I’ve been with many home insurance but Lemonade insurance is the most helpful and easy to use interface that connects you to a claim agent. They are very responsive and is very helpful in times of needs. I will recommend lemonade to all my friends and family.

I submitted my claim on a Monday and I heard from someone by the afternoon!! They sent an adjuster the next day and approved everything in only two days!! Then deposited payment after 24 hours from approval!! Love Lemonade and their customer service.

Had a foundation leak that also seeped thru the foundation and into the surface floor. Jeremy was very helpful with the claim and set up the appt with the adjuster and also explained in detail how the issues were paid. Thank you, Jeremy!

I was faced with damage to my fence from a terrible wind storm. I followed the app to file my claim and it was simple. I was able to take pictures and submit them right through the app which I thought was convenient. They did have to send someone else out a couple days later but that was fine. After about a week or so everything was approved and was able to get my fence fixed. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The entire process was smooth and the updates on progress were sent timely. All did a fantastic job. In particular, the customer service representatives were extremely friendly and genuine about wanting to help move my claim along. Also, the connect to the Team One Adjusters was seamless and allowed their person to meet with my roofer and ensure all items were take care of.

Jeremy was attentive with the claim and understood the process well. He explained the process well. I had several questions on the claim, but he was very capable of navigating me through the whole process. I am very happy with the outcome. The problem did give me a headache, but I am happy with the end result.

I recently had a water leak develop during a wind/rain storm. I filed a claim and immediately called a roofing company during a break in the weather. The adjuster showed up right at the end of my repairs. I followed up by repairing the ceiling and painted the place. By the time the claim check arrived, the paint was not even dry. I was never so surprised with the promptness and generous amount of the claim. WELL DONE Lemonade.

I had just moved into my house, lived here about 3 months when we had a water leak that damaged our 2nd floor bathroom and 1st floor ceiling. Lemonade was on it from the getgo and very easy to contact/communicate with end to end. I was paid very quickly to get my home back up and running fast. They also worked with my contractor to ensure I got paid the right amount. This is an honest by the book company and I cannot be happier. You've got a customer for life!

Best insurance ever - please add cars in Colorado and make life insurance editable and you'll take over the world. It's so easy and affordable and without all the stupid annoying sales calls that my car insurance agent annoys me with weekly.

I had an unfortunate water pipe leak. I reached out to Lemonade to determine coverage on my policy. Ben mostly helped me along the way. The process was simple and effortless. Ben was with me through the whole process and I supplied many pictures before, during and following the process. It was a great experience.

Lemonade made my claim process extremely easy. With the stress of my home being damaged the last thing I needed was the hassle from an insurance company. Lemonade was extremely efficient and timely with scheduling inspections and the whole process. The agents that I spoke with were also extremely professional and easy to talk to. My contractor was a little skeptical when I told him I had Lemonade insurance but by the time the job was complete, he stated Lemonade was one of the best insurance companies he has ever worked with. I rate Lemonade a perfect 10/10 in every aspect.

Lemonade adjuster came quickly. Did very thorough inspection with measurements and pictures. She was friendly and timely. We received payment for the damage less deductible and depreciation within days, which will certainly help us replace the roof. Very happy with Lemonade.

Overall have been very pleased with Lemonade when we had a plumbing issue at a mountain home. The app has a very smooth UI and UX, and the automated chat and email communication were executed well. Would definitely recommend Lemonade if you're looking for a more modern, tech-oriented insurance company. Once our claim was processed, Bryan was very professional and Lemonade covered all of our expenses (after our deductible) including plumber fees, damage mitigation, and septic tank specialist fees. The agents are extremely quick to respond. They could teach classes in customer service! I wish every company that serves people could have employees like Lemonade!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Our house drain backed up and sewer water flooded some of our basement. Lemonade sent a claims adjuster over in a reasonable time frame to assess the damage which included removing and replacing drywall, carpet, and decontaminating and drying the floor. Lemonade approved the claim and got the money over to us quickly.

I want to thank Lemonade for giving me a new roof. This Company is straight forward and they don't play with customers money. Others keep all our money for very high profit. I like Lemonade for giving money to charity instead keeping all the profit. All my family will drop their companies to Lemonade insurance. If you do business with them you will not be disappointed. I submitted a claim after my roof was damaged by a severe hail storm. The submission was smooth and easy. Lemonade responded immediately and provided instructions for the next steps. All the process was straight and clear. I had a few questions - they were answered rapidly and in detail. Great experience.

I have been going back and forth for weeks and weeks about my claim. I am promised via email that there is a resolution "in the next day or so" then a week goes by. Nobody follows up with me. I talked to my rep who admitted the claim did not accurately reflect the work needed. Then he disappeared again. Then a new agent came in and close the claim. I have supplied documentation multiple times and now I can't get someone on the phone or to respond to my emails. This has been a terribly stressful and expensive mistake in choosing Lemonade. I am already shopping for new insurance since this really feels like I am being scammed. I called to talk to a supervisor and I was told it's the same person who is not responding to my emails.

The Lemonade insurance team were quick to respond to my claim, provided me with details as to what they needed to finalize their decision, and worked with me at every step to make sure that resolution to the claim was done quickly. Let's face it, nobody gets excited to kick off an insurance claim. After dealing with the home issue itself, the last thing I wanted to do was spend time on the claim. Jeremy made the process as painless as possible! I submitted the information, quickly was able to get an adjuster on-site and was able to use my own contractor! I had put in a claim for roof damage, on 16 Feb. 22, I spoke w/ Brittany from the claims team and she got the process going, everything happened so fast. There was only to three email messages between Brittany and I, the last one stated that the check would be in my account 2 to 3 business days, when I awoke the following morning the money for the roof replacement was deposited already. Wow. I was still in phase one of this ordeal and these folks were closing the claim. Now that's the best customer service I've ever had!! Very professional, courteous, genuinely caring and very very expeditiously completed the whole process from initial contact to check deposit was less than 7 days. Your Customer service should be the benchmark for all insurance companies.

Lemonade is the only insurance product that’s ever actually saved me money (or at least offset cost) when bad things happen. Filed a water damage claim late last month and the process was super simple on the app. Lemonade got back to me quickly and made the rest of the process nice and easy. Simple instructions on what information was needed. After everything was sent over on my part, the claim was approved and funds were dispersed quickly. Desiree was a wonderful communicator from beginning to end about the process (this was our first time ever filing a claim like this and she went above and beyond to make us comfortable during an alarming time). She was extremely knowledgable and managed steps directly with our contractors to take the additional burden off our plate. As important, Desiree had a great spirit and was really kind/pleasant to work with.

When I heard Lemonade is app based and offers new low rates insurance I was thrilled to sign up, process was easy and everything was done on your phone. Great! No talking to agents. No old websites to deal with. Things sometimes are too good to be true, 1 year after they raised my price by about 30% which I was still ok with, and 2.5 years later I Had a leak and needed their services. Oh God! Terrible to deal with. They refused to put me in a different property (living In construction) because it’s the kitchen and I can order food, my adjuster paid 60% of my food receipts saying I was eating too much (I eat more 'cause it’s free smh), and finally, $225 for 2 months laundry she refused to pay, she said “why didn’t you go to parents' or cousin's house to do your laundry”. They paid half the project and I paid the rest out of pocket. I could write a 5 page essay, stay away! Pay a bit more go with a different insurance. Lesson learned.

Lemonade claim department is very efficient. I have filed two claims and both of them we were resolved very quickly and without any hassle. Review process is quite easy. Just file claim through mobile app and send pictures and it took just two weeks to process the claim.

We had our roof replaced after a hail storm and Lemonade was easy to work with, responded quickly to all questions, and the coverage allowed us to take care of the project, even with skyrocketing costs during COVID. As long as our premiums don't jump up due to making a claim, we'll be extremely happy to stay with Lemonade while we own this home!

November 18th 2021 we had a water leak and field a claim on the 19th. Since then we have had a water mitigation company come and rip apart or kitchen and dry it out. The water mitigation company still has not been paid for its services and continues to harass me with emails and lien letters. I have forwarded all these demands to Lemonade. December 12th 2021 I received a damage estimate from Team One Adjusting Services, LLC working on behalf of Lemonade for $10,730.73 Jan 18th 2022 I submitted my contractors estimate of Kitchen Damage repair $48,723.00 It has been over 3 months since the water damage occurred and our kitchen is still torn apart. We can not fully use the kitchen. Please provide water mitigation payment and a detailed update for the discrepancy between the damage repair estimates.

I initially signed up for Lemonade because I believed in the idea of insurance free of conflict-of-interest. But now I'm staying and telling all of my friends because of the incredible customer experience. Responses from the Lemonade team were prompt and considerate; I felt valued and empathized with during what would have otherwise been a very difficult time.

The whole process was super easy and fast. Once the repairs were done they took care of the rest. I literally have to do nothing. The customer service was excellent. It was extremely helpful, especially I was doing it for the first time. I would highly recommend.

On our way back from our New Year's vacation in another state, we were horrified to learn from our neighbors that their tree had shed a branch due to strong winds, and had hit our electrical system. We would technically be going home to a place with no power. When I reached out to Lemonade, they immediately helped us out with providing finances to say in a hotel room, so we wouldn't be caught in unfortunate circumstances. When the hurricane rolled through I noticed a leak in my house. I literally sat on the kitchen floor and cried for 2 hours but little did I know I would have this angel named Desiree from Lemonade to help me get through this very stressful time. I have never seen someone go out of their way as much as she did to make sure I was taken care of. After some contractors didn't show up to help she quickly found someone else that could. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bought my house in late 2019 and went with Lemonade for the relatively low cost and because it is a certified B corp that donates excess funds to good causes rather than taking it for profit. Just filed my first claim this year (late 2021). A guest walked straight into a closed sliding glass door and broke it in the process (luckily they weren’t hurt, besides their ego).

Our boiler pipes burst and flooded our basement causing a lot of damage. While it took a drop longer than we expected, Lemonade came through big time with our claim- in fact, we got even more money than we were expecting!

This was the first claim ever for my home insurance. The whole process was unknown initially but learned as it went. Ashley was a good listener and communicator along the process. The coverage was excellent and overall experience was great. One area of improvement should be calling by extension often responded back with "there is no such extension". The system message is very confusing and sounds like it happens when Ashley didn't check in or something. If phone isn't available, I wish I got the proper reply from my email.

It took about 1 month to get updates on my claim to even know what was going on after the assessor came out to review our property. I had to hunt people down to find out what was happening. However, once they got back to me everything moved very fast. Clarissa was very helpful with answering all of my questions during and after the work was done. We had a very positive experience following damage from Hurricane Ida that led to sewer back up. While the process wasn't quick given the volume of claims at the time, Phillip and the team were communicative and courteous throughout. It was easy to get in touch with people for questions, and they were clear about what information was needed and submitting it was easy. And the end result was fair given our policy coverage.

I recently had a plumbing issue and reached out to you guys for help. Everything started off well and was moving along smoothly. When it was time for me to receive payment for work there was a delay. I’m still waiting on a payment to this day and the claim is closed. Not only did I call but I email several times and wouldn’t get a answer or response. I had to request a manager to call because I couldn’t get in contact with Bobbe. The customer service I received was unacceptable and as I mention earlier the work in my home is not done. I will be shopping around for new homeowners coverage and would not recommend you guys to anyone.

Bobbe was able inform me what to expect of the process. I had been confused about what a pack out was and living expense. I was told how to move forward and to make sure that the contractor had a work warranty, something I did not know about. I appreciated the patience used in the process.

Claim was smooth and easy. Everything well good. Viviane helped throughout the process. Even though the claim took like 3 months. I guess every insurance company was busy with number of claims. So I can't blame Lemonade for that. Other than that everything else was just fine and I would absolutely recommend Lemonade as they are easy to use and also cheaper compared to other insurances.

Due to a malfunction of our sump pump, we had water leak into our basement requiring a full remediation. We had a water back up plan in our insurance policy and therefore it was fully covered by Lemonade. The process was very easy and quickly resolved. At first Lemonade denied my claim based upon my roof is too old to cover. That made me mad. Then I resubmitted my claim and my roofer actually helped me by talking to the adjuster and I was approved. I don't think I got enough from my claim but that is another issue. I also think it's ironic that extra money gets donated to charities, which is nice, but what about my roof??!

Though we got off to a rocky start with some delays, ultimately my Representative Christina did a great job. This was a very long process between contractors, many repairs and awaiting word from Lemonade - but it was handled. We did not expect it to take this long, but it was a slab leak and we’ve learned that it’s naturally going to take long. Again, all was ultimately handled by Christina and we’re so glad to be home. We had Lemonade for a few years while we were renting and when we bought a Condo, we continued our policy because the process was so easy. A couple years in, we had a minor fire in our kitchen. Take pictures of damage to start the claim. From there it moves to emails. Adjuster came out quickly. Pick a roofer that can work well with insurance for an extra smooth experience.

I like Lemonade and the app based insurance was easy to sign up for. I felt like it was a fair price, and submitting a claim was relatively straightforward. I was a part of the winter storm in Texas so ended up having a pretty significant claim. The agents were understandably overwhelmed with the amount of claims but it was difficult to get ahold of someone (almost all communication is via email at the beginning of a claim) when I had questions. My experience was relatively positive but there were a couple of situations where they were clearly trying to get out of paying me what was due in my policy. The biggest hurdle was regarding loss of use funds, where Lemonade was not happy with how much a temporary apartment I found was going to cost.

I would recommend Lemonade because, excellent customer relationship, respond to customer promptly, kind and friendly agent (Vienna). Concern about the client claim status to get it resolved asap. Every step of the way of the claim is being done online and this makes it so easy from start to the end.

We had to make a claim after the big freeze that hit Texas for our home. Pipes in our garage attic had burst, damaging the ceiling of the garage and of the (adjacent) dining room.
