I have a gentleman from Terminix come every 3 months and the last time he was here was September. He's a lovely gentleman who has been coming here for many years and I'm very satisfied with his work. He's very thorough and does exactly what he's supposed to do. Also, whenever I call to set up an appointment, the representatives are very courteous and charming.

I can’t remember the last time Terminix came over to our house, but I know that they always do a good job inside and out. I’ve never had any difficulty with them whatsoever. They took care of my bees last summer, and I’ve been very pleased with the service. They would call and say when they’re coming, and they come over when I’m at home. Every now and then, we’d have a bug show up. If we have a couple of them, we call Terminix and they come over and take care of it. The technicians are beneficial, and if I have questions, they answer them. I guess the biggest highlight in my experience with them is when they got rid of the bugs. I think they were yellow jackets. They had a hard time like me, but they were able to get rid of them.

Our technician is always timely and completes his job in a very friendly manner. He does a very thorough and complete job. When we do have a problem, he always resolves the problem.

The service technician was right on time. He was very nice and performed a thorough inspection of my house. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything’s been okay with Terminix and I’d recommend them.

My service technicians are very thorough and detailed. They always go through every room and make sure to get in the cracks for any unwanted bugs!

I have no complaints with Terminix. They schedule the appointment unless I need them to come out and then I call them. They were within the time-frame they gave me. Their staff were very personable people and it was positive dealing with them. I'm satisfied with their service and would recommend them.

Terminix schedules their visit to us automatically, 4 times a year. Since their service, we now have a low pest activity. It's always taken care of and we really don't have an issue. If I see anything then I can give them a call and the technician will come back out and do his job. The technician is great, quick. I trust him and I really like him.

My most recent experience with Terminix was good. I have no complaints. I don’t have to schedule the service because we have the contract, so they come every month. The technicians they send are nice. If there’s a problem, they let me know what it is and what they’re going to do. Whether they spray outside or inside, they always tell me. The weather is changing and you hardly see any bugs. My experience with Terminix is always good. I would recommend them.

Everything is doing okay with Terminix. We don’t have any gripes as the job is done. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Our service with Terminix has been hit or miss, but since we got Warren, it’s been very good. We have him every time now and we really like him.

Terminix is a good company and I'm pleased with them. They call and let me know when they're coming and they've always done what they said they'd do. Technicians have been pleasant and nice. One of them is very friendly. If I'm here, he'll talk to me. There hasn't been any pest activity since the last service. Terminix does my bugs, pests and all of that ironed.

We've had problems with gnats outside in the past and Terminix has done great to take care of that. Normally, their technicians check and spray everything and it's great. They come earlier in the morning so we don't have any customers yet but it was a different guy this time and I asked him, "Aren't you going to spray?" He told me that he wasn't going to spray because it freaks out customers. He just came for a routine visit, looked at everything and didn't spray anything.

Our service technician has been servicing our property for several years and he is consistently on time. Works diligently to take care of our property, and is always friendly and engages in conversation while getting his work done.

I’m very happy with Terminix. If I wasn’t, I would stop taking it. I don’t have any pests. If I do, I’d call them.

Terminix comes to our home every so often to do a routine spray. I haven’t spoken to anybody over the phone, but there is a technician who comes over. She is professional and knowledgeable. I’ve known her for several years. I don’t do much inside the house, it’s mostly outside. I’m having a problem with fleas. I didn’t use to have a problem with them. I treat my cats and dogs but they keep getting them somewhere. Terminix has been using the granules lately instead of the spray. I’ve recommended them a bunch of times and I still would.

Terminix were here a short time ago and took care of our ant problem. My experience with scheduling it and interacting with the representative was very good. They’ve been there when they’re supposed to be and we don’t have no termites. I would recommend to anybody.

Terminix does a quarterly visit and every time the technician comes, we talk because we’ve known each other for some time. It’s been super since. Very good experience.

My husband was home on the last service appointment with Terminix. The guy drove up, put a bill on the door and did nothing. I called to complain and to request that they not come again without an appointment when someone would be home. Instead they billed me again for no service and sent me to collections when I did not receive any bills or phone calls.

Terminix has been excellent and very, very helpful. I want to keep doing business with them. The people are very polite and helpful and I’m very happy with them.

Terminix is a joy. They're fantastic, take care of everything and everything is beautiful. I have a year's program and they come out on schedule to do whatever they have to do. I just call and tell them if I have a special need and they send Kevin right out. He is the greatest guy in the world. Once he's here, I don't have a problem afterwards. I've never had to check him.

I get a phone call from Terminix and they let me know when they’re coming. They ask if there’s anyone in the area outside the house. I make sure that the dogs are inside when they come to the house and spray. When they’re here, I just go about my business. Their technicians are always pleasant. Since my last service, I haven’t noticed any pest activity in my home.

Since we started with Terminix, I haven't seen any roaches or mice. The technicians are all okay.

Terminix comes every three months and sprays outside. My most recent experience with them was on a Monday this week. They always call me to schedule their service. I have it set up and I say in advance. The technician who comes to my home rings the doorbell and tells me he's there and asks if I have any concerns or problems around the house. And I tell them if I do and then he goes and does his job and leaves the ticket on the door when he's done. The only problems we've had were the little crickets, which I mentioned to him on Monday. But these ants occasionally come in our kitchen window and he's been treating that. I had seen just a few since he was last here, but I haven't seen any since he was here on Monday.

We've had Terminix for 40 years. They came out recently for a routine maintenance. I haven't had any problems with the representatives, the technicians they sent and their service. We'd recommend them.

Dimitri from Terminix is awesome. He comes in and takes care of what needs sprayed and they just do a great job. Setting up a schedule with them is automatic. They just ask if there’s any problems and we go from there. They normally touch base with me before the spray. Our technician has always been wonderful.

I've been with Terminix for about 8 years and they have been good. It's easy to schedule a service and their people are professional. There's been minimal activity since their last visit and everything has been fine.

We have several offices within the building and he always checks in before the tech begins his treatment process and he always checks out to let us know that he's completed what he came to do and he's on to the next appointment. He is a gentleman, most cordial, professional, courteous and polite in that regards. He wants to know if anybody had seen any insects or had any insect problems and if they do, he pays special attention to anything that they may bring to his attention. He's very thorough. We haven't experienced any pest since starting our services with Terminix and I would highly recommend them.

I had a particular pest problem recently, so I scheduled my service with Terminix. The representative on the phone and the technician that was sent to my home were good. There is no longer any pest activity in my home since the service.

I have been with Terminix for many years and it's always been first grade. I don't care which of the people come here, they are all the same, they are all efficient, they are all very nice. They are top rating. The young fellow that they have now is extremely good. He is the best I've ever seen. He's extremely nice young man, very efficient too.

The technician from Terminix does his job efficiently. I've asked him about some little nets and he's putting out orange things for me to take care of the pests and whatever I ask him he takes care of. He is professional and nice guy.

It's been very good since we started with Terminix. We haven't had any pest to speak of except mice once in a while which they do not treat. Every experience I had with Terminix is wonderful. We have the same little bugs all the time that will never go away, but it's fine. Ron is usually our guy and he's always great, professional, and very caring. He always makes you feel like you're the most important person in his day. If you have a concern, he's very willing to listen. We really loved Ron.

My most recent experience with Terminix was for a routine spray. I generally call a couple of weeks ahead of them and set something up. So it's easier. The technician that was sent out to my home was very informative. I've had some other problems and he answered them.

Terminix calls to let me know when they're coming and when they're scheduled to come out. Generally we get a recorded message apprising me of the date because they were just here in September so they should be coming back in December. We usually have a very good conversation with the technician. He asks me if I have seen anything, do I need to have him to come inside to check anything. He goes through a whole of questions. He basically worked outside because of a carpenter ant I had some time ago and I have just continued to have him come out and do that, because I don't want that started again.

Terminix has always been very responsive to all of our issues. Their representatives are always very polite. I call them all the time and they always respond and dispatch within a day. The scheduling service is easy on my end as a property manager. I tell them and they schedule it for me, and usually I just find out that they've gone out and the work is done.

The only thing we struggle with is mice in the winter time. I've got a 30 by 60 pole building and we get overrun with mice. Scott from Terminix does the best that he can out there. Since we've had him start treating the shed area, it's been substantially better. Scott comes out and does the routine around the house and we've never had any real trouble. We have wasps, occasionally. He came out and took care of those in a timely manner. We've always had very good luck. I'm very satisfied with everything.

We don't use Terminix anymore. We cancelled it because we didn't need it anymore. It was quarterly service but when we have them they were fine. There were no complaints.

Terminix do what they say they're going to do when we need to have them come out. Just recently we had an ant problem and they came right out and got on it for us. So far so good, and I haven't seen any crawlers. For the most part we do not have a problem. If we do, it's because of an oddity. Like with our ant issues, it was due to the windows that we were having replaced. They've also helped us when we had a massive rat infestation and got them all. Terminix has been very good and we like them. Interactions with their technicians have been pleasant and professional. In the little bit of discussions that we had, they seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Terminix came and sprayed for bugs. They come once a month and the girl who comes does a really good job. We haven't had any issues since and if we do, she targets those areas and takes care of them. It's been satisfactory.

Terminix is good. I don't like spiders any better than I like snakes and I want to keep the spiders away. The brown recluse spiders eat away skin and I found out we have those in Iowa, so that's even a better reason to spray for spiders. The technician that comes is a nice guy, friendly and polite.

We're very happy with Terminix and would recommend them.

Terminix has changed something in the last year or so that I hate. They have somebody else that schedules the service (and they're supposed to call and remind you), instead of the man that does the service which he's been doing for probably 30 years. It's real inefficient. An example, he also services my son's house and they'll have it scheduled on two different days or they'll have him scheduled in our house and then he has to go back 25 miles to someplace else.

Terminix calls me ahead of time. They come and do what they need to do, and then they’re gone. They're efficient. We had a termite problem before using Terminix and that has been resolved. I’m very satisfied.

The last time that Terminix came to my home was for a routine spray and they're doing a perfect job. I'm satisfied with them because they've done great.

We have 4 routine visits a year with Terminix and if we needed additional we call them and then they come out if we have an issue or needs. When I called in, I have no problem at all. I get the dispatch center and I tell them what I need. I have a direct number where I talk to the supervisor because I have a situation earlier this year with the technician that I wasn't happy with. He told me, "Well, if you don't like the way I'm doing things contact my supervisor." He didn't think I would do it. So, I called in I said, "Hey, I need to talk to the guy in charge." I told them that the technician was not doing what he's supposed to be doing or not doing what I think he's supposed to be doing. I said, "He puffed off. If you don't like what I'm doing call my supervisor."

It's easy to deal with Terminix. They call and tell us when they're going to be here. They will come, do their job and they leave. We have them monthly. Their personnel are professional and courteous. We had a lot of pest in the area this time of the year and since having Terminix it is certainly better than it was before.

I usually get a call from Terminix and they tell me if somebody is coming and what time. However, for the most recent one, I wasn't there when the guy came. The technician is a pleasant young man and does the job. He comes and goes around the house and brushes all the bugs off. We've had termites, but Terminix took care of them. The only thing is we've had so much trouble with the billing as they never get it right. We pay by the year and they say we haven't paid. We've had to prove that we put it on our Visa. It has happened a couple of years in a row and we're actually thinking of maybe changing services.

We had termites from one of our house that we owned for 40 years and it was a mess. I'm a little sensitive to what termites can do so we availed of the coverage from Terminix. They come into the house once a year to inspect and we're satisfied with it. They also provide household bug treatments which I wanted for bugs that could come from the slab. Terminix used to come out once a month before but now they come out every three months, and it has been a different person each time. I'm not really happy with that. They changed the service and they kept the price the same. They didn't reduce the annual cost and I don't think that was fair.

Terminix has been good in killing the insects. I call them and they always get things done. The experience working with them is really good for me.

I have a great guy from Terminix coming here all the time. He comes on a monthly basis. The guy's name is Nick and he's very, very good. We've had him for years.

1st yr trying the Mosquito Treatment. 1st couple of treatments were fine. From then on, a date would be scheduled for a treatment and without notice, the date and time would be changed. Had conversation with District Mgr. but the last treatment was also switched. At that point I cancelled the contract. It seemed to me that because our yard was small it didn't matter when the treatment was scheduled. Would like to try it again in the Spring, hopefully with better results.

A regular guys from Terminix comes by, sweeps up all the cobwebs around the house, then sprays the whole perimeter and into the garage. In addition, they are professional and knowledgeable. We rarely see a bug in the house between their visits.

We get routine visit from Terminix. We've had them for a couple of years and everything's been doing really well. We still have a couple of spiders but obviously it kills everything else. They have an excellent technician, he talks to us before and after he’s done with the house. They've been very loyal and we're very happy with them.

I got good results from what the Terminix technician does for me. She is nice, friendly, and always here when I call her. She got rid most of the bugs and it has been great since.

Anything Schendel does is a 100%. I'm satisfied and I'd recommend them.

I'm satisfied with my experience with Terminix. Except every time someone comes out, it’s a different person. I would like more consistency in that regard.

Our experience with Terminix is fine except that we're considering changing. We've been with Terminix forever but there's another six dollars increase and we're both retired school teachers. There's another company that would do the same service that is not as expensive. But as far as the service goes, Rodney, the current tech, is great and we appreciate him. He works hard and is excellent. We don't have a problem at all with the service. The technicians including the previous man that has retired are excellent and we've become friends with them. The pest activity in and around my house since I started with tehm is controlled. The only thing that bothers us is the increase in cost.

I'm very pleased with Terminix. Corry comes every three months and he sprays in every room of the house and on the deck, and then he goes outside and sprays. If I have any problems, he wants to hear about that.

Terminix came out to our home about 3 months ago. When scheduling the service, they tell us when they're going to come and we tell them that we're here in the afternoon and they usually come at that time and whenever they're going to be here, they tell us they're here. The pest activity in our home since we've been serviced by Terminix improved. We haven't seen hardly anything. Flies and bugs would fly in the door but that's not Terminix's fault.

I discovered a large nest of angry bees boring their way into my house. This had happened once before several years ago, and they ate through the Sheetrock and created a huge nest in my wall, and then entered my house. It is a dangerous situation. I called Terminix first thing Monday morning. I was told they would send someone that day if they had a cancellation, but if not, then they would be there first thing Tuesday morning. I have been sitting waiting for them since 8 am, but no one has shown up. I called the published number several times, each time being told that they would contact the technician, and then being told that their technician does not answer his phone.

I had a little bad experience with Terminix a year and a half ago. They really raised the roof and I threatened to never have them again and they moved the employee that caused the problem. Then they put a new employee named Mike on the route who knows what he's doing. He's a seriously professional person, which is what I want, and he's really good.

Most recently called for service to treat ants that apparently decided to take over my front and back yards. A service tech was dispatched right away and treated the affected areas as well as other areas to eliminate the possibility of new spots showing up. As always, the service was quick, thorough and very professional.

The Terminix guys that come by are always very polite and nice. They do the job real quick and get out. We don't have a schedule. They're on a rotation. When they come out, they always answer my questions.

Terminix is good. They're nice when they came and pest activity has been all right. But I need to cut down a little because I have five different contracts - three in Hartwell and two in Marietta.

Terminix did their job well or I wouldn't have them back. They took care of the problem, asked if I had any other problems other than that and were on their way. I usually have them twice a year because they do an inspection too and for the other pest control they do it four times a year.

I’ve been using Terminix for 12 years now, and they’ve been really great. They came and did their thing, and they’re very good at it, so I never had any problem with them at all. My service with them is set to automatic. They call me and leave a message then they come, and if I have any special concerns like spiderwebs usually, they’ll take care of them which is really good. Their techs are nice people too, and since my latest service, I noticed there were several dead crickets right around the front door, and that’s great. It means they’ve done their thing. Otherwise, I’d have spiders, crickets, and the place would be teeming with bugs. Terminix keeps the population in check for me, and I’d recommend them.

My most recent experience with Terminix has been good. They're always very friendly and usually I'm here, so they usually just knock on the door and ask any questions if there's anything we're having problems with. We are set up on a regular service and the specialists are usually pretty good. Always professional and make sure that we don't need anything. I would recommend them.

Terminix comes out monthly to treat. The technician has been pretty good for the most part and I haven't noticed any pest activity since our recent service. I'd recommend them.

Wilson from Terminix comes once a month and does the outside of the house. For the last five years, he has been coming here and has given me excellent service. He's professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Since the service, pest activity at home has been at a minimum. Moreover, I've never had any problems scheduling my service calls with their representatives. They're satisfactory.

My Terminix service is regularly scheduled and I got a guy named Klay that I love and everything with Klay is perfect. However, Klay didn't show up this time. Some gal came named Kristi and I asked her what happened to Klay. She was evasive about what happened to Klay and told my next door neighbor that Klay had quit the company and it was really strange. I picked up my phone while she was inside taking care of business and called Klay and asked what's going on. He said that he was doing nothing this week and the gal is taking over for him for the week. I asked if he is still with Terminix and he said yes. It felt weird, but the service was fine.

We had our Terminix man come in and set up new insect/pest traps due to the upcoming fall weather for spiders and he made sure to get all our hotspots and hidden areas. He did a great job. They come out to us on a monthly basis now right around the same time. The tech was very nice and polite. Pest activity since the service is very minimal. We've had a few little spiders here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. Terminix is fast, efficient and effective. I'm a receptionist and have only had limited contact, but what I've experienced has been good.

Terminix is good and I've been a long time customer. The local manager was already headed home when somebody in the office gave their phone number an order for service. He turned around and came out, and did the work himself to make sure we were happy.

It hasn’t been that long since Terminix was here but the tech is not coming back though till March. He’s real friendly and he answers all the questions that I ask of him.

Terminix did an excellent job spraying the house and they took care of an outbuilding because it had some bug problems in it. In terms of pest activity, it’s a lot better now than it was before. Everything turned out really well. I have no complaints at all.

Rick is our Terminix service tech. He's always very nice and thorough. We feel like he's a friend and he does an excellent job. He services us well, he's very courteous and a pretty good boy. He sprays and then goes on his way. We haven't had any concerns with pest activity at home. He corrects them right then. We have no problems except for scheduling. They dictate to us. They say call and say, "We're going to be there at such and such" without checking and seeing if we got any plans first. But that is my only complaint.

The Terminix tech is always polite, asks what he needs, usually right on time and he's very thorough. Moreover, he's very professional, friendly and courteous. We had a couple of ants, but that's my fault. I didn't say anything about the ants because I didn't see them until afterwards.

Terminix always come quickly when we call them. We usually have the same person that comes. They know our building. I don't always get to see them. A lot of times they come whenever I'm not here but they always do a great job. I would recommend them.

Terminix is a good place. It's a good business and I have had such wonderful experience with them. I would recommend them to a friend. My husband, when we started with this about 18 or 19 years ago, and when he would come by, he would sit and talk with my husband for a little while. My husband loved it. So when he would call and say he was coming say like the next day, my husband would be just so happy. He knew he's gonna have someone to talk to. But he's been dead now for 14 years. But I have to say, he was so wonderful and took time with my husband, and I wouldn't change for anything. However, if they keep going up, I will have to quit because I'm on a fixed income and I can't afford it anymore.

Terminix is always proficient in getting the job done. I am always notified that they have arrived at my residence and completed the job assigned.

I've had Terminix for quite a few years now and they always have been very good. They were regularly scheduled and they call me to let me know if it's okay for them to come. Then they would come to visit us and do spraying for me so I won't have any bugs or spiders and fog spraying for the termites once a year. They do the same thing every time - they'd come in and ask if there have been any problems. However, I don't think they did an excellent job with my garage because they really need to spray outside. But, they've all been very pleasant and I'm very satisfied with them. And since my recent service, there was no pest activity in my home and I'm very pleased.

We set up regular termite checks and treatments for insects so we're bug free. If I've got any concerns or there's something that I need to know about, I tell the technician and we find out what it takes to do that. He's always very friendly and able to answer any questions that I have.

Terminix have an agreement with us on a monthly routine with them. The Terminix representatives over the phone were quite okay. I think I work with Carl for it so no issues there. The service with the technicians that came over had been great. Everything seems fine. I haven't had any issues.

I have been trying to get a WDIR reinspection scheduled for a week. I have called the call center every day for a week and spoke with "special services" in which they assure me I will receive a call back in 24-48 hours. I was told on Saturday that I had a confirmed appointment for the reinspection on this upcoming Wednesday between 8-10 am. This morning I called them back after having a missed call and was informed that I do not have an appointment on Wednesday and since I missed the call, I have to wait another 24-48 hours before someone will call me back. This is the worst customer service for such an expensive contract, not to mention, a company of this size should have much better customer service to resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely manner.

My most recent experience with Terminix was good. The service comes out three times a year and they automatically come out. The technician sent by the company seems to be pleasant and nice to talk to.

I have had Terminix service my home for several years. The main reason I have kept them is my service technician "Michelle." She is always pleasant, takes time to answer any questions and will always address any concerns I have.

I'd recommend Terminix. The technician that came to our home was friendly and nice. He came and sprayed, and I haven't had any roaches or anything in the house. Our experience has been good.

We absolutely love Terminix. When they came out for our quarterly visit, my husband forgot to have them treat the garage. We called them and they immediately schedule a day to come back out. No problems, no questions asked. Always a pleasure.

Terminix services every three months. They usually call and let me know that a technician will be here and to confirm if someone will be home. Last time, I was there and he did his business and I paid the technician. I talked with them and the guy asked me if I've got any other issues and need anything. I let him know and he gives me what I need. He also put some traps and gives me extras to put them where I need to. Since we had Terminix we don't have that much problem with bugs.

Terminix comes out on a quarterly basis and treats the outside of the house for pests such as spiders and ants and stuff like that. I had no problem with scheduling the service. They call and ask me if they can do it on a certain day. Usually, it's okay. The technician was good. A lot of times that we're not here, he just does his job and leaves the receipt. The pest activity in our home since then was pretty low.

Terminix takes care of scheduling for me. They come every time we get a bill for the rental piece of property that we have. Since Terminix last came out pest activity has been okay. I would recommend them.

I had a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and I'm fine with them. There was a time I called them out because of some mice and ants and it was handled well. These pests keep coming back that's why I have the service. I haven't met with their technicians personally (since it's a vacation rental), but I haven't had any complaints.

My most recent experience with Terminix was very satisfactory. When scheduling my service, they call me and tell me when they're going to be here in my home and I'll make an appointment with them if I want to treat inside the house. And other times they leave me a notice on my door that they have been here. When they come in, they ask me questions first so I'm very satisfied. There has been zero pest activity since my last service.

I have had very good luck with Terminix. I've been very happy with them. Since they've come, I virtually never see any bugs at all. And one time, when I did, I called them. And they promptly came out and did another spraying. So I'm very happy with my experience at Terminix.

My experience with Terminix has been great. I have no problems with them. They are courteous and asked me if I needed anything and if everything was okay and if I needed something, to give him a call. We chose a schedule and I've not had a reason to call and I’m sure if I called, everything would be fine because they say, “I’ll see you in so many months,” and then, they’re here. The technicians are good, they are always polite. I've no pests since my last service. I’d recommend them to anybody.

We've been using Terminix, but sometimes I have to get them to come back and do it second and they always do. In fact, they were just here three days ago and they're prompt in coming back. I've already started finding little bugs on the floor and they are still alive. Nevertheless, their technicians have always been courteous. One of them quit and I hated that because I liked him real well.

Yesterday, Terminix came out here. Somebody called and said they will still come out here and was going to be out here between 10 and 11:30, and they didn't get here until 10 minutes to 3. And when the tech got here, he didn't do anything because he say all his equipment was broken down. Still my experience with them was good. I haven't had a problem until yesterday. Terminix do a good job but they're too damn expensive. Since being serviced by them, I don't have fleas, nothing anymore. They do a good job with the service and their representative. One guy comes out here. He's a straight shooter but I can't say that for the rest of them.

I had Terminix come over and termite this house. The kid’s really good and I get along good with him. But then somebody come here afterward and then he started saying that I had molds in my house and all this crap is and going to charge me $1,250 to de-mold my house. I told him, “I already done that. It’s all mold. It’s so dead you can’t smell them in the wall, there’s no mold in this house.” My good daughter was here. Now, none of them would want to come over to my house. They already called me one time about this. I told them, “If he ever he comes to my house again, I’m beating him up and throwing high in the street." I’m not happy with Terminix, they have people like that. I don’t know what his name was. But that was uncalled for. I don’t want that guy in my house again.

My experience with Terminix has been very good. He came and sprayed outdoors. He didn't spray anything indoors. I know who he is and no problems. I would recommend them.

It's been a fine experience with Terminix, even the scheduling of services. The technician they sent to my home was really good. What impressed me was he swept all the windowsills outside which I didn't see them ever do before. Obviously, he has been doing that and I was very pleased. The pest activity's been the same, though, but that's because we live in the woods.

The Terminix technician comes every other month. He’s due some time this month. He’s always really good. Scheduling the service is very easy. They call us first, and then he usually calls and confirms. He is very professional and courteous. Anyhow, since he only comes every other month, we noticed a few more old bugs. But it’s wintertime so they always start coming in. My main concern is keeping out the spiders and the scorpions in the summer.

My experience with the technicians are all positive. They come, they ask me if I had any problems lately, and then they do their normal routine around or inside the house. We had some bees in the yard about a month ago and had Terminix come out. It was simple. We made a phone call to the number on our bill and they got us in touch with our local agent that would be coming out. We called him on his cellphone and he scheduled a time that would work for us, during lunch hours so that we could be there. He was out on time and took care of the problem. He located the ground hive. Since then, we've had no more problems with bees and we were pleased with that. Terminix has always been responsive. We've called them on numerous occasions like when there's a flare-up of ants or we saw spiders. They've always been out within 2 days to put more spray, very responsive and took care of the problem quickly. They've been professional.

The technician from Terminix arrived on time, he did his job. I have scheduled service with them because I have a dog that goes to the groomer once a month. And when I take the dog to the groomer, that is when I have them come in. I'm not having any problems right now since the last time I had service. I'm happy with the service.

Terminix always does a really good job. They do their thing and if I need any assistance inside, they always give me traps or anything like that. We had some hornets and so I had asked the serviceman at the time if he would spray in a certain area for hornets nests. And he definitely did and we didn't have any problems.

I have nothing but good things to say to Terminix. The person they sent was professional and courteous, and I like him very much. We scheduled for him to be here on the third Wednesday of every month. Terminix calls a couple of days before to reconfirm it, then he comes here and sprays.

We first started Terminix services because we were infested with scorpions. They told me that the house had to have been built on a nest and were down to a few scorpions. Well, now that we’ve had all the rain we’ve had, we’ll probably see two or three scorpions. Their technicians had to replace the traps every two or three days because they were that full of scorpions. The technicians that come to our house are fantastic. In their routine sprays, they call and leave a message that it’s time for spraying and they’ll be out and spray on a certain day and time and I don’t have to schedule anything.

It's been very good with Terminix and they've been prompt. When we called about a specific problem, they've come right out and I haven't seen an ant for a while after their service.

Less than a year ago, I had a filtration system installed. I was advised that it would keep my gutters from filling up and clogging the draining system. Instead, the material installed in the gutters caused the water to back up under the roof into the house causing flooding, mildew and damage to an interior wall. Subsequently, we have removed the material and put it in the garbage. We paid over $700 for this defective system.

I always like to be here so that they can come in and spray the interior of my garage as well as the exterior of the house. They've always been friendly. Since we started service with them, the pest activity in our home has been almost nonexistent. Before we were plagued with those great big flying roaches occasionally in the spring or fall although now when they're on the move I'll see one but not often.

We're on a regular schedule with Terminix and they take care of the outside of the house. We're very happy with them and their technicians are knowledgeable. Anytime we have a problem and we call, somebody johnny on the spot would show up and take care of it. Overall, they have an excellent service.

My experience with Terminix has been great so far. I've only had one problem and that's when I paid a bill. They made me go to the bank, get a copy of the check and send it to them to prove that I paid it. The office is up north and they don't give out the phone number for the office down here. All they had to do was ask the person who came out because at my house, I paid my bill by check and I hand it to the person that did the work. He took it into the office and I had to wait until my bank cleared the check to know it was cashed. But they called me and said, "we didn't get your check." That's the only complaint I have. With the service, it's been great. The guys that have to do my work have been great, so I have no problems there. I'm very happy.

Terminix come out every six months and they don't do the job they're supposed to. I had termite bait stations out and they wouldn't check them. We finally gave up the termite part of the bill. We still have some spraying around there, and they're charging us for it. Pest activity was OK since the last time they've been out.

We’ve used Terminix for probably five years now. We use them for two years up in Midland and here in West Lake. We had a terrible earwig issue in Midland so we noticed the dramatic difference when compared. Before we moved here, we have them treat our house. I guess it’s consistently good now. Our technician that comes for the routine, Nate, is awesome. He’s super friendly, right on time, puts on his little sock things to cover up his boots and just goes right to work and if it’s done, he’s on his way.

I am satisfied with Terminix. They're usually on-time. They come and do what they have to do, but I don't really see them because I'm not here in the morning. They also don't really speak English. The technician is very nice when he comes out. However I'm not very happy because they haven't showed up when I've asked them to bring some rat traps; the pests are still coming because there's a lot of construction behind us and they're tearing up the creek bed. It has been almost a week when I called to try to get somebody to drop me off some traps, so I just went and bought my own.

We have a wonderful tech from Terminix that comes once every quarter. He’s always helpful and does the best job possible. He recently did an outside spraying and rarely comes in, but I have called to schedule that appointment so it works both ways sometimes, and their reps are very personable and helpful. However, I have a very small house and the footprint of it is very small but Terminix was trying to raise my rate which doesn’t make me happy because I know the price of natural gas and oil is down, so chemicals are down. At this point of my life, I don’t appreciate having my rates raised. Other than that, I’d still recommend them.
