meet our family's needs.

    We used Verizon FIOS for over 2 years and had very few issues with reliability and those were fixed in a timely manner. We would have up to 7 devices connected at any given time and the only times we had issues was caused by weather (wind or rain storms). Also, the few times I had to deal with customer service, was really easy. I never had to actually call and talk to anyone, just used the Live Chat option on the website, and whoever I chatted with was pleasant and very helpful.

    The installation was simple. A person came out and done everything for me. We were moving in to a new place and my husband and the guy got along and still hang out to this day. Verizon has the best download and upload speeds ever. Their speed is amazing, but they have been in the game longer than most. They have the biggest number of consumers and amazingly a low number of outages. I myself have never had a outage and nor has neighbors or any others that I know. I made my mother switch because of the speed. They are pricey but it is worth it in the long run. Also, Verizon has one of the best customer service. Everyone I have talked to is friendly and always help me with issues, I had to use customer service a few times but each and every time my issue has been handled in a timely manner and professional.

    This program is so easy to install. You just need to follow the instructions very closely.
