Jason ** with Insureon started off our very first conversation with not one, but two blatant and obvious lies. First, he messaged me the next day claiming that I had "Caught him after hours" the day before (I contacted him at 3:34 p.m., they close at 5:30 p.m.). Second, he said that I was "required" to purchase a General liability policy along with the Workers Compensation policy that I needed. I hold my G.L. through another company that I have been with for years and am very happy with. G.L. and W.C. are completely separate forms of insurance, and in no state is it required to purchase them together. For a provider to claim that it is required is dishonest AND illegal. Jason should be fired immediately. Honesty is always the best policy, and he is a bold-faced LIAR!!!!

Jason ** is seriously amazing!! I can honestly say that in all my years of getting any kind of commercial auto or commercial insurance it’s always been a hassle I never looked forward to dealing with!! But Jason was a godsend. Not only did he answer all my questions, he got me all new policies with COIs within hours!! He was always just a text away and always prompt. Where my other insurers would take days to get me COIs! If you’re looking for new insurance I would recommend Jason over and over again!

Early in the process, it seemed promising....after filling out my company information and being transferred to a partner, the partner couldn't insure me...then transferred back...then to another partner, who couldn't insure me because I have one part time employee in AL and they don't do AL, even tho I told them I only need Florida...they told me WC covers all employees and you can't go state by state and had me pull my payroll for each state...90 minutes and nothing but wasted time. If Insureon can't send you to someone that can insure you, why do they ask questions and get in the middle of something they are only complicating.

Please update your internal database regarding my automatic renewals with Hiscox insurance for GLI. Brandon sent me an email that my PLI policy expired on 04 Aug 2021, which is not correct in two ways. First, Insureon does not have my PLI (E&O) policy. Second, my policy did not expire per Hiscox. Please update your internal databases so I do not get these annoying emails each year. Every time a new person takes over, I seem to get the same incorrect emails from Insureon. Thank you for your input and assistance in this matter. I would appreciate an email response to confirm when this have been permanently corrected internally at Insureon.

When I saw the Insureon site which says "Answer a few questions. Compare personalized quotes." I immediately thought, "ok cool this is like Progressive but for business insurance". Boy was I wrong. Instead I spent 10 minutes filling out a fairly extensive list of questions about my business only to be called the next day by a representative that proceeded to tediously confirm all contact information I had given and then transfer me to a partner company. Not a great start, doing this over a call vs having a website that just shows you the options is certainly not what I would prefer, but hey they picked a great partner based on all the info I entered right?
The new agent then proceeded to ask me ALL OF THE SAME QUESTIONS I HAD ENTERED ON THE WEBSITE FORM. Seriously? What was the point of entering all that if it's not transferred along. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE VIA EMAIL instead of me sitting on what turned out to be a 15 minute phone call just for the agent to inform me that "sorry we don't have a carrier that can provide coverage for you". Great you could have looked over my form submission and figured that out in 1 minute. "Answer a few questions. Compare personalized quotes." There were LOTS of questions, not a few. I did not get anything resembling a personalized quote. I was transferred to a particular company instead of being shown something that I could compare. So they lied about every promise they make on their site.

One of my friends started his own firm a couple of years back. He used Insureon and he recommended me to use them as well. They were pretty good. They were pretty responsive and timely. They were always helpful. But the website itself could be improved. In my case, whenever I log in, it shows three different applications. There’s three buttons for the same firm name. When I click one of the firm names, it takes me to finish an application. If I click another one, it takes me to a different page. If I click the third one, that’s when it shows all the proof of insurance documents.

Insureon is affordable and it's really good dealing with their customer service. They communicate really well and they send email notifications of everything.

Insureon looked like a good deal and it looked pretty easy. I can have the money go out every month and not worry about paying it. Their reps are right on point and they know exactly what they’re talking about. They tried to tell me everything. Then if somebody didn’t know what they were looking for, they would find out by asking. They’ve all been good. I got Insureon for peace of mind. I know that I'm covered and that everything is fine.

Insureon was the only company that would do insurance for the type of business I have. I interacted with one of their reps and it was good. The guidance given to me was helpful appropriate for the questions I asked. They did a good job of getting the type of insurance I asked for and they were quick on responses. It has been a good experience with them.

I was looking for general liability insurance and I happened to find Insureon on the internet. A month after I took out the policy, I canceled the policy. The policy was 800 and some dollars and they had a non-refundable like 200 something upfront, and it was fine. But as soon as I've got another quote, I realized that their price is about $600 higher than the other guys. I went to Chubb and that's where my account is now.
Cancelling was kinda difficult. The agent ran me around for about 30 days trying to get the right paperwork signed. But overall, I went through the process and it got canceled. And they sent my refund check in the mail about a month later or so. There was at least $250 off the top of it because that was a nonrefundable. It seemed like a kind of a racket because what they wanted for the nonrefundable was what Chubb wanted for the entire year. I kinda felt like Insureon was ripping me off after I found out another price. $600 and some dollars a year is a big deal for a business owner. Every penny counts.

We were looking for professional liability and when we Googled, Insureon was the first that came up. We accessed our business insurance provider, Hiscox, through them, and we were very happy with our experience. We're insurance agents and working with Insureon was quite easy and quick.

Insureon was recommended to me by an agency I was working with. I actually checked for a quote with Allstate also, and Insureon crushed their rates. It was so much cheaper. All my interactions with them has been online and their website was easy to work with in terms of getting a certificate of insurance. I've had them for about 8 months already.

We looked at whatever that was available online, and Insureon seemed to be able to provide us the kind of insurance that we needed. We got our insurance and we’re fine. It’s been as expected. The representative was very helpful and quick to respond. She also got whatever that we needed done quickly.

I’m a contractor and I needed the cheapest, affordable insurance. I was looking for the best that offered the most for what I’m paying and I got Insureon. Their representatives were great and everyone was helpful until they stopped covering me when the payment wasn’t going through. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody and since I had no one to fix the problems I had, I didn’t have coverage for more than a couple of months. So, it’s not great service. To get my money and to get a deal, at first, that was great. But then afterwards, customer service is completely lacking.

Insureon was a very horrible company and I won't do business with them anymore. Their customer service was really bad. I had to contact them to help me with some other insurance and tried at least 10 times to get in touch with them, but no one responded.

Insureon had a nice website and its user-friendliness was real good. Everybody I talked to was real nice. I knew what I wanted and they may have wanted to do adjustments, but they were helpful. Everything has been smooth. Now I have insurance that covers my business the way that it should.

Sometimes I've had to take the vendors' policy and I call Holly up. I ask and she says that they don't do vendors' policy and tells me the people I need to talk to, guiding me in the right direction. Insureon may not do exactly everything and anything, but they have answers for me and they're very honest and upfront. They are very productive and to my budget.

Our experience with Insureon has been good. I get in touch with them whenever I have a problem and they've been easy to get a hold of. I have a company and I needed the certificate of insurance for my client, so I have taken insurance from them. As of now, I still haven't claimed anything. I just know that my company is insured. I have a security in my mind that my company is covered. And whenever I need them for anything, they are available on the phone on the particular business hours. So far, they've been very helpful and things have been going smoothly.

I'm not sure what they are like for bigger companies but for small companies they are the absolute worst! It is virtually impossible to reach anyone. They do not respond to emails, they do not call back, and they do not answer their phone or look at their voicemails. I'm not blaming the employee either... this is probably due to the fact that the company gives their employees too many business accounts to manage for small business insurance. That is not fair to me the customer and that is not fair to their employees!!! No wonder I have a new agent every other week...It prob sucks to work there!
