    We used Verizon FIOS for over 2 years and had very few issues with reliability and those were fixed in a timely manner. We would have up to 7 devices connected at any given time and the only times we had issues was caused by weather (wind or rain storms). Also, the few times I had to deal with customer service, was really easy. I never had to actually call and talk to anyone, just used the Live Chat option on the website, and whoever I chatted with was pleasant and very helpful.

    I really like the internet service, it provides me with cool opportunities to look up interesting stuff online and do other stuff. It's pretty awesome for me. Very dependable speed and accuracy makes this internet service a must for the average consumer, or internet enthusiast, or gamer, trying to get the most value out of their thing. The installation was quick and easy, it made the whole process enjoyable, and was also affordable for someone with an income in my level. I would recommend Verizon to other people.

    The service person who came to the house and initiated the installation of the internet service was very professional and on time. Also asked us if we understood how everything worked. The customer service is good but can use improvement. When there was an issue concerning billing, it took longer to get the problem resolved and reaching an associate took some time. But whenever there is an issue with the service such as the equipment not working properly, we get a tech person to come and help. They have good assortment of other services that are quite affordable and the quality is great. What I like about it is that speed is consistently good and it is far better than other internet providers. You can browse and watch videos without much lag.

    I have found FIOS to be a high quality product, very reliable, I have little to no problems with service. Installation with FIOS was fast and easy. Customer service setup the service call, installer was prompt and professional. Installed the mechanics in the area of my request, explained the parts, usage, etc, checked service and cleaned up nicely. Excellent customer service provided by FIOS, online, chat, by phone, many ways to have your questions answered or problems solved. Very courteous and professional customer service support staff. Any problems handled quickly and efficiently. Excellent speed. Have experienced little no service interruptions. Most problems due to unexpected weather events, etc.

    This program is so easy to install. You just need to follow the instructions very closely. Also, I am sure that the customer service is great and this is an American company so the wait times will be very short as well as the accents. The speed is great, never had issues with the server crashing and is so easy to use. I would highly recommend this to others and they need to use this program right away.

    Very expensive but works fine, and Verizon and Xfinity are my only choices. This is by all definitions a monopoly. Should be illegal but somehow it isn't. Installation was fast but not convenient with the 4 hour window of installation time. Had to take off work so I could wait 4 hours for the installment to be complete. Customer service is essentially just there to give people the illusion they care about your needs, but they don't. They just care about your monthly fee. I only have 25 Mbps and it seems to handle everything I can throw at it and they constantly try to upgrade me to 50 and 75 Mbps for more money and tell me I need it to keep up with my electronics. Not true. They just want to charge me more.

    Installation of Verizon Fios was easy and quick. My connection is very fast and never lags or cuts out. Even in inclement weather my internet speed never decreases. I have many devices connected and it still runs quickly. The company has extremely friendly and very nice associates. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and it's easy to get questions answered about the product and prices. Setting up the time of installation was very easy and they are flexible. They are very nice and will work with your schedule to find a time convenient to you. It was very fast installation.

    My internet service was initiated as part of a package deal whereby Verizon installed equipment that also included television service and my home landline telephone service. The installation went smoothly, without incident, several years ago. I've never had an interruption of service and currently have a higher speed after being required to purchase a "faster" router. My only dissatisfaction would be that I would think that router should have been provided as a matter of course when the service changed rather than being required to purchase it or that I should have been permitted to return the "old" router for a credit against the $100 required for the upgraded router.

    I'm currently receiving equal upload and download speeds. I haven't noticed any dragging in speeds. I have had no issues with such online video clips as I have chosen to watch. Until recently I've received monthly ongoing incentive/credit against my bill. I'd be happier if Verizon offered "loyalty" discounts or senior citizen rates - which it does not. I've been a landline subscriber for more than 20 years, and have now had TV and internet service with it for at least 5-6 years. It seems, however, only "new" customers receive any benefits. Loyalty, in my opinion, should also be rewarded in a manner that actually reaches the customer's wallet.

    I like Verizon's reliability. It's super fast service that works for all customers. The connection is worth the money. Installation was fast and clean. They finished work on time and all wires connections was correct. They have great customer service. All questions were answered, and customer service representatives have great communication skills. Would recommend to all.

    Verizon Fios was really reliable and very amazing. Installation was okay and customer service was really great. Usually people are rude and not very helpful but not Verizon Fios. The speed is very fast. It didn't take hours like others which is super great and less stressful. It's very helpful. One of the top reasons I love this! I would definitely recommend it to others without a doubt. Probably one of the best I have ever used.

    Installation is very quick and free. No charge for anything. Same day they install your tv, landline phone, internet and you can also have home security system. They also provide very good combo package, just pay one bill. Verizon Fios' service is very good and efficient. Also, internet is very fast with very good capability and it is highly manageable. I never have any type of problem about speed or wi-fi or any type of part. One phone call you get agents that are very helpful, quick and very good manner people. They can help any time even your problem that can be fixed on phone. You get quick and perfect answer on information about billing. I am very happy I would recommend to my friends and family.

    The installation was fast and easy. The techs arrived on time, waived the installation fees with me and worked with me in mind. They were definitely good service.

    Installation was very simple and quick. Service staff were professional and quite timely. They were respectful of my property and even wore those boot covers when in the house. However, Verizon doesn't always get everything right in billing, sometimes there is an error. But customer service is more than helpful when rectifying mistakes.

    The reliability is fairly good. On occasion the router will need to be reset but pretty much instantly is back to working again. The connection only rarely goes out. Internet speed is good, too. Pages and videos load within seconds. I never have any issues with the loading speed provided by Verizon. It is fast enough to meet my needs.

    Our speed is fast. Never have real downtime. We have 3 major users and never slow down. Downloads is the only real thing that would slow us down and that's only if 2 or more are downloading. 3 users can stream videos, play games, and surf the web and not slow down. 99% of the time we're up and using our internet. The bandwidth is great. Never have instances where our bandwidth is slow during peak hours like some isps.

    Verizon Fios has competitive prices too. Setup and installation really didnt take long at all. It was quick and easy. After about 2 hours everything was ready to go and that counting us talking to the installer and asking questions. The installer was nice and took their time to show us everything after setup and answered all our questions. Customer service was great. They were very nice and eager to answer all our questions and show us how to use the new equipment. They tested everything and made sure it all worked like it should be.

    Installation was a surprise guest for which I was not present. But it went along smoothly, as I received the service afterwards. Each time I have had to call for customer service support, once I got thru the maze of seemingly endless and confusing menu choices and the long wait on hold for a service rep, the person I eventually spoke with was always efficient, professional and helpful. Speed has been inconsistent at best. My location may be on the outside perimeter of receivable service, causing some of the difficulties of poor speed and loading fails I encounter regularly. Signal dropped out often and rebooting did not improve performance. It's very slow to connect and downloading often crashed.

    The best part of the installation process was how easy and quick it was. They were in and out in record time and were courteous and very polite. The customer service was phenomenal and whether I called night and or day they answered. And I'm very happy to have the best internet service and the rest of the best can't compete with it. It's fast, reliable and the best thing about it is the speed. I'm able to run everything I need at once and never lose any speed or have any lagging at all.

    In most cases, everything works well. However, there are times when the "system" goes down or there is no explanation for an issue which is frustrating. The set up was fine except that we were not told that we would be receiving a new phone number. But, customer service is fairly good. They try to help you whenever they can. However, sometimes there is a disconnect from the stores and the company. Also, I have been tempted to upgrade the router, but have resisted because I don't think I'd notice the difference.

    Very very rare to have any issues with Verizon Fios. Only happens when they are performing maintenance and that's typically in the middle of the night. Other than that, the speed never falters even when we are using multiple devices at the same time. I did the self install myself. I did have some issues getting it going and unfortunately I was given the wrong information on the phone. However, a tech came out the next day and I was not charged for this. Anyone that I have spoken with seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant. The internet service has an unbelievably fast speed! I have used other providers before but none come close to the speeds from Fios, even when multiple devices are being used, including video games and streaming movies.

    The installation was successful, the technician was trained well and knew what he was doing. The process took less than an hour and was also free so there was nothing to lose. Also, the customer service is helpful and you can always get through to them under 30 minutes or less. The person on the other end is always professional and cares about getting your problem solved. The internet is fast and it usually is very effective. A lot better than Comcast which is by far the worst internet service provider. The price you pay for the first year is so really good. After that time though the price skyrockets and it's not really worth it then.

    My internet speed is very fast and I've never had any downtime. I really like how it works and it was faster than I was expecting and I'm very pleased. I'm very happy with the service they have provided me over the last year and a half I've been with them. Also, the customer service they provided was good and they followed up with me to ensure everything was installed to my satisfaction and I was very pleased. I would recommend them because the installation was quick and it was installed in a timely manner. They arrived on time and they were very respectful.

    The installation is quick, the cable guy is fast and gets the job done right. Never once had any uneasy feeling or anything. Also, very polite and help whenever I had a question or need to use anything. The customer service is superb because they're always quick to answer anything that I need answered and make sure I'm satisfied. They make sure no mistakes happen again or to help anything I'm unsure of. Also you can call, email or go in person and never a long wait. As far as speed for the service I never had any channel glitches or slow internet, it's always fast and never lags.

    The technicians were quick once they arrived but as usual they give you a five hour window and show up late. You take a whole day off from work and could have shown up after work let out instead. Other than that, the signal is strong throughout the house and it seems good to me! It's fast enough to stream live sporting with minimal lag. Occasionally I get a little lag when I have too many windows open. But that's my fault.

    Verizon FIOS is often is willing to work with me. Customer service is perfect. The employees that I've met are nice work with you, don't slack on the job and get what I need fixed and recommend ways to make sure it doesn't happen again. Installation was easy. Was given to me for free. If help needed easily have a cable man or women help you but I doubt that will be needed. My son installs it for me. Speed is decent, could be better. It depends on the area you live in though. For example I live in a city so lots of people use the same server as me but then at my house in the country the speed is great due to not much users.

    Verizon Fios' installation was quick and easy, and the technician was very polite and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and installed in a timely fashion However, the customer service was terrible. They were never helpful except for once when they reset my connection on their side to fix a problem that kept on happening. The service cut out constantly and would have to reset every 2 to 3 days if not sooner. So, I canceled my service with them because they couldn't fix the problem. I was paying for 50 MB per second and on average I was barely getting more than three which is absolutely terrible in my personal opinion. I should've gotten a full refund for all of the time that I spent with them.

    It's very nice and easy to use, and helps you with anything you are trying to do. Movies are very clear and music is loud. Games are various for the kids. Customer Service lets you know the special packages and gives you all the details on the special discounts you can get. They are nice and very friendly, and courtesy to you as a customer, and I would recommend anybody to try it for at least one time. Also, they gestures will overwhelm you to buy. The installation is fast and easy and they come on out and install your system. Nice attitude, easy hookup. Tells you everything you need to know about your system. The speed is fast all the way around. It keep moving and never freezes in one spot.

    I am very satisfied with my internet provider Verizon Fios. They have fast download speeds, pages load really fast and their internet service is very reliable. The installation service was an overall good experience. The technician showed up on time and he was very knowledgeable. The only drawback was he was kind of strange. All in all, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    Our internet has never gone out and if accidentally turn the modem off, the WIFI takes about 2 minutes to start back up (which I wish would load faster). The speed is generally great. If our internet is slow, it is because the computers are running slow, not the WIFI set up by Verizon. However, I hate calling customer service to anywhere because they transfer you out of the country to talk to someone who doesn't even speak English. Then, when setting up channels and another box, it took forever.

    Our internet was pretty easy to install and we had no difficulties, we did it on our own. Right after we installed, it started working. We just had to set up a username and a password. The internet is reliable and we never had any problem with the service. It's also the best speed internet we ever had. There's so many electronic gadgets connected to it, We are 6 people family and we have 3 laptops, 1 computer, 2 smart TV, 4 smartphones, most of the time all these electronics are connected to the internet and we all get good speed. Sometimes if we had any connection problems, we would call customer service and they would fix it right away. Their customer service is pretty good and whenever we called, we were prompted to a representative right away and he/she would take care of us.

    The service allows my family to use multiple devices at the same time through the Wi Fi connection. We do not have lapses in coverage even in highly windy or unpleasant weather conditions. The speed is very good especially on our phones. Even with multiple lines and devices we are able to have quick internet speed and downloading. Also, the installation was very quick and easy. The service technician was polite and provided friendly service. He was able to quickly complete installation without any mess to our home or inconvenience to our family. In addition, we have enjoyed the friendly customer service and good deal that we received when switching to this provider. It was much more economical and gave us the flexibility to choose what we would like to pay for.

    Fast, good service, no interruptions, and no issues. I really like having Verizon Fios as my provider. I would use them again but they don't have a cable service in my area, just phone and internet. I have no issues with the installation either. The service is fast and the guys know what they are doing and they get in and out with no time waste. I like them. They also have good customer service. Fast hold times, not a lot of wait, and they get the job done. I like this company - they are best in its class.

    The installation is done pretty nicely and the installers are quick with it. It had an issue at first but they have immediately solved the problem. All in all, I had no problem and was convinced regarding the installation process. In terms of internet speed and connection they're good. But I had bad experience in terms of customer support. I had to wait weeks and weeks till they respond on your queries regarding your sudden internet disconnection and occasional stutters. I got frustrated cause I have been in a long queue about my issue and once I had a chance to talk with them, they told me to wait for a min. But waited for 10 min and I got hanged up or disconnected. Otherwise, when it comes to the speed of my connection, I had no issue whatsoever although there are occasional disconnection but it's because of the weather.

    The installer was prompt, did the install in a short time and answered all my questions when he was here at my house. The only problems I have are operator error problems, because I am computer illiterate. My internet at home rarely goes out and the speed is fast enough for me. I only need internet for my laptop and for Netflix use. The customer service is great. I don't call very often but when I do all problems are addressed. I have been with them for a long time and will continue to stay with Verizon.

    It is easy to use and I pay a monthly fee with no problems at all with service. The internet service is very fast which I need to write Blogs, fill surveys, watch movie trailers and write a evaluation about them. I can watch a 30-second commercial or a 2-hour movies. I like the crystal clear sound on my speakers with the online videos or programs. I like tech support. Should I need help they are available 24 hours although sometimes the hold time is a little long. But the technician is very helpful and understood the help I needed and provided me with fast easy service. I have a lot of confidence in them.

    The sales rep promised a prepaid gift card when signing up. The card never came and when I contacted Verizon customer service they pleaded ignorance and hung up on me. My two-year contract cannot end fast enough. Also I did not notice any difference between RCN and FiOS.

    As a FORMER Verizon internet service customer, I say to you, STAY AWAY!!! FAR, FAR AWAY!!! Oh, it's great until you have a problem, then oh boy, what a nightmare!!! I will NEVER have Verizon internet services in my home ever again, even if they were the only internet provider in my area, that's how bad customer service was. Incompetent, thieves, liars, shysters, overpriced, unreliable, blood pressure raising snakes in the grass. Consider this a warning to you! If you don't heed this or the numerous other complaints about this company then you deserve what you get.

    The installation was quick. I still have the option to switch back-and-forth between Internet providers. I would prefer they come up with a solution to all the wiring as it is hard to hide. Also, the Wifi does not reach all parts of the house especially the basement. I have tried centralizing it, but does not help much. Rather helping, the Internet provider just tells me to get the bigger package which is much more costly. The trick I learned when trying to reach them on the phone is to say you have a disability and they connect you to a separate line. While I've been told I need to get the bigger connection package I constantly have to deal with slow connection, buffering, no connection in certain areas of the house especially the basement and it is very frustrating.

    They have been very good to my family over the years and we have been with them for 10 plus years. During installation, they have been very professional and told me all the things that they needed to do so I have never had any worries when it comes to what they have to do. When there has been an issue they have been very quick to solve the issue and get things back on track. Been happy to have them for our service company. The speed that this company gives is really great. There hasn't been any complaints so far. This has been wonderful service.

    We got Fios when it was first introduced to the area and I have had it for years now. Overall it was been reliable. There were about 2 or 3 times over the years I thought about changing providers but always end up staying. Fios is a high speed internet. Some devices seem to lag at times but as long as the device is new and up to date the connection is great. There has been some work done since installation and it was a good experience overall. Installing set top boxes can be done over the phone/computer. However, I have been frustrated with certain people that I have talked to when I call who seem uneducated or not willing to help. But for the most part customer service can help to an extent.

    I got hassle free, easy and very reliable service. During installation, tech was on time and speedy as well as friendly and knowledgeable, a very pleasant experience. They have great customer service, too. They have very efficient reps that care about the customer and the customer experience. I don't dread having to call them but I rarely have to call. I would recommend them to everyone. They're an effective Internet Service Provider and my internet speed is lightning fast and efficient. I get quick downloads and it doesn't take any time to stream videos, no pausing or loading wait times, everything is immediate.

    The internet service speed was very fast and it was amazing. I always had a connection and was able to browse the internet quickly. I never had to wait long periods of time for a download or page/video to load. I could walk around the block and still connect to my home wifi and every room in the house had a strong signal. I was very happy. The customer service and installation process were great. They came a few days after I ordered and the guy was on time. He was very quick, effective, polite, funny and kind. Also, he was thorough and walked me thru everything with patience.

    The installers took forever and they did not hook up the internet access correctly. It took months for me to get it corrected. Contacting a person was incredibly difficult. But once the internet was connected, the speed was fast and consistent. However the billing department continuously made errors and I could never be sure they had been corrected. Monthly bills were never what I had been promised and correcting my billing errors had to be done constantly but the same mistakes were made month after months. Verizon consistently broke the contract they had made with me and they did not provide the services I was promised. I have switched from Verizon and will never go back.

    Installation was quick and easy. Would recommend them based on the installation process. Verizon Fios is reliable. Haven't really had any problems with them in the 5+ years that I've been using them that made me contact customer service within the past few years. The speed is very good and is probably comparable to other companies. But I feel the price could be better though.

    Verizon Fios is a good enough service for internet access but their pricing is a little bit too much. They also need to provide sampler services for people who doesn't use wifi often like the elderlies and single people. They need to have better bundle for customers who have internet and phone services with them because my bill is overrated. I've been a customer for the past 15 years and when times get hard, they shut down my services so fast and we have to pay a connection fee.

    Installation was easy and pleasant. They will book the appointment over the phone with you and will give you a time between 8 to noon when the technician will come which is a little hard as I go by exact time. They'll send you an email reminder after, then the next day the technician will call you once he or she's on the way to your house. They will be there for maybe an hour or so and we usually have good conversations. They are nice and friendly. But their customer service definitely needs some work because last time I called, the technician wasn't trying to understand me or help me resolve the problem. As a parent of two teenagers who are always in needs of wifi, they are fast. Accessing our email, YouTube etc is fast. I have multiple people using the internet at the same time and that hasn't affected the speed.

    I had a sales person that perhaps oversold me on the wireless internet. She said it was faster than DSL but I don't believe this to be true. At least the cost of internet for residential wireless is nearly half the price of DSL and the installation went smoother and had no issues. Also, they are reliable for the Internet - I'd say greater than 95% availability. They are competitive with other Internet Service providers as far as costs. They also have a great network coverage. But it is not as fast as the internet in the Library which I believe is Comcast cable. This seems to be an advantage of cable. But we are happy thus far with our decision to switch to Verizon.

    When my internet was installed it was done right and the company employees were professional. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about their jobs and products. I am able to get help when I need it and the customer service has been very good. It is clear that they are trained and know what they are doing. I have a very expensive plan but I have not really had any problems with the reliability of Verizon internet. My internet speed usually goes fast. The only time it didn't work well is when I'm out at a family home in a very rural area. I run into speed problems and have had problems with the device stopping working.

    I've never had any trouble with my service since switching from Time Warner to Verizon Fios. The installation was okay with no problems. No different from any installation that I've ever had. They came, set everything up and left. The speed is lightning fast. The fastest internet speed I've ever had and I've never had an interruption in service so that's good. Much better than my previous service. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone looking a new service provider.

    I was pleased with the installation. The service provider definitely made sure all questions and concerns was answered the proper way and was really respectful. Also, every time we had to contact customer services they were very honest, professional, and respectful even when there was a lot of questions asked. My internet is pretty reliable mostly all the time and the speed is great for the most part. We run a PS3 system, a tablet, a laptop, and 2 cell phones that are connected to the internet all the time and we almost never have any problems with the speed slowing down on us... The only time we really have any issues with the internet is when we get really bad storms. Otherwise, we're very satisfied.

    The agent that did the installation was respectful, pleasant and came on time. The installation took a very long time, but the job was completed and all services functioned properly. I'm pleased that Verizon could try and fix problems over the phone first. It's hard to schedule appointments that work schedule doesn't have to be interrupted. But Verizon has spotty service, and it doesn't expand to rooms further away from modem. The internet speed depends on the device you are using, age and if you are using for work, do not work from home.

    Verizon is generally fast but did have a few problems with my router. However, they fixed it quickly. Customer service was nice and wanted to fix my problem. I personally feel all internet is a bit pricey. Installation was smooth and quick. It wasn't hard for me to get set up and on my way with this company. I would recommend it to a friend, coworker, or family member any time. Customer service is friendly and reliable. They are quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. When I needed my router fixed they seemed concerned and helpful. Speed is good and consistent for the most part. Sometimes I would have problems with it being slower at times but it was always very short lived.

    The service sometimes goes in and out. Some days the internet is too fast to keep up with but on other days it runs very slowly. So if there's a way to keep the internet speed from lagging then that would be awesome. However, I don't feel it's worth paying so much money for. On top of that I've had to deal with this problem all through the year because it was never solved. The installation process was ok. It took a little longer than usual because of the old apartment building I'm in. If it wasn't for the oldness of the building then the process would have went a little smoother for the technician. Overall customer service is the best part. When you called in with a problem they tried their best to solve it. And if they couldn't solve the problem they made sure they set you up with an appointment for a technician to come out.

    The installation was a very easy process to do with little trouble. Verizon Fios reps came to the house to install it free of charge. The internet service is very reliable and rarely crashes, also very good network speed and dependability. It is the fastest I have ever had and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-speed internet and it is affordable, too. Plus, Verizon Fios is very helpful if situations arise and need prompt service your high-speed internet. They can usually fix your issues over the phone quickly.

    Uninterrupted installation. Good and always on time. Easy to installed by myself. Wifi everywhere in the home. Modem charges not charged one time buy the unit. I have not experienced problems so far with Frontier now Verizon. Bought out in Florida nowadays. It has secure connection more than cable and always dedicated line. However, I expected to have faster downloads and uploads but Fios not available in my area. Substituted for enhanced improved DSL instead. Otherwise no problems occurred on video YouTube watching. Their customer service is always on call and fast replies of call or contact online.

    Verizon was amazing and simple. The worker installed everything and explained it to us while setting it up. He explained how to reset everything when needed and how to hook it back up. Their customer service answer your questions. They walk you through everything you talk about and make sure you understand what they tell you. They were reliable and helped right away when called. However, the speed is good at first then it goes down from there. They don't give you enough high speed data to make it through the month. They tell you you have to wait till this date to get more data.

    Verizon is extremely quick with setting up a time to install your telnet. It only takes about less than 30 minutes to have you up and running. They walk you through everything. Hands down they have the best staff. Everyone is so helpful. They will help you when there is a problem and respond to your email or calls very quickly. They try to fix the problem that day. But I am not happy with my speed. I am offered the lowest in my area and am unable to upgrade in my town. I want faster internet and can't with them.

    I had to contact Verizon 4 times over 8 months for their provided equipment causing an IP conflict issue anytime I traveled and returned with my laptop. Same dumb customer support suggestions each time and trying to pass the buck onto the laptop provider until you point out to them that that cannot possibly be the problem. They have a really embarrassing level of customer service, not because of their employees who try to be nice, but because their corporate structure doesn't allow issue resolution in an efficient manner. What a joke. They don't even provide an e-mail point of contact for dispute resolution. Their customer satisfaction surveys are a total joke. The only questions they ask are about the individual rep's performance, so I'm supposed to 1 star some poor schlub just doing his/her job in order to express my dissatisfaction... I think not!

    They are consistently great in performance and quality. They can be trusted with delivering great customer service as well. If there is a problem help was just a phone call away. Depending on the issue a technician was there within a day to service and fix the issues that I had. Installation was fast and accurate. It was available to use within 2 days of ordering the service. All components provided by them with no charge. After being set up for the fastest speed I was offered a lower speed to lower my bill and saw no changes in performance which made me happy that my service was not reduced but my bill was.

    Verizon is a good company, a little expensive but you get what you are paying for. My boyfriend has Comcast and he always has problems so I'm happy with my provider. The man who installed our internet took a long time but only because him and my dad found out they had a lot in common so it was nice. The internet does not reach everywhere in my house so we had to buy an extender. Now it reaches everywhere and it is fast. I enjoy talking to their customer service but it takes forever to get on with a customer service representative. But once you have them they are extremely helpful and friendly.

    I have never had any problems with service being down for any reason. And I haven't had to use customer service because of that. Verizon has fast and reliable service even during any bad weather, which my friends who have other service have downtime. I had no problems with installation. The installers were here when they said they would. They were very professional and completed the job quickly and accurately. Compared to other services that my friends have Verizon is by far the fastest around. I am so satisfied.

    I called Verizon and scheduled a technician to come out and install my internet modem. Then they gave me a time and they came during that time. They also called to confirm my password. We chose a prime location, and he installed it within 10 minutes. Their service was very reliable and the weather never was a problem. The Wifi is very high speed and I love how quickly my tools connect to it. My TVs, phones, iPad, and computer run very efficiently when connected to my Wifi.

    The reliability is good most of the time and the speed is also good since it uses fiber optics. But occasionally it's very slow for no reason at all. I feel like they want me to buy a faster speed and intentionally throttle speeds. The customer service is generally pretty friendly and not that bad to deal with. They do a pretty good job at responding to customers complaints. Then it was quick and easy to install. There was no hassle and I did not experience any problems after the installation was complete.

    I was very satisfied with the installation, customer service experience, and internet speed. The installation team made it out in a reasonable amount of days, as well as in the scheduled time frame. They were quick with installing and answered any and all questions we had. So far in my experience with Verizon Fios, I haven't had any reliability issues with my cable at all, even during times of bad weather except for the occasional issues with the wifi. I generally have a pretty fast internet connection. Any time I have called, looked up online, or emailed with them, customer service was helpful, as well as professional.

    Installers were on time. They were very professional and dressed well. I called ahead to verify appointment. At the time there was a promotion so I had no fees for installation. However, customer service could use some work. Too much so riptide and not enough education. If you have an issue they are not willing to let you speak to a higher up and to me that is not acceptable! But other than that, Verizon FIOS is the Best Internet I have ever had. Best speed and reliability with little or no down times. I was always able to be online.

    I used to have the Lightning Stick USB by Verizon and that moved quickly, so I wasn't surprised when I started using FiOS that it is the fastest internet service I've ever used. I loved that I could run my business from home, knowing that I would never experience downtime. BY FAR, Verizon Fios is the only company to never let me down! Installation was fast, easy and painless. The customer service was great while calling for help with setting things up and so was the tech who came out to help troubleshoot. Anytime I have ever called, I have been treated nicely and helped to 100% satisfaction. I would definitely recommend just for the customer service alone.

    The installation was fast and easy. The service person was here within the time frame I was given and he was in and out within one hour. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. Their service reliability was great! We didn't have any outages to speak of and if we did it was fixed in a very timely manner. The speed was fast when we first got the service and for the first year the speed was great! Then for some reason it slowed down and never was up to par after that. It was supposed to be 100 but most of the time it was 34-53. Their customer service was great for the first year but they couldn't fix the slow internet problem but still raised my rates. When I called again they still didn't get it fixed.

    The internet speed is top notch, very reliable and has smooth downloads and streaming. Downloads are a snap and watching movies is a breeze without annoying buffering for hours.     I am happy to be with Verizon FiOS for more than 3 years. They are very reliable and in service. Very high-speed internet that doesn't slow down that often. The navigation speed is always up to par. Even at the roughest storms of the season, everyone else internet is off but Verizon still runs smoothly without any interruptions. The installation was very reliable and easier to set up. The wires were set up professionally and the space behind and the front is very neat. The staff is very reliable and respectful to the customers. They are very understanding and clear communicated and also does their job on making the cusomters feel like members of the company instead of making them feel just like customers.

    Verizon Fios is fast enough and it almost never has any connectivity problems or resetting/outage issues. I can download and upload with ease. The speed of my service is one of the lowest speeds offered by Verizon. This is perfectly fine for me and my family, and we usually have no problems with a slow internet connection, or a lag when multiple machines are connected. My service is reliable. The installation was not smooth. Ultimately, it worked out just fine, but I initially had some problems with the installation appointment, the shipment of my devices, and the helpfulness of the service technician. But nearly all of the times that I have called customer service and spoken with a representative, he or she has been quite friendly and informative. So far, the representatives have addressed my questions and requests adequately.

    Most of the time the speed is acceptable but there have been times when it suddenly comes to a complete halt and I have to get completely out of what I am in. And I can often go back in to the same thing and the problem seems to correct itself. I have not had any problems using the internet. It is always available when I need it. At times it might be slow but I am not sure that is Verizon's issue.

    Verizon is a very good internet service provider for all your needs. I believe Verizon has one of the quickest internet service speed on the website. They also keep up to date with everything that they provided and keep your info safe from other website. Verizon installation experience was very easy, relaxing and not very stressful in any way.     Installation was quick and painless. The house was already set up for FIOS so nothing special was required. The technician who did the install was professional and fast. We have changed our package once or twice and the customer service representatives who assisted us were helpful and pointed us to good package deals. We have had the service for over a year and a half and have never suffered loss of service or slow speeds. We don't get the exact speeds advertised but it's so fast it's not noticeable. FIOS is easily the most reliable and fastest internet service I've ever used. I had previous experience with AT&T DSL and UVerse, Comcast, and a local service, none of which were at all comparable to the speeds we get with FIOS.

    There was nothing complicated about installing. I needed to buy router which is connected to the Verizon cable and from there you just log in to the wifi. I need password too. We have Verizon with a router and it's cheap but just not great. At work I have Comcast and it's a big difference. The speed is better than the old dial up, though, but nowhere near what a real connection is like Comcast or Charter. I am sure that you can upgrade for more money. I call customer service but they are simply responsible for the cable connection.

    Verizon Fios is one of the best companies as far as internet speed goes. You have the option to pay for any type of speed that you might need. They have a big selection of movies to choose from and good picture context. They also have one time setup fee. I am very happy with the speed of my internet. Also, installation was complete in a timely matter. They were neat and left no mess. There were no problems. Verizon Fios has one of the best customer services. Any time I have called about a question or problem I might have, they were very friendly and helpful in resolving them.

    Verizon technician was over an hour late and took at least an hour to complete the installation. However technician was very informative and helpful. There are no issues with connectivity or with dropping coverage. They have reliable service that does not go out, even in bad weather. Also, there are no issues with slower speed. Speed is consistent and allows me to stream shows from Hulu and Netflix with no issues or interruption.

    I love my internet service provider's reliability. I have never had issues with it unless there is a really bad storm but even then it is restored quickly. I am happy with the speed I have at the moment. I never have a problem with pages loading slowly or being "kicked off" the internet for whatever reason. I installed it myself. It was so easy and if I did experience an issue with the installation I could always give them a call and they would walk me through it. Every time I would call with an issue regarding upgrade, payment arrangements or general questions I was always given the utmost attention and time. The reps are always friendly, courteous and go above and beyond in answering my questions and fulfilling my needs.

    Verizon Fios's reliability is very good but it's sometimes slow. The installers are very friendly and if you have the right installer you can get your service install in less in 4 hours. Customer services speed is not that good, though. There are long hold times some days and other days 1 to 2 min holds. I'm still waiting on Ryan and Michelle getting into it. You get one that does not want to be a bother and they take a minute or two and get it done. But it's a very good company to go with. I recommend to friends and family and coworkers as well.

    Verizon is very reliable and have never failed. Always there to help when there is a problem and always provide fast and efficient service. I really can't say anything bad about them and would always recommend them to anyone looking for a high speed and reliable internet connection. Installers were quick about everything but made sure that it worked to specs after the initial install. Never had any problems getting customer service help or them sending out a service technician if anything were to ever go array.     It was a fast and easy installation. I was able to connect the router to parts I already had and did not have to add much. It worked with my computer and the arrangement of my house. It did not crash often or cut out during my usage of the service. I found it to be a strong connectivity, and was able to stream quickly and not receive much lag or buffering. I believed that if my connection was down, it would not be for long. If I had an issue, the repairman would be here in a flash. Around 15 minutes later and he would finish. I appreciate their work and found it easy.

    Fast, reliable, good... The internet rarely ever goes down, I think it has 1 time during the year that we've had it and it was due to a bad thunderstorm, no fault of the company. The installation took a little longer than I expected, but the installer took his time to make sure it worked before he left and made sure to clean up his work space. Usually when I contact Customer Service it's not a long wait time. They get my problems resolved rather quickly and they are pretty efficient. This is by far the fastest internet service I've had. It loads within seconds and doesn't freeze up like the other internet providers that I've used in the past. It makes life so much easier when you don't have to wait. I'd definitely recommend their internet service.

    Whenever I had trouble with the connection, I was able to get someone on the phone right away with answers to help solve the problem. Usually it's things I least expect to try and they're very friendly about helping me. Really easy considering the previous tenants had the service in the home. All they had to do was use the current connections to set me up. Whether it's on the phone or online chat, I'm usually able to speak with someone within minutes that can pull up my info and help me with any issues I seem to be having. There have been times things may have been slow, but rarely does that happen. Their service has been pretty spot on otherwise during the week when I need it the most.

    The technicians came in late but still very reliable and I will hold them against him because you know they're very busy but the guy was very sweet and nice. With Internet providers my signal is usually lost especially during the holidays but with FIOS my signal is never lost and as strong as ever since the first day of the bill to last. Whether it's downloading movies or watching Netflix I can always rely on the reliable Fios service provided. Whether anyone gives me the other room the movies will always load you as quick.     It was a very easy self install and return information and mailing labels were provided. We even successfully upgraded and we were able to transfer all the data by ourselves. No help needed from technical support. Moreover, Verizon Fios seldom lose power even when storms or bad weather. It's easy to troubleshoot and they have knowledgeable techs that come to the house when they're told.

    They have prompt customer service all hours. We have dealt with customer support on the phone and via chat on the website. They have helped troubleshoot issues with Boxtop equipment and the router after a service disruption to the home because of weather. They have also helped renegotiate renewing our service agreement and explained our invoice in great detail.

    We do not have to wait for downloads of music and movies. It operates well on multiple devices. In spite of multiple phones, tablets and e-readers, we are all able to use our devices at all times. We recently upgraded as part of our new service agreement and found it difficult to imagine how it could even be improved in the first place.

    The installation was successful. The only issue that I have is that the person broke my light fixture during the installation. It was never replaced by the company. Also, the internet connection regularly has interruptions or speed slowness. This is not just for wifi either. It is for wired and wireless connections. It impacts my entire family from work to school. It has been an issue for three years and no one has resolved it. I called customer service on my internet and TV issues. They have yet to resolve my internet issues and I got bad information on the cause of my TV have no picture.

    No down time and it's reliable and faster than dial up where every time my land phone rings I'm disconnected on the internet. Before it took me at least 10 minutes to read one e-mail. Now 2 seconds. And I don't have to wait for minutes for the web page to come up. When I had dial up it took at least 2 minutes for the next page to come up. The installation took a little longer. There was equipment that had to be put-up in basement and outside and the first time it was not right. After calling my provider the TV in living room was adjusted. Then another call for a bedroom TV to be adjusted. The customer service people was friendly and took my calls promptly. They were polite and took their time in helping me. They also tried to see if I could get a cheaper deal.

    Fios is the fastest internet service provider that I've ever experienced. Its speed is unmatched and I am very impressed. I've never had an issue with the reliability aspect, too.     Installation required running new cables to the house instead of using existing cable that Comcast had originally installed. Installer was very helpful in explaining how the system worked. Customer service is helpful, although several times I was on the phone about a service issue for over 45 minutes, and was transferred several times, which was extremely frustrating. Service and signal are strong, and speed is fast. It does go down unexpectedly at times, but usually for only a few minutes. Otherwise, service is reliable and is very good for all devices that use the service. When doing searches, the info loads very quickly. I am very pleased with the expediency of the service.

    The technicians were in and out in less than one hour, were polite, and kept everything clean. Very considerate to my placements and met my standards for installation. Service speeds are fast and efficient. Time between loads is usually minimal. Not much lag time, and usually very constant. Very rarely lose a connection. Has bundled services for tv phone and internet. Customer service usually takes care of any issues that arise, but sometimes a wait to reach the right person to take care of the issues. Usually better service when they can speak proper English.

    Never had an issue downloading and app file or connecting to server. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable service. The technician seemed knowledgeable. Had the service installed faster than when I had Optimum set up. It was at least half the time and he came fully equipped. The customer service was very helpful in helping me find the password on my router and walking me through setting it up to different devices. It's the fastest service I've had in Internet runs faster than my phone. I wouldn't switch from Fios to go to another service. I'm very satisfied with the service and the speed is incredible.

    Verizon offers good incentives for signing up with their service. The installation went well and the tech came on time and did not take long to start installing my equipment. He had a lot of knowledge about what to do. Customer service is good. They are willing to help you when there is an outage and they offer several options for contacting customer service by phone, online, or chat. They have a lot of knowledge about the different aspects of the service and they know how to fix issues. There are also no surprises on your monthly bill.

    The speed is good most of the time but sometimes during an outage or bad weather, it is slow. But I can do a lot on the internet such as watch videos, use social media, and watch movies. With the tv service, you can see the newest movies before they come out on Netflix with their on demand service. You can use more than one device at a time and your internet is still fast.

    My internet has good reception and good bundle value. Verizon Fios also have good service value and reward programs. My rewards incentive is a better value than what Comcast offers. The service installers are prompt and very courteous. They install the equipment in the most convenient way for its current customers. They have excellent customer service and prompt response to service calls. Wait time has been better and satisfying to its customer base. They want you to be completely happy and satisfied with the service received. The internet speed provided is very good and fast. They have many options and packages to choose from. The wifi speed is good and reliable. Many devices can be used on the same Fios line.

    The installation process is very quick and easy. You don't even need to call anyone to help you. It should be fully powered up in 5 minutes tops. The speed of the internet is also great and shows no signs of slowing. It's very good for a household that has multiple devices. It's also very good for streaming multiple devices and it has a lot of varieties of shows. It's one of the best services. They give you no trouble and if you have any trouble Verizon is quick to respond and fix any situations.     It take about 3 weeks for the order to complete, then they show up for installation same date 5 or 6 hours late without prior contact. Once they arrive they install everything pretty fast but there is no communications between Fios departments. The Internet reliability is somehow ok but Fios has the problem delivering the Internet speed they promise, so if you have 50 Mbps you will never get more than 25 Mbps. Most of the times only 35 percent of the speed is delivered. If you call about the issue they will fix it to deliver 50 percent of speed but after couple of days everything will go back to their normal. If you want something changed with your service usually you have to call 3 or 4 times for the order to complete. As far as customer service communications they are very polite and respectful but the error is huge.

    A man and a woman did the installation. They almost wrecked my cable tv while doing it, and had to come back a few weeks later to fix something, but other than that it went ok. Occasionally the Internet has gone out, but it was usually in the middle of the night and I often happen to be up at odd hours, but this wouldn't affect most other people. When the signal went out, I tried to contact them but that was more trouble than it was worth, and it came back on its own. Also, I'm supposed to get a certain speed, but doing the speed test it is usually slower. I don't know if it's because I'm usually working on a tablet and it might be higher on my desktop PC.

    Since I signed in, I have never been offline due to some reliability issue. Most of the time I have a stable speed using it. If something happens, I can contact the call center for support. The service of installation was great. The technician arrives on time, and his attitude and behavior was very helpful. He also attended to my doubts about how to configure the equipment. Their customer service is not the best, but I don't usually use it because most of the time I can solve my issues going online for research.

    Verizon Fios installed my cable TV amazingly! They installed very quickly and came the day I called them! Verizon Fios is amazing and great! It gives me high-speed internet for an outstanding low price! The network speed is amazing! It takes me to where I want to go in a click! Most TVs I heard can take a while... But I heard that Verizon has the best internet speed in the world! I sit on my sofa every day with my kids to watch Netflix. A lot of my family members use Verizon Fios as it is very reliable!     Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called Verizon late December 2016 to find out why my On Demand was not on. The representative told me I could lower my bill by changing bundles. I was very explicit on what channels we watch all the time and could not change. He assured me I was not losing the channels. He was also having my On Demand on within the hour. This was Tuesday the 27th. Never did he mention an email that I should look at. On Friday the 30th I came home from work to my husband going nuts that his NHL channel was turned off and he missed the world junior hockey game. We still didn't have On Demand!

    I called Verizon and told them to change my bundle back immediately and complained about the misrepresentation from the sales agent. We were disconnected and when I returned the call back (Verizon did not call back) I was assured it was taken care of. The next day had to call again, was not taken care off. The women I spoke to was rude and condescending and told me my price was now $149 per month and not $134. After a lengthy conversation she agreed to lower my bundle down and give me a $4.99 preferred customer credit. I agreed but would not extend my contract past the original date of May 2017.

    I should mention that I asked to speak with a supervisor and file a complaint against the sales rep. Several times and was told I could not speak with a supervisor and she would file the complaint and I would get a call back the following day. The call never occurred. Last but not least I received my Verizon bill only to be extremely annoyed, my bill was not changed and I'm paying the high rate of $149. Needless to say I called Verizon and asked to speak with a supervisor immediately. I was given Tina. Tina is the rudest most condescending person I have ever dealt with. After another lengthy annoying call with yet another unprofessional Verizon employee I was told she would drop my rate back to the $134 but I was under contract for yet another year because I opened the email I got in Dec. 2016 and it was over 30 days.

    I told her I never even looked at the email, didn't matter - was over 30 days. "Really I've been calling you all for a month." At that point Tina threatened me that if I went on a month to month basis with Verizon my bill would be much higher and would keep going up. I asked for a complaint number from Tina and was told there is none. After I got off the phone I found a number on the internet in New York for corporate complaints. It said leave a detailed message. I really doubt anyone will call back.

    The service was reliable with no outages or interruptions. This was very important as my family lives in a very remote area. Installation was fairly quick and not at all complicated. The professionals we worked with were knowledgeable and helpful. There was no need for repeated visits to establish service. Overall, the internet speed was adequate but not as fast as we would have liked. It was, however, sufficient for most things we need to do online.

    The person who came out to install the service was friendly and did the job at an efficient rate. I was pleased that it worked like a charm and I would recommend the same person. Whenever I have any trouble with the service, I am able to call and chat with customer service in a timely manner. I also feel that they help me out with all the questions I have for them.     I have great service most of the time. But as any other it's not so good with bad weather. Speeds are good, not great. But it doesn't throttle down after so much use. No lag in game play online. Email and internet browser load fast, and so do the internet sites and downloads. Plus, no download limits. Price is decent and it's a known company. It does a great job overall and I enjoy the service. They provide very helpful and friendly customer service. They always got my needs and concerns taken care of with fast response times. I didn't have to wait but a couple of min and only needed help once.

    Fairly reliable, the service was down less than once every 2-3 months. The speed was satisfactory and I was happy with it overall. It was fine for general office work though streaming videos could have been a bit faster. Call quality was good and calls did not drop greater than 95% of the time. Very easy installation, the tech took less than two hours to completely install the service. They came within the recommended time window as well. Customer service was helpful and professional when I had an issue I needed help to resolve.

    Verizon Fios is fast most of the time. The times when it's slow are infrequent and even when it does occur, the speed is only decreased by a small margin. Its installation was fast and easy. It took no more than 30 minutes for me though the same may not be for everyone if some other issues occurs. The Customer service provided clarification for any money used during the billing that we did not fully understand. The person on the other end of the line was helpful and informative to what questions we needed answers to. Verizon Fios is so far the fastest at a good price for an internet service. The speed allow multiple devices to be online and still maintains a good speed overall.

    It's an expensive and incompetent installation. The installers are not professional and charge an arm and a leg for their bad service. They even come at inconvenient times and don't seem to know what they are doing. The internet speed is ok when surfing online. If you are watching Netflix it slows down and sometimes stops. It's not the best speed I have seen and higher speeds are expensive as an add-on feature. I rarely had blackouts or service interruptions so Fios is reliable to me and what my family needs in a service. However, waiting on the phone to talk to someone from Malaysia is not good customer service. I have tried to get my bill down in price and was always told they had no cheaper packages available, which is untrue.

    Verizon just difficult to deal with overall. The service when up and running was quite good, but if having problem they seem to always insists the problem in question is happening on your end and not theirs. The customer service department in my opinion needs a lot of training classes on being sympathetic to the consumer who is using their product. The installer did job professionally but the installation was held up on their end. The rate of speed was quite quick but from other people that I have talked to about different options stated that the speeds are very similar.

    The installer was super nice and helpful and on time. Set everything up with no problems and showed us how to change whatever we wanted. Our internet service is fast, clear, and works almost all the time. We have not had a problems with the service other than cost and billing errors. It's overpriced and has no wifi hot spots to speak of. No wifi hot spots makes it useless for traveling. And of course billing is always a mess with all the extra add-ons that have nothing to do with the service.

    Verizon FIOS is the worst when it comes to customer service. I had a question regarding one of the channels, which I am supposed to view, (when I click on the channel and click OK, it says that the channel is part of my package), but neither Tech support nor customer support could answer or help me with it. When I called them individually, they blamed each other for the problem and finally when I had both of them on the line, they had no answer. Extremely disappointed with them.

    After 10 years of aggravation I have finally decided to give up on FIOS (guess I am an awfully slow learner). Final straw was the latest FIOS Upgrade??? I can no longer turn on my TV without encountering a hard sell to buy something. In fact, last night after upon leaving On Demand I was presented with an option to purchase STARZ. I had no desire to purchase STARZ but there was no way out of this screen. No way! So I called Verizon Customer Support, which has always been an agonizing experience. After 18 minutes of arguing with the electronic nitwit I finally got through to a live person who graciously put me on hold for another 22 minutes. Then the Customer Support Rep told me I had to speak with a Technical Support Rep - only a 12 minute wait this time. After 20 minutes of recycling the set-top box the situation was finally resolved. Of course the rep said that mine was a very unusual case which he had never experienced before hmmm?

    Although I pay Verizon their exorbitant fees I no longer use the Verizon router which sits approximately 15 feet from my computer for Internet access. Problem is that I get better service when I connect to the lady next door's RCN router about 200 feet. Over the years I have complained to Verizon on numerous occasions. Their response is always to sell me a new router or a service upgrade or something else that does not work. BTW several years ago I gave up on Verizon wireless. The worst. I now use T-Mobile at a fraction of the cost and get better service. And on the rare occasion when I had to call them a live person actually answered the phone. Bye bye Verizon. FINALLY!!!

    Installing my internet wasn't too hard although it took a few hours. I had to have some help but other than that it was okay. My service is very reliable because whenever I need to go online whether it's raining or snowing or whatever I have no trouble connecting to the internet. The speed is very fast too and have no trouble surfing the net or downloading a file. There have been times with other internet I was unhappy but with Verizon Fios I have no trouble at all. It makes me happy. However, the customer service can be quite interesting because sometimes when you ask a question it doesn't get answered but sometimes if you're lucky it does. It depends on who you are talking to. Otherwise, I would recommend to my friends for sure.

    I recommend everyone should get Verizon Fios. I have never had any problems with the service and the reliability is great. Also, the installation process was good. When the cable people came into my apartment they installed it and the internet and cable was running instantly. I had questions about certain stuff and the customer service people went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered. The speed is great too and when I download something it does not take all day unlike my old internet connection. My old connection would literally take all day.

    I had the internet router box for about 3 years and every now and then the Internet seems to go "out" so maybe the box needs to be updated or I need a new 1. When it's working though it works well. I got it in the mail and instructions were included in the box plus the apartment I'm in already had an internet jack available to plug it into. Sometimes can be difficult to get to the right customer service rep who deals with Internet routers as I'm usually connected to the cell phone service rep 1st. I have been transferred to the wrong person before and it was very frustrating at the time and has happened more than two times. The speed is perfect for playing movies, TV shows, Internet browsing and playing games online that aren't live action like Call of Duty.

    Verizon Fios is okay but could be better. Plans are pricey after promotion is up and channels are sometimes unavailable. They offer fast internet but seems slow to me. I don't like the big box that is connected on the wall. It's an eye sore and it's definitely not something I like. It makes me consider changing providers. Furthermore, it takes a while to connect with a agent and to be on hold for minutes and nothing gets resolved. Also talking to automated service doesn't help. Not as fast as advertised, it's just as slow as other providers and it's pricey for what is given. It's definitely over exaggerated like some other providers.

    The installer didn't seem knowledgeable and took longer than I expected. Internet is not super fast but it worked for me. I was able to do what I needed to and things I like, like check email, facebook, shop online, use messenger, pinterest, etc. I was pretty satisfied. The cost is why I no longer have Verizon and probably would not take it again. Bill seem higher than I was told at the beginning and they could not tell me why.

    Installation of the Verizon Fios is a quick, easy, professional set-up. It doesn't take long to do and you're not waiting around for the services to load. They also are very clear if you have any questions. Not only are the OnDemand programs reliable but the services, such as customer service over the phone, online chat, repairs, etc., are extremely reliable. Customer service is always as pleasant as can be. The wait is short followed by a respectful and kind worker who gets to the root of the problem and doesn't transfer me to 3 different lines.     I have been on a 2 year contract. Verizon FIOS has been bombarding me with almost daily junk emails. However it has not warned me that my renewal date is coming and just charged me an obscene rate. On the paper bill the information on renewal date is not present on the 1st page. I feel like this lack of reminders is an intentional and very unfriendly policy to make additional money on the loyal customers. I have complained about it on phone to Customer Service office of Verizon and they (including the Customer service supervisor Paul) expressed no interest in changing this policy and/or correcting this situation in my case by a credit to my account to lower the rate to that in the renewed contract.

    I am very pleased with my internet speed. My old one was very slow I couldn't connect all my things to it but now I have all my things connected. The installation was really quick and fast. The tech was very helpful and explained everything to me before he left my house. He even got my iPad working. Then when my internet went out, I had to call customer service. It took a few minutes to get someone but when I did they asked a few questions and helped my internet get back running. I was very pleased with the customer service. This internet provider is very good and reliable. When I have a problem it's quickly solved and it very rarely get outages. I would recommend to my friends and family.

    Verizon is fast, reliable, and feels like a premium service. Installation was easy and hassle-free. I've been a customer for 8 years and am very happy with their services overall. All of my downloads are lightning speed. When thinking about the days of dial-up and how it would take upwards of 5-8 hours to download one music video as a zip file, I feel almost spoiled having the speed Verizon offers. Moreover, their customer service reps are usually very helpful, polite, and easy to understand. They tend to work to solve any issue you may have and take the time necessary to help.

    Good value service -- My internet service has very fast internet speed. I can download things quicker than ever before. Internet pages and such load very fast and I don't have to sit and wait for them to load. I have little to none outages of my internet and it is a consistent speed the majority of the time. I am able to work efficiently with the reliability and am impressed with the quality of the network of the provider. The installation was easy to schedule and they arrived on time and quickly. The only downfall was it took awhile to install. Although I didn't have to be attentive the whole time, I still had to be at the house for some time and wait until they were done. Apart from this, however, they have great customer service! The employees are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. When I have a question or problem I only have to go through one person to get a quick and easy solution or answer.

    The speed is the fastest from comparing all the other companies out there and are slow such as DSL, Comcast, pay as you go and a few others. I hate buffing. It does that on other services. But with Verizon Fios, the internet is always up and working as it should. I had Comcast before and it was always down which is a pain, for sure. I always have internet, cable, and phone since I got the whole set. After installing it, the tech then wanted us to test it on all of our devices and worked after some tweaking! The installation was fast, knowledgeable, Same day service but the price is no extra for this great service. Great customer service or people Skills. They believe that the customer is always right even when they might be wrong. When I have a question, I contact them!

    The installation for Verizon Fios was fast and easy. There was no work on my part except showing the guy where the breaker box was. The internet used to go out and I'd have to spend forever on the phone with them and they'd have to reboot everything for the internet to be working again. It was frustrating to have an issue to begin with and they would start out by asking me little things that are rather obvious. When things truly didn't work, they'd reset the breaker and the internet worked after that.

    I haven't had any major problems with the service for the past few years. Whenever there's an issue, I've always been able to get it resolved over the phone. The speed of the internet is good but I'm always wishing for faster speed and no lag in loading time which happens sometimes. Still, it's not always the service provider's fault. As far as speed goes, it is the better one of the service providers.

    One of the most intriguing factors in our decision to stick with Verizon was the speed of the internet. Fast, reliable, can't complain. Service itself is great and we have been very satisfied. The man who did our install was very good. It took a long time but he was very friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Customer service really depends on who you speak to. I've spoken to completely rude or extremely helpful CS reps. Sometimes you need to call repeatedly to have an issue resolved.

    Verizon Fios' service is really great. It is fast and I am very happy with that because some days I need to get things done quickly and I won't be able to do that with a slow internet service provider. The installation did take a little while and I'm a very impatient person. It probably took around 1-2 hours so I just did something else to keep me busy but in the end it was worth all of the waiting. Also, the customer service is amazing. They are very patient with this even if they tell you something and you still do not understand they always go out of their way to help you. One time this person stayed on the phone with me for an hour just because of this tiny problem I had! Very thankful for the customer service. The speed is amazing. It is always up to date and never slows down. I never had frustration with this service because of how fast it goes.

    I was pleased and pleasantly surprised with my provider's professionalism, expertise, and above all, the excellent customer service that I received. Kudos to all involved. The installation was a snap, quick and was so easy that even a six-year-old could figure it out. I am not technical at all, so this was just what I was looking for. Also, I was on the phone for at least 20 minutes and the representative was as polite at the beginning of our conversation as she was at the end. I had a lot of questions, no one rushed me and everything was explained to me. The speed is much better than before and my whole family has noticed the difference. My son was doing a project for one of his college classes and could not believe how much better our PC was performing.

    Verizon has always been the fastest when it comes to speed and connection. I have had very good experiences over the years with the company, especially regarding my internet as well as my cell phone service. I remember when I had Verizon installed in my home and it was a very seamless, painless experience. Not to mention that the installation took less time to complete than I thought it would. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing, they have assisted me in connecting everything together and I have excellent reception on everything I have hooked up. I have called for help with billing and they spent plenty of time discussing different options and how I can save money. They work hard to continually save me money or revise plan if needed.     The service is generally very reliable most of the time during the year. Sometimes during bad weather the Internet resets itself, which you can see on the TV, other times it's perfectly fine. It's also fast but it's quite expensive for the speed. I'm considering other cheaper alternatives but I'm worried about reliability of different providers. Their installers were professional and made sure everything was completed properly so I wouldn't have to follow up the next day. Their customer service people are very helpful and friendly although they are very resistant to bending any rules or giving any discounts, which is sometimes frustrating.

    Late charges of 25 + 35, reconnect, dropped calls frequently, couldn't keep connection, no measure to correct problem, and scanty coverage where I live. It was never lightning fast as they described and it would drop off at about 12:30 am and I couldn't reconnect again 'til morning. I never was satisfied.with service or where the customer service people were willing to help me. And many times, I couldn't get the right dept. Also, the installer was late and didn't want to go to crawl space to hook up and install equipment. Too much money for installation and no money back if you aren't satisfied.

    Verizon Fios is very reliable. No real issues in recent memory though sometimes the weather can cause issues. The internet and cable speed is satisfactory. The speed is on par with any high speed company. It allows for downloads and video. I also am able to play games. Customer service is great as well. A friendly service tech set up the system. They made sure it worked and gave us insight on usage. They came within a five hour window and finished quickly. The customer service number was speedy with many representatives. The rep helped me with a setup issue I had and was really friendly too.

    The service would go in and out all the time. I don't know if it was because I was in a rural area and trees fell on the line or the lines were just old but sometimes it would take days before the internet would come back on. But the installer knew what he was doing and gave me advice to what would be the near way to install the cable. It also was not an all day affair when it was put in.

    When the internet would go out and they would dismiss my call saying that they were 3 days to get there that time. One other time I did not have service for 10 days and I asked for a discount because I did not have service for 1/3 of the billing cycle and they said they could not accommodate me. The speed was slow and I don't know if that was because of the package I had or if it was because there were a lot of people on it but when I would watch Netflix with no one else using it it was constantly buffering.

    Installation was quick and simple but, at that time, cost way too much at $399! Installation fee was broken down in the monthly billing, which is good, but still too costly. But tech support was good. Plus connection speed was great, upload and download speed was fantastic compared to the old DSL service. If it were more cost efficient I would highly recommend this service. However, I disliked having a contract. I use Charter Spectrum, through my cable TV provider, now and it's just as fast, connection rarely is interrupted or laggy, there's no contract and it's way less expensive.

    The installation and the customer service of Verizon Fios is pretty standard. You schedule an appointment and a technician arrives at a certain appointment time and the arrival time was standard like other cable companies. I find Verizon customer service to be a bit stingy in giving perks and bonuses like other companies. But they have the fastest internet that I have ever experienced bar none and hands down. I never had interruptions and it is very reliable service. I would say out of the providers out there on market, Verizon is generally the best but for the price. For others I would recommend Verizon if they are looking for speed, performance and reliability.

    The installation was fast and easy. My husband is very good at installing these types of equipment so we never have a problem. Although the stragglers is really great at their job. I give a five star here. The customer service is beyond what I expected. They are kind, friendly and always willing to help slice the issue at hand. Speed of service is good. Some areas are not as good as others but for the most part they are great, work almost all the time and get me out of binds when traveling with my kids. Everyone enjoys using this service and I would recommend it to anyone. My only negative would be the cost. If the cost could come down a bit it would be perfect.

    Verizon is probably the best in my area as far as coverage and support. I find Verizon to be easier to speak with than other providers in my area and I appreciate that. The installation process is usually quick and the techs will walk you through the process. Their employees are very knowledgeable as well and that is a great advantage. Verizon really knows how to treat its clients. If there is a problem they will see you there the entire situation and that is again worth my money.     Verizon provides timely service, reliable connection and great speed on internet. I never have any issue with streaming from multiple devices. And there is never a lag or any buffering when watching movies or streaming music on my devices. The price is also on par with other companies. The TV service is also very clear.     The way that website is uploaded was satisfactory and I could access the sites I wanted to. I generally could get internet service, but sometimes the service was slow if other people were streaming something on the internet. Also, the installation was very difficult and customer service isn't great. It is super hard to get an actual person on a phone. When I do there is a hard time to get them to understand my problem and actually solve it.

    Verizon Fios is very reliable where I lived. I never had a problem with connectivity or crashing and loaded very fast. Their customer service was very good with answering any questions we had, took the time to go through our billing process and told us on how we could save money on different types of services.     It took several calls to get Verizon Fios all set up. It took even longer to set me up to work out of my house (two to three days of the week) but it's fine now. Also, it can take a while to get someone out to look at the system if you need it. But it is seldom needed. I find them professional while dealing with them on the phone. I work a lot from home and people around me often complain about slow speeds and spotty coverage. I find that I don't have as many problems, even though I live on the outskirts of the city. Is it the fastest? No. But it is more reliable than others. I would rather have slower yet consistent service than none at all, especially in inclement weather.

    The installation was fast and easy. They came at a good time and notified me when they were on their way. They did not disrupt my household activities and I barely noticed they were there. There were no problems following the installation. Verizon is always willing to come to my house when I need it. They are also willing to provide me with the updates that I need. They negotiate with me on prices and are always willing to support my needs. For the most part they are at my back and call. They always seem to want to help. However there have been occasions where I have not received the results I wanted. Like all service providers, the speed starts out fast but then proceeds to slow down. However, I have yet to find a service where this does not occur.

    We are able to do several things through this ISP, including running a business and household office as well as online education. We were able to install this with the help of a tech savvy friend but likely could have done it ourselves. He did call support once and was happy with their assistance. We have also called customer service for connecting on a few occasions and once during the initial set up. Every time highly satisfied with the experience. Moreover, we rarely have connection issues but when we do it is normally an easy fix. Speed is not a noticeable issue, even when doing several things that are big projects at one time. Dialing in and getting connected is the most time consuming thing.

    I rarely have any issues with internet service. When it comes to browsing the net it's super fast and when loading music/videos it get the job done at reason amount of time. Also, the installation was a smooth process. The Owners before me also had Verizon so the installers didn't have much to do beside plug and play. They was on time and got the job done sooner than I expected. They have really nice customer service that go the extra step to resolve any issue. When I had no internet connection, I call them and was able to get the issue resolve in matter of minutes. You can reach them by chatting or on the phone and the period of time getting put on hold is reasonable.

    Happy because usually always works. On occasion it was down. Was fixed in couple hours at the most. Afraid to recommend due to pricing changing without consent or even warning. Was quick however workers didn't care about damage to walls or try to put where I wanted. Instead gave a 25 foot cable so I can move around instead of take the time to go under house and drill hole so wired could not befall over my bedroom. Customer service not bad for so many years but the fact I've been loyal for over 15 years would have thought when I needed an extension one time due to health they would be happy to help yet nope told of not paid in full shutting off. No issues with the speed of anything on internet or tv. Pretty perfect on that end. One issue isn't speed but how it would freeze and have to reboot a lot.

    I can count on the service all the time while at home whether it's to use the laptop, our phones, and my Roku TV which depends on internet service. If there is ever an issue, Verizon is easy to contact using different channels. At the store, they are always helpful and my issues are for the most part resolved. You can chat with a representative online and this is my favorite way to get info or resolve issues. You can also call, which is easy as well, and there is not a long wait. For our most recent installation, the new devices were sent in the mail with detailed easy-to-follow instructions. We did not need anyone to come to the house and we were able to set up the installation easily. The Verizon FIOS internet speed is supposed to be one of the best. It has worked fast for the most part in our house. I sometimes feel like it could be a little faster, but no complaints.

    When the service technicians came to do the installation, they were friendly and got the job completed in a minimal amount of time. They were very neat and left the house without making a mess. I called customer service once to ask a question and they answered promptly and gave me the information that I needed quickly. I never have a problem with the service.     Installation was pretty seamless. You will need to be home for the initial set up and they will need access to your home. But they are quick and efficient. Internet service is very reliable, fast and powerful. I use over 20 devices at a time and I never have any lag time. Streaming is great. Previous service providers would always freeze and I'd have to reboot the router a few times a week. Customer service is superb. Anytime I ever had an issue the agents are always friendly and helpful. They also always offer some kind of perk as part of the resolution, whether it be a discount or some other form.     The reliability of the company is great. Even when the power is down we still had net from the back up battery on top of a generator unlike other services. Installation was ok, too. They took a while to set things up but it's a small cramped house so to find a location was a bit iffy. Once in place they explained how everything worked. They ran me through the steps if there is any glitches so that I can solve things on my own before contacting them.

    Customer server has always been great. I usually contact them through online chat on their website and we work together to solve this issues at hand. Most of the time it's something silly as a network error at their HQ but that's usually caused by their updates being pushed through at 2am when I do my work. Go figure. The internet speed varies by how much they offer. The 50 we got is perfect for what we do and what I do for work from home. Streaming is smooth and rarely glitches or slows. Even when we have 3 others on the connection it holds its own.

    Worst DSL service... slow, freezes... when something goes wrong, it takes over two wks for someone to finally fix it. My telephone box and the cord was broken and yet I had already been informed of it by an earlier technician days before. So the other techs (FOUR TIMES DIFFERENT ONES HAVE CAME BY WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME AT DIFFERENT TIMES) had to go back to Verizon and order a new part... but they should have known this earlier on. I hope the CEO is fired along with the rest of the board. I hope Sprint/AT&T buys this disgusting, ghetto company out. It's too big and too disorganized. I nearly lost my job for not having internet service and for missing a meeting since I had to wait for a tech to come by... I'd like to inquire about an atty please.

    This is one of the best internet providers in the USA and in Florida. Amazing speed of navigation and download for the low price that Verizon offer. I pay $50 a month. I highly recommend because the services are good in comparison of price/speed of other providers. Never was necessary for me to contact the customer service. All the answers are in its website.     It was ordered as a self install. I received the modem via UPS however I still had to call and schedule a technician to come and set up the service. Have had many problems since July installation. I have had to call many times due to connection issues with my DSL. Slow and lose the dsl/internet at least 7 to 8 times a day. Very irritating at times. Have called several times to Verizon but still experiencing the issue. I will definitely choose Xfinity if it comes available in my area.

    Installation was very fast and reliable. I didn't have to wait long at all and it was done in 15 to 20 minutes. Man was very nice and sweet too. Great customer service too. Would be lost without them. They lowered my Verizon rate for the Triple Play Package by sending me a new router and I returned the old one. Speed is great. I don't play games so I don't need faster internet. TV is great too and so is the phone service. Love them so much until they raise the price. Hate everyone else.

    I am quite happy with the Verizon Fios service. It is very fast and I seem to have a great connection in all the places I have been. The installation was so easy, too. When I had a question, I called customer service and they were great. The person I talked to really seemed to know their stuff. They were very patient and helpful and made my experience great.

    The person that installed it was friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was set up properly and I knew how to use everything before leaving. He answered any questions and concerns that came up. Customer service is great with helping fix issues and answer questions. They will help troubleshoot and walk you step by step through getting problems taken care of. We experienced fast internet speed. We rarely had issues with reliability. We usually had multiple devices on the wifi being used at once and there weren't interruptions. Any issues we encountered were easily and quickly fixed. Even bad weather cause minimal disruptions. Sometimes did have issues in the master bedroom on the third floor of our home with wifi getting strong enough signal.

    It took the installers some time to set everything up, but they also walked me through everything just in case something happened and they weren't able to get back out fast enough. I'm glad that they helped me choose what needed to be done. Verizon has a lot of things to offer, and I enjoyed having service when I was with them. I always had service even with more than one thing connected, and sometimes I would get more than the speed that I had paid for which was good when I online doing some things that I needed to do. I recommend this company to any family that I have, just because of how reliable they are. When I would contact customer service sometimes it took them forever to help me, but other times they were able to resolve my problems right away. But I'm glad that they had a good customer service and that I got the help that I needed.

    The installation process was quick and painless. They arrived in time as they promised and were very courteous and polite. They didn't leave a mess, were quiet and quick as well. Service has gone better than expected and I have been pleasantly surprised with no outages or interruptions in service at all. Speed is insane. I can run all the kids' iPads, my phone, and the chrome cast all at one time. It's pretty reliable and does not slow down at all. The price is extreme reasonable as well. Customer service has been above average though the phone wait times could be a little better. They are polite and I couldn't be more happy with everything in general.

    I wasn't home and the installation guy made a really stupid decision on where he install the boxes but I was able to manage once I got home. I always rely on my internet service and had a great experience. It runs smooth even with all my devices running at the same time, and that is the only reason I pay $70 for 150gb speed - to get a good service even if it runs at 60gb. Speed is really fast and reliable but like all services you never really get what you pay for so I'm happy with the way all things run smooth. Only one time in about 3 months my internet fails. I only unplugged the cord ac power supply from the back of the modem and put it back in, and that was enough to make my internet run back again.

    Verizon came to install my internet and that is reliability. Verizon is great for a internet provider. The internet is reliable because it doesn't go out often. I have strong connection mostly all the time. The internet loads fast and you can play videos fast and download stuff with no problems. Also, Verizon has good customer service and they are always willing to help. The call center answers all your questions and they will make it right. I would recommend Verizon to others. It is a good value service.

    Customer service is helpful and knowledgeable about the company. They worked hard addressing my questions and concerns and I'm happy with their help. The installation was fast and professionally done. The technician was helpful and courteous. He was very qualified, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. However, reliability is concerning. Sometimes it is unpredictable. There are few towers locally compared to other providers. It's great though, when it's working well. The speed was acceptable with the exception of some minor interruptions on occasion. It was adequate for what I need in a wireless network.

    The installation workers were very polite and knowledgeable. They worked very fast but also took time to explain everything and show my family everything we needed to know about our new internet service. Customer service was outstanding.     It is always there so I am happy to go on the internet and be able to look at games and movies real fast. I do use the internet a lot and I think that I like seeing my family's pictures on Facebook since there are some family members I don't get to see. The man who installed it did a real good job.     It has only gone down once in over 10 years, the service is extremely reliable. Both upload and download are very fast and the speed is consistent. On the rare occasions I had to call customer support I never had to wait very long and the person on the phone was courteous and helpful.

    I have very fast service, never lagged or shut down, and no sudden pauses or lapse in service like AT&T. Verizon is the most reliable provider in my opinion. The seamless installation was very satisfying. There were no issues on my end. It was very easy to setup and learn how to use, not many wires and space is not an issue. To this date I have not had to contact customer service for any issues specifically. Anyone I spoke with was related to Verizon install was helpful and easy to communicate with. Verizon is definitely the fastest internet I have used.

    Verizon is always there if there is a problem, response time is on! During installation, they knew exactly what they are doing and did it very quick, I was watching tv very quickly, was very professional during the whole home install. Everytime I have ever needed something, customer services was always professional and never had a problem with any of their service at all. Gonna have this cable for a long time as it's fast. Have never had a problem with the speed whatsoever! Speed is highly recommended for anyone that wants the best speed in the industry.

    I have not had any real problems with reliability. I occasionally have issues when I have bad weather. This is not a issue that occurs on a regular basis. I am pleasantly surprised by the speed and happy with it. My previous internet was exceedingly slow and I really didn't realize how slow until this was installed. The installation process was exceptionally painless, fast, and I was satisfied with the experience. However, explanations for questions I had could have been a little less technical. I usually deal with customer service over the phone and this is not always a pleasant experience. It's not unusual to experience a disconnect when getting transferred to another representative or supervisor.

    Technician took a while to show up, but did his job correctly & showed me how to use everything properly. The time window they give you could be more specific. Internet speed was not consistent at all. Works well when I actually got service, but it Cut out way too much and ran slow half of the time for the high price they wanted you to pay. Could have just been the area I lived in. Customer service said there wasn't a tower very close by & that one may be installed soon. Not very helpful & basically wanted to sell me a higher priced package to "fix" it. Ended up canceling service with them.

    Verizon is an amazing company. The facility was immediately requesting the service. The speed and good management of the work team during installation is excellent, fully recommended.     I am in New York city and the internet here is very fast. Verizon is very reliable for the internet speed. I installed it so fast and easy, too. I don't find any problems in the road or problems after. In over a year I contacted the support and they were very gentle with me, and solved my internet problems in just a couple minutes. Verizon is one of the best internet providers around. I really don't live here in New York, but in Medley, and when I come back to my home I will contract it. Also, I recommend it for old people if they want an easy provider.

    My internet provider is 100% reliable. It also provides a very fast connection at a reasonable cost with a number of plans available very accessible for all users who need internet. The customer service is also very acceptable as it solves all kinds of problems related to your internet connection by simply communicating via telephone 24 hours a day. The speed of connection depends on the contracted plan. In my case I have a plan of 15mbps and it is extremely fast and very stable. The installation is very simple, however when buying the internet plan comes with its respective installation kit with its manual.

    Great connection if FIOS is available on your area. Reliable service. Installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. They did a great job. Always ask if there is any discount to apply to your order. Wonderful customer service reps were very helpful whenever I called to question or complain about my service. They were professional and courteous. Speed was twice as fast as Time Warner Cable and more reliable. TWC is a giant monopoly that has lost its touch with its customer base. I recommend FIOS over Time Warner Cable.

    Installation was very easy and they got there at the time they stated. The man was very professional. Also, customer service was very knowledgeable to answer all questions. If not they would find the answer. Everybody is so professional. Service was good and the speed was excellent. Had satellite before and I didn't like that. It was slow as can be.     I would recommend Verizon Fios. I'm happy with my service. There's very little outage issues and it's very easy to use. Also, easy nonpayment on their website. The internet set up was completely seamless and very easy to follow instructions. They also have good customer support. Anytime I had to use customer service I have been able to fix a problem questions quickly. I also have used chats which are less time consuming. But I wish they would offer more speed for varying prices. Right now I can't afford to upgrade. The options are out of my price point.

    I got a bill of 245.00 and I wasted no time calling Verizon. A Verizon rep (from India) told me he would remove my movie package which was 69.00 which would make my bill 169.00, my original bill has been 165.00 for an entire year. I was very confused as to why things had been removed but my bill is higher than it has been all year. I asked for the bundle package that was now being advertised for 79.00 but was told that's only for new customers. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told she has the same tools I had and she would not be able to lower my bill anymore. I insisted he put the supervisor on the phone, after a long hold I left my number for a callback.

    The supervisor called back (again from India) to be told she would take me to basic cable, my bill would now be 165.00. I asked what about the 245 dollar bill that was billed a month in advance, only to be told there was nothing she could do... I am cancelling my Verizon services as soon as the contract is up. Very poor customer service...

    Recently, Verizon changed their "On Demand" settings. Now you are required to pay per episode for prime time shows. For example you are required to pay $1.99 to "rent" an episode of "The Bachelor". A show that airs for free! Unfortunately, this is a deal breaker for me. Due to working nights, I am unable to watch shows at the original air time. Why should I be penalized for that?! I would highly recommend Verizon change the "On Demand" settings back. For Verizon to add additional charges for a "free" (I'm already paying for cable and premium channels) is absurd. I am actively searching for an alternative company.

    I contacted Verizon Fios to set up service. I was told they didn't have Fios at this address. I called three times. They offered a package deal that they would provide internet and DirecTV would provide my tv service. DirecTV did their part and installed my tv service. Verizon pulled a NO show. I called Verizon to see why. They said Fios was offered at my address and would have to have it. I am now paying two companies for tv service. Cancellation for either company is so high I can't afford it and feel I shouldn't have to pay for Verizon's mistake. They refuse to do anything about it.

    I moved and wanted to continue using Verizon Fios. I informed sales associate that I wanted to stay in the same package I was in. Marissa then tried to upsell me but I refused the Platinum package due to the monthly cost of $230. The sales associate still put me in the higher package. Now I want to go to the original package that I wanted and Fios is telling me that I would be downgrading and lose all the discounts and my monthly bill would be $240 a month. I heard this is happening to other customers as well. They put you in the Platinum package and when you try to downgrade you lose all discounts. This is a OUTRAGE and seems to be very FRAUDULENT. Stay away from Fios! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on FIOS.

    Home internet service with Verizon has been extremely poor. Paid for highest speed available and had very minimal access in house to internet/wifi. Billing service with Verizon is the only thing that is more horrendous. Not being able to talk to a real person is a major part of the problem. They are not able to combine billing service for home service and wireless. They would send emails saying bill is overdue or internet service would be suspended if bill unpaid and when I would call or access online it would say there was no balance due. Canceled recently and recommend using another provider for your home internet and phone.

    I called Verizon to move my service to N.H. They do not offer service where I am, so I decided to give it to my aunt since she needed it anyway. And I still had a few months left under contract. Because I moved where Fios does not offer service, I would not have had to keep it under contract. But as I said I decided to move it as a gift to my aunt. I called and told them my plans and they agreed to move it to my aunt's address. I was done with my order and then I was informed there would be a 80 service fee for moving it. I told them "Forget it, I am not paying that fee for moving, I should not penalized for moving?"

    So I went back and forth with the rep. Wish I remembered his name, that is my mistake. AT any rate he finally came back to the phone and told me "Good News I spoke to my supervisor and we are going to wave that fee, I told him." I already had an email saying they were charging me, which he told me to disregard there would be no charge. HA Ha the joke was on me because 2 months later. They took the money out of my account. (I was on autopay) I called very irate and I was assured a rep would never tell me that!!! I told them to go back to my recorded conversation which they told me they could not, (then why are they recording?).

    So My Complaint and utter disgust with Verizon is that they hire employees that are allowed to lie to the customer to get a sale. It is reprehensible and against the law. I cancelled their services and I am waiting on my refund for their pro rated bill of one month in advance. This is definitely not my first encounter with a rude and uninformed rep. I have to say that in all my time with their customer service reps, that I was never satisfied with any of their response to my dilemmas and billing issues.

    I would love to take this further and I will report them to the Attorney General's office. I would love to hear other comments regarding lying and underhanded reps for Verizon. I can just imagine how many of you are out there. Verizon and Comcast are both Thieves and should not be allowed to charge anyone the amounts and taxes that they do. Saying that it is not them but the taxes. Funny Dish doesn't have any of those taxes. At any rate, I am disgusted with Verizon's so-called Customer Reps! Consumer beware of their sneaky tactics to get you to order any service with them, they will get you in the end.

    I appreciate any help that you can provide on this ongoing issue that Verizon just doesn't not care about and has no intention of correcting... By the way, this is their mistake, their issue, but I have to spend countless hours and make countless attempts to correct. Please see Reader's Digest version of this nightmare below:

    Back in November I made the decision, which I greet every day, to give Verizon FiOS another chance, despite the 2 awful years that I've had with them since purchasing a home in NJ. Multiple reps botched the creation of the new contract and set-up on my account and I spent many hours trying to get this resolved. My account was all screwed up, my services were all screwed up, and all because a simple task couldn't be properly handled by Verizon's reps. Fast forward a little bit... A few weeks back I checked my Verizon (residential) account and noticed that there was a huge balance, which immediately got me worried since I have always paid in full and I've always had auto pay so issues never came up. I never wanted a billing issue to arise and make me look like a delinquent customer. I'm on auto pay for all my expenses, not just Verizon.

    I contacted Verizon a few times and finally got a live person to "help me." I was instructed unequivocally that I have no balance, that this was a mistake on their side, and that the bill is being created on their side and wouldn't be ready for several more days at the earliest, but it was clear from the rep that I have no unpaid balance. I asked the lady if she can provide what my balance would be moving forward and if my new contract looked like it was properly set up. I spent a long time on the phone with her and I couldn't hold off my meetings anymore and asked if she can kindly call me or email me back in about 15 minutes with those details. She said yes. It's been weeks and not as much as a text has been sent regarding this issue.

    Then last week I received a threatening email from Verizon saying that my account would be suspended if I didn't pay my bill (again, I was told by multiple people that I have no balance). I emailed multiple times over a span of a few days to give them a chance to look into it and respond. NO ONE RESPONDED. I called again last week and I was told the same thing (clear as day), "you have no balance". So despite multiple people telling me that I have $0 balance, Verizon still took it upon themselves to threaten a loyal customer who has been tortured for over 2 years by incompetence and endless neglect.

    Not being satisfied given the rash of torturous experiences that I've been subjected to as a Verizon customer, I reached out once more and this time through their social media team, which I must say is a group of the most obnoxious, unaccountable people that I've ever encountered in dealing with any business (large or small). They pretended like they were going to help, they write all these nice messages so the Twitter world can see, but when it gets down to it, they don't care and they don't help, in fact I caught them in multiple lies and when I called them out on it, they ignored me. You can read the stream, I was incredibly polite, professional, and patient (again this a case born of Verizon's doing, not mine... I'm fixing THEIR MISTAKE).

    I played their game and used the chat feature that they herd everyone into and spent over 10 minutes waiting for someone and no one came in the chat. This is after being told "Someone is there, just wait." No one hopped on the chat to help me. I tried the chat several more times and finally got someone (Tony) and he was incredibly rude and terse. He did also promise that a billing rep would contact me to resolve this, many days later still NOTHING. By the way, I was promised the same by the social media team. So I waited and still didn't hear back so I reached out again and again they attempted to herd me into the chat as if that's some miracle pill that makes every thing better when they clearly know what's going on. They all pretend like it's the first they're hearing of the issue and I absolutely had to do the chat. I requested a call and still yet they proceed to tell me that I had to do the chat or I wouldn't get any help.

    I ask you, is this service? Is this what you'd expect from one of the largest companies in the world? A company that I was a shareholder of for a very long time? So I called again yesterday and spoke with a rep in the Philippines and I prefaced by apologizing that they had to find a way to clean up this mess and provide clarity for someone else's mistakes and the horrible experience I was yet again being subjected to. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after spending about 15 minutes on hold (if not longer) I was told that I would be called back in 30 minutes to an hour.

    A little over an hour later I received a call and asked if the lady can call back in 7-10 minutes and she said yes. Nearly 20 minutes later my phone finally rang. I once again went through the calamity that this has become and she said she didn't see anything in the system about a balance and she didn't see payment history (WHATTT? Over 2 years with FiOS on auto pay and being a loyal customer and they don't see payment history?). She said she'd have to contact finance and she wasn't sure if they were even available (which is really incredible for a supervisor to not know if the finance team was still available in the day or not). She said they would either call me right away or a case would have to be created, but regardless she'd contact me very shortly.

    That was around 7:45 pm ET, she was in the Philippines and I wasn't sure when she'd be off-shift. Regardless, she PROMISED to call me back as so many others have and what happened? Nothing happened. No call, no message, no email, NOTHING. So here I am literally at square one again after weeks of trying to correct Verizon's never-ending mistakes. Something has to be done about this. Someone has to be held accountable.

    After repeated attempts to resolve an initial agreed price that was not honored after service was installed I asked that the service be disconnected. I spent countless hours on the phone with no resolution. I had Time Warner turn on my internet and when I went to install, my modem, I noticed that my coaxial cables were cut by the Verizon installation tech in order to run the Fios. He assured me he wouldn't touch any existing cable or equipment and that was far from the truth. So here I am without service from either due to horrible service. WORST SERVICE EVER.

    10 year loyal customer. I went to renew my service with Verizon. I was told they would credit me on a network extender once I accepted the contact. Right after I was transferred to someone else I was told, "Sorry we can't do that" by the Verizon rep. I demanded to speak with this person's supervisor and Mr. ** from the Maryland office refused. She was very rude and told me to send a letter in the mail with my complaint. Beware, they will tell you anything to get you to renew, then screw you! Canceling my service and going to Comcast again.

    I am currently in the process of moving and was hoping to move my Verizon fios services with me. Overall, I have had a decent experience so far with Verizon Fios as I have not had to be in contact with them much. Since when I move I was going from having roommates to living on my own, I wanted to change my plan from a bundle with phone, internet, and TV to just internet to save some money. The first time I called to ask about how all of it worked the lady was very pleasant and gave me one quote. A week of so later I called to go with this plan she was telling me about, and the person I spoke with had no idea of this offer. I told them my situation and that I just wanted internet, and they tried to do everything to push cable at me. I explained how I was confused as I have been hearing about how so many people "cut the cord" and use only internet and save so much money.

    They told me about a few different packages, but the person on the line happened to be near her supervisor and he could give me my current package for 70 dollars plus tax. She told me I would get an e-mail with the normal price, but shortly after should get an updated one. A few days later I never got the updated one so I called them back to make sure that was still in place. The person I spoke to them seemed to know nothing about this "deal" I was getting. After expressing some frustrating, I'm pretty sure the person hung up on me. So I called back again, waited on hold, and then the next person I spoke with once again had no idea of this "deal" I was suppose to be given and also knew nothing else of the other packages people had previously told me about. She insisted since I was not a new customer I was not eligible for all of these deals and the lowest level internet only was still $85 plus taxes and whatnot!!

    So I eventually told her to just cancel the whole account and I was going to try to set it up online. So then I go onto my account and I kept getting an error message "bad request" as I try to sign in. So now I call technical support. I tell them how their website is telling me this, but the guy insists it's something with my password. After speaking to me very rudely, he did not know what to do, so was going to connect me to someone else. 40 minutes later, I had still not spoken with someone so hung up and called COX. Spoke with a pleasant lady who could give me the price I'm looking for. I am not one to complain about services, but I have never been so beyond frustrated with a company. They really need to work on keeping records of when a customer calls and what was discussed so they are not told 90202394820934 different things!!

    I used blocking phone numbers. Still getting these calls! I called Verizon Fios 3 times within 6 months. Today, I was transferred to 4 different person in Verizon Fios. Nothing fixed!! And now my blocked numbers are deleted!! My call log is deleted!! Now all the blocked numbers before are not blocked anymore!! The annoying telemarketers will call me again!!! I asked CS - "can you put them back on these lists??" No??? Really???
