Insureon's agent was easy to work with and responsive, and the price was decent. I requested an estimate and their rep contacted me. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me a couple more emails. And then, I signed up when I had the money. I hope I would never have to use it.

I did an online search and I was able to find what I wanted, and Insureon was able to serve me quickly. We had a specific product and limit of coverage so there was no reason to talk about all the different insurance products. Their reps are courteous and friendly. We got whatever we wanted and I'm happy with that. When it is time to renew, I will go through them only.

I went and took an online quote and Insureon was the one who was quoted. Then, I called the rep and I liked the way they handled my case. The reps were good. At first, they were giving us some guidance about which one I should go with. The only thing I noticed is the rep changes every time I try to renew and I want to deal with one person. But I've been with them close to two years now and so far, it's been good.

We've been using Insureon for years for various businesses. At one point, we had a little challenge with the transition. A former representative was no longer there, and that transition didn't go smoothly. We had to proactively reach out a few times. But all in all, the interaction itself has always been good.

I recently went back to them and they referred me to a different company. I explained to them my need and they stepped up to the plate with the solution, which is all I could ever ask anybody to do. If I need a certificate of coverage, they're very eager to add the newest contractor that I'm working with and provide the certificate of coverage. Also, when I call them, they had the answers and they're dependable. Every time I reach out to them, they help me with whatever issue that I have at hand and that's what I look for.

I went online and searched on Google for insurance companies. I did several comparisons among them and went with Insureon mostly because of the price. I have a small operation so I have a really basic policy but there is a sense of having some confidence knowing that you're insured. Also, they've been really helpful and I haven't had any problems.

Insureon was the cheapest for what I needed and they could do everything online, so I don't have to deal with offices. I got it three and a half years ago and it has worked really well for me. They went over the rules in the policy and sent me a full description. They told me if I had any questions, I could feel free to ask them and they'd answer, so I was very happy with that. I've been expanding my business and adding more things to what I do, so it's helpful that I just add items and then they are able to add on additional sites and give me more coverage as I needed it.

The online process was easy. Working with the individual agent was great; very friendly and helpful. However, I was not able to actually purchase insurance for our new business since my business partner had previously filed for a personal bankruptcy. So, Insureon was great to work with but I have to give a low rating because I could not actually get insurance due to overly restrictive requirements. Not qualify for Coverage. When I was offered the insurance, it was for unemployment protection. No one said it had conditions. Now that I am unemployed, your policy does not to cover me. Why have the insurance!!?

I do my payroll with Wells Fargo and asked them about insurance and that’s how I got in touch with Robin at Insureon. She currently works more than the normal eight-hour day as she would return emails on weekends and in the evening, even though I didn’t expect her to. I knew very little about business insurance, so this is all new to me and she was very helpful in getting me through the process. I just copied the insurance requirements out of my subcontracting agreement with the prime I work for and mailed it to her. She put together a great package for me and was able to cover everything. So my overall experience was very positive and it doesn’t get much better than that.

We were able to purchase a competitive policy for our Workers' Compensation insurance through Insureon. The website was quirky and many of the details entered initially had to be provided again when the process got more official with actual providers. Our Insureon representative was very polite and helpful. The disappointing part came when we applied to move our general insurance coverage to them. After answering an enormous amount of questions in detail we were told that none of the companies they represent would take our business simply because we have one vacant property in our portfolio that was slated for demolition as part of a development project. Insureon offered faster insurance for tech companies, especially tech consulting companies, and I was going through agencies. The city that I operate out of was more on manual process, and I like the way tech insurance has a lot of the information available on a portal for me and the process was quicker. Also, getting a quote from them was easier and the carriers that they work with are pretty flexible. The first representative I worked with came up with multiple options when I requested for a quote. However, when I requested for quotes from the second representative that I worked with, I got quotes from one company first and then there was another company. It caused a delay for me in terms of getting the quote and getting my contract signed with another company.

I cannot get a hold of the company at all. They constantly transfer me. All I want to do is make a payment on my account to keep the policy in force. They never have anyone who can help me. I've called 10 times in 3 days and still no one is ever available. If you care about your business, then avoid this company like the plague.

I had a good experience with Insureon in the past. This time, they have a responsive personnel and a useful website with good information and good status as to the process of where things were. I’ve been working mostly with a lady named Robyn. She has been very helpful and gave a lot of good best practices. She has a lot of experience and was able to guide me to the right place where I needed to be. It’s all been positive and I’m considering some additional insurance with Insureon for a different business.

I was searching for business insurance online and I came across Insureon. Once I did the application, it was fairly easy and quick and I got insured right away. Then I went back with them this year. Their representatives have been good. I got my certificate and everything was good to go, then I got an email saying that I was gonna be cancelled within five days if I didn’t show them proof of my last insurance. I needed to contact my other insurance company to have them fax me something to show them that I’ve never had a claim. I still haven’t done it because the insurance company I went through last year doesn’t do anymore and so I’m having a hard time getting a hold of the lady. It should have been explained to me that I needed to do that before I was all set up and ready to get out of town and get to work. That was the only issue and everything was taken care of. I got my quotes pretty quick and they were on top of it to get me going. Everything has been good.

I found your service to be problematic by being passed between too many hands and not being handled by only one agent. Possibly being signs of inexperience by that agent. Now recently I have been billed a monthly payment for my policy which is paid in full. Please explain that one.

We were looking for insurance and Insureon had the best quote and cheap downpayment. Their reps were very helpful and awesome. They take care of us every time we call. If anything happens, if we’re waiting on checks to come through and one doesn’t go, they’re cool about it. It has only happened a couple of times but we’re a small business and it makes it pretty good on us. Insureon has done what we expected and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Actually, our insurance went down this year.

I'm getting good service from Insureon. I initially signed up with them a couple of years ago and this time, with the recent stuff I've done with them, I get great email responses and things get done well and quickly. The rep from Insureon was very knowledgeable. She educated me on some steps that over the years I've never even heard of. The quote that I received was very low, and I appreciated that she walked me through the process. Their customer service is the reason I went with Insureon. With Insureon, I have peace of mind and I like that there was a flexible monthly payment with them. So far, my experience with them has been good.

Previously I had Errors and Omissions Insurance through a provider. I went to Insureon and they came up with the same provider information at a lower rate. I contacted our original provider and told them of the lower rate being offered by Insureon, but they said they can't do anything with their deal. So I went back to Insureon and took up their offer, and I'm happy that I'm saving money.

The company who issued my insurance seemed to be very inconsistent and unprofessional. I had to fill out my paperwork several times due to their errors. I almost cancelled and would have if it were not for Angie. She is very special, professional, humble, and took care of me to the first fullest.
