I have been using RoboForm password manager since their beginning. I love it and it only gets better with time. Their latest change was having the icon next to the fields to be filled. I like how they save my identity info so that I can fill out forms faster, like my credit cards info. All that info in one place. Awesome. I like the extra mile they go in protecting my logins. 2fa is an extra step that I do not mind cause it keeps me safer, sort of like having to use a key to enter a building to get to a safe with my data. Only thing I find interesting is when sites compare password managers RoboForm is not included. Are they afraid RoboForm will put the others to shame? Or maybe the other password managers paid for their reviews, either way RoboForm is the best you can get.

I thought I was getting a lifetime password program with updates and all but I guess I didn't read the fine print. I bought two Roboform passes and now they both give me nothing but trouble. I can't stand the issues they create like demanding that I sync every day and logging in with my master password daily. There has to be something better. I have asked for help many times but only get a rubber stamp "upgrade and send us much more money and we'll fix the problem. They misrepresented what they sold me and are now refusing to provide the service they initially offered.

New ability to click RoboForm just beside an entry-field. This new possibility I experience as an extraordinary usage-improvement of RoboForm. Congratulations! This was a great step forward! I am a long-time user of RoboForm. I bought my first license in 2007.

I love Roboform because it saves all my passwords. I can access them from my desktop at home, my laptop I use for work, and my cellphone. It also can generate passwords and so much more. I would recommend it to anybody.

Overall this program is great. There is only one thing that would make it better for me. That would be if there was a better way to download or print out the sites, user and password info. Right now it can be done but not without either taking too many pages or having to take and reenter into perhaps an Excel program. If we all lived forever this wouldn't be needed but as I get older I see a need to be able to pass this to a trusted partner for use in the event I am incapacitated or worse.

I've been using Roboform from the getgo! I don't know if there are better ones out there but... for me Roboform works great! I don't need anything else. I can sync with all my PC's (4 #) and 3 mobile devices. What else can you ask for?

Robo Form was the first password saver I’d ever bought. Over the years that I’ve used it, the program has never let me down. Regular automatic updates allow me to feel it was/is a worth while investment. I use Robo Form exclusively on my MSN tablet computer.

I've been using RoboForm for some time and it is the best most useful manager of my passwords, favorite links and other information I need to keep at hand but safe. I do not believe there is any better application. It has a slightly complex learning curve but the effort is very worth it.

I have used this software for over 8 years and love it. It is dependable, easy to use, and very helpful. It is very handy when filling out online information. I highly recommend this software when needing the best. You will like it like as I do.

As an experienced Roboform consumer, I am still very satisfied with this awesome tool. I use it on all my devices, since it works on all branches: Windows, Apple and Android without any issues. Already in the early days, when Roboform was only available on usb stick, I took my usb everywhere, even in my IT jobs. It helped me safely moving my private data to different places and different computers. These days, with Roboform everywhere it even works better! I no longer have to carry my usb stick, since I can get my private data on any device as long as I have internet connection. Thanks Roboform, for being such a great online experience!

I have been using RoboForm now going on more then 20 years (been so long I cannot remember for sure). From the time I was using the free version to the full version that I use now, it has been an excellent piece of software. Easy to use and understand the various functions. Through the years it has steadily gotten better and better. I highly recommend this for your password and form filling needs.

RoboForm may be a password manager, but for me, it is much more than that. You can store bits of information which you might otherwise forget. Diary; events or date information in one place. I would be lost without it now, and more importantly, all your information is kept secret.

I've been using Roboform for many years and it holds hundreds of my logins and personal details securely. The only problem nowadays is the fact that some logins are in a Popup and I can't fill the fields with Robform. Sometimes also, the login has prompt words within the fields or is written in Flash so Roboform can't fill those fields.

I absolutely love this. I can use as many different usernames & passwords as I want & not have to remember where I wrote them down at. I like being able to edit & add notes. The automatic fill in is an option I use quite often. Never had any problems with it. I definitely recommend!

Very useful software. I use them for a couple of years and I use it on some computers, android mobiles. I am very satisfied. Thank you for good work.

I have been using Roboform for 10+ years as a password management program and it has never disappointed. The program and app are constantly evolving and improving (the smartphone app has improved markedly over time) yet it has always remained intuitive and simple to use and understand. It seamlessly integrates across smartphone, computer and tablet. The money you spend on the program is well worth it to know that your passwords and sign-ons are safe and secure.

RoboForm is my main password program -- I also have Dashlane but it has some weaknesses so I count on Roboform 99% of the time. I am a very long term user of RoboForm and have tried all the competition but stick with RoboForm for password control.

I’ve used RoboForm for years and love it. It accurately stores all of my passwords and allows me to access them anytime, anywhere. Also, randomly generates new passwords at any length and with any character set. Fantastic. They also have a family plan which can be shared with 5 family members.

I love the fact I don't have to remember such a myriad of passwords we need these days. Remembering one password is so much easier than trying to remember dozens of them. I would be very happy to recommend RoboForm to friends.

Roboform generates passwords each of which is unique and as far as I know, impossible to duplicate. I use it on my laptop, my desktop, and my android phone and it automatically syncs between them so I don't have to keep a password log or worry about memorizing passwords, and it is always up to date.

I use Roboform multiple times every day. It always works well for me, and has done for many years. However, when changing to a new computer, I usually have a hassle getting everything changed over successfully, but get there in the end. I probably don't use it to its full capabilities, but am happy with what I have used. Also, I bought a full license, but it now says I'm on a trial, although I was told I didn't need to buy another.

My husband convinced me to try Roboform a few years ago. Now that I tried it I can’t do without it! Super easy to use it when filling forms on my iPhone or my computer. I am confident I can always find my important passwords.

I have been using RoboForm to maintain my passwords since 2006; I couldn't live without it! I've never had an issue with any compromise of my passwords. I can create ungodly long and random passwords that you would have trouble even trying to copy; let alone remember. And the program is so simple to use. I've never heard of an issue with security regarding Roboform. Strongly Recommend this program.

Roboform has change my life. I have been using for many many years. Roboform has help me so much online and offline! I 100% recommend Roboform to everybody in the world! Roboform is the best product ever! Roboform has the best security. It is the best form filler, and it is the best password manager. The user interface is easy. There are so many options.

This program is a life saver! It remembers everything for me, and it generates great passwords that I would never have thought of. I don't have to run to get a credit card when ordering something. Such a great time saver and helper.

I've used them for so many years I can't count! They've always been there for me. My only problem is that I should probably clean up some of the old stuff. I couldn't live without them at this point (they'd better stick around).

I've been using Roboform for many years. Never had problems with my passwords being stolen and makes it so easy to log in to all my sites. I can also find passwords to sites I haven't visited in a long time. I love it.

In today's Internet, it's impossible to keep track of all the login IDs and passwords. I've been using RoboForm since March of 2013 and would not want to be without it. It has kept up fairly well with the evolution of websites designs, with the various login methods of online accounts, and evolution of browsers and cellphone applications. Some automation features in RoboForm are not as smooth as one would like on some of the online accounts, but I've always been able to find an easy workaround with the various RoboForm features. I still find it to be my best option for managing my passwords and account logins.

Cannot get it to work on all browsers? Seem to cut out on some browsers and will not work at all on Firefox. Have been a customer for a very long time and happy with the overall program and have told others about it.

I have been using ROBOFORM for several years now, and I highly recommend it! I have tried other managers but have yet to find a better one. I especially like RoboformToGo, as it allows you to take your passwords with you to use if you are on a computer, or other devices, away from your own.

I have used RoboForm for a number of years now and I honestly cannot remember life before this software. No more pages of passwords, which could get soiled or lost, and I don't even have to constantly come up with creative passwords; RoboForm generates very creative PW, fills my forms and just generally makes surfing enjoyable. I have used RoboForm for many years and am extremely satisfied with it. As technology progressed and mobile apps superseded desktop software RoboForm was there offering its services on my tablets and phones. Besides being a great repository and password vault the password generator and identity features have ensured un-hackable passwords and saved countless hours of personal data entry across myriad forms. RoboForm is one of the first programs loaded whenever new hardware comes along. I would be lost on the Internet without it.

I have used RoboForm for at least 5 years and have always been completely satisfied with the way it saved my passwords and synced them to my other devices. It has been life saving because before I would lose my scraps of paper with my passwords.

Could be easier to use at times. You need to adapt it to cope with picking selected letters '1', '3', '4', '6' from your password/code for example. That is becoming for frequent. I think it would be good to have a 'cleanse facility' for passwords that have not been used in some time.

I have used RoboForm for more years than I can remember. I am not keeping track because this security system for all my passwords, notes, and bookmarks is the best. I floundered around before I had Roboform and was never comfortable. Now I am safe and secure online with all my devices. I would recommend this to my friends, loved ones, and anyone, and I have.

I have used RoboForm for several years with excellent results and easy to store my private data. RoboForm allows me to not only save passwords, but also lets me to store other information pertinent to the topic for each item.

RoboForm is so awesome and so easy to use. I feel comfortable as they make me feel safe AND I don't have to keep using my address book turned into password book for all the passwords I have. I would recommend RoboForm to all my friends and family.

The program works very well. Better than some others that I use. Not much else to say. The cost is reasonable, I have used it on several of my computers without any problems. It can also be easily changed if there are passwords you do not use anymore.

Been using RoboForm for a few years and it has performed very well. Would to have some custom fields but other than that I am well pleased with the program. Upgraded to this program from another that went out of business.

Once you learn the program it is easy to use. There are several shortcuts you can use. The program is fast and simple to install and update. The program can save you a lot of time with the autofill feature and it would be a good program to refer to a friend.

I have been a Robo Forms user for 20+ years. It has always served me well. I would always recommend it to anyone. It has saved me more than once. It can be very hard these days to keep up with password demand. With every website requiring registration.

I have had Robo Form for many decades and love it. With the new winds Explores and Mozilla though it doesn't fill the forms. I'm sure you are working on it so will be excited when the new upgrades come out.

I have found that once I was able to sort out the chaff from the hay that it was a good programme however I still have issues on certain which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, anyway nothing is perfect except possibly the person writing this review.

I started with this series of program many years ago and have found it reasonably consistent in its ease of use. I like that it's separate from any service I'm using for my internet. Having the data backed-up away from my computer has allowed me to get my access back when I've upgraded my computer.

I have been using RoboForm for over a decade now and it has been an absolute savior as I have far too many passwords and logins to remember. By using the program, I do not have to keep a running list by my computer of my login criteria which totally defeats the purpose of protecting information. All I have to do is remember one password. Moreover, I can change that password as frequently as I wish protecting the other passwords etc. I would recommend Roboform to everyone.

Have used RoboForm for years and love it. IT gets my highest recommendation. I started with the Free version, and it was soo good I Just got the pro version, and never looked back. You will not regret it, I promise.

I love RoboForm. I have been using it since the late 90's I think. It's not your fault but I did like the toolbar on the top. I have recommended it to several friends. I have it on my iPhone but can't figure out how to use it there.

It's great having to remember only 1 master password. I also appreciate RoboForm having its own browser. Very pleased with this product. I purchased a 5 year subscription and I intend to renew it. If you want a robust password manager, Roboform has it all over the free managers. Good Job Roboform.

I like RoboForm as I have many different passwords and cannot possibly remember them all. It is quick and also very secure to save all my passwords. It is also easy to update when you decice to update passwords. Also when I do update of a computer it updates all the computers in the house.

Have been using this for years. Keeps everything up to date and works well when I need it the most. Also am able to have this app on multiple platforms. Comes in real handy when you have a lot of information to fill out.

I recently bought an item on my phone and created an account. When I got to my computer I did not know the password but RoboForm filled it in. I would have had to use the forgotten password option otherwise. Thanks!

I have used this for years across multiple devices and it simply works. Simple to use and works across many platforms. Synchronised to RoboForm's server so your data is always available should a device fail or you lose it. Interfaces with all web browser I have tried.

I really love having the convenience of RoboForm's password manager. It is very secure and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I hope Roboform keeps criminals out. I had some that tried to use it at a different location and they stole my password using V2k voice to skull technology. It must be guarded.

RoboForm is a 3rd party password generator with a management platform that is so secure it actually equal to or better than Norton. Norton password manager does not shut off after you log in where-as Roboform will time out forcing you to re-login. I use both in my computers, Thumb Drives, and Android Smart Phone. Roboform protects you from KEY LOGGING data using a process that is just one click to enter a User ID/Password.

I've used RoboForm for years. It not only does it protect my passwords and keep them available for instant use, it also generates passwords that are always strong. I have it on all my computers and would recommend it without reservation to anyone.

Been using it for years. Great Program. Works Very Well. Will continue to use for many more years. Love that the program will generate a strong password and then store it for future use. Work ok with Chrome. Could be little easier to use with Chrome The way it work with Windows 10.

It just works! I have been using RoboForm for 15 years and it always works! Your passwords are in one safe place. It saves your passwords so that when you visit a site, you can enter them with a click.

Saves my brain remembering sites & passwords. Just a master password & a click, it's so simple. I don't use the Bookmarks/Favorites in the browsers as this saves all the problems of saving them when I have to reinstall or go to my other computers or phones. I recommend this as a must have for everyone.

Within the past few months, the program does not always identify the site and link the password. Sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. That then requires a visit to the appropriate login to copy and paste the password.

Excellent application, easy to use and secure. I use it everyday to keep my information secured. All my computer have this application and the best is that I can use it in all my computer without problem with the same information. I Strongly recommend use this wonderful application.

Great product. Love it. Frankly, I have no problems with this software. Never had any either. Used it for 10+ years. Price is reasonable. No incompatibilities with other software noticed. Tried quite a few similar programs with no better results.

Keeps all of my passwords secured in one place. I can have my passwords created by RoboForm without thinking of unique ones myself and also have the app on all of my devices. No longer recording my passwords in a notebook that I can easily lose or someone find and have access to my accounts.

You can’t protect yourself enough when online and RoboForm has been protecting me, my company and hundreds of my clients for nearly 20 years. I have never been hacked, change passwords regularly and create awesome passwords with just one click.

I have been using RoboForm for many years and am very happy with its performance. In the last year or two, there seems to have been some product divergence, for example RoboForm Everywhere vs. RoboForm. I am not totally clear on what product I purchased. If I have RoboForm Everywhere, how do I access it using my mobile phone or my laptop computer when I travel? In the meantime I am perfectly happy using the RoboForm installation that I have on my desktop computer.

I have been nothing but pleased throughout the time I have had RoboForm. I would recommend it to anyone. I have only just discovered the emergency access contact 'online' and have now set this up which gives me peace of mind in the event of my untimely demise! Morbid thought but at least my wife would then have access to my accounts and passwords.

A great product that keeps all my information in a safe place and extremely easy to access. Have been a user for nearly 15 years now. Have recommended it to many others. I haven't had much success with getting it to work on my phone. Will need to read up on it as that would be extremely helpful.

RoboForm is secure, user-friendly, and very reliable. I have been using RoboForm for over a decade and have been very impressed with it. It enhances my internet security in many ways: I no longer have to use the same password for many sites; I no longer have to maintain a list of passwords (that others could use) next to or near my computer; and I no longer need to use easy-to-guess passwords (that others could guess just as well). I currently have user names & passwords for about one hundred sites on RoboForm, so RoboForm saves me a lot of time and agony by filling in as a reliable memory for me. My own brain can't do that for me, so this service is priceless!

I've been using RoboForm for a number of years and have found nothing that works nearly as well. Seamless integration with my Apple products and great feature set. I've recommended it to friends and family and have never heard a bad review.

For some reason when I click on a website it will not open it anymore.. I have to enter the info. I have used RoboForm for 12 years or more and have always loved it until this year.. Please advise why I am having this problem.

I've been using RoboForm for almost 10 years. It's reliable, quick and with each new version it gets better and better. With the increased emphasis on password security the password generator in Roboform is particularly useful. I also like having the ability to access my account from a web browser when using a different computer and the Roboform app on a mobile device.

Sometime the RoboForm does not share. And I think Apple does it support it very well. I have had RoboForm for over 10 years and like it. Not crazy about having to password RoboForm on IBM for home. I know not the most secure but easy.

I like using RoboForm ever since I saw RoboForm in the top ten review. I like the new updates to the program. Before I had RoboForm life was like in the dark ages. It brought so much ease in to my life.

Wow! I've been a customer of RoboForm for years. Never had a support issue until today. As such, I was shocked to learn that direct support is a thing of the past. To Austin, my chat buddy... thanks for the deceptive response about auto-renew as it demonstrates how low RF has sunk. Your response to close the chat and the chat browser was petulant and childish. This abhorrent treatment is a poignant endorsement in favor of your competitors. Moreover, I wager that you will not understand why I will not renew in 2020.

I have been using Roboform for 7 years now, and I found it to be the best, easiest, and most user friendly Password and Auto Form-filling software I use...until now. I have over 800 (and counting) saved form templates on Roboform Everywhere that I have used every day over the years and have used them flawlessly for filling out web forms both for work and for personal use. I use these templates religiously every week constantly updating, making new ones and tweaking my forms depending on my needs. The past few weeks, I noticed something changing:

I haven’t used it for years and they’re making it impossible to cancel. They keep sending me links that don’t work. They just loop. I do not recommend them. I don’t even recall signing up for this charge. It’s very sneaky and you’ll be charged forever and give up trying as that’s what they seem to be doing to me.

I have used RoboForm everywhere for years and recently, due to a computer problem, purchase the new computer with Windows 10. Prior to this change, whenever I used RoboForm to go to a site, it automatically entered the password. But now it no longer does so and I have to go back to RoboForm to check with the password is, then go back to the site and enter the password myself. It's really quite irritating and I don't understand why it is happening. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer. I've always been tremendously impressed by the program and its support staff, so I hope you will fail me now. Thank you in advance.

Well well well here I am after 10 years of RoboForm usage and being a fan of RoboForm since I started using it first time. I have many more passwords managers but they all disappointed me. Some of those have less options or some do not work properly. But RoboForm is my favorite because there not even a single website for which it did not gave me save option. So the people who are complaining about sync, popups or whatever you guys need to learn about how to use it. If you cannot spend some time to learn to make your life easier then do not waste your time reading this. Even RoboForm is the first password manager I ever used with my laptop fingerprint scanner and it worked every time. I did not find that options years ago in any other password manager.

I have been calling RoboForm for support on a number of issues. Each time I call over the past SEVERAL weeks, I am told I am caller number one, sit on hold for about 18 minutes and then get told that because of heavy call volume that I must leave my number and some one will get back to me. I don't get the call backs... ever. If I am caller number one and can't get someone, and never get a call back on a product I have paid for, I am not impressed!

I am using RoboForm Version 7 for last so many years. I was very happy with it. Somehow I have moved to Version 8 and it is a very bad experience for me on MS Edge, Mozilla, Chrome. Every time window of RoboForm is popping up on the top right side. In case of MS Edge, if I leave my computer snoozed then RoboForm icon vanishes and I need to activate it again. Further RoboForm icon does not come in the bar like ver. 7. It is coming on one side. It does not catch automatically itself rather we need to find it. I am sure that RF must have done Beta testing before launching in the market. But sorry to say that Version 8 is bad. Now what my chances to go back to reinstall to Version 7. But I am reading here on this forum that file formats are different in RF Ver 7 and Ver 8. It means that I need to fill all forms manually. Or if someone from RoboForm can suggest me other alternatives.

I have had so many problems with this program. There are endless updates and every time I have to update, none of the passwords are maintained. I have to go through and redo them all. Today, I hired someone to help with my social media accounts and 3 out of 4 accounts had to be reset because the password that was showing on RoboForm was not right. It took us 40 minutes just to do that. So maddening... I have also called customer service repeatedly and rarely get a satisfactory resolution.

I have nothing but great things to say about Roboform. I read about it in a PC World magazine years ago, when password managers were a software class I didn't even know existed. It made so much sense, I tried it as a trial, and quickly subscribed. Haven't had, or worried about, a password breach since then - what can I say?

I have used RoboForm for a number of years. Until Version 8, everything worked fine. With the update of version 8, everything went wrong. Most insidious is a popup every thirty minutes reminding me to sync. I have tried everything to prevent this, including a complete uninstall-reinstall with Revo. Nothing is working. The online instructions to "turn off" the sync are useless, as the sync feature is not active. When I try to set the advanced account settings, I get an error message off the server saying my trial has expired. This is clearly a server issue and not my local install. I have also paid for this product for many years. I am so disgusted with the product that I am actively searching for a replacement product.

I have used RoboForm for years. I bought a license for version 7 and was perfectly happy with it. Then RoboForm decided to upgrade my account to version 8 and then to RoboForm Everywhere. I don't have an "Everywhere". I just have one computer. I was told to turn off the auto sync mode and I would be able to use version 8 for free. I turned it off and now I get a pop-up window appearing every couple of hours telling me to sync and turn the auto sync mode back on. Apparently I can't stop that. I told them I just wanted version 7 back but Ilya responded saying my license had been cancelled for security reasons. She didn't say what the "security reasons" were.

I have been using RoboForm since its inception (18+ years). The product has the features I need and performs well. Before RoboForm was ported to Mac OS, I tried 1Password concurrently for a brief period. Therefore, I cannot compare to any other password managers. In the end, I would and do recommend the product to friends and family.

I've had RoboForm for years. They were among the first to sell password maker and library keeper. Good product I have experienced no problems. Updates are on a regular basis. Updates are quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone interested in having a program to set up passwords and them keep a file of what was set up. Also I loved the ability to print out your list of the latest changes.

Your support Team is always trying to sell other Products. I want to talk to someone that speaks English. I like the program but not your support system. I give you only 2 stars until you get English!

This is a must have way of storing all the passwords used on the computer. It's a safe and secure way and negates the need to remember numerous passwords or write them down. It is very secure as it is protected by a master password for the whole system which if not known prevents access.

When sending a text message on my cellphone and, just as I went to send it, I saw that some content of my RoboForm Safe Notes had been attached. This content included my PayPal password. I had not opened RoboForm that day. I assume my phone had been hacked. RoboForm did not respond to my request for an explanation. So one star as RoboForm is not adequately secure.

Great service. Been using RoboForm for 18 years. It has never let me down. I tried LastPass and that it was too complicated to use. I have the better version of RoboForm. I have a lot of passwords in there.

I have been using RoboForm for almost as long as they have been in business and I have yet to have any of my passwords hacked, stolen etc. I would recommend this product to anyone whether they are on a PC, Android or Apple product. Just recently I started using the Sync feature (at an additional cost) which saves me from having to do file transfers on my own to the phone.

I find RoboForm indispensable, and easy to use, however since updating I am no longer able to access "editor" which is frustrating. I would recommend this app. I never have to remember a password and the app logs into sites for me.

I have used RoboForm both privately and business for many years which has been an incredible experience allowing the secure and convenient storage and use on numerous websites and also for secure storage of other information such as access codes for many areas. My one area of minor difficulty has been the navigation of the menus, both program and help some of which can be blamed on the operator but overall I highly recommend the program.

I've been a satisfied RoboForm customer, for the past half-decade or thereabouts. The system has always been "top notch." However, their; customer service, contact protocols, of late (and I've only needed them twice in past few years) has been deplorable. No matter which line one chooses, no one answers the phone. Messages left are not responded to. And, to add insult to injury, our IT person has told us that, for the past couple of years, others, like him - those in his line of work, are recommending to their client customers that they "steer clear" of RoboForm; not because system is doesn't function as advertised, but because their level of customer support has deteriorated markedly over the past 2 to 3 years.

I've been using the desktop version for so many years I can't remember how long it's been. It's nice that I can now use it on my phone as well. This is easily the best password manager that you can use. It will remember all your passwords identity information credit card and Bank information and anything else that you can think of.

Kin ** recommended this many years ago, and I have used it as my trusted password manager on all my various windows computers for the last maybe 20 years or so. 4 stars because it was slow to come up with a version that worked on Chrome, and sometimes, I still have to copy & paste info from RoboForm to the webpage. Some websites don't accept autofill, and I still have to type in the password I store in RoboForm.

I began using RoboForm when it was AI RoboForm before they changed it to RoboForm Everywhere. It is easy to use, integrates with all of the browsers I used AND my Windows applications so that I can easily enter usernames and passwords in them as well. It is secure, and I have never had experience with anyone obtaining my passwords from their server. It has app versions for my Android devices as well, which really pleased me as I never can remember passwords for websites when away from my home computer. The apps sync quickly and do not lose passcards when syncing with other devices. All in all, an excellent experience!

Have used RoboForm for many years and liked it. Since it was switched over to the "Everywhere" program I had problems. Was told I could still use program as I had previously but was bothered whenever I used my computer with messages from RoboForm about using the new program sync, etc. Finally just paid more money for new program so I wouldn't be bothered by reminders continuously... and the same reminders are popping up!

I have been using RoboForm for so long I forget when I started using it. Cannot live without it. Always reliable and secure. Easy to modify when changes are required. What else would you need when it's all already there for you. Keep up the good work guys.

I am 83 years old and having used for many years I have toted this program to all my friends and business associates. The concept of this program makes it a good as the fantastic support one gets over the years. I must admit changing computers gets me into difficulty at times. I get confused as to the version and run into many instances I get a disclaimer my free version has expired??? At present all is going well and thank you all for many years of Good Will.

I use RoboForm since... I don't remember, probably more than 10 years! I think is one of the best and flexible password manager (and not only), with releases for every platform I have (iMac desktop, Windows laptop, iPhone, iPad). And with the feature everywhere I'm always updated... everywhere!

I love RoboForm, knowing my passwords are safe and I do not have to remember all my passwords. I have been using RoboForm for many years and will continue to use them. I can take my RoboForm everywhere with me when I travel also. RoboForm is really easy to use and updates are easy to do.

Recently lost account password in device change, however still possess master password. Have been unable to access account and unable to access online support due to lack of account details, no support email available, no response to international calls to US HQ or return calls to messages left. Very frustrated with lack of support and being unable to access my account, with only option cited as deletion of files.

I have been using RoboForm for so many years I don't remember how many! I always loved the program and felt it was the very best out there until the latest update. I understand there are probably very good reasons for the change they made but I HATE that I now have to log in every time to pull up the toolbar to use it. Other than that, it is still the best one out there!

I use RoboForm already several years (I found in my files an order dated 13 Dec 2006). In the past I tried some other password programs, but every time I came back to RoboForm. I am very satisfied with RF and like to use it further. Thanks to the development staff for their great job done in the past (and the future I hope).

RoboForm is probably my most favorite piece of software I own. It is so easy to use and saves me so much time. Plus as I get older and with so many passwords I don't see how I could get along without it. I feel so much more secure online using RoboForm. It may be the reason I have not had security issues.

I have had RoboForm for over 5 years and have been very reliant on it. I cannot go without it, with all the numerous passwords to remember and filling in forms, this is such a blessing. I have got my family also to use it and they love it as well. The cost is minimal and I have not had any problems or hacking with it. It is something that everyone who goes on the internet should have. Wonderful product for the price you pay.

I have been a very happy RoboForm user for 15+ years. I have “leaked the secret” to many good friends who are as happy as I am. It is very user friendly, very secure, and makes managing (about150 - 200) passwords so simple. The proverbial caveman could do it, or even cavewoman.

I have used RoboForm now for many years, the first few years I used the free version as it allows saving up to 10 passwords then I switched to the regular version and have been a member for over 15 years now and would not use any other. It is safe, it is easy and I do not ever have to worry about hackers or security issues.

Everywhere I go I can't go without this Robo! On my smartphone, tablet, laptop. Or on the computers at home. I would be lost in cyberspace without... Thanks to the synchronisation I can log in wherever I go. It's so comfortable to know that I only need to know ONE password (and one 5digit key). All time favourite.

This is the best password tool that I have ever used. Updates are installed flawlessly and timely. Support is within 24 hours and they stay with you until problem solved. I would recommend this product to even the PC user that has little to no experience.

Recently I moved to version 8, but since then I experience it as a disadvantage compared with version 7 that two different Windows profiles cannot really synchronise. The reason is that after synchronisation all profiles will have the same layout of RoboForm as the one who has synchronised as last one. The RoboForm Service Desk has recommended to switch of the synchronisation of the other account, but this is not a practical solution. The other account also wants to be capable to synchronise. Although RoboForm is a very handy package this is not a good development.

Have used RoboForm a number of years but have increasing problems: 1) Identifying and loading new identities with required passwords, 2) Inconsistent functioning -- works sometimes, not so well other times, 3) Each upgrade produces more problems. Other programs are on the market. Has the time come for me to change?

I love RoboForm and use it on my desktop, notebook, and cell phone. I have hundreds of different passwords, each associated with different websites, that I could not possibly remember. I add notes to some of the RoboForm logins to help me remember security questions. I have recommended RoboForm to lots of friends.

I appreciate being able to use it over different platforms (cell, tablet, computer), different locations (home, work), both with cloud access and without (no internet connection). I also really appreciate the level of encryption to help keep my passwords safe. Would appreciate option to "time & date stamp" updates to passwords, to help keep a running data set of what recent passwords used for a site are, and when it was last changed/updated.

I have been with RoboForm for a great number of years and have always been impressed with the technical staff. They communicate quickly and give clear instructions on how to resolve any problem. If anyone asked for a recommendation I would not hesitate in doing so.

I feel there are too many updates and sometimes it is confusing which update is the one for me. There needs to be more layperson thinking, not tech head. Also it would be nice to talk to a human instead of emails back and forth which stretches out the resolution of the problem. I'm glad RoboForm works in Edge now.

RoboForm has helped me stay organized and I can always easily find my usernames and passwords plus the extreme ease of auto filling my forms. I can't say enough good things about RoboForm! I have been using RoboForm for password management for several years and give the program a 5 star rating. It has worked great for me all these years and I plan on it being a part of my computer use far into the future. Usernames and passwords are difficult to remember to say the least. RoboForm makes this problem a thing of the past. Hats off to RoboForm.

Since I have so many internet accounts and they each need strong password, the only way I like to keep track is RoboForm Free. With RoboForm Free I only have to remember three passwords, one for RoboForm and two for computer access. The features of RoboForm Everywhere are not important in my situation.

I've been using RoboForm for too many years to count and love it! It's been faithfully upgraded when prompted. That is, UNTIL NOW! I upgraded to Ver 8 and find that in order to use the name of another household member, I'd have to sign in with a different RoboForm account. It's a waste of time for me to do that. I always use different names depending on who the purchase is for, or whose subscription it is, for example. So, sorry RoboForm. I'm sticking with Ver 7.9 as long as possible, or going somewhere else if I have to.
