I was involved in an auto accident on November 11,2009. My involvement in this accident was sitting at a stop sign when I was T-Boned by Mr. Burrows, who insurance company is Fred Loya Insurance. My car is driveable; however, my doors are bent outward which means it cannot be driven in the rain as water will penetrate into my vehicle. They said it is my responsibility to protect my vehicle from water damage, there is no way possible to cover this damaged area without making my vehicle safe to drive in the rain. I have a 2010 Ford explorer Sport Trac. The door frame is edged with the roof line and covering this area with any protective object would be considered unsafe! It has been Ten(10)days since this claim has been filed and yet no action on
